This hotel is extremely well located, on a quiet side street off of a larger avenue filled with of stores and cafes. It was a convenient walk to everywhere we needed to go, and the neighborhood is very charming. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and safety of the surroundings, as first-time travelers to Paris.

Location was perfect. A little off the beaten path, but centrally located, and we could walk to the Louvre, Orsay, Saint Chapelle, and Notre Dame. Staff was very helpful, assisting with transportation and any other needs. The balcony room was exceptional as well. Updated with all modern amenities. So pleased we stayed at Victoria Palace!!

Very cute hotel with a courteous staff. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, shopping and Arc de Triumph. All were about 1-1.5 miles. We took the Eurostar in from London and it was easy to catch a train to the hotel. There was a stop 1-2 blocks from the hotel. There was complimentary water and coffee in the room and we got buckets of ice from the bar. The bed was firm, but that seems to be the norm for Europe, and the shower floor was a bit slippery. Other than that, our stay was perfect! Very clean, beautifully decorated, had A/C and a small balcony off our room. My 19yo daughter and I loved it!

We had a large family group stay at Victoria Palace for 6 nights. It was a perfect location for us. The rooms were comfortable and of a very nice size. The staff was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely courtyard available for guests to gather and enjoy wine and cheese. The breakfast was very good, with a large variety of offerings each day. The only disappointment was the construction on the sidewalks outside of the hotel. Seemed like a city project, not under the control of the hotel. We would gladly stay here again should we return to Paris. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so wonderful, especially Cynthia!

Outstanding boutique hotel in the 6th. The junior suite with balcony is spacious and spotless. Very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fresh and plentiful - lots of options - and wonderful service from Nina and Fenta. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful! Tom and Baptiste helped with car service to the airport and had great recommendations for local cocktails and restaurants. (Le Petit Littre around the corner is charming.) I highly recommend the Victoria Palace and will stay here again on my next trip.

We can't say enough great things about Victoria Palace and staff! The rooms were well kept and so comfortable with everything we needed. The balcony was a lovely extra. The staff was fantastic - incredibly helpful, tolerant of our poor French and gave great recommendations. There is much within walking distance and an easy cab/Uber ride to other sites. Very quiet at night. Would love to come back!

Our travel agent booked the Victoria Palace Hotel for our Parisian visit. From the moment we enter the hotel, we were pleased with everything. The staff was friendly and professional, the hotel was well appointed and visually appealing and the rooms were spacious, perfectly clean, well equipped with elegant design and appointment. The hotel's location is excellent as it is a manageable walk or short taxi ride to much of the best of Paris. In advance of our trip, the concierge team was extremely responsive and helpful in booking dining and tour reservations. We really enjoyed the lobby bar. It is smaller than some of the very large hotels around the world but that made it even more romantic and special. Frankly, I am tempted to rate the hotel as a 5/5 but I like to reserve that rating for the very few. We would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at VP for what was supposed to be a three-night stay, but unfortunately our flight was canceled, causing us to miss our first night. I called the hotel immediately to let them know. While I understand that a canceled flight is not the hotel's responsibility and I expected to be charged for the missed night, a small gesture of goodwill—such as a partial credit or future discount—would have gone a long way. When we finally arrived the following day, exhausted from our travel delays, the welcome was underwhelming. It wasn't immediately clear who the staff members were since there wasn't a traditional front desk and everyone was dressed in regular clothing. There was also no assistance offered with our luggage. The hotel itself is much smaller than the photos on TripAdvisor suggest. Our room was extremely cramped—we could barely open our suitcases without blocking the walkway. The beds were comfortable, and I did appreciate the complimentary slippers. However, I had read many reviews mentioning thoughtful welcome treats in the rooms, which we never received. This trip was especially meaningful because we were celebrating both of our children's graduations and my husband's birthday. I had notified the hotel of these special occasions in advance, but there wasn't even a simple card or acknowledgment. As a travel advisor who stays in hotels around the world, I have experienced a wide range of properties and service levels. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet my expectations. I left feeling disappointed, especially considering the price and the glowing reviews I had read beforehand. Paris has so many wonderful hotels, and based on my experience, I would choose one of those instead and would not feel comfortable recommending this property to my clients.

This is an amazing hotel. My husband and I stayed here June 2-June 10 in an Executive room. The room was larger than expected with an actual (US) king size bed. There was one large window in the room which opened onto a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. The room was very quiet. We did not hear anything from other rooms and there was not any street noise. We were even near the elevator and did not hear elevator traffic. Having the air conditioning was a bonus. The bed was extremely comfortable but firm (I love firm beds my husband prefers softer beds but he said the bed was comfortable). The bathroom was a decent size with very nice toiletries. Breakfast was expensive bet enjoyable. The photographs of the buffet do not do it justice as it was very good with tons of options. The staff running the buffet were amazing (Nina especially made breakfast wonderful!). Location of the hotel of course was perfect as well. 5 minute walk to a Metro staion and even a small bistro across the street. Staff was also very efficient and polite (through email) to organize taxi to and from the airport. I really don't have anything negative to say about this place. The rooms are beautiful. The only thing that might help is changing the carpet in the rooms. That was the only thing that looked a little tired.

Nice location if you want to spend time at the Jardin du Luxembourg - which you should! Service was polite and helpful (especially Fanta and Makhan at breakfast). We enjoyed our stay.

Located in a fantastic area of Paris, in the 6th arrondissement, which feels very safe, clean, and elegant (solo traveling). Great neighbourhood to stay in. The hotel is very clean and quiet, as well as renovated, which made it easy to relax after long days out. Despite being in a central location, I didn’t experience any noise at all and the staff were consistently exceptionallll, friendly, helpful, and always professional, which made the whole stay feel very smooth and welcoming. Great services have been provided from everyone, the room was always tidied up and the hotel staff helped with everything I needed. Also for central area of Paris the room is bigger compared to others and it has AC. Since it has been renovated few years ago it is in an excellent condition.

Cons: Einzig bei der Ankunft hat uns eine junge Frau empfangen, die an Unfreundlichkeit kaum zu überbieten war. Vor allem beim Ankommen ist das erstmal ein kleiner Schock. Zum Glück haben all ihre Kollegen diesen Eindruck nicht bestätigt. Ganz im Gegenteil. Beim Frühstück z.B. sind die jungen Damen super zuvorkommend, z.B. eine junge Frau, ich glaube Nina war ihr Name - super nett und aufmerksam.

After taking the early morning Eurostar train from London, we arrived too early to check into our room. When I asked if there was somewhere I could change before going to a client meeting, the kind lady at reception let me use a special mini-gym room that had a shower. I have stayed at Victoria Palace Hotel several times. The staff is friendly and goes out of the way to help you. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and quite. The location is great with walking distance to lots of independent shops, Bon Marche, restaurants and the Luxemburg garden.

My wife and myself arrived midnight on Monday and we were greeted by a friendly employee called Patrick, who helped us check in .Throughout our stay he was excellent. Breakfast again was fantastic, there was a young lady ( sorry we didn't catch her name ) who seved us and always had a friendly smile on her face. She was a credit to the hotel. The hotel is near to 2 metro stations ( which are absolutely easy to use ). Uber is possibly an alternative if people don't fancy walking 25 minutes to the main centre. We would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone who are thinking about visiting Paris.

We had a wonderful stay at the Victoria Palace. The hotel is off the Main Street so it’s very quiet which was important to us. Our room faced the courtyard which further secured us a quiet room. Yes! The bed was comfortable and the room was modern and big enough especially by Paris standards. The front desk staff spoke English and were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is lovely. Small and charming. There’s a nice bar area and workout room and sauna, if interested. It is located in the 6th so it was easy to walk to all the sites. The breakfast buffet was incredible. So many fresh choices. A special shout out to Nina who cheerily greeted us every morning to help with the breakfast service. She couldn’t do enough to ensure a pleasant experience from getting us coffee, water to whatever was needed. She also remembered our coffee orders and where we liked to sit. She was a true delight. A true hospitality professional. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again on our next trip to Paris.

Overall, this hotel is hard to beat. Great location in the St Germaine area and close to incredible bistros and shops. Everyone there was very cordial, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast buffet every morning was outstanding and the little bar/bar sitting area was very nice. The only reason I did not give this hotel 5 stars is the size of the rooms. The rooms are lovely, but very small…..barely enough room to walk around the bed. So, with two pieces of large luggage and carryons, very difficult to maneuver around. Other than a small closet, there was no place to put your clothes, other than keep in your luggage. So, if you are used to the smaller size, this hotel is for you.

Enjoyed the Victoria Palace hotel very much. The staff were all helpful and pleasant, the building is lovely, the room was comfortable and immaculate. We arrived early and although the room wasn’t ready, they offered to hold our luggage while we toured around. In the 6th arrondissement, the location was perfect because it was around the corner and down the block from cafes and shops, but in a quiet corner. The breakfast was delicious and the dining area was very pretty. The weather wasn’t cooperating but I did see they had a charming outdoor seating area. One odd thing, the toilet was in a separate room from the sink and shower. Maybe that’s a European thing that I’m not familiar with. Certainly not a deal breaker. Five stars, would definitely return.

Located in the 6th arrondisement, the Victoria Palace Hotel is a Paris gem. It is conveniently located near the Saint-Placide Métro stop and is also within easy walking distance of the Rennes Métro stop. It is close to the shops on Rennes as well as a short walk to Le Bon Marché. Le Jardin du Luxembourg is a 10-minute walk. I booked the Classic room and while on the smaller size, it is fine for one person and is larger than rooms in other Paris hotels where I’ve stayed. The room was well-appointed with electrical outlets and light switches conveniently placed. A bottle of filtered water is available daily. The price is reasonable. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and delicious, with several kinds of pastries and cakes, as well as meat, cheeses, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and some hot dishes like scrambled eggs. This was my first time staying at the Victoria Palace Hotel, but I have already booked another stay. I highly recommend.

Excellent location; the staff was helpful and very nice! For the value, it was a lovely hotel, our room was spacious (for Paris standards) and very clean. There is also a charming dining area for our breakfast with a cool bar. My only comment is that there is no porter service, and sometimes the breakfast buffet ran out of certain items like fruit and eggs. Other than that, our stay was truly wonderful.

We had a great stay at the hotel, despite 4 rainy days. As noted in other reviews, the staff is very friendly and warm, unlike many hotels in large cities like Paris. We had a junior suite on the 6th floor which had just enough room for the 2 of us. Paris hotel rooms are often small and dark but ours was bright, despite the grey skies. We did not have the hotel breakfast but went to the Brasserie Sainte Placide, right by the bus and metro stops. It was easy to get around the city with the many mass transit options so close by. After a "rough" day of touristing, the lobby bar was a great refuge. The bartender suggested I try Suzze since I like italian amaro. It was not as strong tasting as amaro but became our special way to end each day. We would recommend the hotel heartily to visitors looking for a well located, friendly place to stay.

The bed was a little hard. If you confirm an appointment and then say you don’t have the room, but will be upgraded for one day. It is difficult and inconvenient to have to move. Lovely size rooms for Paris! Very comfortable in every way. The location near St. Germain area was great - many nice restaurants and sights not far away. And if you are a good walker,, still within walking distance of Place de Concorde. The room was very clean, the reception staff were helpful, and the room was quiet. An excellent location for exploring. Close to metro, restaurants, shops. A welcoming atmosphere. Rooms were not as portrayed in photos on hotel website. Though boutique like in design, functionally not designed for travellers. Nowhere to place your suitcase, other than the floor. We did ask for luggage racks, and they brought those up to us. Had an executive room - no “seating area” as depicted. One chair at a small table. The lighting in the bathroom is not great for makeup application. If you know, you know. The beds, pillows, and linens and towels were all comfortable. Shower was great - good pressure and no issues with hot water. The rooms, and hotel in general, were clean and well kept. We had a room facing the courtyard, so noise was not an issue. Other friends had a street facing room - some noise, but so much as to interfere with sleep. The breakfast was very good, with different offerings each day. Although there seemed to people who could assist you in the lobby area, sometimes they were not immediately visible, and had to seek out assistance. I received an email to checkout online, followed the link, which instructed me to check out in person in the lobby. The morning of checkout, the desk was unattended, and had to go looking for someone for assistance. Fair value for the cost. Would stay here again, and recommend - though with so many districts and neighborhoods in Paris, will likely choose another locale.

It seems the entrance 0 floor area was the most renovated and the rooms sorta renovated: the bathrooms are still very small and tight. Staff is certainly professional and friendly. The staff at the hotel were outstanding in all regards! Before our trip and during, helpful in many ways, and interesting, kind, smart people who were a delight to talk with as well! Our room at Victoria Palace was a 10 out of 10! First, sleeping is most key and the king bed was very comfortable, a quiet room, the heat/AC vent was high in the wall and did not blow onto us. There was room for two large suitcases, one on a small bench, one on a fold out stand for easy access. The lighting was very good. Really liked the fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, & hot pot. In addition to an ideal room, the bar in the lobby, pool table, atrium with tables and gym were very nice to use and special among many hotels. The location of the hotel was outstanding. Within 1.5 miles in any direction you could find everything - great restaurants (Cafe Montparnasse is excellent!), Bakery-coffee-patisserie (Thevenin is the best!), museums, shopping (The Bon Marche!), the Seine and Luxembourg Gardens! There are only two tiny changes that could make the bathrooms even nicer than they already are (love the room size and full glass closure for the shower). The two small ideas for changes are a modern update to a back-lit, LED, anti-fog mirror for better lighting in the bathroom for make-up and shaving. The tiny idea would be a lighted make-up mirror that can double as a night light if needed. Another idea is to ask the Bistro Le Palace Cafe right across the street to power-wash their awnings and signs to reflect the nice neighborhood. Victoria Palace Hotel is simply outstanding, one of the best hotels we've stayed in, and we've visited Paris several times. The camaraderie and professionalism of the entire staff were a reflection of excellent management and a very well-run hotel. Can't wait to return to the Victoria Palace Hotel and Paris!

The hotel was nice enough....the website made it look much nicer. We were actually ok with the hotel, not thrilled but ok. What we were not ok with was the attitude of most of the staff. One example, we came in from a long day and the bar was closed...we just wanted a soft drink. The gal said there was a convenience store down the street....we bought some Cokes, but they were warm....I asked if there was an ice machine in the hotel....no....well could you possibly get some for us....why?....because our cokes are warm....the gal make it seem like the biggest chore in the world. The location was not great....and again the staff was rude.

We had such an amazing stay at Victoria Palace Hotel in Paris. We were traveling with our 1.5-year-old baby, so we were a little nervous at first, but the staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire stay. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location, but honestly the people working there are what made the experience special for us. They were always smiling, helped us whenever we needed anything, and were very accommodating with our baby. We would definitely stay here again and really appreciate everything the team did to make our trip so enjoyable.

Cons: Tive uma cobrança indevida de lavanderia, mas que foi devida e rapidamente estornada após a contestação. O barulho do restaurante em frente ao hotel incomoda um pouco, mas nada relevante. Senti falta do outro elevador funcionando. A espera para subir e descer ao quarto incomoda um pouco.

Jesse at the front desk was absolutely fantastic—this was our first trip to Paris, and she went above and beyond to help us understand what to do and how to get around, making us feel completely comfortable from the start. We arrived on a very early flight, and she was able to get us into a room by 12 PM, which we truly appreciated after traveling from New York exhausted. Every morning at breakfast, we were greeted by Fanta and Makhan, who were always smiling, attentive, and eager to help. Their service was outstanding and made each day start on a great note. Cons: One of the two elevators is down and this affects the availability. As a young couple on the 3rd floor this didn’t affect us much but I can imagine for those on the 7th it’s a different story.

Excellent overall experience. Of particular note were the wonderful breakfast staff, Nina, Makan, and Aluin. They made special allowances for my wife to accommodate her jetlag, and remembered our individual preferences over days. And our female bartender provided similar excellent service. Once again, she remembered individual details day after day for us. This is our third visit to the Victoria Palace and each time the staff have done a job over and above what was expected, including making accommodations for us once when our flights were suddenly cancelled due to a pilot strike. All staff, without exception, were cheerful and very helpful. This included getting a bolt cutter to break into our luggage when the lock wouldn’t open. Within a very short period of time. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is full of variety, everything you would expect for a continental in europe. Special thanks to the lovely Nina and her team for looking after us each morning. My daughter and I just enjoyed a wonderful 3 days in Paris at the Victoria Palace Hotel. The room was really spacious and the breakfast was delicious. My daughter particularly liked the teddy bear holding chocolates which was on the bed for her when we arrived. The staff were all very helpful especially those at breakfast and the location was brilliant. We would definitely stay again.

Die Bar war nett, um abends noch ein Bier zu trinken. We were delighted to stay at the Victoria Palace Hotel. Well located, clean and quiet. In an area away from the tourist hustle and bustle, yet with plenty of shops and amenities nearby. The nearby subway stations provide quick access to other parts of the city. The staff is friendly and polite, though I’d like to give a special mention to Nina, our breakfast server, who was extremely attentive and always ready to help us with anything we needed, all with a smile. There is room for improvement in the quality of the breakfast buffet. It isn’t bad and offers a moderate variety, but in a city that has some of the best pastries in the world, the breakfast pastries were mass-produced and of a quality that doesn’t live up to the hotel’s standards or the price of the breakfast. The room was adequate and very clean, but perhaps a bit too small, and the closet was almost non-existent. If you’re staying for several days, you’ll almost have to decide which items to pack in the closet and which ones won’t fit.

Perfect location with a nearby metro station and a plethora of good cafes and restaurants all within a short walking distance. Great staff, who could not do enough for you. A special mention to Tom and Areski. We were in a standard room, which was on the tight size for a four day stay. But other than that we would highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back.

Great location- quiet, sort of secluded but close to everything. It felt safer to be away from the major attractions because of the volume of people 24/7. I walked to all major museums, gardens and the Eiffel Tower with ease. The bathrooms were a normal size (for Americans) and the a/c worked. The staff was very helpful, courteous and helped with any questions I had. They let me check in early which was crucial after a red eye flight. I would stay here again and recommend it!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Victoria Palace, il est parfaitement situé, dans une rue calme et dans un quartier très agréable. Les chambres, tout comme l'hôtel, sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était, quant à lui, très complet! Le vrai plus de l'hôtel est un personnel très attentif, tout en étant discret. Encore un grand merci à Nina, Fanta et Aliouh qui se sont montrés d'une grande gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme exemplaire! Nous reviendrons, sans aucun doute.

Nestled in the heart of the 6th Arrondissement, this hotel offers a fantastic central location. Most major attractions are just a short metro ride away. The spacious and clean room was well-equipped for a city break, featuring large bathrooms with a modern walk-in shower. AC was provided in the room with TV and free WiFi, on whole positive.
Cons: I usually don’t highlight negatives because people are human. However, I did experience some privacy issues during my stay which somewhat overshadowed the positives. On a short stay, I prefer not to bother with daily housekeeping; it’s more of a hassle than a benefit. On the second day, I put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door hoping it would deter housekeeping. Low and behold it didn't, whilst not a big problem it was a minor annoyance. Second day i thought i would speak to reception to pass on the request, after being told 'Just put the sign on the door' after explaining the previous day they agreed to talk to housekeeping. Low and behold i return from my adventures and my rooms has been entered and disturbed. I of course followed this up and got a rather lacklustre response from reception. Day 3 checkout day, at 0900, 1000 and 1100 i get constant pestering and door knocks from housekeeping, moaning about cleaning room etc. Thankfully the chap who checked me in and out was responsive to the incident and provided an apology and corrective action.

I loved every single day of the experience at this hotel and will only be staying here when visiting Paris going forward. The location is perfect, the service is excellent, the breakfast was perfect, the facilities were awesome - 10 out of 10 - no notes! Loved the early check in and the ability to leave luggage while exploring the town as our flight was very late in the evening.
Cons: Try as I might I cannot think of one thing I did not like about this hotel. Perhaps sharing the lift with service staff made for longer waits for the lift - however this had no impact on my experience at the hotel. Still loved everything!

Breakfast was lovely, plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is walking distance to a number of Metro stops, as well as the Luxembourg Gardens, and many neighborhood bistros. The hotel decor is gorgeous, rooms are clean, beds are comfy.
Cons: I did expect our room to be a bit bigger as I'd booked the deluxe size, but we were happy with our stay regardless.

Cons: Quarto muito, muito pequeno. Para a ocupação com 2 pessoas e 2 malas fica praticamente impossível de se mover dentro do quarto. Além disso o armário não tem prateleira e nem gavetas para colocar as roupas. Para piorar no primeiro banho à noite o ralo do box estava entupido e a água invadiu o quarto, molhando o piso e a mala que estava no quarto. Só consegui dormir depois das 23h, depois que um funcionário foi desentupir o ralo e secar o banheiro, o corredor e o quarto. Sei que é uma fatalidade mas foi muito desagradável.

A tastefully presented hotel with very well motivated and friendly staff but with 92 rooms so a possible number of 184 people staying and staff needing to use it, one operational lift just isn't adequate. We used the stairs up and down to the 5th floor our whole stay except arrival and departure when we had luggage but not everyone is able to do this.

Great room and staff. Very clean and spacious 5-8mins walk to two different metro lines, which is helpful to get to various places.
Cons: If it’s your first time to Paris, location is not the best. Takes a train ride to go to most of the places (at least 4-5 stations away).

I have stayed several times at the Victoria Palace Hotel. It is well located for my business travel. The room is perfect and a good temperature, and the staff are quite helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located in a side street off the Rue de Rennes. It is close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was extensive with plenty of choice, including hot food, pastries, fruit and cold meats. The staff were very helpful and professional. The room was well furnished and very clean. The hotel has a sheltered inner courtyard with seating which is a great asset in the warmer months.

The Hotel is perfectly located for the Metro and with a delightful boutique feel. I was greeted by Symphora who checked me in and my room at 1pm was available which was blessing. The room is spotless and feels spacious overlooking a small courtyard. Every little touch was lovely, the bath towels absolutely divine, the bed comfortable, the toiletries were sublime, they don't sell them and I didn't take a photo. The shampoo and conditioner were spa quality my hair felt divine. After a night out I came back and Apollonia mixed me the most amazing not alcoholic ginger cocktail. Thanks to Cloe and Anski who posted cards, told me how to get to the metro etc. I would not recommend the cafe opposite nothing to do with the Hotel but has similar name.
Cons: The hair dryer drove me absolutely mad cutting off just as I started to style my hair, I had two on the go.

The hotel is located in a quiet street off the Rue de Rennes and so is close to many shops, restaurants and the Metro. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is very nicely furnished and decorated. The room was quiet, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of options. The hotel has an inner courtyard with benches and tables that would be great to use in the warmer months of the year.

Stayed at the Victoria Hotel Palace and had a great experience overall. The hotel itself is comfortable, well located, and well maintained, but what really stood out was the staff. Nina in particular was incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to assist and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Her service really added to the experience. Would happily recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The room was very comfortable, although small the layout was very smart and it had a modern design. The location was great, on a quiet street but still close to metros and major attractions. The room and hotel were very clean and kept clean throughout. The service from the staff was amazing and extremely friendly.The amenities seemed good however we did not try them. The only negative we had was the hotel restaurant room service. The food was very expensive and overall not great. We would suggest skipping the restaurant. With that being said, the overall atmosphere was amazing and you definitely get value for what you paid for.

I’m so happy we chose this hotel. We spent a week here and got to know much of the staff. Fanta and Nina, Cloe, were so warm and greeted us each morning for their fabulous breakfast! The entire staff was kind and helpful our entire stay. The hotel is clean with a beautiful lobby, bar and dining area. We prefer boutique hotels as we think you get more personal service and this is certainly true here. We will miss VP but will definitely return! Merci!!

The staff was friendly and helpful, they spoke english, the location was great, across the street they have a great resturant. Its close-by an avenue of shopping + close in vicinity to the city center for sight seeing. The staff also facilitated my fiance with a birthay surprise for me which was incredible.
Cons: I wish there was room service 24 hours, and the phone doesnt always work.

A perfect hotel with very amicable and attentive employees! We were fortunate enough to get a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room, which is styled in perfect French style and detail. When you arrive you step into a lovely entrance and are greeted by two friendly women who explained everything in good English. At breakfast, which is véry good, we were greeted by Nina. She helped us find a nice seat and our favorite food and was overall very attentive throughout the whole breakfast to make sure we had everything we need. The men who worked alongside her were the same, though I don’t have their names. Compliments to them all! We also got to use the fitness and sauna. The manager (I think) was very amicable to give us a little tour before we decided to book it. You can book the fitness and sauna for private use for around 45 minutes and it was a perfect way to start the day healthy and refreshed. Lastly, we were situated in a lovely neighborhood with many metro stations close by. Overall the perfect stay!

The Victoria Palace is a beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. My room, though small, was very comfortable and beautiful. The front of house staff were very helpful, particularly on check out when they arranged early breakfast and a taxi to the airport.

We won breakfast, super cute. So they delivered that to our room. Smooth check-in. Spacious suite with 3 balconies.
Cons: Considering that we booked a suite, I find it quite negative that we didn't even have anything in our mini fridge. Besides that, bed was nice, but a bit too hard. Had hoped for a bit more luxury, considering we bought a suite. Bathroom and toilet was separated also. I had hoped for a wide shower head.

This is our go-to hotel in Paris. The staff is helpful in every way (shoutout to Areski, who was wonderful), location is perfect (close to 3 metro stations, walkable to many restaurants and shops) and lovely rooms with tasteful decor. We especially enjoyed the lovely breakfast - good variety, high quality delicious food, Nina and staff who greeted us every morning and was very kind throughout our stay.

Cons: I have never given a bad review before. Staff were terrible. Four of them sat there everyday/evening as we came and went, they didn’t register us as we’re too busy laughing at TikTok on their laptops. Rooms in Paris are small, but this was tiny. The ensuite really tiny. Breakfast very mediocre for a hotel selling at this level. Fruit not fresh. Coffee from a machine. Tea tasted like dishwater. Internet very intermittent so you couldn’t use the chrome cast without constant interruptions.
