Cons: TV not working, water off on one afternoon, street noise, shower did not hold temperature or flow rate, refused 2nd electronic room key for husband, street traffic very heavy and noisy. Informed that guest should not drink tap water but purchase bottled water. Price in Arabic seemed less than my price. (see photo).

A great hotel a short walk from the train station and a 40 minute walk to the main square. Helpful staff and a good sized room with a comfortable bed and a good hot shower. They can change money at an excellent rate.

Le personnel, la disponibilité, la gentillesse !

Cons: Dans notre chambre avec deux grands lits doubles, les fenêtres étaient impossibles à fermer, dommage parcequ'il y a un double vitrage. Du coup, on pouvait entendre le bruit de la circulation tard le soir et tôt le matin. Facile à corriger et peut être très utile pour les prochains voyageurs.

In a convenient location a short walk to the train station and Supratours bus station. An easy 40 minute walk into the main square. There is a change bureau on site. They very kindly upgraded my room from a single to a very comfortable double. I will definitely return.

Cons: The property is located next to a busy intersection and the poorly soundproofed rooms meant we heard noisy traffic and honking horns ALL night. The air conditioning was not able to cool the room adequately. The room appeared clean but the towels smelt odd and all the linen was past its use by date. Breakfast was barely edible and to top it all off, the staff ranged from disinterested to downright rude. I would it recommend this hotel as there are plenty of other options available.

De locatie: de medina is bereikbaar met de bus die stopt voor het hotel, het treinstation is op loopafstand, er zijn veel restaurantjes in de omgeving

Cons: Personeel aan de balie. De jongeman in de avond en de vrouw die 's ochtends werkt zijn vriendelijk. De anderen zijn onverschillig. En het lawaai van het verkeer kwam zelfs door tweemaal dubbelglas. Daar kan het hotel niets aan doen, maar als je licht slaap is dat wel een ding.

Cons: Bonjour la télévision ne marché pas un technicien devais venir voir mais rien personne en plus je me reposé dans ma chambre une personne rentre pour faire un joint dans la salle de bain sans meme nous prévenir . La réception nous avez promis que ça devais être réparé mais comme la télévision rien . Nous avons demandé pour dîner le soir on nous a répondu qu'il y avait rien pour dîner alors que quand nous sommes descendue pour aller mangé d3hors des personnes étaient en train de dîner........... La chambre côté boulevard était vraiment bruyante impossible de dormir. Nous avions réservé pour le petit déjeuner mais il a fallut vraiment que je me mette en colère pour avoir un café. Pourtant j étais une habituée avec ma familles. Je suis vraiment déçue et je ne reviendrais plus dans cette hôtel. Vraiment très déçue

Betten waren bequem. Auf Nachfrage und dann morgendlichem Erinnern und Insistieren haben wir doch das gebuchte Frühstück bekommen. Die Klimaanlage war nicht lauter als der Straßenlärm!

Cons: Vor allem: kein Zimmer zum Hinterhof, wie in der Anzeige ausgewiesen. Es war furchtbar laut in der Nacht. Im Zimmer war die Deckenleuchte kaputt, von der einen Seite des Bettes also kein Licht regelbar, die Schranktür vor dem Kühlschrank (der nicht lief) fiel aus den Angeln, die Fliesen im Bad waren scharfkantig durch fehlende Fugenmasse, der TV funktionierte nicht.

Erittäin suuri ja puhdas huone, valoisa, hyvä sänky, suuret peilit wc:ssä ja kylpyhuoneessa, mukava sijainti modernimpien ravintola/ostosalueiden läheisyydessä. Lukemieni arvostelujen jälkeen olin todella positiivisesti yllättänyt myös aamupalasta - aamupalalla oli jogurtteja, hedelmiä ja keittiöstä tuotiin suoraan pöytään vielä erilaisia lämpimiä tuotteita ja kananmunaa buffet-tarjoilujen päälle. Yövyin Mont Guelizia ennen kahdessa muussa marokkolaisessa majatalossa, enkä ollut nähnyt hedelmiä, kananmunaa tai jogurttia viikkoon. Mielestäni aamupala on siis tavanomaista marokkolaista aamupalaa monipuolisempi. Suosittelisin yöpymään ensimmäisen osan matkasta Medinan alueella ja osan Guelizin alueella saadakseen molemmat parhaat puolet Marrakeshista.

2ème séjour dans cet hôtel ! Personnel toujours aussi accueillant et serviable. J'ai eu la même chambre que le premier séjour, à ma demande. Propreté irréprochable, literie confortable, équipement de la chambre et de la salle de bains parfaits. Rien à redire. Un vrai plaisir d'y avoir encore séjourné.

Cons: Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est toujours le même et pas terrible. Toujours la même chose, le même parfum de confiture etc... Ca mériterait un peu plus de variété même si tout est bon !

C’est bien placé. Y’a une terrasse et une piscine sur le toit où on peut se poser et voir le coucher du soleil. Ma piscine est ouvert de 10h à minuit mais est un peu petit mais ça fait l’affaire si on veut se rafraîchir. Le personnel est sympa aussi

J’ai passé une très bonne nuit à Mont Guéliz. Le personnel était accueillant et serviable, la chambre propre, calme et confortable. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié la localisation, idéale pour visiter la ville et se déplacer facilement.

Cons: Deux petits points à noter : l’éclairage dans les couloirs est un peu faible, même s’il reste fonctionnel. Par ailleurs, certaines personnes parlaient fort dans les couloirs pendant la nuit — ce qui a un peu perturbé le sommeil — mais cela ne dépend pas directement de l’établissement.

Cons: Buffet du petit-déjeuner un peu succinct, peu varié. On vous apporte viennoiseries et crêpes marocaines à table. Certainement pour éviter le gaspillage alimentaire, ce que je trouve bien. 2 ou 3 confitures différentes auraient été appréciées. Seulement de l'abricot. Au bout de 5 jours, j'en avais marre.

Cons: Me cobraron de más en la recepción al llegar al hotel, en Booking ponía 188€ y cuando llegamos a ahí nos dijeron que nos lo cobraron en Booking porque lo cobraban en la recepción y nos cobraron 200€, el agua estaba ardiendo y no había fría. Cuando vinieron arreglarla más de lo mismo paso de caliente a fría y no podía poner templada. La limpieza es malísima, no limpian nada bieen. En definitiva no me ha gustado en lo absoluto.

Expedia lists this property as 4*. The property itself only claims to be 3*. I would be interested to see the criteria that got it into the 3* category as it’s pretty limited. If you’re just looking for cheap & cheerful, then this is probably fine. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning works. A bit odd that we were only supplied with 1 glass and 1 towel, when the booking was for 2 people, but I’m sure if we had asked for another they’d have been fine. The hotel is right on a main road into the city, so if your room is at the front, road noise will be a problem. We were at the back thankfully, but there was still quite a bit of noise, both from outside and within the hotel. The rooftop pool was pretty small, about 10 feet by 15 feet. We didn’t get in because it needed a clean. It’s about 45 minutes walk to the city centre. About 25 minutes taxi ride from the airport. We paid about 220MAD in the middle of the night and 150 in the day. Overall, not too impressed. Feel Expedia oversold the hotel.

Hotel is a little tired, food was very average but pleasant enough. Room was good, linen and bedding of good qualty. Comments about traffic noise are valid as hotel sits on the crossing of two very busy main streets, however i was on the 5th floor so the higher up you are perhaps noise is less of an issue. In any case rooms with balconies have two sets of double glazed doors. Location is good and about 20min walk to the Medina. Staff were quite rude to my Moroccan friend whod come to visit me at the hotel, making him feel like he needed to wait outside the front entrance of the hotel which I took great exception too, and during discussion on this witnessed a very dismissive and arrogant attitude from reception staff. In efforts to pander to tourists, its definitely the case that Morrocan staff are deeply suspicious of their fellow Moroccans...not pleasant to witness and for this reason, despite the reasonable cost I wouldnt choose to stay here again.

Hotel znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji, dzięki czemu wszystkie atrakcje są w zasięgu spaceru. Okolica jest bezpieczna i dobrze skomunikowana. Zaraz obok jest kantor, knajpki z dobrymi i tanimi śniadaniami oraz spory hipermarket. Pokój niewielki ale bardzo czysty i z wygodnymi łóżkami. Hałas od ulicy po otwarciu balkonu ale można się przyzwyczaić. Świetne, bardzo ciepłe koce. Światło w łazience mrugało jak karta była krzywo włożona. Obsługa miła i pomocna, jednak mieliśmy problemy z porozumiewaniem się w języku angielskim. Fantastyczny taras na dachu z niewielkim basenem i widokiem na góry.

Cons: If you are staying for a night for the money you paid, it's worth it. But if you are staying more than a night, you will find it monotonous and would rather pay high price staying somewhere else. I understood the comments about the toilet smell the moment you arrive at the hotel. The breakfast I paid extra as I travelled with youngkids so would have been convenient however their breakfast for a day is fine. Their breakfast were all the same every single day. They was one morning that it was too busy and there were no available drinks like no hot water for tea, juice jugs were empty and Coffee urn were empty for 25mins so everyone were just sitting doing nothing (the staff were told about the coffee problem by 4 different people then pretended to take out the urn then returning it to the table empty by at least 3 times) the pastries were being served one by one so it seemed they ran out of supply that day or they don't know how to handle 10 people at the same time. The staff I thought they were trying the best they could but if they can avoid looking at you, they will. The hairdryer you need to ask early or a day before as they probably just have 3-4 pcs allocated for all the guest. If there's 4 people in the room, towels provided are only for two persons. Bits and bobs are falling off in the room like towel rail, cabinet door, tv not working.

Cons: Hotellet ligger ud til en meget trafikeret vej, hvilket betyder, at gadestøj er svær at undgå – især da vinduernes isolering ikke dæmper lyden særlig godt. Generelt trænger hotellet til en opgradering, og vandtrykket i bruseren kunne også være bedre.

Cons: Manque de lumière du jour dans certaines chambres notamment celle du premier étage où il n'y a aucune vue sur le dehors mis à part une vue sur une clim qui fait beaucoup de bruit. Je déconseille fortement la chambre M6 du premier étage où vous entendez tout ce qui se passe à la réception. Plutôt bruyant la nuit mais bon rapport qualité-prix tout de même. Les coffres forts dans les chambres ne fonctionnent pas.

The staff were welcoming and the housekeeping was good, fresh towels and a tidy up daily, respectful of my things when I’d left in a hurry in the morning. My only criticism of the hotel itself was that I had advised that some mornings I had an early start and my breakfast slot was at 8, some of my trips started earlier, I was assured I would be able to get some coffee and pastries/yoghurt etc but nothing hot (which was only an egg) several days I left for very long day trips without breakfast which I had paid for. The staff could be more attentive and the service quicker with more consideration. I will probably look for an alternative venue for my next trip. Also, if you stay at the front of the hotel the noise from the road continues into the early hours…. Beeping horns and revving motorbikes/cars felt like I was at a race track… and the fumes that entered through to glazing was overpowering.

La télévision ne fonctionne pas et le personnel s’en fiche, la salle de bain est très sale avec en cadeau les « restes » des précédents, et le pompon du dernier jour de mon séjour, les femmes de chambre ne sont même pas passés « faire » la chambre alors que je l’ai quitté à 11h du matin, et à la réception ils s’en fiche tout autant… Je veux bien m’adapter à l’exigence marocaine, mais pour un hôtel soi-disant « trois étoiles », on se fiche de vous. Je ne conseille pas.

I letti molto comodi con lenzuola belle e pulite. Comodi anche i cuscini. La stanza era pulita. Il bagno comodo e pulito. L'hotel è in una posizione molto comoda. Aeroporto raggiungibile in 8 minuti in macchina, si arriva alla Medina a piedi in circa 40 minuti di passeggiata. Il quartiere Gueliz offre molto, bar, ristoranti, negozi, bazar...tutto a portata di mano.

Cons: Purtroppo non sono bastate le doppie finestre con i doppi vetri per non sentire per tutta la notte i rumori del traffico e dei clacson. E' stato difficile riposare bene a causa dei rumori. Forse le stanza che affacciano sull'interno non danno questo problema.

Primeiramente impossível dormir, às janelas não fecham, tenta.se fechar dum lado abre o outro...parece que se está em plena avenida, muito muito barulho,nota.se que a persiana se estragou, tiram-na e ficou o buraco logo entra o frio e barulho e claridade nem se fala 07h acabou muita luz no quarto!?! Comida péssima,, supostamente meia pensão que é uma lástima, bebida água paga á parte, então pago o jantar e não tenho direito se quer a água!?! Cancelem Come.se melhor em plena rua, mesmo no meio da rua nas barracas de comida e bem apetecível e bom 👍🏻

Decent hotel for a cheap stay. It's in a central location close to the train station so if you are travelling by train I would recommend it for a night.

J'ai contacté le service clientèle Chasse d'eau coulait sans arrêt malgré la réclamation à l'accueil, une personne est venue voir mais problème persistait malgré tout. Carte d'accès à la chambre défectueuse fallait se rendre à l'accueil à plusieurs reprises, lampe de chevet défectueuse ne fonctionnait pas d'un cote du lit. vendredi 08 novembre, chambre non nettoyée lit pas fait sanitaire pas fait fallait se rendre à la réception pour le signaler après une journée organisée. Petit déjeuner j'ai été malade les 2 premiers jours et je ne savais pas manger le comptoir déjeuner était peu garnis car un œuf sur le plat ainsi qu'une assiette bien garnie de crêpes couques etc.. le 3eme jour j'aurai su déjeuner et nous avons eu juste un œuf sur le plat sans l'assiette garnie j'étais choquée alors que c'est payé .

It was clean, good breakfast and helpful staff, we asked to change our room to the back as room in front too noisy and they were very accommodating. The hotel is in the new town but 15 mins by taxi and 35 min walking . It is located in a big avenue that feels safe and with plenty of amenities.

Cons: The shower in the mornings, when too many showing at same time the water was cold. The hotel is good but is located in a very busy road.The pillows could be a bit softer.

Wir sind mit dem Zug an- und abgereist und fanden die Bahnhofsnähe ideal. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten im Hotel. Eine Gelldwechselstube ist direkt am Hotel und ansonsten sind viele Geschäfte, Banken, Restaurants in der Nähe. Bushalteselle ist direkt vor dem Gebäude mit Busse Richtung dem Platz Jema el fna. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer zum Hinterhof. Die Betten sind komfortabel. Das Personal ist sehr entgegenkommend und reagiert sofort auf Anfragen. Das Frühstück war gut mit dem typischen marrokanischen Minztee oder Café.

The only good thing about this "hotel" is the location which is around 40mins walk from the main square with many good restaurants around. The biggest problem is staff, who doesn't speak any English or French. Their attitude also isn't great although this would not be a problem if everything would be fine. The housekeeping doesn't exist. Room has been sort of cleaned only once in a week. Had to ask for towels in reception. Food basically doesn't exist in the restaurant. No self service and no communication so you get a random thing served with no choice at all. We only tried it once and then didn't even bother going to the restaurant. We didn't expect much from this cheap hotel but it was even worse than we have thought. Kind of hostel experience. Pool at the top is a nice feature as there are no other attractions in the hotel itself. There are many better places in marrakech for similar price so we will never get back in there.

Convenient location, easy reach to restaurants and sight seeing. Staff helpful even though there is a language barrier. Rooms decent, air con and Wi-Fi very good. Supermarket close by which is useful. Only downside is the limited options at breakfast as it can get very repetitive and boring when you are staying longer. Pool small but good and cleaned daily

Very basic. On arrival we weren’t given a balcony room which had been booked. The receptionist said to come to the desk at 11 the next day and they would move us. So, we went and they said come back the next day at 11. Didn’t appear to have systems in place to know who was in which room when. When we moved, the room was significantly better - and the window locked which the previous rooms didn’t. Breakfast was very basic and the same every day, except for the occasional mix up of yoghurt flavour. WiFi was excellent and the air con worked in the new rooms (poorly in the old). Pool was great, if a bit small. Wouldn’t stay here again.

l’hôtel est très bien situé, sur un grand boulevard avec pleins de restaurants et boutiques. le rapport qualité prix est bien. ils ont un bureau de change. ça c’est top. les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses. un beau rooftop en haut de l’hôtel avec une petite piscine et une belle vue sur Marrakech

Cons: la formule petit déjeune, il y avais pas de carte ou de buffet avec la possibilité de manger en fonction de ses goûts et allergies. vous vous installer au table et on vous rapporte un plateau c’est un peu dommage car ça fais du gaspillage pour certains aliments qu’on ne souhaite pas forcément . c’est pas non plus hyper bon mais ca reste correct. deuxième point négatif, les chambres manquent vraiment d’éclairage, on est à la limite de l’ambiance tamisé le soir quand les volets sont fermés. c’est dommage que la lampes éclaire pas un peu plus les chambres. troisième point négatif selon moi, le matin lorsque le personnel arrivent ils font du bruits, ils tirent les tables quand ils préparent le self, ils se parlent entre eux d’un couloir a un autres c’est pas grave en soit mais il faudrais faire attention pour les clients qui dorment encore car il est à peine 6,7 heure du matin, et dans les chambrent on entend tout cela, si vous avez le sommeil léger vous pouvez dire au revoir à votre grâce matinée. mais rien de très méchant je pense qu’il ne s’en rendent pas compte. pas de sèches cheveux dans la salle de bain. uniquement serviettes de bain
