We traveled to casablanca in November 2025. We got to the hotel. A family of 4. They told us instead of a room with 2 queen beds they will give us a larger room with king bed and sofa beds. Later in the night we found out the sofa is not a sofa bed! Thay said they were fully booked. But they promised to give us a better room the next day.One of my kids has to sleep on a soda that night! The next day they gave us a smaller room with 2 queen bed. Bad view . In the room there was no Iron or iron table. No cups no glasses. We had to call the room service several times to get the room essentials. The quality of air is really poor here as the hotel is located in a busy area of the city. Not happy with my stay here.

On entering the hotel the service at reception was not great room was not ready despite saying 2pm, eventually got to the room at 3pm , it stunk of bleach , located at the front of the hotel very noisy no sound proof from traffic, no iron or board in the room , towels where hard , after requesting 3 times eventually I was served , by the way no housekeeping came to clean the rooms , very poor standards , I don’t recommend this place .

This is second time at this fabulous hotel in Casablanca this first time was exactly a year ago and I just had to write another review to thank all of those who made our stay very enjoyable and made us feel so special to them. In particular We want to acknowledge Abd Elazim, Adil , Aya, Asmaa for their exceptional attention to detail and service, their smiles and eagerness to help in any way they can Khalil the manager was as always like a maestro orchestrating this group of talented and dedicated crew, a special thanks to him and the rest of the management, we appreciate his tremendous efforts, be well all yntill the next visit.

The room was clean, pretty nice and we had a nice view of the city. Unfortunately, I left a necklace that my husband and son gave me on the counter in the bathroom. Our tour guide called them for me, because we were going to go back and get it, but they claimed they didn’t find it. I clearly remember taking it off and resting it on the counter, when I got into the shower. so I know it was there. The dinner food on the buffet was just okay. Breakfast was terrible. Service in the restaurant wasn’t that good. We asked for wine one night and it never came. After asking several staff members, we were eventually told they had run out. Had to ask several times for water, one waiter took a half full bottle from another table and attempted to give us that used bottle. Also only one coffee machine and the line was very long to get coffee in the morning.

Smart, high quality and expensive hotel. Spacious room. Nice cold fridge too. Bathroom had two sinks and a wet room with both shower and bath. We ordered room service and the meal was exceptional and even a dining table was provided. Excellent staff throughout, friendly, welcoming and professional. There were some fairly insignificant minuses however. For example our double room was named and set up for one occupier rather than two, eg. only one glass, one cup, one towel laid out, etc. In addition there were plenty of power sockets in room but only 3 of the 8 worked. We tested all our adaptors and charging leads to check they were working fine so it did seem to be the sockets. Slightly odd, but all just minor problems and easily surmountable and didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay. Oh, also, 2 of the 4 lifts were out of commission during our stay. Not great at mass check-in time when there are people attempting to reach the 27 floors available (although we never had to wait very long to be fair). Plus the hotel is located on probably one of craziest and busiest 15-lane 3-way traffic intersections in the northern hemisphere. All quite fine when you're 10 storeys up or so, but you still have to want to be lulled to sleep by the 30 heaps, jeeps and beeps going past every second. Quite pleasant, vibrant and exciting I suppose. But the superbike challenge that shriekingly roared around our heads between midnight and 1:30am was a slight sleep inhibitor. Still exciting? Mm. Wow, seems I've written myself into a 4-star review down from the 5-stars it should have been. Sorry about that! Still a great hotel though and we had a really good time there. Thanks.

I stayed at Kenzi Tower Hotel during my last night in Morocco and couldn’t be happier with the choice. For the price point, it offers excellent value. The hotel is in great shape—modern, clean, and the rooms are super spacious and comfortable. What really stands out are the views; I had an unbeatable panoramic view of Casablanca from my room, which was a perfect way to end the trip. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also checked out the rooftop restaurant and bar, which was a highlight. They serve alcohol and the cocktails were surprisingly good—better than I expected. It’s a great spot to relax, especially around sunset. Overall, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Morocco. It’s a solid option for comfort, service, and a great city view all in one place.

First we booked hotel as group of 3 rooms , the hotel apologised to accommodate us and suggest to transfer us to 4 stars hotel , as he mentioned that there is a champion in Casablanca and rooms are fully booked despite my booking are confirmed and paid already , anyway I was so angry for this suggestion I fight , then hotel said ok I will give only one room because I have disable guests and two other rooms need to be transferred to 4 stars hotel for one night only , I accepted but I’m the one who suggested that they must compensate complimentary breakfast to be fair for this bad situation , anyway the stuff was very helpful and professional to do all our demands , despite of long time to do actions like transfer us to other hotel , anyway the hotel is very clean room are very tidy , and location is the best

We were organizing a workshop of 60 participants coming from Africa and Europe for a week. Kenzi Tower facilities gather all the requirements to cater for a top quality event. But most importantly, their staff (Hamza, Aïchi, Abdallah, Mounir, Asmaa, Katia, Souad, Tazi, Akly, Fadel and Saoud, amongst others) made the operations of our workshop exceed everyone's expectations. We will without any doubt choose Kenzi Tower as a business partner for fufure events in Casablanca.

We hosted a week-long conference at the Kenzi Tower hotel and were impressed by the willingness of the staff to support us with every request we had. Exceptional service from everyone and they always assisted us with a smile on their faces. The food at the Skies 27 restaurant was delicious and the view is quite spectacular. Highly recommend for business or a personal stay in Casablanca. 5/5!

I had a wonderful stay at Kenzi Hotel in Casablanca. I would like to thank the staff for their warm welcome, kindness, and professional attitude. Their hospitality really made my stay special. One moment that truly touched me was when I came back to my room after housekeeping had cleaned it. Since they knew I have a gluten sensitivity, I was surprised and very happy to find some gluten-free products beautifully arranged on the table. It was such a thoughtful gesture that showed how much they care about their guests and pay attention to details. Besides that, the room was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. I truly appreciate their outstanding service and attention to every little detail. Definitely a place I would love to come back to!

This is a lovely hotel in city that otherwise is not that lovely. We had excellent service from the concierge and appreciated that. The staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed drinks at their bar and lunch at the restaurant. We also enjoyed the pool area. The hot tub was not working but the pool itself was very warm.

We spent one night at this property when we were traveling in Morocco. Our room was clean and on the larger size and the internet was quite good. The included breakfast was not up to par. The food ran out before the time allotted to the breakfast ended and a number of the dishes set out for use were dirty. This was very disturbing.

Felt like we were at the very centre of Casablanca. Easy to get taxi and everything at reach within 30minutes of walking to the largest masjid in Africa. Hotel service was great and the facilities was amazing. My kids loved the indoor heated pool.

The hotel was very clean. Our room was on the 20th floor. The room was very noisy from the traffic 20 floors below! There was a locked window and it seemed that maybe a seal was gone. When I asked at reception about this, they insisted the room didn’t have a window. This happened twice. I asked for maintenance to check it. I don’t know if they ever did. We just put up with it. The day we checked out, the room beside ours was open. We went in to see if it was noisy, you couldn’t hear a thing! On checking out, I relayed this and we were advised that the manager would speak with us. We were on our way to the train station, so didn’t have long. We met with the manager and he was very apologetic. We had booked direct with the hotel, I asked if he could look at our bill. He returned and said he couldn’t as it had gone through the system!? Anyway, he said he would get us a luxurious car to take us to the train. After 45 minutes we got into a white Dacia taxi lol The taxi would’ve cost us about £6! What a lovely gesture from the hotel. On a plus side, it was clean, some staff were very helpful and they left us delicious chocolates and macarons for my husbands birthday. The pool was as a nice addition. The manager did take my email address, to contact me….he didn’t.

After staying 5 nights at Kenzi Tower hotel and checking out and settling the Bill. The Hotel charged my Credit Card without my approval or any kind of notification an extra $45 for minibars items which I already paid for when I checked out. So basically they double charged me, I had requested the credit and I still haven’t received it. Very disappointing experience indeed which left me with a very bad taste for Kenzi Tower.

We had a wonderful stay to celebrate New Year 2025 - everything about our stay was fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained and our room was a great size with the most comfortable bed and pristine linens. All of the staff were very attentive, especially the servers and we were personally looked after by Hamza the Duty Manager throughout our whole stay which was special.

We stayed at this 5 star hotel with high expectations of the experience and I can tell you the expectations were not met. The hotel needs a lot of TLC and modernisation. The room was of a good size but there was no good view over the city as the window was tainted. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the fridge in our room was not cooling properly, the light switch near the bed did not work, there were chips in the furniture throughout & the TV was blue due to a maintenance issue too. Furthermore the jacuzzi in the health center was not working properly and needed maintenance too. Breakfast was ok, but all was self service, not even the coffee served at the table. We had a beer in the bar which was 9.5 euros, which I found extremely expensive and the service was slow and inattentive. For NYE we wanted to enjoy the 27/28 floor, however the dinner, entertainment and soft drinks only was 200 Euros per person for the evening - extremely expensive, so we did not attend. The hotel has a 5 star rating but don’t get fulled by the quality of all of it. I would not stay here again, and my advise is to stay in one of the other 5 star hotels in the city!

Kenzi hotel is lovely and has a good location in Casablanca. Unfortunately, they have a real problem with the elevators. I’ve stayed there twice and both times, most of the elevators have seemed to be out of order so you can easily wait 20 minutes to get up or down. This wouldn’t be a big deal except that the Kenzi prides itself on its height and great views.

This hotel was great! The view from our room was amazing! It was very clean and the size of the room was super spacious. They offered a buffet for every meal on the 2nd floor throughout the day (an additional charge), but the food was great! One member of my group decided to use the spa and said the massage was the best they ever had. We had lunch at the buffet and the food was delicious and authentic. For dinner we had drinks first at the sky bar which had AMAZING views of the mosque lit up at sunset/night. We then went down one floor to their sky restaurant which also had great service and fine dining. I later ordered a bottle of wine with room service and they delivered it within 5 minutes. Since we were tired from our travels and only stayed a day at this hotel we really didn't have time to leave the hotel, but with all the amenities and great service, why would we!?! However, we did go to see the mosque which was a 10 minute cab ride away. We didn't get a chance to see Rick's Cafe, but that was also about a 10 minute cab ride away. Everything about this place seemed luxurious and the service was exceptional, which definitely elevated the experience.

Friendly staff, good location for walking out to restaurants, good sized rooms and clean. There are only 3 lifts for this 28 storey building which is insufficient at busy times. There were several things (5) not working or were not right in my room which means they are not on top of maintenance ( hence average rating) nevertheless its a reasonable choice. I rate it as a four star hotel There is a nice restaurant and bar on floor 28 where you will pay a premium for the interesting views. Go to floor 27 and walk up the stairs

The worse hotel I had stay at It’s too old, smells bad, rooms should be renovated!! 15 min is the average time to get in the elevator! The gym is empty of machines, and still what they have are rusty!!! Bed sheets were clean, but there is a bad odor coming from the floor!!! Yet, the staff was super kind and supportive

Not a nice spa hotel - just offers massage services with terrible pool. Formerly grand hotel is run down and dilapidated in many areas. Outrageous $200US for moldly-smelling 2 queen bed room with view. No hot water! Pool unheated and unusable. Hot tub was barely luke warm with peeling plastic. Mediocre 2nd fl restaurant but top floor looks okay. The worst: Our sheets were not changed from previous guest and they were slow to change rooms. Second room marginally better. Mgmt was courteous with complaint and comped dinner, but did not reduce room. Paid double what an all inclusive elegant Riad cost with excellent meals. Absolutely no recommendation from me.

We were very disappointed in the service we received from the start to the end. The other comments made int seem like this was a 5 star resort and spa. The pool is has no restaurant and viewing area. Would not consider it a pool at all. The location is not the best. The room was very musty and smelled like they were trying to cover up old smells. The bathroom sinks backed up. The staff was not very friendly. Overall extremely unhappy with the entire experience. This is not close to a 5 star hotel in my opinion.

Great location with restaurants nearby. The skybar has an amazing view and the terrace is a good place to do some work. I went to the spa and pool area which is a higher quality than other hotels i been to in Morocco. The only downside is that the shisha lounge in the terrace closes too early (11am)

Very nice hotel. The room was excellent. We got an upgrade to a suite. The view from the 27th floor was wonderful. Nice pool, whirlpool and hot tub. There was valet parking which was convenient. Could walk to the supermarket, eating places. 40 minutes to the airport. The dinner was a little pricey but nice atmosphere on 28th floor. The pool area led to an outdoor deck which was nice but the glass doors leading to the outside which were floor to the top did not have markings and when coming back inside I walked into a glass door which ended up with a big painful goose egg on my forehead. Recommended to have some kind of marking on doors. Overall great hotel. Had a relaxing and enjoyable time there.

Ils ont appliqué la réduction sur le service spa mais ils n'ont pas fourni de surclassement de chambre gratuit malgré de nombreuses chambres disponibles. J’ai pourtant appelé l'hôtel juste avant pour leur dire que ma me mere et tante arrivent et quil faut leur donner une chambre supérieure conformément au surclassement gratuit auquel jai le droit. Mais ils ne lont pas fait tout en leur disant quils lont fait. C’est uniquement quand j’ai vu la vidéo de la chambre que j’ai remarqué que ce netait pas la bon’e chambre. The bathroom door lock was broken, trapping my friend inside the bathroom. We had to call reception to get it sorted. When the repairman came, he recognised the issue immediately and fixed it - meaning that it has definitely happened before and the hotel has not fixed it or put warning signs. Imagine if you were a solo traveller! Reception did not try to make it right either. Aside from that, the hotel is quite nice and is in a great location.

We enjoyed the big room and a connecting room. The AC was not working, and the lights turned off by itself with the card inserted, no power for about 30 min. I went down to rerun the card, it’s very inconvenient to keep calling maintenance to fix the AC and open the safe. Please fix those problems.

We only stayed for one night, so in that sense it was decent and comfortable. Had we done an extended stay in Casablanca, I'm not sure I would've chosen it. The room views are nice (we were on a higher floor), and the room itself was spacious, but I felt as though the interior needed a little bit of a facelift; you could tell they hadn't renovated or made any updates since it opened, which was in 2009. It also felt as though housekeeping perhaps wasn't as thorough as they should be. We had some cleanliness issues as mentioned above, but the upside was that this was promptly resolved by housekeeping with a request at the front desk. We also found the doormen/porters to be excellent, so the service is very good. We didn't have the breakfast there or eat/drink at any of the on-site restaurants/bars, so can't comment on that. As for location - it depends on what you want out of your stay. It's downtown, in more of in a residential/shopping area of the city and close to a lot of little cafés, so very safe and walkable - but not as close to spots you may want to check out as a tourist. (You would definitely have to take a taxi.)

The staff here are remarkable. Top notch, above and beyond hospitality. The concierge‘s were fantastic. We had the opportunity to meet the hotel manager. He was delightful. Every staff member we engages with was just wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel. We will certainly stay again on our next visit.

After a minor glitch on arrival at midnight and unable to sort the issue of the room at midnight the hotel’s customer relations manager (Manal) took me under her wings the next morning as I am disable and I was moved to another room. she made sure I was ok. She received me every day with a smile and was ready to assist as were other members of the staff. The Hotel is a 5* but it is tired in the rooms and needs upgrading. BUT overall an excellent stay and would also recommend the SPA Massage.

The rooms are large with plenty of light and a nice bath, but they need some updating. The breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent. Trying to get a glass of wine in the lobby bar was complicated! The bar is nice and the goodbye dinner for our tour revealed slow service and mediocre plated dishes. Housekeeping was wonderful though and the location is good.

As I arrived early, I knew I had to wait, which was no problem, and was promised by 12 noon to check in. But by 1:30 PM got my room, which was not the room i reserved, had to wait till 2:00 PM to get my room, then to find out that it was not completely ready, as they forgot to place any towels in the room! and no drinking complementary water!! Which was brought in 2 hrs later...

I love this hotel and will continue to stay here in the future with my family. Only thing is the bathrooms need some more attention. The faucet cap closed anytime I ran the sink and I ultimately removed it. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner but overall it won't stop me from staying here in the future. The beds are super comfortable and it was a great stay .

Tallest building in Casablanca with beautiful views of the city and water. Food was acceptable. Rooms need significant updating, air conditioning struggled to keep room cool. Would probably not stay again if given a choice.

Top notch business hotel. Our room was spacious with glass wall window looking west...fírst class staff helped with left-behind items. Room service was excellent. If you want a Vodka on the rocks in your ROOM, you buy the bottle. Otherwise lovely lobby rooftop bar, dining and disco.

I did like the courtesy and prompt response. I did not like the asymetry of treatment when I receive some friends in the Lobby and the Staff forced us to remove our tea bcoz of closing @ 8.00 pm. Was very odd to me.

It was disgusting. The room had a very bad smell. All amenities were missing, had to always call 3-4 times and then I had to go down to reception before getting something. Room didn’t even have toilet paper. When I asked for a dental set they set I had to wait two days. It was terrible definitely not a 5 star hotel. Also too book the driver for airport I had to book it three times because every time I’d confirm with concierge my reservation was never there.

Absolutely shocking. We arrived as an engaged unmarried couple. We're told we could not stay in one room. Told to either go to local police station to get a certificate we can stay together or we need to pay for 2 rooms. We provided evidence that we had emailed the hotel to advise we are engaged and not married to which they responded it was not a problem and we are welcome. The manager said his staff made a mistake when replying so. We asked for the second room free of charge and we're denied it. They wanted 100euro for a second room bearing in mind my first room was 150euro. So off we went to the police station to try get this 'certificate'. After a 2 hour wait at the local police station, was told unless we are married cannot stay together in one room. So back to Kenzi. Explained we wasted time. No apology nothing. And guess what, were charged the full 150euro cancellation fee when we said we refuse to stay.

Atmosphere nice. Rooms look nice and are well equipped but items like air conditioner and toilet (would get stuck) and dresser drawers were broken. Took 3 calls to make air conditioner work. Very hot and humid with no air flow. Very bad smell in hallway that moved into rooms due to bad air flow. Issues resolved when air conditioner fixed
