Riad muito bonito, confortável e muito bem localizado, a 3 minutos a pé da Praça Jemaa el-Fnaa. Adorámos a simpatia dos funcionários, com especial atenção à Khadija e ao Mohammed. A piscina é muito agradável para descansar da agitação do exterior.

L hôtel est proche de tout et le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et large choix.
Cons: Ils faisaient des travaux pendant notre séjour et commençaient parfois dès 9h du matin et cela durait. Du coup se rendre a la piscine était impossible car on entendait le bruit non stop et cela était désagréable et impossible de se reposer du coup. J aurais aimé que cela soit stipulé lors de ma réservation ( 2 jours sur les 4)

A mi y mi familia nos gusto todo en realidad, la ubicación, la comida, el personal, su trato, las instalaciones, la experiencia en general de estar dentro de la Medina. Quisiéramos agradecer el trato, principalmente a Khadiya, Samod, Fettah, Nourdim, Abdelashimam (espero haber escrito bien los nombres), que fueron super amables, muy atentos y muy amigables, nos trataron super bien a mi esposa e hijo!!!!! Hicieron que un viaje de este tipo y a una cultura totalmente diferente nos facilitara la estancia. Valio la pena el viaje tan largo desde México hasta este grandioso RIAD. Felicidades a todo el personal, lograron que se nos quede un recuerdo mágico del Riad Al Rimal & Spa.

Un accueil exceptionnel, le personnel est charmant tant a la réception qu au niveau du bar restaurant. Notre séjour en suite familiale pour 3 était top : literie top, espace chambre très grand. Tout est très raffiné Le plus le jacuzzi sur la terrasse. Petit déjeuner délicieux. A 2 pas de jemaa el fna dans un écrin de calme.
Cons: Tout était parfait! Nous aurions aimé rester une nuit de plus mais c était complet... nous reviendrons!

Le personnel du Riad a été EXCEPTIONNEL, ils ont tous été au petit soin dès notre arrivée jusqu’au départ, et nous ont donnés de très bons conseils pour notre séjour à Marrakech. Very cozy small hotel, located in the heart of the city. Comfortable beds , kind people running it
Cons: As much as we liked been in the middle of medina couldn’t help not to feel wired and a bit afraid going there , especially after a nights out that we had with my friends and we had to go back to the hotel late at night.The hotel is also locking the main door at night and you have to ring the bell to enter. There’s no parking and you’ll have to park outside medina and walk and that was a bit hectic with the luggages when we arrived and also when we had to go.

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit et deux jours dans ce riad, mais cela a suffi pour nous laisser un souvenir inoubliable. Dès avant notre arrivée, le directeur a tout facilité pour que notre séjour se déroule parfaitement. Nous nous sommes sentis accompagnés et rassurés à chaque étape. Mais ce qui rend vraiment ce riad exceptionnel, c'est la gentillesse et la chaleur humaine de toute l'équipe. Nous souhaitons adresser une mention toute particulière à la jeune femme de la réception ainsi qu'au monsieur du riad : ils sont, sans aucun doute, le cœur de cet établissement. Leur accueil, leur bienveillance et leur générosité ont fait toute la différence et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Nous avons également vécu l'expérience du hammam, et nous la recommandons à 100 %. Nous n'avions jamais vécu un moment aussi relaxant et authentique. C'était une expérience inoubliable. Merci du fond du cœur d'avoir rendu notre séjour si spécial. Nous vous choisirons encore mille et une fois, sans la moindre hésitation. Fui con mi hermano a cumplir el sueño de nuestra madre y sólo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. Salí del Riad con el corazón lleno y la sensación de que todo había sido perfecto. Todo el personal MARAVILLOSO, la chica de recepción es un amor, el señor que nos encendió el jacuzzi una tarde ya que no sabíamos ponerlo, el chico de la noche y de los desayunos (ese café estaba hecho con mucho cariño). Parecian como familia!!!!No tengo ninguna queja. Las instalaciones muy bonitas, cerca de todo, el té de bienvenida muy rico... Volveremos sin duda. Gracias por todo!!!!!! Un abrazo grande

J'ai passé un séjour d'un calme absolu, sans la moindre nuisance sonore : un vrai havre de paix. La chambre et le matelas sont d'un grand confort, et les équipements de détente (chaise longue, fauteuils…) ne manquent de rien. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et le personnel, toujours attentif et souriant, rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

We loved the beautiful Riad and the exceptional service. The location was perfect and we were so thankful for the airport transfer that was set up by the Riad. They helped us have extra time with a late check out. Mohammed was incredible. We appreciated the beautiful pool and AC. The whole experience made our Marrakech experience wonderful.
Cons: Maybe in Morocco beds are stiffer. But I would have liked a softer bed. But I still slept well.

Special rating for Mohamed who is working night shift, he did lot of support during our stay, making us feeling in very good hands. Room was very well decorated and air conditioning was vert efficient and needed Swimming pool is small but so comfortable seating around it and very peaceful and relaxing moment spent around it after lot of walk in the city
Cons: Only thing and it is du to the small streets in La Medina, is to find it. We arrived late, 1 am, and we didn’t have roaming on our phone. Taxi can’t drive up to the hotel and we had difficulties du find it. Lovely people around the shops opened at that time helped us to find it. Looks like the Riad are the best hotel if you want to stay in the old town but be ready with two alternatives, have roaming or ask your taxi driver to walk with you. Lo que más me gustó es el trato del personal que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta al lado de la plaza y las instalaciones son muy bonitas y acogedoras es como estar en un pequeño paraíso. Lo staff è molto disponibile, la posizione è perfetta seppur bisogna fare circa 150 metri di vicoletti dalla strada principale. Servizio di transfer dall’aeroporto al Riad perfetto, il personale si fa trovare all’arrivo ed all’arrivo ti accompagna al Riad a piedi portandoti i bagagli. Colazione alla carta secondo le aspettative.
Cons: Per certi versi non rispecchia ciò che un cliente si aspetta da un 5 stelle, la nostra camera era sprovvista di televisore e di frigo bar. Bagno dotato di shampoo e bagnoschiuma eccellenti, accappatoi ed esciugamani. Le ciabatte le ho dovute chiedere, welcome kit da 5 stelle assente (spazzolini, kit rasatura ecc). Aria condizionata rumorosa ma funzionante. Insomma…. Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più da un 5 stelle.

Un très beau Riad ( ou plutôt 2 riads reliés) décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est superbe, la terrasse spacieuse avec plusieurs transats et le jacuzzi très agréable. Le restaurant est situé sur la terrasse et on y mange très très bien ( d’habitude je me méfie un peu des restos des riads mais là c’était délicieux et à un prix très très correct). Mon plus grand coup de cœur va au personnel qui s’est montré plus qu’attentionné! Aussi bien au restaurant ( on nous a fourni un délicieux repas alors que les cuisines fermaient), qu’à la réception ( le veilleur de nuit m’a accompagné à 4h du matin pour que j’emmène mes enfants à un taxi…). Cet établissement est extrêmement bien situé tout près de la place, des souks et du quartier Mouassine!
Cons: Juste une petite remarque: alors que les serviettes du rooftop et de la piscine sont neuves, celles des chambres et les peignoirs sont un peu vieillissants… mais ce n’est bien évidemment qu’un détail…

We had a wonderful stay at this riad in the Medina. The staff is absolutely adorable and truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you arrive. Our room was amazing: very spacious, spotless, with a large bathroom and a great shower, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast on the rooftop every morning. The atmosphere was incredible and it was the perfect way to start the day. Honestly, we couldn’t find any negative points. A fantastic experience overall, highly recommended!

Die Lage ist einmalig, man ist direkt in der Medina und kann alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es ist eine Ruheoase, auch wenn man manchmal in der Nacht die "Müllabfuhr" hört. Diese wird in den engen Gassen mit Handwagen durchgeführt. Das Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert und ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind ganz wunderbar für dieses sehr alte Haus und bestechen durch ihre Größe und den Komfort. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit bei der Organisation diverser Ausflüge oder Stadtführungen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Pool in einem der Innenhöfe.
Cons: Wir fanden den Preis für den Hammam etwas übertrieben, das bekommt man in der Stadt sicher viel günstiger. Menschen die körperlich eingeschränkt sind, sollten dieses Riad nicht buchen. Es gibt in den alten Gemäuern natürlich keinen Lift und man muss immer Stufen rauf oder runter ;-).

Soggiorno davvero magnifico! Lo staff è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile, sempre con il sorriso e attento a ogni esigenza, dal primo all’ultimo giorno. Il riad è curato nei minimi dettagli e trasmette tutta la magia di Marrakech. Inoltre la posizione è eccezionale, perfetta per visitare la città e vivere l’atmosfera della Medina. Un’esperienza che consiglio assolutamente!
Cons: La nostra stanza era sicuramente molto bella e lo staff si è dimostrato sempre cordiale e disponibile, ma nel complesso la struttura non rispecchia del tutto le foto mostrate online. Alcuni ambienti risultano piuttosto vecchi e datati, soprattutto la zona piscina, che purtroppo non era realmente usufruibile come ci aspettavamo. L’accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale compensano in parte questi aspetti, però consiglio di non aspettarsi esattamente ciò che si vede nelle immagini pubblicate.

Ubicación top, muy cerca de la Plaza principal y, por tanto, del Zoco. Aunque hay que atravesar alguna calle con no muy buena pinta pero la verdad que ningún peligro. El personal excepcional. El Desayuno genial. Y la habitacion nuestra, la de arriba del todo, espaciosa y con todos los servicios necesarios, y el colchón de la cama buenísimo.
Cons: Por decir algo, el tema de cojines, alfombra, sofá, …, de la habitación, yo le daría un repasillo más a fondo, pero vaya, que no es algo que haya condicionado nuestra estancia ni que haga desmerecer en nada a este Riad.

Super tranquilo e silencioso, quartos lindos e espaçosos , decoração com excelente gosto, pequeno almoço fantástico, e staff 5 estrelas. As fotos são mesmo como a realidade, o hotel está muito bem cuidado e todo o staff é super atencioso para que tenhamos a melhor experiência possível. No había agua caliente en la habitación, la solución que nos ofrecieron fue ir a otra habitación tres plantas más abajo (sin ascensor) para ducharnos y luego volver a la nuestra. El parking no existe.

Toute l’équipe est très aimable,serviable et toujours disponible,mention spéciale à Ftah et Hanan avec qui nous avons beaucoup rit !! Je crois qu’Hanan se rappellera de nous :) Ils savent vous mettre à l’aise on est très bien reçu. Nous conseillons ce Riad à notre entourage et nous reviendrons certainement pour un prochain séjour.

Goede communicatie, prima locatie, vriendelijk personeel en zeker Mohamed met zijn constante glimlach en bereidheid om te helpen met wat dan ook. De prestige kamer was ruim, prima badkamer. Gebruik gemaakt van de traditionele hamam en massage. Was een aangename ervaring na een dag golfen. Verrassend hoe groot de Riad is; een zwembad en hamam zijn dus ook aanwezig in de compact ogende Riad.
Cons: Het hoofdkussen was erg hard en dik. Het zou fijn zijn om een zachter alternatief te kunnen gebruiken. Persoonlijk vond ik het bed ook aan de harde kant. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd op het dak en dit is uitbesteed aan een andere firma. Het leek alsof het personeel daar wat gestrest was. Ontbijt zelf was prima.

The staff were generally friendly (especially one man who was more proficient in English and very nice but I didn’t see so much of him) and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The rooms were generally clean (although there was dust on the floor of the wardrobe in my first room). It was also well located in a quiet street but not too far from the souks of the medina.
Cons: There were a few small niggles (my room was serviced but no towel provided and just one pillow - both there things were sorted when I asked - and I was asked to change room on my first morning after I’d already unpacked the night before which was a bit of a pain but these things weren’t a big deal). The thing that prevents full marks was breakfast- if you don’t have dietary requirements then you’ll get a whole array of pastries and cakes which looked great. However I’m vegan and I chose this Riad specifically because I was told it would be no problem when I booked weeks in advance (I’d cancelled a different booking because they couldn’t cater for me). I was told there would be vegan Moroccan pancakes, avocado and plant milk. However the first morning I just got a bowl of salad leaves whilst everyone else enjoyed their feasts. I asked for baked tomatoes which they rustled up. Later I asked about the pancakes and so they next day (and day after) I had that with baked tomatoes again. I asked if quinoa or beans would be possible (as they were on the menu in other dishes) but was told that ‘was only for lunch or dinner’. This seemed lazy when they obviously had them and they’re not expensive ingredients- and my breakfast was clearly cheaper and more basic than everyone else so a few beans or quinoa shouldn’t have been off limits (especially as this is a more expensive Riad and I pay the same as all other guests but got a lot less breakfast for it). And despite asking the avocado never came. I asked for something different on my last day so got potatoes instead of pancake with my baked tomatoes which was fine but ultimately it was all a bit disappointing and I felt a bit of an afterthought compared to all the other guests who had big and varied breakfasts. If they can be a little more attentive to all guests (or at least not promise what they can’t deliver) then they’ll score more highly.

Cons: Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo riad è stata estremamente negativa. Nonostante il fascino della struttura, il comfort è stato inesistente a causa di gravi mancanze tecniche e di manutenzione: • Climatizzazione e Clima: L'aria condizionata in camera non funzionava. Di conseguenza, la stanza era gelida e perennemente umida, rendendo impossibile il riposo. • Problemi Idraulici: La doccia era praticamente inutilizzabile poiché l'acqua non scaricava, allagando tutto in pochi minuti. • Comfort del Letto: Le lenzuola erano troppo corte per il letto (un dettaglio inaccettabile) e non adatte a coprirsi adeguatamente, il che ha peggiorato la sensazione di freddo durante la notte. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura finché non verranno effettuati i necessari lavori di manutenzione. Un riad dovrebbe essere un'oasi di relax, non una prova di sopravvivenza.

Tutto! Il personale è magico! Un ringraziamento speciale a Mohammed che ci ha accompagnati al ritrovo del taxi per l’aeroporto alle 3 del mattino, e ci ha anche portato la colazione in camera alle 3 am prima della partenza. Lo staff del Riad è a dir poco eccezionale! La colazione fantastica, hai 4 opzioni da poter scegliere, tutte con uova/omelette e dei dolci, the caffè e succhi. La piscina è coperta e riscaldata e aperta fino alle 23, ed è proprio una coccola dopo aver trascorso la giornata a camminare. Il riad si trova a 200m dalla piazza, tutto è raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi in poco tempo. Se torneremo a Marrakech soggiorneremo sicuramente di nuovo qui! Grazie mille per la meravigliosa vacanza che ci avete fatto passare ♥️

Het was geweldig. Wij hadden problemen betreft het geld wisselen. Dit hadden we aangegeven bij het personeel. Die namen dit meteen mee en hebben ons geholpen het te wisselen. Verder hadden ze een taxi geregeld voor ons en was de kamer en het ontbijt top. Je had keuze uit 4 verschillende menu's. Daarnaast was het perfect gelegen in de stad en kon je alles heel gemakkelijk bewandelen. Je was overal binnen 5/10 minuten lopen. Ik zou deze Riad zeker aanraden en ook nog eens terug gaan!
Cons: De prijs van de Hammhamm vond ik heel erg prijzig vandaar dat wij deze niet hebben gedaan. Deze kan je wel heel gemakkelijk op een andere plek doen en deze is daar dan ook vaak goedkoper!

We hadden via de riad een taxi geboekt voor de transfer van de luchthaven. We werden afgezet aan het begin van de straat omdat het van daaruit autovrij was, de mensen van de riad stonden ons al op te wachten om onze bagage naar het verblijf te brengen. Because we had to leave very early in the morning, while it was still dark, he personally took us to the pickup location and waited to make sure we got into the correct driver’s car. That felt incredibly reassuring. After returning a few days later, I booked this riad again for our final night because we were so satisfied with our first stay. The riad is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast is fantastic with several options. We chose the Moroccan breakfast and it was excellent. They also arranged a taxi for our return to the airport and walked us to the taxi, which was really appreciated. As a mother traveling with a teenager, I felt safe and well looked after here, and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to other families.

Doručak je bio izvrstan - izbor između kontinentalnog, američkog, marokanskog i francuskog. Objekt je u srcu Medine tako da je do glavnog trga par minurta hoda. Riad je organizirao taxi za dolazak i odlazak, a mislim da nas je na odlasku pratio vlasnik osobno. Sve je uredno i čisto.

Le stanze sono tutte piacevolmente curate e caratteristiche. Di sera e mattina in gennaio fa freddo ma non preoccupatevi perché le stanze hanno il condizionatore in versione aria calda. Guests from the restaurant were leaning against the room door to get by, as it was the only way to reach the restaurant due to the cramped layout. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with tea and shown to our room and the riad itself is very beautiful. When the room felt cold, Mohammed from the night shift fixed it immediately and he also promptly arranged a change of sheets when we requested it. The service on departure was exceptional: the hotel organised an early airport transfer at 5:30 am, prepared breakfast for us to eat in the room before departing and Mohammed personally brought it to our room and walked us to the transfer which was a 2 minutes walk from the Riad carrying all our luggage.

Winter stay for a couple of days. Staff were amazing, very helpful and on all hours of the day to attend to your needs. I stayed in thier standard room, which was comfy and spacious compared to other riads. Room was picture perfect and clean. Heating and aircon in the room. Ample wardrobe space. Clean and well presented bathroom. 4 different themed breakfasts to choose from every morning, all really nice and well presented. Spa was clean though I didn't actually use this. I did dip my feet into the pool and it was warm.
Cons: Access to riad is through a very narrow street, only accessible on foot. But don't let this put you off. I would still go again. My only other negative was that there was no bidet in the bathroom.

Cons: Trop cher pour le lieu. Confusion dans les équipes du riad. Mauvaise organisation. Le riad fait aussi SPA avec massage, et nous avons senti que nous avions pas été prioritaire par rapport aux visiteurs exterieurs. Comme ils souhaitent faire un maximum d'argent ils surbook leur spa et finalement ne peuvent pas honorer leur rdv. Bref, c'est l'argent avant le client.

Cons: Dans cette gamme de prix, un lit en 140 est anachronique tout comme la paroi de douche au mastic abîmé en bas. La salle à manger près de la piscine est meublée comme une cantine alors qu’autour c’est superbe. Le bruit des discussions en pleine nuit,…après avoir vraiment vécu 10 jours à la marocaine, trouver ce professionnalisme impersonnel est dommage

Nous avons très apprécié notre séjour au Riad. Ce dernier est très bien placé au coeur de la Médina. Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous avons aimé prendre les petits-déjeuners, le repas du soir mais aussi un petit thé avec les pâtisseries marocaines sur le rooftop, cela est très agréable.
Cons: Le soin point négatif se retrouve dans la literie. Nous avons malheureusement très mal dormi car le lit était très dur. Le lendemain matin, après chaque réveil, nous avions très mal au dos.

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et servi en terrasse avec une sublime vue La terrasse en Rooftop avec la piscine et le jacuzzi est vraiment un plus Le personnel est super agréable et à l’écoute La chambre était grande avec beaucoup de rangement L’emplacement, parfait à deux, pas de la Koutoubia et de ses jardins et 5 min de la place jemaa El Fna Nous avons également mangé un soir au Riad, et nous avons vraiment très bien mangé, tout était raffiné et délicieux et tout fait maison
Cons: Le Riad se situe dans des petites ruelles ou le Taxis ne vous dépose pas, il faut faire le chemin à pied Le soir nous sommes dans allées dans un restaurant à côté du Riad et nous avons été accompagné par une personne de l’hôtel pour notre sécurité. Même si Marrakech est très très Sécur. Nous étions deux jeunes filles donc ils ont préféré nous accompagner et venir nous chercher après le restaurant, et nous avons trouvé que c’était très bien de leur part. Nous reviendrons.

This road is in an excellent location and has great staff especially Fethia who has worked there for years and is an absolute star! Samad is a new addition since my last visit and is also full of energy. He made my nephew who I took to Marrakech for his birthday feel very special. I would visit again for the location and staff alone.
Cons: The rooms in the courtyard opposite the front door need freshening up and the evening would benefit from some entertainment and a more varied dinner menu.

Le personnel tres accueillant, souriant, bienveillant et discret.. La propreté du lieu. Un petit déjeuner nous a été préparé très tôt le matin avant notre excursion 👌. Le petit dej tres copieux et très bon. Si vous prenez la navette aéroport ils viennent vous chercher à l'entrée de la médina car la navette ne peut rentrer dans les ruelles. Proche de la place Jemaa. Merci particulièrement à Fath qui a été aux petits soins tout au long du séjour et pour sa gentillesse. Nous avons tellement adoré que nous a réservé une nouvelle nuit au retour du désert. La literie est confortable.

Mohamed c’est super bien occupé de nous, je le remercie infiniment la piscine très reposante et rafraîchissant sur le Rooftop, le Jacuzzi, vu sur la Koutoubia et parfait le plus de cet endroit et son personnel qui est adorable. Air-conditioning had high pitched noise, 3-4kHz at ~40dB, should be fixed Room different than on pictures No coffee maker, no kettle, no TV, no toiletries. All of these were listed and not there. Rip-off prices for 1.5L bottled water for room:: 40 MAD, higher than in any restaurant. On street, it costs 7 MAD. Disappointing breakfast, small fixed portions, slow service, possibly undercooked (I got sick/diarrhea after breakfast, possibly the omelette). Not all items on the menu are actually served, soup wasn't, this wasn't indicated. Orange juice is so sweet, it likely contains extra sugar.

Que dire sur ce Riad, à part... Whaou ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant et aux petits soins du début à la fin. La chambre était magnifique, décorée avec goût, et le lit vraiment très confortable — parfait pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie. Et que dire du petit-déjeuner… un pur délice ! Copieux, varié, et servi avec beaucoup d’attention. L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna, tout en étant au calme. Je vous recommande ce Riad les yeux fermés, une véritable pépite !

Du début a la fin ce Riad est exceptionnel, nous venons souvent au Maroc: Il est bien placé, rénové avec goût, le personnel est ultra agréable et aux petits soins, les tarifs sont plus que correct, l'ensemble du personnel que ce soit du propriétaire, au responsable, jusqu'aux masseuses, femmes de chambres, serveurs ont tous rendus notre séjour parfait!! Les cocktails sont extra, la nourriture au restaurant, que dire des petits déjeuners en roof top inclus tous les jours avec la petite musique douce du matin...Nous reviendrons c'est certains et avec beaucoup d'amis, nous voyageons souvent a une petite quinzaine. Sa disposition est a 5min de la place Jamal El Fna ce qui parfait. Je voyage souvent, je suis local guide sur google et je ne peux que tirer mon chapeau, un excellent 10/10. Cons: Ein kleiner Kührschrank im Zimmer (zb. für kaltes Wasser) wäre noch schön gewesen. Auch über ein Bier auf der Dachterrasse hätte ich mich gefreut (kein Alkoholausschank in diesem Hotel). Dafür gibt es aber keinen Abzug; ich würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

Het traditionele en authentieke van een Riad is leuk om te ervaren. Zelf zou ik een volgende keer toch voor een hotel met zwembad kiezen, want echt lekker zonnebaden met een klein bubbelbad, vonden wij toch minder. We hebben er uiteraard zelf voor gekozen, dus dit heeft natuurlijk niks met de kwaliteit van de Riad te maken, maar met onze keuze. Het personeel en dan met name 1 man die er voor mijn gevoel altijd was (alsof hij een tweeling broer had). Hij was , of bij het ontbijt of bij de receptie, of hij bracht ons naar de taxi en hielp ons met de koffer, of hij was er bij het avondeten, deze man (met snor) sprong er echt bovenuit qua vriendelijkheid (altijd een lach op zijn gezicht) ik weet alleen niet hoe hij heet. De man verdient echt een pluim. Wat een gastvrijheid. Ze regelen het allemaal echt wel goed voor je, je kan ze alles vragen en ze vinden het geen moeite om het te doen. Ze zijn echt gastvrij.
Cons: Geen buiten zitje vanaf de kamer en weinig of geen ramen naar buiten. Wij hadden gelukkig wel een raam, maar de kamers zijn echt in de Riad ingebouwd. Ik hou zelf wel van een beetje buitenlucht en licht. Maar dit zal bij alle Riads zo zijn. Het restaurant was oké, maar het water was overpriced. €4 voor een fles water, terwijl de straat uitlopen een fles €0,60 kost, dat vind ik dan echt wel jammer. De clubsandwich was overheerlijk (wel van het kids menu :-). De Hammam en massage kan ik niet over oordelen omdat we deze niet hebben gedaan, reden, ook weer overpriced. Over een aantal jaren is Marrakech te duur, vind het nu overal al best duur voor Marokkaanse begrippen en dat wordt alleen maar meer. Ze zijn ook buiten de Medina heel veel luxe hotels aan het bouwen, dat wordt straks 1 groot vakantie-oord en zal Marrakech zijn charme misschien wel verliezen.

Estuvimos alojados 4 días en família este mes de junio. El Riad Al Rimal es acogedor, bonito y bien ubicado, los niños disfrutaron mucho de la piscina y el jacuzzi. El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa, los desayunos buenos y abundantes, un lugar muy recomendable, para repertir, Gracias por todo!

Cons: We vonden dat water in het zwembad en de jacuzzi er niet heel schoon uitzagen. We misten snacks op het menu, toen we smiddags op het dakterras in het zonnetje lagen hadden we iets kleins (en zouts) willen eten maar die optie hadden ze niet. Wat we apart vonden was dat ze sochtends wel de handdoeken kwamen ophalen maar nieuwe neerleggen en de kamer schoonmaken kwam pas eind van de middag waardoor we soms als we begin van de middag even terug waren in de kamer zonder handdoeken zaten.

Versteckt, aber doch sehr zentral gelegen. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, ein kleiner Kühlschrank hätte das Zimmer perfekt gemacht.
Cons: Die Dachterrasse müsste mal wieder renoviert und die Möbel erneuert werden. Man könnte hier sehr viel mehr draus machen. Der kleine Pool im Innenhof ist sehr schön, aber es gibt nur zwei Liegen und eine Sitzecke. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker, aber der Preis für das 3-Gang-Menü zu teuer. Eigentlich hatte ich ein Packet mit Hammam und Dinner gebucht (wurde mir bei der Ankunft so offeriert), wobei weder Hammam noch Abendessen dadurch günstiger wurden. Für die 3 Gänge habe ich genauso 50€ bezahlt wie mein Mann. Hammam wurde mit 100€ berechnet, was ich als zu teuer empfinde, obwohl die Prozedur an sich gut war. Wir hatten den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen gebucht und mussten diesen beim Check-out in bar bezahlen, was uns niemand vorher gesagt hatte. Zudem wurde beim Check-out eine Rechnung für das Hammam gestellt und eine für die Gastronomie, so viel zum Thema „Packet“.

Na 2 weken rondtrekken in Marokko was dit de ultieme stop. We hebben nergens een goede matras of kussen gehad en bij Riad El Rimal was het bed FANTASTISCH. Zeer mooie kamer en badkamer. Je kan kiezen voor het ontbijt tussen 3 opties. Zeer goede wifi overal in het gebouw. Ze beschikken over een giga dakterras met jaccuzi en ligbedjes. Het zwembad zit onderin het gebouw, hier komt minder zon op. Deze accomodatie ligt veel dicht bij het bekende Djemaa el Fna (5min wandelen).
Cons: Het enige minpuntje was dat er geen doucheraam/gordijn was en dat je andere gasten/personeel hard hoort in de gangen.

Fantastic location close to the main markets. Pool / spa was great. Small but great for the kids to play around in. Spa / massage was also fantastic. Breakfast was THE BEST I've ever had for an included breakfast. Blew my mind at how much you got, the quality - everything was fabulous.
Cons: Room sizes were quite small. Not enough space for luggage. No where to really dry your clothes / swimmers after a swim as everyting was so tight.

Een prachtige Riad midden in de medina. We hadden een fijne familiekamer. Er waren overal kleine zitjes en een dakterras waar je goed kan zonnen, afkoelen in het bubbelbad en wat kan eten of drinken. Het eten van chef Hassan is extreem lekker!! Dus ga vooral ‘s avonds in het Riad zelf dineren. Het restaurant is nog startend dus nu nog rustig. Ook aan de kinderen wordt gedacht op de kaart. Samen met de chef een kookcursus gedaan. Een super ervaring met een enorm kundige en vooral aardige chef. Samen met mijn dochter van 8 een Hammam gedaan. Er werd zoveel rekening met haar gehouden. Maar al het personeel is super lief en behulpzaam! Dit maakt het verblijf nog beter. We zouden hier zeker weten terugkomen.

Cons: Firstly; The overly commercial attitude of the management. Upon arrival, even before seeing our room or anything we got this obliged salestalk about extra activities we could book for high prices. You feel like a bag of money instead of a guest. Secondly ; When we did want to book an excursion to ourika it was needlessly expensive . After bargaining a bit we booked the tour at the riad. Considering the excursion was on our checkout day we asked of the driver could drop us off at our next hotel. Which was located on the route to the destination of the tour. It was literally 2 minutes off the main road we had to take. The riad wanted to charge us 60 euro for this 2 minute detour. This is insane. They pretended it was 35 minutes driving but we drove right past it both ways to ourika.. And last; the WiFi is bad and hardly works in the rooms. The signal should be the best at reception but it works on and off so doing anything online takes very long. The management blames this on a “technical problem” but I’m guessing this is pretty permanent.

A beautiful property in a fantastic location. The place was quiet. The staff were very willing to help. A breakfast tray before we left and someone to walk us to/from the riad was especially nice. We paid a lot more than we usually spend on a hotel room so we could try a riad. My friend called directly and was offered a significantly cheaper price. I was disappointed because we specifically booked this Riad because of the jacuzzi and unfortunately the water was cold, so was the pool. The shower in the room had significant mold and the little things like an extra charge for a cup of coffee and no deviation from the set breakfast menu was surprising. No tv in the room but not an issue for us. Excursion were expensive compared to booking.com.

Unglaublich guter Service, besonders an der Rezeption - vielen DANK dafür. Die Bilder bei Booking stimmen nicht immer mit der Buchung der Zimmer überein, was es dann etwas kompliziert machen kann. Trotzdem komme ich gern wieder, war bereits auch mehrmals dort. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man erreicht alles zu Fuß und der Taxistand ist nah.

Every single one of the people that worked there were exceptional, warm, welcoming and assisting. Beautiful riad in a quiet environment, still right in the middle of the city. Short walking distance and surprisingly easy to learn your way about!

This is a super nice Riad with exceptional staff. The property is well maintained, in a very good location, the breakfast options are very nice and there is a rooftop restaurant. The staff can help you book tours and arrange airport pickup/drop off. We had them arrange a private 2 night tour to Sahara. Got a great private van and English speaking driver/guide.

Tout était parfait : La propreté des lieux et le confort de la literie, la piscine (idéale à la fin de la journée, surtout avec les enfants), les petits-déjeuners incroyables, la localisation (proche de la place, et à 4 minutes à pied d’une des sorties de la médina, donc les taxis et navettes pour excursions peuvent venir nous chercher facilement), Et surtout, l’accueil et la bienveillance de l’équipe, toujours aux petits soins pour nous.
Cons: Si je devais dire quelque chose : Il manquait un peu d’espace pour les rangements dans notre chambre (ajouter 1 porte serviette ou 1 chaise et/ou quelques étagères en plus dans la penderie serait idéal). Ce n’est qu’un détail, mais à 4 (2 adultes / 2 enfants), on peut vite se sentir à l’étroit dans une chambre d’hôtel.

Il n'y a vraiment rien de négatif que du positif..Tout d'abord le personnel particulièrement Mohamed à l'accueil et sa sympathie, Fad pour son sourire, karim et tous les autres...L'emplacement est idyllique à 400 de le place Jemaa el Fna et 500 de la Koutoubia dans la médina..Les déjeuners sont excellent avec leurs jus d'orange frais pressé excellent..Nous avons dîner 2 fois..Très bien...Le riad est magnifique... Nous reviendront.
Cons: Malheureusement le riad étant situé à côté d'une mosquée ils ne servent pas d'alcool comme beaucoup d'endroit dans la Médina..mais si vous souhaitez en.achetez à l'extérieur il est possible d'en ramener ( il y a juste une procédure à faire avec l'hôtel ( donc finalement ce n'a pas été un problème et du coup bien moins cher que dans les restaurants. ..

Everything about the property was excellent, clean, pool was larger than most riads and the hot tub was great. The location was excellent, less than 5min walk to Jem El Fnaa and the same for pick up points for excursions.
Cons: Reading previous reviews, was expected, but the breakfast was bland and the same everyday. The only variety or change was watermelon some days and melon on other days. English wasn’t great with the staff but good enough to have a comfortable stay.

The Riad itself was lovely, we stayed in the executive suite, the sunken bathtub was a lovely touch. The pool was great for 1 family at a time. Beautiful and clean. Marble floors so care needed with kids. Maid/cleaning Staff ,were helpful, if you asked for things they would provide (extra breakfast items, hot water for tea etc.) rooms were beautiful and cleaned daily. Lovely Stay and would go again. Spa is great too, clean but the hamam was a bit rushed! Massage was excellent and fully worth it!
Cons: I was disappointed that no free water bottles were provided daily-like other riads-only on the first day. I did get a little cross especially as we were there for 8 nights; yes we can buy water but it’s a minor thing to offer guests. No kettle for Brits who like a morning cuppa. But, the friendly staff provided hot water and cups when we asked so that’s a plus. Breakfast options were on some days a bit scarce , but again if you ask they will restock.

L'an dernier j'avais trouvé , et commente ,que le petit déjeuner ,n'était pas à la hauteur de ce Riad...et je dois dire, que cela, a bien changé . Désormais, nous avons droit à un petit déjeuner de belle qualité , un choix de petit déjeuner, continental, Francais, marocain..et surtout, cela se passe ,a présent ,au niveau de la terrasse , dans un endroit très cosy, décoré avec goût . La piscine à l'étage inférieur est toujours aussi agréable , ainsi que le jacuzzi , sur le solarium de la terrasse. Confort de la chambre Hivernage , très appréciable, très bonne literie . Fath ,Mohamed et Hassan ,je crois , ont été parfaits!
Cons: Il reste quelques imperfections, ou plutôt des choix d'équipements pas très heureux. Par exemple, le miroir de la salle de bain, dans la chambre Hivernage, n'a rien de marocain, cela dénote un peu.La robinetterie de la douche ,situé sur la terrasse , est également inadaptée alors que la douche est très jolie ,en briquette . Je trouve qu'il manque un choix de boissons, propose ,pour la terrasse, quand on se détend au jacuzzi ou juste quand on prend le soleil,on peut avoir envie d'un cocktail ... Juste un détail du petit déjeuner,des confitures dans les minis pots " Bonne maman", c'est pas top. Bien mieux dans un joli petit contenant en céramique ou autre.

Super séjour dans ce Riad joliment décoré, bien situé et très propre. Accueil très chaleureux de toute l’équipe aux petits soins. Nous garderons un super souvenir de Ayman qui est un vrai rayon de soleil et qui nous a très bien conseillés.

L'emplacement, une chambre très spacieuse avec un patio privé ....une belle terrasse avec spa,super agréable.la gentillesse du personnel.
Cons: Le petit déjeuner.....pas la peine de mettre des crêpes si elles ne sont pas fraîches ,on aurait dit de la gaufrette,tellement bon quand c'est frais ,de plus une dame en fait a deux min du riad ! Pour un établissement comme celui ci, il faut que le petit dej ,soit parfait ! D'autre part, je trouve moyen que le personnel servent de leur téléphone ....devant les clients au petit déjeuner.... Pas très pro

Cons: having reserved dinner - not knowing ahead of time - the riad served no wine. it was a celebration evening and we arrived at 6 pm. the solution was a tok tok ride to a supermarket to make purchases.

Excellent location, near one of the city gates and only minutes away fom the Jemaa square and souks. The decor of the hotel is very pretty, and the rooms are spacious with plenty cupboard space. The bed was OK, and I appreciate having both a hard and soft pillow. The rooftop terrace was very nice with comfy beds and fresh towels, however without functioning jaccuzi or even staff coming to check to get a drink from. The staff was however very friendly and did their utmost best to take away any concerns. I blame any concerns I have on poor management/ownership, not the day-2-day staff. The rooftop restaurant opened on the day we left, the menu looked promising.
Cons: The hotel is in an old building which may explain some issues, but when I read reviews of 2 years ago about the shower temperature dangerously swapping between hot and cold then I expect it to be resolved by now, but it was still that way, and also with a low water pressure. Perhaps the two are related. Get this fixed! It's dangerous, especially when travelling with kids. The shower also had mould on the walls. The safety box in the room is only big enough for passport & keys and won't fit a laptop or iPad. Please expect noise from both inside the Riad as well as the alleys around the Riad, I didn't mind but some people are light sleepers. Big disappointments was the empty jacuzzi on the rooftop, that we were promised on day one that it would be fixed the next day, but overhearing the staff speak with other guests on other days we learnt that this is a false promise they tell everyone as really they have no idea when it will get fixed. Then there's the indoor pool which is unfortunately ice cold and we saw nobody use it. The breakfast experience was not good and not bad, there's 4 set menus to choose from and you won't be hungry if you take all that comes with it, but they have a hard time understanding if you want to skip something, or swap something out because it may not be what you like, we tried both in French and English, but on multiple days got wrong or incomplete orders. I would rather have a breakfast buffet to avoid the language issues and just eat what I think looks tasty. Finally my reservation was in Euros but we had to may in Dirham at the Riad's exchange rate, 3% above market, so if that bothers you then bring Euros.

Great location, close to the medina and the sightseeing spots. Very stylish and nice Riad, everything was clean. The staff is soo friendly and helpful -really everybody!! A super tasty breakfast is served at the rooftop, which is a beautiful start into the day! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back :-)

Cons: no sound proof at all. you hear everything in the room and outside. cold indoor pool and jacuzzi only medium warm. no hangers in the room. had to put out cloths on our own bags. very hard bed. no door to toilet. no tv. no refrigerator. no extra water. I don’t think the owners ever slept in the beds as they are terrible hard. it looks good but functional is bad

Cons: it is a challenge to find the place first time but after you just memorise the directions ,lots of stairs and no tea or coffee maker or fridge but I guess this is how most Riad are .

Really helpful and polite staff. We asked for mint tea quite late and they brought it our room even though the kitchen was closed. We got upgraded to a bigger suite due to some plumbing issues in our room which was really nice. It’s very close to Jemaa El Fnaa. The breakfast doesn’t have too much variety but we asked for eggs so they made us fresh omelette which was nice.

Оч красивый и стильный отель, прекрасный дизайн, всё новое и хорошего качества., располагает эстетическому комфорту, на крыше уютная веранда и джакузи, днём на солнце оч приятно погреться и отдохнуть. Обслуживание отличное, доброжелательное и готовы решить любую просьбу. Оч признательна прекрасной девушке менеджеру на ресепшене за предоставленный более комфортный и просторный номер, чем был забукирован ранее. Месторасположение удобное, но не сразу это понимаешь, по началу кажется запутанным, но потом быстро начинаешь ориентироваться, недалеко от основных достопримечательностей, рядом находятся много дизайнерских и интересных магазинчиков, а также стильные ресторанчики с верхней верандой и отличным видом.
Cons: Немного скудноват завтрак.

Clean, helpful staff even if we had a language barrier, comfortable stay, quiet so no issues sleeping. They came to collect us from our taxi pickup point otherwise it’s so hard to find.
