Une cuisine excellente qui varie chaque jour. Un choix varié pour tout type de régime alimentaire et des mets de qualité. Nous nous sommes régalés chaque jour. Un grand merci à Bouchra, la responsable relation clientèle pour sa gentillesse et son écoute. Ainsi qu’à Chakib pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. J'ai passé un séjour agréable en famille. Le personnel était aux petits soins surtout avec ma mère qui a une mobilité réduite. Merci pour Mme Bouchra, la directrice clientèle et à M.cherif le directeur réception pour leur amabilité. J'y reviendrai sans aucun doute!

L'accueil chaleureux, la bienveillance du personnel et ce dès les premières minutes dans l'hôtel. Une petite attention à chaque fois que l'on a croisé quelqu'un, pour nous comme pour notre petit bout qui était ravi ! Un grand merci pour ça. La beauté du complexe, très bien entretenu et qui nous offre une sensation de bien-être immédiat, bravo pour le travail effectué afin de préserver ce petit coin de paradis.

Super séjour ! Une équipe professionnelle, agréable et attentionnée. Le buffet est de qualité, varié et délicieux. Le cadre extérieur et les jardins sont tout simplement magnifiques. Une mention spéciale à Bouchra, la responsable qualité, qui est très professionnelle, à l’écoute et surtout très humaine. Depuis 9 ans, l’hôtel a gardé le même standing, Un séjour absolument parfait ! Tout était excellent, de l’accueil à la qualité des services, en passant par le confort et l’attention portée aux détails. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. Cons: Le buffet assez décevant honnêtement, pas à la hauteur des autres iberostar (personnellement je le compare à celui de Sousse en Tunisie pour ceux qui y sont déjà allé), celui là est vraiment pas dingue. Un problème également sur les queues qui sont assez longues dans les buffets, une solution doit être mise en place je pense ? Les éléments les plus voulus doivent être faits dans deux endroits ?

Le point fort de cet établissement est son personnel. Accueillant, attachant, professionnel, disponible. Le personnel fait honneur au Maroc. La cuisine était de qualité, suffisamment diversifiée et variée pour satisfaire toute la famille. Il faut vraiment être très très difficile pour ne pas apprécier la qualité proposée. Les installations sportives, les divertissement, les soirées animées. Tout nous a ravi !
Cons: Malgré toutes les qualités, le complexe aurait besoin d'une rénovation, quelques éléments un peu usés.

Nous revenons d'une semaine inoubliable passé dans ce superbe club avec mes deux filles. De la minute où nous sommes arrivées, à la minute de notre départ, nous avons été accueillis avec gentillesse et professionalisme par tout le personnel. Un immense merci à Bouchra, des Guest relations, qui prenait le temps chaque matin de venir nous saluer au petit-déjeuner et s'assurer que tout se passait bien. Nous avons très bien mangé, les marocains sont doués en cuisine. Le buffet est varié. Il ne fallait jamais attendre pour se servir, trouver une table ou des assiettes. Les tables étaient rapidement débarrassées. J'ai apprécié qu'on pouvait manger dehors sous les oliviers ou la pergola avec brume d'eau. Un vrai plaisir pour les repas. Le domaine du club est magnifique et bien entretenu. Les équipements au niveau de la piscine comme les transats et parasols sont bien. Des maitres nageurs surveillent toute la journée. L'équipe d'animation était super et les danseurs pro brésiliens fantastiques! On a eu des beaux show tous les soirs. Il y a une jolie boutique à l'hôtel avec artisanat et produits marocains. J'ai apprécie avoir reçu une chambre facile d'accès étant seule avec mes enfants. La chambre était spacieuse et le nettoyage journalier très bien. Ce que j'ai trouvé top c'est les produits de soin BIO dans la salle de bains. Il y a une navette gratuite pour aller au centre de Marrakech.
Cons: Mise à part des détails comme mettre à disposition des gobelets pour pouvoir se servir seule à la fontaine d'eau aux bars et le diffuseur de parfum qui sentait un peu trop fort à la réception :D tout était parfait! Je recommande et reviendrais avec plaisir!

Nous venons de terminer notre deuxième séjour à l’Iberostar Club Palmeraie Marrakech, et c’est avec un immense plaisir que nous partageons notre expérience. C’est tout simplement la première fois que nous retournons dans un établissement où nous avons déjà séjourné. Nous avons pourtant testé plusieurs hôtels à Marrakech, y compris des établissements 5 étoiles, mais aucun n’a réussi à nous offrir le même niveau de satisfaction et la même qualité de service. Ce qui fait la force de cet hôtel, c’est avant tout son personnel exceptionnel. Chaque membre de l’équipe est souriant, attentionné, professionnel et toujours prêt à rendre le séjour agréable. Une mention toute particulière à Bouchra, du service clientèle, qui est absolument adorable, disponible et d’une grande gentillesse. Nous souhaitons également remercier chaleureusement Zac et Iman à la piscine Zen. Leur accueil, leur disponibilité, leur efficacité et leur bonne humeur contribuent largement à l’atmosphère si agréable de cet espace. Un grand merci également au professeur de golf, qui est tout simplement génial. Hyper compétent, pédagogue, passionné et extrêmement sympathique, il sait transmettre son savoir avec enthousiasme et bonne humeur. Une très belle rencontre qui a grandement participé à la réussite de notre séjour. La restauration est un autre point fort de l’établissement : les repas sont excellents, variés, généreux et de très grande qualité. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Nous apprécions aussi le fait que l’hôtel continue d’évoluer et de s’améliorer chaque année. Cette année, nous avons découvert une magnifique rénovation de l’espace piscine Zen, particulièrement réussie. Les nouveaux aménagements et les nouveaux salons installés autour de la grande piscine apportent encore plus de confort et d’élégance au cadre déjà superbe.

Do staff ao espaço, da comida ao conforto, tudo é excelente. O entretenimento é simplesmente espetacular e os dançarinos são fantásticos! O resort disponibiliza um autocarro para a cidade com vários horários (basta consultarem na receção), tem toalhas à disposição, máquinas para encher garrafas de água e um ginásio, que serviu perfeitamente para aquilo que pretendíamos. Esta foi a segunda vez que escolhemos este resort e, para o ano, vamos voltar sem qualquer dúvida. Recomendo de coração — não se vão arrepender!
Cons: A única coisa de que não gostei foi de ver hóspedes a jogar à bola dentro da piscina, fora das atividades organizadas pelos funcionários, que acontecem em horários específicos. Sendo um resort tão grande e com tanto espaço, acredito que essas brincadeiras poderiam acontecer fora da piscina, sem limitar quem apenas quer nadar ou relaxar em tranquilidade, sempre com receio de levar com uma bola. Na minha opinião, este tipo de comportamento não deveria ser permitido. Cheguei a pedir, por duas vezes, que deixassem de atirar a bola pelo ar, mas a ideia das férias é descansar e não ter de chamar a atenção por algo que deveria ser apenas uma questão de bom senso. De resto, não tenho absolutamente nada a apontar. Continuará a ser uma das minhas escolhas e espero voltar no próximo ano..

Tout était très bien lors de notre séjour avec notre bébé. La piscine était propre, les parasols offraient de l’ombre et la pataugeoire est très agréable. Le buffet propose un large choix chaque jour et tout est très bon : nous avons très bien mangé. La navette située devant l’hôtel pour se rendre dans le centre de Marrakech est très pratique. Le personnel de l’hôtel est à l’écoute, attentif et très gentil. Très bel hotel et de belles prestations, nous reviendrons.
Cons: La qualité de la literie n’était pas catastrophique, mais pas exceptionnelle non plus. Il y a peu, voire pas du tout, de jeux pour les enfants en dehors de la piscine. Il y a un toboggan et des balançoires, mais ils sont réservés au kids club, ce qui est dommage.

Cons: lit banquette un peu juste en taille pour une chambre proposée pour 3 adultes. C'est le seul point qui peut être amélioré selon moi. Pour le reste, cet établissement met tout en oeuvre pour que le séjour soit plaisant et sans stress en terme d'organisation. Nous avons même pu récupérer notre chambre avant l'heure prévue au vu de l'arrivée de notre avion. La prise en charge à notre arrivée avec le verre d'accueil, l'accompagnement individualisé pour la saisie des fiches de renseignement à notre arrivée.

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux ainsi que l’amabilité du personnel. Les chambres et les restaurants étaient très propres. Les jardins et les piscines étaient également très bien entretenus. Le service « All Inclusive » proposé était satisfaisant dans l’ensemble.
Cons: la qualité de la literie et des produits de toilette pouvait être améliorée afin de mieux correspondre au niveau de prestation attendu d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Très beau parc. Proposition d’activités et de sport sur place, même si nous n’en avons pas profités. Personnel souriant et serviable, comme souvent au Maroc.
Cons: 1) Insonorisation de la chambre inexistante, tant vis à vis du couloir que vis à vis de la chambre voisine (conversation et TV comme si nous partagions la même chambre) Nous avions pourtant fait au préalable plusieurs demandes spécifique du fait d’un bébé d’un an avec nous, ce qui a été considéré d’après l’équipe. Bâtiments vétustes malgré la rénovation partielle des chambres. Chambres et espaces propres même si en arrivant il y avait 2 cafards dans la chambre. Nettoyé le lendemain. Nous avons aimé la présence des chats sauvages dans le l'hôtel. Les services.
Cons: Bruyant. Les gens font du bruit dans les couloirs, et réveillés aux chants du groupe d'oiseaux à 6 h du matin pire qu'un coq.Donc pas reposant. Mon mari et moi même malades avec la nourriture. Nous en avons parlé à la responsable de relations clients qui a mis en doute nos paroles nous demandant si nous avons mangé à l'extérieur ce qui n'a pas été le cas, ni c'était l'alcool,nous ne buvons pas.Si nous sommes exposés au soleil, toujours sous le parasol avec une casquette. Et dire ne pas comprendre. Mon mari a mangé des boulettes (restes des viandes ) et moi une soupe de légumes (idem avec des restes).Donc nous sommes pris un.peu de haut.A quand même . envoyé une infirmière à la chambre. De plus que des desserts sucrés. Pas de yaourts nature de vache ou vegetal.Donc pas pour les diabétiques sinon pas de désserts. Nous déconseillons de prendre la sortie dîner spectacle dans ne désert d'Agafay dans l'hôtel avec W2M. Super hôtel, qui dispose d’ un très joli parc avec des parties ombragées qui permet de faire des balades quotidiennes avec une poussette. Personnel aux petits soins, un grand merci à Mohamed au petit-déjeuner qui a été d’une gentillesse absolue, ainsi que le monsieur en charge du golf et l’infirmière qui se sont très bien occupés de nous lorsque nous avons eu un souci de santé avec notre bébé. Wir bekamen nach Reklamation des eigentlichen Zimmers wegen massiver Lärmbelastung durch den animierten Pool ein Gratisupgrade auf ein schönes ruhiges Zimmer im Bereich des Ruhe-Pools. Gutes Essen und Tischwein/Bier, gepflegter Pool mit beheiztem Wasser. Haben uns nach einer zweiwöchigen Marokkorundreise dort gut entspannen können.
Cons: Außerhalb des Hotelareal ist es sehr trostlos. Laute Animation und Musik am Hauptpool des Hotels, schlechte Abendunterhaltung.

Ook veel lawaai bij het avondeten. Tijdens het avond eten werden er spelletjes gedaan en werd er hard via een microfoon geroepen. Elke avond weer wel minstens een uur lang. . Dat vind ik geen goed moment. Je zit daardoor niet rustig te eten.. ook op je kamer is het lawaai hoorbaar van het restaurant want de kamers die wij hadden waren vlak boven restaurant gelegen. Terwijl ik om rustige kamers had gevraagd maar ik denk eigenlijk dat die er niet zijn want alle kamers zitten als een boog rondom te tuin/ restaurant.

The staff is very helpful, really nice and always happy to go out of their way to help. Really lovely facitlities, warm pool, lots to do. Comfy rooms, especially in the second building which is quieter. Medina is 25 mins away and free shuttle takes you there. Food is good, lots of fruit and salads. And the place is very clean.
Cons: Pool closes a bit too early at 6pm, it would be nice to be able to swim in the evening till 7pm as the nights are warmer than the morning. I really like being able to swim in the evening, so that was a bit dissapointing.

Free shuttle bus into Marrakesh centre. Other on-site activities: table tennis tables, pétanque courts, tennis courts and a small grassed area with football nets. Good spa/hammam.
Cons: Relentless loud music that was played by the pool for most of the day. Majority of which was dance music with thumping beats - not very relaxing. Variety and quality of food & drink. We were really disappointed by the food. Lacked inspiration and variety; given that we were in a country with such rich culinary heritage, it was a let down. And the inclusive wine…..like paint stripper. I couldn’t drink it.

The gardens , outdoor sports facilities, food, friendly staff and the separation of adult pool from the lively main area made it very relaxing. Shuttle bus service was excellent.
Cons: Lack of indoor facilities and the sports facilities all unavailable after 6pm even though the table tennis , tennis courts and pétanque had lighting for evening. It was actually still daylight up to 7.30pm. This seems rather silly as the temperatures are cooler later in the day for sports activities. I found the indoor basement entertainment area very impersonal and the lack of pleasant decor did not reflect the rest of the hotel. Tables all too large so not able to sit down as a couple on our own.

Nous avons adorés notre séjour entre amies, le personnel est adorable, aux petits soins (mention spéciale pour le monsieur plus agé qui sert à la piscine dont on a plus le prénom), la nourriture excellente et variée chaque jour, la propreté de l'hôtel est impeccable. Nous avons profité des cours de sport et d'aquagym le matin ainsi que d'un cours de salsa, et nous avons passé de bons moments à chaque fois! Les spectacles du soir sont de qualité, il faut aussi le souligner, car ce n'est pas toujours le cas dans ce genre d'hotel mais ici les danseurs sont de vrais pro! Nous reviendrions avec plaisir en famille ou entre amis.
Cons: Les explications pour la navette pour nous rendre au souk pas très claires, nous n'avions pas compris (et nous n'étions pas les seules) qu'il fallait sortir de l'hôtel pour récupérer la navette ce qui a fait que nous l'avons loupée malgré notre quart d'heure d'avance et nous avons du nous rendre en taxi dans le centre, dommage... Le rituel du hammam est sympa et complet mais nous ne recommandrions pas forcément de prolonger avec un massage, malgré une bonne main, les esthéticiennes ne suivent pas ce qu'on leur demande, le massage est probablement le même pour tout le monde avec des manoeuvres très basiques. Et si on veut être un peu tatillon, la literie est un peu dure.

Food: average. Canteen catering for Europeans with no desire to try spicy food - and we had no other options in our stay. Strict staff rules re where we could eat - as a family for health reasons we didn't want a crowd indoors, but all tables outside for more than 4 were taken - and we were refused the option of using tables nearer the bar area - even though this was completely empty. Staff kept thanking me and saying no - with no flex - really irritating and not focused on us - focused on abiding by rules they were given. Our room and especially bathroom felt clinical- cold/uninspiring. But grounds wonderful and our grandkids loved it.

Samuti on hotellis võimalik harrastada muid sportlike tegevusi (võrkpall, korvpall, tennis, akrobaatika, golf). Igal õhtul oli Showtime, kus oli erineva temaatikaga etteasted, mis olid väga heal tasemel. Tahame eriti tänada meelelahutuse meeskonda- Jonas, Mia, Bia, Mary, Youssef, Happuman, Uness, kes said täielikult meie sõpradeks ja nagu pereliikmeteks. Le club est vraiment très beau,très propre et très bien entretenu, les animateurs KAPPA sont exceptionnels (la douce Souki, Uness, Happyman...). Des animations toutes les 30 minutes, vous ne pouvez pas vous ennnuyer si vous le souhaitez; il y a des spectacles tous les soirs. La grande piscine chauffée à 24/25 degrés je pense et la piscine 'adultes only' encore plus chaude. A notre départ les parasols étaient remplacés par des grands parasols neufs, les prochains vacanciers vont pouvoir en profiter. Les buffets sont très bien fournis, tout est bon, aucun de nous n'a été malade. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent!
Cons: La literie n'est pas très bonne et nous étions 3 adultes dans la chambre, la 3e a eu un lit d'appoint qui est un lit enfant trop petit et trop étroit. Des petits détails à revoir comme remplacer une cuvette de wc totalement usée.

We love Iberostar :) wir haben verlängert und bleiben insgesamt 4 Wochen. Schöne, grüne Fläche, riesig gross und fantastische Pools, angenehm warm. Viele Vögel und süsse, gepflegte Katzen. Für uns alles ein Pluspunkt :) Die Häuser haben nur 1-2 Etagen. Angenehmes Publikum. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Essen sehr gut.

The food is the best I have had at an all-inclusive and considering the price I really wasn't expecting it to be so I was very pleasantly surprised. Also didn't expect the cava on arrival! All the staff are amazing there for everything you need and constantly cleaning, the place is spotless. The shuttle bus to Marrakech was handy and free but there is also always taxis outside waiting to take you anywhere very cheap. The markets were an experience so much to buy and see. So much do at the hotel aswell you could easily spend days just at the resort but we like to get out and see things plus we wasn't there long.
Cons: If I was going to be picky, the cocktails could be better.

We (especially my kids) enjoyed the buffet and the pools. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated having two adjoining rooms for the four of us. The staff were responsive and friendly. We also appreciated having water stations to fill up our water bottles.

Cons: Selon l'emplacement de la chambre, les animations du soir peuvent un peu déranger mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Si vraiment cela aurait été handicapant nous aurions demandé un changement de chambre. Au lieu de ça nous avons pris le parti de participer aux animations ;)

Het eten is superlekker! De bediening is top en vriendelijk! Iedereen helpt je met wat je maar nodig hebt. Het park in het hotel is mooi onderhouden, de tennisballen liggen er goed bij, je kan er zelfs je golfskills oefenen op de chipping range. Voor kindjes is er een leuk verwarmd zwembad, met mooie speeltuin en opvang. De shuttlebus is altijd mooi op tijd en gemakkelijk om naar het centrum te gaan. Het was heel fijn om hier op vakantie te komen.
Cons: Als ik toch een klein puntje van kritiek moet geven. Dan is het dat de kamers die een beetje opgefrist mogen worden. Ze zijn heel proper en hygiënisch. En alles werkt wel.

Cons: O quarto tinha uma boa dimensão, era bastante limpo e confortável. As camas poderiam ser melhores. O espaço do restaurante é grande e um pouco barulhento, não encontrei opções sem glúten e sem lactose. Deveria ter disponibilidade de produtos de higiene (tivemos uma necessidade e não foi possivel encontrar, tive que pedir a outros hospedes).

The Moroccan restaurant on site, where we booked as a treat, the food was awful. Gelatinous, tasteless, cold, and dry biscuits. It’s as if they had taken the worst of what was on offer in the buffet and served it to us on their restaurant? We returned to the buffet restaurant and ate in there. We have not encountered this in any other ‘all inclusive’ we have stayed in.

Cons: We were there in December and inside the entertainment theatre was freezing, everyone sat with puffa coats on. Same in restaurant at times and the bar area! The bar is very open and not much seating area for the number or people there. Restaurant food was good, but very repetitive and it was SO noisy and busy, as it was too cold to sit outside it made meal times hectic!

Nice hotel in quiet location about 25 minutes from Marrakesh. 2 good size pools and lots of activities. Nice rooms, comfy beds and good sized bathroom with good shower. Food selection was great with lots of choices and nice to have the option of the separate on site restaurant included with the all inclusive. Friendly and helpful staff. We also tried out the Spa facilities which were lovely. And no problem getting sunbeds by the pool but we were there in December so not sure what it would be like in high season. Overall a nice hotel and very clean. I would stay here again.
Cons: The sound proofing in the rooms wasn’t the best. We could hear our neighbours talking and moving around and the women next door was prone to coughing fits during the night which woke us up unfortunately. I also believe the hotel was not full so might have been preferable to put us in a room in a quieter area and not right next to someone else. No smart tv/Netflix etc so tv options in English a bit limited in the evenings. We tried to book the shuttle bus to town one morning but it was already full so you really need to book that in advance. The guy at the desk said they had 700 guests and only 52 spaces on the bus and it only runs a few times a day. Might be good to have another bus or more frequent runs to town?

There is always people cleaning and maintaining the beautiful garden The rooms are dated but clean The food is good, they try every evening to have something new I didn’t see any of the shows or did no activities so I can’t judge that There are lots of kittens running around and they get fed by the staff
Cons: The restaurant is too noisy, there are a lot of screaming kids it was sometimes difficult to find a table as the hotel was very busy but the staff really try to search one and clean it immediately The shuttle bus leaves you 30 minutes walking from the Medina in a weird place where I didn’t feel safe at all and it was raining but there is no where to cover I could have done with more light in the room

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument formidable en famille (nous étions 10). Le personnel a été incroyablement attentionné, toujours souriant et disponible; nous n’avons jamais connu un accueil aussi chaleureux ailleurs ! Le sous-directeur Iyed mérite une mention spéciale : d’une gentillesse rare, toujours prêt à s’assurer que tout se passe bien. L’hôtel est spacieux, très agréable, avec d’excellentes infrastructures : terrains de tennis, terrains de pétanque, prêt de raquettes… tout est pensé pour le confort des clients. Les buffets sont délicieux, variés et de qualité, matin, midi et soir. Et la navette gratuite vers Marrakech, plusieurs fois par jour, est un vrai atout qui nous a permis de découvrir la ville facilement. Bref, un hôtel qu’on recommande sans hésiter !
Cons: Petit point d’amélioration concernant les oreillers, vraiment trop épais et trop durs à notre goût. Également, il n’y a qu’un seul endroit pour prendre l’apéro à l’extérieur le soir, et la musique de l’animation y est beaucoup trop forte; impossible de discuter ! Ce serait idéal de prévoir un deuxième coin apéro plus au calme, ou de faire l’animation ailleurs.

Cons: I very rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was so poor that I feel compelled to share it. This property should absolutely not be advertised as a 4-star hotel. While kids might enjoy certain elements, adults expecting comfort, cleanliness, and basic service standards will be very disappointed. From the moment we arrived, the problems began. Check-in took over 40 minutes, with no sense of urgency from staff and no acknowledgement of requests we had made ahead of time (eg babysitting). When we finally reached our room, we found dried blood on the side of my daughter’s cot — utterly unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star. Housekeeping standards were low. On two separate occasions, the cleaners made the beds with damp sheets. The balcony door didn’t lock, which is incredibly unsafe when travelling with a toddler. One of the main lights in the room didn’t work, meaning we couldn’t see into the wardrobes at night. It was eventually fixed after we complained, but it’s clear that no one checks rooms properly before guests arrive. Basic amenities were also lacking — there were no kettles or coffee facilities in the room, and the WiFi only worked patchily outside the main buildings. In the mornings, there was no hot water and the shower pressure throughout the day was barely more than a dribble. Food was another low point. At breakfast I was served an omelette that was completely raw in the middle — I’m pregnant, so this wasn’t just unappetising, it was dangerous. To add insult to injury, the hotel also requires a deposit of around £10 per towel for pool towels, which is certainly not in keeping with a supposed 4-star experience. The whole process was also convoluted - tokens were paid for and collected at reception but towels had to be collected from the other side of the site (a location that was not even next to the pool).

Pour ceux qui recherchent un all inclusive c’est moyen…pour le prix ! L’attente au check in est long et une seule personne pour une douzaine de clients….rien n’est anticipé ! Les repas sont satisfaisants dans un vacarme de cantine, mais sans plus, aucun effort de présentation ni de décoration, c’est brut de décoffrage ! En revanche le personnel de salle est aux petits soins contrairement à celui qui est à l’extérieur aux grillades, très peu aimable tout comme ceux du bar qui ignorent ce qu’est un sourire.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Entertainment – das war mehr als nur gut, wirklich bombastisch! Es gab ein paar kleine Unstimmigkeiten, die aber mit dem Manager auf eine unfassbar gute und professionelle Weise geklärt wurden. Man merkt, dass sich das Hotel sehr um die Gäste kümmert. Wenn man ein Problem hat, kann man sich jederzeit an den Manager wenden und es wird zuverlässig eine Lösung gefunden. Sehr empfehlenswert!

No tea/coffee making facilities but a kettle was requested and arrived immediately. The facilities and staff are what make this hotel something special. As a family with 3 boys (8, 10, 13), this was the perfect hotel for us. All the sports and games on offer and the entertainment staff made this one of our favourite family holidays yet. Special mention to Ali who served our drinks around the pool - always with the biggest smile, and Ismail in the bar who felt like a friend by the end of our stay. The staff here are wonderful.

We were pleased with the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel – the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The variety of activities was especially impressive: tennis, football, basketball, boxing, and more. A great choice for active guests of all ages. Regarding the food: The food selection could use significant improvement. There was very little variety, and the same dishes were repeated almost daily. This became tiresome quickly, and unfortunately, we had to eat out twice during our stay. There could be more grilled food options, and the snack selection was limited – only pancakes and waffles were offered every day. In addition, the air conditioning in the dining hall was not functioning properly, making it difficult for allergy sufferers to eat indoors. One member of our group has a fish allergy and was unable to dine inside due to the poor air quality, and had to eat outside instead. Accommodation and comfort: The toilets did not have water hoses for cleaning, which is not hygienic and does not meet the basic needs of many travelers. Adding this feature would greatly improve comfort and cleanliness. Overall: Overall, we had an enjoyable holiday, but unfortunately the price-quality ratio did not quite match. The hotel has great potential, but improvements are needed in the food service, air conditioning, and toilet facilities.

As the hotel is well away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh city, having a range of activities on site proved a real benefit. Adults or children need never be bored.

I loved the staff and the hotel activities. The food was pleasant as well, they presented a large array for all pallets. A special shout has to be dropped for the cleaning staff on the room 2270 floor, she was amazing and so nice regardless of the language barrier.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Everything was right, the buffet had a lot of options and good quality. The installations were clean and fun. The room is quite spacious and there are lots of activities to do every day. But special mention to the staff which was always super helpful and friendly.
Cons: Perhaps having a big single mattress rather than two as an option would have been great. I couldn't find that option and sleeping on a separate one is not always the most comfortable.

We were allowed to checkin early with was much appreciated since we were tired and with a toddler. The buffet is rich and varied, there are plenty of daily activities and lots of entertainement
Cons: Housekeeping is doing well but the floors remain dirty because they don’t use vacuum cleaner. Kids club needs a bit more toys particularly for younger ones. A waitress in the garden part of the restaurant is always reserving the sunny tables for her elderly customers that know her and tip her, making it a bit unfair for all other customers.

We were greeted really well by the staff. They were really nice. The rooms were big and spacious but lacked some necessities like an iron and a coffee machine.

We had an unexpected few days and decided to head out to this area, booking very last minute and a little tired... however we had the best welcome and a great time - mostly thanks to the wonderful Amina and other staff who welcomed us so warmly. The property itself is lovely, and the gardening staff are very talented. We enjoyed the pool, the buffet was exceptional, especially the Moroccan rice and local dishes... the bar staff by the pool were really kind too! Guests from different parts of the world enjoying themselves. We'll be back!

Beautiful resort- helpful staff
Cons: the pool towel hut is a bit too far from the pool and the reception, and getting the towel requires paying down a refundable cash amount at the reception, so you end up walking back and fourth..,easily fixable by blocking out at the towel hut a security amount on the credit card

The staff in this hotel are very good. Beautiful grounds. Adults only pool available. Excellent choice and good quality buffet meals.

Cons: Information about activities could be easier to access (the screens showing this information rotate really slowly, and don't give details about where each activity is located - some are obvious e.g. trapeze at the trapeze area, but others are not - e.g. dance lessons). Many of the activities (e.g. stretching, zumba) were the same every day - they could add a little more variation to keep everyone interested

Fantastic staff. The entertainment late night was above and beyond. The staff did a fantastic job. The nice lady at the kids club was lovely and all the staff at the restaurant. Anything we needed, house keeping came the next minute.
Cons: The toilets were filthy when we came in. The shower never worked with hardly dripping water. We skipped showers just for this very reason and I was dying to go home by this point. The sink also never worked so the water was stagnant all time although they claim to have fixed it. The tv remotes were not working and the AC wasn’t working either. The bed was hugely uncomfortable. Twin beds put together and they kept moving. Kids can’t sleep in the additional sofa bed as they would trip over since it was too narrow. Menu was horrendous ( mostly just cold stuff). They had a pasta counter but no protein to go with it ? Money savings tactics. Surely you can’t have Mediterranean meat from Moroccan section with pasta ? Paella was everyday but barely any sea food in it. Barbecue section had the same fish everyday ( the looks of it were beyond questionable and tasted like it too).The day they served seafood, you will have to cry for more than just 2 prawns from the barbecue chef and you are frowned upon for asking a third one. We stayed 5 nights and I stopped eating anything after day 2 and survived with the raw vegetables and fruits from salad section. A lot of repeat travelers at the hotel said the hotel food options / standards have gone too low and they would never return again. Just cheap money saving options except the desert section. Probably the worst iberoatar holiday we have ever been to . The rooms felt like a motel. Save your money and go someplace else.

Wonderful hotel well maintained. The food choices are amazing and personnel is extremely nice and welcoming. The shuttle service to go to Marrakech is with a full size bus and offers convenient schedules. Love the gym too! Would come again.

The grounds were very spacious (e.g., the soccer field, badminton, archery, tennis and volleyball facilities). The cats were do friendly here. The food was very good. The shuttle to Marrakech was a great free service. Finally, the coffee was amazing.

I travel a lot and the food at this resort was 5*****. Lots of variety and very high quality. The head Chef here should get a raise. We are now at the Hyatt in Taghazout and we wish we could say the same. We will be back to this resort. Amine in entertainment was also wonderful!

The bed was really comfortable, and both the bathroom and bedroom were really nicely laid out, modern and clean. I liked the friendliness of the bartenders, the reception staff, and the Entertainment/Animator team. I liked the scheduled activities anyone could join in so was never bored with nothing to do. Dancing at the end of the evening shoes was good fun/laugh. I loved the fact that the buffet had chefs freshly cooking meats, eggs, fish, BBQ, flatbreads etc all the time. Made it better than your regular hotel buffet. I loved the authentic morrocan food available as well as other options. i loved the caiprinha + Mojito cocktails.. I loved how there was plenty of seating by the bar inside/outside, by the pool, in reception and in the restaurant. I loved the option of a free shuttle bus into centre Marrakech. i loved the garden and how beautiful the hotel looked.
Cons: The outdoor bars seating by the pool could have had cleaner seating, and they had a wasp/fly issue at the drinks machine. The main pool was closed without notice when booking. Evening entertainment could have been better. It would be nice to have a live band or some show that is more interesting than 1 hour of repetitive dance shows. Would have been nice to be offered a drink when sat at the buffet restaurant. Wish the cheese/Olives had been sourced from somewhere better. Everything else was delicious, but the cheese and Olives just didn't taste very nice the Pina colada cocktail could have been made better. It would also be nice to have the option of an Amaretto sour or a Margarita.

This is my second stay at the Iberostar, the hotel has great facilities & beautiful gardens, the room are good size, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The towels needs a bit of a revamp as their are old, the cleaning of our room could have been a bit better. The wifi is poor

I stayed here with my teenage son for a short two night stay and it was perfect for what we were after. There was nothing amazing about the hotel, but also nothing to complain about. The food offered a good choice and met my expectations from an all inclusive. The facilities were great and the two pools lovely as were the grounds. There was lots to do if you chose to get involved. The free shuttle coach to the medina and back was excellent and very straightforward. If you want to be near the action of the medina this hotel isn’t for you, but it’s perfect if want to be away from the chaos but close enough to dip in.
