Struttura molto carina e curata. Colazione ogni giorno leggermente diversa e buona.

I really liked the staffs. They were very kind especially Tariq. Great guy..He doesnāt speak much English but he tries his best to make sure we have all we wanted. The property was clean
Cons: This is probably nothing considering that the problem got settled when we got to the Riad in an hour. The property was inside the medina and tucked away..it was hard at first to navigate but it was in a central Medina location..probably 10-15minutes walk from the square

Centrico y bien insonorizado.

A beautiful riad in the perfect location to easily explore Marrakech. A short walk from the shops, souks, square and palaces. Our host was lovely and very accommodating. He checked us in very late after a delayed flight and when we had to leave very early in the morning to catch a bus, he still laid out some breakfast for us. The breakfasts were delicious and the rooms were very comfortable. Couldnāt believe how peaceful it was despite being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle on the streets outside.

It was generally clean, although isolated and we were the only guests in peak season.
Cons: Despite the riad being situated 8-10mins from the main square it was a very dangerous and intimidating area. The entrance is at the end of a dark and isolated alley (black door right at the end in the pic) with shady characters everywhere, and cannot be accessed by a car. On our first night, we were walking back to the riad through one of the narrow alleys after many shops had closed - around 9:45pm - when a French couple came out of a side alley looking frantic and panicked. They told us that there was a dead end at the end and that many of these narrow alleys were being locked and we could end up trapped and to follow them out. The man said there were ābad young boysā waiting to mug and rob unsuspecting tourists. And whilst walking out, a young Moroccan man did indeed try to call us back, under the pretense of helping! Eventually we managed to walk back via google maps to our riad, although it was a very unpleasant walk in the almost completely isolated labyrinth of alleys. After reading the lowest rated scores on here, it is clear that mugging and robbery is a common issue that is going unreported and swept under the carpet. I would absolutely stay clear of almost every riad here. There are many hotels nearby within 15-30mins walk and a lot safer and cleaner! There is clearly a problem here and many times it has been raised, but still there is no lighting or clear directions, nor is there any security or police presence during the night, despite reports that there are. This is untrue and misleading. The riad itself, despite being a junior suite, was small and the tea-making facilities were in the bathroom!! Please read all the lowest rated scores on here and decide for yourselves. 100% not for families or young women. Do not stay here. We checked out the next day and into a hotel.

Location in the heart of the Medina. Next to shops. Staff were wonderful kind and helpful Nice cold clean swimming pool. Breakfast was great and place exceptionally clean.
Cons: No fridge in the room and returning in the dark at night felt a little unsafe. You can easily lose your orientation when all the shops are closed and the streets look different at night. Also we did not realise that we had to walk with our luggage 650 metres from the road as cars do not have access to the location of the Riad.

I love the location, where the entrance wasnāt too far in the alley and even so, the alley & main road were all well lit. No short of hot shower & I appreciated the heater which warmed my towels. Very clean too.
Cons: For my room, upon opening the door, there was another set of stairs to climb before I reached the actual room. So on top of lugging my luggage to the second floor, I had to still carry it up into my room. The wifi wasnāt very good, & when I chose to rely on my data, there was poor connection too. The receptionist doesnāt seem to be around a lot. When I wanted to check out, or ask for help with my luggage, he was no where to be seen. Also, I wouldāve preferred if they had given us a key for the front door instead of needing to ring the doorbell each time. When I come back in the afternoon, the cleaning staff had to open the door as the receptionist isnāt there to do so.

I stayed at the Riad al Jana in March with my brother for a family vacation. I must say that the service from the staff was phenomenal and great. They helped us with everything and were always available for any questions that we had. They also helped us with planing some day trips and booked it for us! The breakfast was satisfying and they were very accommodating since I am vegan, they made sure that I had many things to enjoy during breakfast. The Riad is spacious and there are many lounges where one can relax. There is also a pool, although we did not get to enjoy it since the weather was still cold. It is in the city center and close by to many attractions. Thank you very much Tariq and Mohamad for taking care of us during our stay and accommodating our needs! Definitely would like to come back.

Very quiet Riad, quite different from the noise Medina. Is around 10 min walk to the main square of Medina. The staff is very welcoming and polite. Our rooms were big enough and the bathroom really nice. The breakfast is also nice and served individually. We highly recommend this Riad.
Cons: We didn't have a refrigerator in our room, which was very inappropriate in the weather of 43°C not having some cold water. You need to buy it at the hotel. The breakfast needs some more salty food. Anyway if you ask for an omelet they will serve it. We didn't use the pool, but it seemed nice.

The boy who attended us at the reception and came to pick us up from the taxi, as well as the girl in charge of breakfast and the cleaning girl were super friendly and homely. The riad is beautiful, very well maintained and detailed, the room in very good condition and the bathroom unbeatable. Finally, the location I believe is one of the best places for stay at the medina. This riad as well as its staff made our stay in Morocco worth remembering.

The riad was really nice and clean. Air con is super strong in the room so the temperature was cozy at all times. Wi fi worked great, we only had a handfull of cut offs, but only for a few seconds. There was enough toilet paper and the room got tidied up every single day. Staff was polite and helpful and went out of their way to accomodate our needs. Breakfast could be slightly better, with more options, but it was still nice. The pool was quite cold (22 celsius) which was great comparing to the temperatures of 44 celsius in July. Riad is situated in the old town (Medina) and just a short 15 min walk from the main sqaure. When you exit the hotel there is a small corner shop on the left and the guy sells water for 6 DHM which is a fair price. Location is quite good for most attractions and we didn't use taxi at all.
Cons: There is no mini fridge in the room so we mostly had to drink warm drinks, but it wasn't a big issue. Breakfast could've had more savoury options. The mattress was a bit too hard.

The riad is exactly the same as in the image, the staff was friendly and helped us in everything. The breakfast is very nice and clean, you can access everything you need. My friend had food poisoning because of the things he ate in the square, the pharmacy helped us with everything we needed and medicine. The employees are very kind and friendly. I especially recommend it to my Turkish friends who will stay there. Don't forget to spend time outside your rooms, sit in the courtyard and listen to the sounds of the birds.

The Riad was in a great location, very friendly, great food, great service, and a nice room that was spacious and clean. We had no complaints really. One thing Iād recommend for future travelers getting picked up from the airport; it is better to acquire some Dirhams (MAD) prior to going into the taxi so the driver can give exact change back. They do not give Euros as change anywhere.
Cons: It was difficult to find the taxi driver at the airport. I think maintaining communication with the taxi driver and/or establishing a specific pickup point separate from the other taxi drivers would be better for the future. Maybe a more unique sign could also help.

Very good location - away from all the medina noise, yet close enough that it's walking distance to most points of interest. Breakfast was good, but not as varied as at other riads we've stayed in. We saw a small pool but didn't get to use it though I imagine it must be great in the summer heat!
Cons: Our room was a little on the small side - not a lot of floor space left after we laid out two cabin sized suitcases. Some extra storage space like an additional bedside table would have been nice.

We LOVED our time at Riad Al Jana!!! Location, location, location!!! Quiet serenity is this hidden little escape in old town Madina. Everything is walking distance! If you are expecting 5 starts⦠look elsewhere. If you would like 10 star customer service, you should book your stay at Riad Al Jana!! Mohamed, Yunis and their team are so kind, informative, sweet! We were never lost, always looking after us, direction, and neighborhood advice!!! These are traditional riad style locations, so please do your research to understand the riad experience. Located at the edge of the market in narrow streets. The earthquake last year effected the buildings in front of the riad so the entry way was a little surprising. Breakfast was really nice and a chance to talk to other guests. The staff are all really nice and very helpful.

We loved the location of this riad! It was right in the heart of the medina and close to a lot of nice rooftop bars, arrisan shops and cafes. The staff was very friendly and nice.
Cons: The check-in time was later than we expected and unfortunately we lost some valuavle time on our last day in Marrakech because of this. The breakfast just like in most riads in Marrakech was all swettet, I hope the staff starts adding some variety like eggs and cheese to the breakfast menu.

The location is perfect in a convenient but quiet part of the medina about 10 minutes walk from the main square. It was so quiet that I slept very late the first morning, which rarely happens to me when I travel. It got a bit chilly at night but there was a radiator heater in the bathroom which helped keep the room warm. The wi-fi was very fast. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Marrakech.
Cons: The shower did not drain well. They only accepted payment via cash, would have been nice if they took card. Also, breakfast was very simple - some carbs, fruit, and yogurt, but it was more than sufficient for us.

The riad is very nice. The suit was not as I expected but it was still nice. Breakfast was ok the same every day: coffee, tea 2 type of jam, egs, fruits, pancakes, bread.
Cons: I didn't like the riad location and I suggest other travelers to never stay in old medina. There are scammers young and older trying to confuse you and take money out of you. They will tell you that you are going in the wrong directions, the tourists are not aloud in that street etc and offering you to show you where the place is located. Once you follow them, they will take the wrong direction first and then the correct one. Once you are at destination they will harass you to pay them a big amount of money. Streets name are not shown, GPS didn't work. At night I didn't feel safe in the medina streets. It was really the most disgusting experience I had after traveling in more than 25 countries.

Closeness to the Medina. The breakfast was delicious
Cons: Our room was classed as a junior suite and there are two pictures available on the website - the red and blue room- the red room comes with a small lounge area with a sofa and the blue room does not so is really just a normal bed room and I donāt think is fair to be classed as junior suite . And no private terrace as described. Blue room had great air con and was otherwise nice. You are not given a key to the main door and are required to knock/ring bell and wait for attendant to come - once or twice was there for a very long time down end of alley and was a bit uncomfortable at night

The best thing about the Riad was the helpfulness and friendliness of Mohamed who was the main person we liaised with. The central location was good for going out for meals and looking for souvenirs. The breakfast at the hotel was good but we would have liked more fruit to be provided.

Iām confused about review some aspects are great and some to massive improvement but generally good Raid - amazing location - Morocco atmosphere - very cool owner - priced transfer but they care about us from airport to Riad door ( is 5-10min walking distance from street to Riad and they take our bags on trolley) - room good size but we do not have seating area like was advertised
Cons: 1. one big issue is a breakfast too small potion was prepared for us already on table, breakfast for two people - 2 corner of soft cheese really tiny - butter - 1/5 baguette - 2 table spoon of strawberries and apricots jam - 2 small pancakes with I thinks as worm honey sorry but this is portion for maybe one persons but good news is a lot street food around where u can grab delicious sandwiches for around 10-20 dirham 2. generally room cleaning wasnāt perfect 3. aircon little stinks. 4. āswimming poolā soo tiny and with freezing cold water Generally we paid 250⬠around for 4 nights and for this price we feel that our friend have much better quality room much nicer Riad and massive breakfast to sure. Also we paid for more expensive room and room Iām sure should be bigger and nicer than other ( we ask for that also when we booked our anniversary trip and they confirm we will get ) but next door room was much bigger with nice seating area but we didnāt get itā¦ā¦

- Mohamed was one of the best hosts we've ever had, he took great care of us during our stay, gave us a lot of useful information in his welcome, helped us whenever we had any issues, was always on hand, day and night. I can't thank him enough for his warm welcome and help during our stay. - The cleanliness was outstanding, equivalent to the standards of top hotels. Everything was cleaned daily and great care was taken with all our belongings. - We had dinner on the first night as we arrived late. The dining room was set up beautifully, the table laid and with candles. The food was tasty and the portions huge! - We didn't tend to go down for breakfast as we usually slept in late, but were saved fresh orange juice as we mentioned that we liked this! - The location of this Riad is located conveniently so you can get to the Medina Square or Gueliz in a short walk. It is very close to many souks and restaurants (2min walk) but nestled in quieter alley so you don't have all the noise. - The Riad itself is stunning, very traditional with beautiful doors, tiling and decor with the benefit of having modern amenities.

The riad is luxurious and sophisticated in everything from dishes to interior design. Impressive attention to detail. Of course, getting around in the medina of Marrakech is not easy from the beginning, but this has its own charm. The staff of the riad surrounds you with light and attentive care. Thanks for all. Worthy of returning again and again.

Cons: There was a strong smell in the room when we arrived. it was like a perfume and Iām sure it doesnāt feel strong for the locals but for tourists it is too much. Iām allergic to strong chemicals and had hard time staying in the room on day 1. and then asked not to get the room cleaned for the rest of the stay.

This was our first Riad and we were not disappointed. I host was kind enough to show us through our room, as well as where we would have breakfast and where we needed to hang laundry, if needed. The room was warm and comfortable with plenty of lighting, and the Wi-Fi was exceptional. Cannot say enough about the bathroom and shower area! Beautiful, and everything we needed was there! We had a very sound sleep as the room was exceptionally quiet. The breakfast in the morning was phenomenal! The staff was very helpful; the coffee was fantastic as were the assortment of bread and jellies. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Marrakech and wanting to stay near the Medina.
Cons: Not a thing that I didnāt like at this Riad! Wonderful, wonderful day!

I stayed in this beautiful Riad right in the middle of the Medina and I couldnāt have been happier. It was small and cute. The host and everyone here were very welcoming and always smiling. If I visit the Medina again, Iāll be sure to drop by.
Cons: liked everything

I have enjoyed so much here. The kindest staffs ever helped me a lot with my staying. My room was cleaned every day. They offered me free afternoon tea and invited me to enjoy the nice view of the terrace. I felt so welcomed here and would like to come back again because of the kind people and nice room.
Cons: Nothing at all.

We loved every thing about Riad Aljana. Mohamed is amazing, he is so polite and helpful and made us feel at home. He was always there to answer our questions and advice us about where to go and visits. Fatmaās breakfast was so good and clean. She is amazing too. Rooms were so clean and the pool was so convenient
Cons: Nothing. We loved everything. May be we would have liked the pool to be heated.

It was so central in the medina, you are literally in the middle and can access the square and the market so easily. The Riad owner was the best, he really helped us get around Marrakech and showed us where we need to go and when the WiFi went down and I needed to speak our guide, he let me bounce off his phone, it was so kind of him. i recommended booking the taxi through him as well as they will take you straight there.
Cons: As it was central, itās hard to spot as the streets are always busy so watch out but you definitely get used to the insane amount of people and bikes.

Mohammed treated me and my wife like family. One time I didnāt have money for an excursion at like 7.30am. He literally gave me 50MAD and told me to pay him back later. I felt like I was staying in an older brothers millionaire home. The most beautiful riad with the most big hearted owners.
Cons: I give the riad and my stay a solid 99.5% the only missing thing was an iron in the room.
