Grossartiges Familienzimmer, d.h. 2 Zimmer in separatem Flur, sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Das Frühstückbuffet war stets lecker und gut organisiert: danke an Fanta, Nina und Makhan! Die Bar war nett, um abends noch ein Bier zu trinken. Und die Lage ist für Paris super, nahe am Jardin du Luxembourg, nicht weit zum Café de Flore oder auch zum Eiffelturm und generell in einem sehr angenehmen Stadtviertel.

Location was great. Not far from a metro stop and fairly central to things we wanted to do. We got a mini suite which was great for my son and I. Plenty of space and a good size bathroom. The hotel itself is just lovely. We would stay here again.

This quaint hotel is on a quiet street just off a bustling avenue. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was well-appointed and very clean. I had a great sleep due to an excellent bed and no noise from the outside world. Priced lower than comparable hotels that I considered. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location with a nearby metro station and a plethora of good cafes and restaurants all within a short walking distance. Great staff, who could not do enough for you. A special mention to Tom and Areski. We were in a standard room, which was on the tight size for a four day stay. But other than that we would highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back.

Great location- quiet, sort of secluded but close to everything. It felt safer to be away from the major attractions because of the volume of people 24/7. I walked to all major museums, gardens and the Eiffel Tower with ease. The bathrooms were a normal size (for Americans) and the a/c worked. The staff was very helpful, courteous and helped with any questions I had. They let me check in early which was crucial after a red eye flight. I would stay here again and recommend it!

Für ein Stadthotel wirklich zu empfehlen. Insbesondere das Frühstück und das Personal am Buffet waren großartig. Insg. war das Hotel sauber, die Zimmer ( und das Bad ) durchaus großzügig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Cons: Die Parkplatzsituation ist - ganz normal für Paris - schlecht. Das nächste Parkhaus ist ein paar Straßen weiter. Aber gerade noch okay.

Me, my wife and my daughter had a great stay at Victoria Palace. The room was spacious, the beds comofortable and the location ideal. The staff were extremely friendly right from our reception on arrival, at the bar and all requests were dealt with promptly and professionally. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Victoria Palace, il est parfaitement situé, dans une rue calme et dans un quartier très agréable. Les chambres, tout comme l'hôtel, sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était, quant à lui, très complet! Le vrai plus de l'hôtel est un personnel très attentif, tout en étant discret. Encore un grand merci à Nina, Fanta et Aliouh qui se sont montrés d'une grande gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme exemplaire! Nous reviendrons, sans aucun doute.

Hotel lobby is quite spacious for Paris standards. Our executive room has also sufficient space and all the amenities we needed. Generally the hotel decor has styles and retro charms. Nestled in the heart of the 6th Arrondissement, this hotel offers a fantastic central location. Most major attractions are just a short metro ride away. The spacious and clean room was well-equipped for a city break, featuring large bathrooms with a modern walk-in shower. AC was provided in the room with TV and free WiFi, on whole positive.

Cons: I usually don’t highlight negatives because people are human. However, I did experience some privacy issues during my stay which somewhat overshadowed the positives. On a short stay, I prefer not to bother with daily housekeeping; it’s more of a hassle than a benefit. On the second day, I put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door hoping it would deter housekeeping. Low and behold it didn't, whilst not a big problem it was a minor annoyance. Second day i thought i would speak to reception to pass on the request, after being told 'Just put the sign on the door' after explaining the previous day they agreed to talk to housekeeping. Low and behold i return from my adventures and my rooms has been entered and disturbed. I of course followed this up and got a rather lacklustre response from reception. Day 3 checkout day, at 0900, 1000 and 1100 i get constant pestering and door knocks from housekeeping, moaning about cleaning room etc. Thankfully the chap who checked me in and out was responsive to the incident and provided an apology and corrective action.

I loved every single day of the experience at this hotel and will only be staying here when visiting Paris going forward. The location is perfect, the service is excellent, the breakfast was perfect, the facilities were awesome - 10 out of 10 - no notes! Loved the early check in and the ability to leave luggage while exploring the town as our flight was very late in the evening.

Cons: Try as I might I cannot think of one thing I did not like about this hotel. Perhaps sharing the lift with service staff made for longer waits for the lift - however this had no impact on my experience at the hotel. Still loved everything!

Breakfast was lovely, plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is walking distance to a number of Metro stops, as well as the Luxembourg Gardens, and many neighborhood bistros. The hotel decor is gorgeous, rooms are clean, beds are comfy.

Cons: Quarto muito, muito pequeno. Para a ocupação com 2 pessoas e 2 malas fica praticamente impossível de se mover dentro do quarto. Além disso o armário não tem prateleira e nem gavetas para colocar as roupas. Para piorar no primeiro banho à noite o ralo do box estava entupido e a água invadiu o quarto, molhando o piso e a mala que estava no quarto. Só consegui dormir depois das 23h, depois que um funcionário foi desentupir o ralo e secar o banheiro, o corredor e o quarto. Sei que é uma fatalidade mas foi muito desagradável.

A tastefully presented hotel with very well motivated and friendly staff but with 92 rooms so a possible number of 184 people staying and staff needing to use it, one operational lift just isn't adequate. We used the stairs up and down to the 5th floor our whole stay except arrival and departure when we had luggage but not everyone is able to do this.

The hotel is conveniently located in a side street off the Rue de Rennes. It is close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was extensive with plenty of choice, including hot food, pastries, fruit and cold meats. The staff were very helpful and professional. The room was well furnished and very clean. The hotel has a sheltered inner courtyard with seating which is a great asset in the warmer months.

The Hotel is perfectly located for the Metro and with a delightful boutique feel. I was greeted by Symphora who checked me in and my room at 1pm was available which was blessing. The room is spotless and feels spacious overlooking a small courtyard. Every little touch was lovely, the bath towels absolutely divine, the bed comfortable, the toiletries were sublime, they don't sell them and I didn't take a photo. The shampoo and conditioner were spa quality my hair felt divine. After a night out I came back and Apollonia mixed me the most amazing not alcoholic ginger cocktail. Thanks to Cloe and Anski who posted cards, told me how to get to the metro etc. I would not recommend the cafe opposite nothing to do with the Hotel but has similar name.

The hotel is very nicely furnished and decorated. The room was quiet, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of options. The hotel has an inner courtyard with benches and tables that would be great to use in the warmer months of the year.

The room and hotel were very clean and kept clean throughout. The service from the staff was amazing and extremely friendly.The amenities seemed good however we did not try them. The only negative we had was the hotel restaurant room service. The food was very expensive and overall not great. We would suggest skipping the restaurant. With that being said, the overall atmosphere was amazing and you definitely get value for what you paid for.

I’m so happy we chose this hotel. We spent a week here and got to know much of the staff. Fanta and Nina, Cloe, were so warm and greeted us each morning for their fabulous breakfast! The entire staff was kind and helpful our entire stay. The hotel is clean with a beautiful lobby, bar and dining area. We prefer boutique hotels as we think you get more personal service and this is certainly true here. We will miss VP but will definitely return! Merci!!

A perfect hotel with very amicable and attentive employees! We were fortunate enough to get a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room, which is styled in perfect French style and detail. When you arrive you step into a lovely entrance and are greeted by two friendly women who explained everything in good English. At breakfast, which is véry good, we were greeted by Nina. She helped us find a nice seat and our favorite food and was overall very attentive throughout the whole breakfast to make sure we had everything we need. The men who worked alongside her were the same, though I don’t have their names. Compliments to them all! We also got to use the fitness and sauna. The manager (I think) was very amicable to give us a little tour before we decided to book it. You can book the fitness and sauna for private use for around 45 minutes and it was a perfect way to start the day healthy and refreshed. Lastly, we were situated in a lovely neighborhood with many metro stations close by. Overall the perfect stay!

This is our go-to hotel in Paris. The staff is helpful in every way (shoutout to Areski, who was wonderful), location is perfect (close to 3 metro stations, walkable to many restaurants and shops) and lovely rooms with tasteful decor. Four of them sat there everyday/evening as we came and went, they didn’t register us as we’re too busy laughing at TikTok on their laptops. Rooms in Paris are small, but this was tiny. The ensuite really tiny. Breakfast very mediocre for a hotel selling at this level. Fruit not fresh. Coffee from a machine. Tea tasted like dishwater. Internet very intermittent so you couldn’t use the chrome cast without constant interruptions.

Staff are so welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond on our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, the views were breathtaking from our balcony. We didn’t want to leave. The hotel and everyone who works here have left a lasting impression on me and my now fiancé (he said yes! I never managed to tell the staff as we were in a hurry to leave. Cons: We did find the room very noisy and warm. There was no Air Con as it was set automatically to heat and the window opened out to the bar opposite which was too noisy to fall asleep with it open. I would recommend this hotel for one or two nights maximum due to lack of sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at The Victoria Palace for my daughters 10th birthday. The absolute highlight was opening the curtains to see a view of The Eiffel Tower! It was incredibly special and we loved being able to lie in bed and watch The Tower sparkle each night. The hotel staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great and its really well situated. We will definitely be back!

Cons: Pillows. It may be better to have a second one for each person. Another thing is the room. Better to have a little bit larger room but this might be on our choice of room type. I know that rooms are generally smaller in Paris but anyway, one will always seek for a better one :)

This was not our first visit to Victoria Palace and it will not be our last. We love the neighborhood and that it is tucked away in a little side street but close to a vibrant neighborhood. I had a nice enough stay here. Although the service was slightly disappointing when I first arrived, it greatly improved through the week as I met other lovely staff members. I didn't feel welcome when I arrived, and in general the staff seems to be friends with each other so they naturally speak French together as if no one is around. This also made it challenging to focus on work in the lounge area, so it's probably not the best hotel for a work trip. It also made the hotel seem a bit unprofessional. When I had to do work, I therefore chose to sit in my hotel room instead. Breakfast area is extremely small and on a busy Saturday morning guests sit centimeters apart from each other. The breakfast is also very focused on sweet food. A big focus on chocolate, cakes and sugary buns. There could've been healthier alternatives, such as chia puddings / smoothies / potato scones. Fanta and Nina were energetic and very kind. Housekeeping was also lovely. They are a big asset to this hotel, my room was always clean. The evening staff are also very friendly and kind. Overall, I couldn't see much difference between this hotel and other hotels e.g. Mercure. It felt overpriced for what you really get. Especially the room service, which was not appealing and made me lose my appetite. See attached photo of e.g. the sweet potato I ordered, their photo on the menu vs. the reality. The fries were old and soggy - I chose not to eat them. The fish was tiny and it all comes in takeaway boxes so it's not really presentable. Not what you would expect from a hotel bravely choosing the name "palace". Don't think I will return here, although I did like the central location. Would recommend Hotel Doisy, I have stayed there 3 times and will likely return there instead for my next Paris trip.

It was very inviting, quiet, clean and a safe place to stay. The Senior Front Desk Manager Areski was so helpful and friendly with dinner reservations and transportation to the airport. From the warm welcome to when we said aurevoir we adored our 3 night stay at the Victoria Palace Hotel. The location was superb with the added bonus of wonderful shops in the immediate surrounds. A very easy beautiful walk to Jardin de Luxembourg amongst other feasts for the eyes. Back to Victoria Palace, the ambience, attention to detail, decor, the staff were all superb and enhanced our experience no end. Our Junior Suite was beautifully decorated and the terrace was another treasure. I know only too well how many hours are spent searching for the perfect hotel in Paris- let me assure you you won’t be disappointed at the Victoria Palace Hotel on any measure.

The hotel is tucked away from the hussle and bussle of Paris. It was our second time staying here as we appreciated the convenience of walking to many restaurants, museums and stores. We had a noise complaint of our room and it took management a few days to move us, as the problem couldn’t be resolved. They moved us to the same category room but with balconies. Staff was nice and helpful with suggestions of restaurants and booking us a tour to Notre Dame Cathedral.

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was fantastic. The location was amazing which allowed us to mainly walk everywhere without talking the metro; a must for me in Paris! The staff was very friendly (rare find in this city). The breakfast was very complete and the breakfast staff was helpful and always received us with a smile. The room was small but clean that’s what counts , the shampoos/conditioner were actually quite good and could be used. Oh and we were there during Halloween and the kids very much appreciated the candy bags that were prepared for them in the lobby and the facts that the hotel was decorated. Just a lovely touch. And they also had a classy ice cream machine at the entrance and a umbrella dispenser where you could rent one for 2euro. We did not use these but it was a lovely idea. We will absolutely come back throughout the year. I hope they maintain this standard!

Cons: I would suggest adding a couple more towel hangers in the bathroom (there were only 2 in our room). And it would be nice to have a mini fridge that’s stacked with something to drink and a snack. Otherwise the fidge seems somewhat sad.

After five days in Amsterdam then a Eurostar train to Paris, we settled in for a ten day stay at the Victoria Palace Hotel. This was our second time staying there so we knew what to expect. The location is perfect for lots of reasons. You will fill like a local and see the day to day on goings of the locals. If you love to walk you are close to many of the things Paris is known for. And you will always see more stuff if you can take a short walk. Parks, restaurants, beautiful high-end shops, open street markets, chocolates, pastries and much more. There is an excellent metro system that's five minutes from the hotel that for a couple Euros gives you access to everything. If your day starts early, you will see people going to work or school. The rooms are nice but like many hotels in Paris a little small. They are cleaned daily and restocked with whatever is needed. There is a lovely inside courtyard that helps with some of the noise. The thing we enjoyed the most was the breakfast that was served daily. A little bit of French and American tastes. Very satisfying in all ways. We are up early so it was a great way to get out the door and take on the day. The staff was very welcoming and after ten days we got to know several. Fanta and Jean Richard both gave great service at breakfast and were very friendly. The front desk was great for directions and checking in and out. They also will help with taxi services. We do plan on returning to Paris. There is always more to see. And I am sure that the Victoria Palace Hotel will be on our list.

Very nice boutique hotel, set back from the loud street. Our room “executive”, on the 2nd floor, was fairly dark, overlooking the courtyard. Thankfully given that it’s October people weren’t out, so it was not loud. We needed to air the room out because of the (for me) overzealous room freshener. They were respectful of our wishes to not spray the room while we were there. The room itself was extremely peaceful and quiet, with nice lighting and a great shower.

The detail to each room ( I have been in 3 categories of rooms on different visits) have an emphasis on comfort ( great beds!) and comestables for the shower and sink are such a good quality. Plenty of towels and a fresh soft, all cotton robe tops the exprience off. Breakfast is good and the sitting /work areas function well. Great Wifi ! And of course - the location in Arrondisment 6 is alive and thriving with so many restaurants, couffures, specialty shops, and Bon Marche!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was on a quiet side street. The rooms were beautiful with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The gym was small with a different style of gym equipment and weights but we did use it both days we were there. We especially enjoyed the sauna. You need to sign up for a time slot at the gym and only you can use it during that time. We paid extra for the breakfast which was delicious and well worth it. I recommend this hotel!

The Hotel was good value and in a central location for seeing many of the sites around Paris. The room and hotel generally were very clean and housekeeping was very good. The breakfast was brilliant and all the food staff were very friendly and accommodating every morning, which was a nice way to start the day.

Cons: The double bed was two single beds pushed together which wouldn't have been a problem, had they not had a border which stuck up into the middle of the bed making for a somewhat uncomfortable night. The front of house staff also seemed a little inexperienced so we had a hiccup checking in, and were somewhat aloof when coming and going from the hotel but if you're just there to stay then it's neither here nor there.

Outstanding hotel in every way! My best friend and I traveled to Paris to celebrate her birthday. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We emailed ahead of our stay asking for help with dinner reservations, and they were very responsive. We arrived early in the morning, so our room was not yet ready. Jesse asked us if we wanted to freshen up until our room was ready and showed us to a spacious bathroom in the gym area and held our luggage for us. She also proactively called us to tell us when our room was ready, which is something nobody has ever done at any hotel I've ever stayed at. We shared an executive room with a king bed. The room was very clean and spacious with two closets, a large, separate bathroom with plenty of counter and shelf space, hooks for towels and really nice thick towels. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to not feel like we were in each other's way. The location was excellent - off a main street and exceptionally quiet. We walked everywhere and could get to everything within 30 minutes by walking - I think there's a metro stop around the corner. Plenty of bistros, restaurants and shopping everywhere. For the service, location, cost and amenities, I HIGHLY recommend the Victoria Palace Hotel!

Location excellent for Metro and bus. 30+ minute walk to Notre Dame and Eiffel Tower Room a bit small for extended stay and curious why rooms did not have drawers for storage. I understand the fitness room is small, necessitating appointment time. I am accustomed to using gym as desired. I was a bit upset by the absence of sanitizing wipes. The equipment is esthetically pleasing, but not as user friendly as accustomed to in the USA. I am 5' 4" and had difficulty using Peletron bike. My wife could not use the equipment. Life fitness machines are the standard in the USA. They have interactive screens and adjustable seats. Maybe with redesigning layout of gym a few other machines for core muscle groups (i.e. hamstring, quads) could be incorporated

So we returned for the 2nd time to the hotel and were welcomed again by Tom at the reception.He makes the entire stay a pleasant and special. He took care of all our needs and we did have some as our daughter and granddaughter decided to join and Tom immediately made the most comfortable arrangements and setting for us to be together. His attitude makes the difference. He recommended excellent restaurants and gave helpful advice. The hotel should be proud to have such personnel . Will definitely come back again.

The hotel does not appear to be very impressive from outside. However, once we got into our room, we were very impressed. The room was very clean and nice decorated. The supplies in the room are close to 5-star hotels. More importantly, the front desk staffs (e.g., Tom, etc) are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, easy walk to everywhere. I would definitely come back.

We loved the hotel and the view from our balcony on our junior suite. The balcony was a very good size and we enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting outside. The hotel itself is very nice as well. Very quaint traditional style with cozy sitting rooms and and a courtyard with sitting area within the hotel.

Cons: The only downside and not really anything wrong with the hotel, it was a little further from St. Germaine Des Pres than expected. The neighborhood was very nice, just a little further walk than expected.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel a few years back, I was sorely disappointed in the service and cleanliness. For a hotel that markets itself as a “luxury boutique” hotel, I was shocked to find the staff sitting in a coworking space (designed for guests) adjacent to the entry rather than standing to greet guests in the reception area. There was no concierge and no bell boy to help me with my bags. The hotel’s excuse was that as a 4-star hotel they are not required to have a concierge. This is absurd. I have been to 4-star hotel with Golden Key concierge staff (the highest level of training possible). Needless to say, don’t expect help from the hotel staff to make dinner reservations, print out the train schedule, or help you with your bags. You’re on your own at Victoria Palace. Furthermore, while I like the decor, the cleaning is subpar, as there was mold in my shower and stains on the carpet. This once lustrous hotel has seen better days—and better service!

We very much enjoyed the Victoria Palace Hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel spotlessly clean. The rooms were also nicely appointed and again, spotlessly clean. The breakfast in the morning was quite good with Fanta and Nina keeping it looking like a scene out of Better House and Garden. While the food was good, we were there for 6 days and found it repetitive. Still, it got us off to a good start for the day. The location provided quick access to the Metro system and was surrounded by some very nice restaurants. We would, without any doubt, stay at this hotel again.

We appreciated being close to so many different metro lines and having a wide variety of restaurants and cafes to choose from. We would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed this hotel a lot. Excellent location within walking distance to terrific restaurants recommended by the hotel staff. Hotel staff member, Areski, was amazing. He sent us to two restaurants we loved and made us feel like special guests. We shall miss seeing him but we will be back because of the whole experience and we will recommend this hotel to friends. This place is very clean and decorated tastefully. It is within close proximity to the Saint Placide metro station.

We hoped hotel would match some of the great reviews we’d seen… but it easily surpassed them. Our highlights were… Early arrival we had a very warm welcome from the reception taking care of our bags and arranging a nice coffee for us. Our wonderful room a very generous size with a really big bathroom All the staff are amazing, reception staff are just fantastic they really understand great customer service and seem to want to make your visit special Nina in the breakfast room is just lovely she found out it was our 40th wedding anniversary and disappeared for 10 minutes only to come back with a lovely plate of beautiful cakes with a candle in them. She, like the reception staff represents the culture of this lovely hotel. They want to represent and deliver an extraordinary guest experience and they do it so well. We still have two more days left before we have to go back home to the UK but already have plans to return to this wonderful hotel

If you’re looking for a lovely, boutique hotel on the West Bank, Victoria, Palace Hotel is a gem. I can’t guarantee it, but they upgraded us without asking or charging us when we checked in. They all worked to see that we had a lovely time and we’re taken care of. The front desk personnel made sure we had excellent recommendations for dining, and were helpful with other arrangements. The breakfast array of food is very good and the staff there were cheerful and accommodating.

Cons: The gym was for one person at a time and you had to book a time slot. Never heard of this concept before. We were sightseeing all day and never knew what time we would be back to the hotel, and so, I never got to use the gym or even see it.

Had a fabulous time staying at Victorias Palace palace. We met the most capable hotel staff who helped us navigate our day to day itinerary. The breakfasts were also excellent: fresh was fresh, cold was cold, hot was hot, clean was clean and coffee—par excellence. Just a very nice stay for retired people who were in Paris to chillax. Adorable boutique hotel on a quiet side street but not too far from everything. They were very accommodating and even gave us a discount when our TV was not working correctly. The only thing negative was that no one would answer the phone when calling down to the front desk so I would just walk down to find someone to speak too. Otherwise, lovely hotel, comfortable bed and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend a stay there.

We had an excellent stay at Vitória Palace in Paris! The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very beginning. Since it was our honeymoon, the reception in our room was absolutely beautiful and made everything even more special. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality. Our room was perfect – spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a bed that guaranteed a wonderful night’s sleep. Everything was flawless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Cons: The bed was very hard. The lightning in the toilet was awful. Young staff with little knowledge at the front desk (were not able to give restaurant recommendations, lacking training). Breakfast area really crowded (but that's Paris I guess) and the breakfast staff not very welcoming (chatting with each other and on their phones).

Perfect location right in the middle of the bustling 6th arondissement, but set back on a quiet street. Within walking distance of two metro stations and many restaurants and shops. I only wish the air conditioning worked more effectively. We're used to much lower temperatures in the U.S. and had trouble sleeping at night because it was so hot.

The property has a nice theme and was well designed. Location is ok but a bit far from the main attractions.

Cons: 1- Cleanliness in general was okay , however, we checked in to a stained cover. Picture available . 2- The shower overflows and doesn’t drain water properly. Contacted the hotel and they didn’t nothing. 3- Hotel is a bit old do when the door is closed the headboard moves. Room is not sturdy.

I had to book alternative accommodation in St Germain Paris at a moments notice having tested positive to COVID after a 12 day sea cruise. I immediately contacted The Victoria Palace Hotel, through my booking agency as I had stayed there previously 2 years ago and loved it then. The Victoria Palace Hotel team were so helpful in providing a room for initially 3 nights. They allowed me to extend my stay by a further 3 nights until I tested negative, then I was able to join my partner and family at our intended Paris accommodation.
