La amabilidad del personal. Nos prepararon el desayuno a las 6 de la mañana porque teníamos que coger el vuelo de vuelta temprano, a pesar de que los desayunos comenzaban a las 8h. Siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudarte. Incluso nos acompañaron al taxi para que no camináramos solas hasta la plaza principal. La ubicación perfecta, junto al barrio del Ensanche.

Cons: Mobiliario bastante antiguo y no conseguimos hacer funcionar la TV. No repusieron los geles de baño y el papel higiénico adicional estaba amarillo de llevar tiempo dentro de una cestita.

The Riad is very nice, which is expected based on the price. The location couldn’t be better.

Cons: With breakfast included it’s kind of cheeky to charge 1.50 euro to have eggs with your meal. Don’t stay here if you are arriving by bicycle. They won’t accommodate for it and you have to leave it in a parking garage 5 mins away and you will have to pay to leave it there.

Ottima posizione a due passi dalla Medina e dal palazzo Reale, bel riad curato nelle parti comuni e con un' atmosfera retro', grande e d'atmosfer la camera. Siamo stati bene. Il personale è stato disponibile procurandosi anche il mezzo per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Tangeri.

Cons: Spiace dirlo ma la cena che si pagava a parte non è stata all'altezza, davvero molto deludente e la stessa colazione non entusiasmante.

Le Riad est très coquet, dans une ruelle très calme. Le personnel est très avenant. Le Riad est aussi très bien situé, à deux pas du Palais Royal, on se sent très en sécurité.

Cons: Les chambres double sont très étroites, si vous avez plus qu'une grande valise ce n'est pas très commode. Prenez-le en compte au moment de votre reservation pour éviter les mauvaises surprises. Les salles de bain aussi sont petites. Tout dépend de votre chambre, les photos sur les sites de reservations ne donnent pas un rendu réaliste. Le Riad dispose de chambres plus spacieuses, il suffit de poser la question. Le petit-déjeuner est bien, mais sans plus. Si vous avez des restrictions alimentaires (Celiac ou intolérance au gluten en particulier) attendez-vous à ne pas avoir trop d'options ou de demander un petit-déjeuner à la carte.

Es un lugar muy bonito, en todo el centro de Tetuán, dentro de la Medina. Un lugar de lujo y con una relación calidad precio magnífica. El personal era muy amable y atento, estuvimos de lujo. También cenamos en el restaurante una noche y fue uno de los mejores sitios en los que estuvimos.

Second time around Riad Blanco. The team is amazing and very caring. The space is beautiful but noisy at night as in the medina and the neighbours stay up late … amenities are great. Breakfast was delicious. Room was okey despite some disfunction with the bedding. Will come back for sure !

L'accueil +++, l'emplacement +++. Asma donne beaucoup d'informations et de conseils pour découvrir Tetouan. Très jolie maison et cour intérieure. La terrasse avec une vue 360° (ou presque ;) sur la médina. La solution de parking à quelques centaines de mètres.

Cons: Déçus de ne pas avoir eu la chambre présentée sur Booking lors de la réservation. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux mais pourraient être meilleurs... Dans notre chambre (Moreira) le WiFi était très très faible.

Nous avons facilement trouvé l'hôtel après nous être garé au parking de la place Feddan. L'hôtel est proche de l'entrée des souks. Notre chambre était très grande (pour 4 personnes). Il y faisait calme et frais. Le lit double était immense et recouvert de nombreux beaux coussins. Notre fenêtre donnait sur la cour (le restaurant). La salle de bain était agréable (des produits de douche et des pantoufles étaient disponibles). La chambre était confortable et bien décorée (arche, marbre, beaux carrelages...). Les escaliers qui mènent aux chambres sont originaux. La déco était très belle et le jardin merveilleux pour le petit déjeuner et le souper.

Cons: Le soir, le bruit de la fontaine, au centre du bâtiment, s'est révélé un peu gênant (écho). Mais la nuit, elle a heureusement été coupée.

The Suite Grand is very nice and comfortable. Exactly as described in Booking.com. Very spacious room and comfortable for 4 persons. The people working at the Riad are very kind and helpful. The Riad is a very nice traditional building with a nice exterior patio which is also used for dinner and breakfast.

Cons: Nothing really ... except that getting there was not that easy. Google-maps drove us through a walking street and we had to call the Riad to get instructions on where to park with the car. Would be great to have that in advance.

The interiors of the riad was superbly well maintained giving you a feel of living in the olden homes of tetoun along with the modern amenities. The Riad was lovely and had a very traditional and authentic feel. The inner courtyard was beautiful and we found the hotel a peaceful retreat from the hectic city. The hotel was very centrally located within the historic medina. The restaurant was lovely and the breakfasts a great start to the day. Our room was large with an amazing shower.

La amabilidad del personal y el encanto del riad. Es un edificio histórico, muy bien restaurado y con una decoración preciosa Permite explorar la medina de Tetuán, que es muy auténtica y poco conocida.

Cons: El acceso en automóvil es complicado, se puede llegar hasta una calle cercana. Pero eso sucede en todos los alojamientos situados en las medinas en Marruecos. Que son sin duda la parte más interesante para visitar.

Very nicely styled and clean Riad in the city center of the old town (Medina) of the city. We had a family suite for 4 persons which was huge and very nicely decorated. The Riad has a fantastic authentic style and is very well-maintained. The owners and the service staff are very friendly. A good breakfast with fresh juices is served in the courtyard and comes typically for Riads in Morocco, not as a buffet but pre-arranged.

Cons: We had a bad coincidence that our air condition was not working resulting in a sleepless hot night. However, we were offered in the middle of the night with another small room, plus the non-working air condition was fixed professionally on the next day and they were even generous to imburse us with some costs on top. If you come with the car, bear in mind that you cannot reach the Riad directly with the car but have to park few hundred meters away and walk the distance. The Riad is located in a quite narrow lane which is a bit hard to find.

Todo nos encantó: la ubicación en la Medina pero a 2 pasos del ensanche, la limpieza de las habitaciones, el trato de todo el personal, especialmente de Asma que es una anfitriona excelente siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Fuimos con nuestros 3 hijos y nos pusieron en 2 habitaciones separadas (habitaciones Meriem y Fatima) pero pared con pared y en un lado de la casa donde estábamos solos, súper cómodos con los niños al lado. Habitaciones preciosas y camas muy cómodas. El restaurante es excelente con una variedad de platos difícil de encontrar en Tetuan. No dudaremos en volver a este Riad, el mejor en el que hemos estado en nuestra ruta por el norte de Marruecos.

The Riad was lovely, the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was good. Annoying that we had to pay for a drink of water after a nightmare arrival. In addition, this is the only place I have ever stayed in Morocco (visiting for 30 years so very many Riads) that did not offer mint tea. The restaurant is open to the public so I had to deal with instagram and TikTokers outside my door making videos. I will not stay again.

Cons: We were disappointed with the service and amenities at this Riad. Despite booking for two days, we found that no complimentary water was provided in the room. When we requested water, we were charged 12 dirgams per small bottle, which is significantly higher than street prices. Additionally, there was no assistance offered with our luggage, which was particularly challenging given the narrow streets of the Medina. Although breakfast was included in our stay, we were surprised to learn that eggs came with an extra charge. Having stayed in several Riads across Morocco, this one stood out as the least enjoyable, feeling more focused on business than on offering an authentic Moroccan experience.

What a fabulous mini break, and the Riad was just perfect for our needs. The staff were very friendly and so helpful speaking several different languages. The Riad itself was extremely clean and in a fabulous location, just inside the ancient Medina, and only minutes away from the royal palace. Our rooms were bright and airy, with comfortable beds, beautiful laundered cotton sheets, fluffy towels and powerful showers. Make your way up to the roof terrace in the evening, to see the rooftops and a cooling breeze, perfect after a days sight seeing, or just to enjoy a mint tea after your meal.

Por decir algo, echamos en falta fruta. La ubicación es perfecta. Queríamos hacer una mención especial a la anfitriona. Es super-amable. Nos consiguió que pudiéramos dejar el equipaje en un Riad (por cierto precioso) en Tanger, puesto que nuestro vuelo de vuelta no salía de Tetuán. Así, pudimos aprovechar todo el día y hacer turismo. A beautiful, elegant Riad in Tetouan's ancient Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Blanco Riad has a beautiful central courtyard, friendly and helpful staff (particularly Said and Asma). Said came to met us at our taxi and helped bring our bags to the Riad when we arrived (and reversed when we left), he also led us to a hammam in the Medina. Our room was gorgeous - with a beautiful tiled floor, decorative arches and a very comfortable bed. Two lovely nooks to sit in to read and relax. Beautiful communal interior spaces and outdoor garden with fountains. The Riad's restaurant is open from morning thru late in the evening. The food is delicious! (We had a late lunch and dinner at the Riad and breakfast). We loved our stay - it was such a beautiful base from which to explore the beautiful city of Tetouan.

Blanco Riad has a stunning design and really really friendly, warm, generous and helpful staff (particularly Said and Asma). One day we wanted to go to a Hammam and Said very generously walked us through the Medina to find it, he also met our taxi and walked us to the Riad to make sure we could find it. The room we had was STUNNING!! Absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous tiled floor, arches and huge very comfortable bed. We had an enormous shower and two nooks from which to sit and relax. The communal interior spaces and outdoor garden with fountains are beautiful, as is the roof deck overlooking the city. You must try the food! It is absolutely delicious! We had a late lunch and dinner at the Riad (as well as breakfast) and all were so so so tasty! We absolutely loved our stay and we can't wait to return and continue exploring this beautiful city.

Het hotel is gelegen in de soek, waardoor er natuurlijk niet vlakbij de accommodatie kan geparkeerd worden. Op wandelafstand is er wel een betalende parking (parking El Feddan). Het hotel heeft een mooie binnenplaats waar je kan ontbijten of dineren. Je kan ook buitenzitten op het dakterras. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien.

Cons: De ontvangst was vriendelijk maar nogal afstandelijk. We zijn al vaak in Marokko geweest en bijna altijd word je als gast ontvangen met thee en koekjes. Hier werden we snel naar de kamer gebracht (waar ook geen water voorzien was). Het ontbijt was prima maar wij misten fruit (terwijl er in de soek lekkere appelsienen, aardbeien,..te koop zijn).

La ubicación es muy buena. El personal del hotel fue de los más amable. El desayuno, sin ser buffet, era muy completo y una de las noches cenamos en el hotel y la comida fue muy buena y a buen precio. El último día teníamos que desayunar temprano antes de la apertura y nos lo facilitaron sin problema alguno.

Cons: Las habitación era algo pequeña aunque tenía todo lo necesario. Teníamos dos habitaciones y una de ellas en el lado de la ducha tenía una ventana translúcida que daba al pasillo y que desde fuera se veía la silueta si alguien se estaba duchando pero hablamos con recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación sin problemas.

Please note that you only have a small window in your room and that the steps up there are quite steep. There is a roof top terrace but the courtyard is more atmospheric. Breakfast was good.

Riad très bien entretenu, idéalement placé, belles finitions et belle décoration. Authentique Riad. Pas de place de parking vu que vous êtes centre ville en revanche des parkings couverts pour 30 dirhams la nuit et laisser votre véhicule en sécurité. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre « Aïcha » certainement la plus grande et la plus jolie de tout le riad. Le petit déjeuner est assez bon, certainement le seul point à améliorer. Vue panoramique en terrasse sur les hauteurs de Tetouan, on peut aussi y boire un café ou un thé en journée ou en soirée c’est assez agréable. Le quartier est assez calme on y dort très bien la nuit, on est réveillé par les petits gazouillis des oiseaux, je recommande à 100% !

Normalmente en Booking se marca un precio cerrado eso me dejó una sensación poco agradable. Se lo comentamos al chico de recepción que no dio unas explicaciones poco claras.

wir hatten herrliche Tage im Riad. Wir waren neben dem Königspalast und dennoch in der Medina. Desto öfter wir durch die Medina gelaufen sind, desto spannender fanden wir es. Das Personal war zwar manchmal ein wenig schüchtern, doch haben sie alle untere Fragen beantwortet und uns sehr unterstützt! Die Suite war sehr sehr schön, das Bad war umfangreich und das Frühstück hat uns sehr geschmeckt, auch wenn ein wenig Früchte gefehlt haben.

Cons: und hat das Riad sehr sehr gut gefallen - vielleicht könnte man beim Frühstück ein wenig Obst einbauen und dafür anderes weglassen.

The riad is in a great location, walking distance from all the museums, restaurants, and shops. The restaurant in the riad is handy, although they do charge European prices.

Cons: I didn’t realise the toilet was in a wet room with the shower. There was about an arms length distance between the shower and toilet which was fine, however the plumbing or the air from the vents left an earthy smell in the room which was quite off putting when I wanted to shower. The breakfast was very questionable. I paid for breakfast to be included, however I was met with a bowl of bread and condiments… and had to pay around 15 dirhams extra just to have an egg… I assume a money-making tactic. The bed is hard. I understand that this is a preference and some people may like it, but definitely something to include in the description as I didn’t know and had a back ache by the time I checked out.

Cons: Cama muy incómoda, el colchón bastante duro y la almohada poco ergonómica. Se oía todos los ruidos del riad desde la habitación, el teléfono, el timbre de la puerta.... El desayuno puede mejorar, todo se basa en surtido de panes, y el huevo se paga aparte, queda feo eso.

Lugar excepcional, casa con historia pero muy cuidada, habitaciones muy limpias, cómodas, preciosas. El patio una maravilla, la ubicación en la medina pero a la entrada, muy seguro. El desayuno magnífico. El personal atento, simpático, la señora de recepción una maravilla. Había leído comentarios de todo tipo, conozco muchos hoteles en Marruecos, y este es muy recomendable.

Cons: Bueno, como a todo el que viaja a Marruecos y bebe alcohol, siempre buscamos un sitio donde poder tomarte una cerveza o un vino; este hotel en concreto no tiene licencia de alcohol. Me hubiera gustado tomarme una en el patio, pero hay otros lugares si quieres hacerlo, o bien disfruta como yo de un buen té.

Le lieu qui est juste magnifique La gentillesse du personnel. Notre chambre était juste.... Parfaite ! Et l'emplacement en plein coeur mais avec une tranquillité une fois dans le Riad. Parfait.

Cons: La clim qui n'est pas assez puissante et du coup tout de même un peu lourd dans les chambres..

El hotel esta dentro de la medina, afuera reina un poco el caos, no en las inmediaciones del hotel pero si para llegar, pero es entrar y adentro es PURA PAZ Y BELLEZA. La puerta se cierra y es entrar en un OASIS . Todo esta hermosamente decorado, levantarse y abrir la puerta d ela habitacion y escuchar el ruidito de la fuente. El silencio. Tiene un patio hermoso, con plantas y un Jazmin que perfumael ambiente. Pero lo que mas disfrute es la paz que regala el lugar. Nuestra habitacion era cómoda, amplia, la zona del baño confortable. Y si bien tenia ventanas q daban a la medina y a veces podia escucharse un poco el ruido, en las horas de sueño todo queda en silencion. Para mi lo mejor de Tetuan fue experimentar alojarme en este precioso Riad! La ubicacion del Riad es buena, esta dentro de la medina pero cerca de una de las puertas por donde se puede entrar sin tanto tumulto, y tambien cercac de la zona española, o sea la ubicacion es perfecta para explorar los alrededores.

Ein sehr stilvolles und schönes Riad. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, auch im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants, die wir in Tetouan besucht haben. Das Personal und die Hotelleitung war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben gute Tipps und Informationen zu unseren geplanten Aktivitäten bekommen. Für unseren Besuch im Hammam kam sogar jemand mit dorthin, um alle Fragen auf Arabisch zu klären. Insgesamt blieben keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Lage ein paar Fußminuten vom Königspalast ist hervorragend. Wir konnten alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

Accueil chaleureux et souriant, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis chez nous ! Le cadre était charmant et intimiste, très calme alors que situé en plein cœur de la médina. La chambre était petite mais très optimisée et confortable - literie parfaite. La salle de bain était très propre et la grande douche agréable. Bon petit déjeuner servi avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Excelente Riad en una ubicación privilegiada. Sientes que estás alojado dentro de la Alhambra. Patios mozárabes, arquitectura árabe con un toque español que te transporta a la época y un trato familiar excelente. Todos los camareros y recepcionistas nos han cuidado mucho. Gracias a Asma, la recepcionista por sus valiosos consejos y su trato familiar. Merece la pena comer y cenar en el Riad, la comida es excelente y exquisita. Los precios son muy buenos. Volveré pronto.

El hotel es muy bonito con decoración tradicional nada recargada y acogedora. Estuvimos en dos habitaciones distintas, las dos diferentes e igualmente bonitas. Las sábanas muy agradables y las camas muy cómodas. La atención del personal muy correcta y servicial.

Cons: No pudimos conectarnos al wifi en los tres días. Cuando hicimos el check in nos dijeron que la última noche nos tendríamos que cambiar de habitación porque la primera estaba reservada ya para ese día “como ya nos había dicho por teléfono Maribel”, pero lo cierto es que no hablamos con nadie para aclarar este punto. Aún así y salvo por la molestia de recoger dos veces la maleta la habitación era algo más pequeña pero muy bonita.

La ubicación

Cons: No había agua caliente. Lo dije en recepción y me dijeron que lo arreglarían. A la mañana siguiente, no lo habían arreglado y seguía sin haber agua caliente. No les importo y tuvimos que irnos sin ducharnos al aeropuerto. La comida en este hotel no la recomiendo. Es cara y de baja calidad.
