Franchement agréablement surprise par cet hôtel! j'y étais en 2016 et depuis le service et les prestations se sont nettement améliorées. la chambre est tres confortable, la carte servit a la piscine était tres bien ( plat bon et prix raisonnable), le petit dejeuner etait complet, et le room service sans faute! jy retournerais sans hesiter. excellent rapport qualité/prix

The front reception staff who greets us nicely everyday I forgot his name.

Told me the guy is coming to fix my wifi in my room however they knew all along their wifi doesnt work, i was waiting for an hour or so then it became all night long because I was getting ready to send email to my boss back in America. i would have appreciated their honesty had they been honest upfront .I could have made a provision where I can go send my email to my boss somewhere else. instead of waiting for the non-existent i.t guy. ! That completely changed everything ! .

La réservation ne correspondait donc pas à ce qui était prévu. Dommage, car ce point était important dans mon choix de chambre. Cons: El wiffi no funcionó en ninguna de las 3 habitaciones que teníamos , nos quejamos varias veces y no lo solucionaron ,aparte en recepción explicamos que fuimos a dar una sopresa para una hermana nuestra que era su cumpleaños y pedimos bajo encargo y pago unos detalles para que los dejaran en su habitación el 27 de agosto, pues las llevaron el día 24 ( que no era su cumpleaños) y por si fuera poco en la tarta pusieron el nombre de otra persona , un desastre !! Deben de mejorar mucho el servicio de recepción

L’hôtel est magnifique, propre et agréable, avec de beaux espaces et une très belle piscine. Mais surtout, un grand bravo à toute l’équipe : le personnel est vraiment au top, accueillant, souriant, professionnel et toujours aux petits soins. Nadine Amzazi was probably the best hotel concierge I have met. We had an issue with the rooms, and it was only until she took over that it was finally resolved. She kept us informed and worked hard to find a solution. If only more of the Palm Plaza Marrakech hotel staff were as professional and had her service culture. They can learn a lot from her!

L’accueil à la réception est digne d’un 5 étoiles , personnel à l’écoute, très professionnel. Ce qui a fait véritablement la qualité du séjour a été l’animation : HASSAN et ton équipe d’animation : nous te remercions de faire que cet hôtel ait une âme : nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison . La soirée karaoké que vous avez organisé à réunit l’hôtel dans la joie et la bonne humeur . Le petit dej est exceptionnel, qualité et quantité du buffet, personnel du petit déjeuner attentionné . Le kids club est présent , mini disco tous les soirs de 19h à 20h les enfants s’amusent trop . Cons: - L’isolation acoustique (toute la semaine chambre du dessus fête jusqu’à 4 h du matin on entend tout une horreur) Nous avons dû faire intervenir l’accueil 3 fois. - Chambre demandée avec vue sur piscine .. mais piscine de l’hôtel d’à côté (vue spéciale coin enfant et musique toute la journée) - piscine de l’hôtel surbooke entre les locaux en day pass et les touristes. C’est une piscine municipale. Ne surtout pas prendre cet hôtel pour trouver une piscine calme. C’est infernal. Et vous n’aurez pas de transats sauf si vous les « réservez » avec votre serviette et deux paires de tongs posées à côté toute la journée sans jamais y être. On nous a proposé le gazon mais lol. Nous avons dû payé deux jours d’affilé une piscine privée à 20 minutes de Marrakech pour trouver le bonheur absolu. - Absence de navette pour aller en centre ville. Rajouter le coût du taxi en aller retour TOUS les jours. Il n’y a rien autour a part un petit centre commercial avec les mêmes prix qu’en France.

Cons: Après une réservation effectuée sur Booking, l'organisation à notre arrivée a laissé à désirer. Nous avons dû attendre longtemps avant que la réception nous remette notre chambre. De plus, alors que nous avions réservé une chambre double, nous avons découvert qu'il s'agissait en réalité de deux lits jumeaux. Le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Enfin, le monsieur à la réception s'est montré très froid et peu accueillant, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore moins agréable.

Não tenho palavras para descrever a simpatia, cordialidade, profissionalismo e disponibilidade do staff, especialmente do Amine, Hassan, Salim, Abdel, etc, que foram incansáveis para manter os clientes animados e satisfeitos. O hotel tem uma ótima relação qualidade/preco e muito limpo e bem decorado. A localização tambem é excelente, com muito para explorar a volta, desde centro comercial, night clubs, restaurantes, farmacia mesmo em frente e taxis sempre a porta. Recomendo e pretendo repetir a experiência. Obrigado a todos.

À l'occasion de l'anniversaire de mon épouse, nous avons eu une merveilleuse surprise en rentrant de la piscine : un délicieux gâteau nous attendait dans notre chambre. J’avais indiqué lors de ma réservation qu’il s’agissait de l’anniversaire de mariage de mes parents et j’avais demandé, si possible, un petit geste pour leur faire plaisir. Nous avons été agréablement surpris en découvrant un magnifique gâteau, des macarons et une jolie décoration avec des confettis, le tout sans aucun supplément. Ce geste a rendu leur journée encore plus spéciale et nous a énormément touchés. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cette délicate attention et pour avoir pris le temps de rendre ce moment inoubliable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Everyone was clearly trying their best and constantly asking if we needed anything or how they could help. Sarah at the kids’ club was amazing. To our surprise, our 4-year-old stayed there for a couple of hours, even though she is usually quite shy and does not normally stay with strangers. Wafae, reception staff, the waiters, and the cleaning staff were all extremely polite, attentive, and always willing to help.
Cons: The hotel is not really a 5-star standard anymore. It may have been in the past, but it now feels dated. The breakfast had a good variety, but it was not what I would expect from a true 5-star buffet. The rooms are old, and the furniture feels tired and in need of refurbishment. But to be fair, the price reflects this, so good value for money. 5 stars goes only to the staff

La piscine est très bien, mais faire attention à remplacer certains carreaux décollés au fond de la piscine. Le petit-déjeuner est très correct, et la chambre est spacieuse. Mais l'orientation des lits de la chambre 1374 par rapport à la TV murale est bizarre (en biais). J'aurais aimé également que la facture réglée par mes soins corresponde à celle que j'ai reçu lors de ma réservation (aucun coût caché, comme petit-dej non inclus).
Cons: Ce qui peut être amélioré, c'est l'heure du check-out en le mettant en regard de l'heure du check-in proposée par l'hôtel. Et puis il faut faire attention à ce que les querelles entre employés ne dérangent pas la quiétude de la clientèle. Vous êtes sûrement au courant de la rixe survenue au restaurant de la piscine avant-hier pour des histoires de pourboires.

Unfortunately, despite our special request for a quiet room, we were initially placed on a corridor with a schoolclass of loud teenagers who used the hallway like a running track and the rooms as a disco. Fortunately, after asking, we were moved to another room. Even then, despite the improvement, the rooms were still quite noisy. Airplanes fly overhead loudly during the day, but not often and thankfully not at night, which was a relief.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész a személyzet. Az autóbérlést helyben el lehetett intézni. Csodálatos kert, szép tiszta medence, de sajnos a külső nem fűtött. A szálloda nem a legújabb építésű a használat nyomai felfedezhetők, de szép tiszta és kedves a személyzet. Minden nap takarítottak a szobában és ásvány vizet is hoztak minden nap. A reggelinél nagy a választék sok helyi étellel és a péksütemények is átlag feletti választékkal és frissességgel vannak. A környéken van egy kis bevásárló központ ahol alkoholt is lehet kapni. Sajnos Marakesben a közösségi busz közlekedést ki kell tapasztalni, mivel buszmegálló gyakorlatilag nem létezik. A google segítségével el lehet boldogulni.

Cons: Wij hadden dit hotel speciaal geboekt vanwege het indoor zwembad omdat het weer slecht was en te koud om buiten te zwemmen. Ter plekke werden we onaangenaam verrast met de mededeling dat het zwembad apart betaald moet worden (100dh/€10 pp p/u!!!) én dat het pas vanaf 14 jaar toegankelijk is. Alle kinderen zijn onder de 14 jaar oud en mochten dus niet het zwembad in. Bovendien is een dagje aqua park goedkoper gezien de prijs die het hotel hanteert. Als ik dit eerder had geweten had ik wel een ander hotel geboekt, zonder binnenzwembad.

La nourriture est délicieuse, variée et de grande qualité. L’hôtel est délicatement parfumé à la fleur d’oranger, un véritable voyage des sens. J’ai également profité d’un soin du visage au safran : un moment incroyable. La masseuse a de véritables doigts de fée, le soin était relaxant et enrichissant avec de précieux conseils personnalisés. Je suis ressortie avec un teint lumineux et totalement détendue. Enfin, j’ai fait un brushing, réalisé par un homme très professionnel, attentif et délicat. Mes cheveux ont été parfaitement choyés, avec d’excellents conseils pour les entretenir. Un hôtel où l’on se sent accueilli avec le cœur. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et le recommandons vivement.

Cons: The property is old and in a deteriorated condition. There was an unpleasant odour in both the room and the corridor. The corridor leading from the entrance to my room was long and poorly lit, with the lights switched off at night, which made the area feel scary. In addition, there was no hot water available in the bathroom.

Cons: Le personnel, chaque fois que l'on commandais un taxi il prenait une commission dans notre dos. Un soir un ami est rentré avec une fille rencontré dans une boite de nuit, arrivé à l'hôtel le réceptionniste réclamait 600 dirhams pour que la fille puisse rentrer. Ce qu'on à refusé donc la fille n'a pas pu rentrée. Le personnel est en plus en liaisons avec des prostitué et ils prennent des commissions si les filles montent avec des clients. J'ai jamais vu ca, c'était scandaleux.

Personnel au petit soin, très respectueux et poli. petit dejeuner au top avec spécialités marocaines comme on aime et fait sur place, hygiène irréprochable, même les viennoiseries (d'habitude pas leurs points forts au Maroc étaient bonne) Grand complexe avec beaucoup d'espace vert, parfait pour une balade. Nous étions septique avant de réserver au vu des commentaires pas forcément élogieux, nous avons pris le risque et finalement nous avons passé un agréable sejour. Nous ne devions rester qu'une nuit mais nous avons prolongé notre séjour. Le point négatif est que le Burkini est interdit pas top pour un pays musulman... Heureusement que nous étions en hiver donc pas l'idéal pour nager. La chambre était bien chauffé à notre guise, il est vrai qu'on entend le bruit des avions car proximité avec l'aéroport mais ça nous a pas dérangé plus que ça. Pour le prix 90€ la nuit c'était plus que bien. J'appuie sur le point du burkini car je trouve ça inadmissible dans un pays musulman de forcer les gens à se dénuder pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine...

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, great buffet breakfast and made to order omelettes, the beach bar had good international food and a nice vibe. This is a nice Moroccan hotel with a local and down to earth feeling. Location great! In international standards I would rate this as a nice 3+ to 4 star hotel. I did spa treatments (Hammam, wax and mani/pedi), everyone was nice and professional, once again this is a local and down to earth feeling. Reading people’s comments, if you want to stay at a true 5 star hotel than you go to Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental, and those that know, know that!
Cons: I would agree with others that the manicure and pedicure treatment could be improved.

Cons: Je n’ai pas apprécié le fait qu’il n’y avait plus de jus de carotte ou de concombres lors des petits déjeuner qui suivirent notre séjour. Pas de serviette mie à disposition pour la piscine. Il fallait attendre une bonne heure.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr luxuriös, der Poolbereich ist sehr großzügig. Die Bar bietet jeden Abend live-Musik und eine ausgezeichnete Getränkeauswahl. Hier speziellen Dank für das Service-Team!! Die Silvester-Party war gut organisiert, das Menü hervorragend. Die Programmpunkte abwechslungsreich, allerdings waren keine Pausen dazwischen. Der Spa Bereich ist top, das Hamam und Massage uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Kleinere Mängel im Zimmer wurden innerhalb weniger Minuten behoben.
Cons: Der Speisebereich ist sehr laut, hat etwas von Kantine, die Auswahl der Gerichte ist durchschnittlich, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendbuffet. Für den Preis hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet. Obwohl sich viele Gäste über die Lautstärke auf der Silvesterfeier beschwerten war es teilweise so laut dass man den Raum verlassen musste. Speziell während des Essens wäre ruhigeres Ambiente schön gewesen. Unterhaltung am Tisch war zu keiner Zeit möglich. Der Indoor Pool ist recht schön, allerdings ist es ein Unding, dass man dafür pro Paar 300 Dirham zusätzlich bezahlen muss. (100 für die Blubberblasen in einer Ecke des Pools). Sollte in so einem Resort kostenlos sein.

Das Hotel ist ein angenehmer Ausgleich zur lebhaften Medina und gut mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Der gepflegte Hotelgarten läd zum chillen ein. Hervorzuheben ist die überaus freundliche und aufmerksame Dame am Customer-Desk neben dem Lift.
Cons: Es gibt Zimmer direkt über einem Maschinenraum, dauerhaft hörbares brummen im Zimmer ist die Folge. Der Wechsel des Zimmers war jedoch unproblematisch möglich. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist kühl, das Servicepersonal und / oder Handwerker in den Etagenfluren störend laut. Nicht zu empfehlen ist das für € 25 p.P. angebotene Bufett am Abend zu späterer Stunde. Ohnehin ist das „Restaurant“ eher ein einfacher Speisesaal. Für den Room-Service bedurfte es erst einer Nachfrage an der Rezeption. Fazit: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht angemessen. Der Service war in sämtlichen der von uns besuchten Riads deutlich besser.

The staff were very kind, accommodating, and genuinely tried to help. At the spa, there was a woman named Khadija who was extremely service-minded and professional. Her service and attitude were excellent; she truly cared about guest satisfaction and went out of her way to meet guests’ needs. This stood in clear contrast to her manager, whose behavior was unprofessional
Cons: The hotel felt old, and the interior and furnishings were also outdated. The rooms and corridors were very dusty, which made my overall experience uncomfortable and difficult

Cons: Une expérience tout simplement révoltante. Malgré un séjour correct au départ, la fin a été catastrophique et indigne. Le personnel s’est permis de nous accuser de vol et de nous faire ouvrir nos bagages pour une fouille, sans la moindre preuve, comme si nous étions des délinquants. Cette scène a été profondément humiliante et totalement injustifiée. Évidemment, rien n’a été trouvé. Ce genre de comportement est inacceptable et honteux pour un hôtel qui se prétend de ce niveau. Manque total de respect, de professionnalisme et de considération pour les clients. Une telle attitude suffit à ruiner tout le séjour. Nous repartons avec une image déplorable de cet établissement, que nous déconseillons fortement.

Пастельное белье ни разу за три дня пребывания не поменяли. Бассейн в спа был доступен только для детей от 12 лет, на улице бассейн не подогреваемый. В отеле в общих зонах грязно. В целом отель выглядит очень уставшим

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, especially the team near the pool and the gentleman from the Oasis restaurant — they were always smiling and helpful. The food was very good, and the breakfast had a nice variety.
Cons: The only small issue I noticed was that the housekeeping sometimes forgot to replace shower amenities and tissues, so I had to call a few times to ask for them. Other than that, everything was great, and I had a very pleasant experience overall.

Un hotel che merita pienamente le sue 5 stelle: pulizia impeccabile, ambienti comuni eleganti e ben curati, servizio attento e professionale. Colazione: straordinaria, adatta a tutti i gusti: dolce, salato, internazionale e locale. Ogni ospite trova quello che desidera. Servizio: impeccabile. Tutto il personale è stato sempre gentile, educato e disponibile, con una pazienza e una professionalità rare. Ogni nostra richiesta è stata accolta con il sorriso e con grande cura. Camera: un sogno. Il letto è talmente comodo che sembra impossibile alzarsi. Sonno profondo, tende oscuranti perfette, silenzio assoluto: un vero paradiso di relax. Dal balcone la vista è meravigliosa e regala pace e serenità. Piscina: pulita, curata e rilassante. Ho passato una giornata favolosa tra acqua, sole e servizi sempre puntuali. Atmosfera: l’hotel riesce a unire la cultura internazionale con quella marocchina, facendoti sentire a casa pur restando immerso nella magia del luogo. Un equilibrio perfetto che conquista. In sintesi: un’esperienza indimenticabile. Lasciare questo posto fa venire davvero le lacrime agli occhi. Tornerò sicuramente. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
