Autre point très appréciable, les conseils de la réceptionnistes sur les activités et adresses resto qu’elle nous conseillait + le petit dej qu’ils ont préparé plus tôt pour nous pour nous permettre de filer le ventre plein prendre notre avion. Merci c’était tout simplement notre meilleure adresse à Essaouira, nous y retournerons volontiers !

Cons: De kamer no 1 was erg gehorig omdat hij boven de entree en restaurant zit. We hebben geklaagd en konden een andere kamer naast de keuken krijgen wat om dezelfde reden werd afgeraden dus geen alternatief... Verder werd er vooral onze eerste avond tot middernacht geroepen en gelachen door personeel wat met gasten bij de entree aan 't praten, lachen was. Kamer is ook enorm vochtig, niets droogt zelfs niet met een ventilator.

Cons: J’ai pas aimé la chambre 1 au premier étage car trop bruyante. En effet, on entendait le service et les conversations du restaurant du rez-de-chaussée. De plus, pour le petit déjeuner que j’ai pris à 9h50, je n’ai pas eu la possibilité d’avoir du lait chaud ni froid car plus de lait alors que le petit déjeuner était servi jusqu’à 10h30.

Ubicación en el centro de la medina. Las habitaciones reservadas por Booking siempre son las peores del alojamiento, si no hacen nada por solucionar esto no creo que vuelva a reservar con ellos.

Cons: Desayuno buffet básico con solo una mesa grande para sentarse, si vas en familia tienes que desayunar por separado. Las habitaciones que nos dieron estaban en el último piso (4 pisos de escaleras), una olía a humedad ya que no tiene ventana al exterior y no tenían aire acondicionado. Lo del olor a humedad ya lo había leído en un comentario previo de booking, así que debía ser conocido por los responsables del alojamiento, pero no han hecho nada por solucionarlo. Los baños, como es habitual, con lo mínimo y sin ningún tipo de mantenimiento (el soporte de la ducha roto, se sale el agua, etc...)

Absolutely amazing hotel that exceeded my expectations in every possible way especially considering the price range. Very convenient location right next to highly rated restaurants in the medina. The room was clean and spacious, with complimentary water as well. The property offered Moroccan tea upon arrival and also has an affiliated restaurants and can provide surfing excursions. Breakfast was also great - buffet style with freshly-made eggs and fresh orange juice. Had a great conversation with the front desk too.

The Riad is in a very very central location inside the medina and it’s so easy to go around. It’s has a market in front of it so it’s lively but not noisy. The room was really lovely , with beautiful traditional decoration, comfortable bed and it was clean. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful with us , helped us get familiar with the area , gave us directions and also hold our suitcases the next day since we were leaving later after the check out. All in all it’s a value for money place and I totally recommend it.

The decoration of the Riad was great, very modern but Moroccan, it felt very fresh. The Riad organised for us horse back riding and surfing. Both activities with very nice third parties.

Lovely Riad on the main street in Essaouira. Stayed in 2 rooms on first floor with my husband and 4 children. The reception area is very welcoming and has a lovely Boho backpacker feel to it. There are couches, a coffee machine and an area to play chess. The reception staff were very welcoming and check in was quick and efficient. The rooms were bright and spacious for the property. The bathrooms were decorated beautifully and the rooms had a lovely quirky feel to them. Breakfast was on the rooftop terrace and consisted of coffee, orange juice breads and jams. It's very windy so a jumper was needed as breakfast area quite shaded in the morning.

Cons: On arrival one of the towels had rust stains on it but this was quickly changed once mentioned to the staff. Unfortunately our beds felt a little damp, my 7yr old described it as feeling sticky and on further inspection the mattresses were worn and torn. We decided to check out after 1 night despite booking for 2 as the state of the mattress left us feeling very disappointed. The staff were very helpful and refunded the cost of the second night. Overall we liked the Riad and feel with some minor changes such as fresher towels and newer mattresses with protectors would really upgrade this property, but felt that due to these minor issues we couldn't stay with small children

Very friendly staff! Great price for what we got. Very nicely decorated room and riad. Breakfast on the rooftop was included. In the middle of the Medina (old town - no cars). Parking about 7 min walking costs about 6 Euro per day. There are porters everywhere that will transport your luggage to the road for about 5 euro.

Cons: Our room did not have a window to the outside and was quite dark.

Cons: We have been staying at riads nearly double the price so have gotten used to thick high quality sheets/pillows. These sheets were old and thin enough to see the mattress with a faint smell of a man’s cologne. Aside from that, really cute/hip decor. I would stay there again. The kids loved it with access to view the busy street outside the window.

The riad was so comfortable, full of interesting art and the staff was exceptional. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a nice touch every morning on the cute roof terrace. Well located in the middle of all the action of the Medina (and surprisingly very quiet so sleep was peaceful), 5-10 min walk to the beach, and restaurants/vendors right outside the door. My daughter and I had a lovely stay and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for the generous hospitality and lovely memories.

We stayed one night, arrived at hotel with a very warm welcome. The reception guy gave us a map and gave us the basics but also asked what kind of things we would like to see/do to give more suggestions. Very helpful. The room was lovely and light. Great bathroom, lovely tiles. We asked for another blanket as it was a cooler evening and he gave us one instantly. Breakfast was very nice, eggs, breads, pancakes and great coffee. Great location, right in middle of medina. 10 mins walk from coach station (supratours). Would definitely recommend.

They were so friendly, welcoming and helpful in any possible way. They sat down with you, showed you the map of the city, made recommendations based on your preferences and tried to give you the best possible experience of Essaouria. Thank you so much!

Cons: I recently stayed at this hotel with two of my female friends, and I must say that our experience was marred by the extremely poor attitude of the greeting receptionist. For example, he made fun of our passports and visa requirements and pointed to one of my other friend’s more powerful passport. He implied a political stance against our country of origin. He was also discouraging us from going to kite surf and horse ride. He was ignorant about his own city’s history and was unable to professionally answer questions he didn’t know answers to. For example, I was looking to visit a synagogue and he asked me if I made up the word “synagogue”. He was also dismissive about us having a reservation ready and first turned to our driver and talked rudely to him about our stay at the hotel. I tried to tell him we have a reservation but he ignored me. Only after speaking to the driver rudely he turned to me and confirmed that we have a reservation. His lack of professionalism left a lasting negative impression on our stay. We hope the management takes steps to address such issues, as courteous and respectful service is essential in the hospitality industry.

The riad located inside the city center, at one of the main avenues of essaouira's old town. It's so good to discover the city's vibes and to have a good experience. The breakfast was delicious and so good. And the terrasse was well decorated and you'd want to spend some evening time there.

It's perfectly located in the center of Medina. Value over all is pretty good at this Riad. The rooftop is also very nice to chill when it's too hot or too busy on streets. Staff is kind and very communicative. However sometimes a bit too self-assured for young men/receptionists, who think knowing many things d so much better. 🤷‍♂️😉

Cons: We stayed there for quite a bit. We wished that there was an aircon. We know it's not usual in the architecture there..but the room could have been a bit cooler and better ventilated - especially during nights. It was okay clean. Bed sheets replacement multiple times in a one week stay. But they never cleaned the room in a full detailed scale during our week. At some point the floor felt pretty sandy from the beach ofc. Also tye bath room was not best ventilated and sometimes was damp and a bit smelly. The bath towels provided are sometimes damaged and got stains even if they are supposed to be fresh from the laundry. They replace once per day. Sometimes your lucky, sometimes not. Yes you can ask for replacement and they would immediately do so. But who wants to do this every second day on vacation? It can be expected on my opinion to train your staff to only provide the undamaged towels and to frequently replace the hotel stock with brand new towels. The breakfast is nice and included in the price. It's basic and got all covered. But doom you realize it's every the exact same. No variations at all. We mentioned that but it did no change. They could provide a so much better choice and also healthier breakfast for just tye same money.. 🥞

Best location in Essouira to visit, directly on the main street of the Medina. Nice neighborhood, lots of cool restaurants right next to the riad. The staff was exceptional, really knowledgeable of the area, they helped us organize the rest of our trip. The rooftop, kitchen, and all shared spaces are really nice. The breakfast on the rooftop is cool, nice ambiance with the music.

Cons: The shower doesn't drain well, and the floor stays wet and damp. Also there was smoke coming from an oven or something from a house right next to us, it smelled smokey in our room. Though I guess that's not that much the riad's fault, and a similar situation could probably happen in any other lodging in the medina.

The location could not be better, it's right in the centre of the Medina. The room we had was a large room so we had a lot of space to spread out. The breakfast was really good, made fresh every day. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming, they created a nice atmosphere and were always on hand for any questions. The riad is beautiful, nice decor and theme.

Cons: For the price, I would have expected some basic toiletries to be provided. As the bathrooms are open with just a curtain around the shower, it would have been nice to have a little mat to soak up some of the water all over the bathroom floor after showering.

Nice bed and breakfast located insde the closed medina. We loved the reception guy. His english was perfect and he has told us everything about the city and what was interesting there - what to see , where to eat. Also has encouraged us to try surfing what was really cool and let us stay a bit longer to be able to have shower after the surfing class. The breakfast was large and very nice!

Cons: The room was a bit small and dark. We were suprised that we couldn't reach the hotel by car. We had to leave it in a pay carpark as whole the medina is walk only area. It's a shame noone has informed us about it before we arrived.

Don't let the title fool you - this Riad is more like a boutique hotel with its beautiful decorations - not the simple décor I expected from a sports affiliated establishment. The bed was not as firm as our previous Riad which meant we got a great night's sleep (nice pillows). The room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. Location was perfect - not far from paid parking and all attractions. And, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A wonderful experience all around.

This was my first visit to Morocco. Spent 4 days in Marrakech and then took a bus to Essaouira. Getting off the bus a gentleman with his trolley helped me get to the Riad. Upon arrival another couple arrived shortly after me and we were all checked in together. We were met by a very friendly young man and he assisted us with a map and all the places that were recommended and also the places we wanted to see. I had a very short stay-basically 24 hours. I got a very comfortable room on the top floor. Shower was lovely and hot - bed was very comfortable. All other amenities were available. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. Coffee-fresh orange juice-omelette-toast-flapjacks with assorted jams. It was lovely and very tasty. Walking into the Riad you feel immediately comfortable and welcomed. Staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. Also very central in the Medina. Close to everything. I wish I had more time to stay but would absolutely recommend this Riad.

Cons: By no fault of their own the road outside my room had a few rowdy people out and about late at night but I closed the window and it kept the noise out mostly. Also my room was on the top floor-next to the rooftop and a few guests were chatting a bit loudly but went to bed before midnight so it was quiet after. I am however a light sleeper so this was just a small issue and would not bother most people. Everything else was great.

Cons: This does not deserve the rating and I'm disappointed with our stay. It was expensive for the quality of linen, bathroom and the rooftop was a shambles. It was damp (that's the Essaouria weather) but no heater so everything was damp in the room. We stayed in 8 other places across Morocco and this was our least favourite. We stayed in one place only half this price which was of a much higher standard.

As a family with young teens, this is a fantastic place to stay in Essaouira. The staff were so friendly and helpful, organising taxis and surfing for us. The location is very central but feels calm and relaxing as soon as you walk through the door. The decor was tasteful, the WiFi was strong in our rooms, and the breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend Riad Inna. Thank you!

Cons: The shower head needed to be replaced.... but the pressure and temperature were both very good, so this is a very minor detail.

Cons: The shower head is taped together, beats me as to why it can’t just be replaced. There is no parking available despite claiming otherwise on Booking.com. We spent half an hour knocking on the door to check ininforming them of our late arrival. Very strict on guests, I took my brother to my room to give him some medication for stomach cramps. He was not allowed to rest there. I felt it was over the top at 4pm in the afternoon. I had made it clear that he wasn’t to stay overnight & only for an hour max. Still no.

Good accommodation for the money- no breakfast included, but a decent breakfast to be had at one of a dozen places nearby. Very helpful/friendly staff at reception. Essaouira can be a very humid place, on account of the sudden sea mists, so there's a bit of a smell of mould which goes with the territory. The roof terrace is a pleasant place to sit and read, or view the busy street below. Be sure to get a room with a window; many don't have one. Not the quietest of places if your room overlooks the street.

We thought we had booked a double but on arriving at Riad Inna we discovered that the room was en suite which was a nice surprise! The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, a large window which meant it was cool and airy despite the heat outside and the room not having A/C, and a nice wet room/bathroom. It's not plush but for £20 definitely a great option. We loved Essouaira, and were helped by the fact that the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating, suggesting restaurants and sites to visit, they were really lovely. (Check out La Petite Perle and Laayonne for really nice, cheap traditional Moroccan food including tagines, salads and couscous- turn left out of the Riad, go to the end of the road an take another left - follow the road found past the carpet stalls and the restaurants are on your left.) Would definitely recommend this as a very reasonably priced option to families, couples and people travelling alone - the area is safe, right in the Medina on a main street and near to nice restaurants, the Souk, some lovely silver jewellery and leather goods shops, and only about a 5 minute walk from the beaches and bus station. The only drawback is that if your room faces onto the street then it can be a little loud, the night life carries on until quite late, but if there were availability I'm sure the staff would allow you to move rooms, i.e. if you had children who needed to sleep.
