Hotel som begynner å bli slitt Bassenget så reint ut, men var kaldt. Rommet manglet putetrekk, det ble ordnet. Veldig nær stranda. Men denne delen er veldig turistifisert. Det en en liten butikk med drikke og litt snacks i hotellet. Skal du ha autentisk marokkansk mat eller noe mer må du ta taxi eller gå.

Först skitiga sängkläder vi fick byta rum där funkade ej air condition till slut fick vi ett tredje rum sista natten som va ok! Restaurangen hade rast lite när de ville och blev sura när man frågade om att beställa. Pool området var fint. Det gick även att valutaväxla på hotellet!

Très bien localiser, a 5 minutes de marche de boardwalk et de la plage. Tres belle picine et cours amenager, stationnement facile. Seul bemol.. le frigo a ete en panne , et peu d ustensiles donc si vous prévoyez preparer vos repas sur place plutot limitée...personnellement nous avons ete dans les restaurants

Hôtel bien situé avec piscine et à 5 minutes de la plage. Petit apartment avec une chambre intelligemment agencé, balcon apreciable, pas beaucoup d'ustensiles pour cuisiner et plaque chauffante ainsi que le micro onde un peu vieillots. Très abordable financièrement. Personnel reactif. Gros bémol pour le petit déjeuner, peu varié, pas de fruits et identique chaque jour.

It was a terrible experience, the guy at the front desk who came in for the night shift ( don’t remember his name ) and his manager were so rude , hateful, it was the worst experience ever , please avoid staying there , they need a lot of improvements with the staff that work there , it was a shame , we were forced to Leave the hotel , please avoid staying there if you’re looking in for good service and to be treated well

Pros: clean, excellent location (2 minute walk to the beach), pleasant apartment (recently refurbished), shop and restaurant at the bottom of the building, friendly staff, nice swimming pool (enclosed, sun beds), balcony with a sea view. Cons: lack of privacy for the bedroom (no door and the bedroom is separated from the living room only by a curtain, fine for a couple without kids though), wifi access is not constant depending on where we are in the building, noisy at times, especially with the doors shutting down automatically and therefore slamming), no noise cancelling floors… Despite these cons, I would highly recommend this place as great value for money and pros outweigh cons. I would definitely go back there.

Etablissement correct pas beaucoup à redire, chambre propre, ensemble assez moderne y compris la salle de bain et le fait d'avoir une petite partie cuisine peut être pratique pour des familles. Seul bémol patio central ouvert sur tous les étages, toutes les chambres donnent sur un patio donc le soir/la nuit on est vite dérangés par le bruit. Peut être problématique s'il y a du monde à l'hotel. En mettant des portes pour fermer la chambre ça résoudrait peut être le problème.

Le personnel feminin est juste incroyable, un vrai plaisir.Apres avoir testé 3 chambres constat : L'hôtel rencontre de nombreux problèmes techniques, eau chaude voir pas d'eau, fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, évacuation douche à revoir ainsi que celle du lavabo, les peintures largement écailles sur les rembardes de balcon, les réfrigérateurs ne sont plus dans le meuble prevu a cet effet et sont posés pres de la chambre... hotel a rénové ! Merci au Manager pour son ecoute.

L'hôtel est tres propre, calme, est tres bien situé par rapport à la plage. Notre suite était fraichement rénové, et les ustensiles de cuisine encore neufs. Les employés sont tous gentils est tres à l’écoute. Un special merci à Amine de la piscine, toujours disponible et souriant, à Rachid de reception, tres accommodant et sympathique. S’il y a des ameliorations, c’est au niveau du restaurant, oû par exemple, le buffet du ptit dejeuner inclus, n’inclut pas des choses de base, comme une omelette ou un café expresso, et où le reste des repas et le service est simplement ordinaire. Le wifi, lui, n’est atteignable au 4 eme etage, mes enfants ont du descendre au halle, pour regarder leur Netflix :) En resumé, Un hotel que je recommande tres fortement, et où je l’hésiterai pas de retourner

Staff were helpful. The room was ok but in need of a deep clean. Just about adequate to self cater. Our balcony looked onto the adjacent building so not much of a view. The pool area again is a bit tired but is quite pleasant and a sun trap. Pool staff very attentive. Location is 5 minutes from the beach and prom with 3 restaurants on the way. There is a liqour store 10 minutes walk away and a huge marjane supermarket about 30 minutes walk away. If you want a self catering appartment close to the beach with a pool at a reasonable price this is a good choice.

Alt i alt et godt hotel med rimelige faciliteter. Sengene er komfortable og der er dyner til de ofte kølige nætter. Personalet er venligt og forsøger at tilfredsstille kundernes krav, men er ikke altid koordinerede, så beskederne ender ikke de rette steder. Men det kan man leve med. Udstyret i køkkenet er mangelfuldt og ofte defekt, men igen, personalet forsøger at gøre bod derpå. Det ville være en god ide at investere i madrasser til liggestolene ved poolen. Ligeledes ville solceller til opvarmning af poolen gøre underværker.

Little bit outdated, needs some maintenance, pretty much as everything else in Morocco, but it is very close to the beach, stuff is super friendly and welcoming. Had some ants on kitchen table, hope maintenance can address this issue. Also, we had "king size"bed in fact it was two double beds put together and they kept sliding apart so we constantly had gap right in the middle. Overall it was a good stay, primarily because of the location.

The hotel looked nice from the outside. There were ants in the room,told them, they didn't care, the service was crap except for a person named Annas. He was like 5 star. The reception only want to sell you excursions, for their commission. They don't care about you! Under half board you have to buy all drinks, water, fizzy, tea in evening meal.. They don't sell alcohol and nor allowed to drink in the restaurant. First place I know you pay for soft drink on half board basis. They don't do all inclusive. They have no chargers/ sockets for people from England.. You have to take your own. The safe you pay for, but doesn't work, on the last day, they said safe you have to pay for, as finishes at 12.. They just want more money.. The pool is freezing, nothing heated, nothing to do in hotel for adults or kids., no activities. They want to sell only and over priced. No morals. The taxi driver was the best.. Reasonable and honest- 5 star (00212635698415), just found him by chance..

This hotel is situated on the southern side of Agadir. A 15 minute walk from the town centre and at the quieter end of the long promenade. Reception staff initially not over friendly - especially the female. On arrival we were offered a room on totally the wrong side of the hotel to which we had requested. It is apparent that clients requests for specific rooms are not taken into consideration e.g we requested a sun facing room with a balcony. After a lot of pestering the manager three days and two rooms later we finally got this. Obviously e mails sent prior to arrival were not taken into account and they were definitely not answered or acknowledged. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis and adequately provided with facilities for self catering but they could however do with a 'makeover'. It has a well maintained swimming pool and children's paddling pool. Very little local information in the reception area but friendly Expedia rep filled this gap.

I called the reception desk for sending someone to check the TV channels, the front desk said that someone will show up in a little bit, but no one showed up at all for my two nights stay. We had to carry our luggage ourselves since no one was available, even when I showed up at the front hotel for unloading my bags no one was at the front hotel or even inside at the front desk, seems kind of carelessness.

I was made to feel reallt welcome and comfortable, with a wide range of activities available and arranged for me. The activity arrangements were efficient and made with accuracy. There were hotel tours and information at the ready which proved very helpful.

We stayed here with my husband for four nights. The hotel is 5-7 minute walk from the beach.Our room was lovely, rather spacious and clean, the bathroom was of decent size as well. There is also a good size pool and a splash pool. We loved the food in the restaurant as well as the staff - they are professionals. Although we did not cook ourselves, we had all the equipment to do a little bit of cooking and store food. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel is ok & rooms are spacious & clean. Pool is a good size and enough chairs to lounge on but not too crammed. They do play music form the radio blarring all day though whcih is irritating as you can't here yourself think and may not want to listen to local music! Late check out is also overpriced, other than that no complaints really - about a 20 minute walk to promonade and town

More a mini-apartment than a room, very spacious. The service in the hotel was good, and the building modern and airy. The on-premises restaurant was adequate, rather than great. Only 200 metres from the beach. I would stay here again.
