Location wise it was in the middle of nowhere but download the app in drive and you can get a cheap taxi cheaper than the front desk can get you Atmosphere was ok we were greeted nicely by reception then expected a tip from the bellboy. The atmosphere could have been a bit more lively but oh well The room was lovely and big couldn’t fault that but the air con was shocking couldn’t imagine in the height of summer with very little cool Air. No wonder it was less than £500 all inclusive but what I thought and been to all inclusives before wasn’t what this was. No snack bar water only available till 11pm when the bar shut the food was the same every day and got boring. The restaurant staff were all miserable and rude The evening entertainment was the same bloke singing the same songs It was clean though and the cleaners worked very hard The room we had I heard no noise only the call To prayer in the mornings but that’s their religion and will always respect that

Room...clean, decent size, great shower. Had soap, shower gels and shampoo which smell amazing, had TV and fridge, safe, bed was small and mattress like a board so didn't sleep well, no balcony. WiFi was OK. Connected in and out. Pool was large and many other pools Was November so entertainment about an hour in morning and at night. No table service here. Queues for food and bar, only 1 person serving. Food was very local cuisine but edible. Cocktails very sweet. Their beer is good. Never seemed to be any cutlery available. Towels are hard to get your hands on lol We noticed a lot of the time the waiters just standing around talking and doing nothing. The hotel is lovely but very remote. Has a shuttle bus at 9am and 3pm which you need to book.

After mixed reviews here are my opinions. The hotel was generally in pretty good order. The gardens and pool areas were lovely and very well kept. Restuarant areas very well staffed and cleaned constantly. The room was spotless, cleaned and towels changed every day. There were comments about the food, and depending on what you are used to I can understand some comments. We found the food fine, always meat, chicken and fish on offer. Not a massive choice but decent quality, and it's almost the end of the season. Remember, this is Morocco not Benidorm and the food reflects a more African diet but always fresh pizzas etc if you are not adventurous. Staff overall very nice but there were a couple obviously not happy with their lot so we just ignored them. Rooms although very clean are tired and do need a refurb but I understand they are carrying this out early next year. Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend.

This was by far the worst experience in marrakech the hotel was clean and tidy,the majority of the staff were lovely and cherrif and abdel on the breakfast and lunch shift outside were fantastic. They made sure our party of 6 had a table and a high chair for "handsome" our grandson who adored them. However the food was dreadful the pizza and pasta station was fine if you were happy to wait 40 minutes and weren't fussed what type. The entertainment team were good but take a pack of cards for the evening. In the middle of nowhere so you need to stay in the compound.

Firstly i must mention the service from the breakfast staff in the outside area were fantastic, Cheriff and Abdal your asset to the hotel, its just a pity that the food selection from the restaurant wasn't as fantastic, the food was very limited in choice and very much the same menu every day just with a slight twist, they say you eat with your eyes, we'll it explains why most people were wearing sunglasses in the restaurant at 7pm, lets say it wasn't very indulging. I do like trying different styles of food and im not a fussy eater but it was very similiar each night for the whole week, this also explains the Mac Donald deliveries and Mac Donalds paper bags in the bins in the evenings, obvouisly others had the same thoughts, and by day 3 you will be joining the queue of fresh pizzas which are nice, but you do have to queue, this is another hint that food selection was poor. The pizza service was a pleasant experience apart from the 30 plus minutes to wait for a pizza, not two or three, yes 30mins for one pizza And yes it has been mentioned in other reviews that staff from the cooking area do come into the resturaunt area in the mornings, toasting there bread and rolls and taking it behind the service counter and dissappear into the back to be consumed, which doesnt look professional when guests have paid all inclusive and also queuing to use toaster, but hey i guess they don't have a toaster out the back. Overall the majority of the staff are very polite, but some do spoil the effort put in by others. For example at evening meal times and getting an alcoholic drink from the bar counter in the restaurant is an experience, you hand them a glass and they pour into it from either a bottle of beer or a bottle of wine, nothing wrong with that you may ask, but the table with the glasses, is on the table right in front of the bar waiter, one particular member of the bar staff in the restaurant won't pour a glass until you hand the glass, from the table to them, all very strange and not what I woul expect of a 4* service. If your a new arrival and don't know the procedure to pick up a glass, you get an abrupt response of "Glass" and a finger pointing to the table gesturing you to pick up the glass and hand it to the waiter. Now thats most of the moaning done, now the better bits, hotel is clean tidy with plenty of room around the pool for sun bathing, the rooms are decent sizes and good aircon, the outside balconys need a bit of maintenance but they were ok for what they were used for. Bar pool area was nice and drinks service at the pool bar was joyful. Pool slides looked fun but suited more for those with kids. There is nothing to see outside of hotel so bare in mind everything is inside the hotel walls, no walking out to local shops in daytime or evenings, you will.need a taxi or some form of transport to venture. Would I come here again? Probably not, it has potential, but its not there yet,

Room not as described, noise from other rooms coming through the walls and in the bathroom,dangerous balcony rails with sharp splinters,broken in many different places, i only found out when a sharp piece grazed my daughters arm as she tried to look out from the balcony,AC not working from friday 31st October 2025 to 3rd November 2025,I was given many excuses such as the entire floor was out of AC and it will be fixed straight away,but took 4 days to fix and every night it was 25° + inside the room, we had to open the windows to let air In but the noise from the music was too loud and went on till 11pm. The amount of time I caught staff stealing food is embarrassing,they were stealing basket full of bakery items like cinnamon bun,croissants, they were walking and grabbing handful of grapes and eating it straightaway whilst pretending to look busy,they were asking each other to get yogurt,grapes,and other expensive food items for each other filled up to the top in a glass they were putting away food inside the cutlery cupboard, they were piling it up slowly so they can eat it later,it was food that was Meant for the paying guest but instead their staff were like voulchers just watching customers take food and speaking in their language and muttering and laughing which was very rude, they were taking bowls and glasses full of yoghurt,plates full of feta cheese,lamb,beef, eggs,its like they had no care for the paying customers, and it was like they had to steel food because its like they never ate these kind of food in their lives. I felt sorry for them but after 7 days and watching them steal food every day and noticing that less were available for paying guest it made me mad to think a 4 star resort would need to stoop so low and employ thieves as staff. I dont know why but this hotel is not a 4 star hotel, not with the decor of my room to the non working ac,and broken balcony rails,to the noise coming in from other rooms,to the sofa as beds for kids and a family of four,it was very outdated and overall the toilets were bad,specially in the poolside and bar toilet ,the ones in the lobby were pretty unclean, and the restaurant was filthy and dirty ,the walls were gross,and staff were not smiling but rather laughing muttering speaking in their language which seemed very rude and unprofessional. The only thing that was good about them was the free shuttle service going to medina,the pools were freezing cold, and the swimming pool by the waterside was falling apart. I would avoid this hotel. I did not have a good experience specially 4 out of 7 days in the heat at night and day waiting for the AC. I just dont understand how can a 4 star hotel not carry out safety inspection and realise that children will be staying before expecting families to check in to a substandard room with only one bed and sofa to sleep on and a dangerous rail with sharp splinters everywhere, how did they allow this. And not change our room when we asked them to? Plus a tatty gym with broken treadmill that's asking for an accidents to happen with a lazy staff just sitting on hes phone and had the nerve to ask me to put the weights back and it was only two plates of weights. This place needs a change of staff. The entertainment was tatty, the play area was wasted like tge volley ball and tennis court,it could be changed into a basket ball court for children and adults to enjoy but rather kids had to wait to play for hours until the adults decided to stop playing basketball in an area the size of a balcony with one broken hoop. My son had to wait for hours just to play at time. Really disappointed with the whole thing,hats off to the pool guy and the girls and boys in the pink t shirts who really tried theor hardest to keep things going but this place needs a new management and a better and stricter one specially in the food area. You might aswell give all the food to the staff if they need to steal all the time, why take money from paying guest then leave no food for us and then take forever to fill it up? There would be no need to fill it up all the time if your staff would stop stealing in the 1st place. Plus that one morroccon restaurant served the worst traditional morroccon food ive ever had, the breads were hard, the vegetable tagine was under cooked it look like they just got it from the next door buffet and piled it on a plate, it was tasteless and very bland. I cannot understand why they would say its a four star hotel. Really feel sometimes as though we get judged by these staff just for being outsiders and treated with dishonesty and carelessness as though our money has no value.

Cons: Pouca variedade de comida, por vezes não sabia o que comer pois só tinham legumes e pouca variedade de carnes. Oq nos salvou foi a estação de massa e pizza. O quarto a noite até as 23 tinha muito barulho e se quisesse dormir cedo não era possível.

We had a good holiday with many positives, with which I will start. But there are some pitfulls to be aware of... Travelled en famille, two children (11 & 8). Pool area was good and water slides kept everyone entertained. Family room was wonderful - spacious and clean. Staff were lovely - super helpful and friendly. Spa was fantastic - husband had two wonderful massages and enjoyed the spa facilities after. Breakfast was great - lots of choice and freshly made food (pancakes, omlettes). Desert trip was fabulous - we did an afternoon of camel ride, quand bikes and an evening meal with entertainment which was brilliantly organised and a lot of fun for all of us. Some aspects that could be improved, and for other travellers to be aware of... We had a pool view room - fantastic location right next to the pool, which was extremely convenient during the day. However, we were not aware that the entertainment area is next to the pool and music goes on until 11pm EVERY night, and it is loud - some nights with the addition of microphone use. Luckily I took some earplugs which blocked out some noise but in all honesty it was quite a big problem for all of us. Waterslides closed between 12.30 & 2.30 each day. This gave us a forced break to get the kids to lunch but seemed a little strange in an advertised "aqua park". Pool water was a bit chilly - I know this is no one's fault but something to be aware of if travelling with small children as the water was only around 22 degrees. At around 5pm the pool staff started coming round packing up and collapsing sun parasols, even when we were sitting under them. Definitely felt like we were being hurried to finish our day by the pool. Full entertainment programme - we didn't really participate except in some of the evening bits like the mini disco. The programme was posted each day and we found it very disappointing when it advertised a karoke night and a Halloween party that never materialised - the kids had been really looking forward to both. Food was very average - breakfast was great (as stated above) but lunch & dinner were mediocre. Great fresh pizza and pasta station, which the kids lived off - very long queues. Ice cream - not a biggie but there was none! Not for dessert, not during the day. We were surprised by this as have been to all inclusive hotels before and always had ice cream pretty much on tap. We bought a couple from the hotel shop in the end. All in all we had a good holiday, I just feel that I would like to have had some advanced warning on some of the points above in order to manage expectations! The pool view room and noise levels being the main thing.

We had a good holiday here and there is lots to be positive about. The outside space is great. Fab pools, grounds looked after beautifully. The entertainment team work so hard all day to keep things lively, they are warm and friendly and never pushy. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool. However the evening entertainment is pretty dire. The food is fine, either try the local cuisine (lots of choice) or accept its fresh pizza or pasta for every meal - just avoid the a la carte which has no ‘carte’ and was SO disappointing. Breakfast chefs a definite highlight! No issues with the drinks or the staff - some might not be the friendliest but most were absolutely charming. The terrace outside is ok but the inside bars are really soulless. Not an inviting space to hang out in so we tended to eat later then head back to our room. The bedrooms are underwhelming but to be honest we only spent a few waking hours each day in our room so it was adequate. Housekeeping was excellent - even on the day when we were all asleep after lunch and they crept in and cleaned like ninjas! We booked a trip with the hotel - it was pretty dreadful. We made the most of it but if you book trips I recommend you use ‘Get your guide’ or ‘TripAdvisor’. The spa is lovely. We both enjoyed a massage but it was slightly disconcerting when the masseuse came back in while I was getting dressed and reset the same towels for the next client….i daren’t think how many had those towels on them before me.. Would I come back here? No. But as long as you know what to expect and keep an open mind you won’t have a bad time here.

The staff were all friendly and the room was clean. It was pretty civilized and once you got away from the bars, it was quiet and peaceful. The kid's mini-club was very much enjoyed by our friend's children and Imani was lovely. The "quiet" pool was much appreciated by the wife, who was there every day. The entertainment was not really to my cup of tea - too much audience participation - but we just moved away when that was on!
Cons: Vegetarian options were very limited, but I expected that. By the end of the week, I had had my fill of lentils. Desserts were mostly little cakes, although fruit was available. The duvet/quilt barely covered the bed and didn't really provide adequate cover for two larger adults! We were a little disconcerted to find a dying cockroach on our patio. At least it did not get into the room! The maintenance guy came and removed it!

Les jets au dessus de la piscine le matin, c est magnifique. L entretien de l intérieur comme de l extérieur qui est au top La douche bien chaude avec beaucoup de pression.. Le fait qu on est plusieurs choix pour manger, et de cocktail. La chambre très grande Le fait que beaucoup comprennent bien le français Le beau temps Un très bon rapport qualité prix
Cons: La piscine pas chaude mais ça n' a pas empêcher les enfants d aller dedans . Quelques degrés de plus aurait été vraiment bien. Le placard pour ranger ses affaires beaucoup trop sombre. Il serait blanc à l intérieur ce serait vraiment bien car on voit vraimen mal ce qu il y a dedans. Les cartes magnétiques pour ouvrir les portes qui ne fonctionnent plus des qu elles sont en contact d' un téléphone.. Le filet de la table de ping ping qui doit être changé

We had a decent holiday overall, but it’s not somewhere I’d be rushing back to. The biggest let-down was the attitude of most of the staff. With the exception of Cherif in the dining room, who was fantastic, the general approach was unfriendly and unhelpful. Ordering cocktails often felt like an inconvenience, with cups slammed down and staff looking visibly irritated. When we pre-booked a taxi an hour in advance, it took three follow-ups before it arrived, and each time we chased it felt like we were in the wrong. At the pasta/pizza station food was just shoved across without a word, and even asking about the oriental restaurant booking seemed to put reception out. The rooms were a mix of positives and frustrations. The shower was excellent and the air-con worked well, but our power tripped multiple times. The duvet was ripped, and only three pillows were provided for two people. The overall décor felt a little tired and could do with refreshing. Food and drink were mixed too. There was a decent variety of food, though it became a little repetitive and gluten-free options were limited. Some days you’d find something really enjoyable, but it wouldn’t be available again the next. Desserts weren’t great, though I admit I’m picky with these. Drinks were disappointing, included options were poor, mixers often flat, and while you could pay extra for top-shelf brands, these were tucked away in a separate sports bar and not well advertised. Prices were steep (London prices), which stung given the mixers were still bottled and flat. Outside of the basics, activities were okay if you planned ahead. The pools and slides were great fun, and excursions were easy to arrange, but you couldn’t really walk anywhere outside the hotel, taxis or organised trips were needed. Entertainment on-site felt limited, and without excursions things did become repetitive. On a more positive note, the spa was excellent, and the hotel did feel very safe, security was present but not intrusive, and I’d happily say it’s suitable for couples and families. Overall, there were definitely highlights, the spa, the shower, the pools and slides, and Cherif’s great service. But the general attitude of staff, room issues, and weak food/drink offering meant the holiday didn’t live up to expectations.

The local delivery service appeared to be the way to go for a lot of guests which says it all about the food. Didn’t like any of the poor selection . Breakfast, don’t waste a few extra hours in bed . Coffee horrific. Drinks. I am not a big drinker but when it was available, it wasn’t good. Spirits watered down so the staff didn’t have to replenish the bar. Ran out of wine , then the table beside said no Bacardi , then no gin at 9.45pm . Apparently it was the bar managers day off and he replenishes it . After complaining to reception, all of a sudden crates of new bottles of alcohol in the bar. Complete laziness and zero care for their customers experience. We tasted our 1st proper unwatered down gin at 10.30pm and the bar promptly shuts at 11pm .

Tout d'abord, le personnel est extrêmement aimable et serviable, ce qui a vraiment contribué à rendre mon séjour agréable. De plus, l'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable. Au début, j'avais quelques appréhensions en lisant certains commentaires concernant le buffet, qui est en effet simple mais varié. Cependant, je peux assurer que chacun y trouvera un plat qui lui plaît. En fin de compte, il est important de se faire son propre avis. Pour ma part, j'ai passé un excellent séjour et je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % !

Hotel looks beautiful on first glance but it then went down hill, we had adjoining family room which was great, on our first night we arrived after 11pm tired and hot and asked for a drink to be told we had to go pay for one, ( all inclusive holiday ) . Got to our room and slept fine. Next day we went to the pool and had breakfast which was fine nothing special. We noticed that night our electric did not work , we reported it the next morning and it was fixed, that night the same, we reported it again and it was fixed, third time we didn't even bother reporting it as we were exhausted with it. The bed and pillows are rock solid! The food leaves a lot to the imagination, not the best quality, not much choice unless you are French and than u are fine as this hotel seemed to cater to the French. We hoped for moroccan food but only thing offered was tagine, lamb and chicken.only snacks available were once a day for 1 hour so if u were hungry or had spent the day out and wanted a snack you had to pay 150 dh to go to the supermarket in the town.Staff spoke mostly in French so any non French speakers had no clue what was going on half the time. The night life was non existant unless you wanted to listen to a tone deaf singer singing the same songs everynight, and a dance lesson to Jerusalem. ( bring cards you will need them) everything ended and closed for 11pm everynight. Staff did not treat English the same as the French. The hotel is not near anything so u need to get taxis or just stay onsite. Pool was clean, the drinks were majorly watered down and given in kids plastic cups, cocktails were shocking, also keep ur cup because if you go back for a drink without it they refused to serve you. Best thing was the weather and the market. Will be back to morocco but will go to agidir next time as we have been told its geared more towards tourists.

We stayed at Labranda Targa Aqua Park and overall had a very mixed experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-kept, with plenty of pools to choose from and spacious rooms that were cleaned daily. The staff were definitely a highlight – always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There’s also a handy onsite shop for essentials. That said, a few things let it down for me. The mattresses were extremely hard, honestly felt like lying on wood, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Entertainment was almost entirely in French, and over the whole week I only heard about six English songs, so it didn’t feel very inclusive for non-French speakers. Food was a real disappointment – most dishes were lukewarm and very much geared toward Moroccan/French tastes, which I do appreciate, but things like creamed lentils, pumpkin soup, and tough steak that couldn’t be cut with a knife just weren’t to my liking. The location also isn’t the best if you want to get out and about. It’s about a 20-minute taxi ride to the Medina or to find a decent restaurant, and there’s really nothing to walk to outside the resort grounds. Overall, it’s an okay hotel if you want to relax by the pool and don’t mind sticking mostly to the resort, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for great food, varied entertainment, or easy access to Marrakech

Great Location, Amazing Staff (Pool Bar!), but Avoid the Hotel Bar We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience — though there were definitely a few ups and downs. The location was ideal, and the free shuttle service is a huge bonus. Before venturing out alone, I highly recommend hiring the guide the hotel suggests. We used him for an evening tour and again the next morning. He was incredibly knowledgeable, especially about the Medina, and made our experience so much better. We treated ourselves to a hammam at the hotel spa, which was a real highlight — so relaxing, with professional and friendly staff. A big thank you as well to the *Love Holidays rep* who helped us book our excursions. Super helpful and made everything run smoothly. The atmosphere of the hotel was very laid-back, and the pool bar was definitely the standout area. The staff were amazing — especially Ashrad, the pool bar manager. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was included and having fun. They really made our holiday feel special! Unfortunately, the main hotel bar was a completely different story. The staff made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point that we ended up going back to our room by 9 p.m. each night just to avoid the negativity. It genuinely felt like we were a bother to them, which was a real shame. The food wasn’t the best — not a lot of variety — but I’m hopeful that as more UK visitors come to Morocco, this might improve.The staff again were friendly and hospitable. Our room was spacious and clean, and the maids were absolutely lovely — always polite and cheerful in the mornings. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall - I would definitely return to this hotel for the location, the relaxing vibe, and especially the amazing staff at the pool bar. Just be sure to avoid the hotel bar in the evenings.

Breakfast was ok and dinner was ok. The beds are so uncomfortable barely slept all the week we was there. I wouldn’t go back too many French people and they just forcus more on the French even the entertainment guys did too! Overall it was ok but I wouldn’t go back. Be careful with food and water because they wash their food in their dirty tap water we was all poorly at the end of holiday due to all the food and water.

The hotel is quite remote so to go anywhere you need to get a cab. The food wasn't great, we were left hungry a lot of times. People were ordering in delivery food as they found the food in the hotel inedible. Both myself and the person I went with ended up with funny tummy's. It wasn't a holiday you could overindulge in food and drink, we actually lost weight whilst there! Bar staff were super friendly and indeed made our holiday. The pools need a bit of tlc, but there was plenty of sunbeds.

Me and my husband arrived on Saturday. We understood that check in was at 3pm so we had to wait for our room but was not told were anything was. While there we observed many times staff would pay more attention to others but also it appeared very French focused. The staff that do the activities you never see them go round to round people up for activities and the evening entertainment either didn't happen or the staff didn't get everyone involved. The food if you went with children it would be very difficult to find something for them to eat as an adult myself and my partner found we were eating the same food repeatedly. The bar staff were rude at times and the drinks very limited. Overall I wouldn't return

Absolutely one of the best holidays I've experienced, this is my second time staying at this hotel and thisntime we stayed for 14 nights and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Location of this hotel is key, it close to both the old town and new town as well as the supermarket. This hotel is amazing, staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive they go out of their way to make your experienced wonderful. Hotel is managed very well, it's very clean and spacious close by to all amenities, I recommend this hotel to all my friends and family, they all come home saying how brilliant it was. We had a family room/apartment, room is very spacious with a suitable well equipped kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable beds and great AC. 1 con Food can be hit and miss but that's to be expected with all inclusive.

L’établissement n’est pas neuf mais il est plutôt bien entretenu avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Une navette est mise à notre disposition deux fois dans par jour gratuitement.
Cons: Le coin restaurant reste à revoir. Le Manque de couverts est régulier et la qualité ainsi que la quantité des plats ne reflète pas vraiment le Maroc 😅. Cons: was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Despite temperatures reaching 40 degrees, there was no air conditioning in the lobby, hallways, or around the hotel grounds, and the unit in the room barely worked. This made the stay very uncomfortable. Accessibility was also a major issue, the hotel did not cater to people with mobility needs, which was frustrating and disappointing. Hygiene standards were shockingly poor. The cutlery was not properly cleaned, and worse, the swimming pool had feces in it on multiple occasions. Staff did not sanitize the pool adequately, which was both unsafe and unacceptable. Additionally, the “all-inclusive” package was misleading. There were no cocktails included, bottled water was refused, and overall, the service did not live up to what was advertised. Overall, this hotel failed in comfort, cleanliness, inclusivity, and honesty. I cannot recommend staying here.

The food is very nice with a lot of home made food options. I don't understand the complains about food unless you want to eat burgers and chips but even these were provided from time to time. Pastas, fresh made pizza, a lot of deserts and fresh salads, home cooked beef and lamb stews ect. A bit of a queueing at the start of the lunch but if you go after 2pm it's empty, the same with breakfast and dinner. Entertainment is trying hard to make everyone happy including aqua aerobics, children dancing, night live music. Pools are great with many sunbeds. Hotel is clean and staff are very smily, polite and kind. Really enjoyed the stay. Hotel is 25min walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurants but it provides free bus to town twice a day. The pool facilities were great. There is a kids/main pool, water park pool and an adults only pool- where we spent most of our time. Rooms had lovely big beds and we were greeted with soft drinks on arrival. Different food every night at buffet and can usually find something you like. Close enough to the city centre (around 20 min taxi) but can be expensive if you hadnt booked free bus service.
Cons: Staff rarely smile or take interest in what you have to say. Often times we wait at reception where they glance at you and finish their conversation before speaking to you, the same with wait staff in the lunch hall. In the bathroom in the room there is a clothes wire that used to be white but is now black with mould. Bus service is free however can only book 24 hours before and fills up very quickly. Water supply is weird- water is only given from 10am-11pm otherwise you cannot get any, we had staff count how much water we asked for and say to us the number. Drinks are all given in small thick plastic cups, including wine, which are often hot when given to you.

Les équipes de l’accueil, de l’entretien, ainsi que le personnel en salle de restauration ont toujours été sympathiques, disponibles et chaleureux. L’animation était également correcte, bien organisée, et apportait une bonne ambiance. Rien à redire de ce côté-là, c’était vraiment appréciable.
Cons: Nous avons été assez déçus par l’organisation à la restauration. L’attente était très longue, même quand nous arrivions en avance, et il n’y avait souvent aucune explication de la part du personnel de cuisine. À force, ça devenait décourageant, au point qu’on n’osait même plus aller manger à l’heure qu’on voulait. Par ailleurs, certaines attitudes du personnel n’étaient pas très professionnelles : il arrivait qu’ils laissent des assiettes en attente pour servir d’autres personnes qui venaient d’arriver, alors que nous étions dans la file depuis un moment. On a aussi constaté que certaines personnes étaient favorisées et passaient devant sans raison apparente, ce qui renforçait le sentiment d’injustice. Bref, l’expérience à ce niveau-là n’était vraiment pas satisfaisante.

The hotel itself had everything you needed for a family holiday from kids club, mini disco, yoga, aqua fitness, archery, table tennis and many more games entertaining the whole family every day with set times for each! The entertainment team definitely kept us entertained especially MoMo he was amazing with my children always getting them involved- thank you! All of the staff and team were always helpful, very welcoming to the children- the club reps, bar staff and cleaners (Mohamed) especially always greated my children with such kindness. The slides were a great plus too- it was the perfect size resort when travelling solo with children. The only downside was the quality and satisfaction of the food which was not great! Also there were ants in our ground floor room on request reception offered room change however we didn't change. Bottles of water available throughout the day! Ice cream serving 4-5pm! Free shuttle bus comes twice every day AM and PM - taking you to the Medina. I travelled myself with three children - twins 4 years old and an 8 year old. They had so much fun!

I'd firstly like to say a BIG BIG Thank you to Mario (Hamada) from the animation team. He made this holiday the greatest. He is very caring, goes above and beyond for us and for everyone. His entertainment skills are electric and he stands out by far from the animation team. The people who work in the hotel like the lifeguards, the bar staff and also the other team members in the animation team were also friendly and good. However Mario (Hamad) is many levels above them. I personally think he is way too good for this resort.. I travel a few times a year for many many years now and travelled all around the world and I can say Mario (Hamadi) is the best entertainer I have met in my life time. I would come back to Marrakesh but I'd only go to the hotel that he is working at. The bar closes at 11pm at night which is a shame. One night we had no drinks in our fridge no water or anything. I asked the hotel for water for my kids and they refused to provide me any water. I was very angry. I offered to pay, and still was told no. Mario (Hamadi) I saw minutes later. He rang a friend who did not work in the hotel. He asked him to bring me water from the shops. He brought me drinks and snacks for the kids so late at night and within 20 minutes and would not take even a tip. He did this from his good nature. The rooms were standard. Nothing special but have stayed on worse. The AC was not great at all. It was 40degrees on average. I had to call the maintenance people out to check the AC and was told there was nothing wrong with it. It must be just be me, but clearly the AC was rubbish. Now for the food. Very DISAPPOINTING I had ordered food out on 4 occasions out the week I stayed here. When u go all inclusive u expect to be spoiled for choice. This place has no variety. Pizza, spaghetti and chips was there every night. Usual salads and desserts. The other food was limited to a few dishes. Definitely the worse food choice and quality I've experienced in my life time. Ordering food out should just tell u the picture. The pools were not bad and the aqua park also. Been in so much better but can't complain they were decent. If u get drinks be prepared there is 100s of bees 🐝 everywhere. They don't harm so I was told but all over the bar and if a drink is left within minutes they will be full of bees. This also ruined the experience. Overall it was satisfactory. I personally would not come back to this hotel. I'd say it's a two or maximum 3 star but Mario made it feel like it was five stars. Without Mario I would have made and official complaint. If he left this hotel on my next visit I'd find out where he is staying and wouldn't hesitate to book that hotel without even doing any research, just knowing he would be part of the entertainment team. He is a true asset to that hotel and they just take advantage. Sorry for the very long review. But thought I'd share what I felt and based on my experience. Again not a bad place. Few bad points. But Mario and the staff and generally people are what made the experience good. Big up Mario 👌

The boys at the coco bar made our holiday especially the day time team they were amazing and entertaining they couldn’t do enough for us they really made our holiday special. They really interacted with us which we loved and made us laugh. We Would come back just to see them, that’s the one thing I will really miss. The entertainment team were great too very friendly had a lot of fun with them. Grounds and the pools were stunning. The chef who did my fresh omelette every day was so friendly and nice and very helpful. Waiter staff lovely too. Bad points Air con wasn’t good and in 48 degree heat which we had at one point was unbearable. Restaurant- nicely laid out, food excellent quality but too much the same and not catered for brits. More on French. They did pizza and pasta which my kids lived on. They needed more choice really. Pools and slides were great The shop was rubbish had no essentials like suncream and after sun hardly any gifts to take home and so overpriced which was very disappointing seems you can’t just go out walking to shop as you are literally in middle of no where. For all inclusive I would normally expect a proper snack bar running most of the day they just had a table at around 4pm with some snacks on like cake and bread. They had two bars but only the pool bar was open from 10am-11pm. The other one from 4pm-11pm. I didn’t feel that we got particularly good value for money being all inclusive as they were quite restrictive. I have been to hotels with less stars that have catered better for all inclusive. It’s mainly French nationals who we found quite rude and self important. There were a lot of bees which we didn’t have an issue with but there was a lot of them and could be better managed. Overall we had a lovely break but not sure we would return.

I liked that the hotel was a little further away from the chaos of the busy city centre, but that it’s still accessible by the free shuttle that the hotel provides. The shuttle takes people to the Old Town twice a day, that you must book 24 hours beforehand. The pools are lovely, however I would suggest for the pools to be opened until at least 9pm in the summer, especially since we went on many day trips during our stay and after a long day of walking in the heat, we wanted nothing more but to swim in the pool to cool down and relax. The staff are very friendly and smiley, and make great cocktails. Overall, a very enjoyable, relaxing stay.
Cons: If your kids are fussy eaters, and expect to have chips and nuggets for an evening meal every day, there isn’t such options, and there is very little choice for fussy eaters in general. However, there was a station where you could order a fresh pizza or fresh pasta in the Italian corner.

Very good hotel and facilities, the swimming pool and the slides was great . overall everything was perfect, just on the downside was the air conditioning and the location a little far from city center but there is a hotel bus and taxi is cheap. What made this place so special was the staff they’re so friendly and helpful they made my 5 years old daughter feel special . See you next year

Hotel is good although a few improvements could be made. I will start with the positives.... Rooms are clean and a good size, grounds are lovely and very well kept, staff are fantastic and pools and slides are good. A/C in the rooms does what it is supposed to do. Negatives being the food, it wasnt great and very repetitive. Tagines for dinner EVERY night in 40+ heat. Pizza and pastas were decent but distinct lack of any quality meat produce at any point. Actually ate out on 3 nights of a 7 night stay. Lunch time offerings are much better than evening. Drinks were OK but only ok, beer is ALL bottled and you can never get a cold one, I think the chillers are just there for storage tbh. For a 4*? hotel they should have draught beer. Spirits are decent quality and pretty strong, wine was decent. Overall, I did enjoy the holiday and the hotel but like I said previously a few improvements could be made.

Our stay at the Labranda Targa Aqua Parc was absolutely delightful and perfect. There are five outdoor pools and a lively waterpark featuring four thrilling slides. All inclusive buffet was really good , including made‑to‑order omelettes and pizzas and snack bar in the afternoon it is a plus. Very good selection of drinks and cocktails. Our room was spacious and spotless. The animation team- Jumbo Club were friendly, professional and always ready to help; the evening entertainment was lively and very nice. Many greetings for Yasser (animation team). It’s an excellent all‑inclusive choice for those wanting poolside enjoyment with easy access to Marrakesh’s cultural gems. Highly recommended—and we look forward to returning!

This hotel needs a lot of work.....the rooms are tired and ours was not cleaned for 2 consecutive days- which is poor, but there was no staff! The beds are incredibly uncomfortable so sleep wasn't great, coupled with the poor air conditioning not only in the room- but the hotel as a whole. The food wasn't great at all, and guests were ordering fast food via an app! Oh, and the Moroccan restaurant was always full when you tried to book at.....Im not convinced there was one!!! The pools were okay- but needed to be cleaned more thoroughly everyday. There was a sock at the bottom of one pool for a few days!! This hotel is not a 4 star. I would suggest booking elsewhere if you can.

6 of us stayed here for 8 days. We had a lovely time at the hotel. The hotel is very clean, staff all very friendly and very helpful. Animation team all lovely they work so hard. Omar and Jimmy were 10/10. Beautiful pools , water slides, lots of sunbeds. Bar staff were great, 2 bars in the hotel. Restaurant is nice and have a snack bar in the afternoons. The lifeguard Musthapa was a really great guy ❤️ so helpful, nothing was too much trouble he was great! Room was really nice, nice and big, cleaned everyday. We had such a great holiday we will be booking again next year! Thank you 😄

A notre arrivée on était étonné du nombre de clients qui se faisaient livrer des repas par l’application GLOVO, mais dès le premier repas on a compris pourquoi. Malheureusement, on était obligé de de sortir manger dehors tous les jours alors qu on voulait éviter de sortir du club quand on avait choisi cette formule. À ce prix, on aurait pris pour le logement un 5 étoiles au centre ville . Vraiment dommage pour une si belle unité hôtelière.

A gorgeous resort, very clean, very comfortable and wonderful pools & slides. Ideal if travelling with children, so much fun for them. Fresh towels for poolside given daily with a deposit. Cocktails by pool bar are good and strong. The only improvement would be more options with food, especially for children and better entertainment on an evening as it can be pretty boring. Only 20 min from the airport, not far at all and doesn’t cost too much in a taxi.

I had to take time out to write this as the reviews I read before arriving here was really putting me off but please ignore all the negative comments place is amazing . We arrived after 9pm and got checked in quickly and smoothly and the guy on reception was so nice and gave us key cards and explained times of meals etc and showed us how to get to our room and told us if we drop Our bags and head bag to restaurant we would still get food and this is what we did just got a pizza that was made fresh and it was delicious. We were in room 6102 had a kitchen area lounge with the sofa being two single beds with tv and then a room with double bed these are open planed so no privacy between these rooms but we prefer this due to being able to keep eyes on daughter and bath room is just off the double bed room with massive walk in shower. The shower was one of the best showers I’ve had when being aboard . We did have a few ants but nothing to be concerned about as after all these wee insects are also in the uk and Spain etc they don’t bother us but the staff do walk about spraying the surround areas buildings ect so they do try to get rid of the issue .. room cleaned daily with fresh towels and a new bottle of water put in fridge . Kitchen area had a microwave but no kettle .. but these can be hired for 200 Moroccan dim. But you get this back when you return the kettle. Most of the hotel staff work really hard and mostly are really helpful there us a few in the restaurant that are rude but just avoid them don’t let it was your time as we didn’t . Lifeguards and the entertainment staff are amazing work so hard to keep guests happy .. nothing is to much for them . Meals - only issue is they dont seem to do chips in the evening meal time only lunch . They don’t cater for children like chicken nuggets fish fingers nothing like this so we did struggle to fed our 10year old but we saw on here from a previous review to use an app called Glovo to get Burger King /McDonalds etc delivered so this was a life safer to be able to feed our 10 year old we ordered 3 meals and it cost literally £12 so it was so cheap highly recommend thus if your struggling to find anything you like . We all got something one night as it seemed to be all fish dishes . Fresh pasta dishes and pizza made so there is a small waiting time for this but it’s getting made fresh in the spot so we didnt mind that. All inclusive. Unlike other hotels there is no ice creams where you can go collect at any times and these aren’t there at lunch or evening meals there is an hour a day they pull an ice cream freezer out infront of the pizza /pasta station and open the side door where the chef makes ice cream cones had 3 flavours to choose from when we where there and ur was vanilla strawberry or lemon ice cream was really good but for how hot ur was should do if more then just an hour a day and durning this hour is when you can only get snacks these are served in the inside bar a table is out out and they but filled rolls crapes and other pastries/cakes . All cold foods . Beers vodka gin rum all served along with teas coffee fresh fruit juices and the usual fizzy juice . We took our own cups and the staff are happy to fill them for us. Location - the remote location suited us as we didn’t want a holiday this time to go out and about we wanted one to relax at pool and do nothing . There is a shop that sells ice creams juice chocolate crisps as well as floats for pool clothing .Flip flops etc. so that’s all We needed there is free shuttle buses though to take guests in to central areas if this is something guest want to do. Thursday - a small markets sets up in front of the main pool area . Plenty of sun beds so no sun bed wars you will still get a sunbed after 10am pools are cold but you need it with how hot it was. But like other places when your in you get used to it . The pool with the slides .. all 4 slides where open and in use when we stayed here June 2025

Overall we had a good holiday, but this hotel was not what I expected booking a 4* hotel via TUI, having used them numerous times before. Check-in - We arrived late at night, the guy on the desk was helpful and told us to rush to the bar before checking in to get water etc as it was closing and there would be no options to get any until the following day. Rooms - the rooms are spacious and clean, beds were comfy and shower pressure was good. They are not modern but the rooms were nice. However, if you ever want to go to sleep before 11pm do not book a pool view room (we had 4105) as the noise during the evening 'entertainment' is ridiculously loud! We did ask to move, however having gone to see the other room before making a decision we stuck with the loud room, the other one was out the back and a little dingey (it was in the 6000s if that helps). Hotel - overall the hotel is clean and well kept, the grass is watered very regularly. There are a LOT of bees around the hotel. There are signs, but it is annoying with drinks etc as they just swarm around you (no one got stung), but the kids didn't like it. Facilities - There is a small gym and although unmanned it closed for a large portion of time during the middle of the day which was annoying, most unmanned hotel gyms are just left open. The aircon in the gym is basically non existent. Swimming pools are nice, one main pool with a small children's pool attached (music in this area is redic loud so was not a nice place to sit), a second pool with the 4 slides, again clean. Slides close during the lunch time period. Lots of sunlounges, I am not sure whether the hotel was full or not but there was no issues with getting a space. Pool towels are rented from the hotel and are £10 EACH TOWEL! You do get this back when you return them but please note this is CASH ONLY, so that was not ideal. There is also an adults only pool in a separate area (didn't use) and a pool inside the spa - which you have to pay to use. Food/Drink - 2 bars at the hotel, 1 outside just off from the pool and 1 inside. The inside one is shut most of the day, opens during snack time and evening. Outside bar open all day. The restaurant is located next to the pool, small outside eating area but the place does get busy. Cutlery and glasses are often hard to come by and you will need to go on the hunt for them. The drinks machines often were not working or not working correctly, e.g. no fizz in them or ran out of juice etc. There is a small desk within the restaurant where you can go and ask for wine (man wasn't exactly what I would call friendly). Overall we thought the food was POOR. We ate every meal time but we certainly were not looking forward to it which is a shame when you are all inclusive. The options for vegetarian are slim! To add to that food labelling is not great, mostly non existent. The most popular thing in the restaurant was the pizza station (which reflects what the rest of the food was like) so the queue for this was often 30mins or more! They do not cater for children at all. Chips are only served during lunch time, never during evening meals. The food was the BIG LET DOWN for us this holiday. Location - The hotel is too remote for us. Marrakesh is a place that is vibrant and you can walk about, however from this hotel you cannot get involved in any of that. It is a 20 min walk to a supermarket. The hotel shuttle takes you into the centre, we didn't use this, we used taxis or organised excursions. Overall - although we had a nice holiday, that was due to the trips and enjoying the pool etc. The food did ruin things and I would not return or recommend this hotel. We used Get my Guide and the hotel excursion company for trips.

Hotel is in my opinion 3 star not 4 as the room needed some TLC. Food okay. I would definitely come back again.

Cons: L’emplacement gros bémol on dépend de la navette, pas de taxis jaunes aux alentour pour négocier un trajet si on souhaite un taxi c’est l’accueil qui réserve est le tarif est de 15€. Il faut bien penser à réserver la navette mais on est contraint évidemment aux horaires arrivés et retour. J’ai eu aussi un problème des vêtements de mon enfant ont disparu je l’ai signalé plusieurs fois à l’accueil pour avoir des réponses après plusieurs relance rien n’a été fait je vais souvent au Maroc et c’est la première fois que cela m’arrive et aucun geste de l’hôtel. Concernant l’agencement il faut mettre des tables vers la scène d’animation il y a une super chanteuse mais aucune table à côté pour profiter du moment. Je vais habituellement à l’hôtel Labranda les idrisses qui a un agencement parfait et emplacement de choix la prochaine fois je retournerai chez eux et le vol de vêtement de mon fils ça m’a vraiment déçu et je tenez vraiment à le signaler de nouveaux.

Un séjour exceptionnel au Labranda Targa Aqua Parc ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Labranda Targa Aqua Parc. Dès notre arrivée tardive à 2h du matin, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis avec une délicate attention : une corbeille de fruits et des pâtisseries orientales nous attendaient dans la chambre. Un geste très apprécié ! Le personnel est tout simplement au top : disponible, attentionné et toujours souriant. Une mention spéciale à l’équipe d’animation et au service bar, où les boissons, sodas, bouteilles d’eau et cocktails sont servis à volonté, toujours avec le sourire. L’hôtel dispose d’un distributeur de billets sur place, très pratique pour éviter les allers-retours en ville. Un service de taxi est également disponible à la réception : il suffit de demander, et un taxi est là en 15 minutes. Pour les départs très matinaux, il suffit de prévenir la veille. L’hôtel propose aussi une navette gratuite vers la médina ou d’autres points d’intérêt : il faut là aussi penser à réserver la veille, car des départs sont programmés. Le buffet est varié et savoureux, proposant un large choix de plats marocains, italiens et européens : chacun y trouve son bonheur, et la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous. Côté piscines, c’est un véritable paradis aquatique pour toute la famille : Une piscine calme réservée aux adultes, Une grande piscine principale avec jets d’eau, Une piscine pour bébés, Une autre pour jeunes enfants avec petit toboggan, Une grande piscine avec toboggans pour les plus grands, Et même une sixième piscine pour varier les plaisirs ! Tout au long de la journée, des animations de type camping rythment le séjour : tournois de beach-volley dans l’eau, pétanque, séances de zumba, cours de bachata, apéros quiz… Impossible de s’ennuyer, l’ambiance est au top et conviviale du matin jusqu’au soir. Le soir justement, les animations continuent avec des spectacles, danses, musique, karaoké… Un vrai plaisir pour petits et grands !

Let's start with the good, amazing pool area my 4 year old granddaughter was not out the pool, temperature of the water was ok in total this hotel has 5 pools and plenty of sun-beds (no sun-bed wars in the morning). Hotel room was nice plenty of room with an amazing shower one of the best I've ever had in a hotel but we could have done with more coat hangers. The whole hotel was clean and tidy and looked after. Reception was lovely and all the staff were friendly and always willing to help. Now for what I call the bad. Food was not good I spent a week living of salad and my granddaughter lived of fruit and I just felt they didn't cater for everyone lots of Moroccan food which if you like your love it as for me I'm not very adventurous there was pizza but honestly I could not eat it for lunch and dinner every day and there pasta was disgusting and chips always cold. What I was most disappointed with was the entertainment team they were friendly but where was the entertainment no mini disco for the kids and there were plenty kids there and as for adult entertainment well only once during the day maybe water aerobics or some water games there were no other entertainment every evening it was the same singer and dancing to the Charleston. There were plenty of them so could have done more activities in the day and done more for the evening. Overall the hotel was nice and pools were great. Just felt a bit let down by food and entertainment.

Cons: The food was dead! In the end we started eating out or getting food delivered. They do make pizza to order and chips. But most of the food was tasteless or very bland. Amongst the fresh fruit was a lot of tinned fruit. Little birds flying around the food hall, looks sweet but they poo! Our visit during end of May temp was super hot, late 30s all the time. The pools however were freezing! Having an open drink by the pool will attract so many wasps too. Whilst not the hotels fault, you are literally so far from everything. Will have to get a taxi each time.

Repas très correcte pour un all inclusive. Les gouters ont été très appréciés. Le personnel est attentionné et agréable. La chambre est grande, propre et moderne. Les piscines sont top (propre et bien réparties dans le jardin, idem pour les transats). Sympathique attention lors de notre arrivée dans la chambre un plateau de fruits et un autre de petits gâteaux marocains nous attendaient. Merci !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel, qui était chaleureux et serviable. La chambre était impeccable, avec une décoration soignée et tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. L’équipe d’animation était tout simplement remarquable, en particulier Yasser, qui était constamment aux petits soins et a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour.
Cons: Cependant, la nourriture servie au restaurant n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Même les plats du déjeuner étaient servis au dîner, ce qui limitait considérablement le choix. Les plats manquaient de saveur et la présentation laissait à désirer. Les desserts n’étaient pas frais et la qualité était plutôt moyenne. Le choix des boissons était également restreint et leur goût peu satisfaisant. De plus, quelques détails dans la chambre mériteraient d’être revus : il manquait des serviettes et les peignoirs mis à disposition le premier jour ont été retirés dès le lendemain, malgré notre réclamation.

Mattraces could be softer (but thats more individually). Bedding was clean. As plus- small kitchen, BUT no kitchenware. Not even spoon or plate or cup, or hot water boiler for tea. But was stove (but no pots). And food and tableware you can’t take out of restaurant- it’s forbided so.. not understand this kitched idea. Personal in all hotel kind. Outdoor activities are nice, for kids too. Food choice qualitative, but poor, very little choices. Between lunch and dinner have icecream (4 ways) and some snacks and drinks. Have kids club, have water airobic, have gym.
Cons: There was no hair conditioners at ALL. Body lotion was not mentioned and not even possible to buy in hotel shop. For booked 2 Adults+ 2 kids we had 2 big towels and 2 mouth towels, no big towels for kids. We had 1 bathroom slippers only. Doors on balcony could close only by 2 person force. On Balcon/terasse have 2 tables (1 for every room). and only 2 chairs, so one room have chairs, second not. Magnetic cards regularly not working, outddor closer not possible close even with strong adult hands. Bathroom sink table are full of circles from glasses. No vantilation in bathroom, after 1 person shower, all floor, mirrors, floor are with humidity. Shower is so strong and no glass that cover shower entrance, small shower mat not helps nothing, need put on floor other towels so water not go in bedroom. Mattraces could be softer (but thats more individually). In photos was robes, we not had them. TV channel quality as from 1995, mixels, lines, sound brokes, even if try to check antena. Early check out, no breakfast boxes, not even ofer carton box where you can pick yourself something from dinner. After a lot if asking they offered breakfast at restaurant at 3:00, there was breakfast cereals 3 kind, milk, jam, hunny and white bred and cold juice. No coffee, no tea, no cheese or ham or boiled eggs. NOTHING. Even in 2-3 start hotels have such stuff. Can’t enjoy Moroccan kitchen, not even Continental. Fruits: only apple, banana and Orange, no other fruits. No see food, maybe 2-3 times was some fish in souce. some breakfast not even boiled eggs, only cooked eggs or omlet what doing one man, and waiting row is toooo long. you wait eggs, then you water pancakes in row and at end all is cold already on plate. Realiy needed to work on food variations. Even out of Morocco in cheap Morocan street food places have bigger choices of national fods.

After reading the reviews i thought oh maybe this hotel wouldn’t be that great..but i can honestly say i really enjoyed my 5 days here. Yes the pools are cold but we still went in them. And I’ve not been anywhere yet where they are mega hot unless the air temperature is very hot. It is there winter at the moment..and we have all come back with a tan. Evening aren’t that cold either!! The rooms are ok,clean I did find the beds hard but i still slept ok. They keep the grounds clean and looking nice. Staff were nice and the entertainment staff are lovely and very friendly,they went out off their way to make sure we were happy. The food is ok,and I didn’t live off the pizza. You just need to remember you are in there country so the food will be a little different..but if you are that fussy there is a McDonald that will deliver to the hotel. The only complaint is you have to pay for the ice-creams and they don’t offer ice-cream in the restaurant for the children but the cookies at lunchtime were yummy. We were a party of 14 and had a good time. So thank you..

Main Pool is a nice size etc and the waterslides look good but a bit too cold in March for that for me :) The Moroccan restaurant was nice however would have been good to have had a few options - you are just given your food with no question as to what you would like. Generally the main restaurant food was good, however the best choice seemed to be at Lunchtimes. There is Pizza available at lunch and dinner freshly made, this always has a huge que early on so if you want this go towards the end of service ;) We had it once in our stay to try it and it was very nice. Some traditional Moroccan dishes served at all meal times so be prepared to experiment - that's what its for. Lots of fish dishes which we arn't fans of (fish lasagne anyone ) but we always found something to our tastes, beef, chicken, veg etc. Be carful when going off the labels by the food as these are not always accurate. The Beds are the hardest thing i have ever tried to sleep on. there is a mattress cover that is really hard - we removed this and put it in the wardrobe. We had a spare bed so put the spare quilt under the sheet to soften the mattress, and this just about made the mattress bearable to sleep on Jumbo entertainment is way too loud inside the bar and outside the speaker distorts when a certain person uses the mike so you can barley understand what he says. We found it impossible to sit in the bar with the entertainment in it its just so loud!. reception/lobby area has a few chairs which we managed to sit in most days - however i imagine come peak season this will not be the case. The shuttle bus - we arrived thinking this was popping up and down all day! we were wrong. It leaves at 9am comes back at 12.30pm - then leaves at 3pm comes back at 6.30pm. You need to book your place 24 hours before, just something to be aware of. You can download an app called Roby for taxis when in the hotel, but once in the old town they dont seem to want to answer it and you have to catch one back yourself (there are loads available, but you need to haggle the price and wont get it as cheap as the app) Location - its miles away from anything so just be prepared, the onsite shop is also next to pointless !

I found a lot of the staff at this hotel to be unpolite and dismissive at times rude. The hotel manager and most of the main reception staff were friendly, helpful and polite however the majority of servers and cooks were very rude and would ignore you at times. EspeciallY the guy making the pizzas and the chef making the omelettes. They were so rude. The staff at the pool area were also more polite and friendly. I’ve been to many hotels and this was my first bad experience and I will never return here again. The food and drinks at this hotel was also the biggest let down. Not enough variety, no snacks provided in between lunch and dinner and only one drink machine which was located as you enter the dining area actually served chilled drinks.

Hotel.przewidywalny jak to Labranda. Mieliśmy ładny widok z pokoju na basen i pokoje obok siebie. Personel raczej opieszały i powolny, jedzenie przeciętne. Ogólnie poprawnie i miło.Na duży plus piwa w butelce. Transfer do miasta jest o 9 oraz o 15, powrót po 3 godzinach.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and entertaining always smiling at us as if knew each other well , environment and the rooms clean and was clean every single day without being reminded, food was great and we had more than enough food and drinks, so many options to choose from, receptionist amazing, we got value for our money ! We had great fun and will definitely visit again

Excellent rapport qualité -prix. Le cadre est super. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le restaurant (buffet) est très bien, plusieurs tagines proposées chaque repas plus les classiques. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Les boissons comprises bien.... il suffit de demander. La navette bien mais on a aussi opté pour plus de liberté avec un chauffeur (payant mais accessible). Nous avons réservé les excursions à l extérieur car le prix proposé par l agence à l hôtel était beaucoup plus cher. Il faut négocier, il faut sourire et surtout il faut accepter que nous sommes en vacances dans un pays etranger. À refaire? Oui!

Cons: The beds are very uncomfortable, there were so many malfunctions in the room (hair dryer didn’t work, toilet seat was broken, the shower water would leak under the door to the room, there was smell in the room). We would be in the lobby at night time just talking and they would shut off the light without warning and tell us to leave. It isn’t hard to let your paying customers know that you are about to close the lobby without turning the lights off and we have to use our phone lights to locate our stuff. We had the highest all inclusive package but they still told us we need to pay for drinks in the sports bar. Lunch is terrible but breakfast and dinner was good. Location is in a sketchy area. We ended up leaving 3 days in (we booked 7 days) to find another place to stay. Of course they didn’t refund us. Overall this was just our experience as a whole, you could have much better luck but we will never be back.

Rooms and area were clean. Plenty to do like pools, tennis, football and other activities - although pools were very cold. Food was good for all inclusive depending on how picky you are. Breakfast had cereals, breads, nice crepes, sausages and an omelette station. Lunch was the best for picky eaters as you'd get fries and a whole range of meats. The pizza and pasta station opens at lunch and dinner and were good although queues were long at times. Dinner probably the toughest if you're picky - but good if you like variations of lamb, chicken and beef. They had machines for coffees, juices and coke on tap. Could get alcohol at nearly all times. Spa was also nice and worth a visit - treatments range from 200 to 400 dirhams.
Cons: Cutlery wasn't always clean and my brother got ill on first day so be careful and always use the bottled water, not from tap.

Hotel rooms were clean and nice. There were many different kinds of pools. Services worked quite well and personel were friendly. Most of the time at least one of the bar was open. Brekfast was good.
Cons: Generally food was not good. It was always tasteless, even there was lot of choises. Waitress was so efficient that they took our plates, before we have finished. Problem was that they took also knifes and forks . It was said that there was free shuttle to center, but It was not the case. Everytime we tried to booked It was fully booked or we were told that It is too early to book it. An unfortunate and embarrassing incident occurred when we booked a hotel through the reception desk for our family. The receptionist had promised two women that they could travel with us and told them we would pay for their expenses. As a result, these women joined the trip without paying anything themselves. This was unacceptable and downright embarrassing.

I liked the adult only pool outside my room nice and quiet lots of different types of food, I always went on time so lovely and warm. Loved the free shuttle bus twice a day takes you 5 min out of souk market. ( must book spaces in advance) Its easy just follow the crowd off the bus when you get to koutoubi Mosque. If you miss bus Taxi fees big yellow taxi are fixed at 150 Moroccan dirham. Cleaning service brilliant. You can exchange your money to Moroccan Dirhams in the hotel! They have currency exchange in reception

Got in and offered dinner straight away, Abdel then waited for us to book in the excursions. We had a full Hamam and spa, the ladies who are in the Hamam were so good OMG! Massage was nice with a little swim after. Got to to the room to find fruit basket (wasn’t that fresh looking) and snacks left which we wasn’t expecting so was such a sweet gesture!
Cons: Evening French karaoke, there were quite a few brits so couldn’t been a little more English, also not much entertainment in the evenings and no communication board to let the guests know what to expect in the evenings.

Peu d'attentions sympathiques, peu de sourire, on sent que la saison d'été est finie et que le personnel est fatigué... L’hôtel est vraiment très loin de la médina, 30 min et la navette gratuite est toujours complète donc chaque visite vous coute déjà 30 € aller retour de taxi. Le restaurant à la carte est inutile, service nulle et nourriture... poulet frites pour un resto marocain typique, j'ai des doutes... Au resto buffet, aucun choix local : en 4 jours zéro proposition marocaines, ni tajine, ni couscous, ni même semoule en accompagnement c'est vraiment très dommage

The food was ok, we only stayed 2 nights so it was ok for us but for any longer it would get repetitive and not much for children. Not a great choice of drinks but they were ok.

Lots of activities on a daily basis including volleyball, football yoga etc. The slides kept the kids entertained. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. Lunch starts at 1pm if you go 1.30 you will get nothing! Ask stuff about more food they got no clue looking at each other. One thing always available is bread! Our room AC was broken after let them know about it they did something but nothing improved. 45 digress outside no ac wasn’t very comfortable stay. Location of the hotel bit remote no shuttle to city centre. Best thing about this resort is front desk staff always helpful and big smile on their faces.

The hotel is clean & has a variety of swimming pools & fun slides (use the mats they provide to save ripping your bum plus you so super fast!) There is nothing around the hotel so need to get taxis if want to go out & about. The choice of food is Ok. lots of fresh salad. The drinks & cocktails are good. Staff very friendly & helpful. The medina is about a 20 minute drive away. the taxi from the hotel is 150d (€15) & the hotel were fabulous in arranging taxis as & when we needed them.
Cons: Lack of seating outside when the entertainment is on. One night they had a cabaret show on, we queued to get a drink to take in, however was stopped on the door by security & told that no drinks are allowed in. so you had 3 options.. you either necked the drink fast, left the drink on the side with lots of others & then not know what is yours or you missed the show! we have never experienced this before as most normal people want to enjoy a drink while watching the show. the bar staff then came & took all the drinks that were left away. so there was a lot of wastage!

A l'arrivée, on ne peut pas comme dans tous les hôtels approcher son véhicule pour décharger les bagages... on m'a dit c'est les instructions... résultat, vous devez essayer de vous débrouiller un place tout seul... La piscine et les tobogants étaient très sympathique les enfants ont adorés
Cons: L’hôtel a besoins d’un bon rafraîchissement il est assez vieillot et tous les équipements devraient être rafraîchies. La literie n’était pas confortable, les portes grincent et la Clim n’est pas très efficaces. Le pire c’était le restaurant, très peu de choix dans les plats, aucun plat marocain, le petit déjeuner n’était pas bon du tout.

We had a lovely three night stay here. We were with four teenage kids. The staff are lovely, everyone very friendly and welcoming. Staff go out of their way to make your stay the best possible experience. Rooms are clean and spacious, cleaning staff fantastic, rooms are well stocked with toiletries and linen changed daily. Pools are fabulous, our kids loved the slides!, staff always about monitoring safety. Food was great, so much choice, there is food for everyone’s preferences. Different choices throughout the day. Salads are excellent and choice of bread and hot food incredible. Kids loved the pizza!! Would love to return in the future. Thank you for such a fabulous stay 😃

Les chambres étaient propres, nous avons eu une chambre vu sur la piscine 😃 le cadre de l’hôtel est sympas. Le personnel était dans l’ensemble accueillant. Les piscines sont top et bien entretenu. Le restaurant est sympas, il y a du choix et un espace italien avec pâtes et pizza très bonne.

Cons: Le point un négatif est que l’hôtel est loin de tout mais la présence de navette gratuite à l’hôtel est un point positif. Manque de parasols je trouve pour le nombre de transats. Et dommage le manque d’informations sur l’hôtel nous a fait passer à côté du restaurant marocain présent dans l’hôtel. Voyant du monde le dernier soir rentré dans une partie de l’hôtel nous avons posé la question et avons eu notre réponse, un peu déçue de pas avoir pu tester

Les chambres de l’hôtel sont top et climatisées. Les piscines sont très bien. Il y a également une piscine calme (adultes seulement) qui fait du bien lorsque l’ont veut se reposer sans la musique des autres piscine. Le personnel est super gentils. Le buffet à volonté est très varié et on y mange super bien ! Les animations sont top top également
Cons: Le spa de l’hôtel ne sent pas très bon. Les massages sont beaucoup moins long que prévu.. on en a fait 2 fois et malheureusement on a eu 10 mins de moins à chaque.

My friend and I spent 3 nights at Labranda Targa Aqua Parc. The location is 20mins from the centre and we took the shuttle to go to the market. There is only 1x shuttle (first thing) .. but that was fine as the sun was in the 40's after noon. The pools were lovely. The staff all very friendly & helpful. The room was clean albeit I always find it difficult to sleep in a strange be.
Cons: The food could have been a little more varied, but we were only there for 3x nights and were able to find different things. I think if we were there for 7x nights, I would struggle a little although a couple of the dishes changed every day.

Uma excelente opção para quem visita Marraquexe pela primeira vez e em familia. Com crianças e adolescentes é a melhor opção por várias razões pois teem piscina, ping pong, volley e comida em buffet a todas as refeições incluindo lanche. Gostei também da apresentação por parte do hotel de actividades a fazer. Reservamos todas as nossas atividades com o hotel e os horários foram respeitados...vieram buscar nos e trazer nos de volta ao hotel.
Cons: Não tenho nada a apontar. Atendendo ao que pagamos a relação qualidade preço é excelente. Há hotéis com melhores condições mas o preço também é mais elevado.

Cons: L'attitude nonchalante et parfois agaçante de certains employés du bar. C'est limite pourboire obligatoire pour bénéficier d'un service pourtant inclus dans ce pour quoi nous avons payé sous prétexte qu'on est musulman et que c'est une période sacrée. Il faut sérieusement remédier à celà.

Limited dining, drinks. Food was pretty bad, just survived on mediocre pizza for 4 days. All food items are repetitive and the bar closes at 11:00. Barely an all inclusive, entertainment was mediocre too, pool and slides were nice though.
