Amazing hotel with very responsive staff, especially the friendly reception team. The facilities are outstanding and really made the stay enjoyable.
Cons: Just a couple of details to highlight: the room service prices shown on the in-room tablet didn’t fully match the actual charges, which could be improved. Also, considering the nightly rate, I believe bottled water should be complimentary whenever ordered, not only during turndown. Overall, though, a fantastic experience and I would gladly return.

Cons: What could be improved: I wish water, coffee and tea and toiletries were served more often to our rooms without me having to call room service. I wish balconies (for rooms not suits) were larger, they would have been more comfortable, additionally there's a gap in the balcony between the wood and the floor tiles, where if you don't pay attention you can drop your small belongings to the floor below. It feels like the rooms aren't sound proof, since we can hear coughing and sometimes talks, making us think we're probably going to be heard by other guests. The music is repetitive every day we hear the same songs singed.

المغرب بلد جميل و الأجمل منه اهله بطيبتهم و ذوقهم و لطفهم ميشليفن واحد من أجمل فنادق المغرب بعد تجربة حوالي 12 فندق بالمغرب ميشليفن ان لم يكن الأول فهو الثاني على مستوى المملكة المغربية و واحد من أفضل الفنادق اللتي سكنتها في حوالي 40 دولة بطرازة المعماري و حدائقة و ملعب القولف و كافة خدماته الأخرى و الأهم جميع السادة العاملين بالفندق اشكر تعاونهم و اهتمامهم و حرصهم المفعم بأصالة وطيبة و كرم المغرب و أهله أربعة اسابيع مع عائلتي في ربوع المملكة المغربية لم يضايقني او يسيئ الي شخص عند السفر لاي دولة لابد من ان تصادف شخص أو اشخاص يكدرون خاطرك او يضايقوك بطريقه او بأخرى حاولت أجد مغربي يزعلني ما لقيت قلت اخالف النظام المروري وقفني رجل الأمن لما شاف ان معي عائلة اعتذر مني بشدة و اعتقد اني خالفت النظام لكوني غريب و لا أعرف الأنظمة تبعهم و اعتذر من بكل اللهجات العربية و أطال بالاعتذار حقيقتا اتعبني الشعب المغربي بطيبتهم و لطفهم و ادبهم و احترامهم ماذا أقول أجمل بلد للسياحة للعائلة دون منافس اطلاقا اطلاقا اطلاقا

On a passé un agréable séjour à Michlifen Resort & Golf , un personnel attentif , professionnel et aux petits soins , architecture et décoration magnifiques , une vue panoramique et splendide depuis le balcon, on a adoré aussi la ferme , le jardin potager , et aussi le côté de la fôret qui est très bien aménagé comme un coin idéal pour la détente. Je tiens à remercier spécialement la dame qui nous a accueillit à notre arrivée à la réception , elle était très compétente, professionnelle , serviable ,avec une très bonne communication et courtoisie.
Cons: - La salle de bain est un peu étroite. - les choix dans le menu du restaurant Le Cedray sont limités surtout en termes des plats principaux.

I stayed at the hotel over a weekend, needed to relax and boy did I pick the right spot. I showed up on Friday and booked Hammam and massage. 1. I had never had Hammam, so I had a lot of questions. The front desk spa receptionist Khaouha was super sweet and took her time explaining everything. She never tried to upsell me (that I noticed) and had a permanent smile on her face. 2. The Hammam, WOW! I have never felt so pampered and clean in my life. Kawthar made sure to walk me through every part of the process. She never made me feel uncomfortable. She was professional, thorough, and always cognizant of my feelings. It can be tough being nude in front of another woman other than your wife, but she was perfection to work with. Thank You Kawthar! 3. After Hammam, I went for a massage. Rajae handled herself like a true pro, by ensuring she did not use too much pressure, after my skin had just been scrubbed during Hammam. Again, the massage was phenomenal, I actually fell asleep at one point which had never happened to me before. If you have the chance, run don’t walk to Michlifen Spa! I am going back before I leave, just to enjoy the service one more time!

I booked this stay as a surprise for my father’s birthday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The Michlifen Resort & Golf team went above and beyond — not only did they kindly leave a birthday cake in the room, but they also upgraded my parents’ room, which made their weekend truly unforgettable. They were touched by the thoughtful gestures, and everything from the service to the comfort of the hotel was perfect. A huge thank you to the entire team for making this celebration so special. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return!

Superbe hôtel digne de son standing. Une belle parenthèse Marocaine en dehors du temps et du pays. Les installations sont superbes. Le parc et les piscines tout autant. Les restaurants sont magnifiques et très très bons. Les bars aussi. Bref une belle halte qui a un coût mais qui vaut le coup.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et je tiens à exprimer ma satisfaction. L'accueil a été exceptionnel, grâce à l'attention particulière de Hakima au bar et de Loubna au service de chambre. Elles ont fait en sorte que mon séjour soit agréable et mémorable. Leur professionnalisme et leur disponibilité ont vraiment fait la différence. Les chambres étaient impeccables et les services offerts étaient de grande qualité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit chaleureux et accueillant. Cons: Dès notre arrivée à l hôtel on a été harcelé par les sécurité il nous ont très mal parlé il nous ont interdit de prendre des photos et ils nous en suivis jusqu'à dehors 4 sécurité qui nous ont très mal parlé et surtout il nous on pris pour une menace. Alors que l hôtel est blindé de gens de l extérieur des têtes qui font peur par contre cela ils sont les bienvenus. Ils nous ont gâcher notre séjour qui a très mal commencé C est dommage pour cet hôtel la bouffe est infecte on a tout essayé mais rien n était bon.. c était un week-end pour se relaxer mais finalement c était que du stress

Très belle expérience sûrement à refaire. Mais ce qui as rendu cette expérience parfaite est surtout la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du staff de A à Z. I came to Ifrane especially for this resort, it is my second time here. It is fancy and unique in all aspects. The service is excellent. The resort is wonderful. The only issue is that the rooms are a bit small. But in general I highly recommend staying here.

Un jeune homme intelligent et fin à la réception, beaucoup de femmes en responsabilité. Qualité des chambres et de leur équipement, piscine intérieure et extérieure, lounge et musique. On a tellement aimé que nous avons décidé de prolonger d’une nuitée. En négatif (mais rien de nature à nous faire regretter notre choix initial), une certaine fadeur (manque d’épices) du restaurant oriental. On a adoré.

L'hotel est magnifique et reposant. Les chambres sont bien equipes. Par contre le servixe est tres decevant on a pris une option stay and ftour pour le ramandan mais au moment du sourh on nous a oublie la moigie du repas on avait reserve pour 4h30 ils sont arrives a 4h50 alors qu'il fallait arreter de manger a 5h06. On viulait resetve pour le spa le soir on noua sut que c'etait full toute la soiree quand on etait a la piscine le spa etait vide.Et quand tu dis a la reception les points negatifs on te repond dommage. Franchement dommage pour cet endroit qui merite pas un tel service surtout pour un 5 etapiles et pour le prix que tu paye.

Cons: Rooms are not sound proof. Even worse, some rooms are interconnected so basically there is just a door between the two adjacent rooms. This gives very little privacy as guests in such rooms can clearly hear each other.

La chambre est magnifique, très bien équipée, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, le confort est total, surtout le lit, on dort comme sur un nuage. J’ai retenu très peu de points positifs de mon séjour à l'hôtel Michlifen, si ce n’est un personnel accueillant et un emplacement géographique avantageux.
Cons: Le petit-déjeuner n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur par rapport à d'autres concurrents. Les chambres manquent d'isolation sonore et m'ont semblé de taille moyenne, tandis que les toilettes sont anormalement hautes. Au final, Mon expérience a été assez moyenne, loin des éloges que j'avais entendus.

La nature et le calme.
Cons: Je vais dans cet hôtel chaque année depuis 12 ans et c’est la première fois que je ressens une vraie dégradation. L’hôtel est moins chauffé que d’habitude créant une sensation désagréable de froid dans certains endroits. La chambre qui m’a été donnée au début était juste catastrophique, on pouvait à peine y entrer et l’une des tables de chevet étaient placée en longueur tellement la chambre était petite. Heureusement que M Noureddine a pu rattraper la situation. Ensuite, la salle de bain (même dans la nouvelle chambre) était dégarnie et on m a mis des peignoirs de bain sales à 2 reprises. La taie d’oreiller sentait le pipi et on me l a changé après réclamation. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon du tout et le choix est très limité. La nourriture est extrêmement chère et ne mérite même pas de l’être. Le kids club est pratiquement abandonné: pas de surveillance, les jouets ne sont pas rangés et la plupart etaitent cassés, déchargés ou mal entretenus.

The hotel is stunningly decorated, the welcome is warm, the service is professional, the food is delicious and the diverse amenities enable all family members to enjoy the activities they like whether spa or sports (the courts in the omnisports building are impressive! 🤩). Huge thanks to Mr Noureddine and all the team who made our family stay memorable. It was a home away from home for a relaxed couple of days for a much needed rest.

Cons: فالحقيقية طريقة معاملة طاقم خدمة الغرف فيها الكثير من الجفاف .. حتى وان طلبنا خدمة غير متوفرة المفروض إيصال الرسالة بطريقة لبقة لكن للأسف المعاملة لم تكن لائقة وصادمة رغم انا طلبنا بسيط وهو تسخين مشروب لغاية الدواء في مطبخ الفندق

The staff was Wonderful
Cons: Wheen i arrived with my mum and my brother we reserved one normal room and i asked for extra bed they told me we don’t given extra bed for normal room coz its to small and its not fit the room only we give it for suite and this is what ididnt liked its a 5 star hotel and with a big area . Should mentioned before and the booking that they dont give extra bed thanks .

La chambre était bien propre, le personnel accueillant, l'atmosphère chaleureuse et les équipements à la hauteur, nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement dont nous étions satisfaits.

1 Séjour mémorable dans un lieu Exceptionnel!!! L'architecture qui allie un mélange de pierre et de bois est grandiose! la Suite était magnifique, spacieuse et décorée avec goût( on s'y sent vraiment bien à l'intérieur). Tout était parfait, l'accueil ( merci à Mohamed de la réception), le service en salle des restaurants était vraiment top, le personnel est adorable et professionnel ( les femmes de chambre, les jardiniers, le staff du Spa etc...). J'ai découvert ce lieu magique sur recommandation et j'ai absolument rien à dire hormis "foncé découvrir ce merveilleux endroit". La nourriture dans les 2 restaurants( 1 oriental, l'autre méditerranéen) est de qualité, goûteuse et savoureuse. La localisation et le calme des lieux ( au milieu d un bois) est vraiment appréciable. Merci pour la petite touche personnel que vous nous avez apporté à l événement que je fêtais avec ma compagne. J'espère avoir le plaisir de revenir prochainement inshallah. Cons: Leider entspricht das Personal in keinster Weise einem 5-Sterne Hotel, arrogant und extrem arbeitsscheu. Wenn man das Gepäck selber schleppen muss, sich durch die schweren Türen quetschen und dabei von gelangweilten Personal das palavert und am Handy spielt beobachtet wird, und man dies auch bei anderen Gästen beobachtet, ist das eine Schande. Auch wird das Ambiente in den öffentlichen Hotelräumen mit überlauter klirrender Musik, sogar gleichzeitig aus 2 Quellen überlagert, zunichte gemacht.. auch dies zeugt von inkompetenter Führung.. Das waren nur ein paar Beispiele..

The area where the hotel is located is amazing, and the building looks great, as does the entrance. The covered swimming pool area with a fireplace is lovely, and the indoor sports hall is well-equipped. You can enjoy a relaxing, healthy weekend there, breathing the fresh air of Ifrane.
Cons: The quality-to-price ratio is completely off. The hotel aims to present itself as luxurious, yet nearly every service incurs an extra charge, including access to the Jacuzzi and sauna, despite a paltry “20-minute sauna usage” being offered for free. At these prices, breakfast should be included, but instead, it’s an additional €25 per person, with no à la carte option—just the general buffet or room service. The hotel’s restaurants are also closed for most of the day. The pool area, attractive as it is both inside and out, has no food or drink service, so it’s not a place where you’re likely to linger. Staff frequently ask for your room number, which disrupts any sense of relaxation and leaves you feeling monitored. While the rooms are comfortable, attempts at high-tech features, such as digital light switches, are problematic: there are too many buttons, none work properly, and the lights are incorrectly connected, making it confusing. The terrace outside, which is just a cement space (why not make use of this large area?), has a light that stays on all night, forcing you to keep the blinds tightly shut. The rooms are also in need of maintenance. At checkout, you’re directly asked to provide feedback, which can feel awkward or uncomfortable if you want to give genuine input. While the staff are friendly, they seem poorly trained and somewhat helpless. This hotel, which once seemed to live up to its price point, now feels more like a budget hotel with fading grandeur. We still had a fantastic weekend but will definitely choose a different hotel next time in Ifrane.

Juste incroyable je suis venue pour l’occasion d’anniversaire de mon conjoint ils ont décoré la chambre avec des vrais fleurs 🌹 et à ma surprise le room service sont venus avec un gâteau juste beau et délicieux ,je ne savais même pas c’était un geste de leurs part. Le restaurant orientale c’était un délice,le spa rien à dire . Habituée au grand hôtel la piscine chauffée je pense est parmi les meilleurs piscines exceptionnelle que j’ai pu voir. Merci je reviendrai au mois de janvier

This Hotel is very magical in all aspects: Rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean. Commun area are just perfect with inside and outside pool, different place to stay and restaurants. My wife had her birthday and they send us a birthday cake in our room. Our diner was perfect and staff in restaurant are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is a big Plus, you have everything you want, lot of homemade and healthy options. Thank you Michlifen’s team for this experience, we definitely recommend 100%.

The property is gorgeous! The resort has been beautifully designed. The restaurants are wonderful and the service impeccable..especially Ismail in the dining room. He was knowledgeable and passionate about their chef & wine! The Manager on Duty that evening, Rashid I believe, welcomed us and assured that we enjoyed everything. Very thoughtful and welcoming! Loved the farm and the gorgeous pool area.
