The suite was enormous with a huge balcony and living area. Very well located within easy walking distance to the markets. Extra credit needs to go to the staff, especially Abdul, who helped with VERY useful suggestions about our plans and took care of with all necessary reservations, a real asset to the Red House. Can’t comment on lunch and dinner, but if breakfast was anything to go by, they’ll be superb too.
Cons: VERY minor thing was that the WiFi was a little hit and miss.

It was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The hotel itself surpassed all my expectations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, providing excellent sleep quality that felt just like home. The amenities were top-notch, and the rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed but what truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the entire team. The room was amazing! It was huge and the beds were extra comfy. The terrace was amazing. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was super friendly. Easy to park in the surroundings. The pool was very very nice to refresh a bit after a hot day.
Cons: We like almost everything. There was a bit of confusion when arriving as the booking was apparently not showing the right numbers of guests and the front desk didn't "believe" me. Luckily I could show the booking reference where the correct number of guests were. Also to note this is outside the medina and it will take you 20 min to get there by foot.

The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were wonderful, breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable. We loved the welcome tea, fruit bowl and biscuits. We had a double bathroom with a bath and separately a very nice shower.
Cons: I didn't realise the noise from the road would be so loud. The garden has 2 entrances and so people walking past can look in from either, not great when you are trying to relax by the pool. It needs to be redesigned with privacy in mind, and with thicker, talker bushes for the noise. There is a Nespresso machine in the room but you must pay $3 per capsule.

All of the staff were so friendly , kind and thoughtful they went above and beyond each day to make sure we had everything we needed. A special thank you to Abdul who really made sure we felt at home in Marrakesh. We travelled with our 1 year old daughter and the whole hotel felt like a home away from home , I honestly could not recommend enough.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Red House in Marrakech! The location is perfect, very central and close to everything. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff made our stay truly special. Everyone was incredibly positive and helpful, especially Abdel, who was always there to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakech!

This must be the best accomodation during our tour in Morocco. It's just like an elegant historical building. The hotel was really beautiful and cozy with friendly staffs. The rooms were spacious and good value for money. It's nor far from the main attractions. And what's the most important for me, they have safe parking space just outside the hotel. Everything is so good!

Tout d'abord, un grand merci à l ensemble du personnel pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité (et un grand merci à Abdel pour sa compagnie et ses anecdotes). L'hôtel est bien situé et le jardin et la piscine très joliment entretenus et appréciables. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et le service à table nous fait nous sentir comme à la maison. Je recommande vivement de dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel car la cuisine est vraiment excellente. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

The Riad is absolutely stunning and so beautifully designed. The location was just a 10 min walk to the Medina. The breakfast spread was so delicious and we had dinner one night, it felt like we were in a traditional Moroccan home. The staff were so attentive and kind, each one we interacted with were exceptional. Amin and Abdel arranged at the last minute for us to have a Hammam spa treatment and trip on the hot air balloon with a camel ride. The pool was just perfect on the 40 degree days !

The staff went above and beyond to be of service. Helped us get a tour guide and car at last moment’s notice and were very accommodating of us having to check out early morning, ensuring that we had breakfast before we left.
Cons: The property showed a bit of genteel poverty, for want of a better term. The public rooms are stunning but the private rooms showed a bit of age. That being said, I would still return to the hotel because everyone was so helpful and honestly concerned about us.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, full of charm, character, and a luxurious feel throughout. Our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished, and featured a large, comfortable bed. One of the standout features was the bathroom layout: it was split into two separate rooms—one with a toilet, a large sink, and a bathtub, and the other with a shower and an additional sink. It felt more like a private spa than a hotel bathroom! The room also had a lovely balcony with wonderful views, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during our stay, especially with outdoor temperatures soaring to a scorching 45°C. It kept the space perfectly cool and comfortable. The hotel’s pool area is gorgeous, surrounded by sunbeds and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. It was a peaceful retreat during the day and evening (pool opened late! which was life saving) The restaurant is beyond beautiful—truly breathtaking décor that adds to the overall experience. It is on the pricier side: my son and I had a starter, two main courses, and a glass of wine, and the bill came to £90. That’s more than most places in Marrakesh, but honestly, it was worth every penny. The quality, ambiance, and service made it a memorable meal. One thing to note: the city tax was higher than expected. Booking.com listed it as £20, but we ended up paying over £50 for four nights for two people. It was a surprise, but not a problem—we had a beautiful stay and absolutely loved it. It's perhaps down to booking.com to have a correct information when booking. And truly, the best part of our experience was the manager Abdel. He made our stay unforgettable—so kind, polite, and genuinely friendly. He even asked kitchen to prepare a homemade herbal drink to help with my tummy issues. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. We would definitely go back to this hotel. It was one of the most memorable and heart warming stays we've ever had.

We loved everything about this place, it was really wonderful. Superb service, second to none. Totally personalised and staff went the extra mile to look after our family of 3. My husband and I were treated like a king and queen and our daughter like a princess, nothing was too much trouble for the staff who went way above our expectations to meet our needs. We couldn’t believe the level of professionalism among all the staff that we met during our stay and we will most certainly be back!

Tout d’abord, l’accueil réservé par Abdel a été très chaleureuse puis l’ensemble du personnel était bien. La piscine était très agréable également. Services au top (ex: transfert aéroport) très bien géré.
Cons: Nous avons eu et je le remercie un panier de fruit à notre arrivée en chambre. Cependant, avant cet hôtel, nous avons fait 5 hôtels, et avons réservé celui ci pour le dernier jour du fait de sa proximité avec l’aéroport. Ce que nous n’avons pas « apprécié» et ce n’est qu’un détail, c’est que contrairement aux autres hôtels, c’est de ne pas avoir de bouteilles d’eau gratuite à disposition sauf l’option des eaux dans le mini bar. Tout les autres hôtels nous ont mis à disposition des bouteilles d’eau et gratuitement. Surprise au Check out d’être facturé 70 dirhams car je n’ai pas du le choix de prendre l’eau fourni dans le mini bar. Cela peut paraître anodin, mais nous nous basons sur les bases des hôtels précédents. Concernant la qualité de la chambre, au vu du prix, nous nous attendions à mieux. Je sais pourtant que nous avons été surclassé à l’arrivée, mais la Climatisation fonctionnait mal pendant la nuit et faisait énormément de bruit. La literie (matelas) n’était pas non plus des plus confortable pour un hôtel 5 *

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Red House in Marrakech! Our spacious room was clean and beautifully styled, offering an authentic local feel. We loved the beautiful garden and refreshing pool, perfect for cooling off. The hotel's excellent location meant we were not far from the Medina's main square and other key attractions. Delicious breakfasts, enjoyed outdoors, were a great start to our days. The superb service truly stood out, especially Abdel, who shared fascinating stories about Marrakech, Morocco, and...Football :) We highly recommend The Red House for a memorable stay in Marrakech!

Le personnel est aux petits soins et d’une extrême gentillesse. Un grand merci à Abdel qui a été adorable avec nous et notre fils, toujours là pour nous conseiller et nous aider avec les taxis. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et les repas du soir également. L’hôtel est si beau et apaisant. The Red House is located on a busy road a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the Medina, We were concerned that there might be a lot of traffic noise at the pool area but it was much quieter than we were expecting. Our room was spacious with a large terraced area outside. The restaurant was excellent, as too was the breakfast which we enjoyed outside most days. The staff were all very friendly and the overall service was excellent.
Cons: The floor of the room hadn't appeared to have been cleaned prior to arrival, we reported this the following morning and was quickly remedied.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza 305, cosa posso dire... è più grande della casa. 2 ampie camere da letto con 2 bagni e cabine armadio, un salotto e una terrazza con vista sul giardino e sulla piscina. The Red House si trova in un ottimo posizione.Davvero bello. Dopo il check-out, ci hanno permesso di rimanere nell'hotel per 6 ore e ci hanno anche fornito un taxi per l'aeroporto. Grazie

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, bien qu'arrivés très tôt. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse et serviabilité, surtout Abdel et Brahim. Notre chambre était grande avec une très belle terrasse, au calme. Par contre la vue était moche. Le petit déjeuner et les diners sont d'une grande qualité et très variés. C'était parfait !!

The property is well located across the road from the old medina. It was easy to walk into the old town and at night quiet and did not have the hustle and noise from the Medina / Souks. The pool is very clean too and feels like you have your own oasis. The breakfast deserves a shout too, plenty of it and fresh each morning, eggs cooked to order etc.

Nous avons eu envie de découvrir Marrakech hors les murs de la médina cette année, et quelle agréable surprise d'avoir séjourné dans ce palais d'hôtes. Cette endroit allie le charme de l'architecture française du 18e et l'esprit marocain des arabesques, c'est magnifique ! Emplacement idéal pour aller flâner dans la médina ou dans la nouvelle ville. Le vrai + de ce palais d'hôtes c'est Abdel et ses bons conseils, ses bonnes adresses, ses bons contacts !

From the moment we walked through the door, our experience from beginning to end was perfect. The staff were all excellent, the food, breakfast and evening meal were authentic, plentiful and delicious. The location was also great. We could walk to the Medina and New city to experience the old and knew flavours of Marrakech. To celebrate my 60th birthday, the hotel staff laid rose petals in our room. A hotel where all age groups are welcomed. If you are looking for a great location, a pool with gardens to relax, and fantastic staff, in particular Abdel, who organised our itinerary and saved us loads of time and money. The Hotel has amazing charm. The staff were super courteous with Walid and Amine helping us sort out walking tours, hot air balloons, hammams and excursions into the valleys. The food was par excellence and there was literally no scope for improvement. This stay was everything we could wish for and the hotel was extra accommodating and went the extra mile like serving breakfast on our final day before kitchen hours for enhancing our return journey. There was literally no scope for improvement and it was like the hotel could anticipate our every need.

Resepsiyondan Emin Bey bizimle ilgilendi, güler yüzlü ve kibardı.
Cons: Odalar daha temiz olabilirdi. Yerler hiç silinmiyor gibi duruyordu, çoğu zaman tozluydu. Banyo küveti iyi temizlenmemişti, bu yüzden kullanmak istemedik. Odada telefon yok su istemek için oda servisine ulaşamadık, aşşağı inmek zorunda kaldık. TV çalışmıyordu, haber verdik ve bir görevli gelip düzeltmeye çalıştı ancak yine de çalışmadı. Daha sonra düzeltileceği söylendi ancak kimse ilgilenmedi.

Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Elke dag een schone kamer met nieuwe handdoeken en een opgemaakt bed. Ook het ontbijt was prima. Je kon in het hotel dineren. Daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Toen wij kwamen waren er niet veel gasten. De diner zaal oogde niet zo gezellig. Wij gingen op zoek in de wijk Hivernage en wat bleek op ca. 100 meter gezellige restaurants en een prachtige rooftop bar. Er was een geweldig restaurant maar daar kwamen wij niet in omdat je dat echt ver van tevoren moet reserveren. Zeer de moeite waard.
Cons: Wij hadden de presidentiële suite. Op zich een prima kamer maar oud. Buiten was een installatieruimte met ik denk airco daar werd ik ‘s nachts wel eens wakker van. Toch sliep je zo weer verder. De tuin met zwembad is mooi maar gelegen aan een zeer drukke weg. Ga er niet van uit dat je daar heel rustig zit want dan is het er prima toeven. Marrakesh is zo ongelooflijk hectisch dat het er waarschijnlijk nergens lekker rustig zal zijn. Daar wen je aan.

A very nice hotel with really nice staff and atmosphere. I can warmly recommend it. Breakfast was served at the table and the restaurant dinner is worth trying. The heated pool is a great addition and the location is the best.

The Red House exceeded our expectations, starting with the staff they couldn’t do more to ensure our stay was perfect. From the minute we arrived we felt extremely welcomed and were greeted with mint tea and tasty treats. We booked the Imperial Suite that lived up to its name, more space than we could ever need with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dressing room and living room (kettle included). Rooms were immaculate, well set out and traditional with a modern twist. As for the terrace, it was enormous with sun loungers and a patio set. We ate in the restaurant and were not disappointed, superb food and great wine. You have to experience the dinning room for sheer decadence. Each morning we enjoyed a plentiful and amazing breakfast in the sun overlooking the swimming pool which was bliss. I cannot overstate how much we enjoyed our staff in this beautiful property that is conveniently located close to all the splendid sights that Marrakesh has to offer. We will be back!

Abdel ainsi que toute l’équipe sont au petit soin. Nous avons été accueillies avec du thé et des gâteaux. La chambre était très bien équipée, spacieuse, avec deux salles de bain et une terrasse immense. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, le restaurant est également délicieux avec une animation musicale le soir. Le jardin est magnifique avec une belle piscine chauffée.

D’abord l’emplacement de cette magnifique maison est idéal à 1/4 d’heure à pied de Jemma El Fna et 1/4 d’heure à pied du Guéliz. Petit établissement de charme (8 chambres et une suite) magnifiquement décoré. Nous avons dormi à l’aller dans la suite impériale et à notre retour dans une chambre. La suite impériale est… impériale! 200 m2, immense terrasse. La vie de château! La chambre seule avait autant de charme, très spacieuse et délicieusement décorée. Ensuite le personnel. Que ce soit le gérant Abdel ou l’ensemble du personnel, tout le monde est aux petits soins et plein de prévenances (coupe de fruits et petits gâteaux de bienvenue par exemple). Le restaurant, dans une magnifique salle marocaine, est excellent, et le petit déjeuner sous la véranda est un pur bonheur (mention spéciale pour les crèpes marocaines). Cerise sur le gâteau : la piscine est chauffée! Nous allons souvent à Marrakech et changeons d’hôtel à chaque fois, n’ayant pas trouvé l’hôtel idéal. Nous l’avons enfin trouvé : désormais nous irons au Red House.

The Red House is beautiful, especially the dining room and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Abdul, or The Fixer as we called him, booked excursions and found us a table at a popular restaurant with great ease. The gardens are small but very well kept and you can see the old town walls. It’s about a ten minute walk to the edge of the old town.
Cons: As others have said you can hear the noise from the road. But once you’ve walk in the bustling old town, it will feel like a tranquil oasis!

Hands down this is one of the best hotels we stayed so far. Abdel and the team took care of us really well. We were skeptical about this trip to Marrakech with a 2 year old but we are very much satisfied with this hotel and we had a really comfortable stay. They have really nice restaurant and you can order food anytime even to the room. Food is great! Breakfast they provided has good varieties with a Moroccan touch. They have much spacious rooms and daily room service provided. Very convenient location, closer to all attractions in Medina, nice restaurants and a Menara mall is 10mins walk. Garden and the pool is well maintained and can enjoy a relaxing time. Abdel and the team went above and beyond treating us and share so much details about Marrakech too. Both in and out taxi of hotel transfers were organised by them for a reasonable price. Definitely I would book Red House for my next stay in Marrakech!

Cons: Am ersten Tag passierte etwas, was zum vorzeitigen Abbruch der Reise führte. Als wir das Hotel verließen, rief jemand etwas laut aus und mehrere Angestellten lachten laut. Da sonst niemand anders da war, konnte es nur uns gelten und vermuten konnten wir, ob es uns als LGBT-Paar betraf oder den Alterunterschied meinte. Als wir uns später bei der Rezeption beschwerten, erkundigte sich diese und tat so, als sei dies woanders geschehen. Das glich - trotz der vorgetragenen Entschuldigung und der Feststellung, daß Hotel diskriminiere nicht - einer Parodie. Wir entschieden uns deshalb nach der zweiten Nacht auszubrechen und einen anderen Flug zu buchen. Der Rezeptionist bat uns zu warten und rief den Geschäftsführer. Dieser versichterte, dass es mit ihm in diesem Hotel keine Diskriminierung gäbe. Er verstehe unsere Gefühle und verwies auf langjährige Freunde des Hotels aus der LGBT- community. - Was hätte man sich wünschen können? Dass man den Vorfall aufklärt und die Betreffenden Verantwortung übernehmen und sich entschuldigen.

Le Red House est situé juste à quelques minutes à pieds du centre de Marrakech. L hôtel est spacieux et notre chambre l était également. Le personnel est d une gentillesse incroyable! Nous soulignons vraiment ce point car il nous a donné envie de revenir. Abdela en particulier à ponctué notre séjour de sa bonne humeur et nous a appris beaucoup de choses en répondant à nos questions. De plus, il nous a proposé des activités conformes à nos demandes mais il nous a également surpris en nous proposant un endroit de hammam massage vraiment parfait! Nous serons ravis de le retrouver dans le futur.

Cons: We read a lot of good reviews about ‘The Red House’, however it turned out to be a big disappointment mainly because of ignorance of our complains about the bathrooms in the room not working. Staff at the reception kept rotating and this didnt help at all. I told the drainage is not working first day of checking in and the next day had to explain it all over again. 2nd day a plumber did check it and said he had fixed it but it wasnt when we took the shower water did not drain. Anyways, I told them please fix it or change the room as we are here only for 3N/4D. There was a common response from every receptionist that they will fix it until the last day but no action was taken. This made our stay really bad and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Number of other points like lack of variety over breakfast, limited restaurant menu, swimming pool not heated but you can enjoy if weather permits. Absolutely dead environment in the evening

Das Red House ist ausserhalb der Altstadt in einem ruhigen Quartier und unweit des Flughafens und deshalb sehr praktisch, wenn man am nächsten Tag zum Flughafen muss. Das Hotel organisiert einen Shuttle. All unsere Anfragen wurden rasch und effizient erledigt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel besitzt ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit typischen Gerichten. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

All of the staff were delightful; they were extremely professional, friendly and helpful - always wirh a smile on their faces. We will miss them. Abdel made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our 2 week stay - nothing was too much trouble. He also gave us a lot of helpful tips re: getting out and about - what to avoid, what to be aware of etc. The property location was ideal for us. The garden and pool were a peaceful respite from the busy souks. Many places of interest were within a 30 minute walk. The breakfasts were mini feasts! We occasionally had dinner in the restaurant - always enjoyable and extremely good value for money. 'Guest Palace' is a good description of the Red House - the Moroccan tiling is quite impressive

The staff were the highlight of the whole stay in particular the chap at reception(whos name I cant remember, sorry) who went out of his way to recommend restaurants and a super Haman to visit at a very good price including pick up and return. The room initially was wonderful with a seperate salon but unfortunately it was very noisy at night being right next to the bank of air conditioning units outside. We complained the next day and were moved to a much quieter room without any fuss (but not a king suite) but still spacious enough. We had a good evening meal there where a chap was playing live in the background. We also liked the fact that we had a choice on how we wanted our eggs at breakfast and I have to say my vegetarian omelette was cooked beautifully! It was also well placed for walking into the Medina. We parked in the quiet road opposite the hotel down a side street for free.

Abdul was so helpful- suggesting and booking restaurants - all were great- suggesting tours, helping with taxi’s etc etc. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

It's a small hotel but has a lovely atmosphere.The restaurant to eat at night is honestly amazing and the dining room is stunning with all of the candles. The staff are so sweet and friendly and cannot do enough for you and organise everything. Nothing is too much trouble. The bed was really big and comfortable and the room was huge with good satalite channels. There is a little fridge, air con and they give you bottled water. We felt very safe there and didn't even bother locking our bedroom door after a day or two when we were in the hotel, it's very relaxed and the staff are really trustworthy. We also thought the Morrocan tea and treats when you first arrive to refresh you was a nice touch and delicious. I was so worried about getting ill in Marrakech as I had heard and read some horror stories. But by the end of the stay at this hotel, I was having my drinks with the ice there and realised I had nothing to worry about as it's really clean and well run and I was completely relaxed about it all. I also love the fact it is full of people from all over the world, lots of French, German, Dutch, Americans and some English. The pool is small but so clean and warm and you don't struggle to find a sunbed. The staff will bring you drinks etc when you are sitting out there.
Cons: It is on a really busy road, so you can hear some traffic when you sit out. The property was slightly tired looking and needed bulbs replacing that sort of thing. But to be honest this only added to a sort of colonial old school charm.

The Red House is the perfect location for exploring Marrakech. Its just enough outside the city to be quieter, but only a 20 min stroll into the medina. Could hear the main road from the pool, but no once inside the hotel. Its also in a lovely leafy location, and we felt safe walking around nearby. We were greeted with mint tea which was appreciated after a hot taxi ride. Our room was huge, light and airy with plenty of space for myself and my friend. The hotel pool was a welcome place to relax after a day in the city. We didn't have dinner here, but the breakfast was lovely. Beautifully presented, delicious, and more than enough food. Staff were friendly and helpful too. I would definitely return here.

The location is great - just 10mins walk to the square and a few mins in the other direction to restaurants, shops etc. The Moroccan style and furnishings are authentic and beautiful, the rooms are large and she pool is lovely and never seems busy so can feel like your own! The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Cons: If any criticism it would be the busy road - it’s not a problem inside the property and doesn’t affect sleep or anything - and one adjusts to noise quickly in Marrakech. It’s not a quiet city!

Cons: Allerdings sind die Hotelzimmer schon heruntergekommen und dunkel eingerichtet sowie die Einrichtung waren teilweise veraltet. Vorallem hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns die Terrasse als nicht buchbare Option geschildert. Ggf. sollte dies beim Booking geändert werden. Unser Royal Suite roch auch etwas nach rauch, es lag einen Aschenbecher im Zimmer zur Verfügung. Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht ganz.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen von Amin Er hat sich auch darum gekümmert das wir 3 stunden vorher in unser Zimmer konnten da wir einen frühen Flug hatten. Beim Frühstück waren die Mitarbeiter vom service sehr aufmerksam und Nett vorallem ILYES und sein Freund waren oft beim Frühstücksservice haben jemanden jeden wunsch erfüllt. In my view if breakfast is 7-11 you shouldn’t need to do this. Also at times around breakfast time there didn’t appear to be enough staff as I had to search around a few times to actually find anyone. This also meant that they were slow to clear tables.

Een Carrefour bevindt zich op 100 meter. Zeer praktisch in onze grote, mooie kamer, is de grote kast met een speciale plek voor de koffers en een kastje onder de lavabo. Prachtig, authentiek restaurant met een zeer lekkere, verfijnde keuken. Iedere avond brengt een muzikant traditionele Marokkaanse muziek.Het ontbijt op het terras was zeer uitgebreid met eitjes, pannekoeken...De 'chef' maakt van al dat lekkers daarenboven een kunstwerkje. Aan de top prijkt het personeel en vooral de enorm vriendelijke, behulpzame, persoonlijke bediening. We werden er echt in de watten gelegd. Speciale dank voor Abdel, Anas, Amin en de collega's!

The staff were so incredibly attention and genuinely lovely people (Aminah (sorry for spelling) was fantastic in particular!). It did not feel like they were just being nice because they were told to be. They made my short 2 night stay feel rather special. The Breakfast banquet for one out on the terrace was something to behold, and they really do treat you well here. The room was out of this world, huge, comfortable and really really impressed me. The restaurant served incredibly nice food, and the setting was nothing short of spectacular. The mosaics and decorations in the main room and beyond were stunning. Chilled out by the pool to catch some rays and waiters dropped by to see if I wanted drinks. Couldn't fault it at all.
Cons: Nothing! Absolutely loved all of it. I only leave reviews if I absolutely love a place or feel like people need to know how bad a place really is vs reviews. This is quite obviously the former, and I will absolutely be back to stay here again!

The service was outstanding from everyone. Abdel was brilliant at offering advice on which restaurants to use, which guides to use for a walking tour in the Medina and Atlas Mountains. The breakfast offered was substantial and fresh, served by friendly staff either inside in the magnificent dining room or outside on the beautiful ornate terrace. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and a very comfortable bed. Efficient air conditioning made sleeping very comfortable. The location was easy walking distance to the Medina, but good access to taxis to take you to places such as the Jardin Majorelle and Le Jardin Secret and to restaurants

The hotel was amazing. The staff were really helpful. Amin was very friendly and made check in really easy, and when a guest couple was shouting and fighting he and the other staff made sure everything was ok and settled. The room even had a welcome basket with fruits and Moroccan sweet desserts! Abdel was also really friendly and taught me interesting history about Morcco and the culture and welcomed me and made sure after missing breakfast that I ate food before I left. He also got a better deal for me on my taxi. The restaurant was beautiful and a great atmosphere, the musician was very talented and the chefs and staff were very welcoming and cooked amazing food, I recommend the Chicken Breast and Mashed Potatoes, served with some breads as a starter!

En especial mencionar la atención de Abdel (el gerente del hotel y quien se ha convertido en parte de la familia) y el resto del personal que siempre tenían una sonrisa y estaban atentos a todo. Ha sido como estar en casa, cualquier cosa que necesitábamos (incluyendo recomendaciones de restaurantes, visitas, tour, etc), Abdel nos lo preparó todo con mucho cariño. Mención especial también a la cocina de Mounir quien es un chef con todas las estrellas Michelin. Volveremos seguro a Marrakech y volveremos a este hotel!

The breakfasts outside were lovely and the food very good. The location is great - close to the Medina, but away from the hustle and bustle.
Cons: Our room on the first floor was dark. We were able to change it after a few nights (thanks Abdel) to one with sun facing windows that was much lighter. Other than that, nothing not to like.

Great breakfast (freshly cooked eggs however you want them, fresh orange juice, good coffee, pastries - so much), great location (approximately 20 min walk from the medina), amazing staff who were attentive, warm and incredibly kind. Abdel on reception was particularly good with a great sense of humour.
Cons: The noise from the main road is a bit of a pain (whilst lying by the pool) but you get used to it and everything else is so great you kind of don’t mind it.

Friendly staff, lovely ambience. We found it very quiet, given it is near a realtively busy road. The restaurant food was wonderful in the evenings. We were there for my wife's 60th birthday and new year and the staff really went out of their way to ensure we had a good time. They also recommended Mustapha Lakouis and his minibus to collect us/return us to the airport, and took us into the Atlas Mountains for the day. It's an old building, which some people might not like, but for us it had real charm and a feel of a Marrakesh from yester-year. Whilst English isn't everyone's first language, there were plenty of staff who did speak English so we never had any problem communicating.
Cons: Breakfast, although very nice, was the same every day. Could this be varied a bit more? It was nice, don't get me wrong, but after several days it became a bit same-ish.

The location is great within walking distance from the old town. If you are the first time in Marrakesh get a guided tour of the city. Personnel in the hotel helped us to book it. We spent half a day exploring the city and then chilling next to the pool which always had free sunbeds. Breakfast is great, definitely take that included and give it a try to the restaurant. We spent a week in a Marakesh and ate out in many places but the hotel restaurant was our favorite. The hotel staff was very nice. My wife had a birthday while we were staying in the hotel and they surprised us with flowers and cake in the hotel room.

Super grand. The dining room was utterly spectacular. An incredible ceiling and a truly wonderful oud player. The swimming pool was also clean and cold and big enough and mostly the staff were great. The bed was enormous and comfortable.
Cons: The settees were very creaky. Not sure I'd call one huge room and 2 bathrooms a suite. No balcony. No tea and coffee making facilities., A kettle. 2 thimble sized cups and a silly expresso machine that cost you 30 dinars if you used it. I couldn't get a decent sized teapot out of the staff. (We always take our own teabags). They insisted on giving me a tiny english one. In Morocco, the idea that the customer (and their tourist trade) might know best is very novel. A basket of fruit that was largely a bit old and not very nice. A shower that was limescaled up with a load of fancy jets that didn't work. A bog-standard breakfast (though they actually did know how to make an omelette) but no real choice and mostly the same as all the other breakfasts which for a 5* hotel was a bit disappointing. (Especially since they had a tree loaded down with delicious exotic yellow plum like things which they never even picked). By the way, it's on an extremely noisy main road.

This is a very charming guesthouse with very friendly, accommodating staff. The ambience and setting was wonderful, the room and bathroom was spacious and stylish and the peaceful garden was a very welcome haven, particularly in the hot weather. A special mention has to be made to the restaurant which provides a great choice of Moroccan cuisine.

Es scheint eine Touristenfalle zu sein. Meine Frau und ich hatten grundsätzlich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, aber am Tag unserer Abreise wurden wir vom Hotelpersonal enttäuscht, als sie uns ein Taxi organisierten, das vermutlich ein Bekannter des Hotels war. Normalerweise kostet die Fahrt zum Flughafen nicht mehr als 40-60 Dr. Uns wurde jedoch ein Preis von 100 Dr genannt und mit der Begründung, dass es nachts sei, begründet. Das kam mir seltsam vor, also fragte ich nach und erhielt erneut die Bestätigung des Preises. Wir wurden abgeholt, zum Flughafen gefahren und plötzlich verlangte der Fahrer 200 Dr. Er rief im Hotel an und bekam erneut die Bestätigung, dass der Preis 200 Dr betrug. Doch meine Frau und ich erinnerten uns deutlich daran, dass uns 100 Dr genannt wurden. Außerdem hatten wir mehrmals nachgefragt, sowie auch gesagt, dass wir tagsüber deutlich weniger gezahlt haben. Wir hatten kein Bargeld mehr dabei, da wir ja abreisten. Der Fahrer wurde leicht aggressiv und wollte unser Gepäck nicht sofort herausgeben. Insgesamt kann ich sagen, dass das Personal zwar freundlich ist, aber möglicherweise mehr vorgibt, als es ist, besonders in Anbetracht des fragwürdigen Taxidienstes. Außerdem finde ich, dass das Hotel sehr veraltet ist, mit kaputten Möbeln im Zimmer, einem alten Badezimmer und vielen Haaren, Staub und Schmutz. Es liegt leider an einer stark befahrenen Straße, was jedoch auf der Karte ersichtlich ist. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Marrakesch genossen, aber ich würde nicht noch einmal in dieses Hotel zurückkehren.

- superb dinning room with beautiful mosaics on walls and floor) - nice pool and garden - good location (5 minutes from Medina) - excellent breakfast - kind and hospitable staff - suite is gigantic

Well located Next to city center but in a quiet area. Excellent service Although furniture in bedroom and facilities is quite old, everything was great. Good attention, great breakfast. Imperial Suite, extremely big. 200m2 Quiet, no kids. Recommended
