Cons: Rien n’allait. Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet établissement. Pourtant je suis une cliente depuis de très nombreuses années. Toutefois, cette fois ci j’ai été extrêmement mal reçue et mal traitée par le personnel sur place. J’ai précisé que je ne voulais pas une chambre en particulier lors de mon précédent séjour. La pire de l’hôtel… Arrivées sur place, on m’a indiqué que c’était cette chambre ou rien. Et bien sûr pas de geste commercial et pas de remboursement. Je précise que j’étais accompagnée de ma mère handicapée qui a très difficilement due se déplacer avec nos bagages dans les mains sans aide pour accéder à cette chambre au fond de l’hôtel et une grande marche à monter pour y accéder ce qui fut très difficile sans aide pour ma mère. Ma famille et moi même venons dans cet hôtel depuis des années et même après l’épisode du séisme ou les chambres étaient fissurées. Pour autant, cette fois, je me suis retrouvée avec un personnel hermétique et dédaigneux. Je n’y remettrai plus les pieds et j’inviterai dorénavant mes proches et mes connaissances à ne plus s’y rendre à l’avenir.

Zimmer waren toll, die Poolanlage war schön. Toller Service und richtig gutes Essen. Man konnte auch vom Buffet essen. Wir haben aber a la carte gegessen und waren total begeistert.

Cons: Es haben dort viele Reisebusse Zwischenstopp gemacht. Aber wir waren ja auch nur eine Übernachtung da und das war okay.

La estancia en el Hotel Oscar ha sido perfecta 👌🏽. Las instalaciones están impecables, todo muy limpio y cuidado al detalle. La zona de la piscina y las hamacas es una pasada, ideal para relajarse. La habitación, amplia, cómoda y también muy limpia. El personal, súper amable y atento en todo momento. Y tanto el desayuno como la cena tipo buffet, bastante completos y de buena calidad. En general, un sitio totalmente recomendable para disfrutar y desconectar 😊.

L'hôtel idéal pour loger à Ouarzazate. C'est l'hôtel officiel des studios Atlas où sont descendus un grand nombre de stars. Donc on est pleinement en immersion dans les films. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la déco des chambres et plus largement de l'hôtel qui fait clin d'œil aux films qui ont été tournés à côté et aux acteurs qui ont logé dans l'hôtel.

In dieser Unterkunft habe wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. JEDES Mitglied des Personals ist sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Im Besonderen ist der Umgang mit Komplikationen zu erwähnen: die Klimaanlage in unserem Suite funktionierte nicht richtig - innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde eine Lösung gefunden. Wir haben eine andere Suite bekommen. Das war sehr professionell! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Fueron 2 dias los que estuvimos en el Hotel. El primer dia habitacion regular; al dia siguiente nos hicieron un upgrade y nos pasaron a una Suite (Suite Aladin).

Cons: No me gustó que no pudiera escojer lo que queria desayunar. Trajeron una bandeja com bolleria, eso sí, en grandes cantidades para dos personas, y no había una tostadora para hacer pan tostado, por ejemplo. Lo único que podias escoger era el tipo de bebida que querias: maquina de café o té.

We spent one night at Oscar Hotel just next to the Atlas Studios. The property is nice. The pool was clean and refreshing in the 40C weather. The rooms are slightly small but comfortable. Our AC was slightly finicky. We had three rooms in our party. The other two did not have any issues with their AC. The restaurant food was good for both dinner and breakfast. The bar service was good. Try the virgin Mojito. I would stay there again.

Perfect in every way! Would highly recommend!! Location was incredible with the film studios and all other activities on your door step, including quad bikes and camel rides. There were plenty of activities to choose from and the grounds of the hotel have plenty to offer, including a garden, play area and swimming pool. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and spacious with everything you need and more, including sun loungers in your private decking area. Food options and quality of food was fantastic and caters to everyone. Cleanliness 10/10! Not a spot of dirt inside or out! Welcoming and kind staff that go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect! As far as value for money.. Oasis Hotel is extremely well priced compared to other hotels and for the service provided. Thank you to everybody!! Oasis Hotel exceeded all expectations and is the perfect stay for anybody visiting Ouarzazate.

De ruimte in de Presidential Suite en de hygiëne. Het was fijn dat er een klein terras was voor de kamer. De regendouche is perfect! Het is leuk dat de aankleding bestaat uit decor van diverse filmsets.

Cons: Er wordt geadverteerd met een bubbelbad, die is niet aanwezig. Sterker nog, nergens is een bubbelbad. Verder wordt er geadverteerd met een exclusieve lounge. Die is er ook niet. We hebben er naar gevraagd bij de receptie en het bleek gewoon de lobby te zijn waar iedereen toegang tot heeft. De bedden zijn hard en de prijzen van het drinken zijn duur.

Cons: Even though the room looked quite ok at first, the bed was tiny and so uncomfortable, I have 1.67m and my feet were outside the bed. And the bathroom was so small, I barely took a shower, which for my husband was impossible, being 1.96 cm tall. The walls were covered with dead mosquitoes and flies, as the living ones were buzzing in the room. The cost is only for the location and not worth it, being near the Atlas Studios, but outside the city Ourzazate.

We booked 2 rooms for a family of 4. We requested a double and a twin but were given 2 twins. We didn't ask to change as we didn't mind. The rooms were simple in decor with a private patio. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel had a modern American feel with a lovely pool surrounded by clusters of buildings. The movie theme throughout the hotel was cool and stylish. The restaurant offered buffet or a la carte in the evening and a breakfast buffet in the morning. The choice was excellent. Finding the hotel was easy and it is conveniently next door to the Atlas Studios which is definitely worth a visit.

This was fun hotel full of move memorabilia. Each room was named after a movie star or movie. The food was very good and they had a very nice pool area. The hotel is right next door to the Atlas Studios where they give tours. Unfortunately, we arrived too late and left too early for the tours but it sounded like it would have been a good thing to do.

Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet und punktet vor allem mit den überall sichtbaren Filmthemen sowie der chilligen Poolanlage. Das Zimmer war nicht außergewöhnlich, aber Standard-ok, zweckmäßig und sauber, ebenso Bad und WC. Die Lage an der Nationalstraße ist perfekt, Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Es gibt sogar eine Bar. Das Essen war gut, ist aber teuer. Eine absolute Empfehlung ist ein Besuch der direkt daneben liegenden Filmstudios.

Schöner Pool, grosses Zimmer mit grossen Balkon. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, leckeres Essen Wir hatten uns ein spezielles Zimmer gewünscht und dies wurde uns auch zugeteilt, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut.

Cons: Balkonmöbel waren sehr alt und splitterten. Grundsätzlich hätte man den riesigen Balkon noch schöner gestalten können mit zB Liegestühlen.

Все понравилось.Своя парковка,отдельный вход на киностудию. Мы жили в номере Гладиатор,у нас было две террасы с видом на бассейн и вид на красивые касбы. Приветственная фруктовая корзина. Шикарный номер. В ванной косметика Luxe. Особенно хочу отметить очень дружелюбный персонал везде,и на рецепшн и в ресторане и садовник. Был предложен ужин шведский стол и ресторан Аля карт.

I cant fault this hotel. The suite was large clean.serviced daily and the pool clean outside the door. AC worked. Water tea and coffee. This hotel is MUCH better than in the photos both on the website and the various reseller sites. It is new and clean and comfortable. The staff at check-in were wonderfully helpful and kind. Its such a unique place, opposite the film studios, this makes it really cool. There's a gorgeous pool and cabanas too and lots happening just around it, like horse riding and camel riding, which we didn't understand from all that we had read. We will definitely go back !

Cons: Better pillows in the bedrooms please, they were impossible to sleep with ! Everything else was just lovely.

Erg prettig en comfortabel hotel. Komend vanuit de Dades Vallei en op weg naar Marrakech is dit ideaal voor een heel ontspannende break. Ook vlakbij Aït Ben Haddou; zeer de moeite waard. Fijne en ruime kamer met veel licht en met een leuk filmthema; wij zaten in de Juwel of the Nile-suite. Gratis mineraalwater op de kamer. Men serveert alcoholhoudende drankjes, zowel op het terras als in de prettige bar. Maaltijden (diner en ontbijt) waren goed ; zowel internationale als locale keuken. Het hotel is gemakkelijk te vinden en heeft een eigen beveiligde parkeerplaats. Het ligt pal naast de Atlas filmstudio’s, die - tot onze verrassing - de moeite van een bezoek waard bleken.

Cons: Alles was naar wens; jammer dat we maar één overnachting hadden geboekt.

Cons: Mancanza box doccia: c'è solo la vasca con possibilità di fare la doccia. Siamo andati a inizio gennaio: la struttura non è adeguatamente riscaldata negli spazi comuni mentre in stanza il climatizzatore inverter funziona a dovere. Il ristorante non offre una gran cucina, cibo passabile ma niente più. Colazione migliorabile.

If you want to visit the Atlas studio, the location of this hotel is perfect, it's wall to wall with the studio.

Cons: Cold room. There is a heater on the wall, but it's not enough for heating the room. It is also very noisy. You can't take a shower as water pressure is incredibly low ((((( Food in the restaurant was the least tasty we tried over our 8 days in Marocco and the most expensive.

Stayed here as part of our Moroccon tour. Very unimpressed with this hotel. No hot water in the sink. Room was old and musty. Bathtub was dirty and stained. No shower curtain or screen for the bathtub so water runs into the bedroom area when you shower. Bed was old and very uncomfortable.

Pas de choix de thé autre que le thé à la menthe déjà préparé. Pas de yogourts.

Cons: Mettre des sachets de thé/tisane à disposition au petit déjeuner + des yogourts. Mettre en marche le chauffage dans la chambre avec plus d’anticipation parce que nous avons vraiment eu froid la première nuit. Il faisait froid dans la salle à manger et dans le bar de l’hôtel. L’hôtel correspond à un 4 étoiles, l endroit est décoré dans les thèmes du cinéma et c’est réussi. L hôtel vieillit un peu et aurait besoin d’un petit coup de rafraîchissement mais la qualité est là. Le repas du restaurant était délicieux à l’exception des desserts ( mieux vaut avoir sur la carte des desserts typiquement marocain peut-être..) Les chambres et suites sont spacieuses et confortables L entrée des studios atlas est juste à côté. Possibilité de faire du quad tt près aussi

Останавливались в отеле на одну ночь по пути из Мерзуги в Маррокеш. Стильный отель, красивая территория и уютные комнаты. Очень чисто, хороший завтрак и бар, вежливый персонал. Все было отлично. The hotel is right next to Atlas Studios which we visited on the next day and was well worth it. The decoration is very nice throughout the hotel, themed to movies of course. We wandered around just to see it all. We stayed in a suite, the room was large and well furnished.

Cons: The location is a bit far from city of Ouarzazate, we needed to drive 15min to visit the Kasbah. Minor point, but not everything in the decoration related to films actually shot at Atlas Studios

L'hôtel est placé entre les murs des studios de cinéma, c'est très original, l'arrivée face à cet endroit avec le désert autour est vraiment beau. Les chambres sont agréables, la notre avait une vue dégagée et un beau jardin. Le personnel est charmant. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. La piscine est superbe, avec une belle végétation autour. il y a la possibilité de se garer devant l'hôtel. a recommander.

Zimmer war sehr groß und bequem. Die Dekoration war sehr toll. Wir waren da gegen 17 Uhr und konnten ein schönes Essen haben, obwohl wir die einzigen im Restaurant waren.

Cons: Bett war etwas kurz. Mein Freund ist ungefähr 1,8m und hatte seine Füße außerhalb des Betts. Frühstück könnte ein bisschen besser sein mit mehreren Obst-Sorten, frischen Säften und Müsli. WLAN sehr langsam und in Teilen des Hotels oder Zimmer hat es gar nicht funktioniert

Ordinary quality hotel, AC not working right, F&B not in line with pricing. 2-star hotel breakfast. We booked the hotel, assuming that the photographs that have been displayed for the hotel are of the hotel. But a lot of them are of the studio part, which is not really the hotel. You access the studio like any other visitor during studio hours with a ticket, other than that, one is in a pretty standard hotel, while paying a higher price than one would pay in any other location of comparable quality. Overall one would do well to consider other options before deciding in favor of staying here.

Alors… que dire ? Nous sommes 4 filles arrivées de Tanger directement à Ouarzazate. Après un long périple dans ces magnifiques montagnes, nous avons enfin trouvé l’hôtel. Et quel hôtel …! Nous avons été accueillies comme des reines, les gens étaient tellement souriants et serviables! C’était incroyable! Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour Ouarzazate et ses habitants si chaleureux. Les chambres étaient parfaites, propres, spacieuses. Nous avions un balcon avec la vue sur la piscine de l’hôtel et nous avions également vue sur l’Atlas Studio 😍 La piscine était que pour nous vu que la haute saison est passée, quel bonheur. La nourriture était super bonne, nous vous conseillons les tajines .. on en rêve encore, Miam! Une mention spéciale pour Omar qui a été d’une gentillesse infinie avec nous. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Oscar Hôtel. Nous avons été surclassé suite à un disfonctionnement. Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec frigo intégré. Très belle piscine, beau cadre avec bar à cocktails. Magnifique jardin botanique bien entretenu. L'hôtel est collé au studio de cinéma où vous pourrez visiter les décors de vos films préférés. Mais le mieux est la gentillesse du personnel toujours près à vous fournir un service 5 étoiles ou à résoudre un problème, informer ou aider. Nous recommandons Oscar Hôtel.

Malgré les tentatives de Réparation désespérées de la " maintenance". Le gérant nous a gentiment relogé dans une "suite" soi-disant luxueuse ... mais la climatisation avait toutes les peines du monde à rafraîchir la pièce, tout en faisant un bruit de boing 747 au décollage ! Les lampes de chevet ne s'allumaient pas, sans éclairer en même temps le couloir ! Bref une plutôt mauvaise expérience (en tout cas beaucoup trop chère) malgré une super piscine et un personnel aux petits soins ... A éviter!

Breakfast was great also with lots of choice. The hotel is located away from the main town but the hotel arranged taxis which were good value and reliable. L’ensemble du personnel est très professionnel, agréable et chaleureux avec un superbe accueil. L’établissement est sublime, le restaurant est excellent. Je recommande vivement cette établissement à toute les personnes qui souhaite ce reposer et profiter d’un agréable moment.

Un petit déjeuner gargantuesque. La piscine est un vrai plus. La décoration est vraiment sympa. La configuration de l'hôtel permet vraiment à chacun d'avoir sa petite intimité sur sa terrasse car chacun à son espace extérieur ce qui est à souligner. Cons: Not the value for money you would expect for this price. The room is small (even for european standards) and the doors to the toilet and bathroom don’t make any sense. Our second day we had lunch and the salade was ok, but the pizza is just a freeze pizza thats been warmed up. The staff is more busy with their phones than helping the guests. The parasols are a bit dangerous when it’s windy because they tip over easily and can land on you (which isn’t a nice experience, so please replace these).

We absolutely loved our stay here. This hotel is so cool especially if you love movies. There is lots of memorabilia around. You can even sit on the Queen of Dragons throne. We booked 2 theme suites which were amazing and well worth splashing out a bit extra for. The decor is fab, they are spacious and robes and slippers are provided. We also had fruit, nuts, cakes etc. throughout the stay. The pool area is lovely and quiet and we often had the pool to ourselves. Food was lovely although in the evenings the restaurant was too quiet so we went and ate out after the first night. Breakfast was good. The hotel staff were very friendly, polite and always happy to help with anything you need. Special shout out to the restaurant manager and the porter and the housekeeping who made sure the rooms were spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially the theme suites.

This was a stop on our way to Merzouga and we had a great 48h there! Theme rooms were great, I took 3 rooms for my family and all were nice with great AC. Kids enjoyed room service in the evening while we went to have dinner outside. The pool was refreshing in the heat. More than anything, staff was so kind and helpful! O Hotel é um verdadeiro oasis no meio de Marrocos. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis. Chegamos na hora de almoço e comemos na piscina, a comida era óptima, muito saborosa e variada. Pequeno-almoço excelente com ovos, pão típico,....divinal!! A piscina também era maravilhosa depois de um dia em viagem! Sem dúvida alguma a repetir a estadia!

La localisation était parfaite , collé au studio atlas . La décoration de l’hôtel était fidèle aux photos , un très bel endroit calme et apaisant . Le personnel était d’une gentillesse incroyable. Petit déjeuner très copieux !!

The food was pretty good, some nice North American dishes after many days of Moroccan food. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Cons: Our hotel room was pretty run down and definitely in need of a refresh! The pool didn’t look clean (there were cigarette butts in the pool) and the filter system wasn’t running. The day I saw the pool being cleaned and the filters running. Public pools must be cleaned several times a day! Dirty towels picked up, etc. To all of those that smoke, no that no one appreciates your cigarette butts being anywhere other than an ashtray.

- Piscine : très beau visuel et température de l’eau parfaite . Bien entretenue. Essentiel avec la chaleur. - Chambre bonne dimension, lit confortable. - Propreté « ok » seulement. - À côté des studios ; facilite une visite. - Stationnement inclus.

Cons: - Salle de bain très petite pour deux personnes, les portes ouvrent une contre l’autre et il devient impossible d’y circuler. - Je n’ai jamais vu autant de mouches dans une chambre; autant à Marrakech qu’à Merzouga. Lors de notre Check-in j’en ai compté au moins 6 dans la porte patio à l’intérieur et même en essayant de les faire sortir, il y en avait toujours de nouvelles, elles rentraient dans nos sacs de vêtements… vraiment il faut faire quelque chose… pour un hôtel de cette qualité surtout. - Nourriture ordinaire. - Le coin avec coussins dehors et les belles lampes comme sur les photos est laissé à l’abandon / complètement poussiéreux, aucun entretien, très dommage.

I have recently had opportunity to stay at this hotel. The hotel service was of a high standard, staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. The place was clean, WI-FI worked fine with strong signal across the hotel, air condition was working also fine, I had smart TV in the room and a fridge. Sun beds and swimming pool were available for daily use. During my stay the hotel was very quiet in day time which gave me exclusive use of the swimming pool which was very nice. The hotel is located just next door to Atlas Film Studio but is a bit of a distance from other attractions and the Town Centre (10 min by Taxi), definitely not within a walking distance. The Reception was very helpful in arranging Taxi’s for all my outdoor trips. Rich and healthy breakfasts with a large selection of fruit and vegetables were available every morning. Dinners with a high standard of service and taste that cannot be found in nearby restaurants in the city centre were provided. I finished my stay just few days ago and I'm already looking forward to find out when I could come again. I highly recommend this place to stay for short and long term. Pawel, Room No.136

La chambre était très belle et propre

Cons: seul hic la souris vivante retrouvée coincée dans la baignoire... le personnel est immédiatement arrivé et à attrapé la souris avant de la donner en repas au chat qui attendait avec impatience. J'aurais aimé que l'on me change de chambre directement sans avoir à le demander moi même. Surtout après avoir retrouvé des crottes de souris sur le lit. Et après que la souris ait bien salit la baignoire....

The restaurant, pool, pool area, rooms and private patio area all exceeded my expectations. The buffet breakfast offered a huge selection of fresh and delicious food. The pool is long enough for lap swimming, which was a huge plus for anyone who enjoys swimming for exercise. The hotel is literally attached to Atlas Studios, which made it easy to tour the studios at our convenience.

Fantastische kamer, helemaal in stijl van een film. Aan alles was gedacht. We voelde ons enorm verwend. Ontbijt was heerlijk met erg veel keuze en de beste mini "pannekoekjes" ooit. Erg aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Dikke aanrader dit hotel, als je van films houdt helemaal. Stijlvol.
