Nella valutazione si deve considerare, soprattutto, il rapporto qualità/prezzo, ottimo, ed anche il supporto per le attività di lavoro, svolte nella struttura con una serie di B2B. Per questo tipo di attività struttura assolutamente consigliata per chi non richiede il lusso (che avrebbe ben altri costi) ma la praticità.

This charming hotel with the most welcoming staff is quite a hidden gem. This is all I needed to spend a quiet and relaxing week in Casablanca.The place is in the vibrant neighborhood of Sidi Marouf and is close to everything you need:shopping ,transportation and good places to eat including its own restaurant/bar. When I forgot my phone in a cab, they made it their priority to help me get it back and especially Anwar.

Dans la moyenne de Casablanca, prestation ok. On peu fumer au bar ce qui enfume le restaurant et l’acceuil... je suis pourtant fumeur mais c’est vraiment pas agréable. Le restaurant très moyen peu de réactivité et beaucoup d’indisponibilité des plats et desserts sur la carte. Il y a des restaurants autour, ce n’est qu’un petit problème du coup.

As a manager of saudi arabian air lines' humen rescources i t almost travelled the intire world ,, non of all hotels i met could capture my heart like this hotel did ... every single detail is wonderful starting from the reception guys anwar ,,najat ,,nawal ending by all orher hotel's crew member .. Cons: Do not stay here!!! As you can see in the reviews the airport shuttle is a scam. I messaged one week in advance to ask if I could be collected they asked me to message again a day before, giving no indication that it may not be possible. Then a day before they said the driver is unavailable because it is Eid, which I had pointed out 1 week before, and they didn't warn me that could be an issue. I managed to get a taxi from the airport, and asked them to reimburse me at the hotel they refused. Very sad to see hotels not rectifying their mistakes. I hate leaving bad reviews but I was really shocked to see they would not accept any responsibility. I have the messages as proof, there was no indication that the shuttle would be an issue. Otherwise I would not have booked here, it's the only reason I booked because I knew it would be hard to find another option on Eid. Also the rooms are not anything special you can get much cheaper in a better location.

Cons: The receptionist who checked us in was very rude and his behavior was not professional at all. There were no amenities in the room, not even a water kettle, tea packet or a single bottle of water. There were no other facilities available either. Overall, I am completely dissatisfied with my stay and I will not be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Morocco.

Cons: The buffet breakfast was a poor standard. The was very limited supply of foods on offer and was not fresh. Pastries were several days old and had clearly been warmed several times. There wasn’t enough coffee available and wasn’t hot. Just to note that there isn’t a lift so for someone with young children with a pram not really suitable.

The staff was absolutely the best. My flight was canceled and they were able to arrange a later airport pickup for me at the last minute. I sincerely appreciate how hospitable and caring the front desk attendant was upon my arrival. He also helped with arranging breakfast and a hamman treatment the following morning. I will absolutely return to this hotel the next time I visit Casablanca.

Thank you so much Mehdi and the team. I had a very unpleasant experience at the airport with AirMaroc and was very distressed as a solo female traveller. I booked the hotel very last minute at an extremely busy time for the country (World Cup), but they went out of their way to ensure I was safe and relaxed. As my stay was unplanned I didn’t have any money and they kindly arranged for free transport to and from the airport. These little gestures of kindness mean so much when someone is feeling hopeless, so I can’t thank the team enough for all of the kindness they have showed. I’ve read reviews about the food, and while I agree the restaurant meals weren’t the best, the breakfast was great. Plentiful and freshly prepared. Thank you all (driver, security, cook and manager) again.

My wife and I stayed here for one night as we were laid over at the airport waiting for a flight to go home to the USA. The train ride out here was a bit long and took 30 minutes to get to from the airport and then a 10 minute taxi ride. But the stay was absolutely wonderful. We were greeted very friendly and the check-in procedure was very minimal. Our room was very clean and well prepared for us with a comfortable bed for a great nights sleep. We felt very safe the entire time we were here. In the morning the concierge recommended some places for breakfast that were within walking distance and we found a delightful little restaurant and had a wonderful Moroccan breakfast. Upon our return, the host of the hotel was very engaging and we had a delightful conversation. They ordered a taxi for us so that we could get back to the train station and make our way back to the airport. While we were waiting for our taxi, we spent a very relaxing hour poolside in their inner courtyard which is very comfortable and allows for a peaceful morning stay. All in all I would say this is a wonderful hotel that is very clean and safe and welcoming .

The staff were wonderful, however, the room was suppose to have 2 queen beds and it had 1 with 2 cots. There wasn’t any WiFi or coffee in the room. The room was big but we were looking for a comfortable night since we had an 8 hour flight the next day. We did appreciate the transportation to and from the airport and had no problem paying for that. The dinner was wonderful.

Inexistant Soundproofing: The room overlooked the pool, and at 23h we couldn’t sleep because we could hear the music and the conversations of the people sitting over there. Rude receptionist: the hotel mentions that there are car parking places, when we asked for a place to park since, that night there was a football match and non residents in the hotel came to watch and parked in the residents’ parking places, the receptionist answered in a rude way and asked my husband to go look for a place himself, not to .mention the way he spoke to me.

I liked that the area is calm, when I needed the transport they took care of me.but the staying at that hotel wasnt enough good because of the first day, they said only suites are avaible because me and my friend came late, otherwise after paying for the suites we checked online and found that there still are normal rooms avaible. Second thing, the breakfast is not good served, the man at the coffee place doesnt arrange the table when the custumer comes, there isnt even an orange juice and the cakes are very bad.

We stayed overnight beforehand catching a flight the next morning and had a great time. The hotel is clean and modern and our room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use the spa or the pool though both looked very nice. There are lots of places to sit and relax. Breakfast was above average with lots of choices (hot breakfast). We didn't really explore the surrounding area but there are several nice restaurants within walking distance.

Property was great! Staff was very accommodating, and the restaurant was amazing!! Great food! No complains.

This hotel advertises itself as offering a free shuttle to the airport (One of the reasons we stayed in transit given the exorbitant fixed price taxi at Casablanca of 300 Dirhams each way). Unfortunately, the hotel failed to honour iits promise - which we think is false and misleading advertising and deserves to be exposed.

Don't miss the spa! Terrific staff and a combined Moroccan Hammam and traditional massage is the best! Nice place, good price!

We are still waiting for the hotel management to call us back as requested through the hotel reception since our previous stay (weeks ago). The main concerns we wanted to discuss are with the absence of quality policies and lack of quality control including sanitary issues. For instance, car bookings are ignored, request to fix the TV not transmitted to the technician, reception does not call back following messages, or smoking clients in non-smoking areas are tolerated by the hotel employees who do not dare to enforce the rules (who cares?). The hotel management seems more concerned to make savings than to keep its customers satisfied. We still believe that the hotel management team could react to improve the long list of issues we wanted to share with them.

My experience at Casablanca Suites and Spa was quite pleasant. Breakfast was delicious, staff was extremely welcoming and the hotel had a very warm feeling.

I arrived around 9:30 p.m. and left at 6:30 a.m the following morning. The staff provided a high level of service from check in to check out. They have a fabulous breakfast buffet that starts at 6:30 a.m. Since I had to leave early, I was impressed that I was able to get breakfast before 6:30 a.m. My room and bed were comfortable, but the bathroom was tight.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and loved it.. hotel is located in peaceful residential area..pahrmacy and supermarket nearby and rstaurants nearby...tram is at walkable distance.. easy to hail taxis in the front of hotel..

When I got to Casa, I asked a few taxi drivers to take me to Casablanca Suites and Spa, which...they had never heard of. This fact didn't inspire much confidence as I expected to arrive at some fleabag motel, but this was NOT the case. CS&S recently changed their name from Appart Hotel Casablanca, which is a very well-known chain. The hotel was great. The staff was helpful. The food was fantastic and when I went to get dinner, I also was given some complimentary tapas with my meal. My only complaint was that the downstairs restaurant and bar was very smokey and I was not able to wear the same clothes the next day due to their smell. The breakfast spread was miles beyond what I have seen at other Moroccan hotels.

The rooms are extremely small. It smelly I'd fresh paint the whole time. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is okay. Is located in the suburbs with nothing around it. Don't stay unless you have a business around it.

Just stayed for the night after arriving in Casablanca in the early hours. Although we arrived at 2:30am, the staff on duty were awaiting us and the check-in was quick. Breakfast the next morning was pretty good.Loved the decor of the different sections of the hotel.... superb combination of colors....

Airport transfer did not come, but as the taxi rate into casa is fIxed (as of feb '12) at 250, this inconvenience saved 50 dirham. Check-in staff were apathetic, but highly trained and poliet compared to the restaurant staff. Also your stuck eating there, as you are a long way from anywhere much at this hotel. Still, it served it's purpose as a 1-night stopover between flights out of Casa. I've never tried the (1) airport hotel (bad recs everywhere), but will next time at this hotel's basic cleanliness alone is not worth the expense of getting there or staying there.

The service in this hotel is excellent. Despite few of the staff speaking English, they made every effort to respond to my needs. The food in the restaurant was first class. The only thing you need to establish is whether the location is suitable for your needs. It is a long way out of the city and, despite taxis being cheap and plentiful (only use the red ones), teh journey is long and often near-suicidal. If you are in Casablanca for business and your business is loical to this hotel, it's perfect. If as a tourist (as I was), you really want something nearer the city.
