this place has gone bust the bank is running it and 4 of the 5 eateries was closed the 1 bar is open from 11am til 12.30 for beer after that time only cocktails until 4.30 the tv`s in the rooms was from the 80`s doorlocks not working gaps between the doors and windows there is a lot of steps but there is ways around for wheel chairs there was not enugh plates,cups,bowls,ect staff running around takin away as soon as youput them down snacks you have to pay for

Jeg har vært i Marokko, Agadir, ni ganger, og åtte av dem på hotell Pueblo Tamlelt. Frokosten er enkel og den samme hver dag. Lunsj og middag er greie, men menyen gjentar seg etter to uker. Man drikker av plastbegre, pappkopper og gamle kopper – noe som virkelig kunne vært forbedret. Eventuelt kunne hotellet tilby at man kjøper sin egen kopp, som man deretter beholder under oppholdet. Personalet er høflig, og litt tips her og der er greit, men uten tips får man ofte ikke den servicen man forventer, selv om man egentlig burde få det for prisen man har betalt.
Cons: Det mangler faste tider der hotellet sier ifra om at det er på tide å gå på rommene og avslutte festingen. Mange tar med seg egne høyttalere og spiller musikk langt ut på natten. Dette er virkelig noe hotellet bør gjøre noe med. Vaskedamene er hyggelige, men de forventer ofte litt ekstra tips (penger) for å gjøre rent på rommet skikkelig.

Hôtel bien situé, prope ,personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Les animateurs aux top et très gentils. Quelle que petites rénovations seraient nécessaire dans certaines endroits ... Et un peu plus de fermeté vis à vis de certains perturbateurs ne ferais pas de mal avec une petite note de rappel de certaines règles à suivre de savoir vivre..très très bruyant régulièrement... Un petit bémol aussi sur les repas...beaucoup trop répétitif et pas tjrs bon. Mais cela reste très copieux. L hôtel reste agréable et comme je disais le personnel et vraiment au petit soins ...tout comme les animateurs.

Hotel is cheap and cheerful but if you want a drink don't bother going here One lad serving with 20+ at the bar with one beer tap and it's like that most of the day Food is average but you should find something to eat Rooms don't have Aircon so they do heat up We usually do a 5* and miss the extra service especially when going to the bar but went here because it was cheap Conclusion staff are great the hotel is dated but the rooms are for sleeping If you're on a budget this will be fine but safe to say we won't be returning

Where to begin , Reception staff rude , no information given about issues with the pool and the things you are supposed to do , no information given about beach area the hotel has , first room the bunk beds were like being on a ship in a storm they were that wobbly , so had to move rooms , food was absolutely atrocious , literally same thing daily recycled Into different dishes the day after , NO childrens options , breakfast was ok . Bar area around the pool was ok tbf but they only have 2 people working at any time of day which as the hotel was busy gets hard to get a drink unless you TIP them daily then you will get served quicker, I did at one point making a cocktail with a different kind of alcohol ie whiskey instead of Vodka which if you aint used to drinking will get you in a whole world of trouble , Guest services team were generally rude , entertainment team were friendly and tried hard to get everyone involved BUT my boy and I noticed that they gave a 14 Yr old girl an adult wristband in the evening so she could go to the bar and get drinks . Now to the swimming pool , we're even to begin with this , it turned all our swimming stuff , towls , T-shirts , even floaties and the wife's hair GREEN , when we spoke to the guest services it was OUR fault as we had not washed the suntan creams/ oils off our bodies by having a shower , kinda defeats the object of putting the stuff on. IF everyone is told this upon checking in instead of finding out the hardway this might be an issue that can be avoided .

Absolutely awful the food was disgraceful most plates were chipped or cracked that's if you could get one ! There was never any left or bowls for breakfast you had to eat out of paper cups I take my own cereal for the baby and I had to feed him out of a plastic cup .the rooms are falling apart in great need of a makeover the bedding was clean though and pools are great that's about all there is No ice creams in the all-inclusive for kids we lived off cheese toasties from little snack bar €4 or ate out every night it's cheap enough avoid this hotel it really is stuck in the 60s

Firstly I'll start by saying when I had a look at how much I'd paid for this hotel for the 3 of us as a family, it worked out roughly £33pp/day. We probably just about got our money's worth. When the taxi dropped us off, initial thoughts were that he was mistaken and had dropped us off at a souk somewhere. Check in was easy and simple though and our room was ready early at no extra cost. Basic room, aged and smelly towels. Very noisy, I wish I'd brought ear plugs. We were on the 2nd floor and thought we'd escaped cockroaches but found a massive one on our last night. It's no surprise, guests leave plastic and food strewn about in the stairwells, I'm surprised there aren't rats. There's a stench of stale urine in parts as well. Headed to the pool and bar. There are clearly not enough staff, massive queues at the bar and you get a tiny little cup. When you use your own cup they don't fill it up, defeating the object. Soft drinks are flat, warm and poured from a bottle. Very strange experience at the bar one day, the barman said to my husband "do you know what p*** off means?'' To which my husband replied in the affirmative and the barman then pointed at a man on the opposite side of the bar who was facing the other way mid conversation and said "he said p*** off to you" as though he wanted to cause some trouble. It was quite obvious nothing had been said. Very odd. They did try to remember who had arrived in order though and tipping seemed to help. The pools seem overall well maintained in terms of anything floating about in them, but the big one has dangerous areas in it, blocked off by a chair. I imagine that the hotel had it's heyday about 30 years ago. You can see where there used to be a swim up bar etc. The food... I'd say breakfast was OK although very repetitive and hardly any fresh fruit. Queues again were long and often there were no plates to be found. Most plates had a massive chip in them, I have never known hotels to recirculate damaged crockery. When I tried to fill up my water bottle at the machine a man said "no bottle no bottle" - it's like they relish wasting plastic! Plastic everywhere. Even some plates are plastic. You can't get a real cup to have a coffee in, it's paper ones. Some of the food items, particularly dessert, seemed to be rationed as staff were handing out one tiny piece at a time. Lunch and dinner were just vile, we ate out after the first day for both of those. Many people, ourselves included, ended up downloading the Glovo app (like Moroccan Deliveroo) for takeaways delivered to the hotel, or we often went to Maxwell's next door. The animation team seemed to work hard but we didn't see any of their entertainment preferring to venture out. Our cleaner worked hard and was friendly. Reception staff were helpful. Some barmen had odd ideas of banter. The hotel has it's own part of the beach sectioned off with beds and umbrellas. Locals circulate like sharks trying to get you to pay roughly £4 for a doughnut that's been walked around the beach all day. The sea is great fun, lots of big waves but again full of litter and plastic. It's a huge shame. Upon check out of the hotel we asked to use the convenience room but were given a key to another room to get changed in at no extra cost which we appreciated as did not leave until 17.15. Overall, like I said, we maybe just about got our money's worth. Wish I'd spent more and gone somewhere decent as it would have made a world of difference, so I can't really complain when it was cheap.

J'ai réservé sur votre site web, mais à mon arrivée, la réceptionniste m'a annoncé que toutes les chambres étaient occupées et que la seule chambre libre était sale et en désordre. J'ai donc dû passer la nuit dans ma voiture. Comme je n'étais pas à l'hôtel, le gérant m'a promis que le montant ne serait pas prélevé sur mon compte bancaire, mais deux jours plus tard, j'ai reçu un SMS m'annonçant que le montant avait été prélevé.

Worst place I have ever stayed in, couldn’t even class it as a hotel it’s that bad!! Definitely not 3 star not even a 1 star. Dirty, filthy dated place, needs a complete overhaul. Food disgusting and never enough, tables dirty and never wiped down between guests, chipped plates, paper or plastic cups to drink out of, seat pads filthy. Bedrooms are dated, tiles chipped or broken, shower was a trickle no lock on bathroom door. we were a family of four and were only left 3 towels ( which must have been there since the hotel opened grey and stained) and asked for another one but was refused told to hang them up to dry because she didn’t have enough for a change! Lots of guests complaining but falls on deaf ears!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! The pictures are a lie, Hotel was awful, supposed to be all inclusive but there was hardly any food to eat, and what food there was to eat was cold. We ate out or got mc dz which isn’t too far of a walk. No all inclusive snacks, you have to pay. pool is ok for the kids, sun beds broke or all taken as not enough beds for the guess.

Where to start.. room terrible, no air con ,safe, fridge . Very tired and dirty. We requested ground floor because of mobility issues. Think we have a hobbit hole. No terrace, 3rd bed really hard. Have purloined mattress from another room that family in. Shower ok, my husband does a search for cockroaches first. It's so bad we have a sweepstake going between 3 rooms. Lots of pools, but only 1 I can get in, with a lot of help. People putting towels out late at night. Now to the food. Breakfast best of a very poor selection. Last night I think it was fried corned beef,,told it was turkey. Pudding just bits of cake, No snacks in day, you can buy crisps and ice-cream. No wonder so many people order in a McDonald's. The steps are incredible, they love a steep flight or slope. If you are not fit I wouldn't recommend at,all. If didn't have family would be stuck in room. The only plus are the staff. Friendly and helpful, I feel sorry for them.

My wife and I,daughter Scarlett (17) son Henry (9) on arriving at 2am sunday 10th of august....we greeted by a not so amazing reception!! but once we were shown our (3 flights up) room .. pleasantly surprised clean/tidy,pretty good shower top bunk was not gonna survive so child crashed with us .. but you pay for what you get ..no AC no fridge ,but its Morocco not Benidorm!! suffice to say we had a really great time.main pool was perfect for all. mad dash for the towels at 6am but thats normal practise .bar staff brillaint,especially Medo Fiaz.food wa great lovely omelettes plus ham and cheeses,lovely yoghurt etc lunch fab also and evening meals lovely soups rice dishes i could go on but unless all you want is nuggets and chips stay away . shout out to all entertainment staff great shows and pretty good theatre ! beach is also really lovely ! camel rides are great fun for all the family! aqua park was very good up in the hills . tip regulary 5 quid here and there !! friendly atmosphere with other guests xx dont listen to negative reviews from the im not getting english food and the tvs are just there for the look ..but who goes away to watch tv in there rooms x tired hotel maybe but it reminded me of an old james bond back drop!! a week for 500 quid each all inclusive is amazing and yes i would go back xxxxxx

Cons: Rooms very dirty, cockroaches and ants all over. Poor lighting no AC in rooms, water supply cut off. Poor housekeeping. Swimming pools has stools floating around and staff did not even clean this up. Unhygienic pools. Entertainment boring and the same every night. Some unsuitable for children. Staff rude and housekeeping not maintained, one staff chased me for 1 towel which she did not even put in the room but said i needed to pay for else she would have to go buy one with her money - bearing in mind these are hotel towels which are not washed, they smell and i did not even use the hotel towels. Reception staff not helpful. No fans no ac. Rooms dusty and made children ill.

First off the reception to this hotel was shocking. It looked more like a cab office. Waited 3 hours for our room which was also shocking and very small for 3 people, smelly old and dark . First there was only 2 beds in each room even though we booked for 2 rooms for 6 people. They just put another bed in which left no room to manoeuvre. We were reassured that we can move the next day as loads of people will be leaving. They were true to their words and offered us 2 rooms in the newer part with air conditioning but it was only really big enough for 2 in a room. We kept one of the air con rooms for our 2 oldest kids 20 and 15 and asked for a family room with the 2 youngest which was also big and clean with white sheets but no air conditioning. In hindsight we wish we squeezed in the aircon room as it was unbearably hot in the night that you can not sleep. The restaurant and pool on this side was a lot quieter. Food was not nice and tasteless. I am use to eating rice and stew but I just couldn't eat it. We ate out at restaurant just outside the Caribbeans side and there's was a burger place right outside. The pools were cleaned and the grounds was tidy and clean. What was not clean was the restaurants. The floor and table was sticky food on the floor. No Air conditioning. They had a fan but was never on. If we would have come from the Caribbean side of the hotel and got the room we were given on day 2, I wouldn't have been soo disappointed. The caribbean reception was nicer, larger with air conditioning and a bar which only open at 3 pm. But apparently the rooms on this side was better if you got the air con or the family rooms You can use both sites ie, pool and restaurant. Apart from the rooms, both hotels shared all the facilities. The cleaning staff was lovely. They came and cleaned every day and gave new towels. They made the beds but did not change the sheets. You can pay for a fan and a fridge for your room which we did. Snacks are not provided so its more like a fullboard. We had to buy bottled water everyday and drinks from the on site shop as the queue was always too long and the drinks given in disposable plastic cups. I would say take your own cup. Some people save sunbeds from the night before so do the same as it will save you waking up at 6:30. You have to pay to get get beach towels but it is given back to you as long as you have your receipt so keep it safe. Some did take 2 of ours so I could only get the money back for 4. Please make sure you take it back before they close if you are leaving before 10am the next day.

My holiday stay is 10 days i am leaving tomorrow. I've got to say this is the poorest hotel I've ever been to in all my life. The only upside to the hotel is the swimming pool spaces and the animation team work tirelessly through the day and evening. The swimming pools do turn your swimming clothes green and they do look very cloudy not sure what they use in them. The rooms are shocking, beds are not comfortable, paint peeling of the walls, very dated and if its been a hot day don't expect to sleep as there is no air con in the rooms and they are boiling. The cleaner in my block 34.. cleans the rooms very well and if you leave anything on your bed ipad or PJs she just leaves them tidy after making your bed. The food is awful and no chips or anything available for the children, I have never in all my life spent so much money on food/eating out, at an all inclusive hotel. There are lots of really nice resturant down on the beach if you have already booked this hotel. To top it off if you do get a cool night and manage to sleep with the balcony doors and windows open you will dammit sure be getting woken up between 6/7am by the geese and builders that are working behind the hotel. There is only 1 bar also throughout 3 pools so you could be waiting for a while. Agadir is a beautiful place but top tip dont go for a cheap hotel as the holiday will cost you alot in food.

Don’t waste your money! The rooms are very dated and dirty! No hot water in the rooms! No air conditioning and no wifi in the rooms only in the reception area. Management are not helpful at all! Food is very poor quality, definitely not for Europeian people!!!!!! We had to tell the staff in the restaurant that some of the food already runs off and they wasn’t happy about it. Staff in the bar and entertainment are very nice, but management speak to them like rubbish on the floor front of the guests. Also there was a lots of cockroaches around the rooms. Absolutely not worth the money!!!!!

Cons: Der Mann an der Reception bei der Ankunft. Er wollte meine bestätigte Reservierung von Booking.com nicht akzeptieren. Später, nach dem ich hartnäckig darauf Bestanden habe, es war ca. 20:00h, behaupte er, " ich hätte meinen Namen falsch ausgesprochen " ??? Keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer. Auch morgens auf Nachfrage nicht. Habe das Hotel 45 Minuten lang gesucht. Kein Schild, kein Hinweis an der Straße, Nichts. Kenne diese Gegend eigentlich gut. Abends...welch ein Spektakel, Dank "All inklusive". Aber ohh wehe du willst ein Bier.... Frühstück...ohne Worte. Allerdings im kleinem Raum, nicht der beim Pool, Kellner super freundlich, und hier gab es Guten Bohnenkaffee.

well what can i say that's not already been said !!!! went as aunty niece and great nieces after two bereavements within space of a few months !!! this should have been a nice family holiday to try and forget the worst times of our lives but how wrong can we have been !!!! this is no way a hotel it's more like a really bad hostel and the sites that advertise it should all have to refund any monies paid ,we didn't arrive till after 9 at night and after a very long day we checked in and got taken to our rooms and wow wow and just wow , to say these were bad would be an understatement, if we hadn't been so tired we would have just turned right around but due to having a 5 yr old the only option we really had was to spend the night , no one slept under the grubby blankets or dirty stained pillows we all slept on top . rusty outdated furniture on balcony , tap was so limescaled we didn't even get a wash we used the wet wipes we had brought with us just to try freshen up , two glasses in sink area that looked like they had never seen a wash since they had been manufactured , no air con , no fridge , not even a complimentary bottle of water ,nightclub blaring music out till 130 in the morning . checked out very next morning , staff didn't even ask reason just cut bands off , absolutely aweful should be closed down permanently

Absolutely do not stay here. I would’ve gave 0 stars if I could. Although outside of the hotel rooms itself is beautiful, the rooms were a huge disappointment. Bedrooms incredibly outdated, tvs which don’t even work. A foul smell throughout the whole hotel room. No air conditioning or fans at all, so sleeping at night was way too hot and unpleasant. Uncomfortable beds made a terrible nights sleep. It was like o was sleeping on a rock, they were so firm. Noise from outside was very loud for most of the night. The floors were filthy, with balls of hair underneath the beds. The balcony outside had a beautiful view, although the curtain was broken and the door took quite some effort to shut. The chairs on the balcony were old and rusted and the walls needed atleast a lick of paint to look a bit brighter and nicer. The breakfast was shocking and incredibly unhygienic. With bread baguettes that we had to cut slices from ourself, meaning that everybody else had touched the same bit of bread. Dim lighting in the breakfast area and wasn’t a pleasant experience whatsoever. I think the breakfast area should’ve offered more variation. Maybe some fresh fruit. The very little amount of fruit I had noticed was all brown and looked as though it had been sitting there for hours. I understand it’s a hot place, but surely a fridge could’ve been used for the fruit. To stop it from browning so quickly. We decided we wanted to leave as soon as we arrived. Although the pool area is beautiful, the water looked very cloudy. Most likely wasn’t clean either. The staff were so lovely though, they helped whenever I needed them just a shame the place was such a let down.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Absolutely the worst holiday of my life. Our rooms were 20 meters away from a nightclub (on what is supposed to be a family site) so we had little to no sleep. Rooms generally dirty even after housekeeping visits. No towels exchanged some days either. Food lukewarm at best, which probably explains why I came home with diarrhea and upset stomach. Staff generally disinterested and not particularly helpful. Site store charging double what items should be, and there's a shop just outside site too so use that (if you are unfortunate to end up here anyway). It was all so bad that we came home 24 hours early (at expense to us) and would have returned home sooner if we could have.

The " complex" as this is a better description than a hotel as the rooms are in blocks, not one building. Remember that we are not in the UK and yes the reception is like walking into a shopping centre. The reception is basic. The rooms we had (2) were both clean, but yes the area is dated and this might put you off. You might not get hot water for your shower, but after a day in the sun, this might be the right temperature. We had big balconies on to the main road, which again is noisy, which is not something the hotel can do anything about, but again you might not like. The restaurants, there were 2 open when we went. The smaller one is nice, as most of the guests go to the large one near the pool area. We had no issues with the food. We are not in the UK, we are at a budget Moroccan hotel. Yes the omelette and pancakes at breakfast are a hit, but the food is not that bad, and as they are full of people from all over the world!! Again some of the plates and cups are chipped, so it might put you off The main pool area is busy and you need to get your towels on your sunbed by 8am. ( Again not an hotel issue) People have put you can come out of the pool with yellow stains, which we feel is the suncream left by the many people using the pool!! The pool bar serves from 11am & yes they can run out of beer, as they seem to have a quota for afternoon & evening. You can make your way the 2 minutes walk to the reception bar, who on my one visit there had beer and served it to me in a pint pot. If the beer runs out then you can move on to other drinks and both these and the beer seem strong. All the staff are very friendly and can not do enough for you. You can purchase waffles and pancakes for about 30 d or 3 euro. We didn't see any afternoon stacks as you might find at other all inclusives, but we didn't look or need them after our meals. There are a big entertainment staff and what contact we had with them it was all good fun, from the daily dances, to sports and kids clubs Think 1980/90 Butlins or pontins and this is what you are going to get buy staying here The big beach is only a 2 minutes walk away, and there are numerous shops and restaurants with in minutes of the hotel front door. So come here with your eyes open and you might have a good time! Want 4****for a 2** price, then this is not for you!!

Was ok until mid week when a woman approached me she was with her husband and 2 children she asked if I was English I said yes and she said please can you help us we have bn held hostage and demanding for our passports. She said that they said they were police but did not know if they was or fake they were stood round her husband and 2 children there was about 8 of the men then she said she needed to get hold of someone from the British embassy who could help but did not know who to contact as they were accused of having fake money. a rep of the hotel said if they were fake police then would not be in the hotel. I had to walk past as need to get to my room as I was passing the woman’s husband pleaded please help us then they gripped him up and heard the woman screaming it was upsetting to my children having to see that happen. I seen the rep later and he said that that’s how you know people are guilty because they acted scared. Then a couple of days later a man of some importance made a comment to someone we had met on holiday he made a comment to them about my 14 year old daughter saying he was gonna snatch my daughter if she carried on dancing which he was fuming about saying she is a child. which warned us about and made us scared and we went back to my friends room and barricaded room as was scared that someone would come in to take her. I had another day to go before Leaving and could not wait to get home. Won’t be going there again and won’t recommend to my friend or family stay away

We stayed at Pueblo Tamlelt (July 2025) hoping for a relaxing break, but unfortunately, our experience was riddled with issues that made the holiday far less enjoyable than expected. ❌ Negatives Reception: We arrived at 11:30am after a long journey, hoping to check in, shower, and change. Instead, we were told we had to wait until 2pm for our room. The receptionist was unfriendly and unpleasant. Although we were aware of the local taxes, she oddly placed our payment into her personal handbag and gave us change from her own purse—highly unprofessional. Room: The room was described as having Wi-Fi, but it didn’t. The only Wi-Fi available in the entire resort was in the reception area. The room itself was extremely basic, with rock-hard mattresses and only one pillow per bed. Comfort was clearly not a priority. Pool Towels: We were told pool towels were available but not how to obtain them. You can’t use room towels at the pool, and we later discovered you need to collect pool towels from an office open only between 10am and 12pm—if staff bother to show up. A 100 Dirham deposit per towel is required, and if you leave on a weekend, you can’t get your deposit back. Restaurant: There was no clear system for queuing, leading to chaotic mealtimes. Flies surrounded uncovered food, and the beef and ham served were questionable in both taste and authenticity. Entertainment: Evening entertainment started with a pleasant kids’ disco but quickly declined. The animation team looked visibly uninterested and disengaged. The amphitheatre shows were especially poor, featuring inappropriate and offensive skits, including racist stereotypes and bizarre acts like men dressed as babies. Bars: Only one bar serves alcoholic drinks for a resort with around 1,000 guests. With just one or two barmen, service was slow and biased toward those who tipped. You’re limited to two alcoholic drinks per visit, and non-alcoholic drinks must be obtained from a separate bar—making ordering for a family unnecessarily complicated. Surrounding Areas: We witnessed troubling behavior, including guests smoking cannabis and one man aggressively grabbing women and intimidating children. Staff laughed off our concerns and jokingly suggested we throw him in the pool. Activities: We wanted to play pétanque around 10am but were told we had to wait until 3:30pm when the animation team scheduled it. The same applied to tennis and miniature golf, which had only one golf ball available. Accessibility & Shade: The resort has many steps, which could be a challenge for guests with mobility issues. Shade is limited, and even if you find a spot, staff may ask you to move to make room for children’s activities. ✅ Positives Pools: The pools are well-maintained, and chemical levels are regularly checked. Restaurant Staff: Friendly and courteous. A tip of 50 Dirham on arrival goes a long way in ensuring good service. Beach Area: A hidden gem—quiet, clean, and peaceful. Not many guests venture there, making it a lovely escape from the chaos of the main resort. Final Thoughts: Pueblo Tamlelt has a few redeeming features, but the overall experience was disappointing. The resort suffers from poor management, lack of professionalism, and questionable safety standards. Until major improvements are made, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a stress-free holiday.

We arrived at 10.30 to be told our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be until 14.00. However when we were given the keys at 2pm the cleaner was still in the room so it didn’t become available until 15.00. When it was eventually ready we were horrified to find a live giant cockroach crawling out from underneath our bed and another dead one underneath another bed so clearly it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The outside terrace looked like it had never seen a mop as it was completely covered in seagull poo as were all the seats so no wonder the hotel is riddled with giant cockroaches! That started off a chain of horrifying events. My wife experienced food poisoning and had it coming out both ends and was up throughout the night and bed bound during the day so lost a day and a half of the holiday. In the onsite pizza restaurant My 10 year old son nearly choked to death on a stick/twig that was hidden in his pizza that apparently must have come from the Argon herb the staff told me. My 12 year old daughter whilst stood by the bar was sexually assaulted- had her backside groped and was invited to go back to his room by a Muslim man whom was there on holiday with his own young family. This was witnessed by staff and several guests. Although he was escorted away he wasn’t kicked out the hotel as you’d expect as we saw his wife the very next day taking food from the restaurant back to there room! They also miss-sold/advertised the holiday as much to our disappointment there is no such thing as bar snack!!. It was only by chance whilst walking through the hotel on our first day did we stumble across one of the holiday reps whom was dismayed that reception hadn’t informed us on arrival to meet him at their sister hotel- The Caribbean Village at 3pm to discuss all things about the resort/excursions etc because if we hadn’t we might have never known!!. Which finally brings me onto my final point. The Paradise Valley trip was sold with breakfast included as part of the excursion but surprise surprise we didn’t receive any breakfast so all of us went hungry and we had two very upset and disappointed children! I am absolutely flabbergasted any reputable and well established holiday travel agency would endorse and advertise such a run down hotel and resort as it is complete need of a refurbishment as it is very old and very dated to say the least. Of all the holidays we have been on over the last 25 years I would say without doubt this is worst resort we have ever stepped foot into. They seriously need to have a rethink about promoting such a dirty, unhygienic and dangerous resort as this will be the first and last time we ever book a holiday with Love Holidays!!

We booked El Pueblo expecting what we saw in the pictures, but sadly, the reality was very different. The main modern buildings were closed, there was no snack bar or ice cream, and the only bar available was by the main pool, opening from 11 am. The hotel felt outdated and poorly maintained. I have never seen staff brush crumbs from tables straight onto the floor rather than cleaning properly, and there was no hand soap in the toilets or our room. The seagulls were a nightmare, and the hygiene standards were questionable – I felt sick every time I had to use the bathroom. My white swimwear turned green from the pool water! The food was just about acceptable – we survived on omelettes, pancakes, salads, and croissants, but we didn’t bother with dinner as it was cheaper and nicer to eat out. For the best food, visit Playa and Jade – some of the best meals we had on this trip. Our first room was awful, but after moving, the second room was slightly more modern. The entertainment team, lifeguards, and our cleaner were the highlights of our stay, and the reserved beach area really made our trip. We also enjoyed the quieter pool near the turtles, where we had fun as the lifeguards let us swim until late. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere of the hotel wasn’t great. On one day, there were drunk guests fighting, which made us feel uncomfortable. This hotel has potential due to its good location and beach access, but it desperately needs updating, a deep clean, and better hygiene standards. A bit of paint, proper cleaning, and basic amenities would make a huge difference. I didn’t believe the bad reviews before we went, but I wish I had. We stayed for 4 nights, which was just enough – I couldn’t have done any longer. Sadly, I wouldn’t return due to the poor cleanliness, the seagulls, and the general upkeep. Tip: Don’t take white swimwear or go in with blonde hair – the pools will ruin them!

You pull up and automatically think your at the hotel, has at first glance it looks like you are at shopping promenade with shops and takeaways, we questioned the taxi driver if he had brought us to the right place and he smiled and showed us name on the paper. We walked towards the place and realised that it was indeed the hotel name in between the shops. We got to the reception to a family complaining about the state of the room and that the pictures online do not look like the hotel and the hotel room the lady at the reception said the pictures online are of a sister hotel. My dad went to look at our room which had no bedding, no towels, and furniture falling to pieces. The wardrobe door was hanging off and no actual rail to hang clothes on, toilet not flushable. The restaurant had probably 9 options at mealtimes pasta, spaghetti, beans, red sausages , and some items I could not tell you what they were. Items were cold and tasted wierd. In a morning there was the pasta from the day before. The waiter told us the cananoli beans had bean there 3 days now. The food was unedible and the people that was eating it was poorly, vomiting and diarrhea. Everyone was going to mcdonalds, all you could see in the hotel room were mcdonalds bags every where, has everyone were having to eat out. The restaurant it self was worn with dirty tables or broken tables. Drinks, well you could only get a drink if you was a lady going to the back, or tipping other than that the waiters ignored you were even stood there and you could be waiting 40 minutes to get a drink than you could only get 2, we were a family of 5 and were having to walk some way from the pool but we all had to walk up, however there were other people they were giving 4 at a time to. The beer tended to run out around 2pm. We went to the small pool has the big pool where the bar and entertainment were, they were fighting all the time, one day a man had to go to hospital has he got a broken nose when 3 man started kicking him for wearing a tshirt they did not like. There were cockroaches which is expected but when there in your bed it's not very good. The staff were extremely rude and it seemed we were an inconvenience being there. The only nice staff were the pool man, the lifeguard ( who was overseeing several pools) and 2 bar men and 2 men in the restaurant, they actually smiled and were friendly. Luckily the pools were OK and we met some lovely familys whilst we were there, if it was not for that our holiday would have been an absolute right off. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Its a shame has the surrounding area is lovely the streets are clean, the beach is clean, there parks are lovely, just don't stay at that hotel.

There are no lifts, handrails are missing and no a lot of walking to the reastaurant and entertainment area. We were lucky as the owner of both hotels moved us after the 1st night to a good room near everything.

On arrival the hotel looks like a hoatel entrance. Theres 2 hotels joined together. Absolutely shocking. the rooms are so run down its unreal. The tv is from 1990. The food is absolutely unedible. I would not feed it to my dog. The only good thing about this place is the pool. There's 4 so you can escape from the busy drunks. Don't waste your money. Listen to the other negative. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. So many couples complaining about it.

The meals were very good ,with plenty to eat .I love the pancakes with orange and grape fruit in the morning, with hot chocolate and milky coffees.the Moroccan meals were lovely and not spicy. The Tangine dishes were amazing.the staff are very pleasant and helpful make you feel welcome, we went to paradise valley and swam in the water .the guide brought food for the cats .dogs and fish.akso the local children got chocolate bars.everyone was so friendly.i prefer Agadir than Marrakech as it's more laid back and relaxing.the beach had its own free sun beds for the hotel .which was cordened off and we lelt safe to leave our things there whilst having a swim in the clear sea and sandy beach.

We came as a group of 16 women for a hen weekend...its that vile one of my girls left early due to the ants crawling in her bed. Stay clear of this hotel... its vile in every way possible the picture you see are NOT them now. This hotel is in disrepair everywhere you look and go. Dirt everywhere rooms dinning area, bar, drains stink from high hell. Flies seagulls **** everywhere you can't sit out on balcony due to the amount of **** there is. Walls falling down work an drilling late at night an I mean late at night 1am.. Food is cold even when hot bland an taste less. The food you have ar lunch is served again at teatime. They don't clean tables after you have ate. Once you have had food at the time is said there are no snacks at all an it's an all inclusive hotel... drinks are served in plastic thin cups. The bar is a two drink policy and its all watered down. Rooms are tired no hanging space doors not lock window fall apart. Tiles are dirty and cracked ledges that are small are easy to trip. No lift to the rooms so guest have to take your own bags up 4 flighs of stairs.... Families have left after staying one night. The beach where the sunbed are is under construction, and is a fair distance from the water. No safes no kettle or hairdryers. The wild cats are dieing on the site an just left on the grass verge which isn't good to see. The toilets by the pools are vile there is **** up the walls an the floor, urine on floor. Seriously DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON THIS PLACE FOLKS STAY CLEAR. There are concrete balls dotted around which is a saftey issue to the guests. Showers doors fall apart. Again a saftey issue.

I would not recommend this hotel. It's very old,rooms falling apart, mattresses are disgusting! We got all inclusive and it was terrible. The food does not cater for children atal and twice i was sick after eating here. Tables are filthy, flies everywhere. Tables are not laced atal, when you sit down at a dirty empty table you are given an old dirty placemat and cutlery that is presumed clean by the staff as they pick it up if other abandoned tables or run if trying to find some in the kitchen. Every dish is chipped! Desert is very very limited. Butter is sour! No snacks in between meals, kids were hungry all the time. No ice cream whatsoever, kids waiting 20-30mins to be served a drink. Only one bar open most of the time and people who tip are served first, some people waiting for 30mins being completely ignored. Stalls at up all over the hotel so your constantly hassled to come and buy stuff and there's no avoiding them, at up near pool and restaurant and along the path to recruiting and exit so you have to pass them constantly. I payed for all inclusive but spent over a thousand on having to buy takeaways and tipping for everything! Or they won't do anything for you. Salons never open when ment to be, to book a table in the restaurant I was told you have to book atleast one day in advance at the kiosk which i never seen open and looked completely shut down. The pool turns most white things neon yellow for some reason. The only things I liked about this hotel was the cleaning last for the room was very nice and done a good job. And the way to the beach through the back of hotel (which we found out was closed by the time we got there, due to work being done, this was the same for the kids club) but I have to say that little walk down is very beautiful and almost completely hidden and unknown about, we found it on the last day. If this hotel was renovated and the food, all-inclusive and staff were changed, managed better, it has potential to be very nice. Also I hated the stalls, there is two or three (at the bottom of the steps from fountain/reception walk ) who don't hassle you and are very nice. I spent the most money at these stalls on the day we were leaving because they let you look without bothering you and they are decent.

Here right now, on night 2. I know you get what you pay for but a wee bit more was expected. The hotel itself is good enough. 5 pools, lots of free sundowners all day long, easy to navigate, friendly staff, great location, lots of local shops and restaurants nearby if you don't fancy the All Inclusive food. But....the downsides are as follows. I don't mind the food but if you're a fussy eater, don't come here. You won't enjoy it. If you're willing to be adventurous, you'll be fine. Wifi - only available in bar, restaurant and reception areas. Nothing in rooms at all. Room H11 - No hairdryer in room (available for rent, but renting place is closed on a Sunday so Sat night arrivals can't get one for Sunday. No fridge in room to keep drinks. Bathroom is crooked, dirty and old. Also, no door separating bathroom from bedroom. The rest of the bathroom consists of a pole attached to a dirty wall (fleas flying around) with hangers. There is no wardrobe. Your clothes hang in the bathroom/sink area or are placed on dirty shelves as there's no drawers. Damp/dirty smell in room all around. TV is broken and straight out of 1997, no lie. Bed or bedding has a funky smell about it, so much so I covered the pillows with towels. I don't even want to sit in the room,never mind sleep in it. Lighting is poor throughout room. Radiator is a good 25 years old too. Overall, rooms seriously need upgrading to even be a 3 star. Basic is generous. It wouldn't take much, new bedding, a lick of white paint all over, a wardrobe in the corner, a new tv and fridge and a door to close the bathroom off. Then a bloody good scrub down with bleach and paint the tiles to bring the bathroom up to basic standards. I'm so put off by the room that I'm flying home 3 nights earlier than my planned 7 night stay.

We are at this hotel as I write this. DO NOT book this hotel we have been here two days all inclusive and have not even managed to have a beer as both nights we have gone to the bar and they have ran out of everything except whisky. The food is very limited and meals are timed with no snack bar so if you are like us and like to go out and about then do not book this hotel as it is not not all inclusive it is full board but with set meal times. The pool is dirty so we have decided not to use it

I read the reviews on this place after I booked and was horrified all the way up to when we arrived. I was so impressed and relieved. So this hotel is part of the Carribean Village as well and is a huge complex. Me and my daughter loved it. It was perfect. The 3 different pools were clean surrounded by beautiful settings. The complex felt like you were in Greece with all the lovely white buildings with loads of character and we'll kept green gardens, grass and trees. There were working working around the clock on this place and it was spotless. Every morning the guys were cleaning the pool. The bar area were very nice and well stocked. The food was great. Loads of variety, fresh made and cooked pizza, honey glazed chicken, plenty of fresh bread, cooked omelette to your liking with fillings etc, great puddings, drinks, fruits, salads, chips, fish and lots more. I cannot fault this place. I'm so surprised at some of the reviews. I am starting to think the only explanation is that other hotels who want the business are sabotaging this hotel. The staff were so friendly also. The room was nice and cleaned. Fresh sheets everyday, hot water, balcony. We didn't stay in the room much at all but it was lovely. I would love to go back and for the price this place is excellent. Thankyou for a wonderful holiday.....

On arrival the hotel is located inside what looks like a market. Easy check in, complete forms. Taxes paid 300 Dirham that's for 3 nights ! You can pay in local currency, euros or sterling. We were shown to our room by a porter who was friendly. Our room was spacious, had five single beds. Clean sheets, towels (which were hard). Tv - very dated and didn't work (which didn't bother us). No wifi, no facilities to make a hot drink or store anything cold. No heating if you ever need it and no air conditioning. The water pressure for the shower is very poor. Shower gel is provided and a bar of soap. The building is very loud and you can hear everyone's conversations. Our balcony table and chairs have seen better days and the floor definitely needed a clean. This hotel and Caribbean hotel is a joint hotel. You're free to use both hotels facilities. Food: if you are a fussy eater and can't survive on pizza and chips or salad don't book! Breakfast is best to get there from 7:30am otherwise way too busy and queuing for food is terrible. Drinks: massive queue all the time! Small plastic cups which have seen better days! I highly recommend bringing your own cup! Sun beds: bring your own towel! Pools: I didn't see any of the pools being cleaned with a machine on the bottom only with a net collecting leaves etc. inflatables are free around the pool. I except people have left them for others to use. Lifeguard is around. Entertainment: we didn't get involved however the team worked hard. Location: fantastic! 5 minutes walk to the beach and I recommend a walk to the harbour, beautiful views. Fish in the marina with some shops. If you're after a base to explore Agadir I recommend or for a short break away.

Franchement personnel, très désagréable, aucun sourire aucune communication et malheureusement les chambres c’est un désastre plusieurs problèmes dans la même chambre problème sanitaire manque de propreté et surtout je suis arrivé. J’ai trouvé les draps sales je les signaler pendant trois jours qu’en consécutifs ils n’ont jamais été changé. C’est une catastrophe.

I am glad we didn’t listen to the negative reviews! We booked this as a last minute holiday for a little sun. We were not disappointed! From the moment we arrived all the staff were helpful and friendly. I couldn’t fault any of them. The rooms are clean, yes a little dated . But clean sheets multiple times in the week. Fresh towels and toilet roll daily! The swimming pool was cleaned every day and was lovely, a little cold when you first get in, but a welcome freshness from the heat. Lifeguard on duty daily. The bar staff are so friendly and work so hard. The animation team organise some great activities and will include anyone who wants to participate. The restaurant staff are so accommodating, always somewhere to sit. They will bring you drinks and bread. There is plenty of choice with food. Even the fussy eaters will find something. Overall we were not disappointed and had such a good time we plan to return in the Easter holidays. It’s a great value for money 3 star hotel that’s suitable for the whole family. We spoke to several people who were returning guests, I think that says it all!

I'll be honest we booked this hotel spontaneously then looked at the reviews and this worried me slightly... however the people here are so lovely, staff can't do enough for you... the food in my opinion is plentiful and really tasty... we paid very little to come here yet we are having a great time. I recently stayed at El Pueblo Tamlelt during my trip to Morocco, and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. While there were some aspects of the stay that were acceptable, there were significant issues that negatively impacted my holiday. I was assigned a room with severe hygiene problems, including the presence of cockroaches. This was extremely distressing and far below the standard I expected. While the hotel eventually offered a room change, the process was frustrating, as I had to wait over 2 hours before being relocated. Additionally, the poor hygiene in the original room caused me physical discomfort, including nausea and an upset stomach, for which I had to seek assistance from the hotel's nurse. Although the medication provided helped alleviate my symptoms, the situation added unnecessary stress to my holiday. On a slightly more positive note, the replacement room was in better condition. However, I believe that more attention to cleanliness, proactive quality checks, and improved customer service could have prevented these issues and improved my overall experience. I hope the management takes these comments seriously and implements measures to enhance hygiene standards and staff training. With these improvements, El Pueblo Tamlelt has the potential to be a much better place to stay. I created a post complain and the rude stuff was saying that my accusation is false and I didn’t went to the nurse where there is a book where you can check the list of the people which needed a nurse. And I signed this book as well.

Les portes les Huisseries sont totalement mortes l'isolation phonique déplorable à cause des fenêtres pourries . La sécurité du balcon de la chambre D43 est hyper dangereuse car la barrière du balcon au 3 étages ne tient que par une visse . The room was that bad I chose to sleep in a chair rather than getting onto the bed. I checked out the very next day. I skipped any kind of food and drinks. Die Lage war super und es gab einen bewachten Strandbereich. Außerdem war auch alles andere gut erreichbar. Es gibt einige Läden direkt neben dem Hotel und die Möglichkeit Touren zu buchen.
Cons: Es war leider jede Nacht bis 1:30 sehr laut. Wer gerne feiern geht, wird das Hotel mögen, da man dort dann auch die anderen Gäste nicht stört.

The view from room balcony was nice, room was tiny, Shower was powerful. Its allot cheaper than other hotels on booking .com so factor that in and its just ok. Staff were all friendly that i encountered and greeted with a smile. For a holiday here maybe just book the room and venture out, would i stay again , hmm not sure , maybe.
Cons: All inclusive meals were not great, food offering overall was not great. Big dual complex with another hotel carrabean village. Reminded me of an army camp but with less food choice and protein sources than a traditional cookhouse./ carbs rice and salad.Room tv didnt work and was 1980s big box shaped which served as a place to rest items upon only. I didnt get up for breakfast until the last day but apparent fighting and throwing of chairs was taking place with a couple saying they wanted to leave and not return. Also people selling drugs on a walk out of complex in the evening. Even though i was all inclusive i could not get served at the bar for a beer in the Evening, too many people queuing and ppl pushing in, 1 young guy taking his time serving drinks in tiny plastic cups behind the bar. So left complex and went to bars outside hotel. On returning to complex glass smashed on front door where the security guard was relaxed. I was actually sick while here ,Luckily a 24hr bug which had me sweating the whole night and shivers if i got out from bed to use the toilet. Lots of other people complaining but what to expect for 100euro a night for 2 adults room and some kind of food and maybe drinks.

Cons: Very dated, uncomfortable beds, poor facilities, charged £5 extra for a gym that you could have in a garage, maybe it was the room I selected ? one of the cleaning staff was incredibly rude to me, so much so I ended up checking out 3 days into a week long stay and stayed in a Airbnb, the excursions offered were overpriced and genuinely just outside the hotel there are places that offer them for a lot cheaper.

Good location, great price, rooms clean and fairly comfortable, great pool facilities and entertainment all day/night, staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The food is average. Breakfast good but lunch and dinner I found it hard to find something to suit me. A lot of traditional Moroccan food, adding some more European foods would help with people’s complaints on the food.

Cons: Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt, auf dem Bett lagen nasse Handtücher, nach Anfrage an der Rezeption kamen Putzfrauen, haben die nassen Handtücher vom Bett genommen, haben das Bett gemacht, ohne die Bettwäsche zu wechseln. Das Hotelzimmer lag im Untergeschoss und die Balkontür geht nicht zu verschliessen. Bei Rücksprache an der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt, wenn ich nicht direkt, nicht über Booking.com, gebucht hätte, hätte man mir ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.

Cons: Estou alojado neste hotel e só me apetece voltar a Portugal. Hotel desorganizado e sujo. Falta de comida, utensílios como garfos, facas, copos e colheres de plástico que lavam ( mal) e são reutilizados. Empregados pegam tudo com as próprias mãos. Comida sem qualidade, tudo completamente sujo. Sinceramente feliz por apenas ter comprado o tudo incluído nos últimos dois dias. Comemos fora do hotel por 5/6€ e muito melhor qualidade. Comidas típicas marroquinas. No hotel tentam que paguemos em cash não preciso de explicar o porquê... (Em quase todo o lado é assim , cuidado com as manobras de taxistas e serviços para ficarem com o dinheiro.) Reclamações diárias. A limpeza não existe, existe o fazerem as camas mas não mudam lençóis e as toalhas só com muita insistência. Não existe Control de espreguiçadeiras , as pessoas deixam as toalhas a reservar de um dia para o outro e ninguém faz nada. A única coisa de positivo que existiu nesta estadia foi o bar das piscinas , sendo que um deles fecha as 17h tendo que o cliente deslocar-se cerca de 250 m para ir buscar bebidas. O único local com internet é na receção, tem imensas falhas. Na minha humilde opinião, nunca mais aqui volto. Mais , este hotel é o mesmo que o Caribbean village agador, mas não explicam nada. É ridiculo. Pequeno almoço , almoço e jantar sem pratos, meias horas de espera. Por amor de deus , evitem este hotel.

l'attitude de l'ancien personnel que je connais depuis des années (plagiste, restauration, rotonde petite piscine) est toujours parfaite contrairement au nouveau personnel (stagiaires ?) qui ne savent même pas répondre quand on leur dit bonjour !
Cons: accueil : "stagiaire ? : on préfère des espèces parce que ce n'est pas sûr que votre carte passe" - demande express à la réservation en février d'une chambre en rdc ou 1er pour pb de santé,... chambre proposée au 4è sans ascenseur !! services : contrairement à la pub, pas de télévision et "cinéma du personnel allant jusqu'à changement de chambre pour apprendre que la liaison satellite était en panne dans tout l'hôtel... 3 jours après... et pas de connexion remise en fonction après 2 semaines de séjour... !! promo annoncée (dépliant) sur le spa entre 9 et 11 h. (-20% pendant la "brume matinale".. mais n'ouvre pas avant 10h45... donc spa ailleurs (puisqu'un des 2 spa est fermé depuis plusieurs années) chambre pas faite les mercredi, vendredi, dimanche 1er semaine et mardi 2è semaine - réveil demandé pour le départ à 3h du matin non fait (malgré demande répétée 3 fois) - pas de wifi dans les chambres - 1 point de réception à l'accueil... le REMBOURSEMENT à hauteur de 15 % minimum est de mise (et non pas un avoir puisque l'hôtel est délaissé, à vendre selon le personnel ??), en tout état de cause encadrement des "stagiaires" à revoir et manque de management de l'hôtel certain (puisque le dimanche, ayant signalé la chambre non faite à 16h20, quelqu'un devait passer et personne n'est venu mais on reconnaît que j'ai payé pour avoir la télévision et les chambres faites tous les jours..) et j'ai heureusement les moyens d'aller manger dans d'autres restaurants qu'au "réfectoire" car l'hotel est capable de servir au même repas, les mêmes pâtes en gratin, en sauce pesto et en salade froide... !! et si vous voulez des fruits ou des céréales le matin, il faut connaître l'ancien personnel pour y avoir droit sur demande ...

Cons: Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten lange hinter sich. Als wir in unser Zimmer kamen, funktionierte die Toilettenspülung nicht und die Dusche war verstopft. Ersteres würde allerdings im Laufe des Tages behoben. Auch die Sauberkeit der Anlage ist insgesamt unterdurchschnittlich. Da wir das Hotel allerdings nur zum Schlafen und frühstücken nutzten, hat uns das nicht interessiert. Das kontinentale Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings gab es nur eine Sorte Wurst und keinen Käse. Noch etwas am Rande: Nachdem nach der ersten Nacht das Zimmermädchen unser Zimmer gereinigt hatten, fanden wir einige lange schwarze Haare auf dem (weißen) Fliesenboden, die vorher nicht da waren.

La literie est de qualité. La chambre est propre. Des serviettes de toilette sont à disposition ainsi que le tapis de sortie de douche. La chambre est spacieuse. Bon emplacement car petits souk à proximité et restaurants, bars.
Cons: La piscine paraît propre mais les chaises longues ne sont pas utilisables car pas nettoyées. La wifi est fonctionnelle uniquement à la réception et non dans les chambres. Il y a des bars à côté donc si vous avez besoin de calme pour vous endormir, cet hôtel n est pas fait pour vous.

Cons: Veel kamers liggen boven een discotheek. Elke nacht wordt hier tot 1u30 luide Marokkaanse muziek gespeeld. Vreselijk! Het ontbijt bestaat uit enkel jam en als ze goesting hebben kan je een omelet laten bakken. Enkel wifi in de drukke lobby en bij het overbevolkte zwembad. Geen airconditioning. De ligstoelen liggen ofwel vol met mensen of met handdoeken. Heb er tijdens mijn verblijf geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Je krijgt een plastieken polsbandje aan waar je overal mee blijft achter haken. 's Nachts jeukt het van het zweet. Ik zou het mijn hond nog niet willen aandoen. Het beloofde balkon is heel klein. De 2 stoelen en tafel vallen door elkaar. Het is afgemaakt met een witte muur van 3 m hoog. De doucheknop hangt niet tegen de muur.

Il n'y a pas d'autre mot : fuyez ! Je suis arrivée dans une chambre dont la lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas. Des rideaux mal fixés. Pas de pommeau de douche, juste le tuyau au sol. Je fais une réclamation à la réception où le personnel est à peine aimable. Je sors dîner pensant qu'en rentrant les choses seraient réparées. Je rentre dans la douche avec mes chaussures de plage pour vérifier si il y a de l'eau chaude et que la pomme de douche a été posée. Un craquement de verre sous ma semelle me fait sursauter. Une ampoule entière, mais cassée à été laissée là au sol, ces morceaux prêts à entailler profondément la plante du pied. Je retourne une deuxième fois à la réception. Nullement offusqué par mes photos, on me revoit dans la chambre avec un homme qui peine à balayer tous ces morceaux éparpillés. Dans le doute qu'il puisse en rester, je demande une autre chambre. Je me retrouve sur le boulevard bruyant et commence à ouvrir le lit. Les draps tâchés et non changés finissent par me dégoûter de cet endroit où tout est sale, mal entretenu, glauque... Fuyez !
Cons: Un personnel antipathique, un lieu complètement laissé à la dérive, sale, mal entretenu. Une ambiance générale délétère où tout semble être à la dérive. Je n'ai jamais rencontrer un personnel aussi désagréable. Ces gens doivent être bien mal manager pour en arriver à mettre en danger leur client !

Отличное расположение отеля. Предупредительный, вежливый персонал. Доброжелательный персонал на рецепции и охране. Аниматоры выше всяких похвал. Музыка, концерты,дискотеки, соревнования в бассейне, и т.д. Чистые бассейны и территория. Три отдельных бассейна. Теннисный корт. Вкусно приготовленная еда. Je change de chambre 15 minutes après et la nouvelle chambre chasse d eau cassé pas de savon ni de serviette aucune ménage pas fait dégueulasse des poiles humain partout et de la music a fond jusqu'à 2 h du matin les clients de l' hôtel ne respect rien ils crient et claques les porte a n' importe quel heure de la nuit trop déçut je suis partit a 7 h du matin très déçut j ai même pas visiter la ville je suis partit direct a Marrakech dommage belle hôtel mais aucun entretien a déconseiller fortement !!!

Cons: Séjour réservé 14 jours , je suis parti quelques jour sur Marrakech en laissant quelques affaires à l’hôtel à mon retour à l’hôtel suite à mon séjours à Marrakech je suis étonnement surpris de voir que dans ma chambre il n’y avait plus mes affaires. Je vais à la réception pour leur expliquer y me dise qu’il pensais que je ne reviendrais plus donc il on mis mes affaires au objets trouvés et que mes affaires reviendront le lendemain matin. Le lendemain matin je vais à la réception il me donne 1 sac avec 1 t shirt 2 caleçon. Il manque une veste de marque 2 t shirt de marque de l’argent et des ustensiles. J’explique à la réception il ne me croit pas et me font passer pour un menteur. Les personnes à l’accueil sont désagréables méchantes et je ne parle pas du directeur de l’établissement qui ne veut rien savoir. L’hôtel est bruyant à cause du restaurant le maxwell qui diffuse de la music jusqu’à 4h du matin. Les chambres sont sales , douches cassé. L’hygiène n’y es pas respecté du tout ! J’aurais du rester encore 6 jours à cette hôtel mais avec cette événement j’ai décidé de partir plus tôt que de rester dans cette hôtel de voleur et pays de voleur ! Quand je lis les avis je me dis que j’aurais dû lire les avis avant car tout le monde se plaint de cette hôtel ! À fuir

Jag kunde inte hantera en ända natt för att de stank något äckligt och jag avbröt min bokning och jag har massa bilder och de finns ingen shampo och hand dukarna är riktigt gamla. jag frågade om jag fick köpa kaffe sen dom sa att de inte finns i hotellet

Jak za tą cenę lepszego hotelu z basenem nie znajdziecie. Codzienne animacje tylko warto wcześniej zarezerwować sobie leżaki
Cons: Widać że hotel ms swoje lata świetności za sobą. Ale najważniejsze w w pokoju czysto. Nie warto brać all inclusive ani nawet śniadań bo lepiej wybrać się do knajpy obok niż stać w kolejce za jajkami sadzonymi.

It had all the basic needs of a room, I did not really get to use any of the facilities. The breakfast was plentiful and fine for me. Lots of shops and about 15m walk to the beach.
Cons: I did see a child take some juice then spill it back into juicer and spat in it. But I call that bad parenting and basic manners.

Great pool area, located almost at the beach front, good selection of breakfast items and quaint common spaces. It’s cheap enough to be a great solution for anyone who doesn’t hold very high standards, and comfortable enough on this specific time of year. The lack of AC in the heat of summer might be a big turn off for most.
Cons: There should be a map of the property. From what I’ve gathered the common spaces have different hotels operating around and using it, making it a sort of resort or small village inside the city. Navigating the space and figuring out all the available amenities and spaces is kind of hard but doable. Also, no Wi-Fi on the rooms which, by the way, were ill equipped for the current century (my room had a rotary phone. In 2024. An no, it wasn’t a prop). No AC and lack of available plugs to charge many devices. My room, however, had a very ample balcony which was a very pleasant value add to my stay.
