Hospitality and charm of this place was amazing! First time in Marrakech and the location was ideal, since it is close to one of the museums/palaces there are guards nearby 24/7. Near one of the cutest souk areas that I saw while there for a few days. Would highly recommend! Great breakfast, great staff and they even made sure my husband got in perfectly safe after a 10 hour flight delay to meet me. Thanks again!

We had a truly wonderful stay. Patrick and his attentive team really could not do enough for us. The Riad was inside the Medina and a short walk from the drop off point and about 15 minute stroll from the main square. In general we had a good experience but the service could have been better. Something we did not like is that the breakfast area was distributed in different areas/rooms, which makes more difficult for the staff to serve the food. One of the days we had to wait for a while to get the breakfast. With some more organization in that area the experience would have been better.

I do want to say that the staff here were fantastic. They did everything they could to help us when needed, including picking us up from the airport, making phone calls for us, and helping us to our next excursion. They walked us where we needed to go and made sure we were getting with the correct driver. That was very much appreciated with the challenging streets. As for the riad itself, it's a decent place. Our biggest trouble was finding the place. Weaving through the "streets" was sometimes a challenge. I am 100% confident though that we would have mastered it if we stayed more than one night. The room was clean, the shower was adequate, and the beds were comfortable. The architecture here was very interesting and the rooftop was a nice add on.

We arranged to have a driver pick us up from the train station. This gentleman was very easy to find as he was holding a sign up with the name of the Riad. He brought us as close as he could to the hotel, and then called another person to meet us and bring us to the hotel. Once we were there we were greeted with Mint Tea and shown to our room. It was clean and spacious. The bathroom and shower area were very nice and had a variety of products for us to use. The breakfast was a nice variety and all the staff was so kind. The day before my mom had taken a fall so she had spent most of her two days resting in the room. The staff was so kind enough to ask how she was doing as they had not seen her much. They also had a complimentary wheelchair for her to use when we were on our way to our car to the airport. The staff went out of their way to actually push her all the way to the car while also helping us with our bags. This was amazing. Thank you all so much!

At first, I was a little nervous that we were going to get lost in the alleys to this riad, but we quickly got the hang of it and it became our quiet escape from the busy medina. The inside was beautiful and our room was cozy. What makes this riad special is the staff that went above and beyond. Yunis, Ahmed, and and all the other staff members were amazing. Beautiful Riad. Nice staff. Comfortable room, nicely decorated. The bathroom was clean and sufficiently spacious. Beautiful rooftop with views over the city. Decent noise level for a Riad. Average breakfast served in the nice courtyard.

Cons: The Riad is located in an alleyway, like many Riads in the Medina. I did not notice any signs pointing to this Riad, though - many other Riads do it. So if you stay be prepared to navigate the maze or arrange a pick-up.

The facilities were beautiful and comfortable, especially the rooms and the rooftop terrace - although there was no service of any kind on the rooftop despite the presence of a bar. The staff were very kind and lovely - but didn't have capacity or support to meet all of the guests' needs because of understaffing.

Cons: We spent the most money on this riad of the three we stayed in in the Marrakech medina and got the least for it in terms of service because of understaffing and poor communication. While every other riad we stayed in sent someone to meet us and lead us back to the riad with our luggage (while also giving explicit directions about where to ask a driver to drop us off and how to go from there), this riad is severely understaffed, leading the person on duty to tell our driver to either bring us himself or have us find our own way as he would only come out to meet a large group. When after a great deal of back and forth we finally were met and escorted to the riad (which is not easy to find - there are no signs at all) and arrived hot, tired, and sick, we were told that even though the hotel lists a restaurant on the website, because we hadn't let them know we wanted dinner in advance, we wouldn't be able to eat there. The email sent by hosts in advance does NOT indicate that you need to order dinner in advance - and every other riad we stayed at offered dinner on arrival. When we pointed this out, we were told that because there was a group that "liked to eat a lot" coming that night, there wasn't enough for us. So, we had to wander out into the medina to fend for ourselves while ill rather than just have a quiet dinner and rest at a five star riad, which was our hope. Clearly this riad prioritizes groups over single travelers, and doesn't hire enough staff to offer the kind of service to *all* guests the five star rating and price would suggest. The other, lower priced riads we stayed in were able to offer a higher standard of service across the board, including welcoming us at the drop off point, meals on day of arrival, arranging tours & transfers, etc. Very disappointing for our final night in Marrakech.

I’ve been trying for a few days to find a way to express the magic of the last part of my trip in words. This post is long but it is necessary. Riad Les Trois Palmiers is tucked down the alleys of the souk in the Medina of Marrakech. A riad is not a hotel, it is a home that welcomes guests, whose home it becomes while they are there. Generally with between 4 and 10 rooms, it is small with courtyards and gardens, room doors are not locked but the exterior door is locked, meals are cooked individually and requested the day of and prepared at whatever time you choose. You’re encouraged to have friends over to socialize in the multiple parlors, salons, and sitting spaces. A few of my newly made friends visited me here and we enjoyed chatting and relaxing. These photos that look like a magazine can show you the beauty of the place that I was lucky enough to call home for two days. But they can not capture the kindness and actual caretaking of the hosts that truly made these days a magical retreat from the world. This exceeds hospitality and is coming from the heart. Here are two examples of that caregiving, both of which made me actually cry when they happened and when I reflect on them: 1. On my first day when I arrived, I was served the traditional mint tea and cookies. Midway through I was taken on a very long and interesting tour of the riad. I had put aside my favorite cookie- which tasted just like Morocco, to save for last and had expected to just be back down in a few minutes after being shown to my room. When I returned back down an hour later after the tour I found that my cookie and mint tea were no longer there. I poked my head into the kitchen, and the woman working in the kitchen eagerly offered to make me more cookies because the kind that I had loved were gone. She said it would be just a few hours as the dough needed to chill. I insisted that she NOT make cookies for me and just go about her day.

I have a million amazing things to say about this property and the staff but to sum it up: BOOK IT NOW! The Riad is absolutely stunning, it's walkable but away from the hustle and bustle so it's very quiet, it is hard to find on your own so I recommend booking a driver through them because the staff will meet you when you are dropped off to show you how to get there, it's easy after that and wow the staff, not only did they go above and beyond for our stay... They were the nicest, sweetest people we've ever met. Made us feel like royalty. 100 stars.

The room was on the top floor and once you stepped out of the room you had an amazing view of the rooftops of Marrakesh. Breakfast was great. The staff were exceptional particularly Marwan and Ahmet, both were helpful, insightful and very friendly plus they gave me the best eating tips in the Medina.

Cons: The room is a little bit tight and the bathroom was a squeeze plus hotwater was patchy but it's an ancient and wonderfully old building so no surprises.

Fantastic experience, straight from airport pick up where we were delayed and the immigration queue was so long but the driver Hamed was available on WhatsApp message to reassure us he would be there when we got through. Everyone working there was lovely and were happy to help with recommendations, directions or helping us organise our transfer on to our next hotel. The room was lovely, a perfect mix of traditional with modern comforts and the common areas including roof terrace were great spots to relax and have a drink. We did the cooking class, a fun trip to the market to experience grocery shopping from the souks and an informative class by Youssef and Dalila followed by a lovely lunch and wine on the roof. The next day we went to the Ourika valley, Hamed again an excellent driver who showed us some sights on the way and a great toured walk around the hills with lovely sights. Breakfasts were also lovely with a good bit of variety each day. The location is perfect with most of the medina sights a short walk away. All in, a perfect stay!

Perfect in every way! Nested in a tiny alley in the Medina, the Riad is exceptionally charming and stylish with beautiful objects and decoration. Solo traveller arriving late at night, Ahmed went out of his way to pick me up at the taxi drop-off point nearby. Central location, great facilities with swimming pools and stunning terraces, attentive service. Thanks again Caroline, Patrick and the team for the lovely stay - will definitely come back!

The Riad is very beautiful and peaceful. The staff attention to details was incredible, Marwam and Ahmed will make sure your stay is perfect. All the staff were very nice and accomodating. It was an oasis of calm in a hot, busy, interesting and vibrant city. It was like stepping back in time as we went through the ancient fortified black door. Our welcome could not have been warmer, the owner Patrick and all the staff were friendly and informative. We trusted their advice and had an excellent trip to the Atlas Mountains and desert that they organised for us. All the food was fantastic, the breakfasts really set you up for the day and there were so many courses in the evening meals - wonderful.

Cons: Having to come home at the end of the week!

Cannot recommend enough! We loved our stay here, staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, and gave us plenty of recommendations for tourist attractions in Marrakech. We moved around Morocco for several days and this was definitely our favourite Riad; comfortable, relaxed, lots of space to chill out with a book. We had a lovely breakfast and fabulous room. Soft towels and the comfortable bed were exactly what we needed with busy days seeing the sights. I will be recommending this Riad to any friends and family that visit Marrakech

It was a very last minute booking on the day so I'm glad they had availability. The hotel was nice on the inside with many facilities that I did not use as I had to leave the hotel really early due to my travel plans. The hotel host was very accommodating, by preparing breakfast for me much earlier than the rest of the guests because I had to leave really early before the standard breakfast time. I would recommend this hotel for couples and friends.

Cons: I did not like the location of the hotel. I had to go down a dark alley way to find it at night. Therefore it is best to go with a friend rather than solo.

Nice Riad right in the Medina. It’s a little hard to find, so you should have someone at the Riad pick you up to lead the way, otherwise you might get lost. Good central location though and the staff are friendly and helpful. The AC in my room didn’t work and it got very hot, but otherwise no complaints.

The Riad was beautiful, perfectly in the heart of the Medina. Our only reservation with the property was that a lot of amenities advertised do not actually exist. Things such as a bar on site were not really present at all. The property had a fridge from which you could be supplied with drinks at your request, which were of course charged at the end of the stay. The building being as old as it is had very little sound proofing so you could often hear everything that was going on. Hospitality wise, everything was perfect and we were made to feel more than welcome. The roof terrace was great and the room was full of character. It is worth noting too that the riad is essentially two riads attached to one another. This caused us a bit of confusion when looking at pictures online.

The property was very well located for the souk & restaurants. It was a bit hard to find but the staff actually came to find us at the spot we were dropped by the taxi and walked us to the riad. The property itself is amazingly decorated, the staff very polite and lovely and helped us with all our queries. The breakfast was very good (although we had more choice in a previous riad) and the room was beautiful and clean. On arrival, we were welcomed with moroccan tea in the beautiful setting of the inner courtyard. We would definitely stay there again.

Location was great, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean. Extremely peaceful during the day and evening.

Cons: Little bit noisy however early in the morning and I suppose this is difficult to control in a semi open plan set up as staff was preparing breakfast. Unfortunately during our stay a phone alarm started to ring at 6:50 am and was not turned off and kept repeat ringing every 10 mins or so for the following hour. Not easy to have a lie in. Service was also a little slow.

The riad is on the outskirts before entering the Medina so convenient to walk & see the sites. The riad has been restored to a high standard retaining all the original features & charm. Patrick & staff especially Marwan, Khalid & Jiba's hospitality were the highlight. Please note as with majority of riads, the taxis won't come to the entrance so be prepared to have short walk. Also take the hotel option of taxi transfer & try to arrive during daylight.

Beautiful riad located in a quiet little lane. It seems hard to find at first but the second time you don't know what should have been the problem. I thought it's an advantage that there is no mosque very close by so you don't get the noise. The staff was very friendly, and the French owner was very nice, too. I felt very welcome. You can buy drinks at a very reasonable price. I loved taking a glass of wine up to the rooftop terrace and watch the sunset. Hopefully I will be able to return to this wonderful refuge.

Our sojourn at Riad Les Trois Palmiers El Bacha was truly delightful, providing a charming escape in the heart of Marrakech. In the pleasant late Autumn weather, the riad offered a serene haven amidst the lively surroundings. Ahmed, our gracious host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. From guiding us through the labyrinthine streets of Marrakech to expertly navigating parking, Ahmed's thoughtful assistance set the tone for our visit. His personalized touch was evident in the wonderful restaurant recommendations he shared, each culinary experience a highlight of our Moroccan adventure. Our stay included two breakfasts, one of which Ahmed arranged early to accommodate our early departure. The traditional Moroccan fare served was not only delicious but also a testament to the riad's commitment to providing a memorable experience for its guests. The evenings in late Autumn were pleasant, and the riad's comfortable atmosphere provided a welcome retreat. Ahmed's warm welcome with a cup of tea upon our arrival created a sense of home away from home. His engaging conversations, rich with insights into Moroccan culture, made our stay even more special. In summary, Riad Les Trois Palmiers El Bacha, with Ahmed as the standout host, offers a charming and hospitable retreat in Marrakech. While our stay may not have been the most extravagant, the combination of Ahmed's exceptional service and the riad's cozy atmosphere made it an unforgettable experience.

As this was my first trip to Marrakesh, I didn’t know what to expect. I was utterly delighted by everything in the riad. My room on the top floor was small, but comfortable and I had access to a lovely rooftop patio. Breakfast was excellent and I dined there on both evenings. It was some of the best food that I had in morocco. The decor throughout was delightful, very traditional Moroccan in the best of taste. The staff were all wonderful and friendly and helpful. The location in the center of the Medina was confusing at first, but was an excellent place to stay. It was a wonderful introduction to morocco, and I’m so delighted that I chose Les Trois Palmiers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only was the hotel impeccably clean, but the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The layout of the hotel was also stunning, with beautiful decor and thoughtful details throughout. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cons: While my recent stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I did notice that the air quality in my room was not up to par. However, I should note that this seems to be a general issue in the surrounding area and not necessarily a problem specific to this hotel. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still recommend the hotel for its other positive qualities.

My 2 nights stay at this reasonably priced hotel was great in mid August. Hotel is conveniently located in old medina with large size room and a pool in a traditional setting. Very friendly and attentive staff who will genuinely try to help you. The owner of the hotel personally takes interest to take care of his guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Marrakech. Location of this hotel is not on google map and could be confusing when you arrive first time but once, you are there then later it will be easier. My suggestion would be to send a message before arrival as the taxi and cars can't enter the old medina and have to drop you at the entrance of medina what is few minutes walk from the hotel.

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff cannot pay enough attention. When you arrive you are treated to the customary mint tea with some nice small pastries. You are drawn a map as to how to get to the main square (Jemaa El Fna) from the riad, as well as other notable sites. The riad itself is very clean and looked after well. The breakfast served is great. A special note to Mustapha and Ahmed, who helped me out a fair bit. The riad is about a ten minute walk from the main square and you have to walk through the souks. To see the way to the square I recorded a video of my walk from the riad to the square (can be found on my IG TV in instagram, under ilyasayub1). I cannot fault the riad, and would definitely recommend it, if you are looking for the riad experience in the middle of the medina.

Stay here, but do not get their dinner, and make sure your room has a shower. We searched this place extensively. On Tripadvisor it is one of the highly recommended places to stay. We booked the Riad twice. Pros: General Cleanliness: super clean. Staff: staff were super helpful and attentive. The person working at night (Marwan) was very helpful with our requests and friendly. Breakfast: the breakfast is very nice and they offer you a good selection of breakfast items. Cons: Rooms: on our first vist, we got a room which was OK (rather small). After a while I noticed a blood stain on my pillow. I did nothing saying that they will change the sheets the day after. But they did not chnage or clean that the next day which was super bad. On our second stay, we got a room that did not have a shower. technically there is a shower head but the shower and toilet and everything is in the same 1m by 1m room. So if you do take a shower there everything will be soaked. We asked to change our room but they did not accept. Dinner: their dinner was highly recommneded online. Despite being expensive, we decided to try it. Probably it was the least delicious food we had in Morocco. They charged us 500 dirhams (~50 euros) where we could get really awesome 3-course meal for less than that in fancy restaurants! (L'ibzar <3) Hard to find: it is hard to find the riad and they dont send you how to get there. is short: sty if you get a large room, don't have dinner!

Outstanding service from staff throughout the stay which helped us feel relaxed in what could otherwise be quite an intimidating environment within the Medina. Staff were on hand from early in the morning to late at night to provide assistance. Especially recommend spending time on the roof terrace particularly around dusk, to experience the atmosphere. We stayed in early February and worth noting that whilst the afternoons are pleasantly warm (mid 20's) in the evening and early morning it can be cold and we needed the heating in our room most evenings and some of the communal areas in the hotel can become quite cold. Overall thorougly recommend.

The Riad looks spectacular in pictures but not necessarily the same in real. One of the problems is that it is a very old building that has been converted. While the bedding was fine and proper, the rest of the room including the bathroom could do better in terms of the quality of fittings and fixtures. Being old, the rooms also need more maintenance Staff is helpful and pleasant to talk to. They make a genuine effort to do the best that they can but would be far more effective if they are professionally trained and are able to develop an eye for detail Breakfast is generally after 8am and is generally OK. They are able to offer coffee earlier in the morning for a price Another thing to note is that the Riad is not accessible by car. One needs to walk 200metres at least to get to the Riad. Staff were very helpful with the movement of bags. I paid quite a steep price for this Riad and chose this because of the various positive reviews. For the price paid though, I did not feel that I got enough value for money.

This was a really tough review to write. If I were reviewing the riad itself, then it would easily be 5 stars. The accommodation and staff are some of the best I've seen in my many years of travelling. If I were reviewing the trip I went on, run by the riad, it would easily be 1 star. The 3 day trip to the desert was not good, to say the least. It felt very amateurishly run, especially considering the price was about 4 times higher than you could book the same trip for online. We skipped the UNESCO world heritage site entirely. Atlas studios was supposed to be a guided tour but there were no guides, ouarzazate's kasbah guide didn't speak English. And that was the best of the three days! Second day we stopped only at the big gorge, and the third day we didn't stop at all. Apart from so the driver could do his shopping. So, if you want to tour some small shops, that is a plus? And all the while, we are driving past amazing scenery and history that isn't being described to you because you are driving in silence. The tour would be a lot better with someone more knowledgeable and a set of interesting planned stops on each day to do. So, my advice: first book your tours online from far cheaper and far better organised places, then book this riad for sure. But I think if you book your activities here you will be bitterly disappointed.

The setting was beautiful and service was excellent. Even though we arrived much later than expected, the staff gave us a very warm welcome including some delicious Moroccan tea and treats. Breakfast was also excellent.

It was hard to find. Like a maze. Checkin was good. Was served tea and snacks. Only complaint is I’ve booked with hotels.com for many years. Never have I been asked to pay “city taxes that the police pick up every morning” I paid my taxes when I booked. They allow smoking indoors in the Indoor pool area where breakfast is served. Will not stay again.

A beautiful renovation of a traditional Moroccan home. My daughter, teenage granddaughter and myself had a wonderful stay at the Riad thanks to Patrick and his friendly and helpful staff. I happily recommend Riad les trois palmiers for a unique stay in Marrakech.

Very nice riad in a quiet spot. This area has many riads and is removed a bit from the crowded souks nearby. It's very close to the Palace and safe. The staff is super helpful. This riad and the El Bacha are connected and run by the same owner. There's a beautiful rooftop with a nice view. Breakfast was fine. We had a superior double room which is shown true to life in the hotel site picture. It was spacious and well decorated with a dual sink, green tile bathroom. The sinks were a bit high - great for taller people. The strange thing about the room was the door. It wasn't fitted to the doorway, so there was an open gap between the door and the room through which you could clearly see into the room (see pictures). To compensate, they have a curtain in the room which provides privacy. We also saw the room on the top floor, where the terraces are. It's just big enough for the bed. This riad is a great value if you're in one of the bigger rooms and don't mind a little noise.

Patrick and his team are absolutely fantastic and look after you from the min you arrive .the riad is perfect to relax after the full on senses overload that Marrakech gives you and all of the team make your stay a relaxing and friendly stay .walking to the riad you know you are in the middle of it down narrow lanes ( easy to find ) when you venture out you are on the door steps of a souke and easy walking distance to the main square and everywhere else .the views from the terrace looking towards the mountains is fantastic .the food was good ,lots of tips and advise given for all of you needs ,we went on a excursion to the Atlas Mountains that we booked through the riad which was great and a funny day with Ali .We will be back to this haven and look forward to drinking a flag on the terrace again !!

A quiet and relaxing oasis in the middle of the Medina. The facilities and staff will spoil you for your entire stay. Winding staircases open up to roof top terrace. Access is via narrow pedestrian ways, but don't be intimidated. Finding your way is all part of the charm.

Pat, Caroline and the staff are top notch. The fun of the riad les trois palmier el bacha is getting lost through the narrow pathways. The attention to detail and comfort of the guests is superb

Patrick welcomed us with mint tea and checked us in well before check in time which was brilliant as our flight was super early. We had a superior room on the 1st floor with en suite bathroom and king size bed. The staff were so attentive throughout the whole stay. Nothing was too much. They brought breakfast up to the terrace everyday and mint tea whenever we were about. The Riad was an oasis of calm and a great place to relax after a crazy day in the souks.

A wonderful stay at the Riad, a big thank you to Patrick, Caroline, Hameed, Amin and all the staff who looked after us so well. The Riad is a true gem and a beautiful oasis. Within walking distance to the Souk and the square, but hidden away from the craziness of the medina, which we loved. Would definitely recommend this Riad.

Great location, lovely staff. Spent 5 nights there, careful about the charges stated on Expedia website. It is not actually 1.5 MAD, it's in euros. But the hotel accepted 1.5 MAD from us.

Getting to the Riad is a bit dodgy, but we had a very nice guide who led the way through several inner passageways and took care of our suitcases right up to the front door of the Riad! You soon get the hang of getting there on your own. And at night, we had a security officer who made sure we got to our front door safe and sound! All staff at the Riad were very helpful and good humoured throughout our one-week stay. The only aspect of the Riad which takes getting used to is not having windows looking out. But this was remedied by a lovely sun terrace with an overview of Marrakech.

Let me start by saying the staff are extremely helpful and polite as well as the owner Patrick. Location a little hard to find at first but very close to the main square. Only downside for us was no wifi in rooms so had to go to lounge to use wifi.

We stayed as a couple on a the ground floor of the Riad. The room was excellent with good en suite. The Riad itself has great views over the city and is within walking distance of the souks. The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. We were given fantastic advice for excursions - we travelled to the Atlas mountains for the waterfalls which is well worth it.

I booked this hotel while in Morocco. This has to be the worst experience I've ever had booking a hotel. I booked this hotel a few hours before I decided to check in. First off, it took forever to find the hotel since there are no signs for it and also because it is in a very bad location. Second off, there is no parking for this hotel. I was told tof find street parking and then drag all my luggage to the hotel. Third, I later found out that there is no late check-in. My question is, why a allow people to book the hotel if they can't check in? By far the worst experience ever. I do not recommend staying here.

They were absolutely wonderful to us - picked us up from the airport (at 1:20am!) and dropped us back. The breakfast was wonderful and even served out of normal times because we were so jetlagged. The service was wonderful and we even got a free room upgrade for a couple days. My only quibble is that it's VERY confusing trying to find your way to the riad and out - google maps fails you utterly (we got a sim card thank GOD but the map of Marrakech is just plain wrong in places), young neighbourhood boys will "help" you and then extort you for 20dhirems, and the diagram we were given was totally off (basically they say turn left but don't tell you which left - first/second/third/etc.). Thankfully it's very safe but this part is incredibly frustrating.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The owners and their team do everything and a little bit more to make sure that you are comfortable and welcome. This riad is exactly as described and just what I needed on my trip. I would happily recommend staying here. The hand drawn map worked perfectly but when you get distracted and wander off course be reassured that they have never lost a guest and enjoy the fun of exploring and then getting back to the peace of the riad.

Even though, we didn't have a great check in, and that we had some issues with the staff. But Patrick (the owner), manage to handle all the situations. And we are very greatful, that he call us back when we forgot the camera at the room.

Patrick and all his staff really went out of their way to make us comfortable at this Riad. Our room and bathroom was spacious and very well furnished. Additionally, the riad is well located, serves delicious food and is beautifully decorated. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Two adjacent old mansions have been renovated with exquisite taste by the owners. Comfortable rooms, excellent Moroccan breakfast, and good service throughout. A little hard to find on your own in the maze-like medina. A sketch and directions probably should be emailed to incoming guests. The main issue we had with the facilities was a sketchy wifi connection that was totally unavailable in our room and only occasionally available at selected spots on the property. We would have paid more to have better wifi.

We stayed at this riad for 3 nights in February and overall, really enjoyed our stay. We were in the Merinide room (with two beds) on the first floor of the hotel- the room was clean, the beds comfortable and the bathroom is absolute huge and luxurious. The room photos posted by the hotel online really don't do the rooms justice - they are very nice. The soaps and shower gels provided are really luxurious too, as are the towels, robes etc. The only slight downside was that it was quite cold in the room when we arrived; of course, this is not the fault of the hotel since it gets very cold in Marrakech in February but the air conditioning unit really didn't do a very good job at heating up the room (it's not meant for this) and we didn't find the plug in heater underneath the bathroom sink until the very last night. Nonetheless, the hotel staff did provide us with extra blankets, which was very much appreciated and we were warm enough at night. We ate a meal at the hotel one night and it was very tasty. The starters (3 of them!) were particularly nice. The staff work really hard, long hours (our evening waiter stays there overnight and also serves breakfast) and are lovely. They mainly speak French. Caroline speaks English and she was really lovely and helpful with directions and general information about the city. The hotel is impossible to find in the medina on your own, so make sure you arrange a taxi through the hotel. It makes life a lot easier!

Traveling with an old friend from high school, we shared a room with two beds. Patrick was the most charming and helpful of hosts, and the entire staff made us feel welcome. The riad is beautifully appointed, with no detail left untouched. Ali met us at the airport, and together with Patrick, they helped us plan a desert excursion.

My husband and I had a great experience in this hotel, where we were able to spend quality time. Patrick and his wife (the owners) have put together a beautiful space with a great terrace to relax if the city is too intense during the day. Location is in a quiet area, easy to get to and close to the action.l
