Location and friendly staff
Cons: Riad is beautiful but it needs renovation. The spa area was closed and the room has a shower instead of the expected bath. Friendly and helpful staff. Daily cleaning of the room and replacement of towels but these robes are missing, although they are on the list of services provided. Communication with the manager leaves much to be desired. Unfriendly and unprofessional communication with the manager in the messenger! Be careful when booking! Be prepared to pay a higher amount than what is indicated on Booking. Taking into account taxes and fees we paid 50 € more than expected. We chose a more expensive room and expected a higher level of comfort and a more friendly attitude from the Riad administration. We will not come back again!

The location was near the old medina , they let us change the room that we reserved here on the app it was dark with a little window.
Cons: Room not so comfortable, we couldn't find water boiler for our baby, we needed to ask the security guard for access to the kitchen although he was so friendly. We stayed only 2 nights and we couldn't talk to anyone responsible to get a refund for the third night . Maybe the Riad concept was not for us 🤔

Cozy sweet Riad and great location
Cons: Description on booking is not correct, eg whirlpool could not be used (no water). Also, I asked for pre-check in which has been confirmed, but when I arrived room was not ready. Riad is really hidden and the taxi driver had issues finding it -would be great to mention that after confirmation and provide one with more detailed info.

Rooms set around a lovely courtyard; Quiet and able to sleep well at night; good location on the edge of the medina, with easy walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and other medina sights; comfortable large room which was almost a suite really with a lounge area; friendly staff; decent Wi-Fi and breakfast
Cons: Handing the room key in each time you go out is a bit of a pain, would have rather had a key to the room and the front door. Only a minor inconvenience though.

The space is charming, very authentic and well maintaned. The rooms are spacious. We traveled as a famility and wanted to experience the famous Riad experience, I'd try somewhere else.
Cons: The staff can barely speek any english, only the owner, who isn't always arround. No front desk service, only by call / ring. Arriving to the Riad is not an easy feat, small alleys with very little signage. We travelled in December and it was extremely cold, no central heating, only small radiators. We froze when trying to take a shower. The breakfast is quite basic and is served outside in the cold.

This property is NOTHING like the photos. I paid for a specific room but they had given it to someone else. The room they offered me was substandard. Dirty shower, lightbulbs out, really awful. Dirty outdoor hot tub. I refused the room that they offered me and the owner was extremely rude. They have taken 3 weeks to answer Expedias calls and have refused a refund. Expedia have also denied my refund, instead offering a $100 voucher, not the $330 that they owe me. This is not only appauling but also illegal on part of the hotel and Expedia.

I spent about a week in this Riad and had a wonderful stay there. The staff is super friendly and helpful; always making sure you that you are comfortable and satisfied. The Riad is beautifully decorated, with unique rooms styled individually. On the ground floor there is a small courtyard and a lounge area, and on the roof there is a terrace where breakfast is served and you can order tea. The Wi-Fi is quite good, even in the rooms. The only downside to this Riad, is that it has no pool, the jacuzzi is not working, and there is very little space if you want to lay in the sun; only to sunbeds. However, I was offered to use the facilities at a nearby hotel. Although, there is so much else to do while in Marrakech than lay in the sun, and if you want to go swimming, I would recommend going to a hotel instead. Great thing about this Riad is it's location. It's very easy to get to the main square, and from there to the new town etc., also the area is quite safe.

super cozy Riad. Was welcomed and upgraded free of charge. The owner had plenty of time to answer questions. The only downside was that the staff only speak French or Arabic, which was a bit of a problem for us, but drawings gestures could be used

- Expedia contact info for the hotel is incorrect, and they couldn't assist. We did not find the correct info (on our own) before it was too late to cancel the reservation. - The hotel staff, though nice, spoke little English. In fact only 1 person, Mohamed, spoke more than just words and phrases. Mohamed was great though. The decor was also nice. -We were not put in the room that we booked. The room we got had the loudest bed I've ever slept in. The wood frame creaked loudly like a rapid fire pellet gun whenever my husband or I moved. We did not sleep well. - wifi rarely worked - no tv channels in english (but there were German softcore adult programs.) - 5 minutes of hot water. I washed my hair 1 time in 7 days, in cold water, standing on the edges of the tub with only my head in the icy water, then quickly rinsed the rest of me in the warm water. - Overcharged by the hotel!!! This really was the last straw. Marrakech is hectic and after battling it out in the Souks for mass produced goods, I did not want to haggle over the price of my hotel bill. That's why I booked through Expedia in the first place. But they charged my card as soon as we arrived, and with the language barrier, it was a difficult process to get anywhere. My husband talked them into taking off something but we had been over charged a lot more. PLUS we paid the hotel for an airport shuttle back to the airport, and they put us in a taxi that demanded payment at the airport.
