La struttura è vicina al mercato, anzi praticamente all interno, vicino la piazza centrale che offre ristoranti e negozi. Noi eravamo due donne e se può sembrare un po’ pericoloso di notte in realtà è sicurissimo, pieno di gente e le persone del posto non ci hanno dato fastidio, anzi sempre molto gentili. La struttura è pulitissima. E i proprietari sono di una dolcezza unica.

Cons: Ne pas prendre la prestation Hammam massage qui se déroule dans un autre Riad. Prestation rapide et bâclée ( dames pas délicates pour un massage de relaxation , table de massage instable , temps pas respectée, pas d’intimité !) je déconseille fortement ! Abdoul a pris soin de nous tout au long de notre séjour. Nous renseignant sur les lieux à visiter, nous expliquant les plats consommés. Les dîners préparés par le Riad étaient excellents ainsi que les petits déjeuner typiquement marocain. Nous savons que nous pouvons revenir en toute confiance et Abdoul retrouvera « la famille ».
Cons: Un bémol pour la climatisation qui « goûte » et le plafond verrière qui laisse passer la luminosité du toit terrasse.

O pequeno-almoço era excelente! Todos os dias era diferente e a comida era muito saborosa. O anfitrião Abdul foi sensacional, deixando-nos sempre confortáveis e à vontade para tudo. Apesar do Riad se localizar no coração da Medina, foi uma experiência bastante tranquilizante pois não se ouviu nenhum barulho do exterior.
Cons: Achámos que o nosso quarto podia ter sido limpo mais vezes. Podiam ter trocado as toalhas de banho e fazer a cama todos os dias.

Alojamento limpo, bem organizado nos espaços e elegante. Localizado no centro da Medina. Os funcionários são pessoas excepcionais, de um cuidado e educação como não podia imaginar. Além disso sofri um atropelamento na rua e o Sr Abdul (funcionário responsável) , teve a gentileza de estar sempre atento á recuperação que tive de fazer, tendo inclusivamente ido buscar gelo a local próprio e não nos deixando faltar nada. Sempre disponível e interesado em qq coisa que precisássemos. De salientar que os pequenos almoços foram muito bons. Ainda jantamos e fomos também muito bem servidos. Estamos agradecidos e certamente que se voltar em alturas futuras a Marraquexe será o local de preferencia para alojamento. Muito obrigado

Todo fue genial! Llegamos por la noche y Abdul nos estaba esperando. El servicio es excelente, atentos en cualquier momento y a cualquier petición o consulta. Todo muy limpio y el desayuno estaba riquísimo! Podíamos ir a todos los sitios andando y estábamos justo al lado de la plaza y el zoco. Si volvemos a Marrakech repetiremos sin duda!

The Riad is very nice inside with a terrace on the top if you'd like to relax. Our room had the air conditioning which was great for the heat in Marrakech! Abdul is very kind and always available to assist you - he also organised the villa for us for a day which was beautiful! The staff is very kind and thank you to the lady who made us coffee at 6am in the morning as we had to leave early! Merci beaucoup !

Cons: Fuimos un grupo de 10 amigos y el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no funcionó la primera noche de estancia con lo que pasaron muy mala noche dadas las altas temperaturas. Por lo demás el Riad estaba muy bien con bonitas habitaciones al más puro estilo marroquí y una pequeña piscina de agua fresca muy apetecible cuando volvíamos al Riad

Stayed at this Riad in June with a friend. At first we were a bit nervous of its location but we soon realised it was easy to find when we went out. A very good location for the souks and the main square. Our room was comfortable and clean. Helpful staff. Breakfast was basic but tasty. Lovely orange juice. The roof terrace was lovely to chill in the day and peaceful. At night it was lit up with fairy lights. A short but lovely visit to this Riad

Le cadre était incroyable. Le riad est calme et silencieux ce qui fait du bien quand on revient de l'agitation de la place ! La nourriture était excellente ! Nous avons eu l'occasion de comparer et le Riad reste le meilleur endroit où nous ayons mangé les plats typiques du Maroc. L'accueil chaleureux grâce à Abdul et les filles était parfait. Ils ont tous été très arrangeants par rapport à notre emploi du temps, nous permettant de profiter de notre séjour dans les meilleures conditions qu'il soit !
Cons: Les chambres étaient propres,mais petit bémol, il doit y avoir des petits insectes dans le bois du plafond, car nous en avons retrouvé à plusieurs reprises dans nos lits.

I loved the location, very central of the bazaars and found it easy to go out to places. The place felt very much at home and was really lovely. Day and night there was a specific staff, Abdul, he was very excellent and helped my family and I to be accommodated properly, he helped us with any inquiries quickly, took extra time to go above and beyond for me. Sempre disponível, atencioso e com uma simpatia contagiante, fez de tudo para que a nossa experiência fosse inesquecível. A sua dedicação é admirável e foi, sem dúvida, o coração da nossa estadia. O riad em si é lindíssimo, com quartos confortáveis, espaçosos e muito limpos. A localização é excelente, mesmo no coração da Medina, o que nos permitiu explorar Marraquexe com facilidade. O ambiente do riad é tranquilo, acolhedor e autêntico, um verdadeiro refúgio no meio da cidade vibrante. Recomendo vivamente este alojamento a quem quiser viver uma experiência genuína em Marraquexe. Cons: Es un poco difícil de localizar el primer día ya que se encuentra en una callejuela del zoco. Nos facilitaron un taxi al aeropuerto que nos habían dicho que iban a ser 16 euros y al final nos cobraron 21 euros.

Lo que más me gustó fue la amplitud de la habitación, la comodidad de la cama y la simpatía de las dos chicas que cocinaban el desayuno, aunque no hablaban mi idioma, ponían todo en su empeño en comunicarse.
Cons: La ubicación era un poco insegura o más bien daba un poco de miedo para ir solo chicas. Cuando cierran las puertas de determinadas zonas es muy complicado llegar hasta allí. El Google Maps no funciona a veces y por eso resulta difícil.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Zarka. Firstly, the staff are amazing - Dua, Fadua(hope i got her name right) and Mouad. Their hospitality was expecting, all the warmth and love especially towards my kids, loved it. The breakfast is phenomenon, the fact that it's all prepared within the Riad and there is a new layout everyday was the highlight. It helps to get a flavour of all the different types of breakfasts you could eat in Marrakech. Riad is very clean, our room was very spacious, cot was placed in advance and the bed were very comfortable. The location is quite central to all the attractions while it's hidden away from the main souk so it's not noisy at all but very convenient.
Cons: The cons i am listing is more of good to haves and cannot shadow the pros because if i were going back, I would definitely go back here. Our room had non working bulbs and was a bit run down but did not affect the stay, but a little refurbishment would help. There are no high chairs so it can be a problem especially for under 2s. The pool is not temp controlled, so though we planned to get in it was too cold for my daughter so had to skip it. They could add some fruits for breakfast, maybe its not traditional Moroccan breakfast but Morocco produces so many lovely fruits so having them would be nice

Nous avons été très bien reçu dans ce Riad, personnel très souriant, petit-déjeuner copieux avec un changement tous les jours pour qu'il soit diversifié. Dîners pris sur place certains soirs: tajine, couscous, kefta très bons! Les transferts se sont aussi très bien déroulés pour venir jusqu'au Riad. Il est très au calme pourtant dans le quartier des souks animé.
Cons: Nous aurions aimé que la suite, qui est grande, puisse avoir un lit enfant 2 places pour accueillir une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants (+ 1 bébé => lit parapluie disponible) plutôt que de devoir prendre 2 chambres. Dans la chambre du RDC: il manque un rideau opaque pour ne pas voir la lumière du patio.

Prima locatie; heel rustig en toch meteen in de souks van de medina. Een kleine 10 minuten lopen naar Jaamna el Fna Schoon en een fijne warme douche. Vriendelijk personeel. Vanwege ons vroege vertrek werd het ontbijt eerder geserveerd. Zeker een plek om terug te komen.
Cons: Het ontbijt was op zich voldoende, maar had iets uitgebreider gemogen. Er was wel brood met jam en pannenkoek. Maar b geen hartig zoals ei of kaas. Dat blijft natuurlijk wel persoonlijk.

Il personale è gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutare, ci hanno fatto arrivare al tavolo a colazione una torta per il compleanno della mia fidanzata. Simon ci ha personalmente accompagnati alla navetta aeroportuale all'una di notte. Camera pulita e comoda, la terrazza perfetta per rilassarsi al sole.
Cons: Purtroppo nelle vie del centro è impossibile per i taxi arrivare quindi bisogna spostarsi in piazza El fnaa per prendere un mezzo di trasporto.

Riad położony 5 minut od głównego placu. Pokój zgodny z opisem, czyste ręczniki i pościel. Codziennie sprzątany pokój. Śniadania świeże i smaczne - na słodko plus mała filiżanka kawy i sok z pomarańczy.
Cons: Otwarty całą noc taras na dachu, z którego każdy hałas jest słyszalny w pokoju. Zerowa izolacja akustyczna. Kosztowało nas to jedną bezsenną noc. Chociaż nie imprezujesz, też nie śpisz. Lampa z dachu świeci wprost do pokoju przez świetlik - jasno jak w dzień. Możliwość palenia w części przy basenie i zamkniętej części pomieszczeń, w których serwowane jest śniadanie. W pokoju duży zaciek/plama wilgoci na ścianie - zasłonięta tacą - widać na zdjęciu. Bardzo skromne śniadania np. 3 pancakes na osobę, 1/3 banana, kawałek chleba - dodatki to miseczki z miodem i dżemami.

What a little gem of a Riad! An oasis of calm right inside the chaos of the bustling medina. We spent 6 nights with a group of friends, including 3 children and were made to feel like family from day one. Some found the beds a little hard but soon got used to them, beautiful decor in every room, comfortable communal areas, including the rooftop for that all important vitamin D and there was always hot water. The breakfast was carby standard but if you asked, eggs would be served, we just bought some tomatoes and feta in addition. An extra special shout out for Simmo, Fadwa and Ouwa, just gorgeous, kind and helpful people. Always courteous and very professional, nothing was too much trouble, even printing boarding cards for our return home. Highly recommended, Marrakesh is fabulous 🤩

Very beautiful riad in the middle of the medina (which you may or may not like). It's pretty silent. The two ladies taking care of the place are very friendly. The room and bathroom were pristine, bed very comfortable.
Cons: The meals proposed there are rather expensive (2 to 2.5 times the price you'd get in the area). I was very tired so accepted to get their menu ("marocan salad", standard small tajine, and some sort of stodgy desert), plus a bottle of water respectively listed at 18€ and 2.5€. The tajine was pretty good. But I ended up paying 25 euros "including taxes" whatever that may mean, I didn't get an answer on that. IOW avoid eating there. I stayed only one night and had to leave at 7am tops, so I knew I wouldn't get a chance to have breakfast there. I was promised a coffee though, but the place was still dead silent when I left, so no coffee either. Too bad. Apart from that, I'm thankful it's december and very few other guests because one can hear whatever noises everyone else might be doing. But hey it's a riad with thin doors and floors, no real surprise there, not their fault :)

Cons: We booked a taxi through the hotel, waited at the indicated place, but the taxi driver did not show up. It was getting late, we couldn't wait longer so had to take another taxi. That was the only one thing we didn't like.

The position is in the center of the medina, very close to the Place des Epices, one of the nicest part of the city. 5 min by walk from the Secret Garden and the main square of Marrakesh. O atendimento a simpatia da staff, o charme do riad era mesmo cara de Marraquexe, muito melhor que pareceu as fotos, o silêncio, pequeno almoço muito bom, almoço maravilhoso, tudo muito fresquinho e feito na hora. A limpeza do quarto também muito boa… e os funcionários são muitos prestativos, se empenham em ajudar muito na comunicação e localização de pontos que desejamos conhecer 😉🙏🏻
Cons: O ar condicionado deixou a desejar um pouco estivemos 2 noites e estava muito quente por ser verão, talvez seja essa razão. Estadia 25 a 27 de julho 2024

We really liked the location, right in the heart of the madina. Riad Zarka was such a beautiful place, it really added to our holiday. The service was really exceptional by our host Simo who made us feel very welcome. He also gave us a lot of information regarding Marrakech culture which we found fascinating. Antes de llegar hablé con ellos vía correo para confirmar que todo estaba bien en mi reserva y respondieron rápido confirmando, incluso me enviaron información extra.Fuimos con mi amigo a celebrar nuestro cumpleaños, cuando llegamos nos atendió Hind, una chica amable y atenta, que desde el primer momento transmite confianza, un encanto. Cuando se enteró que cumpliamos años tuvo el detalle de traernos unos trozos de pastel con un regalo, una gran sorpresa para nosotros. La comida muy buena, el té increíble, una terraza tranquila y muy bien decorada. La ubicación inmejorable en medio del zoco. El chico, Simo muy amable y atento también. El Riad muy bonito, transmite tranquilidad. Nos trataron como en casa, nunca estuvimos tan bien en un alojamiento, si volvemos a Marrakech volveremos aquí sin duda. Los echaremos de menos.

In the middle of the souk, but an easy find by using Google maps. The riad is in a quiet area despite being in a centre of it all. Easy 10min walk to Jemaa El Fna. Beautiful internal courtyard where breakfast was served (tea and biscuits were served on arrival). Top roof terrace to relax and read your book. The room was typical of what you find in a riad: simple and authentic. The breakfast varied slightly each morning: pancakes, bread, eggs, jams and cake. Staff are very nice and attentive. Good WIFI. Superb stay!

El riad está ubicado a 5 minutos de la plaza, atravesando uno de los zocos llegas de forma sencilla, segura y rápida, la ubicación no puede ser mejor. Cuando llegamos al Riad, el servicio fue verdaderamente encantador, nos recibió Simo con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja y nos sacó Te menta con unos deliciosos dulces marroquíes. El ambiente era de silencio absoluto donde solo se escuchaban los pajarillos y el agua de la fuente. Una pasada. Las dos noches que pasamos allí Simo fue verdaderamente encantador. Los desayunos son abundantes, exquisitos y de calidad. Recomendable.

Posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla zona affollata dei souk. Host molto gentile e disponibile, la ragazza che fa i massaggi molto in gamba e professionale. Le stanze sono pulite e silenziose. Nella nostra camera mancava la porta del bagno, c’era solo una tenda. Per noi non è stato un problema ma è giusto che si sappia prima di prenotare. Per la colazione non posso esprimere giudizi in quanto uscite dal Riad prima dell’orario previsto (8:00) Nonostante ciò l’host ci ha fatto trovare the alla menta e una fetta di torta alle 07:00.
Cons: Cosa che non ho apprezzato è stato non avere le chiavi della porta di ingresso e dover bussare ogni volta per farci aprire. Nonostante non sia molto lontano dalla zona affollata il riad è collocato in una stradina più buia ed isolata e non è stato piacevole aspettare a tarda serata che qualcuno venisse ad aprirci. Anfitriões sempre sorridentes e prestativos, quarto enorme, impecavelmente limpo todos os dias e com toalhas grandes, macias e cheirosas e os lençóis também, o local é exatamente como nas fotos, ambiente maravilhoso e lindo, café da manhã delicioso e preparado na hora, no roof top tem espreguiçadeiras, chapéus e toalhas para os hóspedes. Chegamos a 1am no Riad e partimos às 6:30am e fomos totalmente auxiliados pelo anfitrião que nos enviou uma pessoa para nos buscar no transfer de chegada e ele mesmo nos levou no transfer se partida (contratamos o transfer do Riad que tem preço justo com serviço excelente e seguro). Em 2 minutos andando chegamos na Praça Jema El-Fnaa, fizemos todos os pontos turísticos andando a partir do Riad. Com certeza ficaremos hospedados aqui em nossa próxima viagem a linda cidade de Marrakech. Obrigada a todos do Riad Zarka que tornaram ainda mais incrível e inesquecível a viagem da minha família a Marrakech.

Unless you speak French do not book in this hotel. We arrived first day and no one was there at the reception, only a cleaning lady speaking only berber. We wasted more than half an hour without understanding what was going on because it was simply impossible to communicate. In the evening there was a man super kind and with good english, he is the only reason why I don't give a very bad review to this place, he was really nice. But when he is not there forget about communicating with everyone, they simply do not understand any language apart from french. The last day we did a tour organized by tour agency affiliated to them and again, driver with very poor english, bad programmed itinerary, all so difficult and frustrating. Moreover, the basic room, which was the only one available at the time of booking is very very different from what you see in pictures, absolutely not worth the money charged. Breakfast was very good, this I must say

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautifully designed. It is in one of the old riads and they have done a fabulous job of bringing it up to date. Great staff. Quiet despite being on the edge of the souk. I highly recommend it. It is just on the edge of the souks so handy to the centre of town and the main square.

Riad bellissimo in piena Medina ma in una stradina appartata fuori dal caos. Camere accoglienti, climatizzate, silenziose. Appena si mette piede nel Riad si percepisce un'atmosfera "very chill", rilassata e confortevole, merito anche dei ragazzi che lo gestiscono, sempre gentili e super disponibili. Colazione buonissima con pane caldo appena fatto, thè, omelette, marmellate (un grazie particolare per avermi servito la colazione alle 5 del mattino prima della mia partenza!) Anche la terrazza merita, è molto bella e ha libero accesso. Se dovessimo tornare a Marrakech non esiteremmo a tornare qui!! Grazie di tutto!
Cons: Da sapere: il Riad si raggiunge solo a piedi, il taxi non può arrivarci; dunque, se si hanno valigie, sappiate di dover fare 10 minuti circa a piedi (fattibile); vale assolutamente la pena.

Excellent riad 10 minutes from Jemaa el Fna square. The property is well maintained, clean, located in a very quiet area and offers various services. We were welcomed by Simo, who was immediately very kind and hospitable and always ready to satisfy our requests. Ours was a pleasant stay and I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech and its wonders.

The staff was lovely but Simo was an absolute gem! His kindness and friendliness were outstanding! Thanks for been the best host Simo! The riad is in the middle of the Souk, however it was super quite, silent and a proper hidden gem. Breakfast was included and super filling. Simo provided us with some cake and coffee whenever we were unable to have breakfast at the property (early start excursions). I totally recommend to try dinner as well: we had the best beef & prune tajine ever! As well as their / Simo’s mint tea, what a dream! The toilet was provided with lovely argani oil shower gel and shampoo. Should we get back to Marrakech, we would totally book here again!
Cons: The en-suite bathroom doesn’t have a door but just a thin curtain. I would have appreciated to know this in advance. We had to ask for toilet paper because the cleaner didn’t realised it was finished in the bathroom, twice.

L'emplacement est très bien: 5 minutes de la grande place où il y a beaucoup d'animation. Si vous aimez les souks, vous êtes en plein milieu. Tranquil à l'intérieur, la personnel est très attentive. Le petit déjeuner est agréable et offre le salé et le sucré. Notre chambre était assez petite mais avait deux lits simple, parfait pour deux amis. Vous pouvez aussi vous installer dans la cour ou sur la terrace du toit. Très bon accueil.
Cons: Il faut juste savour que c'est impossible de venir jusqu'à la porte en taxi. Il faut alller à la place, puis marcher....

The riad is very cozy, comfortable, clean and its location is close to the main square, max 7’ walking, so easy to reach considering the labyrinth that medina is. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. The staff is very very polite, friendly and professional, always ready to help the customers! Very smiling people! The owner is very nice too and it’s nice to have a chat with all of them in the riad. I really appreciate their tips on what to visit in Marrakech and surrounded area. 😁 (just a tip, if you are allergic to cats there are some very sweet in 🙏🏼)

Riad in una posizione eccellente. Nel centro della medina a 500 metri dalla piazza principale, prenotando il Riad Zarka vi assicurate la tranquillità e comodità degli spostamenti. Nonostante la caoticità della zona in cui si trova riesce comunque ad essere silenziosissimo. Le camere erano accoglienti e pulite e il cibo eccellente. Simo è stato un host gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci è venuto incontro su tutto
Cons: L'unico aspetto negativo è stata un po' di mancanza d'aria. Il tetto è coperto adesso che è inverno e le camere non hanno finestre che danno all'esterno. Soprattutto quando veniva acceso il camino devo ammettere che mi mancava un poco l'aria.

Cons: Everything was great and then at the end when we settled the bill, we paid for the taxi to go to the airport which was supposed to be waiting for us at 3:00am. In the end, the taxi did not come. The gentleman who carried our luggage helped us so that we wouldn't be late for the plane. Because he had a phone and that's how we found out that the taxi wouldn't come no matter paid 16 euros (160 dirhams) in advance.

Great start to our Morocco trip. Warm welcome. Large room. Bonus of sun loungers on rooftop terrace. Helpful staff and homely vibe. And the breakfast was freshly cooked and varied each day. Location was perfect for us - quiet corner of Medina, but very close to main covered souk areas, and walking distance to the Square etc.
Cons: Room was a bit dark (one of the main lights didn’t work). And could have done with more heaters at breakfast time in courtyard. Check in instructions should make clear you’ll need to walk or hire a man & cart (5 euros) a fair way to get from taxi drop off to riad - it is confusing to find first time, but straightforward after that!

Cons: Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hatte zwischen Schlaf- und Badezimmer leider keine Tür, nur einen Vorhang. Auch hatte unsere schöne gläserne Zimmertür nur einen dünnen durchsichtigen Vorhang als Sichtschutz.

Excellent location within the medina. Friendly staff, lovely building, facilities and breakfast. Our room had an ensuite with a curtain rather than a door - not an issue at all but just worth noting depending on who you're travelling with! Cute little rooftop, too.

El Riad es precioso, para llegar la primera vez es un poco complicado porque está dentro del zoco de la Medina pero la ubicación es muy buena. La atención ha sido inmejorable, super atentos en todo. Un día necesitamos desayunar antes porque teníamos una excursión y nos atendieron sin problema. Nos ha gustado mucho la estancia aquí, volveríamos a repetir sin duda.

La ubicación es perfecta, a 5 minutos de Jamaa Lefna El personal es súper amable y cercano, Oussama, el chico sonriente que te contagia su sonrisa y buena vibra nos ayudó en todo, es un amor de persona, la chica, Hind también muy simpática Los desayunos son Espectaculares, nos sentimos como en casa, a pesar de estar en el corazón de Marrakech y de la Medina, dentro del Riad no se escucha nada, es muy tranquilo y se duerme de maravilla. This Riad was so close to the Fnaa square that it only took us a couple of steps out of the Riad to be in the middle of the market. Oussama was a great and friendly host, always there to help and share some piece of advice. The Riad was cozy and handy, right in the middle of the old town and the upper terrace was superb!

Our experience was awesome at Marrakech, and one of the most reasons it’s the Riad Zarka. The comfort, the cleaning, the decoration and the peace it was amazing. Ousama give us the best attention, he pick up from plaza Jama Lfna from the riad and he guides us to the most importants streets on the city. Breakfast is varied and handmade. We are sure that we come back, and of course we will stay at Riad Zarka.

Il soggiorno al Riad Zarka è stato ottimo: la posizione è centralissima (a cinque minuti a piedi da Jemaa El Fna) ma nonostante ciò la via è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, i locali sono freschi e la camera ben climatizzata, pulitissima e funzionale. Ottima anche la colazione e fantastico lo staff (soprattutto Oussama che ha veramente fatto di tutto per accontentare le nostre richieste).

Bel riad nel mezzo del souk. Molto silenzioso, malgrado sia centralissimo. Le camere sono belle e decorate, ma consiglio di prendere quelle al piano superiore perché più luminose. I bagni sono carini, ma, come da prassi in Marocco, sono senza porte, chiusi solo con una tenda.. (dopo un po' ci si abitua) Colazione buona ed abbondante, anche se abbastanza standard (in Marocco a colazione bene o male si mangiano sempre le stesse cose). La terrazza è molto bella, anche se poco utilizzata. L'ambiente è molto confortevole e lo staff è gentile, ed in Marocco più che altrove è importante avere un ritrovo che ti coccoli un po'.. Nel complesso direi ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
Cons: Il transfer dall'aeroporto è costoso, costa 16 euro e ti lascia comunque a piazza Jeemaa el Fna. Alle nostre proteste il tassista ci ha chiamato un portantino che con un carretto ha caricato i bagagli e ci ha accompagnati al riad. (Il tassista ci ha detto di pagare altri 5 euro al portantino, ma arrivati al riad la reception ha risolto senza fare nessun problema). Morale della favola, vi consiglio di prendere un taxi per piazza Jeemaa el Fna (circa 5 euro) ed arrivati lì usate google maps, che vi porta in modo molto chiaro. Se avete problemi o chiamate direttamente voi un portantino in piazza (20-30 dirham sono sufficienti) o chiamate il riad, qualcuno vi verrà a prendere, sono molto gentili.

Personal muy amable, la habitación grande y limpia. El desayuno super completo, variado y riquísimo. Hubo un día que nos adelantaron el desayuno ya que nos íbamos de excursión, esperábamos algo más tipo picnic pero nos lo pusieron prácticamente igual que el resto de días.
Cons: La cama en si no era incomoda pero cuando te movías la estructura crujía haciendo muchísimo ruido y te despertabas.

We loved the traditional feel the staff were amazing it’s was such a lovely stay. If your going for a quiet vacation then this is your place to stay.
Cons: The only downfall is that the Riad does not have a luggage meet and greet at the Jemma El Fna which would be so good to have this facility rather than searching for the place down back streets. A swimming pool would be perfect in the premises during the hot weather. Breakfast was amazing

Era tutto davvero perfetto. La struttura, il Riad, è veramente bellissimo, la zona in comune è adatta per rilassarsi mentre si beve un thè alla menta. La stanza era molto bella, bagno pulitissimo, le stanze venivano rifatte ogni giorno. Lo staff era impeccabile, sempre pronto e attento ad ogni nostro bisogno. La colazione magnifica, abbondante, ogni giorno c'era qualcosa di diverso e ovviamente era tutto buonissimo! Il terrazzo è meraviglioso e volendo si può cenare, noi abbiamo richiesto la cena due volte e ci è piaciuta molto. Posizione centralissima, a due passi dalla piazza principale. È andato tutto benissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Il Riad si trova in una posizione ottima e si arriva in pochissimo tempo alla piazza principale. Una volta entrati, l'atmosfera è accogliente e rilassante. Lo staff è molto cordiale ed attento, e sia la colazione che la cena sono ottimi. Super consigliato!

Het is een erg mooie en rustig plek om te verblijven, midden in de Souks (centrum). Het personeel (Oussama & Abdou) zijn vriendelijk en helpen je graag om je verblijf in Marrakesh nog mooier en beter te maken.
Cons: Alles was prima. Het bed was hard, hier moet je van houden en verder zou ik het fijner vinden om de douche op te kunnen hangen, maar zie dit niet als een probleem.

La posizione perfetta, nel cuore della medina ma in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. La struttura bellissima, nuova, pulita e accogliente. Tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile ed una menzione speciale per Abdul e Aussana per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità in qualsiasi momento e per qualsiasi cosa. Se soggiornerete qui dovete assolutamente pranzare o cenare da loro, mangerete la vera cucina marocchina, abbiamo mangiato la tajine più buona di tutta la nostra vacanza. Anche per le colazioni un punto in più, ogni giorno ci hanno servito qualcosa di diverso e tutto davvero estremamente buono!! Consigliatissimo!!!

Der Riad wurde vor ca. 4 Monaten unter neuer Leitung wieder eröffnet. Er ist sehr schön und im Gegensatz zu anderen Unterkünften tatsächlich ein Riad, nämlich mit Springbrunnen im Innenhof. Die Dachterasse ist wunderschön und groß. Eine willkommene Oase der Ruhe im hektischen Marrakesch. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind im Vergleich zu anderen Riads sehr groß. Man sollte unbedingt auch einmal dort Essen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Wer will bekommt auch Wein und Bier. Die Mitarbeiter, Abdul, Osma(?) und die Hausdamen sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle Wünsche werden erfüllt und auch Dinge besorgt. Man kann dort auch Wäsche waschen lassen. Zarka ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Cons: Wenn überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln war, dann der zu dünne Kaffee am ersten Morgen. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde sofort ein stärkerer Kaffee aufgebrüht.

El sitio no está mal, es verdad que es de difícil acceso pero una vez que te lo aprendes llegas bien pero no es fácil. La habitación era confortable
Cons: El dueño Juan un 10, pero el chico que trabaja allí nos quería cobrar por absolutamente todo, contratamos por civitatis el translado del aeropuerto al Riad y nos quería cobrar el coche en el que vinimos cuando no nos trajo ni el. Nos contó que podríamos cenar si quisiéramos allí y no le dijimos que si en ningún momento, a pesar de eso nos quería cobrar la cena cuando llegamos por la noche por qué según él le habíamos dicho que si y teníamos que pagarla sin cenar

Beautiful small and quiet Riad in the Medina. We only stayed one night but enjoyed a fantastic service by the staff who accommodated all our wishes, helped us book a Hammam and massage and even followed up with us after we checked out to make sure everything went well.

Son emplacement au coeur du souk et son calme. L'accès peut s'avérer compliqué mais Hussein était venu nous chercher sur la place, donc très bien pour s'y rendre.. Petit déjeuner très correct et copieux . Nous logions dans la suite qui est très spacieuse et bien décorée. Une petite pièce qui fait office de rangement ferme à clé !
Cons: Que quelques petits détails si on veut être exigeant .. . Lit un peu dur, baignoire à moitié bouchée ... Absence de fenêtre donnant vers l'extérieur ( sauf salle de bain ), mais c'est le lot de presque tous les riads dont la vie tourne autour du patio ...

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans ce Riad situé en plein Marrakech a 5 min a pied de la place jema el fna. Nous avons été accueilli par Oussama avec un thé, des pâtisseries et une grande gentillesse. Sur demande, le personnel de l’hotel nous a accueilli dans une ambiance romantique avec des fleurs dans notre chambre sans surcoût. Une chambre spacieuse, climatisé, très propre et au calme malgré qu’elle soit située au rez de chaussée. A préciser que les taxes de séjour pour 4 nuits et deux personnes (20 euros) n’étaient pas comprises dans le tarifs des chambres. Ps: leur petits déjeuner est très très complet, extrêmement bon, servi rapidement, et différents chaque jours! Nous avons apprécié le fait que le personnel soit disponible et a notre écoute durant tous notre séjour (y compris le directeur très gentil). Les chambres sont nettoyer tous les jours ce qui est très appréciable. A savoir que vous pouvez manger au Riad pour pas chère que ce soit a coter de la fontaine ou sur le roof top. Tous le monde est très souriant et le lieu est vraiment calme et reposant! Nous recommandons fortement.

El Riad es precioso, cerca de la plaza y muy silencioso para desconectar del caos de Marrakech. El desayuno muy bueno y muy variado todos los días. Los trabajadores estuvieron siempre atentos a nosotros para lo que necesitábamos y nos trataron muy bien. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y bonitas. Es nuestra segunda vez en el Riad y sin duda alguna volveríamos. Lo recomendamos 100%.

El desayuno está bueno pero empieza a las 8.30h y no son puntuales con lo cual si tenéis excursiones iréis muy justos de tiempo.
Cons: el alojamiento te facilita el traslado desde el aeropuerto, teníamos un mail del Riad confirmando que podíamos pagar con tarjeta y al llegar nos dijeron que debía ser en efectivo. Esta ubicado en pleno zoco con lo cual hay ambiente por el día y para entrar y salir atraviesas siempre las bulliciosas calles, el problema es a partir de las 23h cuando las tiendas están cerradas y las calles oscuras, es peligroso sobre todo para chicas, no recomendable si queréis salir por la noche porque además los taxis no llegan a la puerta. las cortinas de la habitación son traslúcidas y desde el patio te pueden ver, además nunca hay oscuridad total tanto de día como de noche.

Rijad je prelep, imali smo toplu dobrodošlicu domacina, i najbolji caj od nane ikada. Sobe su prostrane i ciste u tipicnom marokanskom stilu, dorucak je preukusan. Opuštajuce mesto, gde smo se svarseno odmorili. Domacin nam je organizovao i turu u pustinju koja je bila divna, dao nam savete koje su nam bili od velike pomoći na daljem putu kroz Maroko.

Cons: Be prepared to walk with your bagage and maybe get lost a few times. The Riad was not easy to find, especially for first-time visitors to Marakesh. Advice to follow SATNAV and not ask people who will lead you astray to make money from you.

Riad davvero carino e tipico, letti comodi, silenzio all'interno, wifi sempre funzionante, ha una terrazza molto ben arredata ma soprattutto il proprietario è gentilissimo, discreto e super disponibile ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa. Ci ha organizzato diversi transfer, preparato la cena e la colazione sulla base delle nostre necessità e dei nostri orari. Prepara la colazione più abbondante e buona dei 4 riad/hotel che abbiamo girato in Marocco!
Cons: Il riad si trova nel pieno souk, in particolare in una sua vietta interna: posizione centrale ma stressante da raggiungere ogni volta, sia di giorno che la sera tardi. Suggerirei di far trovare un paio di boccette di sapone in bagno, per chi viaggia con lo zaino fanno comodo!

The photos on booking.com and reality doesn’t match. The photos taken 6-7years ago and it’s not maintained at all.i paid 276€ for 5nights and it wasn’t worth. Im attaching photos and video of the room i had. Why ppl review 5star to this riad i have no clue. But if you’re solo do not go to riad. If you go late to the riad then you have to bell to someone open the door for u. They do not give keys of main door to any guest.

Cons: بدأ من المسافة البعيده 1.7كم من مواقف السيارات سيرا وهذه المسافة تتضاعف 3-5 مرات بسبب الازدحام الرهيب وأكثر عندما تحمل حقائبك وتسير بين تلك الازقة وتعرج من خلال أسواقها لتصل ومن المدخل الذي يعج بتراكم رائحة الطبخ المقزز لملاصقته المطبخ الذي لم تنفع معها المعطرات ويفتقد للتهوية والرطوبة المهيجه للحساسية والمسببة العطاس ولم تكن الأجنحة منظفة ومهواة مسبقا ناهيك عن عطل جميع المكيفات وهذا يخالف صراحة العقد وعدم وجود شفاط لدورات المياة فتبقي الغرفة تعج بروائح الحمام المقرفة والادهي والامر شفافية النوافذ والستائر المطلة على الساحة فخيالك مفضوح بوضوح (لا خصوصية) ومن في الأجنحة المجاورة تسمعه ويسمعك وانتشار صور خليعة وهابطه للاسف خلاف أعمال الصيانة الأمر الذي ازعجنا وهلة الوصول بعد عناء المسافة الطوووويلة ليست بالتمتير بل بالتكدس الرهييييييب والمجازفات والمخاطر غدوا وراوح من وإلى هذا الرياض مما اضطرينا لمحاولة اختصار المدة لليلة واحدة بدل من 5 ليالي ولكن قوبل الطلب بالرفض مما اضطرنا للإقامة الجبرية

Viszont ahogy belépünk egy riadba, hihetetlen, hogy egy másik világba csöppenünk. Belső átriumos varázslatos udvar, ezeregy éjszaka i hangulat a szobákban. nagyon tetszett Nem hallani a város zaját. Cons: La chambre était vétuste, aucun équipement même pas un savon, rien. Toute la peinture serait à refaire, le tapis à laver, la salle de bain horrible. Le lit n'était pas super confortable et grinçait. Bref hormis l'extérieur qui correspond aux photos, le reste était vraiment décevant pour le prix de la nuit.

La ubicación a 3 minutos caminando de la plaza. No se oyen ruidos. El desayuno incluído es más que aceptable. El personal atento. No tiene pegas y volvería a alojarme.
Cons: Única pega, las camas, duras, muy duras. Poca iluminación en el baño. Ojo para los más pudorosos, el baño no tiene puerta, al menos en nuestra habitación. Era una cortina.

BIG SHOUTOUT to HUSAIN(he runs the Riad)!! he definitely made our experience, was super helpful, friendly and took super good care of us. The rooms have been cleaned everyday and the breakfast was delicious. Not to forget the mint tea Husain prepares!! The best tea I have ever drunken. He answered also all our 1000 questions that we have had being the first time in Africa. on our last day he even brought us from the Riad to the main square to catch the taxi, at 04:30 in the morning!! I can only recommend to stay in Riad Zarka 10/10!! he definitely should get a raise!

Il riad Zarka è veramente bello e accogliente. Si trova in una posizione comoda per visitare la Medina. Tutte le mattine viene offerta una colazione abbondante e con piatti tipici marocchini, cucinati sul momento. Le camere vengono pulite ogni giorno. Nella struttura c’è anche un gattino affettuoso!

The riad is very nicely decorated. The best breakfast we've had in Morocco, all homemade and fresh. The rooftop is beautiful. Staff were friendly.
Cons: There was hair stuck to the shower wall as well as hair matted on the plug of the sink. The hot water ran out after 3-4 minutes in the shower and we had to wait for the boiler to warm it up again. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands.

Tout était nickel, Christine et son équipe on été top tout au long de notre sejour (effectué en septembre), ils ont su satisfaire tout nos besoin (demande d'excursion, repas spécifiques...) Nous avons eu le Ryad pour nous seul en plus d'avoir été surclassé ! Hussein a réelement été à notre service. À savoir qu'il n'y a eu AUCUNE mauvaise surprise tout était conforme aux photos. Ryad au top très bien situé à deux pas de la place des épice et en plein coeur de la médina ! Par contre vous serez choqué du calme dans l'établissement qui se situe au fond d'une impasse ! C'était vraiment reposant ! Nous reviendront dans cet établissement !

il silenzio più totale dopo una bella giornata rumorosa nella Medina a fare shopping è quello che ci vuole. E la cosa più bella è che questo Riad è nel cuore della Medina a meno di cinque minuti dalla piazza Jamaa El Fnaa. Il posto è silenzioso e molto riservato. il proprietario Hassan sarà lieto di darvi consigli e vi servirà una colazione perfetta e diversa tutti i giorni. Anche la signora che non mi ricordo come si chiama è molto gentile e disponibile Questo Riad è anche perfetto per chi vuole restare al suo interno per leggere un libro o per rilassarsi nel cortiletto nel silenzio assoluto. La suite de luxe è molto spaziosa e ben pulita, con tutti i servizi e riscaldamento. abbiamo comunque chiesto una coperta per la notte che ci è stata data senza problemi. Un’altra cosa che ci è piaciuta sono le luci della camera non troppo forti, in modo da creare un ambiente romantico e rilassante. Vi verranno date le chiavi del Riad e della camera, così potrete essere indipendenti per rientrare a qualsiasi ora grazie di tutto

Sehr ruhige Oase mitten in der trubeligen Innenstadt. Zentrale Lage mit perfektem Zugang zu großen Plätzen. Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man hat auch gerne Zeit in der Unterkunft verbracht, weil sie einfach so einen angenehmen flaire hat.
Cons: Türen und Fenster, sowie Sanitär Anlagen sind leider nicht mehr die neusten, daher recht hellhörig und die Toilette ist bei uns einen halben Tag ausgefallen. Klima Anlage funktioniert gar nicht, aber das stört gar nicht.

Riad bonito e bem localizado. A 5min a pé da praça Jemaa el-fna. Houssein muito prestavel e atencioso. Bom pequeno almoço. Tudo preparado no momento. Deram nos chave da porta de entrada para entrarmos e sairmos luvremente e a qualquer hora.
Cons: O nosso quarto nao tinha chave, o Houssein garantiu que era seguro mas na verdade nao e confortável para o turista deixar as suas coisas no quarto aberto.

Cons: pas de clim dans la chambre, heureusement ventilateur mis a disposition. un petit diffuseur ou un désodorisant serait le bien venu afin de masquer l'odeure du renfermé. vérification des lits avant la mise à disposion car j'ai trouver un tas de residue de ciment sur mon oreillé.

The riad was in very good vocation, near to the market and Jema el Fna 3 minutes away. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very big. The decoration was traditional, and also have a space where you can eat dinner or lunch. The owner was very friendly and helpful for everything. I strongly recommend this riad,because it's a very good choice for marrakech than then others riads we stayed.

We stayed 4ppl for 2 nights. We had one double room and one suite (white). It is a bit hidden and you need to go through the Souk but once you got there it is easy to find again. The riad is just beautiful and has a very good price-quality. The rooms are clean, beds and bedding are confy. The size of the suite is just huge with a large bathtub, extra beds and even a dressing room. Absolutely worth the extra pennies. The double room is snug and cosy but also charming. Abdo welcomed us giving us many tips and tricks on how to bargain and where to go. The breakfast is plentiful and the rooftop terrace has a very nice romantic atmosphere.

The location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the main square, and the hosts were very nice and helpful. The riad is beautiful, very traditional and the perfect place to relax is such a chaotic city. The rooms are stunning and very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The Riad is located behind the souk, so for the first time it might be confusing to find the place, that is why we booked an airport transfer from the hotel. Of course one can also find it with google maps, but the small alley, the souk and people offers you souvenirs can be exhausting after a long flight. After 1-2 times going through the souk and knew my way, I found it good to be located behind the souk because everytime I go out for dinner or comeback from daytrips, I can look at the shops and check if there is something I want to buy as souvenirs. The location is also good, we ate at Djema El-Fna square every night because it is close. If you don't like eating street food, there are also lots of restaurants. The room is clean and nice. We had the red room but it was not overpowerly red like I thought, so it was good. Breakfast is also good, they make an effort to make small changes everyday, so it's not exactly the same everyday. But above all, I like the friendliness of the staff. Everyone are just so nice, warm and friendly. They are willing to have a chat with you and help you. They make us feel like family. We had a tour to Sahara starting on Eid al Adha that we didn't book through them, then we worried if it is still going because of the Eid holiday... onenof the staff called the tour company for us to make sure that we were still going for the next day.

We spent three nights here. It is an attractive riad with a lovely courtyard, in a convenient location, around a 10 minute walk from Djemma el-Fna. Our room was pleasant with a large bathroom, decorated with modern art. The breakfast was poor compared to other riads we stayed in around Morocco but perhaps this was a reflection of the price (this was the cheapest of the places we booked). My only complaint is that they (the management) played loud blaring music at night and the open courtyard is a meeting place where the sound carries. At close to midnight, I was forced to go downstairs to ask them to turn the music off (they did apologize). Occasionally, they played music during the day when we came back to rest but I felt it would be rude of me to ask them to turn the sound down during daytime so put up with it. If you are young and social, this riad is probably great for you. If you want a quiet place to rest, this would not be a good choice.

We spent a lovely week end in Marrakech and we choose to stay at Riad Zarka. The staff is so kind, welcoming and helpful. They were so kind and involved us in chill and interesting conversations making us feeling like at home. I mostly appreciated the quite moments in the garden with Arabic music and the candles lighting around the fountain and the evening on roof! The rooms are well equipped, breakfast is so tasty and tipical with genuine and fresh food! We really thank Said, Khalid and all the staff for everything :)

This is the place. Mainly because of the people! Makes you feel at home from the very first moment, before you walk in. They have this super nice, super happy, giving you great energy host named Said ( funny that this name in his native language means “happy” ). He is just the man you need in Marrakech. Great host, great cook, very smart, intelligent, speaking few languages very well and - most important - he makes you feel welcome and shares his happiness and great smiles. A Great city guide as well he is. The place is well hidden but very central and safe. It is one of those small but very homey Riads. You don’t want to leave. Room size is perfect, bathroom is big and clean, beds super comfortable. Decor very warm and like at home - you feel some tasty French influences Nothing but 5 stars out of 5! Will definitely be going back to my Buddy Said in future! And important -it is good price as well :) Recommend to everyone coming to Marrakech!

Personál byl po většinu pobytu velmi milý a ochotný! Snídaně jsou skromnější, ale dostačující. Celkově bych hodnotil poměr cena/výkon jako úplně skvělý! Někdo si stěžoval na sprchový kout, je potřeba ho potunit odklopením sítka, jinak fakt pomalu odtéká. Na pokoji je funkční klimatizace, kterou jsme v lednu použili k přitopení, dá se přepnout i do režimu vysoušení, což se může hodit.. Pokud budete v Marrakéši popvé, doporučuji domluvit s recepcí transfer z letiště, my jeli po vlastní ose a najít poprvé cestu k hotelu je docela oříšek.. )) Asi jedinou výtku bych měl k ručníkům, sice je pokojská každý den měnila, ale zkrátka opravdu nevoněly.. The staff was very nice and helpful for most of our stay! Breakfasts are modest but sufficient. Overall, I would rate the price / performance ratio as being absolutely great! Someone has complained about the shower, you need to pour it by pulling out the strainer, otherwise it is slowly draining. The room is functional air conditioning, which we used in January for tilting, can be switched to drying mode, which may be useful .. If you are in Marrakech, I recommend to arrange a transfer from the airport, we went along our own axis and find the first trip to the hotel is quite a nut.)) I would probably have one rebuke for the towels, although she is a maid changing every day, but they were a little ugly

If you are thinking of joining any excursion, don't get it with Riad Zarka. You will pay more than you can get asking in the hundreds of agencies on the street. We took 3 excursions with them, paid much more than other people and were everytime late at the meeting point. We had to wait for the people at the riad to get up and take us to the meeting point. It was really upsetting and anoying that they didn't take that service seriously!!! We complaint about that but it didn't make any difference. Besides, at the end of our stay we were asked to pay 3% extra by paying with credit card and the rate they gave us was much higher than the official one. There are thousands of riads. Look for a more serious one!

I was seriously disappointed in this riad. After reading all the glowing reviews and the nice photos provided by the riad I expected it to be really nice but boy, was I shocked! Decor was shabby, dusty clutter everywhere, our bed was damp and smelly. I don't understand how a lot of the reviewers on here can say it was clean - I would hate to see their homes!! The riad was supposed to be non smoking but the whole riad stunk of cigarette smoke, the owner kalid ( sorry I am not 100% sure on the spelling ) appeared to be constantly smoking and playing music really loudly. It was not a relaxing or enjoyable atmosphere. The other staff, however where lovely and could not do enough for us. I think the great reviews are purely based on how hard the staff ( excluding the owner ) work. Myself and my wife stayed here for 3 days and were really happy it wasn't any longer! PLEASE, PLEASE be weary of all these amazing reviews as you genuinely be disappointed. If the owner can bring the cleanliness up to a far better standard and conduct himself in a more professional manner i.e not playing music ridiculously loud at 8am and constantly smoking this would be a nice yet basic riad. The rest of the staff are the saving grace of Riad Zarka and I can not shout their praises enough.

We arrived in Marrakech and had booked a pickup from the hotel, we waited over an hour and nobody turned up to collect us. We called the number on the booking repeatedly and no one answered. We got a taxi, got very lost on the way, we had to ask somebody to walk us there eventually! We arrived shortly after 10 and it was explained that the driver had crashed en route and they’d tried to email us (I didn’t have access to this as it’s my work email). My phone number was on the booking. We blasted through €25 credit trying to get in touch. The owners were not very apologetic, we weren’t even offered a free drink. We got on with the holiday and the riad was traditional, clean, quiet and well located. Breakfast was nice but very similar each day. Then on the final day we organised breakfast with a tight turnaround for getting to the airport. We waited for 10 minutes and had to leave as nobody turned up with breakfast! Overall we were surprised that the service wasn’t great given the reviews. Little was done to make up for the problems we encountered, and we’re very easily pleased!

Khalid offered the best introduction of Marocco lifestyle, we feel like someone who visit a friends or family. Riad Zarka is really perfect for staying here: very well located (just near the Place Djemaa el-Fna), comfortable and beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast, professional and pleasant management. Decoreted with lots of art and beautiful ceilings in the room.

If you're looking for a lovely central Riad then look no further! Just one warning - don't book it through Trip Advisor or Ebookers like I did!! Riad Zarka don't deal with anyone other than booking.com..... we arrived to find they had no record at all of our booking. Fortunately they had a vacant room but we had to then pay them again directly - despite Ebookers having already taken my payment and confirming the booking to me.
