Cons: No hubo nada negativo.

We had a great experience staying at Riad des Arts! The location is excellent—just a short walk from the main square, which made it super convenient for exploring the Medina and enjoying the local atmosphere. The Riad itself is charming and peaceful, a perfect escape from the busy streets. The host was absolutely amazing—very kind and incredibly helpful in organizing logistics for us, including some transfers and other local arrangements. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend staying here for a comfortable and authentic Marrakesh experience!

We had a lovely time at the Riad des Arts. The location is great, down a small side street very close to the Jemaa el-Fna. It is lovely quiet retreat from the mania of central Marrakech, and well put together inside. The staff were friendly and helpful in both English and French. We had massage treatments from Amal which was lovely.

Beautiful property, great location in the medina. Staff excellent

Cons: Rooms very dark, very noisy!! But our own fault as should have expected that. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Booked tours and hammam through road both times and pretty disappointed both times. Told the hammam had a spa so we could relax whilst other had massage, they showed us a picture beforehand and this wasn’t where we went. Had to sit in cold waiting for an hour for other person. Tour not explained to us at all, cost €130 each aswell so not cheap, basically just sat in a car for 7 hours.

We had a very enjoyable short break at Riad des Arts. The riad had a traditional Moroccan vibe coupled with modern comforts and was spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely and always helpful when we needed to know anything. They booked us a very good excursion to the Altas mountains and also recommended a fabulous Hamman Spa which was a great experience. Our airport transfers were booked through the riad and all went smoothly. Breakfast was traditional and plentiful. We ate at the riad on one night where we were served two different tagines both of which were delicious.

Located in the heart of medina, clean, specious room and very kind and helpful staff. They also informed us that we need to print our boarding pass to fly back home and they print it for us, otherwise we would pay 40 € at the airport.

The ambience was beautiful. The seating area on the ground floor was stunning. We sat around the little pool and put our feet in the water but the water was absolutely freezing. Would be good to turn up the temp a little. The terrace was gorgeous and we found it tranquil and relaxing. We met Mohammed and Amine who were both wonderful hosts. It’s also a few minutes to the medina if you walk through an alleyway. If you get dropped by a cab make sure they drop and pick at cafe France.

Cons: The room we were in was beautiful but the AC was super freezing so we didn’t sleep well that night. It would also be nice to have a few snack available for residents to buy while they have drinks.

The staff were helpful. The room on the terrace was comfortable and clean. The riad was close to the square.

Cons: The facilities were very basic. There was no telephone in the room to communicate with the staff and to order something, I had to climb down 3 set of stairs. One night there was a lot of noise by by rowdy youth who carried into the early morning, making sleep difficult. On our third day, we were informed that their was a leak of water on the room below our room caused by our shower. A plumber was called in adapter his inspection, we had to be transferred to another riad nearby causing us some discomfort.

The hotel employee greeted us cordially, offered welcome drink and told us about interesting places in Marrakech that are worth visiting. The room is clean and beautiful, the breakfast is standard, the food is fresh and tasty.

The hospitality here is amazing! The riad is beautiful, even smells amazing when you walk inside, and it's kept very cool and clean. The pool is so relaxing and pretty, great to come home to after a long day in the hot city streets. The staff is top notch -- I was exhausted coming into Marrakech around 8am from a 6am flight, and was greeted with delicious mint tea and pastries upon my arrival, while one of the staff showed me a map of the surrounding area and pointed out key spots to check out, and then let me check in early so I could nap before my friend arrived. They even let me borrow an adapter for the electrical outlets for the U.S. Amine & Mohammed are true hosts! Amine even gave us some coffee and a pastry to go on the morning of our flights. Thank you so much!

Cons: The room could be a bit dark. Also, be aware you will need to walk through the medina to leave and come back to the place. At night, it can be very chaotic and packed, which is the only part about staying here that we didn't love.

I had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable Riad for five nights, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the elegant ambiance and impeccable hospitality. Amin and the team went above and beyond to cater to our requests, from transfers to booking external activities and helping with incidentals. A riad is the way to go when staying in Marrakech and Road Des Arts is close enough to the main strip to make it not feel like a chore heading out but tucked away in a side laneway so you can escape the noise. The riad itself is pristine, charming and has all the little nooks for relaxing. The room had no TV but who missed it? Soaking in the tub or relaxing on the terrace were the go to activities when not sleeping. The bed is easily the most comfortable I've slept on during my five week trip away. The room was a great size, with distinct areas for sleep, meals, bathroom and sinks. Highly recommend and can't thank the whole team at Riad Des Arts enough.

The Riad is like an oasis in the middle of the medina of Marrakech. Only a few minutes' walk from the Djemaa el Fna square, it offers peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the alleyways. The team is very very nice and helpful, the massage by Amal a pleasure. The riad is beautifully decorated in oriental style and offers plenty of space to linger. The roof terrace invites you to relax. We also recommend eating at the riad at least once, the tajine is a delight. If we ever come to Marrakech again, we would love to stay at the Riad des Arts, it doesn't get much better than this :)

I highly recommend this riad!!! I am a young solo traveler and stayed for one night and it was perfect. When I checked in I was greeted with delicious mint tea and a selection of cookies and crackers. I was in the tent room on the top floor. I believe it is the only room on the top floor and is the best in my opinion. It is not a literal tent so do not worry about that, it is very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great- I noticed that across all of my stays in Morocco the pillows have been great which is not typical in my other travel experiences. The workers were amazing and were happy to help with anything I needed. I had dinner at the riad as well and it was amazing. I was served Moroccan salad (essentially Bruschetta) and two huge tagines (vegetable with a red sauce and then a chicken with lemon/citrus sauce). Both Tagine’s were delicious, but i really really liked the sauce and flavor of the vegetable tagine (squash, onions, carrots, potatoes, green beans, and a few other vegetables were in it). The bread was fresh. I also booked a tour through the riad and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! That tour was undoubtedly the highlight of my entire trip to Morocco. I cannot remember my guide’s name but I was picked up at the riad and he drove me around the whole Médina on his motorcycle. We weaved through so many streets and stopped at the Bahia palace, several souks that showed me traditional techniques and gave me an opportunity to haggle, and a few other sights that were great. If you need a tour I would definitely hook through the riad, it took a lot of stress out of figuring it out on my own. I also booked an airport transfer through the riad and it was €20 and went great. The car was big and clean and the driver was right on time. The riad also has an amazing courtyard and terrace. I should also mentioned that it was in a very clean, calm, and safe area.

Lovely traditional Riad. Location ideal, once you get your bearings, just a 10min walk through Souk from Jemaa El-Fnaa square. We were two females and never felt unsafe walking back to Riad via souks at night. The staff were all brilliant, super friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. Definitely book airport transfer via Riad as the taxi drop off is located on the far side of square and a 20min walk away, with luggage!!! Riad will arrange for someone to meet you and carry your luggage.

The Raid was very centrally located. Easily accessible to the main square in Marrakesh by a 3-4 minute walk. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help and give local advice with the area. The Wi-Fi connect was very good as well. The Riad and staff were exceptional, this location really provided an escape from the busy Medina atmosphere. We loved everything about our stay, the rooms were fantastic, the greeting from staff every time we entered and breakfast daily were aspects of our stay with Riad Des Arts that made our trip.

Cons: The only challenge was that the location was hard to find, and google/Apple Maps took us too the wrong side. The location ended up being perfect, but as it being our first time in Marrakech we would've benefited from a little more locational instruction. We honestly loved everything about our stay.

I had the terrace room which was quiet and I was able to step outside and enjoy the evening air. It was very close to Djemaa El Fna. I it was also possible to have an evening meal in house.

Really lovely small riad, very well located right by the Market. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Lots provided at breakfast. Really enjoyed our four night stay.

Cons: Chilly in the main area for breakfast but that was really just due to the time of year. Shower temperature was a little temperamental at times. But we still had a lovely stay.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do more for us. They advised and helped plan a trip to the Atlas Mountains and recommended a local spice shop too. We loved the balcony on the roof top and once off the busy and bustling Derb Dabachi street it was unbelievably quiet! Fresh and varied breakfast each morning too. Wonderful Riad location and close walking distance to hidden gems, gardens, roof top cafes, bars and dining. Enjoy the street food vendors and exploring the nearby Souks that will have literally anything and everything you need - be prepared to haggle!

The Riad des arts was very nice and cosy, the staff amin and Mohammed were very nice and polite and attentive. The Riad was only walking distance away from the square and very peaceful at night away from the busy square. We had freshly made breakfast very morning, we had room service every morning with fresh clean towels. Amin was very helpful he accompanied us to the local ham mam and other shops. The Riad also arranged for a massage in the hotel room which was very relaxing by Amal I believe, apologies if the name is incorrect!!

Beautiful riad just moments from the busy Jmaa el Fna - but perfectly calm and peaceful inside. Bedroom safe, clean and comfortable. Served Moroccan tea and biscuits on arrival and given lots of helpful information. Lovely roof terrace which was a nice place for a beer. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend booking their transfer from the airport - 20 euros which is added to your bill. I’m not sure we would have found it without this!

Cons: Room was dark, but this is typical of riads from what we understand. No kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room but maybe this is normal for Morocco?

very welcoming staff and lovely structure ! I would suggest going for a room on the lower floors as the top terrace gets a bit chilly at night and you can hear all the noise of the city but overall an amazing stay

The bed was very comfortable and the room very tastefully decorated. The entrance was lovely and there is a roof terrace which is also very nicely done. Breakfast was very nice too. Good choice of jams and honey, yogurt, juice, fruit and different types of bread. There was a warm welcome with tea and biscuits.

Cons: It wasn't that easy to find. There is no sign on the main drag and no obvious sign when you get there. We needed help from a local shop-keeper or we'd have been going round for hours! The lead-up was in a very crowded part of the souk and New Year was particularly busy so we found that a bit stressful although the Riad itself was in a very secluded part and the noise from the fast-food places didn't penetrate at all. I would have liked brighter lighting to read by in the room. We ran out of hot water after one bath!

a limpeza do espaço

Cons: most of the perks stated on the riads page aren’t really true. they say they have a pool when in fact it’s the size of a bathtub and it is also where the tables are. meaning there’s people eating there and it’s not really comfortable to go to the “pool” when people are eating. things like spa and solarium doesn’t exist. when I asked for the spa they took me to a place outside the Riad and they asked me for 30€ to use the spa.

This was our first Riad in Marrakech after arriving. Very friendly reception, we felt immediately at home. The location is great. Beautiful Riad with items and decoration elements you'll find in Marrakech. Breakfast was perfect. We also stayed at another Riad and this one was definitely better in terms of service/eye for detail. Especially the staff is extremely kind and helpful.

Riad is beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location.Just a 5 minute walk from Jemma El-Fna but absolutely sheltered from the mayhem and very quiet. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The only windows open into the courtyard so they are a bit dark but this is typical for Riad architecture. The rooftop terrace is beautiful - breakfast is served there. We also had two dinners on the roof which were delicious and beautifully presented. Staff was attentive - in particular Amir was very helpful with everything we needed. Also want to mention both Mohammed, a manager, and Samir who cooks and cleans the rooms.

Arrival sorted by hotel, evening meal perfect, room is very tasteful, location Ideal & breakfast excellent

The riad is nicely located off of the busy Medina and is surprisingly quiet. We loved our room, which was comfortable and always kept very clean. The dinners in the riad were also some of the best food we had in Morocco! Amine and Mohmed were a fantastic friendly (and funny!) presence and extraordinarily accommodating, helping to coordinate and advise throughout our trip, answering tons of our questions, and helping us get stuck in to the culture. Their kindness was much appreciated. We would absolutely recommend staying with them to get the most out of Marrakech!

Cons: Not a thing

Everything was perfect with this Riad, they make you feel at home and give you advice for anything you want. Amine was very helpful and kind. We spend awesome days here and even came back for another night.

Cons: We got lost the first time, the Medina could be a little bit chaotic. Advice: use Apple Maps instead of Google maps, that worked for us!

There is no reason to stay anywhere else in Marrakesh! The staff was INCREDIBLE! They met us at the cab, took excellent care of us, made dinner reservations for us, made us breakfast at 6:45 am so we could get to the airport. The list goes on! The breakfast is just awesome. Lots of local foods and always fresh fruit ready to eat. The room we had on the second flor was very private and very quiet. Just an all around great place to stay.

Cons: We could have used more pillows, but I never asked for them. Other than that, it all was just great.

I booked this Riad for my parents who have come to Morocco for the first time. They really enjoyed the service and the location of the Riad, perfectly situated hidden gem. On arrival we were greeted by Kamal who is the main staff who takes care of everything and he was very nice, welcoming and warm hearted. He was very courteous towards y parents, carried their luggage up to their room and even offered them a free upgrade to the best room available on arrival!! He made fresh eggs for my parents and brought them some fresh brown bread from the bakery as my father doesn't eat white bread due to intolerance. Overall fantastic service! Very well priced Great location Lots of shops and local merchants Very clean and tidy spacious room with jacuzzi!

Lovely riad close to market square and in walking distance of restaurants and cafe, if you fancy a drink you will have to search around, the riad did offer wine which they can get for you on the same day when you ask as do not keep it there, the air con is very much needed after a long day, the breakfast is nothing exciting and would advise not going bed and breakfast as there are plenty of cheap café round the corner with great views over the square where you can people watch while soaking in the culture. I used trip advisor to book my excursion as it was cheaper then what the riad quoted. The riad was not that easy to find as down a small back Street but once you get your bearings it was easy enough to find. The staff are very friendly and helpful, at 6 o clock there is a quarter prayer and the riad is very close to one of the speakers and certainly wakes you up every morning, just some quick advice about Marrakech, stay away from the henna ladies and keep walking and don't ask for directions off the locals round the square as will expect money and normally take you where you don't want to go so always speak with more trusted people who work in the café and restaurants and Google maps is very useful in finding restaurants as you may find yourself walking down small walkways thinking to yourself..is this the right way..we stopped 7 nights.. would of made it a weekend break and if was to go back again would love to stop all inclusive,

We recently stayed here and it was fantastic, the staff where lovely and the Riad was beautiful. It was right in the middle of Medina just off the square, this was a perfect location as it was down a small back street away from the hussle and bussle. I had taken my Boyfriend for a surprise 30th birthday present and we both loved it. We had such a great time he is now my fiance :) Thank you Riad Des Arts for a great weekend.
