We stayed for 3 days and 4 nights but felt like it was much longer because we were able to completely relax. No need to leave the hotel because they had great food, drinks, swimming pool, nightclub, cabaret and much more! Live music every night. Highly recommend when you want to step into a different world and completely relax! The f there is something you need…just ask because they accommodate and treat you like friends not clients!

Lovely welcoming and helpful staff. Khaoula on the reception set the tone for what proved to be a thoughtful team working hard to make our stay memorable.
Cons: Decor was just a bit tired. It was good value for money, but this is a hotel quite a few years down the road from its last refurbishment.

It’s such a nice vibe the bar and the pool, really loved the outdoors! Nice staff as well 😇 we were greeted with delicious cookies and tea, the hotel seems to have all the tourists. The room is not bad, pretty clean. Recommend for those who want to visit!

This is a good hotel. The pool area has great seating and a bar. The dining area is nice with excellent service and good food. There is also a bar near reception that shows sports and music videos. The rooms are a good size with a couch and king bed. The bathrooms are a good size with ok finishings. T.V. is pointless, but I don't travel to watch t.v. Some travel companions had dirty rooms, but our 2 rooms were fine.

Very very pleasant hotel. Impeccable hygiene, perfect service from the staff nothing is too much for them they literally do everything for their guests. Delicious breakfast and food. Blessed beautiful swimming pool with good sun beds. Guarded parking in front of the door so your car is safe. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms are a bit outdated for this price and the matrasses are rock hard, but the pool is great and the staff and service was very nice. They have some older waiters that really give service like they did in the old days. We accidentally double booked (once on the business and once private) and they were very helpful fixing that for us.
Cons: The hard matras and the fact that the cleaning staff left our room unlocked all day (at the poolside) with all of our valuables in the room.

We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service! I stayed for three nights at the Karam Palace as part of a motorcycle tour of the Atlas Mountains (with Desert Rats) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is large and the rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean with a ;are ensuite and all the usual accessories including air con (although it wasn't required during this trip). There is a large pool, spa facilities (which ofter require pre-booking), two bars, and dining facilities. The food was all self service and of a varied and good quality. All-in-all a really enjoyable stay and a recommended hotel.

After a couple of bad hotels in Morocco this hotel was clean and comfortable. It had a good ac (not common in other hotels we visited) and the buffet diner was fantastic. One of our best meals in Morocco. Had many options and fantastic flavors. The common areas were nice and inviting for socialization. Enjyed our night after coming back from the dessert.

The location room was clean, and there was lots of space outside.
Cons: The room was dark, and the shower was broken. There was no light throughout the corridor in the evening. The water at the swimming pool was freezing cold . The price for the dinner - 200 dirham per person ( very expensive) - the food was bland - just two options from buffet , even for bottle of water you needed to pay separately ( in any coffee shop or restaurant in Morocco you get water free).

The hotel outdoor amenities are great: beautiful garden and great swimming pool. Very pleasant to stay and chill around. Private parking available.
Cons: It is an old hotel. It feels very outdated: furniture, showers, air conditioning, hair drier...There is a lack of maintenance in general (except the pool and the garden which are great). IMPORTANT: THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT INSIDE THE HOTEL IS REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD. Tasteless and very expensive.

ich war der einzige gast im ganzen hotell.da ich in der kalten jahreszeit reiste war das zimmer sehr kalt, aber es hatte genug decken. die reception öffnet erst um 12 uhr was das checkout erschwert. das personal war sehr freundlich.

Hôtel ... qui a du avoir de très belles années ... le temps et le manque d’entretien sont venus dégrader l’hotel. Mais l’état général passe encore ... le vrai point négatif reste l’accueil et le manque d’intérêt du personnel face au client. Alors que le Maroc et la ville de Ouarzazate en particulier sont réputés pour leur qualité de réception des Touristes ... dans cet hôtel le client n’est pas après les besoins du personnel et leur tranquillité ... agent d’accueil en tête ... même les tarifs des services que propose l’hotel sont variables en fonction à qui nous demandons ...

Dans l'ensemble un bel hôtel avec un personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Chambre propre, cours de l'hôtel avec piscine très jolie avec jardin très fleuri et très beau. Chambre sombre, décoration ancienne à rénover, mais toutefois propre. Lits de confort modeste.

Hotel très décevant déjà à notre arrivée elle nous a dit que notre réservation avait été annulé elle nous a dit que l’hôtel était complet et d’aller à l’hôtel ibis juste à côté il a fallu insisté et lui montrer que nous avions été débité ensuite le petit déjeuner rien de frais viennoiseries de la veille piscine sale etc j’allais tout le temps dans cet hôtel je n’y reviendrai plus

The woman at the reception told us at our arrival that they were overbooked. She looked at our confirmation and full payment and said. I see but we didn't get your booking. We are fully booked, but what can I do.. So she didn't care about the fact that we had payed the room. As we asked if she know an other hotel she made the effort to call for us if there are rooms available. That's it. I didn't had the feeling she felt sorry or was looking for a solution for us. Wouldn't book it again.

夜中の到着にも関わらず、丁寧に対応いただきました。フロントデスクの方々は皆親切で丁寧でした。部屋も清潔に掃除されていました。ベッドのスプリングが弱くて腰が痛くなりました。Wifiが部屋で通じないのが一番不便でした。フロントに行かないとPC繋がらない・・・。それが一番不便でした。でもフロントの方が、電源が近くにある机のところを教えてくれました。あと冷蔵庫は空です。事前に水等を買っていかないと、夜困ります。プールは素敵でしたが、その日は寒くては入れませんでした。朝ご飯はXです。ヨーグルト、パン、６Pチーズみたいの、ゆで卵がとりあえずある程度です。中国や韓国の団体さん用のホテルのようで、朝ご飯たくさんの人に押されて大変でした。

A four star hotel, perhaps 30 years ago. After a long hot drive in 48 degree heat we were delayed when the front desk seemed unaware of our booking-despite my printed out paper copy. Eventually after an excessive wait we were shown to a room far from the main building. The room was pleasant, lovely big bed, fridge and large,although tired and crumbling in spots, bathroom. The water was unsafe to drink of course, so was there a bottle in the room to drink? No. It was about 2pm and the restaurant was closed. No option for snacks-although we followed the sign to the snack bar(it was closed and looked like it hadn't been used for months) we asked for water and was told it was available in the bar which opened late afternoon about 5-5:30.....so no drink offered on check in, like every other hotel did, no water in the room, even to buy. We had to drive into the main Street (10-15 min walk but it was 48 degrees and we were unsure where to go) to find a shop to buy water. We always use a steri pen to avoid bottled water, but the water had an unbearable chemical taste once sterilized. Water purchased and food found we went back for a swim. The pool was nice but in need of repairs, loose tiles, chips and mould. The staff were friendly, the bar man was the loveliest man. Overall, if a hotel is 4 star, I expect 4 star service. Sad that such a beautiful old hotel that was once so grand, but now has overgrown gardens and lawn, unkempt exterior and crumbling paths and pool.

Le séjour est satisfaisant . Le service de chambre est moyen. Ils ne serve pas de boissons dans les chambres d après la bar women , ni de repas en chambre. Bar fermer très souvent , rien avant 16h Mais la gentillesse du personnel fait oublier ces petits désagréments. Surtout Saleh et Mourad .

We stayed for three nights in the hotel. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The garden and the pool areas were very beautiful and looked tidy. The oldish gentleman who was at the reception in the evenings was perhaps, one of the most courteous, efficient and polite people we have met. He made us feel very welcome. on the first day, we had our supper. The food was OK. We wouldn't say value for money. However, as one of us is a strict vegetarian, there was not much choice. We ordered vegetarian spaghetti from the a'la'carte menu. They took a long time to prepare this dish which turned out to be below average. Since there was a delay, the restaurant manager offered a bowl of soup and as only a small portion of the spaghetti was eaten, they did not charge. they were very polite and friendly. I wish we could say the same about the food. Breakfast spread is good. The table clothes had seen better days. At times one had to wait a while before the dishes were replenished in the buffet. Room and people : great! Food : average Location: very good Value for money: good Wi-Fi: only in the lobby and parts of restaurant despite the advertisement claiming wi-if in rooms

Note the Far Side reference in the title. My son and I stayed here. This place looks so cool on the outside. And, the inside is not too bad, but overall just a bit run down. Its like it was built in the hey day of the movie industry filming, but has slowly deteriorated. With that said, you get amazing value for the price. And, everything is clean. Pool is wonderful. Dinner buffet was good food. Breakfast buffet was dreadful (unless you like a variety of pasteries with great fruit juices). So, there you have it - some pros and some cons. But very good price and the staff is very nice.

A good location, free self-parking, and front entrance are just about all the good features of this hotel. We stayed for two nights which turned out to be a surprise for the receptionist who could not find our reservation. Her colleague, instead of helping her, spent more time checking her own cellphone. Just like she did every time we passed the reception. Our room was OK in terms of size but furniture was strikingly old and in need of repair / modernization. The buffet breakfast was very poor. Morocco grown fruit and vegetable are so affordable in Morocco yet were disappointingly missing. The hotel is dependent on tourists coming in big groups by busses and staying overnight. Book another hotel if staying more than just one night. Some features / amenities listed on Expedia's website were missing in our room or hotel.
