Cons: Hotel nie był przygotowany na nasza rezerwację (podróżowaliśmy z dwójką dzieci) i byłoby ok, zdarza się, gdyby pani w recepcji łamanym angielskim nie próbowała nam wmówić, że taką rezerwację zrobiliśmy. Jak już się dogadaliśmy, przyszło dwóch panów do tego pokoju przygotować dostawki, ale rzucili tylko kołdry i nikt nie przygotował poszew przez 4 dni pobytu. Co gorsza pozostawili obrzydliwy smród ze stóp, musieliśmy wietrzyć pokój. Nasz jeden pokój był z wyjściem na basen, bo było super, ale nie przewidzieliśmy, że krzesła dla naszego pokoju będą non stop obsiadane przez gości baru, głowie głośnych Rosjan. Brak prywatności. Bardzo żałuję, że dopłaciłam za ten pokój z wyjściem na basen, bo musieliśmy cały czas mieć zasłonięte zasłony, ciągle ktoś zaglądał. A i ważne, kaucja płatna tylko gotówką, niby napisane w regulaminie, ale jak ktoś co kilka dni zmienia hotel i lokalizację, to może wypaść z głowy. Jest cennik w pokoju za wszytko, nawet za pobrudzenie ręcznika, łyżeczki i szklanki.

It's feels very comfortable, relaxed, and personable at this resort. The room is tidied everyday and towels and linen replaced as needed. The staff are very warm and helpful, especially the restaurant and bar staff.
Cons: The only issue is the smell that often rises from the drains. This is a fairly common issue in all of the areas I've stayed in Phuket. It could also be useful to have a shuttle to and from the beach more regularly when you know you'll be doing a lot of walking anyway.

The breakfast was ok. The pool area was a bit small but it was nice and relaxing.
Cons: I didnt like that the staff didnt know English that well which made communication difficult. It was also quite annoying that we only got one room key when we were 3 people, and the staff said they didn’t have more when we saw the big pile of room cards on the desk. You could not make any new bookings in the reception since everything goes through booking.com. They were also short on provision for the rooms, for example extra pillows or blankets. The shower in our room always got clogged. I had to try to unclogg it two times which was very Nasty.

Cons: Минусы: грязные номера, пол ужасно грязный, постельное постиранное но с пятнами неприятное, кровать скрепит, персонал ходит по коридору туда сюда все утро и разговаривает в полный голос из за этого не получается выспаться. Залог 3000 бат, о котором не где не указано, да и было бы за что залог брать, состояние мебели в номере на троечку. Кондиционер еле дышит и очень шумный и мало холодит, ещё и дует ровно на головы. За 3354 бата за сутки считаю дорого за такое.

Cons: Changed towels were dirty, third bed was feeling like sleeping on a rock (really hard), air conditioner was too powerful, it was really cold sleeping when it was at the lowest speed mode (we needed to have it on because without it, it was really hot to sleep) but besides everything we liked that the hotel is very close to the beach

Location is good. Rooms are spacious. This is realistically a low budget hotel and make sure you bring cash for a deposit for the room because they refuse to take card payments and will force you to walk in the dark at 1 AM to get out 3000THB

Cons: I do not recommend this hotel, because they charge money for things that should already be included in their service. I accidentally stained a towel with a body scrub — it was slightly yellow, so the towel had some yellow spots. They were supposed to wash it and provide it to the next guests, but instead they said the towel was “damaged,” refused to wash it, and charged me for it. No hotel I have ever stayed at has done anything like this. Hotels are obligated to send used towels and linens to laundry service, regardless of whether they were stained with coffee, tea, or body scrub. I even offered to wash the towel myself, but they refused and still charged me extra. I strongly advise people not to stay at this hotel, because they try to make money off their guests in every possible way. They also charged another guest 500 baht just because he wasn’t listed in the Booking reservation. I find this completely unacceptable — a hotel must handle laundry for guests, that is their responsibility.

Bastava semplicemente che cancellassero la notte sbagliata, per essere corretti e onesti verso l'ospite. Cons: Found cigarettes on floor in room when checked jn (have a 7 month old and 2 year old so not ideal-thankfully we found them 1st) Weren't given the option of breakfast and we asked both days/nights and were told we could order from the menu instead from 6.30am but both mornings told we couldn't. Staff couldn't make the coffees on offer on the menu. Found a white packet of powder in pool (not hotels fault I'm sure it will be a guest but didn't make me feel safe with kids)

What started out to be a good stay quickly deteriorated. -Some staff friendly. -Chances you will have to use translator is high in the resort as english is not great. - Walls very thin, can hear everything. - My children and I ate at the restaurant because it was raining. Food was alright. - We were given a notice about a pest termination during our stay. -Beds were not comfortable and the facilities barely flushed. In the early morning hours of our last night, we had a rat running around in our room. I got my children up and out on the patio while my husband went to the front desk to have them remove it from our room. They did not seem suprised at all. The rat had escaped under a hole that was in the bathroom, under the sink. Must have been how it got in. I also informed this site and they tried to help with a partial refund and the hotel denied it. I love to travel and stay in many places, not picky at all, but this was not a good stay for my family.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Do not stay here. Some staff are welcoming and friendly, others don’t even greet or smile at you. The beds are disgustingly uncomfortable - you will not sleep.. on the off chance you do sleep, staff think it’s appropriate to ring your door bell multiple times in the middle of the night to get you to sign a bill which could have waited until the morning. They will not provide an extra key to allow power on while you are out of the room. Booked for 3 nights; ended up leaving after one.

Convenient location - if you like Karon (we don't anymore). Every day cleaning in the room. I really liked seeing how the cleaner wipes the windows in the room with a curtain. One key - not very convenient for a family, but even at three o'clock in the morning the staff goes to open the door to your room if necessary.
Cons: Hotel restaurant, check the bill there. They often make mistakes there that are not in favor of the customers. The massage at the hotel is disgusting and if you paid for an hour, be prepared for the session to end in 45-50 minutes. Four people from our company did it and it never lasted more than 50 minutes.

We arrived early as we had an early flight. No early check in option which was fine, we were told we could use the facilities but they were unable to provide any towels until check in which I found a little odd, we would have spent money at the bar and ordered food here if we were able to get a couple of towels. There are not many sunbeds to use, ideally more needed, and more shade (umberllas) around the pool. Staff were OK, not as hospitable as other hotels we have stayed at in Thailand. Beds comfy, ideal for a family in the suites.

The property was well located of the main road. It was clean although Thai clean is different to UK. The air conditioning was excellent as to was the shower. The pool was lovely and refreshing after a day on the beach
Cons: We were never tempted to try the restaurant food. Magnificent restaurants near by. The beds at the pool were very limited and uncomfortable. Three draws and 4 hangers nowhere near enough. I didn’t like the fact of a 3000 bahts approx £70 deposit being refunded at the end of your stay. A credit card facility should be available to cover this

Cons: The bathroom smelled like sewage and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. After just two turns you could find yourself on the floor. The mosquitos were just unbearable and, obviously, no one sprays against insects in the hotel. That is not a 4-star hotel, as they claim, by any meaningful measure!

Location was alright, right next to a small night market. However down side is thar Kiron village apparently doesn't have sidewalks, beside the main street next to the beach. Hotel is decent but nothing to write home about.

Cons: The infrastructure is TERRIBLE in the property. There is no way to get lukewarm water in the bathroom- its either hot or cold. The beds are spring and very uncomfortable. On top of that, the phone in our room was broken 4 out of the 5 days there. Overall a very bad experience. Do not book unless you want below par experience for premium price

Cons: There were 4 of us travelling and staying in one room. Room looked bigger in photos. We initially asked for 2 keys and were denied. We asked again and explained there’s 4 of us in the room. After having a slight discussion, they agreed to give us another key with 200B deposit. Room wasn’t super clean.

Et flott hotell med flotte store rom. Betjeningen kan svært lite engelsk og antar at alle gjester er russiske og bruker Google translate fra thai til russisk uansett hva man spør om. De er tydelig preget av uvennlige gjester, så det tar litt tid før de mykner opp. God mat på hotellet. Noe bråkete basseng. Sengene på hotellet er et mareritt. Dette har aldri tidligere vært en utfordring, men vi valgte å bytte hotell grunnet ekstremt harde senger.

The property itself is decent and the location is slightly away from the main street. It is quiet at night and I could barely hear the noise in the next room. The noise from the pool also was barely noticeable from the third floor. The food at the hotel is terrible! Absolutely terrible! I had one very bland breakfast one morning and a watery Thai curry on a different evening. The staff, although very smiley, doesn't speak English so asking anything other than check-in? and check out? is not possible. I didn't get any information about where to go or what to see while in Phuket which seems like a normal check-in procedure. (One lady at reception does speak English quite well.) The hotel is near the temple which has a market in Tuesday and Friday. You get what you pay for with this place. It's not terrible but also not fabulous. My room and bathroom were clean-ish but you can see that the details were missing, for example, there was a massive handprint on the wall atop the mirror. Hard to reach, hard to see, but it was there.

Sängarna är som att ligga på golvet. Det saknas hiss. Frukosten är ett skämt. Dåligt med varmvatten och vattentryck. Ibland blir man skållad men för det mesta finns det inte varmvatten. Funktionen på A/C var tveksam, det blev svalt men fläkten stannade aldrig och dessutom blåser den rätt på sängen. Annars är hotellet fint, allt är rent och fräscht. Poolen och baren är fina. Bästa behållningen är ändå personalen som är mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga.

When we arrived to the resort we were greeted with juices. The receptionist was very kind and helped us out with all the queries. The rooms and facilities were fantastic. Cleanliness was not an issue. When taking a shower the places did tent to get wet due to the open shower plan, which ment that the whole place was wet. They also served an all halal breakfast so you can eat anything. The location is excellent like a 2-3min drive to the beach, and a 1 min walk to all the food and Thai massage centres. The pool and jacuzzi are also very nice and are cleaned every day. Rooms have air conditioning which works magic. The only thing I would knock down is the mattress they are abit too thin which is slightly uncomfortable. Other than that a very good experience would recommend.

The staff was very friendly, always with a smile on their faces and the cleaning lady too. Everything went very good! The area its nice, you have a lot of shops around, i would recommend heading to the left once you are in the avenue, there the restaurants are cheap and very very tasty!
Cons: The only thing was that they did some noice the second day, they very fixing things in the floor we were staying, I didn’t like that but was just one day.

We had a great 3 weeks here. Super quiet away from any road noise. Location was great, 10 minutes walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. The staff are all super friendly and smiley, and the room was serviced every day. The staff really makes the place.
Cons: The floating bed wasn't the best as it has obviously over time dropped away so felt like we were sleeping on a slope. I am 100% certain if I had mentioned it at the time they would have swapped our room. Hot water can be a little intermittent but wasn't needed on them hot Phuket days.

We had a great stay there for 8 nights. The pool is amazing, the breakfast is really yummy and the shuttle service is perfectly on time from hotel to hotel to reach 2 beaches. The rooms are nice and cozy. The staff is super nice and super helpful. :) thank you for the great stay! Also the other guest
Cons: The choice of music at the pool and during breakfast was really depressing. There was the same pop song playlist the whole week. I just suggest that the music could be maybe more casual, like jazz or classical music. The best would be also some local music liek muay thai.

The hotel looks good, the central services are very aesthetic, the clothes rack in the room is very useful and the atmosphere of the hotel's location is excellent, the food is varied and delicious, people at the reception are nice.
Cons: I feel it's important to share my experience at this hotel to alert others before they book. Here's why I cannot recommend it: Bathroom: I slipped and got hurt because there was no grip in the bathtub. Also, there's a weird smell, and they never refill the hand soap. I had to buy it myself. Pool: Loads of bugs in the pool area, and it seems guests have to deal with it themselves. Kitchen: Staff are rude and more interested in their phones than serving guests. Plus, the trays they use are a recipe for accidents. Dining Room: Not enough seats, and they often run out of basics like napkins. Some days We had to wait for a seat to become available Coworking Space/Presentation Room: Pins on the tables are a hazard, and the aircon controls don't work. Stairs: Blood stains on the stairs for days. Pretty gross. Room Amenities: Sometimes they forget to give toilet paper or towels. And the safe box? Useless. Everyone in the hotel knows the password so there's really no use in using the safe Noise Levels: Loud noise all day makes it impossible to relax. Day and Night. From 8:30 until 23:00+ Hygiene Issues: Refrigerator - full of bacteria, dirty on the sides, and room cleaning takes forever to finish. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again. Look elsewhere for a better time in Phuket.

The room is good, beds are comfortable. Location is quite good, it takes 7-10 minutes to get to the beach.
Cons: We booked a room with 2 separate beds and hotel confirmed it. When we checked in they told that there were no available rooms with 2 beds and I managed to get it only with scandal. Nobody is ready to have any responsobility. Breakfast is quite poor and the staff doesn't care when there were no meal or clean dishes

Everything is superior about this hotel. We had a pleasure stay here. All the staff were friendly and kind. The location of the hotel is in a great place, clean air and lots of greenery. Nearby there is everything you need - cafes, various shops, a temple and a clean Karon beach. The breakfast is very tasty. The room was cleaned every day, water and coffee were provided as well. We will definitely return to the Phulin Resort Hotel on our next trip 🫶🏻

Well, first of all, I would like to thank all the personnel for their great support and efforts, particularly at the reception with Best, to help me out with all the issues I went through during my 20 days stay. I have a lot of sympathy and respect for them because it's not their fault if the rooms have many issues to be solved on a daily basis. In fact, I consider that they are victims of poor top management to the bottom . Period. Now, before going to all the issues I experienced during my stay, let's mention some positive feedback. The bedding is good. The lighting in the room is excellent. Kathei, the room cleaning lady in Block 2, made an excellent job in the last 10 days.
Cons: I experienced so many problems during my first 10 days that it seemed unbelievable. Let me enumerate them in a random way: We were 2 persons....I asked for a second chair in the room? NO, impossible. Only one by room. Same thing with the keycard... only one. Same thing with the garbage can.. Only one in the bathroom and a liliputian size one. No garbage can either in the hallway or around the front desk. We asked for small hand towels...NO. So, we decided to buy some. Then, after 10 days, they decided to furnish us with small hand towels...!!??? Hello? The first room( we moved 3 times, 4 different rooms)we occupied was a bit dirty with dust and plastic glass under the furniture and under the bed as well. We took pictures of it and showed that to Best at the front desk, and they act accordingly. Also, they didn't change bed sheets and pillow cases for 4 days in the first room. We also addressed this issue to the front desk. TV didn't work out for 5 days on different occasions. A technician team came into our room trying to solve the issue on many occasions for many hours( goodbye privacy!) without great results. As I said previously, we moved to 3 other rooms for different issues occurring in the first 10 days: AC not functioning, no hot water, no TV, etc. We also experienced some very small electrical shutoff -- 1 or 2 seconds--with the electrical network and the TV and AC were turning off during the evening... just annoying . You had to turn them on again... We've finally been moved to a fourth room after 10 days of experiencing a serial number of issues where we finally found a good room. Thanks to Best, who made her best to provide something that we deserved on our first day of stay. For a hotel that is supposed to be a 4 STARS or pretend to be...it's a very deceptive thing. Where do these 4 stars come from? I really don't understand this rating! They don't meet the basic requirements of a 3-star hotel and by far.

Cons: The service wasn’t great. Most staff didn’t speak English but mostly Russian. Menu was in Russian , the music played at the restaurant and pool area was Russian. You get fined if you bring your own drinks to the pool area which was right outside our door. The restaurant has very limited choice and is crazy expensive. The pool wasn’t vacuumed in the period of two weeks we were there and we found chewed gum and lots of sand in it. At night time people would fall asleep in the pool chairs after smoking weed by the pool. Not very nice common space for families. We were first placed in a room on the third floor, and there’s no elevator. The kid bed in our room was up against the window which could not be locked and there was approximately 8 meters to the ground. We had to ask for a different room which we were charged extra for. At checkout the receptionist wouldn’t give us our passport because they said they were missing a teaspoon from the room and we had to pay for it. All in all terrible hotel experience. Would never go back to that place. Thailand is nice though.

Cons: They do not accept credit card payments, they ask for a deposit of 3000 baths (unbelievable ). Luckily there is an ATM 150 metres from there. If you arrive around noon, with 31-32 degrees, almost dying, no one gives you a glass of water. And you can find ants in the mattress.

Cons: Cleaning rooms was a fight for towels, breakfast was a fight for food and a space. Beds where very confortable, felt like you where rolling off if you where not exactly in the middle and hard. Refrigerator was leaking water. Toilet didnt flush, they fix it 5 min later broken again. A few days later they made a good fix. Leaking wash table Paying 3000 bath upfront for damage deposit. Not wanting to make up 4 beds while we have 2 adults 1 child and a baby. And it was booked. After much convincing they finally caved and made up 4 beds.

Cons: We had 4 rooms booked but when we arrived the hotel was fully booked and said we could only have 3 rooms. This meant a few of us sharing, not ideal when we had pre-booked 4 rooms! The reception staff apologised and asked us to contact booking.com to get the 4th room cancelled so they didn't have to pay commission on it. Bathroom needed a good clean! Breakfast is good, the same most days. The pool/bar area is nice, however they charge 10% on top of each transaction!
