c’est un établissement super classe, avec un personnel remarquablement dévoué, empathique et aux petits soins permanents pour toutes les demandes des clients. La seule chose qui a été négative est le room service. Ma mauvaise expérience est détaillée dans le paragraphe suivant

Cons: expérience catastrophique franchement avec le room service de l’hôtel ! J’ai fait une commande téléphonique pour un dîner en chambre, à 21h avec une promesse du room service de service en chambre dans les 40 minutes suivant ma commande. Mais celle-ci n’a été honorée que plus de deux heures plus tard, après quatre ou cinq réclamations au standard et à la conciergerie! En fait, l’agent du room service a livré nos plateaux dans une mauvaise chambre et ne s’est pas inquiété de savoir si c’étaient les bons demandeurs!… Il est rentré chez lui sans prévenir personne et ce n’est que 2h30 plus tard que nous avons pu dîner…! c’est assez scandaleux. Cela est une faute énorme dans l’organisation du service. Cette critique est faite non pas dans le but de casser l’hôtel qui est merveilleux, mais dans le but unique de faire en sorte que les responsables soient informés de ce défaut de fonctionnement majeur dans leur room service qui pourrait nuire leur réputation de façon très importante.

The staff are all exceptional, very friendly and eager to help. All professional and very welcoming. We were traveling with a 2 year old and at some point I ran of nappies. My husband was at a work conference at the time and I wasnt comfortable going to supermarket myself as I noticed crossing the road can be quite tricky at times specially with a toddler. The reception and door man staff offered to buy the nappies for me and the door man visited several shops to try and obtain the exact ones I needed. Always going above and beyond! Rooms are clean and spacious, food was wonderful. Kids club was exceptional, huge space with variety of activities, toys and clean bathrooms.

Cons: Minor points really - sometimes water wouldnt be replenished in our room, some of the laundry wasnt washed properly and still smelled though they quickly rectified this once we brought it to thier attention.

Sehr angenehmes, freundliches Ambiente. Wir hatten die Junior-Suite mit Aufmerksamkeiten im Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab ein sehr großes Frühstücksbuffet, das man im Freien genießen kann. Das Fitnesscenter ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Cons: Dass es den Gästen am Pool gestattet ist zu rauchen. Wenn man direkt daneben liegt, wird man durch den Rauch belästigt.

L’hôtel est vraiment très agréable, idéalement situé, parfaitement propre et le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Un grand merci à Asma, la Guest Experience Manager, qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement et est restée disponible tout au long de notre séjour afin de s’assurer que tout se passe parfaitement. Tout était réuni pour un séjour réussi : un service irréprochable et une expérience tout simplement parfaite.

Très bon emplacement géographique. Situé idéalement pour découvrir la ville à pieds. Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse. Les plats proposés au restaurant sont de très bonne qualité.

Cons: Énorme déception ! Habitués à la chaîne Barrière , l'hôtel n'est clairement pas au niveau. Très peu de choix pour le PDJ, énormément de sucré et peu de salé. Literie horrible, le matelas en Junior suite releve plus d'une planche de bois que d'un matelas. Personnes sensibles du dos, vous pouvez fuir !Pour un établissement 5*, sous l'enseigne Barrière, je trouve ça inacceptable. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception, il nous a été répondu que le service d'étage viendrait mettre un sur-matelas. Le problème a donc l'air d'être connu.. il serait peut-être temps de changer les matelas ! Concernant le Spa, même constat. Massage en cabine duo, les tables de massages ressemblent à des planches de bois en termes de confort plutôt qu'à des tables de massage. La prise en charge par la praticienne est d'une telle rapidité, sans intimité pour se déshabiller, qu'on est bien loin du moment de détente recherché. Encore une fois nous sommes bien loin des standards internationaux et des standards Barrière. Je passerai sur les cocktails commandés à la piscine qui arrivent après le plat casiment terminé, dans un verre rempli pour moitié et presque imbuvable. C'est à se demander ce jour-là s'il y avait un barman sachant les faire alors que la veille ils étaient excellents. Pour finir, notre vol étant à 18h nous avons demandé à conserver la chambre moyennant supplément bien sûr et la réceptionniste a refusé. Raison, la chambre est en arrivée...alors que la veille elle nous précisait que l'hôtel n'était pas plein...aucune envie donc de faire un effort pour la satisfaction client. En conclusion, hôtel plus que décevant pour un établissement Barrière alors qu'il en a le potentiel et que je ne conseillerai à personne vu l'absence de qualité des prestations.

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, attentionné et serviable, que ce soit à la réception, conciergerie, service de restauration, chauffeurs, etc... mention spéciale à Linda et Zacharia (les noms de familles ne sont pas mentionnés volontairement) qui ont fait de ce séjour un moment encore plus plaisant

wo soll ich anfangen? das Naoura hat eine fantastische Lage in der Stadt: direkt neben der Medina, direkt neben der ville nouvelle. Koutubia-Moschee, Jemna el fna: 500 m entfernt. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll, dezent, die Räume grosszügist (unser ‚Normalzimmer‘ hatte 46m2 und zwei Bäder), das inbegriffene Frühstücksbüfett vielfältig u frisch. Und dann die Entspannung am Pool, gepflegte Atmosphäre, grosszügig. Als letztes: das Personal, der Service - so beindruckend, weil leise, zugewandt, aufmerksam und freundlich- wie wir es in Europa kaum noch kennen - ganz ehrlich: wir hätten auch eine 11 vergeben.

J'avais pris une suite et je ne fus pas déçu du confort de la chambre. J'y ai trouvé deux magnifiques salles de bains et une literie de très grande qualité. De plus, la piscine étant grande et la température de l'eau parfaite. Vous. pouvez y aller sans hésiter.

Выяснилось, что у провайдера отеля грузинский банк в чёрном списке. Стресс. Наличных взяли немного. Проблема была именно в отеле, в самом городе карты (как и во всём мире!) принимали в digital-версии.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Barrière Naoura. La qualité de service est remarquable du début à la fin. Le personnel se montre attentionné, professionnel et aux petits soins sans être intrusif. Chaque demande est traitée avec sourire et efficacité. Les chambres sont spacieuses, élégamment décorées et parfaitement entretenues. L'atmosphère générale de l'hôtel respire la sérénité. Malgré un bon taux d'occupation, le calme règne partout, que ce soit dans les espaces communs ou aux abords de la piscine. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation pour quiconque recherche un séjour alliant luxe, confort et tranquillité.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans un très beau cadre. Le Naoura est un véritable coup de cœur. Cet hôtel est très bien situé : il permet de profiter du centre ville à pied tout en étant au calme. Le petit-déjeuner est un joli buffet de produits frais, il est très complet et diversifié. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aprécié la cuisine inspirée des restaurants de l’établissement. L'Hotel bénéficie d'une équipe de professionnels très agréable, avenante et bienveillante. Le personnel est toujours de bon conseil et prêt à vous faciliter le sejour. Un hommage tout particulier à Karima qui a veillé sur nous pendant ces 4 jours avec beaucoup de compétence, de gentillesse et toujours avec le sourire. Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünscht. Die Lage direkt in der Medina ist sehr angenehm, wenn man die Altstadt von Marrakesch erkunden möchte. Man kann sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß besichtigen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

I was very disappointed that we stayed at hotel & Ryads after our stay at Sofitel. My friend had wanted to try this hotel out but it was disappointing. When we got dropped off, the doorman did not help us with our bags, greet us or tell us where to go. We asked him where check in is. Then after checking in at 3- we had a tour booked at 3:30 and wanted to get our luggage in our room before but no one brought it up until my friend went down at 3:20 to get it herself. The room was nice but turn down service wasn’t comparable- not really much except closing the curtains and placing a bottle of water next to the bed. The restaurant is dated- looks quite old and there’s nowhere I’d want to spend time in the hotel (there’s an indoor lounge). We did enjoy the spa and the gym. There is a nice steam room and pool. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again.

Perfect combination of quiet yet close to the new part of city and old town Medina. Lots of restaurant and cafes all walking distance. AC goes off periodically on a schedule so you have to power off and on to turn it on.

Une mention spéciale pour le concierge qui nous a organisé toutes nos sorties et déplacements. Je salue Toute l’équipe et Zahra à la réception . Séjour idéal avec des adolescents. We stayed at the Naoura for a week over half term. This is a good hotel however I struggle to accept the 5 star rating. The service was at time chaotic and confused. We had two rooms, one a nicely refurbished suite and the other a three bedroom Ryad which was looking very tired. We had a constant battle to get complimentary water, had to chase for toilet paper and to get room service plates etc removed after use. All this despite spending £1000 per night for the Ryad room alone. The SPA pool is in desperate need of refurbishment with some electrical fittings hanging loose in a wet environment which was a worry, as children are allowed in before 1pm. The outdoor pool is very nice, the hotel location is brilliant. Amine in reception was always trying to help. The staff in general were always pleasant and tried to help but I fear lack managerial direction.

Cons: Rooms are poorly insulated, windows onto the balcony are old and lock themselves when closed while being outside. If you are travelling alone, you may be forced to shout for help outside the hotel balcony hoping a member of staff will be there to help and let you back inside your room. Breakfast is not as good as it should be for an hotel of this level. Bathrooms (Shower and Sink area) do not have doors.

Hôtel & Ryads Barrière Le Naoura is a beautiful, clean and well kept hotel. We stayed at the beginning of our trip and again at the end. Both rooms were clean and very comfortable. The end of the trip we had a suite, which was exceptional. As for the staff...courteous, friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a short walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and into the medina. Breakfast was good and the dining areas, both inside and outside, are very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel should I return to Marrakech.

I have traveled the world - this is one of the cleanest properties I have ever seen. Every room, every service, every corner is pristine. Gorgeous Hammam included with your stay. The poolside‘s food is excellent. You can have a more formal lunch overlooking the pool which we did upon arrival- or a more casual lunch poolside. All delicious. The pool was super clean and the towel boys provide plush, thick, new towels. The service at this hotel is second to none. I would say the service here is as wonderful as any Mandarin Oriental hotel worldwide. We had room 225 overlooking the pool. Gorgeous spacious room with a king size bed. East straight 10 minute walk to the famous market/souk Jemaa el-Fnaa. The location is the crossroads between the modern Marrakesh and old Marrakesh. The location is 10/10. The hotel is perfect for a family vacation and can be very romantic and sexy for a couple’s getaway. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is also great. Walking distance to the tourist attractions. We used the taxi service in town to avoid walking a lot and it was affordable and easy. There is no Uber. I stayed at this property for five days and stayed in a four bedroom raid at $820 USD a night. With prices like that you would think you’re getting five star service and top notch accommodations. That was not what we got. Instead we found a dead cockroach, left dish from room service for three days, and an air conditioning system that broke down every night. One night it was so hot we had to go to the front desk at 2am and see if someone could come fix it. The bathroom also had a moldy and sewage smell to it and the floors were completely filthy it’s as if they didn’t mop the floors in a while or do any type of deep cleaning in a while. In terms of service it was lacking, when ordering room service on the phone they never got the order right. They would come to the door one or two time to retake the order and still get it wrong. Their restaurant price are expensive but food was delicious. If you’re going to spend this type of money I’d say stay at the four seasons or Nobu.

Super locatie, Medina goed bereikbaar. Ligt net buiten het centrum waardoor je geen drukte ervaart van het centrum. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Sfeer in hotel is goed. makkelijk te bereiken vanuit de airport. Het zwembas is supergoed verwarmd : 28 graden heerlijk om in te springen en vrij groot 20-25 meter lang schat ik. Erg comfortabel. Ook voor kleine kinderen. De kamers zijn fraai en warm ingericht veel ruimte, fijn balkon. deurklinken sanitair netjes. Hoewel de fitness ruimte werd verbouwd hebben ze vervangende fitness ruimte gemaakt. Waarschijnlijk is fitness ruimte volgende maand klaar. (zie onder)

Cons: Belangrijkste wat tegenviel waren de bedden: wij vonden ze te hard. Het personeel heeft het opgelost door twee dekbedden op de matras te leggen. Door de houten vloer heb je snel zand binnen. Het handig om af te spreken met houskeeping om dagelijks te dweilen. De fitnessruimte werd helaas verbouwd, Wel hadden ze vervangende fitness gemaakt: hardloop, fiets liggend en fiets gewoon; trilplaat en dumbbels tot 5 kg. Er was een fitness trainer aanwezig die je kan helpen. Fitness bank.

The property was wonderful and the perfect size/amount of guests. The pool was amazing with the perfect sunbathing area. Breakfast was good and we had option of having to our room as well which we did a couple of times. The location was ideal, close to walk to most places and we only got taxis if we were eating out at night time. We often had lunch at the hotel pool restaurant which was lovely also and relaxing atmosphere. The only thing I would have to complain about is the AC in the rooms, we weren't sure if this worked properly and both My mum and I had a stuffy nose/sore throat in the mornings. Overall staff couldn't have been nicer & the rooms/facilities were perfect and I will definitely be back!!

Fantastic and clean hotel. We traveled as a family. Had a great time during our stay. Hotel had a Great swimming pool, hamam, beauty bar. There is a small kids club but my kids were not interested and would prefer the swimming pool. Staff were super friendly and present. The hotel is great it the city is ok. Maybe it’s somewhere you want to visit once!

I’m beyond disappointed in my stay with this hotel. First of all the rooms were boiling at night, we asked if we could have assistance with the AC( I assumed it wasn’t working) as it was so hot at night, we were told there is no AC in this hotel. We then asked how about a fan? The reception staff laughed and said no madam no fans and hung up. We booked treatments at the spa and were told we have to pay in cash only or no treatments. So we booked one treatment for the same day as we had the cash for that. This should have been a simple wash and blow dry. My sister attended the appointment after swimming expecting a wash and blowdry. The hairdresser proceeded to blowdry her chlorine filled dirty hair. She asked can I have my hair washed please it’s full of chlorine. To which she was told I don’t do washing and tried to carry on blow drying her hair! When at breakfast, we would sit and wait to be addressed, noticed or have our orders taken. We would see tables with 3 staff to them but ours was empty? No idea what the prejudice was here but I’ve never experienced it so. Was very disgusted by it. One night we ordered room service, the online menu in the welcome pack wasn’t working. So we went to reception to ask for a menu. They said they don’t have any. So we went back to the room called the room service option, told them and they said we only have the following. Which were limited options very limited, it wasn’t even late at night but no apologies for any inconvenience.

Cons: Style de la chambre un peu suranné mais cela reste agréable. Quelques détails de vieillissement (joints de la baignoire noircis par exemple) et pourtant l’hôtel est bien entretenu dans l’ensemble. Très peu de verdure. Trop minéral. Prix trop élevé au vu du vieillissement de l’hôtel et de certains matériaux (carrelage imitation parquet mélangé avec le marbre…un entre deux de rénovation un peu raté…)

Cons: AC was inconsistent and didn’t work for the first day. None in breakfast restaurant either. We were promised our parents would be looked after for the day they were there themselves but they were asked to leave the room earlier than agreed and had to stay out in the heat for the whole rest of their last day. No response when I emailed my complaint. Had to ask at least twice or remind again when ordered something at restaurant or to the room. Considering it’s a small boutique feeling hotel, there isn’t a lot of personal feeling or understanding of their visitors.

We rented a ryad in a 5-star hotel which was expensive. We naturally expected luxury level accommodations. I'm sorry to say that this wasn't the case. Our ryad was due for a renovation. In terms of service the staff was friendly but sometimes things would take a long time. For example, both the light bulbs in one of the bathrooms were out and we had to ask for them to be replaced two days in a row, for it to finally get handled.

This is an excellent 5 star hotel in a great location very close to the centre of Marrakech. The rooms are very large and beautifully presented. The central swimming pool is great and it was a delight to stay there. However there were 2 significant issues: 1) The air conditioning was turned off for winter. The rooms were warm 23deg at night and this was too hot for comfortable sleeping. When I pay €400 a night I expect to be able to control the room temperature. 2) The noise transfer from the room above was completely unacceptable. Every foot step on the hard floor above, was heard directly below. The occupants of the room above returned each night at 1am and walked around their room for 30-60 minutes before finally going to sleep. This woke both of us up each night and in not acceptable for a hotel of this quality and price. Overall an excellent hotel that is let down by 2 serious issues. If these issues are resolved we would be delighted to return.

The hotel is excellent. Location is perfect walking distance from Jemaa El Fnaa. Room are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choices. The staff are very professional especially Karima at the front desk. She is very kind and very helpful. It was my birthday, she suggested to my wife to make a surprise. Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights at the Hotel and Ryads Barriérre Le Naoura and had a wonderful time. We were personally greeted by the manager Hicham Halquani. He warmly welcomed us and surprised us with an unforgettable upgrade! The rooms were very spacious with fresh flowers, bottles of water, and fruit provided. The closets were very large and provided ample room for our clothes. The sizeable bathrooms had both a shower and bathtub. The terrace overlooked the pool and was quite roomy. The oversized pool and lounge chairs were quite refreshing as it was over 100℉ each day. We had breakfast each day and the food was amazing! Omelets were made to order, there was a wide range of fruits, pastries, breads, cereals, yogurts, fresh-squeezed orange juice, coffee, and of course-mint tea! The location is ideal on a quieter street a few minutes walk to the main square Jemaa el-Fnaa where the you eat and shop in the fouks around the square. The staff made our stay very special and made sure we were always comfortable. The concierge Amine was always available and had answers to any of our questions. We would love to come again to Marrakech and stay at Le Barriére again and would recommend this hotel to friends and family. We can as strangers and left as family. Because of the world class hospitality at the Barriere Le Naoura, Marrakech will always have a special place in our hearts!

Great swimming pool and poolside restaurant! The hotel room was clean and spacious, staff were incredibly friendly. Great location, within walking distance to the Medina.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, the staff were so helpful. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, there was a huge choice & it was all delicious. The hotel was very clean, the staff were attentive. The only small drawback was that the drinks were extremely expensive but you are in luxury surroundings!
