Breakfast and proximity to Mosque.
Cons: TOO LOUD. Heavy disco beat on a Friday until 0200. Too loud to eat downstairs. Too loud to sleep on floor2. Bell Captain had said it would end at 0000. Told front desk the next morning and they were “surprised” we could clearly hear the music on the second floor with windows closed.

À mon arrivée, tout s’est parfaitement bien passé. L’accueil et le service étaient excellents. Un grand merci au monsieur qui m’a aidé avec les bagages, ainsi qu’au réceptionniste, très à l’écoute et professionnel. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience.
Cons: Malheureusement, l’ambiance change complètement la nuit. Il y a trop de sécurité autour, et on ne fait aucune différence entre les clients de l’hôtel et ceux du club ou du bar. On a l’impression que tout le monde veut de l’argent, même juste pour garer sa voiture. C’est gênant et inconfortable, on se sent comme si on entrait dans une discothèque, pas dans un hôtel. Dommage, car l’accueil en journée était très bien.

La réceptions n aime pas trop qu on la dérange pas très aimable Les bar, restaurants on y mange bien Mais pareille personnel jmenfoutiste! J ai eu l impression que la politesses était perçu comme un faiblesse et qu'il fallait mal parler on s énerver pour juste être servie normalement Vois devriez aller vous former dans les hôtels de marrakech ou respect, service et politesses sont mis à l honneur marocaine !! Et attention il n y a pas de piscine

Chambre très confortable, propreté impeccable, personnel charmant, restauration à toute heure au café attenant, très bon restaurant au RdC.
Cons: La musique du bar de l'hôtel est excessivement forte et l'insonorisation des chambres est insuffisante pour un tel volume. La proximité du carrefour et les klaxons qui vont avec (habitude marocaine) ajoute du bruit toute la soirée et le début de la nuit.

La proximité avec la corniche, permettant une belle balade à notre arrivée sur ce lieu de RV des jeunes et des familles de Casablanca. Le lendemain nous avons également pu rejoindre à pied la mosquée Hassan II. La terrasse est également très appréciable.
Cons: L'équipement de la chambre : percolateur café qui ne fonctionne pas, et lavabo bouché qui s'écoule malgré tout dans la salle de bain. Le bruit (un samedi soir) : on se serait cru dans la discothèque. La musique s'est arrêtée à 4h précises, mais le bruit a perduré dans la rue et dans les couloirs de l'hôtel. Mieux vaut le savoir avant de réserver...

Cons: Caveat Emptor. The hotel website and the site on Booking.com portray the property as beach front property.Do not be fooled , it is separated from the beach by a six lane motor way. The beach not safe for swimming as it was littered with waste and very un hygienic. I was also not made aware that none of the facilities roof top patio, dining room , or bistro was not open for use. I feel that I have been had by both the Hotel and Booking.com and my 4 years of using Booking . Com as third party will be under future consideration. A very memorable 39 the wedding anniversary, for all the wrong reasons .

Restaurant LE RELAIS DE PARIS was absolutely the best restaurant I visited in Casablanca. Apart from luxurious interior and very friendly staff ... the food was just from another planet. The way it was served, the way it smelled and tasted . One of the best experiences I ever had. We were constantly praising those meals and it was very nice when the chef came out of the kitchen to talk to us so we could personally express what we felt. I do not know why is that restaurant not included in any websites reviewing that kind of attractions in Casablanca, I am glad that we tried it upon our arrival , late at night. Even then they were fully operational and ready to take us in. Villa Blanca - hotel restaurant LE RELAIS DE PARIS - a hidden gem of Casablanca!
Cons: It's hard to find something what we did not like. When you are in Casablanca you cannot complain that the 4.5 mln city will be quiet . Casablanca never sleeps , its full of life, fun and energy. Not very quiet because of that :)

The fact that there's a big street between the hotel and the beach is something no-one can change, and I knew it before I went. Cons: Il manque cruellement de lumière dans les chambres. C'est pénible d'être dans la pénombre en permanence. Même dans la salle de bain, on n'y voit pas grand chose, surtout quand on doit se raser. Il faudrait vraiment penser à ajouter des spots et des éclairages mobiles. Il manque aussi des prises électriques pour charger les appareils. Le bouchon du lavabo était coincé. La pente dans la douche est insuffisante si bien que quand on se douche, l'eau sort de partout et finit part inonder le reste de la SdB. Spa : service franchement pas au niveau.

Most of the hotel staff were very helpful, especially the receptionists & the Cafe Bianca staff, in particular Selma. The food at Cafe Bianca & the hotel restaurant was of high quality.
Cons: The location was very noisy, situated on the Corniche, which was like a race track with heavy traffic & lots of beeping, including motorbikes using the road as a race track at 3.00am, which prevented us from sleeping. The heavy base from the very loud music at the Sky Bar, which continued until 4.00am, also stopped us from sleeping. I was very disappointed with the service I received from the hotel spa. My friend & I both wanted to book a hammam & a massage but were told it probably wouldn’t be possible for us to both be accommodated at the same time, as there were only two staff. Therefore my friend didn’t come with me & when I arrived at the spa, I was told there was no booking for me at that time & that I had to choose between a hammam or a massage, as there were insufficient staff to do both. I made the mistake of opting for what was supposed to be a relaxing massage but unfortunately it was far from relaxing, as the therapist was very heavy handed & caused me pain. When I mentioned to her that she was hurting me, she had the cheek to advise that the pain was because I have cellulite (which I don’t). The therapist also used a very weird technique on my face & I began to wonder if she was deliberately trying to stretch my skin. In summary, it was the most unprofessional massage I’ve ever experienced & I definitely wouldn’t recommend the hotel spa with unprofessional and rude staff.

Exceptional staff at this hotel! A lot to do at the premises itself, you have a nightclub, 2 restaurants, a very nice bar and another theater place that are all part of the hotel. Ideal place to make business contacts, have a lunch or if you’re young and classy and looking for an upscale party environment. I had the room with balcony and sea view. it was cleaned everyday and very large. Nothing bad to say, just that it maybe needs a bit of refurbishment work to make it a bit more modern.
Cons: The WiFi (and network in general) was exceptionally bad. Not a dealbreaker for me as I have my own 4G Hotspot, but this is something that should be better at such a classy and upscale place.

Cons: In my years of travelling, I have never experienced a hotel like this. Every night the place was SO LOUD you couldn't sleep (and I am a heavy sleeper). Until 4am each morning the whole hotel shook from the noise of the nightclub. It was beyond loud and the staff didn't seem to care.

It’s location is beautiful. Spacious room. Beautiful lobby.
Cons: The room has a carpet, I could smell the carpet because of the humidity from the ocean. The barricade between my room and another was removed, my neighbour could easily access my balcony. Makes one feel uncomfortable.

the location was good. the staff at front desk was friendly
Cons: the rooms were clean BUT the rooms need to updated. the bathrooms had mould under the silicon, the carpets are a bit sticky… tile floor would be better for its location next to the beach.

Cons: there is a nightclub in the lobby the whole 1st floor shakes at night till 3am. basically this is more like a nightclub with rooms. if you at quiet, make sure you never go there, unless you party at the lobby's nightclub (Skybar) and go to your room to sleep at 3am. i am dead serious ! 3rd floor was quiet. but my room on the 1st floor was shaking at night that I couldn't sleep. Had to change room in the middle of the night !

Cons: Room not clean at all You can find door knows sticky Room furniture of bad quality Showers are not well designed as water goes out early Receptionists are not professional They took very high hold in dollars They ordered a car to pick up to the airport and it was very late When asked to exchange currency They offered a ridiculous rate

Le personnel particulièrement gentil et attentionné. Les personnes ont fait leur maximum pour satisfaire nos besoins.
Cons: Au rez de chaussée, il y a un bar qui fait discothèque le week-end (vendredi samedi dimanche). Le bruit est insupportable !!! Nous avons changé de chambre mais ce n'est pas indiqué sur la fiche de l'hôtel...

sono già stato 4 volte in questo hotel. Appena rimodernato e rifatto la zona reception bar e ristorante e lunge SKY BAR . La parte intrattenimento di questo hotel merita 5 stelle. Le camere sono vecchie e con qualche bottone o pulsante che non funziona ma se uno viene a VILLA BLANCA lo fa per la location, la vista sulla corniche e per la nightlife che si sprigiona nelle sale del ristorante del bar e dello skybar... vale sempre la pena ... sempre...tanto in camera ci dormi e basta....
Cons: toglierei la moquette e sistemerei le camere aggiustando luci interruttori e vetri scorrevoli

Exécrable !. En temps que femme voyagent avec une personne adulte Handicapés, nous avons été traité avec mépris et dédain de la part du personnel !. Tout d'abord au restaurant quand le chef de salle se met à souffle avant de nous installer !, quand les serveurs, nous expédie les plats à vitesse grand V pour nous virer au plus vite !. Et ensuite dans la discothèque ou il nous impose la consommation forcé d'alcool pour pouvoir avoir accès à une banquette !. Et pour finir les chambres non insonorisées avec le bruit jusqu'à 3h00 du matin!. La moquette qui sent le tabac froid la porte du frigo cassé la télécommande qui ne fonctionne pas et ça se dit Palace ! non plutôt bordel moi je dirais.

Cons: Cela n'est pas un palace mais un bordel !. Un courrier sera fait à l'office du tourisme concernant leurs mépris à l'égard des femmes non accompagnés et de mon accueillie adulte Handicapés pour lequel ils l'ont eu aucune sympathie!.

La ubicación es excelente. EL ambiente en el hotel, el bar de noche donde puedes comer tapas locales y tomar vino, el bar con terraza exterior del desayuno que ofrece mucha variedad de comida. La habitacón con terraza y vista al mar, muy bonita!. El personal muy servicial

El hotel está en una zona muy agradable de Casablanca. Las habitaciones no son gran cosa, la verdad, pero la ubicación, el personal, el restaurante, la zona de copas, música y baile lo compensan. Volvería a escogerlo.
