This is a very nice Riad well located on the edge of the Medina and thus very close to the public parking on a main street - 5 minute walk. The rooftop terrace was very nice and we had coffee served there in the afternoon.
Cons: We were on the second floor above the kitchen on the mezzanine and there was some early noise starting about 7am every day. The third floor was more quiet in the early morning.

Riad Ghita Palace is what you dream of when you imagine a Riad in Morocco. A simple carved wooden door on a small, bright alley which leads into a beautiful, magnificently tiled courtyard with central fountain and beautiful traditional seating for breakfast and dinners. Traditionally decorated rooms are heavily tiled with beautiful ceilings and look out on the central courtyard. Breakfast was freshly prepared and generous. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Location is simple to get to by cab, only about 20 meters off a main road, but protected by an alley with stairs. While the location is in the medina, it was a 15-20 minute walk to most of the medina tourist sites (museums, souks, main gates). Like most Riads there are stairs, so if you have trouble climbing up and down multiple times, you need to request a room off the courtyard.

The riad is absolutely beautiful with a great location. The best part of the whole experience is Senna the hotel manager and the staff. They made our stay so memorable.

I searched for the hotel for two whole hours, when I found it, I found it in a scary neighborhood, full of homeless people and people sitting around looking criminal.

I ended up spending four nights at Riad Ghita. I chose it for the location, close to the Medina but easily accessed by car. The Medina is something else, I should have said yes to the Riad's offer of a guide. There's nothing like getting lost but it's really easy to do in Fes.. 😊 I came in February so was pleased to find heating in the room. The shower was good and hot. Friendly staff, good food, generally very quiet. No alcohol here but it's been good to have a break! Thanks all. Oh, they arranged airport transfers for me at reasonable cost.

Cons: A typical 19th-20th century Moroccan bedroom is fine. A bathroom upgrade would be nice--window that didn't close completely, shower that leaked spray out onto the floor. It all worked fine, just a little rough.

Really easy to get to , just a few steps from a main road. The entrance from the alleyway was deceiving. Once you stepped inside it was like walking into a fairytale. This is one of the most romantic places my husband and I have stayed in. Exquisite decoration and furnishings. We felt like we were staying in a palace. A feast for the eyes and balm for the soul .Our room was huge , it had a seating area with a coffee table and a large bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and changed every day. The staff are attentive . This place was like paradise.

The Riad Ghita is a beautiful place. The tile work and furnishings in the rooms and interior courtyard are fabulous. We had two rooms: one for my sons upstairs on the top floor (they didn’t mind walking up with their luggage), and one for me just off the courtyard. Both were lovely in different ways. The staff was extremely accommodating. Breakfast was generous, and one night we enjoyed a delicious dinner.
Cons: There was a mild sewer smell in the bathrooms, and mine was vented to the street outside, which allowed street noise and cold air in.

Friendly staff. Nice, clean and spacious room. Room gets cleaned and tidied daily. Location was easy to find.
Cons: Because of the design of the riads, you can hear other rooms and they can hear you. But it was still quiet and we slept well.

Everything was good. Traditional Moroccans style, very good integrated modern equipment . It was comfortable as for European tourists. Locations as for me also perfect, not so close to main streets of Medina. Delicious food

Il riad e' bellissimo. Abbiamo cenato dentro al riad, una cena deliziosa ed esclusiva (eravamo in 4!) i cortili sono bellissimi, le stanze hanno le lenzuola bianche e pulite, cosa che apprezzo moltissimo. Colazione eccellente.

Beautiful building. My bed is not entirely clean as i found hair on my bed. Shower area get flooded with water easily and get a bif of small if you leave the toilet door open but overall the property is great.
