Check in, check out time policy. Location
Cons: Very dirty. Dirty towels, dirty room. Blood on the bed linen. After I reported it at the reception, nothing was replaced, I was promised that they would fix it in the morning, and then this promise was not fulfilled. During my stay, there was renovation work near the room, which made noise and smell. Price/quality mismatch.

Riad was overbooked. They placed us in a "sister" riad that was not as luxurious (3 stars vs 4 stars). They offered to comp us dinner but we had other plans. They did offer us 2 30-minute massages. Overall disappointed. I would not recommend.

The employees are really nice and helpful! But the rooms need to be worked on. We got a suite where the bathroom had this Oder that we could not sleep at night!! But overall had a good time.

The staff were very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They were extremely helpful in recommending trips and places of interest, and with coordinating guides/drivers. Breakfast was freshly prepared, varied daily, and was plentiful.

The Riad was nice, comfortable and clean. We booked two family suites as we were quite a crowd. The breakfast was good. Nothing was too much for the host. Salah was very nice, accommodating and friendly. He even packed an early breakfast for us on the day we left :)
Cons: Just keep in mind that the Breakfast is served on the top most floor and there are only stairs to get to it. But Salah was kind enough to bring it down for one of us who had issues taking the stairs due to health constrictions.

Salah is a super host. He made our stay enjoyable, memorable and smooth. The area is fantastic and in the old Medina which is the main reason we went to Fes. I would love to come back to this same Riad and repeat the same experience with more family members.

Property is really unexpectedly nice and lavish. It doesn’t appear on google maps and taxi/cabs they drop you off 5min away walking distance, so there are high chances to get lost in maze because of long walking route shown on google map. But when we reached there, we got really warm welcome. And also amazed with place and quietness. Staff is kind and helpful. As it was Eid time during our stay, there was only one person who was managing everything but still he was taking care of everything very well. He was properly guiding us on outside scams as well. Unfortunate we couldn’t stay at this place for long but I must recommend this place to stay.
Cons: Everything is nice. No other comments.

A horror story, pls avoid: Disgusting bathroom, soiled bathmat, bathtub that has a hollow support, sad-looking thin bath towels, no cleaning service, dingy lighting, no hot water, the list goes on. This riad also gave us the wrong room the first night, and owner did not apologize or see a need to compensate us for the inconvenience. Very puzzled by the good rating. We recommend a no for this riad. In contrast to owner, staff tried to be helpful by packing a breakfast for our early check out and bringing suitcases down - which was thoughtful.

The authentic feel of the riad, the good smell once you enter it, the kind staff. I’ve been to 6 different hotels in Morocco, this one is my favorite even if I stayed for 1 night only, it was great!
Cons: Just the stairs.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional Riad, and the experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment we walked through the doors, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The staff's professionalism and genuine hospitality were truly outstanding. The room was immaculate, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the cozy bedding to the well-appointed amenities. The stunning views and architecture from our room added an extra touch of magic to the entire experience.

My stay in Fes exactly in La perle de la Medina was unforgettable ! The highlight of the stay in this Riad were the stuff ! They treated me like a family member more than a costumer, they provided me with all the necessities, they answered all my questions. They are really friendly and helpful. The food was so delicious, and traditional. The view and the location are perfect. I can’t recommend other place in Fes except this Riad because you will find everything you will need ! Thank you guys for the warm host. Hope to see you again.

This riad has been my favorite at all during my travels in Morocco, despite arriving late (midnight) I was welcomed by Mohamed with a big smile. This is a brand new riad with beautiful Moroccan architecture and spacious rooms , the location is perfect you won't get lost, the good thing is it's very quiet for some good sleep. The room I had was well equipped, spacious with a comfortable bed, wifi worked very good, bathroom has hot water every time I needed. The food was tasty, I had breakfast and lunch for the next day and both taste like excellent Moroccan flavors. I would definitely recommend la perle de la medina for anyone
Cons: I wish I stayed longer, 😔

I used this property during my stay in Fes. I did spend a great time at this typical hotel (riad) and i enjoyed it a lot. Clean rooms, nice terrace, delicious food, nice staff very friendly. 24h service, you can find them at anytime you come to the front desk. I highly recommend this Riad for your stay in Fes medina, it’s located in a nice place, really safe.

We stayed at La Perle De La Medina in Fes and it was like stepping into a luxurious oasis within the ancient city. The elegance of the decor, combined with the warm hospitality of the staff, creates an unparalleled experience. We also enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast amidst the most beautiful and most detailed hall with lots of Moroccan architecture. The Riad’s great location within the Medina allows for easy exploration of Fes’s cultural treasures, making every moment of our stay in Fes a blend of comfort and discovery.

The property lists free parking as an included benefit, but has no such parking to offer. When I asked where to park my vehicle I was told to find a place on the street. That is not free parking. Despite an empty hotel, I was given a room on the fourth floor of a hotel with no elevator, which felt unhelpful. The building is a gem, which is worth seeing as an example of local and period architecture. It is difficult to find and should probably come with arrival instructions.

This is an absolutely beautiful property with a lot of charm and exquisite details. The rooms are clean and comfortable with views of the gorgeous indoor atrium. Breakfast is delicious. And the property is located within walking distance of the shops (though it is a maze to walk through so you should get a guide). the staff is very friendly and helpful, though this is not a 24/7 type of place. The property manager is only available during business hours and there is no easy way to find help if you need it. That said, the staff knocks themselves out to be very helpful and treat you like family and I think they keep their eyes out to see if you need help. The two challenges with this property are (1) getting to it. If you try to come using a red cab, those cabs cannot enter this area of Fes. you will need a private car or another type of taxi service to get you to the property. also, GPS gets mixed up in this area and may direct you to a different property which looks adjacent the but the streets are a maze and it can be difficult. Best to contact the property to get guidance on arrival and departure. and (2) there is no elevator. there are narrow stairs to get to rooms. But the staff help you with your bags. Just tough if you have bad knees. Other than those two details, this property is well worth finding and staying in! Architecture and friendliness you may never experience anywhere else.

This design, location and service at this riad are fantastic. The decoration of the place is beautiful, it is on one of the entrances to the medina, and the people who run it are great. Highly recommended!

Our waiter was much more than just that. Ayoub took excellent care of us and the breakfasts on the roof were great. We Riad picked us up at the train station. The Riad location is good and we were able to get our bearings pretty fast. Beautiful place and very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful reception desk. Highly recommended, good choice for Fez.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Riad La Perle de la Medina. Younes was great, our holiday would not have been the same without him. We stayed in room 'Fez'. The hotel and rooms were super clean. Our room was very spacious. I definitely would stay in this Riad again when I am next in Fez.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were pleasant and kept the place clean; great if you don't require a lot of directions, and are mostly self-sufficient. This is not a 4-star hotel by western standard but don't pass on it based on mere ratings. Hotel is also tucked away in part of the medina's many alleys so make sure you remember your path in order to get back. We had no problem and it's short walk (subjective - if you are one of those that drive everywhere you go and use hop on/off tour buses, then the walk can be a bit more than you're used to - but still walkable, I think) from the main medina area, shops and the Blue Gate.

Such a magnificent Riad, my jaw dropped as I entered. I stayed in one of the large suites overlooking the courtyard and felt like a queen, I recommend staying in the suites as a treat to yourself. The service was also wonderful and from where the taxi dropped me off, it was easy to find on my own as there is good signage and it's only a short walk to find it. Dinner and breakfast is served on the rooftop and the dinner was absolutely delicious, I struggled to find a nice restaurant in Fez so it just made life easier in that respect. I do recommend taking a guide with you through Fez, the Riad can arrange one for you. I found it difficult to explore on my own, it's easy to get lost and I got a lot of hassle. Definitely recommend this Riad, it was the best part of my stay in Fez.

Having stayed at several Ryads along Morrocco this one was the one we liked the least. All is good but it lacks that personal touch and attention to detail. The rooms lack privacy and are dark. One day for breakfast they served us had eggs that were spoiled. Not worth the money you pay.

We have just spent the most wonderful 2 days at Riad La Perle. Being first time visitors to Fez to be honest I thought we had made a terrible mistake as the exterior of the property gave no indication whatsoever as to what the inside would be like. Firstly Riad is the name for palace and believe me it was...once inside the door. we were blown away be the beauty and WOW factor of this palace built in the 1800s from memory. Fully renovated with no expense spared. Our bedroom was out of this world with the grandeur of royalty. The room rate inclusive of a rooftop breakfast represented exceptional value. This is not like a western hotel... It is a room with everything in what was a private home or palace. From the outside it looked as ordinary as the other buildings in the alley. Very close to the Medina also. Not suitable for young children as no exterior to play in just a a towering inner courtyard with the most amazing mosaics and antiques...too many narrow stairwells for those with limited agility. Dinner can be ordered by prior arrangement and although we did not have it, I bet it would be as tasteful as everything about this place.

This beautiful riad has soaring ceilings, unique rooms, cool terrace and great staff. It's also very close to the medina. The staff is friendly and helpful in making sense of what can be a very confusing place. Highly recommend.

A lovely B/B inside the medina in Marrakech, Riad Kherreidine provides the best service in the city. Two lovely hostesses take care of guests needs 24x7. Would gladly return any time. If you can find a spot dont think twice, grab it.
