Lovely oasis, about 30 minutes from Marrakech. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, without being overwhelming. This is a perfect spot to relax and forget about the outside world. Facilities are immaculate, the rooms are gorgeous, and the two pools are well kept. The hammam was an amazing experience and I loved watching the sun set and rise from the rooftop of the restaurant. The food was delicious and the restaurant caters for all dietary needs. They also offer daily yoga for an additional cost. Though it’s a bit far from town there is a driver on hand to take you in and back if you need (for a price). Prices are all in euros so expect to pay European prices, but perfect for a luxury getaway, if that’s what you’re after.

Breakfast was good, staff were very helpful and willing to go for that extra mile
Cons: 1, Lighting in the room needed to be brighter 2, Definitely needed more sockets/USB by the bed side 3, No iron in the room 4, No TV in the room 5, Internet was terrible in the room, almost no internet during the day, signal got better after midnight , but it went off again by 5-6am. 6, Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, in the total wilderness , so be prepared to pay for the hotel shuttle bus if you want to go anywhere We occupied four rooms in the hotel and we all had the same problems

Jnane Allia is an oasis of luxury. The garden is lovely. The suites are fully private with lots of space. The chimney was a great bonus for a cosy after-dinner evening. Great swimming pools but cold at this time of the year. But it was the staff that made the whole experience unforgettable!!! From the kitchen staff, the waiter, the cleaning staff to the spa masseuse. We did the yoga retreat for 4 days with Ines. We had a wonderful time. It was educational amd entertaining at all times!!! Would highly recommend.

Location: over 30 minutes out of town (make it 40-45 with the usual traffic). Service: the very limited staff was friendly and helpful, despite what appeared to be very long working hours (early AM to late PM). Rooms: decorated quite nicely, but only have the basics (e.g. no coffee available in the rooms). Watch the pricing! E.g.: a small beer bottle costs 110 dirhams (10 Euro), whereas it's 70 dirhams in every luxury hotel or bar in town! The "breakfast included" is actually quite limited and includes a moka coffee, a plate with a few carbs (cake etc), honey and jam... Other breakfast things are not included, e.g. eggs/omelettes are an extra 66 dirhams (6 Euro) each, a plate with fruit slices is 88 dirhams (8 Euro), an espresso coffee i 33 dirhams (3 Euro)... Plus, watch the final round! Our group was charged over 75,000 dirhams (yes, you read well) of extras! But NOT A SINGLE RECEIPT OR A PIECE OF PAPER was provided to confirm that the purchase had happened, or assign it to a specific room. Unbelievable! PS: don't listen to their excuses... the card worked just fine, in fact, I eventually paid despite the protest!

Wonderful staff, nothing was too much to ask from on the property, in the dining room, driving into town. Delicious food, relaxing place to stay. Comfortable rooms. Couldn't have been more satisfied!

Quiet place, nice garden and pool
Cons: Pretty cold inside the house even if the heater were pushed to the limit. Apartment location at the far end of the garden with view on the parking lot.

Absolutely fantastic. A beautiful oasis on the outskirts of Marrakech. Amazing accommodation. Very clean, comfortable and to a very high standard. The staff especially Yassine (the manager) and Hicham (the driver) cannot do enough for you. So helpful, friendly and professional. The food is delivered with pride and a smile by the lovely local ladies. All produced with such care and attention to detail. Space to relax by the pool or stroll through the grounds. Tortoises meandering about, a lovely friendly dog and cat too. All part of the family. We went on a 3 night, 4 day yoga retreat. Yoga twice daily then A couple of trips into the Medina, all made easier by the transfer with Hicham. Cannot fault the place. Highly highly recommended.

Excellent calm location half a hour from Marrakech. Wonderful detox juices and tagines - gluten free was not a problem food. Quiet yoga studio with a brilliant coach. A warm welcome - I will return.

The grounds are extremely beautiful and very serene- a perfect break from the Medina. All the staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our room was cozy and comfortable (the fireplaces are a great touch!) and all the food we were served was fantastic- some of the best tajine we’ve had. Really the perfect place to relax, soak up some sun, and be a little pampered. Highly recommended!

Me and my boyfriend spent 2 days in Jnane Allia at the beginning of January. The Riad is 25 minutes from Marrakech by car and in the right direction to visit Ouzaude Waterfalls and the surroundings of Marrakech. The owner Marco and the manager Yassine are extremely nice and friendly, as well as the rest of the staff. The place is amazing and very comfortable, with a beautiful pool area to relax, the spa, hammam and massage area. Yassine explained that they organise yoga classes and other interesting activities. Breakfast is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. Very chic and clean. I would definitely recommend both for couples, families or friends. You will feel 100% welcome and like being at home.

I was made to feel so welcome at Jnane Allia from the moment I arrived. I was staying to do yoga everyday and my teacher Ines was fantastic. My room was amazing with a stunning view of the swimming pool. The staff could not have done any more to make my stay better. The food was also delicious and I had a different Tagine each evening. The gardens and whole place is very relaxing and has amazing sunsets and views of the Atlas Mountains. Being only 30 mins from Marrakech it was easy to head into the Madina and view some of the other sites, with drop off and pick up easy to arrange. I also had a Hamman ritual which I would highly recommend. There is a Hamman on site and the massage afterwards was very relaxing. I loved it so much I am already planning a return visit in May 2023!

A perfect beautiful place to relax at the pool, or with a massage to 20 minutes from Marrakech. The staff are great, they take care of you and all you need the whole time. I stayed in one suite just in front of the pool, the suite was very spacious and well decorated. The food was also delicious, and I was given a warm welcome.

I had a great time at Jnane Allia as my stay was everything I wanted it to be: peaceful and relaxing. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and well decorated and the pool is big. The staff was very welcoming, always smiling and available. I had two lessons a day of yoga with Ines, either in the yoga tent or by the olive trees, which was a beautiful setting to do yoga in. Ines is a great teacher who listened to me and allowed me to grow in my practice of yoga. I warmly recommend both the resort and yoga with Ines!

Stayed for a week and it was wonderful. My whole stay was welcoming, warm and inviting - a perfect place to truly relax and let your cares slip away. Yassine and all the staff were fantastic - so lovely and so helpful, the food was consistently delicious (I ate all my meals there) - I couldn’t have asked for more. As a solo traveller they all really went out of their way to make feel comfortable and at home. The rooms are simply beautiful - I stayed in a suite facing the pool and it was perfect. Huge bed and bathroom as well as a lovely sitting room with an open fire - super cosy. The grounds are gorgeous and beautifully maintained - it also has a roof terrace with a 360 view of the area including a stunning view of the Atlas Mountains. I did a yoga retreat while there (Yoga with Perumal) and walked the local area every day after breakfast - I came back feeling refreshed, relaxed and stronger. Only half an hour drive from Marrakesh and a world away. I will definitely return.

Super beautiful!!! I knew about this place by friends of us and once there as guest every word has been confirmed. A relaxed atmosphere in a refined but never "shouted" environment. A welcome late at pur arrival, after midnight, had something of a bit familiar, like to be back at your place. Always a smile, always a nice gesture for all our staying. The suite where we stayed were very cozy, spacious but at the same time intimate, equipped with a veranda overlooking the pool that at the first sun you could not use although in January and for this same reason you will love also the fireplace in your room. Breakfast is served in a room furnished in style and dominated by a Moroccan tent very suggestive. The food is amazing in its being true and simple. Fati, our manager has always been available to help us in finding restaurants and for any information we needed. The location a few kilometers east of Marrakech is the oasis of peace that you will love after spending hours in the colorful "mess" of the Medina. Enjoy a walk under the palms or take a break seated on one of the amazing "bed" at the pool, I wish, with a glass of wine. A place to go and where to come back.

this property is 40 minutes away from Marrakesh in middle of nowhere off an highway. You cannot leave the premises without hiring 30 euro hotel cab, forced to eat every night paying 25 euros per head for dinner. There is no Yoga availabvle as advertised, no horse ridiong nearby, WIFI did not work at all, no TV s in room. CANNOT USE POOL AS FREEZING WATER. We booked for 6 nights and left after 3 nights without even caring about losing money paid already. It was so bad. 3 nights were forced to spend 700 euros in the hotel as they have no facilities/activities/cannot leave hotel also .

Lovely family run hotel, small and intimate, felt more like a luxury guesthouse. It's far from anything so you have to pay a driver to take you everywhere but its nice and calm, relaxing and quiet at night.
