This was our 4th stay, excellent as usual. Definitely our favorite hotel in Casablanca. Tastefully decorated suites, excellent food, extraordinary service and attention to details. We also love the spa. The staff are genuinely make every moment special and a memorable experience. Can’t wait to be back, highly recommended.

Excellent hotel choice when visiting Casablanca! Breakfast was excellent! The spa, sublime! I needed to exchange some USD and the manager took care of everything for me, even had my $ delivered to my room. He also was very helpful with arranging our early morning transport to the airport. Hotel Art Palace Suites and Spa was the perfect place to end our tour of Morocco.

It's a clean place and staff are friendly and helpful, however this is definitely not a 5 stars hotel and too over priced for the quality of rooms. I mean if you are charging people 200 to 200 a night you should be able to change your disgusting matresses. As shown in the pichtures

Critics claim this is an economic city lacking of touristic appeal however I disagree. Plenty of sites to see including the Hassall Mosque, Medina Market and more. The hotel was a great location to even walk to these places and the accommodations were excellent. Breakfast , the staff, the pool was a compliment to the hot weather.

As soon as we pulled in we were greeted in a most polite and respectful way. The staff from front desk, restaurant to spay were all amazing. The room was absolutely stunning. Having 2 bathrooms was certainly a luxury we appreciated. The king size bed was comfortable. We couldnt help but notice the tub shower had a bit of a design flaw. Due to the shower shield it did not cover the whole tub area, which meant getting everything wet around it. Walking distance to many amenities. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.

The place was fine, the spa terrible. They forgot our reservation. we wanted the package, but they didn't do it in the order it was supposed to. I got the massage first, then the hamman, and so I couldn't go into the pool (because of the chlorine) nor could I do the sauna and they would not take it off my charge. When we told the front desk about this there was nothing they could do. Yes, they would give me a manicure the next day, but I was leaving and did not want to be rushed. The day we came felt like a big inconvenience to them, like we were in their way and all they wanted to do was close up though it was only 8pm (they close at 10), I do not recommend this place at all.

The staff (front desk, housekeeping and room service) was superb - helpful, friendly, always available and happy to deliver breakfast to the room. The rooms are huge and the bed was very comfortable! The Audrey Hepburn room was great and had a lovely private terrace (a big bonus if you are a smoker!). The neighborhood near the hotel is charming with cafe’s, boutiques, spas …just turn right when you exit the hotel and avoid the main, busy road/area.

A nice one night stay we had a first floor "balcony" room which actually meant our own riad. The suite was very nice and good value, and the breakfast immense. Only drawback was the proximity to a night club which went until approx 2am

Loved our stay here. Front desk staff were very helpful. Our junior suites were big and clean. Each room is a different style. Very nice. The highlight of this place is the breakfast. Sanah was managing multiple tables and the spread was truly amazing!!

This was the biggest disappointment of our trip to Marokko. I had booked two suites for my parents and myself and my daughter. I had booked months in advance but they said only suites on the second floor were available. The first floor has the clubs and restaurants so it was loud until 3am. We also had asked for non smoking rooms and the "manager" smiled and said they were but he is a smoker and wouldn't mind ... both suites stank like cigarette smoke and my daughter who has asthma had a hard time breathing in the room. They advertise an indoor and an outdoor pool which is one of the reasons I picked the hotel. The indoor pool was a hottub in the basement and the outdoor pool didn't never existed which the expedia needs to change on the website. I complained several times but the manager was clearly bored, when Expedia called the hotel they couldn't get anyone to pick up. I am an experienced traveler for work and for pleasure, but I have never had such a horrible experience in any hotel especially a "5 star" hotel which for local standards is very expensive. The surrounding area advertised as in the city close to all sightseeing was loud and dirty streets that were not advised to walk at night. The staff couldn't even get as a taxi and was not willing to call a manager. In my opinion this should be removed from the Expedia site.

We stayed one night at this hotel and it was a very nice stay. We felt it was comfortable and the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is older, but that helped to make it feel like an authentic Casablanca hotel.

Everything was excellent. The 4 star ratings were only for the condition of the rooms... a tad bit dark furnishing..ppssibly deliberately to go with the medivial room names... but very decent space, and the icing was the brilliant staff. While we couldnt get all their names, Nadia stood out..every caring and attentive..without apparently hovering around like staff at other hotels ... The beakfast service was excellent too.

The hotel is family friendly which we loved. Check in was smooth and really appreciated the upgrade. The spa service was excellent, the ladies were courteous and professional. The kids loved the pool. The gym was clean I just wish the windows were clean as well, the sunrise from up there is gorgeous. Breakfast was well thought out, and we enjoyed most of the selections. Our room was cleaned daily and they had a wonderful gentleman who assisted with our kids pull out bed each night. The front desk was also very helpful with scheduling transport from airport and through out our stay. All of this really made us fall in love with this place. We will be back.

It a very nice place. We had suite with a big balcony which was very nice. The Bathrooms were very clean. The location was perfect. The pull out sofa bed is getting old but it was comfortable for the children.

This trip was absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend staying here for anyone that is visiting or passing through Casablanca. I booked this hotel as I was flying out of Casablanca in the morning and wanted a nice place to rest for the night. This hotel did not disappoint! From the start of my stay, where I was greeted by the door stuff, to the easy and convenient checkin, to the amazing room that I stayed in. Everything was great, and it was a great value for money. The staff and the service went way above and beyond. I realized that I had left my toothbrush at my last hotel, I called down to the front desk to see if they had one, they did not. But within five minutes I had someone knocking at my door with a toothbrush for which they had gone out to buy. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I cannot wait to go visit Casablanca again, and to stay at this property!!! You should definitely book here!

We had a wonderful stay here and I highly recommend this hotel! The staff were very kind, gracious and helpful. The room was incredible! We really enjoyed the restaurant, very delicious. Casablanca is very large but this hotel is a good location, about a 15-20 minute walk from some restaurants we tried and the Medina and Hassan II mosque.

Incredibly helpful staff in both the hotel and attached restaurant. The room was lovely and very clean. The only issue we had was that when we tried to get a taxi to return from a sightseeing trip the drivers didn’t know the hotel. Clearly not the hotel’s fault, but perhaps an address card should be available for whenever a guest leaves.

Started out by them not having the room we reserved available. They then moved us to another room that was very nice. After being in the room about an hour there was a terrible smell coming from the halls that permeated our room. We had to hide on the balcony and await someone to come relocate us. The next room was 3 floors down, no balcony and not as nice. Bummer!! No breakfast included which was unusual for 5 star hotel in Morocco. No bar either…. Probably would choose elsewhere next time. Unfortunately….

The rooms were large and spacious for us and the cleaning service was excellent. We at in the restaurant and the food and service was good. We had an issue but the night manager Abdo was great! He handled the situation with calm and ease. Very professional and made sure to satisfy our need to rectify the problem. I would stay there again if ever in Casablanca.

I stated in Hotel Art Palace with my family. Great location, very clean, great service and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We left Casablanca for Marakesh and I left my boots behind in the Hotel,! The manager reached out to me about my boots, arranged a transport to deliver my boots to my hotel in Marakesh with no cost. I can't thank him enough for doing this for me.

This is a paradise! I had a beautiful suite that was comfortable, luxurious and spacious! Wonderful pool and spa that one should take advantage of. Terribly overrated and is not 5 star. More like 2 star! Very dishonest marketing. Only restaurant is in semi-darkness and you have to request more lighting to see your food!! Do NOT recommend!

Overall this property is very nice. The views aren’t that great but the rooms are gorgeous and spacious, and its location is decent. My biggest complaint is the club attached to the hotel. If you’re a light sleeper expect to be kept up until the club closes. The music is extremely loud and can be heard throughout the entire hotel, even upper floors.

The service at this hotel was excellent. Nice and friendly people and great service. The hotel, however. Was a bit disappointing. The property is old and in need of refurbishment. The rooms were very “cheesy” in decor but we’re large and comfortable. It’s just the decor I could not get pass. Kind of tacky in Abad way. Maybe it was nice in the 80’s but now it would be good to have it modernize a little bit. What makes this hotel good is the people, very professional and helpful. From the front desk staff to the bar man and housekeeping staff they were all nice. The location is good in a nice neighborhood and close to main attractions. Felt safe walking around. Close to restaurants and cafes. The Medina is walking distance. Overall a good experience. Bad thing also is that all hotel smells like cigarettes. I didn’t know in Morocco is allowed to smoke everywhere, even inside so if you’re sensitive is something to keep in mind

We really enjoyed our stay at Art Palace hotel. The double bed suite is sumptuous, very large, well-decorated, comfortable. Our suite had 2 full bathrooms and a large living room. The staff were extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and warm. The hotel is well located, modern, and very well-maintained. Note that the swimming pool is a small pool with strong currents located in the spa but is not a full swimming pool. Highly recommend the Art Palace hotel for a very comfortable stay in Casablanca.
