La experiencia fue lamentable. Llegar por la novhe y darte cuenta de que te dan una diminuta habitaciòn de supuestamente no funadores con una peste tremenda a tabaco y un cenicero en la habitaciòn. Ademàs tener que discutir con el personal de recepciòn si huele o no a tabaco fue lamentable. De la limpieza mejor ni hablar, porque no existe. Està anticuado y se cae a trozos todo. Punto a favor, despuès de quejarnos nos trasladaron a un hotel del mismo dueño justo en frente. Algo mejor

Fantastiskt service. Alla var hjälpsamma och trevliga. Receptionen hjälpte oss dag och natt. Conciergerna lika så. Städarna var trevliga och rena. Restaurang personal, både på morgonen och kvällen var fantastiska.

Oteli organizasyon bölgemize yakın olduğu ve araba ile seyahat ettiğimden otoparkı olması sebebiyle tercih ettim.standart odada konakladık.Yapı olarak biraz eski bir bina ancak bu beni rahatsız etmedi. Temizlik hizmet gayet iyi personel ilgili güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Otelde kahvaltı dahildi ve çeşit olarak pandemi koşulları gözönüne alınırsa gayet fazlaydı. Restaurantı olması da öğle ve akşam yemekleri için bir alternatif. Fiyat performans açısından gayet iyi. Tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel .

Very pleasant staff and cute hotel. Rooms very clean and tidy. WiFi perfect. Was really looking forward to a bath in the room as said on description but had a shower instead but that’s only the small thing. Beds very comfy and heated rooms for winter months. Would stay again. Mini bar not overpriced either. Would recommend

お部屋もきれいでとても快適に泊まらせていただきました。少し浅いですが日本人にはうれしいバスタブがあります。近くにレストランらしいものはありませんがルームサービスは24時間らしく頼んでみましたが早いし美味しいしお値段も高くなかったです。

앞에 공원도 있고 시계탑으로 갈 수 있는 교통편도 조금만 나가면 있어요. 운동할 겸 걸어가면 충분히 나올 수 있는 거리에 시계탑도 보이고 시장도 있어서 좋네요. 강력추천

This is not a four stars hotel, the standard of the rooms is worse then in a hostel! The bath was so dirty, it looks like they don´t clean it for many years. We have told it on the reception, but the receptionist just answered that they will clean it tomorrow and we just booked it for one night! He even don´t ask how long will we stay. Also we have booked this hotel to relax and use the spa facilities, but they were out of order. We are very disappointed.

First night the aircodation was not working and the minybar was off and they give me so small room the secnd night after i called expidia for 6 times the changed the room at 6 pm the stuff was friendly but the hotle mangement do not care

Das Hotel entsprach in keinster Weise von den vier ausgewiesenen Sternen. . Die Zimmer von denen wir in kürzester Zeit einige gesehen haben waren dreckig, verwohnt, Flecken auf den Wänden und Tapeten, Schimmel im Ganzen Bad, Farbablösungen an Decken, beißender Nikotingeruch, dreckige und fleckige Teppichböden. Das Reinigungspersonal war nicht in der Lage regelmäßig die Zimmer zu säubern, frische Handtücher zu bringen, obwohl die alten Handtücher auf dem Boden lagen (man sollte evtl. dem Personal die Bedeutung mal erklären), Spiegel mit Wasserflecken im Bad zu säubern und die Toilette zu reinigen. Zerrissene Bädwäsche wurden nur nach Reklamation ausgetauscht. Hierfür gibt es wirklich keine ausreichende Definition. Dreck pur. Wir hätten dann ein zweites Zimmer für meine später angereisten Kinder gebucht, Die Zimmer sahen genauso aus und waren zudem mit Kakerlaken ausgestattet. Das Zimmer wurde gewechselt. Nur die Zimmernummer änderte sich, sonst nichts. Gleicher Dreck und dieselben Kakerlaken. Zwei schlaflose Nächte. Kommen wir zum Frühstücksbüffet, welches man eigentlich nicht so nennen kann. Frühstück gab es von 7:30-10:30 Uhr. Um 9:30Uhr war schon nichts mehr auf dem Buffet, außer matschige Melonen, Tomaten und Ekel erregende Käsescheiben. Das Personal war unfreundlich und nicht in der Lage alles wieder aufzufüllen. 11 grausame Nächte.

I have stayed in many different types of hotel and surely this hotel is in the bottom half of my favorite hotel. Barely 2 star hotel. They charged me twice and delayed on refund. The rooms are dirty Dirty carpet Cockroach in the bathroom Slow drain in the bathroom Bad quality shampoo and body wash And don't get me started on the location. Unless other places are booked and you really have to sleep somewhere, I don't recommend this hotel.

이즈미르 기차역과 가까워서 찾기가 쉬웠습니다. 기차역기준으로 광장 아래방향으로 조금 내려오니 예약한 호텔이 있었습니다. 그런데 밤에는 거리가 너무 어둡고 노숙자도 많아서 위험해보이니, 여성분인경우 택시타길 권유합니다. (택시로는 3~5분정도 소요된듯, 10리라) 트윈베드실을 사용했는데 난감했던건 객실이 너무 좁아서 가방두기가 벅차고. 게다가 욕실벽은 침실이 내다보이는 유리로 되어있어서(커텐을 내리면되긴 하다만) 샤워할때 많이 난감 했습니다.(욕실도 좁음) ㅠㅠ, 예약전 욕실구조를 자세히 살펴보길 .. 강력히!! 권유합니다. 하지만, 실내는 깨끗하고, 침대는 편안해서 다음날 공항가기 위해 1박하기에는 무리가 없이 편했습니다. 이즈미르 공항 셔틀 버스(havatas) 정류소와는 걸어서 대략 10~15분정도 소요된 듯 합니다.
