El apartamento es amplio, el personal es muy amable y la ubicación es perfecta para visitar tanto la zona de la playa, como el Zoco de Agadir. Además está bien comunicada con el aeropuerto. Nos ubicaron en una habitación mejor que la que habíamos reservado, y con terraza sin ningún cargo adicional, algo que es de agradecer.
Cons: El alojamiento no contaba con amenities en el w.c. ni champú, ni gel. Las camas eran muy pequeñas y muy duras, fue bastante incómodo dormir.

Iso jenkkijääkaappi oli plussaa mukavuudelle. Sen sijaan puutuivat, paitsi astianpesukone, myös tiskiharja ja tiskiaine. Hotellin kannattaisi ehkä harkita jonkinlaisen aamiaisen tarjoamista alakerran Loungessa. Hätätilassa kahvi/tee, tuoremehu ja hillo-croissantitkin riittäisivät.

Wand zum Wohnzimmer hin war oben durch Verzierung geöffnet. Kein WLAN im Zimmer, nur im Foyer. Küchenausstattung sehr spartanisch.

Wir waren 2 Nächte vor Ort. Die Lage ist gut um sich eine kleine Orientierung für seinen weiteren Urlaub zu verschaffen und nötige Dinge zu organisieren. Zum Strand ist es ein kurzes Stück zu laufen.Personal muss zwar auf alles hingewiesen werden, ist aber wie alle Marokkaner sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Cons: Fremde Haare auf allen Bettlagen geht leider gar nicht im Hotel!!!!! Zudecken wirkten ungewaschen Zu 5. hatten wir 3 Handtücher. Wir sind schon viel gereist, auch an Touristisch abgelegenen Orten mit schlechter Ausstattung, aber sauber waren die Betten trotzdem. Als Fazit ist das Hotel eher lieblos, eine Übernachtung bei Privatvermietern ist eher zu empfehlen!

Wir haben die Unterkunft für eine Nacht gebucht, da wir auf der Durchreise waren. Wir kamen vom Flughafen Agadir mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln an und sind am nächsten Tag weiter nach Taghazout. Für diesen Zweck war es perfekt, da die Busstation nicht weit weg lag. Zum Meer läuft man etwas.

Other reviews are accurate. Its a budget hotel that could do with an update but gives everything you need for a decent stay. A functional bathroom and small kitchen with a decent fridge (ice box) and enough basic cookware to prep and cook meals. However local cafes and restaurants were so cheap we only prepared our first breakfast and made drinks. The hotel grew on us, it's well located, comfortable and when asked the staff were helpful. Beds are firm and comfortable. Reliable hot water. Rooms are cleaned daily and beds made. Internet connection sketchy unless you're close to reception when it's good. The pool areas are also dated but fully usable. Would we return? Yes we would because this hotel provides a good base at good cost with everything you really need.
Cons: A deep clean and overall upgrade would be worthwhile improvements.

Cons: 1. Запах. При уборке использует хлорированные чистящие средства. Трудно дышать. 2. Некачественная уборка, обычное размазывание грязи по углам. 4. В первый день были кухонные полотенца, при уборке забрали и больше не дали несмотря на просьбы. 5. Постельное белье пахнет хлоркой, потом, правда, выветривается, но первую ночь спать просто невозможно.

Si il s’agit de noter l’établissement rien n’allait !!! Seul les dames de ménages sont gentilles aimables et professionnelles
Cons: Équipements de cuisine vétustes et dysfonctionnels Literies inexistantes ce sont des banquettes! Vous dormez sur des canapés ! Nous avons passés les 3 premiers jours à nous faire piquer ma fille et moi toute les nuits par des puces ou autres insectes mais pas des moustiques! Linge de maison vieux et sales malgré les lavages. Piscines inexistantes faut mieux parler de pediluve avec ses 90 cm de profondeur et l’eau est impropre et trouble ! En presque 2 semaines jamais vu d’entretien de nettoyage ! Le responsable d’établissement est irrespectueux ! Pour chaque problème soulevé il ne cherche aucun arrangement il devient irrespectueux et tiens des propos très limite si l’on émet un avis négatif ! Sa seule défense repose sur le fait que nous sommes passé par Booking donc c’est pas son problème « il faut voir avec eux! ». C’est bien ce que l’on a tenté de faire mais en période estivale nous avons dû prendre notre mal en patience pour vite finir ce séjour! Nous n’avons pas dormi une nuit entière pendant ces 13 jours. Le jardin est animé la nuit jusqu’à 2/3 heures du matin par des enfants et des ados qui cris parlent fort applaudissent et personne de l’établissement pour limiter ce tapage. Nous sommes bien au clair que ce sont les vacances et que les gens peuvent profiter mais là je n’ai jamais vu ça ! Et l’établissement ne fais rien !!!! L’annonce booking est mensongère ! Il est précisé que les hébergement dispose de climatisation mais non ! Il faut sélectionner les logements avec vue sur piscine mais cela est précisé nul part pourtant nous avions la vue sur piscine mais le responsable joue sur les mots et nous répond que nous avions vue jardin (jardin dans lequel il y a la piscine !) Nous avons dû payer pour bénéficier du coffre fort alors qu’il est noté dans les équipement de l’hébergement sans préciser que des frais supplémentaires s’ajoutaient et il a refusé de faire apparaître ces frais sur la facture que nous avons réclamé ! Cette expérience a été très négative!

Maids came round everyday to change towels and make beds. 2 pools in the hotel grounds to use, which were clean and tidy. Beautiful gardens in hotel grounds. Nice and quiet too. Aircon in our room was a blessing as it was so hot! Elevator to all floors. Staff were friendly and accommodated our late check out (for a small fee)

All the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were particularly happy with Hameed and Mustafa at the reception desk, who made our stay a relaxing one. They responded to all our enquiriesvery effectively and booked all our transport for the excursions. Fatima, one of our cleaners, was amazing and very friendly. The housekeeping was also very good and timely. The rooms were a good size with enough windows to get some air circulation.
Cons: The large superior apartments had air conditioning. However, our smaller apartment did not have any air conditioning, and it did get very hot as we stayed in August.

We arrived a few hours earlier than the official check-in, but were given our room right away - really appreciated. We took the room for 5 people - and it was really spacious, pretty well decorated, simple and clean. Location is good - maybe 10 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes to the bus stop on the main street (e.g. to go to Tagazhout or main bus station), quite calm in the night even with an open window.
Cons: The sofa beds (we had 3 in the room in addition to 2 single beds) aren't very comfortable for long stay. There was a fridge and AC system in the room, but it wasn't clear how to turn them on - fridge wasn't plugged to the socket, no remote control seen around for AC system. But we didn't need much any of them during our stay so didn't approach the staff for solution..

The only good things about the stay were the location to the city center & the cleaning staff who were very friendly.
Cons: The internet was terrible. The shower was extremely dangerous as you had to climb in and out of it, not ideal for an elderly person. At the lift, the button is located high up so someone in a wheelchair would not be able to access it if needed. Most of the staff were very welcoming, however one evening a small sized man with glasses at reception got very agitated and angry because our friend was sitting in reception waiting for us. Finally, the hotel itself is just dated, its just has depressing vibes.

Absolutely blown away by this residence. It was spotless and so wrll equipped. We were 2 ladies travelling together and thought we would be sharing 1 bedroom, but this apartment was huge and the living room which was beautiful acted as 2nd bedroom. There was a wonderful kitchen, a massive balcony and the most comfortable beds. It had absolutely everything and 10 min walk from the sea. The only thing missing was a restaurant, but we managed to find some locally. There is a terrific supermarket up the road where you can also buy wine. The security was 2nd to none with a guard on duty outside 24/7.. the apartment slept 5 but we were just 2 and it was around 20 euro each a night. We are in our 70's snd blown away by this place. It hasxa lovely pool and so so quiet. Couldn't recommend more highly.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à la Résidence Yasmina Agadir. Les appartements sont spacieux, propres et bien entretenus, avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. La résidence est très calme, idéalement située dans la zone touristique, à quelques minutes de la côte, et les commerces sont facilement accessibles à pied. Le personnel est accueillant, toujours disponible et n’hésite pas à rendre service, comme par exemple pour commander un taxi pour l’aéroport. Je suis entièrement satisfait de mon séjour et je reviendrai sans hésitation à la Résidence Yasmina pour mes prochains séjours à Agadir. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Es un hotel antiguo pero lo tienen bien cuidado. Tiene una muy buena vista hacia la piscina y es cómodo para ir en familia. El personal es muy amable y atento. Tiene una gran recepción.
Cons: Quizás es un poco lejos Del Mar y hay que caminar pero nada grave. Debería incluir artículos de aseo para la cocina y que estuviera incluido el lavado de loza en el aseo diario de la habitación. El jabón que dan para uso de los huéspedes no es el mejor y debería cambiarse pues no es agradable al uso. La parte de la entrada con las piscinas debería estar mejor mantenida pues se ve un poco descuidada y sucia.

I liked the balcony, the kitchen and the shower room
Cons: The apartment was too big for me. The bedroom was too hot look like a box, bed is hard to sleep on pillow was very old and stained, I didn't use the bedroom it has a big biting mosquito I slept in the living room the mattresses there are harder than the bed. The apartment was full of mosquitos and insects. I told the chamber made not to open the balcony as these flies will be coming through to the apartment but when I am out she open the balcony and more flies are getting inside the apartment as the number grows every night, they get inside the bed sheet to bite my body had spots all over I scratch day and night I paid a visit to the doctor he prescribed me the alcohol to wipe the skin and tablets for the allergy caused to me. It lasted for 2 weeks. I told the chamber made about it she have seen my body and the reception staff too knows about this. The apartment was in the 6th floor, the lift stops at the 5th floor and I have to do 18 steps to get to the 6th floor where my apartment is, I complained to the reception that I suffer from blood pressure my feet are swollen I show them my feet I get dizzy and tired which may cause me to fall in these steps as I had a history of falls and I am over weight. They get me to another floor and show me one room but in this floor the painting smell was too powerful for me as I have asthma, I couldn't stand it I told him I can stay here because of the bad smell of the painting and that's it. No changing room. I did struggle to get to my apartment without help.

Ci sono banche, negozi, ristoranti , pasticcerie, bar e supermercati nelle vicinanze. Il residence è sia vicino al centro sia al mare .Appartamento pulito tutti i giorni con cambio asciugamani. Grazie dell accoglienza. Mi sono sentita a casa.
Cons: Un paio di cose non funzionavano ( bollitore e una piastra dell induzione), mi sono comunque arrangiata. L unica pecca, Il bagno. Anche se pulito tutti i giorni i sanitari sono vecchi. E purtroppo le piastrelle erano sporche. (Faccio di lavoro le pulizie) E capisco anche che tanti appartamenti al giorno da pulire al piano diventa faticoso. Un occhio di riguardo in più e si può migliorare.

Nous avons tout apprécié, la localisation, proche corniche, proche de tous les services, change, banque, transports,restaurants, ainsi que tous commerces à proximité. L´hôtel est agréable, bien gardé, avec réceptionnistes agréables, grand salon d´accueil, connexion wifi, ses nombreux coins de repos et suffisamment de transats, chaises et tables extérieur, ainsi que deux piscines très bien entretenues, femmes de ménage actives dès le matin, ascenseur disponible pour les étages, tous les sols sont d´une propreté resplendissante. Le logement est spacieux et très fonctionnel, il ne manque rien vaisselles et casseroles très bien, cafetière et bouilloire ainsi que grille viande les trois électriques, sont un plus.. le micro-onde multifonctions..et réfrigérateur- congélateur, sont parfaits, torchons fournis, le ménage est fait tous les jours, serviettes toilettes changées chaque jour , draps régulièrement, papier toilette, et savon, fournis. Pas de sèche cheveux. Je dirai juste que la chambre est un peu étroite, mais ce n´est pas un problème, les lits sont confortables. Le coin repas salon est spacieux, et le balcon très agréable pour y déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner peut être pris dans la kitchenette celle ci composée d´une table et 2 chaises . Et très important plusieurs chaînes françaises, sur écran plat, pour couronner le tout, en plus du tarif préférentiel. Je recommande fortement cet appart hôtel. Nous avons d´ailleurs prolongé notre séjour et avons réservé pour une période ultérieure.

The residence is quite tired, the rooms are old. but the price was reasonable and everything is in the rooms that you need. The location is overlooking the tennis club. The walk to the beach is fifteen to twenty minutes. Staff fine. The major problem was the WiFi which only works on the balcony and even there is quite hopeless. So if you need wifi on your stay this residence is certainly not for you.

Cons: A rede Wi-Fi não chega sempre aos quartos, está sempre mais forte na receção. As camas e almofadas podiam ser mais confortáveis. O apartamento é como uma casa típica maroquina, por isso já precisa de algum arranjo nos detalhes. O sabonete está muito velho tem de ser trocado. Mas são coisas para melhorar e não pontos negativos.

Ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié dans cet établissement, c’est sa proximité, les restaurants situés juste dans la rue au-dessus, et la plage qui n’est pas très loin. C’était vraiment agréable. Le principal point positif, c’est cette localisation centrale, en plein cœur de la ville, proche de tout.
Cons: L’accueil dans cet établissement m’a paru assez froid, ce qui n’a pas vraiment contribué à une bonne première impression. Les piscines ressemblaient davantage à des pataugeoires qu’à de véritables bassins de nage, ce qui était décevant. La chambre, quant à elle, montrait des signes d’usure et avait un aspect un peu vieillot. Par ailleurs, l’attitude de la personne en charge des valises n’était pas très agréable, et j’ai eu le sentiment qu’on insistait un peu trop sur les pourboires, ce que j’ai moyennement apprécié.

The place was kept clean all the time,everyday.There was a butler available on the door to take Ur suitcases to Ur room and down when we left.Residence had security on site 24/7. Had 2 pools for kids,and a nice garden area to sit and relax.Most of the rooms have a balcony as well,love it all the way and also was very close to the beach ABT 10 mins walk maybe not even that.Lovely place to stay.
Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like, Kitchen could be updated a touch bit but apart from that cant say much for a 7 day stay. It was lovely to stay with them

Cons: Les couvertures des lits sont des duvets "à l'ancienne" qui sont posés sur les draps (moins agréables qu'une couette). La piscine ne m'a pas tenté car située dans un espace assez étroit, mais à ce prix-là c'est déjà étonnant d'en avoir une, et la plage est juste à côté.

We stayed in room 305 , with a Balcony overlooking the Pool. The room was clean, equipped with Microwave Grill , TV ( mostly French +Arabic with English BBC and CNN). I've booked for 10 Day and I want to review now. After 1 day. It's great. The apartment is big, well divided, clean, has all the kitchen equipment you need for holiday, no oven but you are on holiday. Comfortable beds, the staff are very friendly. It's got authentic tiling and you really know you are in Morocco. I hope they keep the tiling when they upgrade. And the rotary phone which is awesome. No A/C or fan!!! Remember that, it's fine in the cooler months but I guess very uncomfortable for northern European people in July. It's a solid 3 star, but with dated furniture. It's also 4 minutes walk to the beach, and there's loads of supermarkets and restaurants around. WiFi is strong even on the 4th floor, but you have to sign in again. Auto sign in is not available. I've so seen this before, not a problem. Just keep signing in. It's great for a basic self catering apartment for a small family.

Nous sommes arrivés dès 9h avec ma maman, et nous avons pu prendre tout de suite notre chambre. Nous avons même été surclassé ! Nous reviendrons !

Yasmina was perfect for this week in winter : the atmosphere was nice ,gardens , reception and hallways are very clean and beautifully tiled with beautiful blue colours everywhere - more than a touch of culture and sophistication . The kitchen was ok and had 3 or 4 cooking appliances . The main sitting room / diner ,with television , was bright and newly furnished , though the other rooms less so .The layout effectively makes for two separated sleeping areas .The apartments are in the nicer part of central Agadir , as opposed to the the tackier beachfront , and Rue de Jeunesse is quiet and very relaxing . 400 m from Uniprix where you can buy absolutely everything , b-r / other drinks . Very close to Vallee des Oiseaux and main bus stands . 900 metres to the modern French type "Carrefour" minimarket . 1000 m to the sea We were fortunate in Febuary to be encounter mostly older French and EU couples and no party-types in Agadir - very civilised and very relaxing .... little noise in the residence . Can't wait to go back -

Cons: Wifi only in the reception & on the patio/balcony, but maybe for the better. No sponge in the kitchen so could not clean the dishes myself ( they were cleaned by the staff though ).

It is self catering. Loved the proximity to the beach and town. Apartment was spacious and I had a huge balcony. I knew there wasn’t a bar as such but the restaurants at the front were just lovely and you could have a beer or wine with your meal. The staff were very welcoming and I felt safe and totally at home.

Tout ! l’emplacement parfait,proche de tout. la propreté et le calme des lieux. la réactivité et la gentillesse du personnel. réceptionnistes et femmes de ménage. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable à mon avis… C’est mon quatrième séjour dans cet établissement et j’y retournerais sans hésiter à chaque fois que je passerai à Agadir.
Cons: La seule chose que je n’ai pas aimé c’est de devoir quitter cet hôtel !

Příjemné ubytování, které splnilo očekávání. Hledali jsme kvalitní a cenově dostupné ubytování na deset nocí pro rodinu s malými dětmi. Předpokládali jsme, že jde o hotel. Ve skutečnosti se však jedná o apartmánový dům, se službou úklidu a recepce. Nebylo možné si objednat snídani. Výhodou byla plně vybavená kuchyně, takže jsme si snídaně připravili sami, nebo zašli do jednoho z mnoha místních podniků, které snídaně nabízejí. Další výhodou je uzavřená zahrada se dvěma bazény, kde bylo možné v klidu relaxovat až do nočních hodin. Celkově příjemné prostředí. Dům je trochu starší, ale udržovaný. Vybavení průměrné, s přihlédnutím k ceně, vše OK. Velmi ochotný a vstřícný personál, recepce a úklidu.
Cons: Nestabilní wifi připojení. Nic co by se nedalo překousnout, ale museli jsme si koupit datové karty. Na wifi se nedalo spolehnout.

There is a newer block of apartments and these had windows in the bedroom giving a lighter airy feel. To be honest there wasn’t anything I didn’t like and would definitely stay again. Very central to beach and town centre.

Cons: No remote control to operate the air con. Just a circuit breaker switch. Only off or on no finite control. Front room chair broken. Grill not working. Cooker hob tripping the electrics and large hob not heating up. Bad stains on curtains in the bedroom, No nets there either. Nets in the apartment were filthy. Really bad stains on the bath and toilet. There was a rug rolled up in the corner of the bathroom. No one knew about it. The staff unaware as to why. No hot water for 5 days. Staff could not resolve it. Finally the first 3 days of our stay we did not get the housemaids service. Turned out, that the reception book in made a mistake and did not update the board that it is now in use. Also no lock for the front door of the apartment or chain. We had to put a chair behind the door for peace of mind.

Y lo peor fue el dia siguente cuando salimos y pedimos un taxi y el de la recepción que de echo es (el dueño del alojamiento)nos dijo que tenemos que pagar el alojamiento y yo le dije que como buen save la rezerva esta por booking y le enseñé todo y empezo gritar que le da igual y que el quiere el dinero en efectivo...me quede a cuadros y le dije que hable con la aplicación porque yo haré lo mismo y me fui...toda la noche no paro de enviarme mensajes y me toco volver al alojamiento por miedo que nos vamos a poder entrar o que nos faltarse algo de la habitación que me esperaba a lo peor de ellos Llegamos nos prepararemos las maleta para irnos por la mañana y rezulta que antes de dormirme me escribe el dueño que me puedo ir tranquila que el cobro se ocupo el de realizarlo y al mirar en la cuenta me faltaba incluso mas de lo que paque por la aplicación no se como tuvo acceso a mi tarjeta pero empeze hablarle y ni me contrstava y estoy esperando que booking tome medidas Asi que este alojamiento y su dueño me estropeo toda la vacacion mucho cuidado se verdad! Cons: Very basic kitchen and utensils. 2 ring electric hob, microwave, sandwich toaster, and not enough sockets for all of them. In general a lack of sockets. North facing balcony, chairs very uncomfortable.

The place is great value for money. The beach is a 15 minute walk from the stay. The unit was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are staying longer.
Cons: It is not something I don't like. Just want to mention it to people who want to book, the wifi does not work well at the apartment but it works well in the reception area(we were told so by the staff)

Just home from a stay at Residence Yasmina. The room had everything we needed. Great location. The beds, and sofa beds were comfortable. My family became ill (nothing to do with the accomodation at all) and all staff were very helpful. My appearing at reception at 5am asking for more toilet rolls, was no problem etc. We had to miss out return flights due to illness, and the staff helped us with everything, printing our boarding passes, ordering taxi to the airport etc. all with a smile. All of the staff made us feel welcome. We want to return and have another holiday there, without the illness this time. Only comment I have, is that a tip jar on reception would be good. So that all staff can share in any tips.

This hotel is very accomadating, the staff are all really nice and will help with anything the can.i asked if it would be possible to print off my return boarding passes and they were in my hand within 2 minutes The hotel is spotless and the cleaner's came round every day.i would highly recommend this accomadation to anyone and hope to return one day
