Sicuramente torneremo in futuro!

I really loved the garden inside and the quiet. It is placed in the middle of Medina, you can reach the major attractions by foot. The rooms are simple but really nice. The breakfast is server up to the structure outside. The staff is really nice, especially Aziza, the girl alt the reception. She suggested and booked the hammam.

Hotel ma przyjemną atmosferę i bardzo dobrą lokalizację – dosłownie 8–10 minut spacerem do Jemaa el-Fnaa. Obsługa jest wyjątkowo miła i pomocna, wszędzie jest czysto i naprawdę przyjemnie. Czułyśmy się tu komfortowo. Szczerze polecam ten Riad
Cons: Śniadania pozostawiły trochę do życzenia.

We had a wonderful stay here that made all the difference for our time in Marrakech. From the moment Aziza welcomed us, to the last breakfast served by Mohammed, we felt so cared for. The location of the riad was very convenient, it was near a parking and the main road. We did not need to venture in the maze of Marrakech. The riad is in the centre of the city so everything was pretty much at a walking distance. Staff was very kind and there was no curfew on the time we could enter the property. Breakfast was very traditional and consistent, also freshly made

We had a lovely stay at Riad Saba in Marrakech. The Riad is beautiful and peaceful, but what truly made our experience special was the incredible hospitality. A very special thank you to Jalal and Aziza, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Jalal was always ready with helpful suggestions and a warm smile, and Aziza’s kindness and attentiveness made a real difference during our stay. A heartfelt thanks to Jabrane, the owner, for his support and understanding when we had to cancel our tour at the last minute due to my wife not feeling well. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakech.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Saba! Every corner of the place is beautifully designed , each lobby, terrace, and space has its own unique charm and character which we loved it so much. A special thanks to the young gentleman, Mohammed (Simo), who shared so much helpful information with us we truly appreciated his insight. Also, many thanks to Aziza, who kindly helped us book a lovely nearby Riad when Riad Saba was fully booked for our final night. If we ever return to Marrakesh, Riad Saba will be our first choice. We’ll also be recommending it to our family and friends!

Riad was fine. Just wouldn’t stay as there are many many other riads that will provide some hospitality
Cons: Arrival and zero hospitality. Scolded by security guard for not hearing door unlock - poor guy had to come and open the door! Then forced to sit and wait for 15mins (timed) before any recognition of presence by staff, whilst they finished lunch. When tea arrived it was tepid. Could have provided tea and form to fill in whilst waiting plus generally have some common decency

This is a lovely, traditional Riad and we really enjoyed I stay. We stayed in late March and had a downstairs room. It was warm in the room (no air con) and because our room was by the breakfast area we couldn't really open our shutters as it would have made our room less private. It wasn't a problem for us as it wasn't too hot, but might be an issue later in the year. Overall we had a wonderful stay and the staff we very friendly and helpful

It definitely has a very morrocan feel and ambience, the staff are lovely and go out of the way to help guide your way through the busy narrow streets. We were there in February so the building felt cold but loved it, we just felt a little daunted by the motor cycles and mix of people in narrow passages of the Marrakesh City centre, probably our age, and would suit younger people.

Less than 10 mins walk to the main square, parking area within 50 ft of the entry (some Riad's require walking hundreds of metres with suitcases on the cobblestoned narrow walkways). Staff were all helpful, we stored suitcases for 3 nights while we did a desert tour.

We loved this little Riad which was very close to the centre of the medina. It is an old building with many character features and charm. I have never seen such an amazing staff (and I have stayed in over 1000 nights in all types of hotels including 5 stars in over 20 countries). So helpful, caring and friendly. They'd always go above and beyond. From staff at night to day, everyone was always smiling and finding solutions to any problems that guests may come up with. They'd literally get 100 out to 10 from me if that was possible. I was having problem with our room and asked for a new room and they upgraded without any charge to ensure my comfort. I am a vegan, whilst they didnt have many options in their standard breakfast, they tried to bring in items which they could. Secondly, the location is amazing, just 5 minutes away from main Jama El Fina. The value for money is unparalleled. Such a inexpensive hotel/riad with such amazing services. One thing for improvement would be to renovate riad a little. I understand it is old and represents culture etc of old Morocco but still some furniture upgrade including doors, lighting curtains would help. But even then, if I were ever to come back to Marrakech, I'd stay with them honestly.

Most of the staff here are super helpful and the riad is centrally located, comfortable and peaceful. There was one person who was more interested in blaming me for the taxi not being there, requesting a twin instead of a double and not calling them despite being shown evidence that I clearly did all of those things. Unfortunately he was the first person I met and the first impression I got. However the other staff couldn’t have been more different and really went out of their way to help, showing us how to navigate round and round and what to see, what to do etc. so as long as that particular person isn’t on duty it will be a pleasant stay, the riad is comfortably furnished with beautiful communal spaces and close to lots of cafes and restaurants

Riad Saba was a very friendly and welcoming environment. I was greeted with tea and cookies. I stayed on the lower level. My room was clean. The ladies clean the room every day. The AC was functional. I enjoyed the breakfast provided. A few things to note are due to this being a traditional riad, you do not have a television or mini fridge in your room. There is a common area for guests. I would stay here again as I felt comfortable during my stay.

Liked; I liked the location, 7-10 minutes walk to the big market, they need nicer people at the reception Did not like: breakfast was mediocre at best, we keep asking for extra butter and they keep giving us one small packet per person, also first night the AC broke and was leaking water inside the top I had to sleep in my underwear They fixed the AC after we complained but ignored drying the carpet which starts to smell for the rest of the stay Place is not worth the money at all, they keep the lights dimmed all the time( I guess to save money)

Absolutely recommend Raid Saba. It is a beautiful hotel that gives a feeling of stepping back in time to a bygone era of service and charm. The Decor is in a traditional Moroccan style of carved woods, beautiful lanterns and mosaic tiles. The pool is so refreshing after the heat of the souks and such a relaxing place to unwind. So peaceful. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace and is enough to fill even the heartiest of appetites with pancakes, omelette, breads, yogurt, tea, coffee & juice. Aziza, is a wonderful hostess, she takes time to tell you how to find the main sights of the city. Where to get money changed etc. We were served with bottles of water and mint tea and biscuits while we waited for our room which was very welcome after the travelling. The hotel is a perfect location as it is so central to the Medina. All the main attractions are only about 15-20 min walk. But it is also in easy reach of taxis so you don’t have to walk far, less than 10m!

Everyone here was so friendly and the greeting on arrival of mint tea in the lounge was a lovely touch. The vegetarian tagine was excellent and they serve Moroccan red wine should you want it. Beds were comfortable and showers powerful. My only criticism would be breakfast could have been more varied. A great location and great pick-up service and drop-off to the airport. Would highly recommend a trip to the Ourika Valley (use Get Your Guide) and a visit to La Fassia in Gueliz which was outstanding.

My stay at the Riad Saba was a 5 star experience. I would have no hesitation in staying again if I was to return to Marrekech. From the mint tea and biscuits on arrival, everything was excellent. The breakfast on the terrace was a lovely start to the day. Small variations made each breakfast different, yet familiar. Although it wasn’t a recognised part of the stay, Mohammed was willing to make two excellent evening meals. Thank you. The Riad was close to all the famous landmarks in the Medina. A quick walk and you were there. I would like to thank Mohammed and Alisha for their friendly welcome and the continuous excellent service they provided during my stay. Please note that this Riad has a small swimming which was a great way to cool down at the end of the day. I have no hesitation in recommending this Riad and would be more than happy to stay there again.

For our first time in Marrakesh and opting for a riad instead of a hotel was brave but pleased we did so. 4 nights was enough as each time you had to make your way to the main square as taxis were not always available near to the riad, also as travelling for 4 people meant not every taxi would take you. Room comfortable, needed the AC for sure. Good choice for breakfast. Pool was lovely and much needed with the heat after being out.
Cons: The pictures here don't really give the up to date impression of the riad, they need updating. No longer do they have a bar, so only soft drinks available, we were able to buy in our own alcohol. The bathroom needed some work doing, the shower head was cracked.

This is absolutely the sweetest Riad, with the kindest staff. I liked it so much, I booked my stay there again when I returned to Marrakech a month later. The decor is exquisite, things work! Like the faucets are screwed down, there’s hot water, a small pool to cool off in when you return from a hot day in the Medina. For the price, it can’t be beat.

This was a beautiful little Riad with the warmest people running it. They were very kind and accommodating. It was in the old city Marrakech, so the Medina was all around you, but still very quiet. The train station was a 45 minute walk or a short taxi ride. I would recommend this place to stay!

You need to walk to arrive to the hotel and there are a lot of people asking you for money, the people are very rude and you can not feel safe, they walk behind you shouting bad words at you.

Beautiful riad in an excellent location. Friendly helpful staff, especially Hassan.
Cons: It would have been useful to have been provided with a map of the medina on arrival. On paying the bill we were hit with a surprise 10% charge to pay by credit card. This did not happen anywhere else and had we been informed in advance could have paid cash. This changed my overall rating from 10 to 9.

Breakfast was simple but nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Very quiet at night. Good value for money. You felt like you were staying with family.
Cons: Our room wasn't quite as nice as the pictures. Clean but in need of some TLC. The Riad was a bit hard to find at first as it's off on a side alley. Once you know where it is, you're fine, but that first arrival...

A hidden oasis of tranquility and homely charm. The staff are so friendly and approachable, the resident cook is a star - we enjoyed the most delicious tagine on our first evening. The medina is practically on your doorstep and yet just far away enough that all is peaceful and quiet once safely back in the Riad. Note that it’s a fairly cosy arrangement of rooms on the first floor, so conversations and late night comings and goings of other guests are easily overheard - earplugs are useful to have to hand!

Our stay at Riad Saba was short but good. The room we got was small but clean and the property was quiet at night although it is easily walkable and connected to the souk and medina jamaa al fna square which we enjoyed a lot. The riad courtyard is beautifully decorated and Hasan and Aziza were extremely courteous caring and helpful. You can take a taxi from nearby to see the YSL garden and museum and the famous palaces and mosques as well. I am definitely coming back to marrakech because I needed more time to do other things.

The entire staff at Riad Saba were warm, kind, welcoming, patient, and always available to help. The location of Riad Saba was within short walking distance to many sites that I wanted to visit. Riad Saba is in the Medina but away from the crowds and street noise so my stay was relaxed and tranquil . The true antiquity of Riad Saba offers romance and magic. I enjoyed my weekend visit and will stay again when I return to Marrakech.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Riad Sana. We had a car collect us from the airport which made it super easy after our flight! The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. We were also able to book excursions with the hotel which made it easy to organise what we wanted to do. All staff were super friendly and were there to help. Would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone visiting!

The staff were brilliant offering a high standard of service. Breakfast was great lots of it, not British style which was nice to be treated to local style breads etc. Hassam couldn't do enough for us. The maids looked after the room very well, keeping it very clean, providing fresh towels and making the bed.
Cons: The beds were quite hard for our liking and the pillows could be better they were a little thin. We overcame the hardness by requesting another duvet to lie on which help a bit. It would also be very welcome to have a small fridge in the room to store water in.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and were always on hand if I needed to know anything about the area. The accommodation was comfortable and stylish which enhanced my trip. The Riad is also only a short walk away from Jemaa el-Fnaa which is a meeting spot for many of the tours around the city.

We loved our 4 nights at Riad Saba. Aziza and the staff were wonderful. Check-in was simple and we were given a map and directions to all the main attractions in the medina. Breakfast was good but no fresh fruit provided. Bed was comfortable. Attractions are within walking distance and parking is also close by. Suggest parking at Parking AGUERZAM. Ignore the scammers who will tell you the road is closed and follow Google maps.

First up, we would like to say how friendly and welcoming the staff were, and how they tried hard to make our stay as pleasant as they could. The building is also interesting and well situated, and reasonably quiet in spite of being close to the hustle and bustle of the medina. But a few things could (and should) have been better for what was a moderately expensive stay. First up the room - it was big enough, but really dark and frankly somewhat dingy. It was clean enough, but would really benefit from more care in decoration, better bedding, a cleaner bathroom, and much better lighting. The breakfast was also a bit rubbish - just bread and jam, some coffee, juice and a yoghurt. Not awful, but some olive oil or honey or something would cost little but make it much less dry. One last whinge - for a tourist destination the service staff should really be able to talk either reasonable English or French, having some with neither language made it difficult to converse. Overall a good experience, but small improvements from the owners could make it a lot better.

My stay at Riad Saba in Marrakech was absolutely delightful. The hosts, especially gentleman Hassan, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. Hassan's exceptional hospitality stood out as he consistently catered to our needs, ensuring a wonderful experience. The hotel, located in a prime spot near the old town minutes to the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa, and other key landmarks and local shops, perfectly complemented the overall experience of the trip. Highly recommend Riad Saba as your next Moroccan Riad for a fantastic and authentic experience, made even more memorable by the incredible service and hospitality of Hassan.

This was a beautiful Riad that was excellently located; close to Jemaa el-Fnaa by foot, and also still reachable by taxi. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got a great recommendation for a local, non-touristy hammam, and even when I had to go to hospital and return at 3am somebody was waiting to welcome us back. Breakfast was plentiful, and there were also great cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. I can say the value for money was excellent, so, thank you!

Great location, the service is superb. WiFi is fast, beds are comfortable, it's clean and well maintained. The breakfast is generous and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is the hot water. At night the water is cold and during the day the hot water seems to run out after a while.

Aziza and her staff at Riad Saba made our stay very enjoyable. They answered all our questions and organised rides for us to the mountains as well as the airport. The location is very handy to the maze of markets and food stalls. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts are slightly different each morning and the Riad has many spaces to relax. Would def recommend.

Great location at an extremely fair price. Staff were excellent and helped us with bag storage and transport. Special mention to Aziza and the guy (sorry did not catch the name) who helped us check in and served breakfast every day. Riad is clean and traditional. We stayed in both the standard and the supior room. In my opinion the additional cost of the superior room makes your stay that little bit more enjoyable.
Cons: Roof top area could be improved a little. However as this stay was off season, I guess not many residents make use of this space.
