Lovely hosts and a beautiful comfortable space. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, very clean rooms and lovely decor. I booked a massage too and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever received.

The staff were exceptional. A special mention to Leila who ensured we had a taxi to the airport when ours didn’t show.

La beauté du riad : Dès l'entrée,le patio est très beau avec de beaux palmiers qui plantent le décor.Il y a un étage et plusieurs terrasses.Une piscine se trouve au rez de chaussée et un jacuzzi en terrasse.Ma( grande )chambre était au premier étage avait de magnifiques portes en bois de cèdre gravées pour la fermer.Le plafond était en bois peint avec un lustre typique, un grand lit confortable et une jolie salle de bain avec un dressing complétaient le décor,le tout parsemés de pétales de roses 😁. J'ai beaucoup apprécié aussi la gentillesse et la réactivité des employées de maison ainsi que du gardien. On peut noter aussi que le riad est propre et que le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse est bon. De plus,le riad est dans une rue calme. Enfin,les produits de douche et le savon sont de qualité et sentent bons.

We were greeted by staff who gave us a tour of the property, making us feel very welcome. The riad is absolutely beautiful with many traditional Moroccan features like mosaic tile, hand-painted shutters and art. Our room was very comfortable and had nice amenities, including a kettle to make tea and coffee, a comfortable double bed and great reading lights. The public spaces are also comfortable and inviting, especially the roof deck where we enjoyed breakfast. The location of the riad, close to the palace and also inside the medina, was very convenient and only a short walk to the taxi stand.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! Das Riad ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und wurde uns auf der Dachterrasse serviert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

This is a beautiful Riad in a fantastic location - great to walk all around the Medina. Facilities - pool great to cool down after sightseeing, lots of lovely patio areas to relax in. Room - beautiful, nice and cool with fantastic AC, very comfy bed! Activities - the cookery experience was amazing (we accompanied staff to souks to buy ingrediants and learnt lots from the cook and then got to eat the delicious food we had made afterwards!) highly recommend booking this! We also had a lovely spa experience - very relaxing, skin felt so soft after. Overall fantastic time at the Riad El Grably - staff are helpful and informative. Nothing too much trouble no matter what time of day! Staying in this Riad really made our trip special!! Highly recommend!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Zimmer. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Das Riad ist generell sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Dachterasse mit Whirlpool und einigen Liegen, waren super zum entspannen. Zum frühstücken konnte man sich aussuchen, ob man auf der Dachterasse oder unten im schönen Hof essen möchte. Ein wirklich riesengroßes Lob geht an die Mitarbeiter im Riad. Wir wurden extrem herzlich von Hanan & Mohamed empfangen. Danke Hanan für den „service“ am Tag des check outs… danke für dein Verständnis. Auch der Rest der Mitarbeiter, war extrem freundlich und höflich. Die Lage war auch super. Man hatte in der nähe den Zugang zum Taxi, was natürlich in der Medina nicht selbstverständlich ist! Geldautomaten, Restaurants und alles was man braucht ist in 2-3 min erreichbar. Von mir, eine absolute Empfehlung

This is a lovely riad located a few minutes walk away from the Bahia Palace. It has a lovely decor and is a real quiet retreat from the hectic medina outside. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the atmosphere both inside and up on the rooftop where there are areas to sit and even a jacuzzi! Our room was really spacious and comfortable, the beds great. The shower was big and had plenty of hot water. Hanane was very welcoming when we arrived, giving us a map and lots of useful information. She even let us book the hammam and massages last minute, which we enjoyed, especially the massage. Didn't get to have a proper breakfast as we had to leave at 6am for the airport, but the staff kindly gave us a quick coffee and cake before taking us to our taxi. A nice stay!

I had a brilliant stay here. When I arrived, I was sat down and given mint tea while Hamame provided me with a map and talked me through all the areas of interest. She gave me plenty of tips for a great, safe trip and someone was always on hand if I needed anything. I really appreciated this as a solo traveller, as the medina can be a bit overwhelming when you first arrive! The riad is beautiful, furnished well, and spotlessly clean, with absolutely lovely rooms and a peaceful roof terrace. If I had more time there, I would have been happy to spend a relaxing day at the riad doing nothing. Delicious breakfasts set me up for the day, and all the places I wanted to go were within walking distance. It’s just a few minutes from all the hustle and bustle, but the riad itself is tucked away quietly. I will visit Marrakech again, and when I do I would definitely stay here for a second time.

Cons: On arrival to the area at night I was a little nervous as the alleys were quite narrow and dark with no one around. People trying to carry bags and show the way but all wanted stupid amounts of money.

Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff, and tasty breakfast. The room was beautiful and spacious.
Cons: There were low beams in our room eg the toilet door, and my 6ft partner banged his head (loud crack!) a few times on it. Also, despite having booked well over 12 hours in advance as requested, we were rushed to have our jacuzzi slot earlier and finish earlier so another group could use it, which also seemed unhygienic. It was also not hot, just warm, and the jets didn't work.

Pretty and spotless in a perfect location. Beautiful views from sunrise to sunset. Most significantly, the staff were absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome in Marrakech. They taught us where to eat, how to haggle, what things should cost, and even took us on their motorcycle to purchase train tickets! We absolutely would stay here again and highly recommend this for your next stay in Marrakech. Thank you for everything!! :)

We stayed 1night then went on overnight trip to Zagreb before returning for 2 nights. We were given choice of rooms and were able to leave luggage in room as they were not booked out. Staff very helpful calling to confirm tour pick up, providing early breakfast and walking us to pick up to ensure we met our tour. Great location.

Fabulous stay at El Grably to end our 3rd trip to Marrakech. Authentic Riad tucked away from the Medina madness. The best bed I have ever slept in, superb location in walking distance of everything, rooftop hot tub and views of the mountains. Also the best breakfast we had this trip. Would definitely recommend and will be back again.

Riad Dar El Grably is located in a surprisingly quiet alley in the old Medina. It is a few twists and turns away from the noise and bustle of the main streets, but feels like a different and more gentle world. This also means that the place can be very hard to find first time, so I can only advise getting the airport/bus station transfer offered. Even then you have to walk a few 100m's with a person from the hotel through the narrow streets. The Riad is old and quiet with a Hammam, pool and roof terrasse. The staff is lovely and very helpful and Francoise the manager speaks good English and is wonderful for explaining the area and arranging tours. Our room (we got a choice of two rooms, and chose the warmest (interior) as it was very cold) was quite small, but cosy enough. However, towels and robes could do with a renewal, it was all really threadbare.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Pool a bit small and cold. Hot tub was not hot and jets didnt work. Breakfast the same every day. A Ittle variety would be better. Difficult to find the first time without a guide. They overcharged us. From the small parkinglot , it shouldnt cost more than 10 dirhams to have someone walk you there. Good location to see the medina and quiet.
