The staff was so nice, welcoming and understanding. I accidentally booked the wrong date and they let me fix it with no questions asked. The place was nice and very close to the US consulate where we had an appointment, so it was just perfect. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Chambre pas très propre et non conforme au photo et présentant beaucoup de matériels défectueux. Petit déjeuner très moyen. Je suis déçu sur tout les plans. Je ne reviendrai pas et je ne recommande pas du tout.
Cons: Worst hotel experience in Morocco ever!! Avoid at all costs!! The reception staff were unprofessional and displayed an aggressive and intimidating attitude. The room wasn't very clean and didn't match the photos, with many defective items. The breakfast was very mediocre. I'm disappointed in every way. I won't be back and I absolutely do not recommend it.

I spent two nights at this lovely hotel in casablanca and truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were exceptionally kind, always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better — close to everything yet peaceful. The value for money is excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca

The East West Hotel has it all; a great hotel, delicious restaurant and central location! I had a wonderful experience staying here! The front desk staff were very warm and helpful. They helped me locate places and translate when needed, which I am truly grateful. My room was very spacious with a wonderful air conditioning unit that kept me cool through the summer heat. I was very comfortable here and there was always security guards present 24/7 making me feel very safe. There is a wonderful Irish pub located on the first level of the hotel which served delicious international cuisine and had a great people watching scene. The hotel owner was also a very gracious and hospitable person whom takes a lot of pride in making sure his guests are happy. I would definitely return and especially recommend tourists/foreigners to stay here.

L'emplacement est le plus grand avantage de cet hôtel: il est situé dans un quartier animé et agréable (Gauthier) et on trouve le fameux English Pub au pied de l'immeuble.

الموظفين كلهم في المستوى خصوصا الانسة عزيزة خاضرة بابتسمتها الجميلة اتمنى صاحب الاطيل ان يهتم بالصيانة لان حالة الحمامات مزرية من ناحية الصيانة كرسي الحمام يتحرك في كل الاتحاهات و زر الذي يصب الماء منكسر. كل حجز اظن انه اصلح الحامات هذه المرة الرابعة التي احجز فيها واظن انه سيتحسن من ناحية الاصلاح لكن لاسف ليس هناك تغيير .

Cons: Hubo bastantes cosas que ojala no fueran como han sido, para empezar la llave de la habitación es tan grande como una tabla de planchar, nosotros veniamos a un torneo de tenis y la metíamos junto con las raquetas en la bolsa, con eso lo digo todo. Lo segundo a recalcar es la cama, bueno, cama por llamarlo de alguna mamera, porque era mas dura que el blindaje de un tanque ruso. Después de la primera noche, en la que mi amigo se levanto unas 12 veces, llegando a intentar dormir en el sofá, yo amanecí con un dolor de cuello que solo había tenido igual en mi primer accidente de coche... y la espalda destrozada. Por ultimo, la ducha iba tan mal que solo salía agua por la parte de abajo y no la manguera, nos tuvimos que duchar agachados, como si nos estuvieran bautizando. En resumen, barato es, pero también muy cutre, muy difícil descansar bien ahi. Por lo menos esta cerca del centro, y de otros hoteles, asi te puedes cambiar despues de la primera noche

Cons: I am a tour guide,and we booked for two ladies, when we arrive to the door front the hotel there's a man working in the hotel he said don't park our car to trop off the lagage it was 2 havy soutcases and the reason he said that was only for the lady owner to park and we move 20 meters and we bring our laguages self, so it was not feeling welcome, the owner have a porsh car and she is not interested for the guests. so it was a very bad experience 😕. and normally I send a message to the property and they didn't answer.

I booked this hotel intentionally bc I am very familiar with the area. It is a perfect location in the city of Casablanca. Especially if you are just visiting - it is in the center of everything and it's beautiful and it's just a perfect perfect place to be. The staff also were very lovely and jovial and everything went exactly as it should. I did not stay for breakfast as I had my own plans but I have eaten at the Irish pub which is connected to the hotel many times. All good.
Cons: The bed was a bit firm. I do like firm mattress, but this was exceptionally firm. Not the end of the world but also not my favorite thing.

East-West used to be a good simple hotel for a calm and relaxed journey...! NOT ANYMORE! It's a terrible place for any loyal client... A lovely cosy place with unpleasant sudden incidents...! After three years of blind loyalty, I say: TO NEVER VIST AGAIN...!
Cons: The guy from the night shift was vulgar and made an insulting personalised joke that I could not even understand. Technical problems with the shower caused the floor to flood (Room 305). Breakfast late and not in time. Miscommunication with the hotel staff. Uncaring staff and reactive to service client's satisfaction. It is no longer a place to enjoy a calm night for anyone not ready to gamble with his mental state of mind because of uncaring service and some rude staff could throw the one in long sessions of therapy.

Cons: The hotel's best years have passed and today it is very run down. The staff do their best to make sure that you can somehow enjoy yourself in the incredible run-down house. The only positive thing is the helpful staff in the Irish pub downstairs. The pictures in Booking.com were taken sometime in the hotel's past and have nothing to do with the situation today.

Unter dem Hotel befindet sich ein Irish Pub, was ganz nett ist aber Recht hohe Preise für Alkoholisches hat. Ansonsten war Kommunikation mit dem Personal nur schwer möglich da kein bis kaum Englisch. Das ist für mich auch zunächst kein Problem war jedoch blöd beim vorzeitigen auschecken, da wirklich gar keine Verständigung möglich war. Alles in allem war es einer meiner schlechtesten Aufenthalte in ganz Marokko. Einfach sehr alt, kein Bezug bei der Bettdecke, absolutes No-Go. Das Badezimmer war quasi am verrotten und ich habe es mit einer Kakerlake geteilt. Ich bin jetzt nicht pingelig und viel gereist aber zu alt für so nen Sch***. Habe dort eine Nacht von den zwei gebuchten geschlafen nicht geduscht Klo nicht benutzt und schnell wieder raus wo anders eingecheckt. Personal war jedoch wie überall in Marokko sehr freundlich!

Location is close to the main street and 15 min walk from old medina. The room was very good and comfortable. We liked the hot shower and the soaps in the bathroom and the breakfast. Cons: At my surprise I was told that I cannot bring a family member ( male to my room ) for even 5mn . No one was allowed to go to your room ( son , father , family member or a friend ) the policy? You have a guest you stay at the lobby . At 57 years old was told that I was chocked I did not want to stay anymore at the hotel. Hotel ne laisse personne monté dans ta chambre ( membre de la famille 50 ans mâle ) . Je comprend leur concerne mais ne pas laisser monté un member de la famille je leur et même suggèrer de laisser carte d'identite etc. Même pour 5mn . Du jamais vue . Bref dommage . Je trouve çà un peu excessive étant donner que il y'a Irish Bar à côté et la musique forte et le vas et viens et les bonbonette de bière qui arrive à 6h du matin etc....... le paradoxe .

The location was perfect for the end of my Morocco trip. It was a bit far from the medina but it was surrounded by international restaurants. I've been craving for Asian food after a few weeks in Morocco and the hotel was just walking distance from several Japanese and Thai restaurants. There's also Irish Pub downstairs. It is located in Gauthier neighborhood which is a bit relaxed and not crowded part of Casablanca. It has a souvenir store nearby called Apia so I didn't go to the medina anymore to buy souvenirs the day before my flight home. The room was a bit old but clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful. For those wanting to experience the raw and gritty Casablanca as seen in movies, better stay near or inside the medina. This hotel is in a residential area where middle to upper class locals live.
Cons: The orange juice at breakfast was not freshly squeezed unlike in almost all riads I've stayed in.

The location is very good. Walking distance to Casa Port train station (5 USD) to go to / from airport. Walking distance to old city. If you don't mind walking 35 min you can get to promenade and Corniche (has upscale good ocean view restaurants). I stayed 3 nights, two on arrival and one on departure. I got same room. Room is spacious, toilet clean. Breakfast very simple, but nice. For those who don't drink cappuccino (they don't have non-lactose milk or alternative it seems), your only option will be Nescafe instant coffee or tea. The staff is very friendly. Nice small restaurants around. For those who like bars, there is a popular one downstairs. But what I didn't like is that you have to buy food, and they charge me for juice as it was pino colada (USD 6). I think hotel should have a deal with them for hotel customers. Overall it's it's a nice short stay while discovering Casablanca.
Cons: There was no main light in the bathroom, only mirror light, during both of my stays. And toilet seat needed to be fixed / screwed. The fact that in the bar you can't just have juice without food is also not ideal, but it's not hotel issue. I just think they can make an arrangement with the bar owner to allow hotel customers to just have a drink if they don't want to eat.

The room was exceptionally clean (cleaning staff did a tremendous job, props to them) and had a pleasant odor. It was well equipped and well designed. The furniture and bed was spotless before check-in, appearing as new. The TV menu was diverse and offered plenty of channels from different satellites, including Disney and MTV, which was great. The staff were very friendly and straightforward. The receptionist lady clearly introduced everything I needed to know before I even had to ask. The decor was vintage-ish, very creative and original. The breakfast was great and complete, as was the dining room. The location was central and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a mini fridge, conditioner, desk, tv.... Easily 4*+ tier stay

The staff was so so kind and welcoming, they made me coffee and filled my water whenever I needed. They were the highlight of my stay for sure! The room was waaaay bigger than I anticipated as well, and the view from the room was nice! I would definitely stay again if I came to Casablanca again :)

La chambre est très propre, je remercie la femme de ménage très gentille, personnel à l'écoute et répond rapidement à vos attentes. La femme du matin à l'accueil est au top, très souriante et réactive, ça fait plaisir. Je recommande cet hôtel, lit 2 places pour une personne seul avec des draps propre et doux, que demander de plus.
Cons: Malheureusement tout est bon sauf le wifi qui a du mal à fonctionner au 4eme étage. Le petit déjeuner est mignon mais sans plus, je n'ai mangé que le pain avec la confiture, le jus en bouteille n'est pas terrible et le café au lait servit sans demander ce qu'on veut, pas terrible, je n'aime pas le lait. Dans l'ensemble c'est un très bel hôtel, propre et proche de tout. Si la wifi est plus forte comme à l'accueil et le petit déjeuner était un peu mieux, cet hôtel serait magnifique en gardant son prix.

Alles. Da war alles verfügbar, was man brauchte. Und wenn etwas nicht da war, hat man es sofort gekommen. Auch wenn man hatte eine Frage wurde es mir sofort beantwortet. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter übertrifft alles, dies gilt auch für die die Leute im Irish Pub. Der Koch kocht soooo lecker 😋. Von der Musik habe ich im Zimmer drüberhaupt nichts gehört. Ich muss bald wieder nach Casablanca reisen, dann komme ich auf jeden Fall in dieses Hotel

The hotel is centrally located with excellent options for transportation. The hotel itself is not expensive making it affordable for travellers on a budget. Really comfortable bed. The pub next door is a really great option for drinks.

Beautifully furnished hotel room with spacious balcony overlooking the city and with a view of Hassan II mosque. Very nice breakfast, included in the price, made this property good value for money. Pleasant and helpful receptionist. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
