Tout est juste parfait. Le personnel et Monsieur le Directeur sont trĂšs accueillants et sympathiques. TrĂšs rĂ©actifs Ă nos demandes. La suite est trĂšs propre. Au niveau du restaurant le buffet est exceptionnel, on sâest rĂ©galĂ©s. On recommande vivement le Palais du dĂ©sert, lâhĂŽtel est digne de son nom.

Mon séjour a été parfait, de l'accueil à la chambre, tout était impeccable. Accueil chaleureux, personnel était trÚs attentionné et surtout l'accompagnement de Monsieur Abdelghani le directeur de l'hÎtel. Je recommande vivement cet hÎtel.

Our travel firm, Desert Day Tours, recommended and planned a magnificent tour of Morocco, which included our stay at Palais du DĂ©sert a few days ago. Everything about the trip was flawless! Among the numerous excellent accommodations selected by the agency, this one really stood out for its allure, cosiness, and tranquil setting in the Sahara desert. Beautiful, roomy, and full of character, the palace is designed in the riad style. The service was first-rate and the staff was kind. The entire Desert Day Tours trip was amazing; it was meticulously planned, packed with unusual events, and exuded genuine Moroccan warmth. Every step of the way, we felt cared for. Both the tour and the stay at Palais du DĂ©sert are highly recommended!

The Manager Abdelghani confirmed our stay and welcomed us warmly. The property is lovely and the service terrific! Beautiful pool and landscaped grounds. Abdessamad was very professional in the restaurant and dining room. Wonderful manners and professional staff!

all the staff were very friendly and helpful. 30 min after our booking, we got welcome message from the manager Mr. Abdelghani, who did welcome us personally and did try to organize dinner as we arrived around midnight. Breakfast is very good as the food in the hotel restaurant. Good internet connection We had junior suite, nice, clean and comfortable The hotel location is good, close to several nice places and about 1h drive to the Airport.

This is a surprisingly large Hotel in Erfoud⊠the design is Classical Arabic architecture which suits the area perfectly⊠it is an ideal place to relax and chill after a desert trip⊠the rooms are huge and very well arranged. It was very quiet throughout our stay, probably due to the season⊠The breakfast and dinner were excellent and some of the best food we have tasted in Morocco. A special thank you to Abdelghani( manager) and Abdu Samar ( waiter) who did everything possible to ensure we had a great experience

It was my birthday and the hotel staff was all wonderful in making my stay at this hotel very special. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was nicely located just by the desert. We had dinner and the food was great, with a surprise birthday cake prepared for me, which was so heartwarming. I highly recommend this hotel.

Incredible friendly and professional service from the manager Mr Abdelghani and his excellent team. We had a lovely stay here recuperating after a night in the desert. So nice to have an actual bath, not just a shower. A fabulous buffet for dinner with very courteous service from all the wait staff. The hotel itself is lovely, with good use of pretty lighting in the evening and nice plants.
Cons: The towel rail in the bathroom was loose and needs repair.

The room was a nice size and comfortable. The bathroom was nice as well and included amenities commensurate with a luxury hotel, including an actual bidet.
Cons: Aside from the room, there was a lot left to be desired for a luxury hotel stay. The staff were fine. The room was not made up during the day even after we hung the sign on the door for cleaning service and asked the front desk to have the room cleaned as we left for the day. Dinner and breakfast were not great and expensive. The restaurant manager was nice but bullied us into keeping an overpriced can of coke on the bill after we told him we didn't want it and didn't touch it during dinner because "the manager had left for the night". Upon checkout, the hotel manager presented me with the bill which included charges for the hotel and breakfast which had been prepaid through booking.com. When I mentioned that the room and breakfast had already been paid with the reservation, the manager insisted that booking provided them with the billing info but it hadn't been done so I had to show my statement to get him to remove the charges from the final bill.

The hotel is amazing. Very beautiful, well decorated and easy to find. The room they gave us was more than we were expecting. The bathroom was great, clean and we slept very well. We ate dinner and breakfast, the food was very delicious and fresh! The best of the best was the service and staff of the hotel. All of them were very kind and helpful. A special thank you to Abdessamad who served us in the restaurant :) This is the place to go on your way to the Sahara desert, I recommend it to 100%

The staff were super nice and welcoming. The guide that took us to the Sahara was very friendly and explained to us everything we wanted to know. Everyone was super nice. Lots of options for breakfast if you eat dairy products. A bit harder as a vegan but still had options!

Everything. We needed a one night stay on the way to the desert and we didnât want to leave. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed and truly spoilt. What a gem - truly the Gateway to the desert! :) :) :) Room, facilities and Food 11/10!!! Just a note - The Manager was helpful , informative and even offered to help us if we needed on our on going trip!!! Amazing customer service all round from reception to the bar to the restaurant!

Cons: big room with small bathroom and weird shower. uneven heat. said breakfast was included but there was separate line item on bill for breakfast. argued 15 minutes with manager, showed him the reservation confirming breakfast included but he would not budge. left very unhappy. definitely overpriced for what you got. food just ok. worst hotel of our 12 day trip by far.

We had a very early flight on check out, the staff went out of their way to provide us with fruit, pastries, yogurt and milk because we left before breakfast was served. Staff and management were very accommodating. The hotel was clean and comfortable. a great experience!!

La direction de lâhĂŽtel - quand nous les avons-nous informĂ©s - nous a remerciĂ© de les avoir prĂ©venus de cette âerreurâ .. aucun geste commercial. Par ailleurs sur les 2 piscines une nâest pas entretenue, lâhĂŽtel semble spĂ©cialisĂ© dans les groupes , câest bruyant et sans aucun charme.
