Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Ein Riad mit Charme und netter Dachterrasse. Die Lage war zwar etwas abseits der Souks aber für uns ideal, da man in der Nähe des Riads mit dem Auto abgeholt werden kann und man bei Ausflügen und Transfer nicht so weit zum Treffpunkt laufen muss.
Cons: Die Toilette ist offen im Schlafzimmer, man muss sich , falls man zu zweit reist sehr gut kennen um das zu wollen. Ich hatte das Zimmer für mich alleine dadurch war es ok.

It's difficult to describe in just a few words the wonderful, warm, and friendly atmosphere at Riad Moullaoud. The riad is located in the old town, a short walk from the main square. You can stroll through the city to discover the flavors of Marrakesh and learn about the customs of the people living there. After hot days spent outdoors, we returned to a cozy, always clean room with air conditioning. The peace and quiet were wonderful after the sounds of the pulsating heart of the Medina. The staff was always helpful in every situation, while giving us space for our own privacy. We loved breakfasts on the comfortable seats and chatting with the people working there. The terrace provided shelter from the sun and music to our ears as the calls to prayer rang from the mosques. We could also cool off in the traditional Riad pool. Special thanks to MIDI (sorry if I spelled his name wrong), who treated us like his own family. He greeted us with a smile and ensured our comfort. We would love to have friends like him all over the world. Finally, we'd like to say that there are places and people you especially remember on your journey through the unknown. And this place is definitely one of them.

I stayed at the Riad with my daughter for five nights. The location is perfect, close to the souks and to explore Marrakech. Our taxi drive pointed us in the right direction and we found it easily, a couple of minutes walk from where we were dropped off. The room was amazing, clean and great value for money. Outside the Riad it is noisy and busy, when you enter the Riad it is peaceful and tranquil. The staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. There is nothing not to like about Riad Moullaoud, I would highly recommend it.

L endroit est magnifique, quelle beauté cachée derrière cette porte en bois dans une ruelle typique du Maroc. La chambre très comfortable et très bien décorée, sur le toit la terrasse et une petite piscine, ambiance très agréable le soir venu avec cette petite brise . Un p’tit bijou vraiment abordable et que dire du déjeuné super copieux. Certain que si on revient au Maroc nous repasserons par ici. À ne pas oublier aussi , la gentillesse et l accueil chaleureux du personnel, des personnes très serviables et attentionnées. Un séjour réussi à Marrakech, merci à toute l équipe du Riad.

From the moment we arrived, our stay at Riad Moullaoud was absolutely perfect. I visited with my mum on a mother-and-daughter trip, and it couldn’t have been a better place to stay. The riad itself is stunning – beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and full of character. With multiple peaceful pools, gorgeous courtyards, and beautifully decorated rooms. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible hospitality. Every member of staff made us feel so welcome from the very beginning, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thank you to Hicham, Mohamed, Rachid, and Mehdi, who went above and beyond to make our stay so special. They were warm, attentive, genuinely kind, and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. Their level of care is something you don’t come across often, and it made such a difference to our experience. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore Marrakech while still feeling like a peaceful retreat whenever we returned. We left with wonderful memories and are already talking about coming back. If you’re looking for authentic Moroccan charm, exceptional service and beautiful surroundings, I couldn’t recommend Riad Moullaoud more highly. The staff really shone at this Riad, Rachid and everyone else could not have been more accommodating. It's also very well located just 15 minutes walk from the main square, medina and Kasbah. There is a road nearby where taxis can pick up and drop off which is very convenient because not everywhere is accessible by car. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the plunge pool was perfect for cooling down in. One of the best welcomes I've had in 20 years coming to Morocco, a really great team of people.

Me and my best friend stayed here for 5 days and were pleased with our stay. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and welcoming, always making sure we’re okay and got back safe, smiles all around, never felt more at home with a team of staff, they were superb. The riad was beautiful, 3 pools, many sunbed options and lots of beautiful plants on the rooftop. It was very clean and calm around the riad which was lovely as the outside street is overwhelming with traffic and locals which you couldn’t hear at all once stepping through the riad door, complete silence. All floors are beautiful decorated, the rooftop pool was clean and a nice temperature. The room itself was very cool, slightly difficult if you’re not staying with a partner as it’s all open plan so hard to have privacy when showering (all the rooms are different that was just our experience). Aircon was amazing, only downsides of the room itself were the mirrors as hard to do makeup, the mattress was very hard and the room had no windows but that’s understandable as riads are very closed in within the medina. The breakfast is only small but it’s different every day, unsure what dinner was like as we didn’t eat here, the menu is good though. Poolside lunch was lovely, they matched exactly what we requested. Special mention to the absolute adorable kitties that live on the rooftop, they are super friendly and love to be pet and sit on your sunbeds with you, they are super gentle and vocal, they made us very happy when staying here, the staff also take good care of them, special shout out to Mehdi for showing us the fridge with cat snacks in it, the shop opposite the riad also sells cat food which we purchased a few times. Overall, very pleased. Thank you so much to the lovely staff team🩷

The area is the perfect balance of beautiful monuments to visit, amazing markers to wander in, delicious restaurants to visit. Breakfasts in the morning were amazing. Mohammed took time to show us the most recommended places to visit when we arrived, we followed his tips and had the most amazing trip. Couldn’t recommend enough :)

Lovely Moroccan breakfast, which was very filling was served by lovely smiling staff members and nothing was too much bother even down to a tray of mint tea every night to our bedroom after all our exploring.

J’ai passé un super séjour dans ce Riad. Le personnel et l’accueil de Mohammed et du reste du staff est impeccable. La chambre est charmante et très propre, la décoration du Riad est unique et la nourriture et bonne. Je recommence!

The Riad was beautiful. Loved the spaces, different levels and balconies and places to sit and relax. The staff were friendly and efficient. The Riad was very clean. Breakfast was great. Our room was quirky and great and we loved it. Nice space. Good ventilation and ability to open shuters to slow more light in if required.

The room at the very top was not very comfortable because it was very small, and the fact that it was made mostly of glass felt a bit awkward and lacking privacy. The breakfast was decent. Overall, there was a slight sense of disorganization, but the staff were extremely helpful. They really helped me when I had a problem, and I’m very grateful for that.

Beware. It is a beautiful hotel with lovely staff, however we got a little henna on our sheets and were charged 50 euros for bed sheets !! Bed sheets don't cost 50 euros in any country but I'm honest so I paid. Just beware they can and will invent any cost whatsoever if you have any issues. We stayed in riad roxanne and riad persephone afterwards where we were treated like family.

If you do not like enclosed spaces ask for a room with light upstairs….. be prepared for lots of stairs. J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et je ne peux que recommander. L’accueil y est extrêmement chaleureux, le personnel est aux petits soins, attentif à chaque détail. À chaque fois qu’on bouge, ils sont là pour répondre à nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment copieux.On se sent comme dans un spa avec les odeurs agréables diffusées, un véritable cocon, presque comme une famille. The staff were super friendly, always around if we needed anything and very helpful throughout. The room was clean, and tidied every day, and the air con worked well which made a big difference. There’s also a lovely roof terrace which was a great place to relax, have a drink and play cards. Location is perfect, right in the heart of the medina so everything is easy to get to.
Cons: Very small downsides were that the bathroom isn’t very private and the shower pressure was a bit weak, notwithstanding we would absolutely stay here again should we return to Marrakech.

L'équipe a été formidable et toujours disponible : Merci à Rachid, Mohammed, Mehdi et Icham. Le Riad au coeur de la Médina à 14 minutes de la place Jemaa El Fnaa et vous pouvez découvrir tous les souks entre les deux. Je vous recommande de faire un Hammam et un massage lors de votre venue au Riad, le Hammam est individuelle ce qui est super quand vous ne voulez pas partager cet instant de plaisir avec d'autres. Le Riad est bien entretenu et des travaux d'améliorations et de rénovation sont réalisés avec beaucoup de goût pour garder l'esprit authentique du lieu.

Avant de parler du Riad, parlons du personnel qui est exceptionnel ! Que de la bienveillance et de la gentillesse ! Donc merci à vous tous pour tout ça ! 😍😍😍. Nous revenons en octobre, hâte de tous vous revoir ! Le Riad est joli et bien situé. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont top! On se sent comme chez nous.
Cons: Maintenant je m'adresse au propriétaire qui a choisi de faire des travaux sur sa partie privée durant ce séjour.... Pas top pour ses clients qui viennent se reposer et oublier le stress du quotidien... Par ailleurs, quelques travaux de réfection sur le reste du Riad me semblerait indispensables. Venus il y a 4 ans, nous avons constaté un vieillissement de celui-ci et regrettons la disparition du spa/jacuzzi qui apparaît encore sur les photos de booking... Enfin, je tiens tout de même à vous remercier pour le geste commercial suite à cette mésaventure. Nous sommes ravis de revenir en octobre.

What really makes this riad unforgettable is the staff. Rachid, Hicham, Mehdi, and Mohamed are some of the kindest, most attentive, and genuinely caring people we have met. They are always smiling, always available, and constantly ready to help with anything you might need. No request feels like too much for them, and they truly go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and at ease throughout your stay. Their hospitality made the experience feel personal rather than just professional. The rooms are cleaned daily and maintained to a very high standard, and the traditional Moroccan decor adds so much charm and character to the whole place, making the stay even more memorable. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food was delicious every day, with a nice variety that kept each meal interesting and enjoyable. People often say that staying in a riad is the best way to experience Moroccan culture, and while that is true, I would go one step further and specifically recommend Riad Moullaoud. It is not just the place itself, but the incredible people who work there that make it truly unforgettable.

The hotel is extremely well located, just 2 minutes walk from the Medina and a few nice restaurants located very close to the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Rachid and Muhammad. The room was cleaned everyday, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, brought to us by a smiling Midi every morning, a selection of beautiful Moroccan breads and pancakes with fresh fruit, honey, yogurt, jam and chocolate spread, orange juice and coffee. Die Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr hübsch.
Cons: Das Zimmer war muffig. Das Bad hat keine Tür. Das Bett ist zu klein für zwei Erwachsene. Alles ist sehr hellhörig (man hört jeden Schritt, jedes Wort, jedes Husten von anderen Gästen oder dem Personal, das direkt vor unserer Zimmertür abends Fußball guckend rauchte und Tee trank). Abendessen war eindimensional um überteuert.

Cons: Fomos no Ramadão, e os quartos no rooftop estavam muito expostos ao som das orações nocturnas. O isolamento acústico e térmico nestes quartos pode ser um aspecto a melhorar. Os quartos interiores não tinham este problema.

Een prachtige riad met een heerlijke sfeer! Super mooi en authentiek ingericht. Iedere kamer en iedere hoek was anders en mooi! De ligging is perfect midden in de Medina. Heel aardig personeel die alles voor je willen doen en advies willen geven. Mehdi, Rachid en Hicham hebben ons verblijf heel aangenaam gemaakt. Ook de dames van de schoonmaak zijn super vriendelijk.

Todo, la ubicación es extraordinaria, sientes que estás viviendo en Marrakech, es auténtico, cuando llegas parece que estás en una calle normal y de repente, entras en un sitio maravilloso, todo precioso, todo muy limpio, el desayuno súper completo, estaba riquísimo todo lo que te ponían , no te quedas con hambre y vas con ganas a desayunar todas las mañanas !!! Un día nos dejaron Además,el trato del personal es buenísimo, Mehdi fue extraordinario, nos ayudó con todo, muy atento, Mehdi nos hizo sentirnos en casa, siempre con una sonrisa, muy atento y amable con nosotros!!! Sin duda, lo recomendaría una y otra vez, la estancia ha sido extraordinaria. Si vuelvo, será aquí, sin dudarlo. De verdad que lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Nous avons passé 4 jours fabuleux. Le Riad est très beau et confortable. Vous résidez dans un hébergement à la fois authentique, confortable et très bien placé à 2 pas du souk et de l'accès à la place Jemaa el-Fna. Le personnel est d'une incroyable gentillesse et prendra un soin quasi-familier de vous. Je recommande sans aucune réserve.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce Riad, le personnel est vraiment au top, ils sont au petit soin, à l’écoute des clients et offrent de très bon conseils en ce qui concerne notre séjour( excursions, explications pour se déplacer dans la médina et les alentours, etc…) sans oublier le petit déjeuner complet, copieux et très bon, sur la terrasse, qui permet de bien débuter la journée. L’emplacement du Riad est tout simplement top, car il est possible de quasiment tout faire à pied. Nous remercions particulièrement Rachid et Hicham qui se sont très bien occupé de nous tout au long de notre séjour ainsi que l’ensemble de l’équipe du Riad qui étaient au top Nous recommandons ce Riad et manquerait pas d’y retourner pour nos futurs séjour sur Marrakech.

Quartier qui craint, climatisation dans la première chambre moisie et bruyante, chambres bruyantes ++ et chaleur obligé d’allumer la Clim. Cuisine du soir pas faites sur le moment donc réchauffée probablement. Cher pour manger activités et excursions hors de prix, anciennes photos qui ne reflètent pas l’établissement. Gérant incompréhensif et soin du client pas respecté. Même le gérant nous a dit que c’était des anciennes photos. Terrasse envahi d’abeille difficile d’y petit déjeuner. Peu d’espace pour se détendre voir pas du tout.. et j’en passe..

The best place I have even been in my life. A true home like experience with the comfort and details of a good hotel. The Riad experience is truly amazing if you want something different from the hotels. I stayed in another Riad in Marrakesh however this one was my favourite. The decor, the service the attention to detail and the close interaction with staff was amazing without being intrusive and respecting privacy and preferences. A big thank you to Rashid and Hicham. Lovely Hamman and massage with 2 amazing ladies. Lovely breakfast lovely kitchen and housekeeping ladies. Big thank you to them all. Would recommend for a couple or adult experience in the heart of the city in the medina where it is located.

Très beau Riad avec un personnel discret très à l'écoute. L'emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter les différents musées, palais à pied. A moins de 5 minutes se trouvent de très beaux et bons restaurants comme le trou au mur, le slimana (plus moderne), le dar Tazi. A 30m vous pourrez prendre un taxi pour des escapades plus lointaines comme Majorelle etc. Le riad est calme, les petits déjeuners sont servis à table mais restent copieux. (Jus d'orange frais, yaourt maison, pain, crêpes...). Ne pas hésiter à demander des omelettes qui ne sont pas forcément proposées directement. Riad propre et lit confortable si on aime les sommiers durs. Pour ma part, ma chambre était en terrasse donc petites fenêtres mais était très petite. Grand lit mais douche très très petites et ouverte sur la chambre tout comme le wc. Si vous êtes 2 attention c'est pas top. Et si vous n'avez pas le sommeil profond vous entendrez certainement les prières lointaines du matin. Les chambres plus spacieuses sont magnifiques. Vous pourrez également réserver des soins avant le hammam. (On ne peux pas juste y aller comme ça pour un moment de détente). Je recommande donc ce Riad et merci à tout le personnel.

Hotel was gorgeous inside. Furnishings and decorations absolutely beautiful. Room was cleaned every day. We enjoyed breakfasts at the rooftop terrace. Staff are very helpful. We had a meal on our first night and the food was exceptional. Close to the main square. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Voor Ayoub en Mehdi was niets teveel om te helpen een kitten van 4 weken in leven te houden en mee te gaan naar dierenarts of in de nacht een oogje in zeil te houden. Erg klantvriendelijk. Ook rest van de staf hielp bij vragen of hielp bij vragen over excursies. locatie is verder heel gunstig gelegen t.o.v. bezienswaardigheden in de Medina. Binnen een aangename sfeer. Nous avons privatisé le riad pour un groupe de 24 personnes, c'était top, à 13 min de la place, près de tout les petits commerces utiles et pourtant au calme, les chambres sont toutes très belles et toutes différentes, le personnel est d'une gentillesse et patience, tout en étant discrète, le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est très agréable, les 3 piscines sont belles et à 22 degrés à cette époque, c'est très agréable après une journée dans les souks, le massage est à conseiller au riad, la masseuse a des doigts de fée inutile d'aller voir ailleurs, l'entrée autonome au riad était tres appréciable. Notre séjour a été exceptionnel, nous étions comme chez nous, merci à toute l'équipe , Nini et Eric et leurs 22 amis

Makes the most delicious food great personality lovely spirit. would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay again. Nice quaint rooftop where we relaxed. The only minor downside is the water does not drain well so showers tend to overflow otherwise 10 out of 10 for the stay. Central location to the Taxi stand in the middle of OLD Medina. Easy to get a taxi, tuk tuk or Porter to help with your luggage. 4 min walking to souk

As i have stated(me&the mrs were there oct 15th-22nd 2025 the hotel(although dated)was very clean,staff(rachid,hicham&midi)were superb,nothing was to much trouble. Room was small but spotless,food was superb. Be aware old marrekech is very 3rd world so outside is not what you might be use to. The outside terrace at the top of the hotel is a superb site to chill ,once the sun is up,we were out there till 8 at night as it was so nice&warm. There are 3 (very small(pools on all floors in the hotel just big enough for about 4 people to stand in and chat.
Cons: To be honest I can't really rhink of a negative,the hotel have no control of the state of the area outside or the beggars, the hotel dimoes what it says on the tin

All the staff was always helpful and smiling. Rachid at the reception and the 2 guys serving meals (sorry can't remember their names) always made sure everything was good and asked if I needed anything.Housekeeping kept my room and the property spotless and always greeted me with a big smile 😊 This Riad was exactly what a was looking for when I decided to go to Marrakech, I am not a big fan of big all inclusive resorts full of tourists so this was just perfect for me, Would stay here again !
Cons: Not a lot of poolchairs on the terrace by the roof pool but it always seemed to work out anyway. It's just when some guests occupies the same chairs everyday it gets a little irritating but that's not the Riads fault.

Conveniently located in The Medina and close enough to the souks and main square but far enough away so you can escape it and fully relax in one of the many pools although we spent our time at the pool on the roof terrace which had excellent views of the city and was peaceful. Inside the property the decor was lavish and full of Moroccan culture. This was our first time visiting Marrakesh and I wasn’t sure whether to choose a Riad or stay out of the walled city in a large hotel. Now I know I made the right choice and not only encourage new visitors to select a Riad but choose Riad Moullaoud. The personal service from both Rachid and Hicham was first class from the time we arrived to when we left by ordering and checking taxis, arranging a Hamman scrub at the Riad and many other requests. I have never received this level ever before. Their English is excellent and helped ease any anxieties I had in visiting such a cosmopolitan city. Their food was of a good standard and there was plenty of it. We had no problems for the whole stay of 5 nights. It almost felt like we were a guest in their own home.
Cons: I know you should always have balance when critiquing a service but it would be an injustice just to write something for the sake of it. We liked it all!

The hotel has a superb location inside one of the Marrkech's three medinas, that allows guest to meander through the souks and explore the old sections of Marrakech. The staff is super friendly and helpful, always ready to provide assistance with a constant smile on their faces. The rooms are compact but have all the necessary amenities. The layout of the rooms and common areas of the hotel are quirky but comfortable, topped with a wonderful rooftop terrace and dipping pool.

Nous avons passé 8 jours au Riad qui ont été sublimés par la gentillesse et l'attention de Rachid et Mehdi. 2 personnes extraordinaires et d'une bienveillance rare. Le Riad était tout simplement top, situé à 5 minutes des souks, dans un quartier vivant mais finalement très calme la nuit. Il y a également un endroit situé à 5 minutes à pieds où les guides d'excursions peuvent venir vous chercher facilement (Collège Abdelmoumen) et tout ce dont vous avez besoin à proximité. Je recommande vivement ce riad très bien situé dans la médina, avec un personnel souriant, très agréable et toujours disponible, très professionnel, je souligne également le remarquable travail des dames de ménage qui nous offrent un lieu très propre, le riad est très bien agencé, très typique, on s'y sent comme à maison ! La terrasse est magnifique, le lieu est calme et reposant. J'ai apprécié le copieux petit-déjeuner, les repas pris sur place, ainsi que les massages et le hammam. The place it’s in a good central location, the whole staff is very welcoming, kind and thoughtful. Rooms are clean and the small little pool on the terrace is a good plus especially when the weather is hot.
Cons: I would recommend a better system to allow more air circulation across the priority, since it can feel a bit stuffy. We staying for 4 nights and while the first 2 nights went well, unfortunately the rest of our stay was negatively effected from a group of guests making noises at late night on the terrace and early morning and being not considerate that there were other people around sleeping. Of course that’s not the riad’ fault, but also here would recommend to make it clear to guests that after a certain hour it’s important to keep it quiet, be considerate and respect the other guests’ stay. They are in a riad and not an hostel or club.

We felt at ease from the moment we entered the Riad and enjoyed using the small rooftop pool as well as the terrace for breakfast. Our room was beautiful with an open plan bathroom area alongside the bedroom. The Aircon was a life saver after getting in from a day exploring the souks. The Riad is well located, being a short walk to everything within Medina, allowing you to explore, and return for a cool down at your own pace. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this to others. Great value for money. Massive thanks Rachid and the team!

Cons: - J'avais filtré mes recherches et opté pour ce riad puisqu'il disposait d'un service de restauration mais malheureusement le restaurant était fermé sur les quelques jours de séjour, mais nous avons eu des adresses sur place pour nous restaurer a proximité. - la "piscine" extérieure, entretien a revoir (présence d'algues ++) - La clim se trouve au niveau du lit, cela rafraîchit le bas de la chambre, mais très chaud sur la partie haute de la chambre (où se trouvait la salle de bain) et obligée de la couper la nuit car souffle direct sur le lit - literie et oreillers plutôt durs même si cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir

Nous avions réservé dans un autre riad ou nous avons été très déçu. à notre arrivée .et nous avons par chance trouvé ce riad au centre. De la médina. Nous sommes moi et mon fils très contents bien reçu chouchoutes . Medhi et ses collègues et les femmes du massage et hammam au top ., petit déjeuner au top Par contre attention à bien vérifier les prestations du voyage desert garbay 🏜 que l'on vous promets qui n'est pas la réalité nous avons été très déçu 😞 .et nous avons annulé ai dernier moment. Sinon le riad nous le conseillons .🥰 Par contre la médina ne sortez pas seul .
Cons: L’organisateur du voyage au désert nous valait promis chameau , repas berbère coucher de soleil quand à deux pour 200 euros et à l'arrivée le jour j c'était plus ça niys avons été très déçu nous avons du annuler au dernier moment et chàger nos plans .. The Riad, was well located with a 15-20 min walk to all the Medina and Souk. The welcome was nice with mint tea...and time taken to help us locate certain things. The Riad itself was very traditional with some nice character.
Cons: The shower was quite poor, usable but could be better. The room was dark mainly because of faulty lighting that flickered on and off, main light and bedside lamp. The breakfast although ample, was a little to bread based...the offer of perhaps some scrambled eggs or omelette now and then would be better. There were snacks advertised but difficult to order unless you wish to walk down all the steps from the roof top to ground floor. A simple call bell or buzzer would have been better to order snacks and drinks. Which would in turn benefit the Riad The roof top does not have enough sunbeds and is not very well organised... All that said we did enjoy our stay these would have been items if sorted would have made the stay better.

Everything! The arrival was perfect and Ayoub was always there to help us or to answer my questions. Team is amazing as they are always there for you as well. Breakfast was lovely and the pool is also so nice. Super calm stay and room was also nice and felt very authentic. Honestly it was one of my favourite trips and this is a reason for me to come back to Morocco and definitely Riad Moullaoud! Thanks for everything once again

Habitués à la destination (c’était notre huitième séjour à Marrakech), nous avons ici vraiment apprécié la discrétion du personnel mais aussi leur engagement si besoin, la localisation à quelques minutes des premiers souks qui entourent la place, la petite piscine sur la terrasse qui nous a permis de profiter du magnifique soleil et la chambre qui était vraiment magnifique…
Cons: Si l’on est très très regardant, on pourrait juste trouver que le petit déjeuner est un peu en-dessous du reste des prestations mais attention, en restant tout à fait convenable évidemment !

Stayed here for 4 nights last week and can honestly say it was one of the best experiences ever. From initial contact to being collected from our hotel to being dropped back at the airport everything was done proficiently. The riad is within 10 mins walking of Jemaa el fna square and 3 minutes from the souks. It’s very safe to walk about and we met some lovely people on the way up and down the alleys. Our room was magnificent, the spa bath was the icing on the cake. The air on was a godsend as it was clipping 40 degrees. Hichem who was the evening Porter and breakfast man was absolutely fantastic. (The breakfasts were plentiful and varied and we enjoyed the. Very much. )He couldn’t help enough and we really enjoyed chatting with him. The pool is tiny but served us extremely well and being on the roof meant we could sun bath aswell. The suite was very clean and the ladies left us lovely decorations on the bed daily. We will definitely come back again.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au Riad Moullaoud. L’endroit est tout simplement magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, mêlant authenticité et confort. Le riad est très bien situé, en plein cœur de la médina, ce qui permet de visiter facilement les principaux sites à pied. Mention spéciale au personnel, à la fois professionnel, agréable et toujours attentif à nos besoins. Tout était parfaitement propre et bien entretenu. Un grand merci pour l’accueil chaleureux — nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Loved the riad. Its a total safe haven and quiet, relaxing atmosphere amongst all the madness of the medina outside the door. The decor is so in keeping with a traditional moroccan style Riad with pools to swim in, roof terrace and quaint seating areas throughout the home. We had a spa treatment whilst we were there, which was fabulous and well worth the money. Dont go expecting luxury. You're in the medina, but it's quaint, clean, and rustic. The best thing about our stay there was Rachid and Mihdi, they were so helpful and friendly , as were the ladies in the kitchen. Great breakfast, beautiful tagine meal when we arrived at 10pm. Our room was so beautiful with traditional moroccan features. The bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean. Will definitely stay again. Thankyou to all the staff especially Rachid for helping us as it was our 1st time in Marrakech, he is so knowledgeable and really goes out of his way to ensure the guests are comfortable even though he is always busy, he always has a smile and takes time to chat with you as does Mehdi. These guys are a credit to the Riad.
Cons: Only little suggestion would be to provide rooms with maybe a small fridge to keep drinks cool. Maybe a mini bar. Coffee machine in the rooms would be great too.

Fabulous traditional style Riad. Great location for all major attractions ie, al finaa square, souks etc. Lovely staff, great food, and beautiful surroundings. You really feel like you have stepped back in time. Rooms are beautiful , we booked the junior suite with a mezamine bathroom. Not good if you don't like steps as there are steps up to the bathroom and from the lounge , steps down to the bed. We loved it.

The Riad was a beautiful, felt really traditional and the decor was amazing but also felt like home. This was definitely also down to the amazing people that worked there - Rachid and the whole team at the riad were lovely and really made us feel welcome, there wasn’t enough they could do for us but also were so lovely to chat to. It was so clean thanks to the wonderful staff and breakfast was the favourite part of our day! The roof was stunning, whether it was to have our meals there or to relax by the pool and we couldn’t get enough of the Moroccan tea. Also LOVED the cats!! By the end of the trip we’d made best friends with one of them and were really sad to leave her!

Les carreaux de la piscine mériteraint un coup de nettoyage. Coussins des transat à laver. Les flacons utilisés pour le savon sont très fatigués.

Avoid!! This is not even a 3 star!! I’m currently staying here and the bathroom smells!! I have mobility issues and you have to walk to the riad and this wasn’t described on the site that cars don’t go there. Breakfast is a shambles, no pools and the rooftop is a shambles. I’ve contacted Love Holidays and complained to change my hotel as it’s a disgrace to say it’s 5 star when it’s a disgrace!!

The Riad was beautifully decorated and full of interesting authentic artifacts. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with very good facilities. We particularly liked the wonderful roof terrace with the refreshing dip pool which we used after our hot day trips. It was the staff that were particularly amazing, helpful and friendly. Rachid was very helpful and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed friendly chats with him. Midi and Hisham were also very friendly and we looked forward to seeing them each day. The breakfasts were fresh and we particularly enjoyed the evening meal we had there on the first night. We loved Marrakesh and the friendliness of the staff at the Riad and other locals which made our holiday. The location of the Riad was in the best bit of the Medina and close to everything. If you choose this Riad you will not be disappointed!

Tasty evening meal on the terrace to help us settle in on the first night and great breakfasts up there too - a real oasis away from the lively Medina streets . Very friendly and helpful staff led by Rachid. We arranged for the riad to send a driver to pick us up at the airport, which we would advise anyone who is visiting Marrakech for the first time to do. Un séjour parfait au Riyad Moulaoud ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Riyad Moulaoud. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et très attentionné. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant et aux petits soins pour que tout se passe au mieux. Mention spéciale à la femme de ménage, vraiment exceptionnelle : discrète, efficace et toujours avec le souci du détail. Le Riyad est idéalement situé, juste en face de la Maison de la Photographie de Marrakech. Le quartier, bien que populaire, est tout à fait sûr et authentique, ce qui permet de vivre une belle immersion dans la vie locale tout en étant proche des principaux sites de la médina. This riad was historic, gorgeous, and spotlessly clean. I was greeted by Rashid at the reception, and he provided me with excellent information and courtesy throughout my stay, including a map since I chose to stay next to the souks. I also chose to have an authentic Hammam and massage on site, which was also in a historic spa room and traditionally provided by Samira and her helper. This is a MUST DO to experience their traditional culture. Hicham hosted my delicious traditional tangine (authentically cooked by Chef Ismahan) each night on the beautiful balcony of the riad and his service was impeccable. Kind Rashida found my ID left in the room, and manager Ayoub contacted me immediately and returned it to me via DHL the same day it was found. His communication was impeccable. I was traveling in Marrakesh as a solo woman traveler thus having amenities on site was important to me in the evening. I was so pleased that I will come back again with others to show this wonderful experience of what is Marrakesh and Riad Moullaoud

Located in the heart of the Medina, Riad Moullaoud is an oasis of old world charm. The hotel oozes of character in every corner. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace is a great start to the day, and the pool and loungers offer an escape from the busy streets below. Massage and treatments are available in the hotel. I had a back and shoulder massage which left me feeling great. A set menu dinner is available each day, which is great value.

Les tajines sont exceptionnels BRAVO à la cuisinière dont nous nous souvenons malheureusement pas du prénom. Quant à Hicham et Mehdi les deux fabuleux serveurs du Riad, sont d'un professionnalisme et d'une gentillesse exceptionnels. Bravo à tous. Gentillesse du personnel qui semble cependant être sur tous les fronts et qui semble faire tourner un Riad plus proche d un groupe hôtelier que d un Riad authentique
Cons: Le rapport qualité prix n est pas bon du tout. Tout semble prévu pour faire payer le client à un prix excessif (course de taxi à 25 € minimum, bouteille d eau systématiquement payante à 2,5€, massages à 30€ minimum…) Par ailleurs l équipement semble vieillissant et manque d entretien. Nous n avons pas eu l impression d être dans un Riad mais dans un groupe hôtelier. Le personnel fait vraiment son maximum mais le système payant instauré est juste désagréable. Pas de surprise en apprenant que le propriétaire est français.

Cons: Le lieu est bruyant : les gens parlent fort le soir et ne respectent pas les autres personnes dans le Riad. Le frigo est trop bruyant, ce qui empêche de dormir correctement. Une partie de la terrasse sur le toit, avec le spa, a été supprimée sans que cela ne soit communiqué au préalable. C’est donc une grande déception : il n’y a pas assez d’espace pour se détendre sur les transats, trop de passage, et un nombre insuffisant de transats par rapport aux 13 chambres. La literie est un peu dure. Penser à renouveler les serviettes de bain vétuste , le mobilier de jardin et les transats.

Le riad Moullaoud (délicieusement parfumé) est top et le personnel aux petits soins : un GRAND MERCI donc à Rachid, Mehdi et Hicham pour leurs sourires, leurs gentillesses et leurs attentions !! Merci également à vous Mesdames pour nos jolies chambres et pour vos talents de cuisine ! The hotel was very tranquil and a great escape from the crazy city outside. Enjoyed sitting on the rooftop by the small pool. Good views from there too. Breakfast was good, staff were very helpful. Location was great, only a short walk from the main city centre attractions.

Cons: We booked one night in Riad Moullaoud for our daughter as the lovely Riad we were staying in was fully booked on the Sunday night. We paid more for the room in Riad Moullaoud. As our daughter had an early Monday morning flight back to Paris, we decided to book dinner in Riad Moullaoud for the three of us, along with a pre-paid airport transfer for our daughter. We were asked to transfer 100 euro pretty soon after arriving in the Riad. The taxi fare - 25 euro - was more than our own Riad (18 euro). My husband was explicit to the person who met us at Riad Moullaoud that it was important that our daughter was escorted to the taxi the next morning. Upon arrival at Riad Moullaoud, we were shown our daughter's room - which was considerably less nice than the room she had stayed in in the other Riad. Dinner was a joke. There was a crumpled tablecloth and a limp, pre-prepared salad, followed by a tasteless, heated up vegetarian tagine and then yoghurt. Not worth the 25 euro per person! In the other Riad, the night we arrived, we had been served a freshly cooked, delicious three course meal for 14 euro per person. Needless to say, the taxi transfer didn't happen. Our daughter ended up going out into the square with someone from Riad Moullaoud who hailed a taxi. Our daughter was worried she was going to miss her flight. At the airport, the taxi driver tried to make her pay the fare! Our daughter had to text us for the number of Riad Moullaoud for the taxi driver. Since then, we have been in Whatsapp communication with the 'manager' of Riad Moullaoud who, initially, offered to refund the 25 euro for the failed taxi transfer via ' crypto wallet USDT on TRC or if you have a friend in Marrakesh we can give him this 25 euro'. Since replying that neither of these are acceptable we have since had no further contact from Riad Moullaoud. Booking.com has told us that the Riad should refund us the 25 euro on the credit card used on the premises.

Op alle mogelijke manieren is het ons naar de zin gemaakt door het gehele team, werkelijk niets is teveel. Heerlijk gevarieerd ontbijt, strijkservice en altijd een vriendelijk gezicht. De 'Rubis' is werkelijk een prachtige kamer, schoon en een met een goed bed. Het riad ligt perfect in de Medina waardoor taxi's je bijna totaan de deur kunnen afzetten. Ideaal....vooral in de avond. Wij komen hier gegarandeerd terug!!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Risd Moullaoud. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten am Jemma-El-Fna. In der Nähe sind ein paar Tante Emma Lädchen, in denen man Kleinigkeiten besorgen kann. Wir hatten ein super bequemes Bett, eine tolle Dusche und für unser Baby stand auch alles bereit. Das Personal war super freundlich, verfügbar und absolut kinderfreundlich.
Cons: Das Frühstück war teilweise sehr süß. Wir hätten uns über mehr herzhaftes, Obst und Gemüse gefreut :). Der Pool war nicht sauber.

Les femmes qui font le ménages sont adorables. Elle vous laissent votre chambre avec une bonne odeur de fleur d'oranger. Et surtout n'allez pas dans les spa ou tout le.monde va. The riad is located right in the heart of Marrakesh. Excellent size of room, nice and tidy and very well kept property. I stayed 8 nights and cannot find a single reason not to do it again. I had dinner booked in the riad twice and it was great as well. Each member of the staff was extremely kind attentive and respectful. Literally you can't make a step without been ask is everything ok or being offered refreshing drink. Special thank you to Mehdi, Hisham, Samhan and the best housekeeper I ever had Rashida. I will be definitely back

We booked this traditional Moroccan Riad for a long weekend in Marrakech, and from start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. The Riad is full of charm and character, situated in an excellent location within walking distance to all the main attractions of the Medina. Communication from Riad Moullaoud prior to our arrival was seamless, and we opted for their airport transfer service, which made our arrival stress-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea – a lovely touch that instantly made us feel at home. The staff, especially Rashid, were exceptional. Rashid went out of his way to offer helpful advice and insider tips that truly enhanced our stay – from where to eat, what to do, how much to pay for taxis, and even where to find nearby ATMs. His hospitality and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. As you enter through the grand wooden door, a soft oud-like scent greets you, setting the tone for the Riad's beautifully curated interior. The decor is a visual delight, blending traditional Moroccan elements with a homely, relaxing ambiance. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and our room was both stylish and comfortable, featuring a spacious bed and lovely furnishings. I highly recommend dining at the Riad at least once during your stay – the food is delicious, portions are generous, and the experience feels authentic and intimate. We also enjoyed lunch there, which did not disappoint. Breakfast on the sunny rooftop was a daily highlight – simple but tasty, with a beautiful setting to start the day. The location is unbeatable – everything in the Medina is walkable. Rashid even provided us with a map to help us navigate the souks without worry. If you're looking for local spots to eat nearby, we highly recommend the rooftop restaurants Le Slimana, Ayaso (in Spice Square), Jad Jamal, and Restaurant Dar TAZI.
Cons: Ignore the negative reviews you may come across – for the price you pay, this Riad offers incredible value. Our stay was truly a pleasure from start to finish. If I had to mention anything, the rooftop and poolside areas could benefit from a refresh and a more thorough clean. Some of the seating cushions were dusty or had bird droppings, which detracted slightly from an otherwise lovely setting. Additionally, the toilet in our room had a minor issue with water running after flushing, although a second flush resolved it. That said, these small things didn’t impact our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Riad Moullaoud for an authentic and memorable Moroccan getaway.

Our room descriptions said garden view and balcony but they said that just refers to the roof garden, the first room we had had no natural light at all. Also they don't serve alcohol so if you to chill on the room terrace with a beer you have to find a,supermarket and take your own but we couldn't find a,supermarket near by that sold alcohol.

The rooftop garden is delightful and the cold plunge pool was particularly welcome (even in early March on a hot sunny day) The rooftop bedroom was perfect for me as a solo traveller. I booked an extra night in a different room which was just amazing with a huge shower area. There were three sets of stairs connecting all the areas of the Riad and it was like a treasure trove. So many beautiful areas to sit and relax with sumptuous furniture and light fittings - so typically Moroccan. The staff were extremely attentive, patient, friendly and helpful. It was a fairly straightforward walk to the main souk, with restaurants close by and a fascinating photography museum, and the stunning Madrasa Ben Youssef just around the corner - not to be missed.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. There are plenty of tables and chairs on the delightful rooftop garden but only 5 sunbeds plus a wide bench area for sunbathing -

We reserveerden een standaard kamer maar kregen een suite in plaats. Zalig groot! Rachid van de receptie, man van het ontbijt en andere personeelsleden waren enorm vriendelijk! Heel goeie ligging, net aan de rand van de souks. kamerhygiëne was top! Leuk dakterras met gratis handdoeken. De rust binnen was groot, je hoorde het personeel haast niet stappen om de stilte te bewaren.
Cons: Afwerking niet perfect maar dat heb je wel in veel hotels. Verwacht geen groot zwembad, er zijn er 2 binnen (wel wat rare ligging) en 1 op het dakterras. Kleine badjes maar wel schattig. Zouden nog een mooie opbergplaats moeten hebben voor de kussens van de ligbedden en de handdoeken.

A very comfortable and clean Riad in a great and central location. We were very well looked after by Rashid and his team and were made to feel welcome at all times. Rooms are traditional Moroccan style, quirky but very comfortable. Breakfast is simple but very fresh and delicious. The Hamman and Massage at the Riad also wonderful. Very many thanks for your hospitality!

Beautiful Riad in the centre of the old town. Room was spacious and with incredible decor. Rashid and staff were very attentive and made sure we had all we need. Both breakfast and dinner were amazing. (The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had breakfast every day, even when leaving for escursions)

My husband and I have just returned from a fabulous 5 night stay at Riad Moullaoud. Just 'wow'! This beautiful, traditional riad is a 5 minute walk from the souks, about 15-20 mins to the main square (once you know the way through Marrakech's maze of streets!). We had planned to do lots of sight-seeing but unfortunately my husband was ill so we ended up spending a lot of time at the riad. We had a junior suite. Both this and the shared areas were so beautiful, we really didn't feel like we missed out. I ate dinner in twice, both these and the breakfasts were delicious. The staff could not have been more friendly, caring and helpful. Thank you Rachid and all the team! We will be returning and may just manage a few more of the sights next time!

The hosts have been fantastic ever since the booking. They arranged the transfers to and from the airport which was great as finding your bearings is difficult for the first time you journey here. The accomodation was very spacious, lots of different areas including a roof top pool and lovely bath and shower. All of it was spotlessly clean and fresh towels provided daily. The breakfasts were delicious and authentic, just right for a day out exploring. Mostly though the friendly staff and hospitality made the experience one I'd recommend to anyone!

Mycket bra frukost som serverades varje morgon, färskt bröd, honung, yoghurt, kaffe och te med mynta. Den fantastiska personalen (inga nämnda, inga glömda) var mycket tillmötesgående och såg hela tiden till att vi fick det vi ville ha oavsett tid på dygnet. Vi rekommenderar definitivt denna Riad❤️

Cons: The place stank of cats was freezing cold and the room had a dirty tissue in the floor and some men’s clothes on the cabinet. Reception staff walked around talking loudly on the phone near our room. We were also asked to pay in cash when we arrived they did not want us to pay on a card.

This riad was the most expensive one we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Morocco, and it was the most disappointing. We checked the website ahead of time for info on where to park our rental car nearby, and no information was provided. We reached out via email to ask for information on nearby parking options. All they responded back with was there are nearby parking options. No help at all. Once we got there, they had us pay for our stay as soon as we checked in. This should've been a red flag as no other riads or accommodations we stayed at in Morocco did this. Our room was fine, except the bathroom is essentially in the bedroom. You can see the person sitting on the toilet from the bed. The shower didn't drain, so we had to stand in cold water. The shower is also right by the fire alarm, which went off early in the morning as we're trying to shower. We had to leave early the next day to go to our next destination, so the day before we confirmed with the front desk staff about an earlier breakfast. They said they could have breakfast for us at 7 am and even wrote it on our check-in papers. The next morning, no one was around. We waited until 7:30am and still no one was around. We finally left and were delayed for our road trip because of this. It was extremely disappointing, as all other riads in Morocco that we stayed at were so accommodating with breakfast times. Perhaps they just forgot? Anyways, we left a note with our whats app number for them to reach out. I also emailed them. That was 12 days ago, and no response to date. Terrible customer service. At least a quick apology would've been nice. Also, questionable security as there is no one around the riad in the evenings, night, or morning. If there was an emergency, there would be no way to contact the staff.

If you want a truly Moroccan stay, this Riad is the place to be , it's in the heart of the Medina, easy reach of the souks and the square with lots of restaurants. The Riad itself is a beautiful authentic house with artisan art. It has many little areas to sit and relax, or have a typical Moroccan breakfast. A lovely rooftop to sit and enjoy the sun or sit in the wonderful courtyard, which has a plunge pool and waterfall. Rachid and Midi, you both are the heart of this Riad , nothing was ever too much trouble for either of you, which we are thankful for. You both will always have a place in our hearts 💕.

If you want a truly Moroccan stay, this Riad in the heart of the Medina is the place to be. The Riad itself is a beautifully authentic house with artisan art, Moroccan carpets and decor and the inner courtyard with a plunge pool and waterfall. It has many little areas to sit and relax, including a beautiful roof terrace with seating and tables, where you can eat a meal, and there is also another plunge pool and sun beds. This is the perfect location for exploring the Medina Souks and the square which has many restaurants. There are also the Bahia Palace and El Badi Palace within walking distance. Each day the kitchen staff at the Riad prepared a lovely breakfast which included fresh bread and cakes, pancakes, fruit, fruit juice, yoghurt and tea/coffee; a true Moroccan breakfast. A big thank you goes to Rachid, you are the heart of this Riad. Nothing was ever too much trouble for you, even making numerous telephone calls and text messages to sort out a problem with our hot air balloon trip. Also, a big thank you to Midi who again, nothing we asked for was too much trouble. He also helped with our hot air balloon trip making telephone calls the evening before and on the morning of the trip. He also came with us to the pickup location to make sure we were at the correct location. Rachid and Midi, you are both a credit to Riad Moullaoud and we thank you all for your hospitality and the kindness that was shown from you all, we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée à Marrakech, nous avons eu des contacts avec le Riad par l'intermédiaire sur place de Rachid qui a fait en sorte que tous se passe bien durant tout notre séjour. Rachid, comme tout le personnel du riad, se sont montrés très agréables, souriants et disponibles avec un soucis que notre séjour se déroule bien. Une mention particulière pour Hicham et Mehdi qui sont "aux petits soins" pour la clientèle et à notre sens, contribuent fortement à notre ressenti ++++ sur l'ambiance du Riad. Nous recommandons les tajines qui sont servis sur place. C'était la 3eme fois que nous venions dans ce Riad et comme nous aimons à le dire "un client content est un client qui revient".

Ainsi qu'à RACHID pour nous avoir guidé lors de ces quelques jours. On oubli pas le reste du personnel qui veille au bon fonctionnement de celui-ci. Très joli RIAD typique et bien dans la médina mais en même temps pas loin d'une place ou les taxis peuvent accéder facilement. Le personnel est charmant.
Cons: Je pense que le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré pour qu'il soit authentiquement marocain. Par exemple pas du fromage en quartier "type Vache qui Rit" mais du caprin Plus de fruits les oranges sont tellement bonnes, Bref après avoir pris un petit déjeuner marocain en venant de l'aéroport à notre arrivée, celui de l'hôtel n'était pas top. Un petit bémol, des travaux dans l'hôtel (marteau piqueur, perceuse) pendant la sieste la journée c'est pas top. Dans ce cas il vaut mieux prévoir une fermeture temporaire.

The riad is very beautiful and has a true Moroccan feel to it. The location is very good - even tough you need to be careful to stay on the right streets, otherwise its easy to run into unfriendly people. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was amazing! The room was cleaned well every day. The hammam and massage treatment at the riad is absolutely fantastic! We stayed for a week and would recommend it :)

The staff have been very kind and welcoming, I loved my room on the roof. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The riad is very peaceful and massages from the spa were amazing. The food is very nice and I recommend the meat ball tagine. It’s a good location and I really enjoyed my stay

By far the most outstanding thing about Riad Moullaoud is the staff. Specifically Rachid the manager who helped us so much during our stay. We were quite high maintenance guests! Isham and Mehdi were also amazing, kindly providing us with an endless supply of tea!

Le riad est propre et splendide ! Vous entrée dans tout autre lieux ! Dépaysement assuré. La chambre est faite chaque jour. Possibilité de demander le petit déjeuner à emporter. Realmente, el riad son varios edificios juntos. Esto hace que se multipliquen los rincones, zonas de estar etc. La terraza es magnifica con un yacuzzi caliente, una pena no haberlo sabido con antelación, y una piscinita. El interior cuenta tambien con zonas de agua. La decoración esta muy cuidada y las habitaciones son fantasticas. El desayuno en la terraza, estupendo. El personal muy amable y cariñoso.
Cons: Por poner algun pero, los baños son abiertos a la habitación. No es un hotel para compartir con amigos. Pareja o individual, fantástico

Staff were very helpful and accommodating to our restricted timetable due to other events and bookings we had during our short stay. Raschid was able to arrange a full hammam and massage even outside the usual operating hours! Excellent Riad with a warren of corridors and rooftop dining.

Cons: Beau Riad , qui demande un rafraîchissement dans les coussins , les tapis , les housses des chaises longues , les coussins de chaises à l extérieur. Les petits déjeuners pourraient être diversifiés, avec les fruits secs du Maroc.

Éramos un grupo de 26 personas y nos quedamos en este precioso Riad. Cada habitación tenía su propio encanto y una decoración única, lo que lo hacía aún más especial. Queremos darle las gracias de corazón a Richard, que estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo 10 minutos caminando de la plaza, en un barrio muy tranquilo. Nos encantó.

This place is stunning and right on the edge of the Medina. I've stayed in a few places here and this is far superior to anywhere else. It's definitely five star.. fabulous building, rooms, suites. The food is gorgeous. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Rashid has been so good at helping me out. I will definitely stay here next time I come and I will definitely be coming back.

The riad is beautiful, with a perfect location right in the Medina. It offers easy access to the souks, yet is just outside the chaos, and is also conveniently accessible by car. A special shout-out to Rachid, who was aways incredibly helpful and made our stay even more amazing. Also, thanks to the staff member (I believe his name was Midi) for always being lovely and friendly.
Cons: The hot and cold water in our shower wasn't working properly, making it difficult to use. The staff was informed and said they will look into repairing it.

Riad Moullaoud is an extremely beautiful place to stay located in the heart of the Medina.. once inside the building it a peaceful haven and you soon forget about the busy streets of Marrakech. Rachid and his team were so friendly, caring and went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after well during my stay here, the room was very clean and well maintained. For my time in Marrakech this was a perfect place to stay and I will definitely return to this beautiful Riad! Thanks everyone for an amazing stay!

The room is clean and the staff rashid is very welcoming. The hospitality of this riad bring wonderful experience for us. The massage is average. Otherwise, everything is good. I can recommend this riad to my friends.
Cons: The massage is average. I have to request boil water to the receptionist, sometimes the receptionist is not around. If there is boiler, it would be very convenient.

Endroit vraiment génial ! Après une journée très fatiguante pour nous, nous sommes arrivés sur la place devant le riad sans voir la porte avec l'affiche du nom du riad .... Nous avons donc appelé le riad pour qu'ils puissent nous aider, Rachid est directement venu à notre rencontre pour nous aider et nous accueillir de ce magnifique riad. Un avre de paix ! Rachid nous a rassuré, accueilli, tout expliqué ect... Alors qu'il aurait dû finir 2h avant ... Il a même refusé qu'on lui paye ses heures supplémentaires. Un énorme merci à Rachid qui est une personne extrêmement gentille ! Pour le riad, le petit déjeuner se déguste sur le rooftop très agréable, tout le personnel est très gentil, les chambres sont refaites dans la journée donc quand vous rentrez de votre journée votre chambre est impeccable, les serviettes sont neuves, le lit est fait. Nous avons même laissé des affaires de valeurs sans penser que la chambre serait refaite et absolument rien n'avait bougé. Vous pouvez même réaliser un super massage avec la masseuse qui vient à votre rencontre au petit déjeuner si vous voulez prendre rdv. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!

The junior suite had an exquisite luxury layout, with a second-level bathroom and sunken bedroom. The construction of both the room and the riad were distinctively unique, the various floors a puzzle-like wonder to navigate. The property felt private and often surreal in a pleasant way.
Cons: It was clear the riad had seen better days. It often felt unattended, if not ghostly. There were waterfall fountains in the courtyards that were mostly turned off; these and the pools on the balcony could use some care. Many of the courtyard areas inside the riad were used for storage, with cleaning supplies and old decor stored on the loungers and chairs. The receptionist asked us to rate the hotel 10/10.

The property was beautiful and well kept, The rooftop was the highlight as it had a pool, hot tub and a brilliant view of the city. The staff were incredible, especially Rachid who helped me and my partner with everything we needed and more. Breakfast is also very nice on the rooftop. My room in particular had 2 levels and a spa bath which really elevated our stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to go back.

We can't recommend this place highly enough. Beautiful Riad and the perfect sanctuary right in the middle of the craziness of the medina. Aside from the pools and the roof terrace, the best thing about it was the staff. Rachid and the team couldn't have been more kind and helpful to us throughout our visit. We will miss this place and will certainly be back! Thank you guys!

The riad itself is beautifully authentic and charming! 10-15 min walking distance from the souks . Our room was tastefully decorated and very cozy. Not forgetting the friendly and helpful staff !

Overall layout of the Riad and the large spacious roof terrace areas. Nothing was ever a problem for the courteous and friendly team lead by Rashid, who made you feel so welcome. Location is ideal for exploring the Souks and wider area. Sumptuous breakfasts on the roof terrace added to the relaxing stay. Plunge pools on the roof top garden are an added bonus.

Nous avons séjourné dans un ryad typiquement marocain, une véritable immersion dans la culture locale. Le personnel était aux petits soins, toujours aimable et souriant. L’hygiène était impeccable, et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité tout au long de notre séjour. Le ryad est idéalement situé, à seulement 5 minutes à pied des souks. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis avec un délicieux thé à la menthe, suivi d’une présentation des lieux à découvrir dans les environs. Rachid, le réceptionniste, a fait preuve d’un professionnalisme exemplaire. Toujours souriant et disponible, il a été bien plus qu’un simple réceptionniste, presque un ami durant notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour une expérience authentique et inoubliable.

This Riad was a pure oasis. Very close(2min walk) to a well known drop off/pick up point in Marrakech, and the staff could not do enough to make you feel comfortable and at home. Each and every member of staff is friendly, warm-hearted and welcoming. Breakfast was beautiful, and the decor colourfully and tastefully done. Thank you to all!

I loved the pools and how on point the staff was. They were incredibly helpful. I even had an issue where I left a sentimental item behind and they took the time to mail it to me. The location, facility, and staff is excellent for the price. I’d 109/ stay here again

Nos encantó el atendimiento del personal, un 10!! La última noche nuestro vuelo salía a las 5 de la mañana y nos prepararon el desayuno para que nos lo lleváramos...nos acompañaron a un restaurante que teníamos reserva y no sabíamos muy bien cómo llegar ...el servicio de maravilla. Las camas muy cómodas, el desayuno super rico y completo. Muchas gracias a todos el equipo de este Riad!!
Cons: Me gustó todo. Solo hay que tener precaución x la noche para volver después de las 21,00 porq hay puertas principales del zoco que cierran y entonces puede ser complicado volver al Riad, pero esto puede pasar el cualquier otro Rías q esté dentro de la medina.

It’s a 10 minute stroll through really interesting streets with stalls and restaurants to the main square. Would definitely come back and stay here!!
