The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a good range. The pool was quiet and a real oasis. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We had a sofa, and a dressing area. The TV was recent and you could watch your own prime or Netflix. The location was good, with a small supermarket nearby and a 10 min walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Very helpful staff and excellent service. I received a free upgrade upon arrival because my room was occupied, which was a pleasant surprise. Condiments were refreshed daily. The bed was clean, and the swimming pool was well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experienceâespecially impressive for a 3-star hotel!
Cons: Breakfast is from 8-10 so i personally never made it on time because I like to stay awake at nights and sleep in a little bit more in the mornings.

I feel some reviews here are a little unfair, we found this hotel great,very authentic throughout, until you get into the rooms, very modern, very spacious and full of light, balcony was a great edition for us too, breakfast was minimal but fresh daily, WiFi was good throughout the building but dipped a little by the pool, excuse the pun... We will be back for sure

Struttura da 2 stelle. Molto rumorosa. Ho chiesto se organizzavano escursioni nel deserto e alla velocitĂ della luce Ăš arrivato un ragazzo che mi ha offerto un'escursione a 50âŹ. Sono arrivati a prendermi dopo 1 ora dell'orario previsto e scopro che i restanti turisti della stessa jeep hanno pagato molto meno rispetto a me! Ho preso la mezza pensione ma la cena Ăš scadente tanto da stare male. Colazione minimalista, neanche la frutta.

The rooms are modern and clean, with satellite TV. There are some nice views from rooms with balconies at the front of the hotel.
Cons: The staff are surly and unfriendly, not calling porters to help westerners with bags and not calling a taxi on your departure. At night doors are slammed constantly and in the morning you are totally ignored by the breakfast staff. For this reason I was glad to leave, despite the western standard rooms.

The room was very nice and modern with the spotless sheets and balcony, very good AC. Even Netflix and Prime video!!! The nice pool area included, sadly I didnt have time to profit it. The buffet breakfast was allright, allthough I couldnt eat half of it, as I dont like olives, jams, pastries or mint tea in the morning! Too much sugar, white wheat and fat. They should offer some fruits too. The yogurt was disgustingly loose, yuck. It must be solid! The omelette was not advertised at all, by accident I saw that someone had it, so I also ordered it for me, free of charge.
Cons: The first man at the check-in made me angry, because he didnt gave me the room what I had booked! In my booking had to be a room with a double bed and a balcony. But the room looked so gloomy and uncomfortable, and only one narrow window with a very tiny bathroom. I immediatelly went to complain about this, and then I got a very nice room with a pleasant balcony with a view and even a sofa! Sadly no double bed though. But I was still quite pleased. The reception man next morning was nicer, he was so humorous even, he called me "a faithful client", although I was just for one night and never been even in Agadir before! :D That gave me a warm welcoming feeling. Thank u for that. Because of that friendly staff, I could consider to book that hotel again.

Excellent value for money and a good location, only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Loads of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend the Blacksmith restaurant. Download the indrive app for cheaper taxis rides. Walk in shower with ample toiletries. Delicious continental breakfast with a choice of fresh juices and coffees.

The staff were great but the hotel lacks a few things. Rooms were not up to date the showers were terrible with very less water. Bugs on breakfast and in rooms at times. Swimming pool very cold and dirty you cant go in. This hotel is good fot only location close to everything.

De receptie funtioneert slecht spreken slecht engels vergeten afspraken die ze gemaakt hebben. Veel overlast van verschillende restaurantjes naast het hotel waarvan een zelfs aan het hotel behoort.In het weekend ook s'nachts de hele nacht overlast lawaai. Le Wifi Ă©tait Ă©galement satisfaisant dans notre chambre et dans le reste de l'Ă©tablissement. Par contre pour la tĂ©lĂ©vision, c'est insuffisant au niveau du choix des chaĂźnes. Une seule chaĂźne française (TF1). A notre Ă©poque c'est trĂšs insuffisant. Des gardiens s'occupent de garder votre voiture jour et nuit (dans la rue)

Salons intĂ©rieurs agrĂ©ables. Pt dĂ©jeuner buffet suffisant pour 26⏠avec pt dĂ©jeuner, c'est vraiment trĂšs correct et mieux qu'en France pour le mĂȘme prix, et de loin !. Det fanns inte heller utlovad parkering; vi fick betala gat-vakter upp till 100 MAD per dag för att de skulle hÄlla uppsikt över bilen. Frukosten (första dagen) var sÄ torftig att vi började köpa eget bröd och marmelad förutom eget kaffe. Personalen noterade oss inte; varken god morgon,- eller middag. Nej, nej, inget hotell att rekommendera!

Arrived at midnight and check in was quick and stress free. I did not like the first room I was shown and asked to be shown another which was better. The hotel is located 10 minutes from everything worthwhile, souk, beach and town centre. Hotel service and staff is very good, just be friendly and they will try to accommodate any request. Breakfast is not amazing and can get boring day after day.

Greit hotell, ikke for stort. vennlig personale, god atmosfĂŠre, godt renhold, 5-10 min. gange til strandpromenade, grei blanding utlendinger/lokale gjester.

Bruit infernal des snacks a cÎté de l'hÎtel des gens qui mangent tard le soir le week-end jusqu'à 3 heures du matin un collÚge à cÎté il y avait une colonie de vacances qui chante matin est soir avec des hauts parleurs . Franchement ce n'est un lieu de vacance.

Stayed there 2 weeks. Excellent Moroccan experience. Very friendly & helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again. Nice location to beach, banks & markets.
