Cons: Bana 10 ve 12 yaşlarında 2 çocuk konaklayabilir şeklinde odayı tuttum ama gittiğimde çift kişilik bir yatağın olduğu bir oda verildi.Herhalde ilave yatakla işi çözecekler dedim.Ama ne yazıkki oda çok küçük olduğundan sadece bir tane ilave yatak koyabileceklerini ve onunda 400 baht olduğunu söyleyip hemen aldılar.Dolayısıyla 3 gün boyunca 2 çocuğum ve eşim büyük yatakta bende son derece kalitesiz olan ilave yatakta yatmak zorunda kaldım.

Отдельное спасибо владельцу и менеджеру — очень доброжелательные и внимательные люди, благодаря которым создаётся ощущение, что ты здесь не как гость, а почти как у друзей. Номера удобные, есть всё необходимое, а расположение отличное: всё рядом и всегда под рукой. За это время отель стал для меня почти как дом.

Location is one of the best ever in the heart of Patong. You can literally reach everywhere on foot, especially the beach and main clubs Staff is professional, very friendly and kind Room is cozy, comfortable, spacious and good value for money WiFi signal is strong

Look, it's a cheap option and that's what you get. The walls of the hotel are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING around you, including early morning cleaning of the other rooms. It doesn't feel private. The room wasn't cleaned after day 1, and the front desk receptionist (not the elderly man, he was friendly) was very unwelcoming. The blanket was the wrong size for the bed, there were constant plumbing noises coming from the walls, and the aircon was very loud / oscillated.

- we had a deluxe room which was huge, clean and had a balcony - bed was comfy, nice bathroom, towels and samples provided - good location right off the Main Street and 15 min walk to beach - staff were lovely and friendly - rooms made daily - extended our stay one night in a standard room, was smaller with no balcony or view but still clean and nice size

This property is in the perfect location to walk to anything! The staff is awesome. The only downside is the beds are VERY hard, they are not mattresses, but a thin piece of material over springs. The room is really outdated and many things don’t work, but the air conditioner was working great! There are probably better options, but for the money it is hard to beat!

The hotel is in a good location close to the madness of Bangla road but not so close that you can hear any of it, there is a family mart practically on the doorstep and the Big C is a short walk away, the room was cleaned daily and restocked with water. The wifi was usually good but during my stay the whole area was flooded and the final two days in Patong were sureal.

Cons: I sleep on a very soft mattress normally and it was a shock to my body to find the mattress hard and unyielding, I woke everyday stiff and aching.

Everything was good. so i stayed a month! yes! i had 2 months in Phuket and i was shifting between hotels. none were interesting. Sole was close enough to the beach, closer to Bangla road, closer to food markets and Big C and also a very safe locality. basically everything was just a walk away. my room was large enough and with a balcony that faced the mountains. amazing. i loved my room. i loved the staff. there a good common area to relax. a family mart store just outside the hotel. what more can you ask for? thanks for everything guys. loved it.

Cons: 1. the only problem was the lights in the room. they were so dim in the night that the room felt like a pub after sunset. i really struggled with that. 2. also wish they had given me a monthly rental option, and then i wud have stayed longer because i had one more month of visa left! but i plan to return soon.

This place has very convenient location to get to patong beach, stores, and markets. Hotel rooms are clean, they have everything what you need and what is listed on hotels.com site except hair dryer. For hair dryer you have to go to reception, which is very inconvenient. My suggestion to the management is to spend some money to buy hair dryers for all rooms as it's done in all hotels. Also white towels provided in room are not really white, and a bit outdated. Hotel staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. They helped us to resolve a few issues with diving shops and watch repair shop. We are very grateful to people on reception serving 24/7. Overall, it was very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Happy with the cleanliness of the room , maintained well and also reloading stuff during room cleaning is well done. For budget price this should be a decent hotel but only things which lack here is, there is no intercom and if you need anything i guess you need to go down to reception and ask. The most frustrating thing is that they don't understand English properly and it was difficult for me many times to have a conversation with them, On the other hand when i asked them to make a local Phuket call for me they said there is no balance in their mobile to call . what kind of hotel doesn't maintain balance in their mobiles to make phone call. Conclusion : If you are looking for just a room lo sleep then its a very decent , cleanly maintained nice hotel but if you need any room services provided it will be difficult place to manage
