I stayed in this hotel in Tangier and it was one of the worst experiences ever. It was supposed to be a triple room, but they just threw in an extra bed without cover or setup. The sheets and towels were dirty and stained. The room smelled like mold, the blankets were torn, and the phone didnât even work. I had to go down to reception multiple times. The mini fridge was broken and empty, no coffee machine, no kettle, no safe, is that a 4 starts hotel ? The service was shockingly bad. The two women at reception were rude and dismissive. They ignored my requests, walked away while I was talking, and gave us only one room key for three people. When we arrived at 2 PM, I politely asked if the room was ready, they refused to check and said "No, itâs at 3 PM" To make it worse, we had a horrible night with banging noises, dragging furniture, and loud hammering from the room above until 1 AM. I even recorded videos and voice notes. Reception claimed "no one is staying above", really? Then at 8 AM, a porter came to kick us out saying "Sorry, wrong room", after telling us nobody was there above us? Is the hotel haunted or were they messing with us? I feel scammed. Nearly âŹ300 for this disaster. I came for a relaxing weekend with my mother and sister, and it was completely ruined. This hotel doesnât deserve even 1 star. Avoid it at all costs.

My god could anything else go wrong... door key did not work. Come back and ac does not work... come back no towels... And then they say a fan only with no ac cold aspect is working to them. What's a joke. Then shower in the morning works for a second then does not. Morocco is awful. I will never return.

They are under construction/remodeling. They should not open until they are ready! Staff was very nice and helpful. Checking in was a nightmare! The third party they use to get paid from hotel.com apparently doesn't pay them so when guests get there, they are asked to pay again! This needs to be escalated and fixed immediately!

Never again! I have been to many hotels and this has to be the worst. No towels in the room. After asking the miserable unwelcoming staff on reception on numeroud occasions we finally got some late evening the next day after arriving Our headboard was dirty and the bathroom had mould and was not very clean. The carpets throughout the hotel are disgustingly filthy. Wifi never worked in our room The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful and seemed unhappy. Barely a smile to be seen. The breakfast was a strange selection of buffet food. How this hotel is allowed to be described as upmarket is beyond me. There was also no mention of the extremely loud event happening outside by the pool until the early hours. Our unlit balcony was overlooking the pool so there was no escaping the noise. There were no ashtrays around the pool area so there are many discarded cigarette butts in the plants and around the pool. It looks fancy from the outside and in pictures but the inside was a big disappointed. Im happy we spent less than two days there and i couldn't wait to check out.

We have just returned from 4 days away at this hotel. I was unsure at first reading some review but honestly we had the best time! Beautiful hotel. Clean and staff were very friendly. We did have to ask for towels and they came within half hour of arrival. The beds are very hard. There was a great choice of food for breakfast and dinner and very tasty. Pool is big and clean. Cleaners every day come and do your room and make the bed. 10 minute walk to the shopping mall and large supermarket. Small supermarket next door to hotel. Must doâs, camel ride on the beach 200 diram, caves of Hercules 10 diram and walk through the medina â€ïž

The wifi did not work for 3 days in room 315. They sent a tech person to fix it twice and it cut off after 5 mins of fixing it. The hotel is dirty, and there were ants in the room and the balcony light was not working. In addition to this, i had the worst check out experience in my life at this hotel. The manager stopped me at check out to tell me that a shower towel is missing and that i am suspected of taking it. A dirty shower towel, that i left in the room yesterday morning was taken by the cleaning staff. He stopped me at check out to check the room and my luggage if i took it and i had a train to catch in a few minutes. He obliged me to go to the room and look for it and open my luggage to check. After he checked and didnt find it then he let me out. This is the worst treatment i have ever recieved at a hotel ever. I expected a 5 star treatment but this hotel is not even 1 star worthy. The manager who is there at night to morning was disrespectful and irresponsible.

I went with my partner.For the most part it was a decent hotel.I found the staff very helpful and polite,they even stopped the traffic to let me cross the road(busy street outside).loved the pool too.there are restaurants close by (try farahs down the road, BEAUTIFUL SHARWARMAS AND PIZZA).Close links to the train and coach station.The WiFi was hit n miss.The staff tried their best to sort any issues i had and were mostly successful.We will be returning again this year.

On vous propose 2 menu et la qualitĂ© de ces menus est mĂ©diocre. On dirait une cantine, mĂȘme le cadre du restaurant, une salle avec des poutres et sans dĂ©co.

Check in was smooth. It's situated far away from the city in a remote location. The nearest restaurant is 3.5 -4 kms away. Taking a taxi is a no-no, as the only language spoken here is either French or Arabic, with which we are not conversant. So you have to have your lunch/dinner in the overpriced restaurant of this hotel, and the menu is extremely limited. When we went to our room, although it was serviced, but there were no towels or toiletries. Repeated requests to the reception got us the requisite towels after around 3-4 hours. The same thing happened on the next day. At least, 4 calls to the reception and 3 visits to the room service personnel got us the towels after 3 hours. Next, can you believe that a 4-star rated hotel doesn't provide tea, coffee or even an electric kettle? Surprising, isn't it? The wifi is literally non-existant. Now the good things, large room, comfy bed, but very poorly illuminated. The best part of this hotel is it's breakfast, which is very good.

Je recommande cet hotel pour les gens qui cherche le calme et la tranquillitĂ©. Personnel sympa et Ă l'Ă©coute,petit dĂ©jeuner copieux. L'hĂŽtel n'est pas loin du centre ville 10minutes en voiture. La chambre est spacieuse avec une vue sur la forĂȘt.

Between pleasure and work, I stayed over 200 hotel and this one is one worst or might be the worst hotel. We had two rooms and many issues to even list them. - First room had strong cigarette smell, second room winded up having numerous other issues. - Our room was on first floor with door to balcony door not closing. - Safe not working, they just swapped safes which are not even mounted or secured - AC not working, room was very hot and had to open balcony door to cool the room. - WI-FI was non existing - After 3 hours staff gave up and offered to switch room again. Only good thing was breakfast was decent with decent choices. Stay away if you can, we had no choice since we were in a group tour with no mode of transportation.

It was a very pleasant stay overall. Huge clean room, private balcony. Nice, helpful staff. I stayed only one night, so didn't have the possibility to enjoy the pool. Among the little dissapointments for a hotel of this level with a five-star rating, wifi and TV not working, very poor hair dryer. For me personally, the location could be better. Far from center (about 3.5km) and not close to the airport either.

el hotel esta bien aunque para ser cuatro estrellas, el desayuno era muy escaso en variedad. Teniamos reservadas seis habitaciones pero pensaron que eran solo tres por lo que no estaban preparadas y no habia toallas, asi que tuvimos que esperar al dia siguiente y solo pusieron para una persona en lugar de para dos. aun asi, fueron muy agradables en el trato y el hotel en si no esta mal

Hotel initially presents well. However some things let it down. The room was large and spacious however it was quite windy outside and this howled through window all night. The bathroom : the shower is over a really high bath that has no door or curtain so the floor gets flooded even if your being very careful. The toilet seems to have a leak either from the water feed to the toilet or bidet as the grout channels in floor were always full of water. Only 1 towel and one hand towel supplied. Restaurant: just donât!! The food was shocking. It made a student flat dinner look like a 5 star dining experience. Staff were helpful but very inexperienced. Basically the restaurant is an afterthought. Breakfast: this is at a different restaurant in the complex. It was quite good. Extensive fruit and vegetable options. Lots of egg options. Lovely pastries. Only minor letdown was tea and coffee. The property is a long way from any local restaurants but there is a mall 10to 15 min walk away. Just not very pleasant walking there in the wind we experienced. Would I stay here again : Yes What would I do different : taxi to the Medina and eat there. Take ear plugs.

Not 5 stars, a dated hotel away from the town centre. The hotel room was comfortable but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade and did not have a shower curtain or door so water went everywhere! Reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is near a large shopping center (about 10-12 mins walk and well lit at night) which has a huge Carrefour so very convenient. We did not use the amenities as we were on a tour but the pool looked very inviting. Breakfast was average and the hot food items were lukewarm. Although they had good options, there was no fresh fruit.

HĂŽtel sympa, tranquille et calme. Lâemplacement est gĂ©nial par rapport Ă lâaĂ©roport de Tanger . Par contre il y a des point qui laissent Ă dĂ©sirer: la table de nuit et la table sous la tĂ©lĂ© Ă©taient sales, le petit miroir dans la salle de bain Ă©tait cassĂ©. Il y avait une serviette de douche alors que dans un 5* on sâattend Ă une peignoir⊠voilĂ des petites chose mais remarquables.

Shame certain staff not being honest Othman reception Manager. turned up two adults one child no bed for child waited for 5 hours to then be told so busy no bed just a quilt cover so expected for one party to sleep on floor no towels in room bathroom has mould round it and hair behind the toilet due to poor cleaning when beds changed left with wet sheets to sleep in drinks in hotel very expensive better to bring your own life guard amazing looking after patents kids as they did they bother . however some risk to the boards round the pool that could cause accident to children as not secure. breakfast was very good though.

I was welcomed very friendly by Hotelmanager Omar el B. I got this beautiful room with panoramic view of Tangiers and at the other side the swimming Pool. He goes far for his guests and speaks fluent Arabic, French and English. The hotel is tot a Golden Tulip hotel anymore but the service is still great. As an example I needed a top-up prepaid card for my mobile internet services and the crew went out and bought it for me. Every time I come back from outside the doormen welcomes me and the manager is always waving at me. Itâs the second time I stayed here with the same experience and in August I will come back again to this beautiful hotel with great staff, spa and swimming pool were you can chill in peace without the noice from a busy city.

We stayed one night here. This hotel is a little bit old. Big rooms, Lavish lobby. A bit old furniture. Cleanliness in hotel and quality of food in restaurant must be improved. Acceptable for short stay.

We decided not to be in the Medina. Free parking, swimming pool... Amazing SPA. Staff is very helpful and available. WiFi is free and strong in any area of the Hotel. Breakfast (especially the Moroccan breakfast) is amazing. We had a rental car though but taxi are extremely cheap
