Quand Zacharie vous dit bienvenue vous êtes chez vous, c’est pas une image … vous êtes au Riad comme à la maison, tut est fait pour vous vous y sentiez bien. Le Riad est magnifique, calme alors qu’en pleine Médina. C’est un havre de paix, avec un jardin qui embaume le jasmin, une chambre magnifique, grande, calme et à literie impeccable. La beauté du lieu n’a d’égal que la gentillesse d’Hisham et Zachari, deux frères qui veulent que vous soyez comme des princes chez eux. Les petits déjeuners sont simples mais très copieux, avec chaque jours des spécialités différentes. Les parties communes comme le salon ou le jardin sont à vitre disposition à toutes heures, vous faisant effectivement sentir comme chez vous… mais dans un Riad magnifique ! Le petit plus : Hisham possède un second Riad à deux pas du premier. Vous pouvez y dîner ou encore profiter du hamam et vous faire masser… je vous le recommande, leur SPA est divin et l’endroit magnifique .

What a lovely Riad with great staff. They took really good care of us. Naima makes great breakfast. The room was lovely and spacious and cleaned daily. Zackery stood by us and arranged everything for us. From guides, taxi, daytour to lovely harira soup in our room after a long day. The last day we got spoiled in de Riad with the spa. This was on the house. We felt very welcome and would definately recommend.

Expedia rates this Riad as "impressive". Well, they're many impressive riads in Fez, but this is not one. The building is nice and could be a wonderful riad, but it's poorly managed and maintained with a result far worse than in pictures. It's definitely not a 4 starts hotel, as pretended, rather a B&B. Two people take turns 24 hours, sleeping in the sofas. They do their best, but this is not the kind of service one can expect. Breakfast is correct, not excellent. The rooms in the upper floor are too hot, even in April. Those in the terrace level may be hell. In short, considering the fares, choose another place to stay. ps. All this lack of professionalism is consistent with the first problem we had with the riad, they overbooked and ask me to cancel the reservation. Only thanks to Expedia pressure they accept to keep our booking. Bad idea anyway...

Excellent location and the owner and staff were very friendly. Food was excellent. The building and rooms are beautiful! You could never guess such beauty behind that beautiful small door.

Friendly staff.
Cons: We would not recommend this hotel although the staff were very friendly. The bathroom was dark, and the shower terrible. We had ordered a room with a jaccuzi and asked that they tell us if it was working OR WE WOULD BOOK SOMETHING ELSE. They waited until we could not cancel before writing us the day we were to arrive to tell us that INDEED IT WAS NOT WORKING and they had no other. We were not happy and that was dishonest. Also our roomn was very dark.

Hard to get to because of the location in medina. Taxi cannot drive u to the location. Deathly quiet. No facilities other than a couple rooms. So many stairs, a real problem if you have a fair bit of luggage. Nice but very sparse staff.

Très beau riad bien placé. Nous avons été accueilli par sa propriétaire, Aïcha et son équipe de façon très chaleureuse. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'avoir une chambre mieux que celle que l'on avait réservé, avec un accès sur la terrasse et la vue sur la medina. La cuisine typiquement marocaine est délicieuse et le cadre magique. Très beau séjour à recommander !

Beautiful Riad. One of the nicest we stayed in, in a month in Morocco. The manager was great and very helpful!!! If you're not using the Euro however, be careful because when they covert their prices from Euro to Dirham and then into your currency you will a pay higher price then quoted verbally and on website. Very unethical practice which was shame at the end of a beautiful stay :(

A little bit difficult to find (as are many riads in Morocco, best to let a local take you there, unless you have gps). Beautiful inside. We arrived at night in a rainstorm and it was like entering a magic kingdom. Little bit let down by the bathroom (stingy on the soap) and breakfast (very bread-based). There is a lovely little private garden in the riad with seating. Staff are great.

Very nice Riad. Very friendly and helpfull staff and manager. The Riad is very nicely furnished. Very Beautiful space.with a great garden and wifi. We enjoyed our breakfast on the main floor of the riad. We stayed in Morocco for about 2weeks, travelling throughout the country. Please be advised that a Riad is a former 'private home', so you may not have much privacy in your room( A Riad is not a good idea for newlyweds!) as you can hear all noise from the common areas. That said, we enjoyed all the Riads we stayed at. The location is great; it was close to an entrance to the medina, as well as several very good and inexpensive places to eat. Also, it was close to a parking area (making it easy to get dropped off/picked up by vehicle). We felt very safe in this are of Fez. Also, the manager was very helpful in arranging a very good driver for us at a reasonable rate. The driver was friendly, courteous, and spoke english well.
