Villa Mandarine is a great find. It’s a garden hotel with amazing landscaping inside and outside! We had a most relaxing and peaceful stay. The food is great with amazing garden seating. Service is impeccable and very professional. We arranged for a driver through the hotel to take us on a tour of Rabat which was wonderful.

Calm and green oasis with stunning decor and amazing services, restaurant, pool, spa included. Would totally recommend for anyone looking to unwind and be away from the chaos of the medina. Small improvement could be made by improving the variety at breakfast and make sure the pool table has got all one needs for the game.

Stunning hotel: beautiful decor, comfortable and large rooms, incredible service, delicious restaurant options. I loved the swimming pool surrounded by green. In fact, the whole hotel is an oasis of green and calm. I would not stay anywhere else. Totally recommend.

The Villa Mandarine in Rabat, Morocco is absolutely wonderful. I have a garden room and it is so peaceful that I over slept on the first day which was an added bonus after being jet lagged from the flight over. Dinner was wonderful and the ambience is perfect. The Staff is very courteous and professional.

All staff encountered were polite and courteous, and went out of their way to accommodate special requests. The property itself is excellent with plenty of space, but above all very quiet. The restaurant food was also excellent with a reasonabke variety to choose from. The only suggestion I would offer is to have tea or coffee facilities in the bedrooms for convenience.

Es la segunda vez que me alojo aquí y la experiencia inmejorable, desde el trato del personal al lugar mágico que es. Su detallada decoración, el jardín lleno de flores. Salones para descansar tras volver del trabajo, tomar un té con sus ricas pastas. Voy allí cada viaje aunque no me aloje. El desayuno y el restaurante increible. El suflé es inigualable.

Qualité de literie déplorable, pas de bouteille d'eau mais une carafe d’eau IKEA à remplir au robinet, hôtel qui se cherche dans sa décoration entre style marocain et style colonial. J’ai eu l’impression d’être dans la maison de ma grand mère à la campagne. On a l’impression que tout est fait pour économiser un maximum sur la prestation. Je ne recommande pas.

This property was our favorite after traveling around the world for a year! There's beauty everywhere - lush gardens (and peacocks), authentic Moroccan crafts, carefully-curated art on the walls, and delicious dishes in the restaurant. Before our first night of sleep, we decided to extend our stay another day. The staff is attentive and friendly. The only very minor suggestion would be for them to move the spa out of the basement or perhaps offer massages outdoors somewhere.

A beautiful peaceful hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely derp pool. The gym was average, but that the villa had any fitness equipment made it thd exception in my travels in Morocco. The food was excellent also though expensive by general Moroccan standards. Definitely a nice oasis from thd hussle and bussle of the country.

Gorgeous gardens and beautiful property. The breakfast was in a lovely yard with the prettiest flowers. The staff was super kind! Loved the room decor the best of traditional Moroccan design and modern amenities. And the whitest, smoothest sheets slept like a baby!

We arrived after a long drive and what a pleasure to have the bellman unload the car and then park it for us for no charge. The place is lovely, particularly the courtyard and gardens. The room was spotless and quiet. We ate three times at the restaurant and the food (predominantly western) was very good. Also, they have full bar service so we were able to enjoy a cocktail and wine with dinner.

Beautiful location and gardens all over. The only remarks would be that the pillows are to high and hard that is difficult to sleep on them, and there is no bottle water in the room, just and empty glass bottle that you should fill from a dispenser in the corridor. Besides the restaurant at dinner was exceptional.

Arrivée à 16h30, chambre froide, chauffage en panne. Apres 1h00 de réglage , changement de chambre, moins confortable que celle retenue.. Chambre couverte de poussière. Menage effectuée à notre demande. Le lendemain matin, arrivée au restaurant pour le petit déjeuner. Personne ! Apres de longues minutes, on se plaint à l'accueil de l'absence de personnel.. Nappes tres sales avec restes de repas....Nous devons demander un changement de nappe ! Pour le départ, la personne à l'accueil n'a pas daignée interrompre sa communication téléphonique. Sommes partis sans une parole, en portant nos bagages...Quel séjour décevant... Seul le repas du soir était conforme à nos attentes... Triste une telle dérive ...

This was a wonderful property from start to finish. We had just one evening after a long drive from Essaouira and it was a relief to see that the reviews matched our experience. Professional and customer focused staff. We had dinner here and it was delicious and we ordered way too much food because everything on the menu sounded so good. Do not miss the smoked duck salad! The bed and linens were very quality. We slept so well we almost missed the next morning breakfast. Our only regret is not staying longer. We will definitely return.

Hotel was okay. Cons: Strong musty smell in the rooms, lady at reception was trying to rush me off the phone when I had questions. Staff not very friendly. Food not that great. Hotel overpriced and too many pictures. Pros: Location was great, close to embassies. Beautiful view outside the rooms, feels like you’re in a nature park. We saw three peacocks during our stay. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are gorgeous, bed very comfortable, unique decor that’s a mixture of French and Moroccan cultures

The Villa was beautiful and the decor was exquisite. The food was very good. I enjoyed my stay there. I wish I spend more than 1 night. The service was way better than the Sofitel Jardin des Rose.

We wish our stay was longer but it was a wonderful 2 nights. Very clean, beautifully decorated, the gardens are tranquil retreat from the bustling city. I highly recommend staying here if you want to wind down and get away from the downtown area and just relax.

We stayed here 1 night at this Hotel..Restaurant is Nice and High end..Its not in the Walking district..You will need a Cab to go to Downtown..My daughter did get scared of Fine Ants at night but that was only in 1 of two Rooms..Possibly because this Property is on an Orange Plantation..Staff was Nice and able to understand English...Wifi worked Fine..Beds are comfortable and Rooms are Nice.

Beautiful characteristic hotel set in lush gardens. Had a fabulous dinner in the hotel restaurant; would definitely recommend! Our room was a lovely suite with a balcony overlooking the gardens and great welcome amenities. Only wish we had more than one night there to enjoy all that the hotel has to offer!

The plush gardens, the traditional rooms and quite surroundings make this hotel the perfect Ryad like stay in a modern neighborhood. Just spent an amazing week there and enjoyed every day of it. Will definitely stay again if I am visiting Rabat.

I travel for my job and I have been all over the world, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe. This villa is in my top three of all time. The service is great. The rooms are spacious and impeccably decorated. The room service and petite déjeuner were tasty. I'll be back next year. Plus it s much cheaper if you book on Expedia. Forget Sofitel and have a quaint Morrocan experience.

I have stayed in the Villa Mandarine on multiple occasions, and each visit has been thoroughly enjoyable. It is not a typical business class hotel, but it works exceedingly well for my needs. The staff is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and unique. And the menu options offer a nice variety. This hotel makes me feel like I am stepping back in time - to the 1960's - and experiencing the Morocco of the past, but while staying with a family member in their sprawling villa. Much more comfortable that a cookie cutter chain hotel.

The staff were all courteous and helpful. The grounds of the facility and the decor of the rooms and common facilities were outstanding. The dining room provided gourmet meals at reasonable cost. We stayed two nights at the beginning of our trip and one before flying home. After our first two nights we would not think of staying anywhere else in Rabat.

Hotel is in the middle of the upmarket, embassy district of Rabat, and so is better suited to business travellers than leisure travellers like ourselves. Having said that, it was comfortable, and welcoming, and food was good.

Excellent hotel - located 15min outside Rabat city with easy access to cab's through reception. My wife and I stayed for 5 nights - swam in the heated pool each day, played table tennis, walked through the amazing flowering gardens and enjoyed great meals at the restaurant. You'll be pleasantly surprised to find this hotel - not a boring business hotel and great fun with family. Suggest packing your golf clubs to experience the Royal Dar Es Salam Golf Course (top 100 course) located in he same area.
