The stuff is professional, polite and attentive. Starting from the cleaner up to the receptionists. I felt well taken care of. The rooms are clean and the massages are superb. The location is a plus. All this for such a good price is unbeatable.

Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux, avec la possibilité de commander des omelettes d’œuf, des tortillas et d’autres spécialités à la demande. Le personnel du restaurant gère le service de manière très professionnelle et se montre particulièrement accueillant et chaleureux. Le spa et le hammam marocain sont excellents, avec des prix très raisonnables et un personnel respectueux et attentionné. L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Excellent séjour à l’hôtel Oum Palace Hotel J’ai passé deux nuits et tout était parfait du début à la fin. Un grand merci à Ismail à la réception pour son professionnalisme, son accueil chaleureux et son sourire constant. Merci également à Bouchra du service de ménage pour son travail impeccable et son attention aux détails. Je tiens aussi à mentionner le chef élégant toujours vêtu de noir, une personne très gentille, souriante et attentionnée, qui apporte une belle énergie positive et veille au confort des clients. Não tem estacionamento próprio, mas é só chegar e entregar a chave para os rapazes que eles estacionam nas vagas reservadas para o hotel na rua. Muito fácil. Zentral gelegenes, sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Ismael hat uns sogar eine Skye Suite zum Preis eines normalen Zimmers angeboten. Das Essen war ok– besonders das frisch gegrillte Gericht mit Tomaten, Zwiebeln und Oliven nach unserer wahl, hat uns begeistert. Für Veganer*innen (Pflanzliche Ernährung) dürfte die Auswahl etwas vielfältiger sein, doch nach dem Motto „weniger ist mehr“ wäre eine kleinere, dafür qualitativ hochwertigere Auswahl ideal. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The location is great. It's a fabulous hotel and the staff are really kind and helpful. It's very well located and you can pretty much get to everywhere. I suggest doing a free tour but obviously you tip the tour guide and give them at least 15 to 20 £ or € for their hard work. There's a fabulous restaurant that does amazing Moroccan food and breakfast just opposite the hotel and definitely go and get your SIM card from Hassan in the kiosk opposite as well as other bits and pieces. He's really lovely and helpful.

Cons: I kept on having problems with my door and the loo seat kept on breaking. The Haman was okay but just not as nice as if you go to a real one within a cooperative.

La doccia puzzava di pipì di gatto , così ho chiamato in reception per chiedere delle lenzuola pulite , ma essendo tarda notte non ho avuto una risposta ; così ho contattato tramite Whatsapp il numero con cui mi avevano contattato loro in mattinata , e dopo avermi risposto mi hanno portato solo il copri materasso , al che’ ho chiesto cortesemente di poter cambiare camera , e così alla fine mi hanno dato un altra camera apparentemente pulita, ma con il phon che non funzionava ( ci hanno messo due giorni per cambiarlo ) e il frigo che funzionava male ! La posizione non mi è piaciuta ! Insomma se dovessi tornare a Casablanca sicuramente non tornerò in questo hotel . Rapporto qualità/ prezzo PESSIMO

Close to the Medina.

Cons: The hotel was not well maintained. The rooms had black mould on the ceiling and bathroom. The rooms were very moist and the air con smelt mouldy. There was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke. The doors didn't shut automatically. You really had to push them. The staff were pleasant but did not accomplish anything. Booked a taxi with the front desk. When we came down for it she looked completely lost like she completely forgot. But then said they were unavailable and we had to get a normal taxi which had no air con and was filthy. They offered to provide us a better room next time. But We will not be back. It doesn't need to be luxurious just clean. And if you dont know the state of the rooms there is a problem. Every other experience in Morocco was fantastic.

Da wir mit der Familie angereist sind haben ein sehr schönes Familienzimmer erhalten. Unsere Koffer wurden direkt auf Zimmer gebraucht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir als Familie haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Das frühstück war sehr vielfältig und sehr lecker. Wir werden dieses Hotel Aufjedenfall wieder besuchen. There was cockroach on the curtain, kinda disgusting! and the wifi was really bad which made you nearly unable to connect, I have complained this when I checked out, but the receptionist’s reply was quite disappointing, she said I should let them know earlier and would send technician. Le personnel aux petits soins. Nous venons de France et nous étions de passage. Accueil très agréable. Nous sommes arrivés très tard dans la nuit alors ils ont acceptés qu'on fasse un départ tardif afin de pouvoir nous reposer. Le fait de pouvoir contacter quelqu'un (Tarik) sur whatsapp pour toutes questions c'est un vrai + + Le petit déj est beau, varié et délicieux. Les chambres sont joliment décorées, elles sont propres et spacieuses. Nous avons partagé l'adresse à nos proches et nous envisageons de revenir à chaque fois que nous serons de passage. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience magnifique.

I didn't pay for the breakfast in advance but after trying it the first morning I realized it was a pretty good value. The selection of food to eat along with the omelette bar made my breakfast filling and enjoyable. My room was very good but it had a fairly ugly view of the empty building across the way. I realize the hotel can't help this but it was kind of depressing to look out the window and see that each morning. Overall, the room was clean and the maid service was good. I appreciated the two bottles of complementary drinking water every day. The location was quite good. It was a short walk to the old medina and also close to two different tramway stops. I used the trams for longer trips across parts of Casablanca. The tram is very good and easy to use. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel that are within a five or ten minute walk. I think the hotel is a pretty good value for the price.

Cons: My only complaint really is that some days the maids would only leave one towel or sometimes no towels. I would have to call housekeeping to get fresh towels. I'm not sure why. Everything else was done up very nicely after each maid visit.

La chambre était spacieuse, calme, avec une excellente literie et d'une propreté irréprochable – un grand merci au personnel d’entretien du 7ᵉ étage pour leur travail soigné. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement et la chambre était conforme aux photos. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité directe d'attractions touristiques (ancienne médina, Parc de la ligue arabe, Marché central, place Mohamed V) et également de moyens de transports pratiques (gare de train pour excursions hors Casa, bus, taxis). L'emplacement de l'hôtel sûr offre un accès privilégié à la découverte de multiples quartiers de Casablanca. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet est, quant à lui, généreusement achalandé (sucré, salé, viennoiseries classiques, spécialités marocaines, boissons chaudes/froides), de quoi ravir tous les palais. Enfin, mention spéciale au personnel de l’hôtel, accueillant et d’un grand professionnalisme de notre arrivée à notre départ. Lors de notre séjour au Maroc, nous avons connu une petite mésaventure avec nos documents d'identité (hors de l'hôtel dans un autre quartier) et à notre retour à l'hôtel, tout le personnel s'est montré disponible et d'une grande aide pour trouver des solutions, ce qui a fonctionné. Un immense merci à Hajar et Smaïl (réception) et à Mohamed (service en salle) pour leur gentillesse quotidienne et leur professionnalisme à toute épreuve ! Enfin, last but not least, nous tenons à adresser un remerciement tout particulier à Monsieur Tarik, Directeur de l’hôtel, dont le professionnalisme exemplaire et la grande qualité d’écoute nous ont profondément marqués. Sa disponibilité, son hospitalité et sa bonne humeur ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour unique. Il a ce don rare de faire sentir chaque client comme quelqu’un de spécial — une qualité qui fait toute la différence.

From start to finish, oum palace has been nothing but exceptional. I started off the day rough with my phone being left on the taxi, staff were extremely customer focussed and got me the license plate and taxi number and then directed me to the police station . Within an hour, I had everything sorted and I'm grateful Oum had the fast thinking in dealing with this problem. The room I had was lovely with a nice spacious balcony overlooking the landscape. I also had the pleasure of trying out the buffet which was wonderful. Location of the hotel is very central too with loads of places to visit nearby such as the medinah only a few minutes away. One staff stood out was Tarik who is the manager. He made sure my stay was superb and would also reply to any questions I may have with urgency. With such a level of care and attention, I felt like I was the only customer in the hotel! Cleaners were lovely and would deal with anything I needed within minutes, if that! I highly recommend coming to Oum palace if you need a stay in Casablanca.

From the moment I booked my stay, the experience was outstanding. The general manager (TARIK) personally reached out to me to ask if I needed any special accommodations or transportation. I had planned to take the train due to budget constraints, and not only did he respect that, but he went above and beyond by offering to send someone to pick me up from the train station. He even called me to explain the train route, which was incredibly helpful since Google Maps didn’t show the correct directions. His guidance made my arrival smooth and stress free. the staff welcomed us warmly, answered all our questions, and were consistently helpful throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is ideal - just a 3-5 minute walk from the train station, and close to both local shops and a mall. We enjoyed exploring the area, which offered a mix of authentic local life and tourist-friendly spots for souvenirs and dining. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The personalized service, friendly staff, and convenient location made our stay in Casablanca truly memorable. Highly recommended!

( Hamza en la recepción un gran profesional), de habla hermosa apaña, francesa, inglesa y árabe….amables y profesionales , amplia, luminosa y muy limpia la habitación de dos ambientes con gran TV de pantalla plana en cada una de ellas, frigorífico, aire acondicionado muy bueno, excelente y gran baño con útiles de aseo personal, botellas de agua, café y té a diario, parking gratis en la puerta muy seguro…. Agradecemos inmensamente la sorpresa que nos dio el personal del hotel al saber que nuestra estancia era para celebrar nuestro 48 aniversario de bodas.. un gran detalle que nos encantó, el desayuno buffet sensacional… almorzamos también en su buffet que lo recomiendo totalmente

The only highlight of our stay was the breakfast – a generous variety of options and genuinely kind, attentive staff in the restaurant. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

Cons: From the moment we arrived, the reception experience was unpleasant. When our credit card was declined on the first attempt, we politely suggested trying again. The receptionist, with a visibly annoyed expression, responded with an “Again??”. We ended up paying in cash, received no receipt, and were told we would be given a proper invoice for our company at checkout, as we were traveling on business. Spoiler: we didn’t get it. At check-out, we waited 15 minutes while the staff struggled to figure out how to issue an invoice, eventually telling us they’d send it later. Our local partner had to follow up multiple times, and when they finally called back, we were asked repeatedly – and insensitively – whether we enjoyed our stay. That’s really not the right time to be asking for positive feedback when basic administrative tasks aren't handled. To make matters worse, they told us that it was a favor not to cancel our reservation since we hadn’t paid in advance (which wasn’t even an option on Booking). When I pointed that out, I was told that other guests manage “just fine” – and advised to remember this when writing reviews. Noted. Every single day we returned to the hotel to find our room keys didn’t work and had to go back down to reception to have them reset. We were told that housekeeping was “messing with the door,” which blocked it. No apology, just more encouragement to leave a review. As for the room itself – spacious, yes – but with a strong smell of humidity. The shower leaked constantly and couldn’t be fixed, and we ended up keeping our clothes in our suitcases so they wouldn’t absorb the musty smell. Overall, I’m honestly baffled by the overly positive reviews this hotel receives. The poor management, lack of professionalism at reception, and repeated inconveniences made our stay frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel for business travelers – or anyone who values decent customer service.

Oum Palace exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect. From the moment I made the reservation, the manager, Tariq, reached out to me and assisted me every step of the way. First of all, Abdelard le bagagiste came to the Casa port train station to pick me up so that I wouldn't get lost when I arrived. The front desk receptionists, Ismail during the day and Hajer during the night, were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. The team helped me book taxis and rides, and when at night I thought I was left alone on the street, Tariq responded immediately and made sure I was back to the hotel safely. As a single female traveller, I felt very safe and taken care of. Tariq is always there to assist and help at any time during the day. I have stayed in other five-star hotels before, but none have been as attentive to the needs of their guests as this one. The buffet selections for breakfast and lunch were both exquisite. I enjoyed the food selection. One night, near midnight, I was craving couscous, but it was so late that they didn't have it. However, the team knew that I was leaving the next day, so the chef specifically made couscous for me and delivered it to my room!! Everyone, literally everyone in the hotel, is always there to help, but not in an overt way - if you know what I mean, when some people help you so that you'll tip them or get something out of you. Everyone in Oum Palace is sincere, genuine, and so accommodating. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. By the end of my stay, they also let me check out later because I have an afternoon train. Again, Abdelard le bagagiste walked me to the station and even made sure I got the right ticket before he left. I love my time at Oum Palace and would recommend it to everyone. Plus, I tried their spa! Fatima did a fantastic job with the hammam and massage. Don't miss it!!!! I am looking forward to the next trip coming back here.

Cons: Petit point à améliorer : durant la journée, les femmes de ménage ont tendance à parler assez fort entre elles dans les couloirs, ce qui peut être dérangeant quand on souhaite prolonger son repos. Mis à part cela, je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour paisible et confortable.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. I extended my stay for two more nights and used this as my home base for exploring Morocco on my motorcycle. When I needed assistance, Tarik-the person in charge, was very helpful in getting me things I needed. Since I was on a motorcycle trip, parking was most important. I had to go back to my bike to get some things and a man keeping an eye on the motorcycles came up to me and verified that I was the owner of the motorcycle. This one thing made me very comfortable about my motorcycle’s security.

The staff were always willing to help. We were dealing with issues with our luggage not arriving, and they went above and beyond in attempt to get it to us before our departure. They were also quite friendly--even played a few games of foosball with one of the passionate security guards one night. The breakfast was just good, and was so close to being great if it weren't for one really bad experience. Rooms were very roomy. No issues with noise at night, or the comfort of the beds.

Cons: The same-day laundry. As mentioned, I was limited on my clothing, and asked for same-day laundry. This was said to be a non-issue, so long as I pay 50% extra for the speed. I would then have my clothing in my room that day, so I could leave first thing the next morning. It was 11pm and nothing in my room. It was a hassle for the staff to find my laundry, and 2 of my other friends on the trip didn't get theirs until the next morning and after a bit of back-and-forth (even after paying the 50% on top). The breakfast was mostly good, until I noticed mold on my friend's crepe. It was the most jarring thing to see while eating a crepe from the same platter she got hers from. This is absolutely not acceptable in any establishment serving food. The amount of mold was about the size of a quarter, which was disgusting and also a godsend such that I could point it out before she had a bite. No actual harm was caused by any of this--so hard to take off any more points on rating for extenuating circumstances. I just hope these concerns are seen by the staff and management to adjust accordingly.

My stay at Oum Palace was very comfortable. Yasir at the front desk welcomed me in at 2am since my flight was late, I was able to relax and walk the Medina which is right next to the hotel, and enjoy delightful Moroccan coffee and fresh fish at the fish market on the other side of the hotel. Breakfast is adequate, probably the major criticism I would have is that after the tour groups leave by 8am the breakfast area is definitely picked over. One needs to eat their breakfast by around 630 or else the selection isn't great. But this is a good experience overall for a hotel.

Good breakfast. But bathroom got flooded with blocked drain with water coming into room which was a first for us having stayed in hundreds of hotels so far worldwide. Door lock had problem and needs sorting out too complicated. Lights were not working when we checked in due to electricity fuse issue in the room which had to be manually reset by electrician causing headache. Hammam water had issue and for 30 euro price was not worth the poor service

По просьбе разместили на верхних этажах, номер в хорошем состоянии, с водой проблем не было, уборка каждый день, шампуни, гели для душа, мыло, тапочки пополняются. Отель находится в шаговой доступности от достопримечательностей. Через дорогу приличный, не дорогой ресторан, такси. Прекрасный персонал на ресепшен. Очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные.

Cons: В ванной комнате смутило состояние стен. В ресторане на завтраках чай в чайниках вкусный, но еле теплый. Отдельная история с посещением спа. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ. Может так со мной произошло. Забронировали время за 2 дня, внесли предоплату, но, сложилось сразу впечатление, что про меня забыли. Не говорю уже о том, что в конце процедур даже полотенце не дали, пришлось халатом вытираться. В комплект процедур входило обертывание, которое так и не было сделано. В общем, рекомендую сначала сходить и посмотреть. Заодно скажу, что полотенца в номерах не первой свежести.

Cons: The whole spa was closed and we were NOT told about this before our arrival. we had full intentions of booking various spa activities, so we were very disappointed….. no massages, no facials, no mani/pedis. you would think that by the name “Oum Palace and Spa” there would be S.p.A. services.

Location is ok , staff friendly but the type if food must be reconsider, when I booked the room mentioned including breakfast ,but at reception told me breakfast not included also all hotels in the world they charged the room when check out, but at your hotel they charged my credit card at check in which I surprized, all taxi drivers they didn’t know your hotel location , no any one knows your location

Excellent value for the price. The hotel is easy walking distance to the central train station and there are many big chain hotels nearby, for example Hyatt and Novotel and Sofitel. There are also many restaurants around. The train to the airport costs $8 in first class and leaves ten minutes to every hour. There is a police station about 200 meters away and I got the impression the surrounding area is very safe.

Le personnel très gentil et au petit soin, l'hôtel très bien avec restaurant spa salle de sport. Les chambres très bien Le lit confortable, la douche assez grande tout était parfait rien à dire. Le petit déjeuner au top vraiment tout ce qu'il faut c'est un buffet vraiment bon hôtel. Place de parking réservé en bas de l'hôtel pas un parking soutterain, quartier tranquille tout à proximité.

Cons: Les chambres n’étaient toujours pas prêtes à 15h, on nous a changé deux fois de chambre, les clés n’avaient pas été programmées et n’ouvraient pas les portes, on nous a fait attendre dans le hall sans excuses. La personne au petit déjeuner nous a fait remarqué que nous n’avions pas réservé avec le petit déjeuner, nous avons pris juste un thé et la personne au petit déjeuner a voulu nous faire payer un petit déjeuner buffet, nous sommes finalement partis.

Cons: Verschrikkelijke receptioniste, werkte totaal niet mee. Luistert niet en niet bereid om een oplossing te vinden voor een probleem dat zij hebben veroorzaakt. Geen handdoeken, de bedden die voor mijn kinderen waren geboekt waren stuk. Komen de afspraken niet na, vochtige handdoeken gekregen nadat wij daar ruim 2 uur op moesten wachten en na 3x naar de receptie te hebben gebeld en daar 2x naartoe te zijn gelopen. Volgende dag oude vochtige handdoeken ter vervanging gekregen, waarschijnlijk omdat wij hebben aangegeven dat dit niet de service is die je van een 4* hotel verwacht... Kamers stonken. Dit is GEEN 4* hotel, het komt niet eens in de buurt van een 2*!

La posizione è centrale.

Cons: Avevo prenotato su booking a 9€. Arrivato lì mi dicono che booking ha sbagliato a inserire i prezzi, contatto booking e non mi risponde nessuno. Alla fine hotel mi dice che può venirmi incontro facendomi pagare altri 42€ per una stanza piccola con muffa in bagno (allego foto). Io non so se la colpa sia di booking o sia un errore in buona fede del hotel. Resta il fatto che ho pagato 9+42€ per una stanza che non era nemmeno pronta alle 14:30 (anzi gli addetti del hotel pensavano fosse occupata) e con la muffa sul suffitto in bagno.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Vor allem zu erwähnen Ismail an der Rezeption. Er hat alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt um unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Location is great, very clean and modern rooms. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was best we had encountered in Morocco. The 3 bedroom Deluxe room was good, but would have liked room to be larger.

Cons: The cost!!! Booked through Booking.com paid $750 for 3x people, one night including breakfast. If I had booked direct with hotel it would only cost $250.00 for the night, for same guests and breakfast. Do not know how this works?????

Very Noise!!!! So we use this property as our first stop on a tour. We are on level two , the room was rather disgusting. The only good thing is it had clean sheets the beds were tiny & very uncomfortable..We had booked this hotel for our last few days in Morocco as we thought it would be convenient. We stayed on level five this time .. room was a little bit bigger and cleaner. The male staff were rather nice but the female staff certainly need to think about smiling a little .. 😀😀😀 Breakfast is about AU$24, which is certainly not worth it , the first day it was included in our tour. But you have lots of choices to have coffee and croissant out side , The restaurant is quite OK 😎 DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR PAY AN EXTRA $15 A NIGHT AND 20 M UP THE ROAD AT THE CALYPSO !!!! This is a transient hotel. It has bus loads coming in every day. !!! We had asked about the noise .. the reply was that we had one of the better bedroom rooms on level 5 & that the noise would not be as bad … Our air port transfer was good & after 3rd time asking … they let us pay with a credit card .. be aware that a lot of places do not take credit card. Approx $60 Australian You do need to have cash with you… The location is Central with Quite a few money exchanges around you. If I had my time again, I would’ve spent the money and stayed at the Calypso …. Booking for afar sometimes it’s tricky .. photos May have been taken 20 years ago in its heyday .. ..

Location great for walking to Old Medina, waterfront, Rick’s cafe, and there is an excellent and inexpensive restaurant right across the street called Les Fleurs. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with a big variety of foods.

Check in staff were lovely. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Cons: Maître de at the restaurant accused me of not paying for a drink when I hadn’t been near the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant 15 minutes later he did not serve us for some time. We were told the items off the menu we wanted were unavailable and we could only have the tagine. We waited over 30 mins for our meal and did not even receive water or bread. The food, when it came was dry and uninviting. Every other tagine we’ve had in Morocco since has been lovely.

Convenient location and good Hamman treatment

Cons: The hotel lifts are pretty poor which made it stressful getting in and out of the rooms. One of the two lifts was not working and with many guests checking out at once there was a lot of chaos with the lifts and I had to use the stairwell, to get to and from my room which given I was on the 9th floor was not easy, especially with my luggage.

Cons: The staff was not easy to work with. We called for the shuttle from the airport 2 times and the call was not answered. We took a taxi. We wanted a taxi to Medina and the bell captain ran to get his friend and we were over charged. (10€) We were told by staff it was not safe to walk to Medina. Not true.

Breakfast was terrible. The food was not topped up, mouldy fruit, cold tea. We were there for 3 days and the food got progressively worse each day.

Cons: The shower water stunk. After showering I smelt like dirt. The room refrigerator did not work and the air conditioning was inadequate for the heat.
