Food: average. Canteen catering for Europeans with no desire to try spicy food - and we had no other options in our stay. Strict staff rules re where we could eat - as a family for health reasons we didn't want a crowd indoors, but all tables outside for more than 4 were taken - and we were refused the option of using tables nearer the bar area - even though this was completely empty. Staff kept thanking me and saying no - with no flex - really irritating and not focused on us - focused on abiding by rules they were given. Our room and especially bathroom felt clinical- cold/uninspiring. But grounds wonderful and our grandkids loved it.

Nous sommes partis avec notre fille de 14 mois et le personnel est absolument adorable avec les enfants / bébés et aux petits soins avec nous pendant tout notre séjour. Le parc est luxuriant et l’hôtel joli et bien entretenu, notre chambre était spacieuse et agréable. Tout était réuni pour nous permettre de passer des vacances reposantes. Le petit déjeuner est super. Les plats marocains du restaurant très bons.

Hotellis oli väga külalislahke õhkkond. Meeldis vastuvõtt, voodi oli hea, padi oli mõnus (pehme, madal), iga päev toa koristus, väga korralik! Toidu valik oli mitmekesine, igale maitsele oli alati midagi uut ja sai ka uusi toite proovida. Eriliselt jäi meelde üks õhtusöök, kus pakuti delikatesse (mereannid, austrid). Alati oli õhtusöögivastuvõtt. Meeldis erinevad teema õhtud õhtusöögil, õhtul vahel elav muusika. Hotellis on tasuta bussi teenus, mis viib ja toob tagasi linna. Eriline kiitus tuleb hotelli meeleahutus meeskonnale, kus sai proovitud erinevaid tegevusi, tantsutrennid, petang, noolemäng. Samuti on hotellis võimalik harrastada muid sportlike tegevusi (võrkpall, korvpall, tennis, akrobaatika, golf). Igal õhtul oli Showtime, kus oli erineva temaatikaga etteasted, mis olid väga heal tasemel. Tahame eriti tänada meelelahutuse meeskonda- Jonas, Mia, Bia, Mary, Youssef, Happuman, Uness, kes said täielikult meie sõpradeks ja nagu pereliikmeteks. Comme décrit dans tous les commentaires, la bienveillance et la réactivité du personnel, vraiment haut de gamme. Nous avions un petit problème avec une douche qui fuyait, et 10 mn après avoir signalé le problème, nous avions une autre chambre alors que nous n’en demandions pas tant.

Le club est vraiment très beau,très propre et très bien entretenu, les animateurs KAPPA sont exceptionnels (la douce Souki, Uness, Happyman...). Des animations toutes les 30 minutes, vous ne pouvez pas vous ennnuyer si vous le souhaitez; il y a des spectacles tous les soirs. La grande piscine chauffée à 24/25 degrés je pense et la piscine 'adultes only' encore plus chaude. A notre départ les parasols étaient remplacés par des grands parasols neufs, les prochains vacanciers vont pouvoir en profiter. Les buffets sont très bien fournis, tout est bon, aucun de nous n'a été malade. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent!
Cons: La literie n'est pas très bonne et nous étions 3 adultes dans la chambre, la 3e a eu un lit d'appoint qui est un lit enfant trop petit et trop étroit. Des petits détails à revoir comme remplacer une cuvette de wc totalement usée.

Cons: Manque d’espace sympas. Le restaurant est une grande halle froide et impersonnelle, sa terrasse est néanmoins très sympa. De même que le bar intérieur. Sans parler du bar extérieur de la piscine qui est une buvette avec des tables et des chaises en plastique, ambiance camping .. la musique d’ambiance de la terrasse du bar intérieur retentit au niveau des chambres jusqu’à minuit même s’il n’y a plus personne. On avait un bébé avec nous donc j’ai du aller me plaindre 3 fois sur les 5 nuits..

Cons: Repas moins bons qu'il y a 3 ans et en dessous de ce qu'on attend d'un Iberostar. Produits de bonne qualité mais beaucoup de 'recyclage'. Et surtout, aucun dessert typique, que des gâteaux fades, pleins de crème insipide. Trop trop trop de cumin dans tous les plats. Les spécialités marocaines du petit-déjeuner préparées très en avance et froides donc perdants complètement leur intérêt. Dommage. Vins espagnols et de mauvaise qualité. Cocktails sans saveur. Et jus de fruits chimiques (type Tang), au bar. Ça a vraiment beaucoup baissé en qualité...

We love Iberostar :) wir haben verlängert und bleiben insgesamt 4 Wochen. Schöne, grüne Fläche, riesig gross und fantastische Pools, angenehm warm. Viele Vögel und süsse, gepflegte Katzen. Für uns alles ein Pluspunkt :) Die Häuser haben nur 1-2 Etagen. Angenehmes Publikum. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Essen sehr gut.

The food is the best I have had at an all-inclusive and considering the price I really wasn't expecting it to be so I was very pleasantly surprised. Also didn't expect the cava on arrival! All the staff are amazing there for everything you need and constantly cleaning, the place is spotless. The shuttle bus to Marrakech was handy and free but there is also always taxis outside waiting to take you anywhere very cheap. The markets were an experience so much to buy and see. So much do at the hotel aswell you could easily spend days just at the resort but we like to get out and see things plus we wasn't there long.
Cons: If I was going to be picky, the cocktails could be better.

We (especially my kids) enjoyed the buffet and the pools. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated having two adjoining rooms for the four of us. The staff were responsive and friendly. We also appreciated having water stations to fill up our water bottles.

Très bel hôtel, entretenu, belles infrastructures et beaux jardins. Le cadre est apaisant. La nourriture était vraiment très bonne. Le personnel de l'hôtel est bienveillant, les animateurs au top ! Il y a pas mal d'activités sur place. Nous avons passé excellent séjour et nous reviendrons :)
Cons: Selon l'emplacement de la chambre, les animations du soir peuvent un peu déranger mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Si vraiment cela aurait été handicapant nous aurions demandé un changement de chambre. Au lieu de ça nous avons pris le parti de participer aux animations ;)

Het eten is superlekker! De bediening is top en vriendelijk! Iedereen helpt je met wat je maar nodig hebt. Het park in het hotel is mooi onderhouden, de tennisballen liggen er goed bij, je kan er zelfs je golfskills oefenen op de chipping range. Voor kindjes is er een leuk verwarmd zwembad, met mooie speeltuin en opvang. De shuttlebus is altijd mooi op tijd en gemakkelijk om naar het centrum te gaan. Het was heel fijn om hier op vakantie te komen.
Cons: Als ik toch een klein puntje van kritiek moet geven. Dan is het dat de kamers die een beetje opgefrist mogen worden. Ze zijn heel proper en hygiënisch. En alles werkt wel.

O Hotel é bastante grande e espaçoso e com muitas atividades e diferentes espaços. A comida era fresca e de excelente qualidade, com disponibilidade variada, e opções para todos os gostos. Alguma comida marroquina, mas poderia ter mais. O staff foi sempre muito disponivel.
Cons: O quarto tinha uma boa dimensão, era bastante limpo e confortável. As camas poderiam ser melhores. O espaço do restaurante é grande e um pouco barulhento, não encontrei opções sem glúten e sem lactose. Deveria ter disponibilidade de produtos de higiene (tivemos uma necessidade e não foi possivel encontrar, tive que pedir a outros hospedes).

Cons: The building is very tired in parts. The air conditioning inside for this time of year was freezing. No coffee making facilities in the room. The Moroccan restaurant on site, where we booked as a treat, the food was awful. Gelatinous, tasteless, cold, and dry biscuits. It’s as if they had taken the worst of what was on offer in the buffet and served it to us on their restaurant? We returned to the buffet restaurant and ate in there. We have not encountered this in any other ‘all inclusive’ we have stayed in.

Cons: We were there in December and inside the entertainment theatre was freezing, everyone sat with puffa coats on. Same in restaurant at times and the bar area! The bar is very open and not much seating area for the number or people there. Restaurant food was good, but very repetitive and it was SO noisy and busy, as it was too cold to sit outside it made meal times hectic!

Nice hotel in quiet location about 25 minutes from Marrakesh. 2 good size pools and lots of activities. Nice rooms, comfy beds and good sized bathroom with good shower. Food selection was great with lots of choices and nice to have the option of the separate on site restaurant included with the all inclusive. Friendly and helpful staff. We also tried out the Spa facilities which were lovely. And no problem getting sunbeds by the pool but we were there in December so not sure what it would be like in high season. Overall a nice hotel and very clean. I would stay here again.
Cons: The sound proofing in the rooms wasn’t the best. We could hear our neighbours talking and moving around and the women next door was prone to coughing fits during the night which woke us up unfortunately. I also believe the hotel was not full so might have been preferable to put us in a room in a quieter area and not right next to someone else. No smart tv/Netflix etc so tv options in English a bit limited in the evenings. We tried to book the shuttle bus to town one morning but it was already full so you really need to book that in advance. The guy at the desk said they had 700 guests and only 52 spaces on the bus and it only runs a few times a day. Might be good to have another bus or more frequent runs to town?

There is always people cleaning and maintaining the beautiful garden The rooms are dated but clean The food is good, they try every evening to have something new I didn’t see any of the shows or did no activities so I can’t judge that There are lots of kittens running around and they get fed by the staff
Cons: The restaurant is too noisy, there are a lot of screaming kids it was sometimes difficult to find a table as the hotel was very busy but the staff really try to search one and clean it immediately The shuttle bus leaves you 30 minutes walking from the Medina in a weird place where I didn’t feel safe at all and it was raining but there is no where to cover I could have done with more light in the room

Hôtel toujours au top! Le personnel est très sympathique , que ce soient les femmes de ménage, les barmans, les serveurs et serveuses, la réception... La direction également, toujours très disponible. L'hôtel sait s'améliorer quant à la mise aux normes actuelles ( panneaux solaires, recyclage des déchets, eau filtrée...)

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument formidable en famille (nous étions 10). Le personnel a été incroyablement attentionné, toujours souriant et disponible; nous n’avons jamais connu un accueil aussi chaleureux ailleurs ! Le sous-directeur Iyed mérite une mention spéciale : d’une gentillesse rare, toujours prêt à s’assurer que tout se passe bien. L’hôtel est spacieux, très agréable, avec d’excellentes infrastructures : terrains de tennis, terrains de pétanque, prêt de raquettes… tout est pensé pour le confort des clients. Les buffets sont délicieux, variés et de qualité, matin, midi et soir. Et la navette gratuite vers Marrakech, plusieurs fois par jour, est un vrai atout qui nous a permis de découvrir la ville facilement. Bref, un hôtel qu’on recommande sans hésiter !
Cons: Petit point d’amélioration concernant les oreillers, vraiment trop épais et trop durs à notre goût. Également, il n’y a qu’un seul endroit pour prendre l’apéro à l’extérieur le soir, et la musique de l’animation y est beaucoup trop forte; impossible de discuter ! Ce serait idéal de prévoir un deuxième coin apéro plus au calme, ou de faire l’animation ailleurs.

Cons: Le wifi mauvaise connexion. Le food truck propose normalement des encas sucrés et salés mais impossible d'en avoir profité au niveau salé car rupture. La navette proposée nous dépose un peu loin de la médina.

Cons: I very rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was so poor that I feel compelled to share it. This property should absolutely not be advertised as a 4-star hotel. While kids might enjoy certain elements, adults expecting comfort, cleanliness, and basic service standards will be very disappointed. From the moment we arrived, the problems began. Check-in took over 40 minutes, with no sense of urgency from staff and no acknowledgement of requests we had made ahead of time (eg babysitting). When we finally reached our room, we found dried blood on the side of my daughter’s cot — utterly unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star. Housekeeping standards were low. On two separate occasions, the cleaners made the beds with damp sheets. The balcony door didn’t lock, which is incredibly unsafe when travelling with a toddler. One of the main lights in the room didn’t work, meaning we couldn’t see into the wardrobes at night. It was eventually fixed after we complained, but it’s clear that no one checks rooms properly before guests arrive. Basic amenities were also lacking — there were no kettles or coffee facilities in the room, and the WiFi only worked patchily outside the main buildings. In the mornings, there was no hot water and the shower pressure throughout the day was barely more than a dribble. Food was another low point. At breakfast I was served an omelette that was completely raw in the middle — I’m pregnant, so this wasn’t just unappetising, it was dangerous. To add insult to injury, the hotel also requires a deposit of around £10 per towel for pool towels, which is certainly not in keeping with a supposed 4-star experience. The whole process was also convoluted - tokens were paid for and collected at reception but towels had to be collected from the other side of the site (a location that was not even next to the pool).

Pour ceux qui recherchent un all inclusive c’est moyen…pour le prix ! L’attente au check in est long et une seule personne pour une douzaine de clients….rien n’est anticipé ! Les repas sont satisfaisants dans un vacarme de cantine, mais sans plus, aucun effort de présentation ni de décoration, c’est brut de décoffrage ! En revanche le personnel de salle est aux petits soins contrairement à celui qui est à l’extérieur aux grillades, très peu aimable tout comme ceux du bar qui ignorent ce qu’est un sourire.
Cons: Le bruit ! et le peu d'investissement de certains serveurs.... un sourire ne coûte pas cher !

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Entertainment – das war mehr als nur gut, wirklich bombastisch! Es gab ein paar kleine Unstimmigkeiten, die aber mit dem Manager auf eine unfassbar gute und professionelle Weise geklärt wurden. Man merkt, dass sich das Hotel sehr um die Gäste kümmert. Wenn man ein Problem hat, kann man sich jederzeit an den Manager wenden und es wird zuverlässig eine Lösung gefunden. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The entire resort was wonderful. So much to do for all tastes. The adult pool was bliss, but if you need some excitement and fun the family pool with entertainment is great. So many activities to do on site with a vast program. The food, well. I just wish I had more stomach space to eat more! The variety was excellent! Also I was back and forth picking up unlimited drinks - Ayoub did a great job🍹 they were perfectttt. The holiday reps were so nice and great fun! Hotel itself is pretty basic, but it covers all the basics! Rooms are spotlessly clean, beds a little too hard for my liking. No tea/coffee making facilities but a kettle was requested and arrived immediately. The facilities and staff are what make this hotel something special. As a family with 3 boys (8, 10, 13), this was the perfect hotel for us. All the sports and games on offer and the entertainment staff made this one of our favourite family holidays yet. Special mention to Ali who served our drinks around the pool - always with the biggest smile, and Ismail in the bar who felt like a friend by the end of our stay. The staff here are wonderful.

The food was hot, plentiful and a great choice including freshly squeezed orange at breakfast. The ground are beautifully looked after.

We were pleased with the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel – the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The variety of activities was especially impressive: tennis, football, basketball, boxing, and more. A great choice for active guests of all ages. Regarding the food: The food selection could use significant improvement. There was very little variety, and the same dishes were repeated almost daily. This became tiresome quickly, and unfortunately, we had to eat out twice during our stay. There could be more grilled food options, and the snack selection was limited – only pancakes and waffles were offered every day. In addition, the air conditioning in the dining hall was not functioning properly, making it difficult for allergy sufferers to eat indoors. One member of our group has a fish allergy and was unable to dine inside due to the poor air quality, and had to eat outside instead. Accommodation and comfort: The toilets did not have water hoses for cleaning, which is not hygienic and does not meet the basic needs of many travelers. Adding this feature would greatly improve comfort and cleanliness. Overall: Overall, we had an enjoyable holiday, but unfortunately the price-quality ratio did not quite match. The hotel has great potential, but improvements are needed in the food service, air conditioning, and toilet facilities.

The even had staff going round chatting to everyone . Any issues were swiftly dealt with at reception. Food - lots of choice whatever your dietary needs were catered for. Adult pool area nice & quiet . Mixed pools activities on all day. Entertainment in the evenings was excellent. The staff are totally lovely, helpful and attentive. Food was superb with a massive range from western to local and numerous options. The facilities are excellent and the rooms basic but comfortable. As the hotel is well away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh city, having a range of activities on site proved a real benefit. Adults or children need never be bored.
Cons: Almost nothing, but I think they should reduce the background music and lower the volume of announcements.

I loved the staff and the hotel activities. The food was pleasant as well, they presented a large array for all pallets. A special shout has to be dropped for the cleaning staff on the room 2270 floor, she was amazing and so nice regardless of the language barrier.
Cons: The food was great but after a few day it felt repetitive. The rooms aren’t big too but it’s adequate. The bar drinks did not have many options included in the hotel package. However this are minor things that can be looked over.

The room is quite spacious and there are lots of activities to do every day. But special mention to the staff which was always super helpful and friendly.
Cons: Perhaps having a big single mattress rather than two as an option would have been great. I couldn't find that option and sleeping on a separate one is not always the most comfortable.

We had an unexpected few days and decided to head out to this area, booking very last minute and a little tired... however we had the best welcome and a great time - mostly thanks to the wonderful Amina and other staff who welcomed us so warmly. The property itself is lovely, and the gardening staff are very talented. We enjoyed the pool, the buffet was exceptional, especially the Moroccan rice and local dishes... the bar staff by the pool were really kind too! Guests from different parts of the world enjoying themselves. We'll be back!

Fantastic staff. The entertainment late night was above and beyond. The staff did a fantastic job. The nice lady at the kids club was lovely and all the staff at the restaurant. Anything we needed, house keeping came the next minute.
Cons: The toilets were filthy when we came in. The shower never worked with hardly dripping water. We skipped showers just for this very reason and I was dying to go home by this point. The sink also never worked so the water was stagnant all time although they claim to have fixed it. The tv remotes were not working and the AC wasn’t working either. The bed was hugely uncomfortable. Twin beds put together and they kept moving. Kids can’t sleep in the additional sofa bed as they would trip over since it was too narrow. Menu was horrendous ( mostly just cold stuff). They had a pasta counter but no protein to go with it ? Money savings tactics. Surely you can’t have Mediterranean meat from Moroccan section with pasta ? Paella was everyday but barely any sea food in it. Barbecue section had the same fish everyday ( the looks of it were beyond questionable and tasted like it too).The day they served seafood, you will have to cry for more than just 2 prawns from the barbecue chef and you are frowned upon for asking a third one. We stayed 5 nights and I stopped eating anything after day 2 and survived with the raw vegetables and fruits from salad section. A lot of repeat travelers at the hotel said the hotel food options / standards have gone too low and they would never return again. Just cheap money saving options except the desert section. Probably the worst iberoatar holiday we have ever been to . The rooms felt like a motel. Save your money and go someplace else.

The bed was really comfortable, and both the bathroom and bedroom were really nicely laid out, modern and clean. I liked the friendliness of the bartenders, the reception staff, and the Entertainment/Animator team. I liked the scheduled activities anyone could join in so was never bored with nothing to do. Dancing at the end of the evening shoes was good fun/laugh. I loved the fact that the buffet had chefs freshly cooking meats, eggs, fish, BBQ, flatbreads etc all the time. Made it better than your regular hotel buffet. I loved the authentic morrocan food available as well as other options. i loved the caiprinha + Mojito cocktails.. I loved how there was plenty of seating by the bar inside/outside, by the pool, in reception and in the restaurant. I loved the option of a free shuttle bus into centre Marrakech. i loved the garden and how beautiful the hotel looked.
Cons: The outdoor bars seating by the pool could have had cleaner seating, and they had a wasp/fly issue at the drinks machine. The main pool was closed without notice when booking. Evening entertainment could have been better. It would be nice to have a live band or some show that is more interesting than 1 hour of repetitive dance shows. Would have been nice to be offered a drink when sat at the buffet restaurant. Wish the cheese/Olives had been sourced from somewhere better. Everything else was delicious, but the cheese and Olives just didn't taste very nice the Pina colada cocktail could have been made better. It would also be nice to have the option of an Amaretto sour or a Margarita.

I stayed here with my teenage son for a short two night stay and it was perfect for what we were after. There was nothing amazing about the hotel, but also nothing to complain about. The food offered a good choice and met my expectations from an all inclusive. The facilities were great and the two pools lovely as were the grounds. There was lots to do if you chose to get involved. The free shuttle coach to the medina and back was excellent and very straightforward. If you want to be near the action of the medina this hotel isn’t for you, but it’s perfect if want to be away from the chaos but close enough to dip in.

Coffee machines are self service. There is definitively enough to do for a week. Daily Activities are run well, and you can take organised tours into Marrakesh. While you are out of the city centre, you are away from city pollution.
Cons: Building, including room and bathroom, are a little worn. This means walls have no noise isolation so you can hear everything outside. May be disruptive to sleep. You have to find your own way (which is fine in the end). The App is useless: wrong hours, high level info etc. Just go to animators and staff for all questions. If u want a spa, I suggest hammam outside of the hotel for a more complete experience.

Every single member of staff were fantastic! They all knew their job and they all knew how to make each and every guest feel welcome. Beautiful, clean pool areas and restaurant with lots of choice on the food. Loved the singer keyboard player...... he was excellent. In fact, we attended the music quiz most nights and the ents guy and the whole team was really good.
Cons: The only thing that would stop me staying here again is the location. As beautiful as it is, it's just too far away from the main town for my personal preference. I like to be able to walk to where it's all going on.

J’ai passé 5-6 jours dans cet hôtel avec mon mari et mes deux enfants. Il Le personnel y est très professionnel et très sympathique. L’hôtel est propre . Le personnel veille à ce que vous ne manquez de rien. Par contre très grosse déception pour le kids club. Sombré quasiment pas de jouets . J’y suis allée pour laisser mon fils de 4 ans. 0 animation les enfants sont laissés à déambuler dans la pièce. Une animatrice principalement assise sur une chaise à s’assurer que les enfants ne se tapent pas dessus. Pour avoir fait de nombreux all inclusive le kidsclub laisse vraiment à désirer . J’ai également fait un massage de 1h à 70 euros qui n’aura duré que 40 min.un peu moyen

Cons: The room was quite small and dark, with a tiny balcony. There was a problem with wasps in some areas with dead wasps appearing in our soft drinks by the pool a couple of times. Other than the main restaurant, there wasnt a huge choice of different eating options.

Cons: Non smoking areas was availble for other customers not smoking or allergic or with kids. In the terrass many customers were smoking during breakfest lunch and dinner time. I had to change my table many times. I have claimed that to the reception and nothing was done. I have talked to the waitress many time they ignored me totaly. During the night it was to mych noises after 23.00 when the show was finished many customers will sitt outside in the terrass speaking louad and enven some times were screaming without any consideration for other people who were sleeping. The reception have not been pleasent, not service minded and not willing to help. Sometimes very rude and unpleasent. Even when calling in the phone they hung up before I have finished talking very unpleasent. I have been visiting the hotel 2 years ago it was much better the personnel working at the reception were much more comptent, professional and were genuin willing to help at any time with a smile. When asking about the schedule for activities the reception were not willing to answer they had no idea about whats happning. It unexeptable when the reception give an answear " I dont know talk to stuff in the pool they will inform you." In the very first day when I arrived I was not informed about anything no a welcoming och a nice greeding. Same when I did the check out no greeding very rude. At the reception you definitly need professional and comptent personnal who can speak fluent english and frensh. But most importantly a service minded and well informed personnal who are motivation and engaged who loves what they do. Treat your custemers with respect care and passion. I believe you can do better. Keep on the good work.

Property was clean, tidy and loads of resources. Only found the library at the end. The pools were nice, and easy to get a lounger/bed. Food was great with lots of variations through the week, as well as celebrations for various special days, like Eid etc. If you like Football, lots of Premier and Champions league action is shown on huge TVs. The mojitos weren't that bad, certainly palatable.
Cons: We booked the Iberostar for the kids club, so our only child could make some new friends and have activities. We could also get a break and chill for a few hours. As a 9 year old, he was classified as a Dolphin, Ages 8-12. We assumed this meant he would be looked after and taken/shown various activities. However, this wasn't the case. They do this for the under 8s, but not the overs. There are various activities on the site, and the 'Dolphins' are encouraged to go to them. Like high-wire trapeeze, football and archery. Water Polo is also advertised, but it's in the deep end, so most kids are trying to keep their heads above water rather than play. They really should have a kids water polo in the shallow end.

Enjoyed our time at Iberostar. Staff take an interest in their guests and look after them. There is a gym, and two pools, one of which is adults only. There are lots of outdoor activities to do too. The food is great, lots of different options and constantly replenished, you have mixture of local and traditional western food. Rooms were very comfortable and we're cleaned every day. We also organised a hot air balloon and taxi to the airport with the hotel and all went smoothly.

Best hotel I have stayed at despite things now being perfect. For starters, everything looks just like the pictures do. The staff are warm, helpful and hospitable and the entertainment workers for children are very enthusiastic. The amenities are very good, TV has YouTube, Netflix, amazon prime Disney plus etc.
Cons: Why did I not give 5 stars? Well.. on the 2nd day housekeeping threw my retainers away mistaking it for trash and the hotel did not locate them or take any responsibility with their part to play. One of the receptionists was making it particularly difficult to solve the problem and I feel as though I was being told what I wanted to hear and the blame was put on me for ‘losing it’. The food is good, there is a lot of options. I would say if you are a picky eater especially with a British pallet you might find it difficult to find food you like (there was pizza and occasionally chicken nuggets and chips) . With that being said the food is pretty bland. There are condiments to improve this but at times the food lacked even basic salt and pepper. As I was all inclusive I got to experience the unlimited drinks. I would say the juices are nice but any mixed cocktails/ mock-tails aren’t amazing. Their drinks are made from syrup and alcohol and not individual ingredients. So a pina colada would have the alcohol, if you prefer it, and then a syrupy type of liquid poured on top. So ther is no separate coconut milk, pineapple juice etc it is all one liquid so the drinks aren’t too amazing. The entertainment was good I used te trapeze and watched a show and all of the workers were talented and had high energy. I would say unit is better to travel to Morocco in April/may time as in the shade it was cold in March and at night the temperature drops.

The complex was great, nice pool, amazing food, comfortable rooms. On arrival at 22:30 they still had dinner saved for us which was lovely. There is a shuffle bus to the center and exhange options are the hotel, super useful.
Cons: The spa wasn't great. We tried 3 different procedures, and we were overall disappointed. The male staff at reception was condescending to us on arrival due to our card initially getting declined, once he found out that it was on his machine end and not the card, he apologized, but that wasn't a great welcoming experience. We requested laundry on our last day and had to call 4 times for it to be picked up.

It’s was divine! I heard they were good but was still surprised by it. Staff were amazing and friendly. They encouraged us to participate in activities and were very patient. Taught us archery, trapeze and football. The parties and discos were nice. The food was so good, and they did their best to make sure that people who missed meal times could still get food at the food trucks and lobby. Rooms were nice and cleaned daily and the premises well taken care of. They also provided us with a rep who organised activities outside the hotel like quad biking and mountain climbing. They also provide free transport into the city. We really wished we stayed longer. We’ll be back again soon

This resort has beautiful grounds and excellent facilities The adjoining rooms I booked for my daughter, her husband and their two children were very good. The activities were also excellent and the children's pool ideal for my grandchildren
Cons: The major shortcoming was food poisoning which my son in law contracted on the second day of the visit This lasted overall for 3 days. At first we thought this might be a viral infection and so did not contact the resort . Then 4 other members of my family had similar symptoms. They like myself were booked on an EasyJet package holiday from the UK to this resort covering the same period as this booking. My son who is a GP and who as on this trip had his son's faecal sample tested when they returned to the UK on 28th October as he continued to be ill. This sample grew a Campylobacter and E Coli 0157. These cause food poisoning either through inadequately cooked food or poor hand hygiene. This certificate can be sent to you. We therefore conclude that my son in law had the same infection. This seriously reduced his enjoyment if the holiday and we think he requires some compensation for this. I am making the complaint on his behalf as I paid for this holiday.

Having spent a couple of nights in the Medina of Marrakech, this hotel offered a pleasing contrast. The pool area ( Zen) was very clean and relaxing. The gardens were beautifully kept . Most of the food was nice . Really liked the lobby area as a place to relax in the evening.
Cons: We didn’t receive all information we felt we needed during check in, for example needing pool towel cards to exchange. (However, we did arrive early so this could have been our fault) There was a lack of snack food available when comparing to other Iberostar all inclusive hotels. The booking system for the tennis courts seemed slightly disorganised. On the two occasions I’d reserved the times to play. we were questioned as to if we’d done that . Scrambled eggs were cold as were the plates too. Thought they could have been warmed.

Rooms are adequate size and very clean, good selection of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as body lotion. I needed to put the duvet underneath me as I like the bed softer. The gardens are beautiful and there's plenty of staff keeping it perfect. Lots of activities to do if you choose to, but no pressure to join in.
Cons: Unfortunately the room we were given was not to our liking as too noisy, this was dealt with immediately with a change to a quieter part of the hotel, very satisfied with how it was dealt with.

Really good stay. Bar staff in particular are very friendly and attentive. Some of the best food we've had at an all inclusive. Rooms are fairly basic but spacious. We used the free shuttle into the city a few times which was very easy, and there were always taxis outside the hotel if you wanted to use those also. The one thing that let the trip down was the noise from the hotel you could hear from the room, not sound proofed at all. We got used to it by the end of the week but the first few nights were not that pleasant because of it.

Gym was great, and flexibility to accommodate for extra needs was always excellent ie late checkout etc. All in all a great experience and would definitely come back!
Cons: only criticism was the constant need to be quiet round the “adult pool” when you’re meant to be on holiday - sometimes felt like a classroom vibe always being told to stay quiet. This was most likely the fellow residents who were the issue not the staff. All the staff were lovely and respectful :)

I absolutely loved everything. I have been wanting to visit Marrakesh for a very long time and I'm super happy that I chose this hotel to do so. Moroccan people are the most welcoming people that I have ever met and they all made me feel at home. The housekeeping team was lovely and so was the reception, but I truly have to give a hands up to the bar team and to the animation team who made our stay as special as it could be. I wanna give a special thanks to Mohammed & Ismael from the bar as well as Reda and Ismael from the animation team for making me and my family feel like we were at home and even trying their very best to speak our native language. The food was also very good and was the reason why we originally chose this hotel. After an extensive work of exploring reviews, we noticed that this hotel was the all inclusive with best reviews about the food and I totally agree. I'm already scheduling my next trip to Marrakesh and needless to say is thay I will be staying in this hotel.

There were always plenty of food options, between Moroccan and European cuisine. For those interested there's always plenty of activities, either for adults as well as children. It's a great option to have some relaxing vacation and visit the city. The shuttle service to the city works very well.

You can't get bored here, there are multiple sport activities available daily, big spacious bars to relax in if you want to chill, and a great buffet restaurant with a wide selection of new dishes every day. The cleaners work so hard here, there is always someone mopping and cleaning, which is appreciated in these post-pandemic days. And everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. Firstly the service and friendliness of all the staff , all went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for anyone . The food was outstanding , excellent choice and high quality. The choice of drinks and service at the bars again second to none. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Amazing staff who were so friendly and would approach you to take part in activities. Large hotel with x2 pools and plenty of space and activities. Great food options on offer at the buffet and all the staff at reception are friendly and help you to book excursions. We did camel riding, quad biking + sunset dessert dinner PLUS a walking tour of the nearby seouks. Recommend booking with reception so you know you are safe and they provide a transfer to and from the hotel with other guests which was nice because we made some friends!
Cons: A little bit far from the town centre but honestly, Marrakech is a small city so it makes total sense. Free transfers are provided to get you in and out.

Friendly staff throughout from reception, animation team, activities team, restaurant, room service and cleaning staff. Khalid (intern), Katie, Sara hotel manager, Hannan room service cleaner, Chakeb, Muhammed Ali, photographers were all amazing with us and our daughter. The chef in the main restaurant also prepared a soup for our baby especially, as she's a fussy eater. Staff also brought food into the Morrocan restaurant for our baby too. They also allowed us to take some snacks for our daughter for the airport. Food had very good selection with the main restaurant, food trucks by the pool and BBQ area outdoors. Restaurants are also very clean with cleaners working throughout. Kids club - good to have, but we were a little restricted due to daughters age. There is a kids disco but it starts quite late and I would recommend an earlier time as it clashes with bed time for young ones. Splash pad was heathed which was great. Shuttle bus service was handy to the souk and goes quite regularly. The only issue was that it's about 20min walk from the main souk which can feel like a lot more in the heat! Rooms were clean and good in size. Cot provided for our toddler which she slept well in. Activities - good selection of things to do throughout the day, even with a toddler we managed to take turns and participate in the activities. Grounds is beautiful for walks, toddler naps and to work off the calories consumed! Currency exchange available at reception and the rate is decent. Food for home
Cons: No changing rooms in the pool area, but there are toilets. Bit awkward to change for a baby Pork served in main restaurant - though it was served separately, it did make us feel uneasy that it was so close to the rest of the food. Warning signs should be bigger, we saw an elderly Muslim woman take it on her plate and was horrified when she was informed by another guest of what it was.

The food was exceptional and the grounds and pools were lovely! Lots to get involved in if you want to (we played Badminton, Boules, Table Tennis and Water Polo) but equally if you want to relax then the Zen pool is perfect for chilling out. The hotel was recommended by a friend and exceeded our expectations!
Cons: The hotel was great but it would have been even better if there was another area to go for drinks after dinner, but generally this wasn’t really a problem because we were able to get a table in the outside bar areas most nights.

We booked this hotel to relax and get some rest after our tour in Marocco and exploring Marrakesch. The food was lovely, the adults-only pool calm and relaxing. The lifeguard made sure it stayed this way. :) As there are two more pools (family, kids) there is space for everyone. We also loved the stuff as they were very friendly, helpfull and welcoming. Especially Salahm who made our meals in the garden even better when he always offered to bring drinks and got the table set for us. We liked the food as it was always fresh with things for everyone. Also the room was good and very clean. We loved our stay and come back the next time we are in Marrakesch.
Cons: Maybe the cups you get at the pool bars could be replaced by new ones. They were clean at all times but looked like many people had unsed them as they had scratches. Only a small thing....the rest was perfect!

Staff are welcoming, accommodating and fun. The hotel has everything from sports to entertainment. A Zen pool where it is adults only and quiet, away from the main pool and separate kids pool. The main pool has activities throughout the day from cooking to water aerobics there are mini sport tournaments as well. All inclusive and excellent value for money with no restrictions. Highly recommended

Very clean space, with friendly and helpful staff. Not too big or too loud, with a good choice of activities (without feeling obliged or pushed to participate if you don't want to). Good food for being a resort. Excellent value for money.
Cons: A little bit remote as it is at the far end of the Palmeraie and the shuttle bus should stop in the old city (and not at the border of the new city). Breakfast should be until 10.30 (and not 10.00) for late sleepers...

I have absolutely loved staying in this structure. The stuff was very friendly and always ready to help. There is everything you need there and a lots of activity during the all day. The resort is very big with a lots of cameras so sometime our room wasn't ready or when we needed it for maybe a afternoon nap we had to ask to don't come so we didn't had our room cleaned. But for all the rest it's been an amazing experience and I would go there again for sure
