A beautiful, tranquil Ryad off the main Medina. Ibrahim greeted us with tea and made us feel so welcome. Gave us invaluable information and took us to our room, Noor deluxe. Rooms and whole Ryad are tasteful with beautiful details. Evening meal of Monkfish tagine on the roof terrace was delicious. Breakfasts great too. Hammam and massage another wonderful experience. Although location is a bit further out it feels like a relief to walk the quiet starts home at the end of a hectic day. Thank you we will be back.

Located just north of the souks, its a welcome reprieve from a busy day out in Marrakech, everything from the Jardin de Marjorelle to main square was in a walkable distance, with some great gems to see along the way. The staff were so helpful for recommendations for restaurants and getting around. The place itself is wonderful, the rooms are a real Moroccan delight, inclusive of a good but quiet AC and hot shower. The cooked breakfast really set us up for the day with a great view of the city as it came to life. There is shop, that you will pass by as you come and go under an arch, that sells baklava, you should definitely buy some of this.

Exceptional services and a lot of authentic hand-made details. 2 swimming pools - one on the rooftop and one downstairs. The room was spacious and stylish. All high-quality materials. Breakfast was served with a smile and a wide range of options. The meals ordered for lunch were excellent. The cook is there all day and there is always a cake in the afternoon. Transfers also went well. Staff is always ready to answer questions and give extra tips. Few steps from the souk, ATM. Safe and clean. Thank you!

The property is extemely well decorated with beautiful, curated objects and beautiful furniture. It’s all very tasteful and creates a cozy, elegant relaxing home away from home to relax in. In over 35 degree weather we were not hot inside and the air conditioning worked well. The common areas are also very comfortable. Breakfast on the roof top is amazing with Omar and Mo attending to our needs was the best way to start the day. The spa with the traditional hammam was truly a rejuvenating experience and the two ladies that perform the ritual are very good. We also did massages which were so relaxing and therapeutic after walking in the souk. It was my daughter’s birthday and the staff without me asking ordered a personalized cake that was brought out in the evening upon our return from the restaurant. A very thoughtful gesture we will not forget, thank you to the team!! The location is a short 8 mns walk to the drop off where there is car access. The staff will accompany you at any time of day but it is extremely safe just have to watch bikes and scooters! It’s located in the more north part of the old. It’s and also close to the best part of the souk. Location we thought was very accesible and quiet.

Cons: Absolutely nothing !

Stunning property, grand and spacious with everything you need. Large bedrooms, tea and pastries always served in the afternoon. Beautiful rooftop terrace where breakfast is served. There is a dipping pool as well with lounge chairs.

Cons: Everything was immaculate at the property. The furniture, the decor, the design. My only suggestion would be to add more lights on the bedrooms as it was difficult to get ready for the day or evening without enough lighting near the bathroom mirrors.

The location of the Ryad made access to the Medina easy and stress free. We found many little gardens and courtyards to relax in after the hustle and bustle of the market, but principally Ryad Dyor was our haven

Enjoyed our time at Riad Dyor. The staff was very accommodating, the room matched the pictures and was lovely, and the location was in the heart of Marrakesh. You cannot drive directly to the riad. I suggest pick-up/drop-off at the Ecole Annour Ahmed school, about an 8 min walk away. It’s also a convenient taxi area. Additionally, staff would escort us any time of the day if we asked. You’ll love your stay.

Our room was clean and we were provided with fresh towels and clean sheets. The room and bathroom was spacious. My only concern was the rooms were dark and not enough lighting, in addition to a very soft mattress. The service was great the staff was friendly and even helped walk us over to the Ryad with our luggage. We also booked us a service at the spa on site which was good. The property was nice and gave a vintage feel.

A stunning riad - our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was lovely to be greeted with a mint tea and pastries on arrival and the staff were so friendly and attentive. The location is good if you want to be somewhere central but away from the hustle and bustle, just be prepared to walk around 30 mins to the main attractions of Marrakech.

Cons: We overall really enjoyed our stay but a couple of small things that would've increased our rating - e.g. air con wasn't working in our room (not a huge problem at this time of year though as it wasn't too hot) and a couple of practical things in the room like no hooks to hang towels, and a rug that was spikey so you had to be careful where you walked! Unfortunately it was also difficult to enjoy breakfast on the roof terrace due to swarms of bees! It would've been better to eat inside perhaps.

Tastefully decorated Ryad… a hidden oasis. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was great.

Cons: I had requested an additional bed for my niece which was agreed upon prior to our departure. I’m not sure why this wasn’t delivered? Even when we arrived they said they would accommodate for the following night but this didn’t occur. Besides this request we were happy with everything else.

The hotel staff is extremely helpful (both in person and through WhatsApp) and they serve a great breakfast. They can arrange for you a stress free experience in Morocco (taxis, trips, activities…). The taxi company they use (airport transfer and trips) are punctual and very polite. The Ryad is gorgeous (don’t be afraid by the outside look or the narrow streets, inside is truly beautiful). The location is fine, all touristic places are within walking distance (10-40 mins maximum). Really recommended (it was our first time in Morocco).

Cons: Medina streets are safe but they may look a bit sketchy at night.

Stunningly decorated . Service here is outstanding . Friendly , personable and always willing to help . Quiet area of the mdina which means a good night’s sleep Things that could be improve on are the finer details of the property’s condition - the cleanliness of the pool in the riad , or room fixtures/soft furnishings that are slightly broken or ripped Otherwise we had a great time and would return

Ryad Dyor exceeded our expectations. A beautiful hotel in the traditional Moroccan style. A bit dated, but with really good refurbishments evident all throughout. Breakfast was really good and healthy, room airconditioning was new and very strong, big bed was really comfortable. But what really stood out as Dyor's greatest strength and appeal was its staff - superb! Every single one of them was so accommodating and had our overall pleasure and enjoyment foremost in their minds - consistently! Even their manager Ibrahim was a pleasure to know. Kudos to the staff!

Cons: We had the Ennafora Suite. It was really good - good and strong airconditioning, strong water pressure with good heating, nicely done decor. What could really be improved though, if I may suggest, was the lighting. The room could stand with more light; even w all the lights on, it was just too dark to our liking.

The moment we arrived, we were presented with tea and given a detailed overview of the area with Kareema with thoughtful suggestions. Everything about our stay was magical. The breakfast on the picturesque roof, the incredible service, the beautiful room -- it all exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and had a nice large bathtub.

Cons: We chose this hotel to celebrate our 10-year anniversary due to its great reviews, but our experience didn't live up to expectations or the price. Possible management change? Ongoing daytime construction (as of September 2024) made it impossible to relax there. We booked six months in advance, so I feel the hotel had a duty to let people know in advance; if we had known, we would not have stayed here. Constant hammering disrupted our plans to escape the heat and rest by the pool or in our room. Breakfast was messy on both days. We requested a packed breakfast for an early excursion, but the guy was dismissive the night before, insisting we could eat before we left. We stressed that we needed to leave at 8 AM. Come morning, nothing had been prepared. We were made to wait 30 minutes for a few pieces of pre-cut fruit to be put in a box. Second-day breakfast, which starts at 8 AM, didn't even get going past 9:30 AM. They only had one staff member serving 8 waiting guests, and he only woke up at 8:30 to slowly start setting the tables. We ended up leaving hungry, along with another frustrated couple, after waiting over an hour and a half. Only coffee and a plate of cubed cheese had been served. No apologies were made, and 'breakfast' was a waste of money. Additionally: - No locks on the doors. - Parts of our room and common areas were quite dirty, with construction materials in the hallways. From a distance, things looked nice, but they were dusty or dirty the closer you looked. - Unpleasant odour coming from the sinks. - Our pre-ordered anniversary dinner was incorrect, and the chicken served was very dry and clearly not fresh. Basics were not met, and we felt like the staff couldn't care less. Even at checkout, they didn't bother to ask how the stay was! Visually, the hotel has some charm to it, but it's overshadowed by poor service.

Cons: There was anything about the place that didn't exceed my expectations. The pool wasn't great but then again I did expect to see or use a pool.

The staff were so kind, couldn’t do enough for you. Had a phone line you could call 24/7 if you had any trouble ect and offered to walk you to drop off points for cars. Hotel its self is beautiful, very homely and clean. Even breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, eggs, bread, homemade yogurt & coffee ect.

Cons: Nothing!! My only slight issue was it was slightly out of the main medina, about a 25 min walk. If anything was nice though as it was very peaceful and away from the hussle and bussle

The incredibly polite and helpful staff made us feel warmly welcomed even before our stay began. Everywhere we turned, the captivating decor offered stunning photo opportunities. The rooftop terrace was a delightful retreat, ideal for enjoying their delicious breakfast or watching the sunset over Marrakech. With a comfortable bed, a spotless room, and an incredible shower, our experience at the hotel was truly enjoyable.

Cons: just minor things: the fridge and AC didn't work, though it wasn't an issue as we didn't need them during our stay. While the location wasn't as convenient as expected, it was still very close to the Medina.

The Riad is lovely, with really kind and welcoming staff. Lovely room and breakfast. We also used thr Hammam which was great.

Cons: The location is a little off of the main areas and at night could feel a little intimidating finding it as two women alone. But it was nice and quiet due to this.

Hidden behind an unassuming door down a lane is a beautiful oasis waiting to be enjoyed. This riad has a myriad of picturesque corners and art that are a delight to discover. Breakfast on the rooftop is plentiful and served by extremely cheerful and obliging guys. The meals for dinner were also very nice. I also have to mention the shower which was nice and hot with great water pressure which has lacked in most places in morocco. They also provide a great porter service to collect you and your luggage.

Cons: This is our error and not the riad as the spa treatment area looks so amazing but we did book early enough and missed out.

Loved every single moment of my stay at Ryad Dyor! The common areas spectacular, the room neat and aesthetically perfect. The staff from the uniform and the service impecable. I stayed in different Ryads during my stay in Marrakesh and always compared them with Ryad Dyor, which was superior in quality for food, bed comfort, and classy boutique luxury look.

Cons: The location was good but not next to the activities I wanted to for night life, which honestly was not a problem at all because the staff will arrange a taxi if needed.

There was absolutely NOTHING to not like! Everything was way better than we imagined. The whole atmosphere of the Riad was just stunning and mesmerizing! Arriving there at night was like in a dream - greeted by the amazing Anas, entering the nice smelling property, being served the most delicious mint tea, and just not getting enough of the many beautiful details of this Riad. The room (Arab Suite) was extremely beautiful, comfortable and pretty spacious for a Riad. Everything was super clean and prepared with such emphasis of the details. Also the dinner we had on our first night was just delicious and outstanding, together with the service. Breakfast on the roof top terrace was also an event by itself. Simple but well thought out, the dishes were delicious and prettily plated. What makes this Riad special is not only the attention to detail and its beautiful architecture and decor, but its staff. I unfortunately could not remember the names of all of them, but let me tell you, they all went out of their way to make our stay perfect!

Ryad Dior was such a pleasure! This accommodation was at the end of our Morocco trip which consisted of multiple accommodations, and it was of our favorites. It’s conveniently located near the souks and near restaurants that were highly rated. Also close to a common drop off space for excursions and taxis to meet. The service was excellent and we really would like to thank Khadija & Abdessamad for treating us so kind during our stay. Ryad Dyor was also beautiful and so true to Moroccan beauty, the entire space was esthetically pleasing and very clean. We loved the Moroccan slippers that came with the room, such a nice touch. I give them a 10/10 on hospitality, from the day of our stay to the last they made sure we had transportation, walked us through the allies with our luggage and early in the morning to our ride this made all the difference for us. We enjoyed the healthy, fresh breakfast we were served. And the made to order dinner was delicious and they even made us something off the menu out of kindness. I’m very glad we decided to end our trip here. I will be glad to recommend this Riad and even come back just to stay here again. Thank you Ryad Dior.

The staff were AMAZING! Caring, kind, fun, relaxed. All the good vibes. So helpful and calming. Just lovely truly cannot say enough about these people. Also, the hammam is an 11/10. I could have cried at the level of care and beauty of the experience (and I am not new to spas or treatments). Such a hidden gem and reasonably priced.

Cons: The location is a bit into the old city, which at first we didn't love, but then grew to love as our stay went on, as the quiet and clean residential neighborhood the riad is located in is a nice respite from the craziness of the larger market areas. If you ever were to have a concern about arriving home late, the staff were clear they would meet you to walk you from your taxi drop off, but ultimately we felt super safe and had no issues whatsoever. It was lovely to be in an authentic area of town.

[Services/Staffs] The moment I stepped into Ryad Dyor, I immediately received warm and attentive cares from the staffs. They live there and work very hard to meet guests every need. Got lost on the way back to Ryad? They send someone to meet you. Leaving 7:30AM to airport? They got up to prepare a delicious breakfast, just for you. Need transportation, restaurant reservations? They will take care of it. The staffs provide exceptional services. [Old House/Rooms/Courtyards/Rooftop Terrence] The Ryad is formed by three houses. The rooms in one old house are artistically decorated, beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. Ryad kindly give me an upgrade from the new house to the old house without asking. The courtyards, common sitting areas and rooftop terrance are just stunning.

Cons: 1) Rooms in the newer house. They feel and look like roadside motel rooms, cheap, dirty and everything is beat-down. I did not take a shower in my first night of stay because it looked scary. 2) Location. The Ryad is located a known bad neighborhood and far, far away from the central city. The last 15-minute walking distance to/from the Ryad need to be accompanied by someone hired by the Ryad for safety reasons. Even male travelers told me they felt intimidated by some people around the neighborhood. Also, it is more easily to get lost comparing to riads in the more center part of the old city (I lived in another riad and one hotel in Marrakesh during this trip). 3) Dinner is uneatable (Ryad Dyor graciously waved my charge without my asking)

this is the most wonderful, magical Ryad. people are absolutely lovely and kind and helpful. organized many things for us- camel ride, personal guide, birthday dinner reservation, massage. the room was huge and beautiful, cleaned immaculately every day. breakfast was great- eggs to order, fresh Moroccan pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee as you choose.

Cons: the only not perfect thing is the area- it is located in an old part of the old town and it feels pretty sketchy at night. the driver/cab can’t take you all the way to the ryad because the streets are too narrow. so you are about a 5 minute walk away. the ryad is more than happy to have a staff member meet you at that point and escort you to the ryad. I should also note that we never had any issues with anyone approaching us or making us feel unsafe.

First and foremost, the staff is incredible! They were welcoming, attentive and gracious, and provided breakfast off hours. They capably set up transfer to and from the airport, cab rides to restaurants, and provided wine and a fire in our room when we returned to the riad at the end of a long days. Every morning, they serve a tremendous breakfast: coffee, tea, juice, cereal, Moroccan pancakes with a variety of delicious toppings, yogurt, fresh fruit, and a savory salad. The riad itself is gorgeous, with a multitude of lovely spaces that open one onto the other. It is a calm and peaceful space, an oasis in the bustling and often over-stimulating medina. We carefully researched riads and had high expectations for our stay. The riad and its incredible staff far exceeded our expectations.

Cons: We loved everything!

All staff were very polite and kind, Khadija was very sweet to give us lots of good input and guidance about the area and what to expect. Beautifully decorated. Great breakfast. Wonderful shower and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff in anyway, they gave us a lot of info on first day and Ibrahim was available for any question, if not there via WhatsApp or call. They would escort us to/from main road whenever we needed, like when we came back from New Year Eve party late night. Area was very safe, we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Thank you, Ibrahim and Hamzeh for all the helps!

Cons: Our bed was very hard and noisy. Pillows were either too high or too soft for me, my husband was fine. One thing is good to know, which applies -I think more or less- to all Ryad in Marrakech, we had to walk about 5 min from main street to Ryad, as I said they would escort us whenever we wanted, We asked them only once, since we were 8 people (incl 3 men) and did not need escorts.

Lovely stay, exceptional service! Big selection of different foods for breakfast. Great service provided by the whole team - from the check in until check out. Location is in the heart of Medina - Marrakesh can be intimidating in the evening so staff were happy to walk us to the taxi pick up point whenever needed.

Cons: Regulation of the temperature in the rooms could be improved. However, we have expected colder evenings as we visited in December, so it was not a surprise for us.

We loved everything about our stay at Ryad Dyor. The interior is beautiful and makes for a very comfortable space to come home to at night or even to relax a bit during the day. The included breakfast has great options and is served on the terrace. You can also purchase dinner for an additional charge, which we'd recommend. The food is fresh and delicious, and the riad is very romantic in the evening, lit by candlelight (we took our dinner inside becasue it was cold on that particular night). The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and friendly. It all felt very personal and attentive. We also really appreciated the location. It's 20min walking from the main square, but the entire walk is through other parts of the old town so you are very much near the action (and only about 10min walk from some great restaurants). I only wish we had more time there!

Ryad Dyor is an oasis outside the storm of Marrakech's old town. The staff is extremely nice and helpful - everyone spoke English to us, which was helpful as my French is horrible. The food served was delicious, and we always took our meals on their large roof terrace which had great views over Marrakech.

What can I say about Ryad Dyor - it's brilliant! The entire place is beautifully decorated, with lovely touches in every room. The food is exquisite. We had a romantic dinner by the pool on our first evening - which I would highly recommend. Breakfast on the roof terrace was also delicious, with a wonderful selection of yoghurt, fresh fruit, Moroccan pancakes and more! The staff are brilliant. They went above and beyond to help us - even giving us advice and tips after we'd checked out.
