WHAT I LOVED: Entire staff is lovely, accommodating, and genuinely wants you to be happy. The grounds are lush, beautiful, and natural, with little to no pesticides used. Throughout the large property, there are lots of comfortable and beautiful indoor and outdoor seating & lounging areas, places to work, read, take photos, or chill. Even the Classic Rooms (basic) are VERY large, high ceilings, comfortable, lots of natural light, and have a work desk. They have a large organic garden where they grow a lot of the produce and herbs they use. The food is fresh and well prepared, menus aren’t that innovative but there’s enough variety. They Americanized / Europeanized the Moroccan dishes a bit (toning down spices, etc). I would’ve preferred more authentic, but I think they’re doing what most of their guests want. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the entire property is quiet, serene, and relaxing. The gym is small, but the equipment is new, and it’s plenty for vacation workouts. Most spas at 5-star resorts have overpriced sub-par services - this one is priced right with solid service providers. WHAT I DIDN’T LOVE: When I arrived at my room, there was perfume in the air. I discovered that unless you request otherwise, they automatically spray their “signature scent” all over your room. I’m sensitive to toxic synthetic fragrances, so I had a reaction to it. They aired out my room, changed the sheets, and brought in the cleaning staff and instructed them to only clean my room with vinegar. The manager handled the situation very well. Synthetic fragrances are bad for everyone’s health (contribute to infertility, hormone disruption, etc), so I highly recommend requesting that they don’t spray that in your room. There’s even a warning label on the bottle saying it should NOT be sprayed anywhere that’s not well ventilated and it’s being sprayed in rooms with closed windows and doors because of the heat. Fortunately, it’s not sprayed anywhere else on the property that I found - the rest of the property is quite natural and fresh. My guess is that some marketing person sold them on this “signature scent” idea, which is a terrible idea, especially for a natural, serene escape. For water your only option is to drink $5 microplastic water all day. And the plastic bottles are of course exposed to heat and sun making them toxic. It would be much better if they simply filtered their water and served filter water from refillable glass bottles to guests free of charge. Offering complimentary Reverse Osmosis water service to guests would be much better for marketing than spraying synthetic chemical fragrance in rooms. If needed, they could raise their room rates by $10 a day to cover the water service. There are no prices on the dinner menu except if you’re ordering the prefix, and the prices are a bit high in my opinion. Not crazy, but on the higher end. The staff doesn’t know the prices, so you just blindly order and then get the bill. The staff is accommodating and hardworking; however, their wait staff could be better trained to look at their tables and guests. They all tend to walk around with their heads down, so you need to work to get their attention - they’re not actively looking around to see who may need something, which is a training issue. With a few tweaks, Les Deux Tours would be an ideal serene vacation spot.

A very exquisite hotel set in beautiful gardens. All the staff without exception are friendly, efficient, taking much care to make your stay wonderful. In particular, Jalila, who gives a phenomenal massage and who I recommend highly.

This was our first trip to Morocco. We booked the three day discovery package then spent five days in the Atlas/Ourika area, then returned to Les Deux Tours for a three day yoga package. On arrival we were collected at the airport (included in package) and warmly welcomed at the hotel. The receptionists were so friendly as was Maryam who was our “guest experience manager”. Maryam gave us quick tour en route to our room and indicated that she would keep in touch (by WhatsApp) and to let her know our preferred times for our included activities. Our room was incredible with a private garden and jacuzzi. As it was late we opted to have sushi and cocktails in the bar - delicious! Next day we went on a tour of the medina. We were asked what we would like to see, so it was tailored to our interests. We were recommended the Bahia Palace and the Madrassa. We were taken into Marrakesh and met by a lovely gentleman who was proud to tell us he was seventy years old. He skillfully guided us through the souks (great to see but with no hassle as we were not interested in shopping). Palace and madrassa both very interesting and our guide very engaging and informative. Breakfast is table service indoors. You can eat outside if you wish and we tried once and then realised why nobody was outside - wasps! Good selection of breads, fruit, eggs etc. Included hammam was an experience, much more relaxing on the second visit as we knew what to expect. For those who need to know, you are given paper pants to wear, but hold on to them when the buckets of water are poured over you at the end! On our return visit we had two yoga sessions, a return visit to the hammam (special mention for Zara - beautiful singing, and her colleague) with massage and two dinners included. Neither of us had tried yoga but the instructor was very patient and we had a great time in our morning sessions on the lawn, peacocks strolling past. The layout of the hotel and grounds is such that it does not feel busy, it is very relaxed. The grounds are well maintained and very attractive. There are three or four ornamental pools with loads of turtles which are relaxing and fun to watch. I had a shave under the olive trees which was very enjoyable. During the second stay we encountered the manager who was a very visible presence in the hotel and made a point of touring around engaging with the guests, checking their satisfaction. We didn’t use the pool area much but it was very inviting. Universally the staff - reception, restaurant, housekeeping, gardeners, spa, guest experience were so friendly and welcoming. When we returned after five days it felt like coming home.

my wife and I went for a one week break following a recommendation from my son. it was fabulous, exactly what i wanted to boost my recovery from illness. the place itself is idyllic, an oasis of greenery, birds and gardens. the staff were so friendly, attentive and eager to help. a terrific swimming pool and restaurant, although i did recommend the installation of hand rails to get in out of the pool as i am physically challenged. i would recommend les deux tours to anyone in a heartbeat.

Our third visit to Les Deux Tours, and it was better than ever! So much so that visit number four is already in the calendar for next year. Our welcome was warm and genuine, and our room upgrade was very well received. We were given a large room, with a shared patio, and tranquil pond. The bed was enormous, and the room's AC was very efficient maintaining a comfortable temperature without needing to be on the whole time. Breakfast included a vast choice and we're glad the hotel has moved to an order system rather than the previous massive selection delivered that led to wastage. A great improvement. The dinner menu was fine for the 6 days we were there, but some additional choices might be nice for longer stays. The wine selection was good. The bar area is relaxing, although getting served (despite the quietness) can be difficult.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. The place was magnificent! Everything was perfect, amazing attention to little details (the room smelled gorgeous, snacks & drinks provided, rose petals on the bed!!), the staff was so kind and helpful (organized taxis for us, gave us recommendations, and made reservations for us), and just the hotel was beautiful (gorgeous pool, amazing gardens, stunning atmosphere and bar). It was the best stay I have ever had and I would LOVE to come back. It was relaxing, luxurious, and made me feel like I was in oasis away from the rest of the world. Genuinely this is a one of a kind stay, in a beautiful curated hotel. One thing to note, is that they do offer shuttles to and from the Medina so it is very accessible!

This hidden gem, a charming hotel with 40 rooms and suites, exceeded our expectations. We booked months in advance, and the communication from the booking team to the reception team was excellent. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Wafa, the customer experience manager, who provided her WhatsApp number, gave us a guided tour, and set the stage for a wonderful five-day stay. Mr Hejjag, the General Manager, also greeted us during check-in, offering another warm welcome. Throughout our stay, both were highly visible and clearly focused on ensuring all guests had an enjoyable experience. We stayed in a premium suite, the one featured on the website, which had its own courtyard garden with a day bed and seating for four. The suite was extremely comfortable with a shabby chic feel, adding to its authentic Moroccan charm. Outside our door was a small pool shared by just the rooms around a small courtyard, making it very quiet. Each day in our garden, the only sound was birdsong, creating a wonderfully tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent, providing bottles of water daily for the kettle and drinking. The food at the hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was à la carte, offering a good selection of eggs cooked in various ways, cold meats, cheese, fruit, and great coffee. Entertainment was provided by Pol, the resident peacock, who should have his own Instagram due to his love for the camera! We had lunch at the Pergola restaurant for four days, enjoying a great choice of dishes, and they were happy for us to share a dish due to the large portions. One day, we had room service for lunch, which arrived hot and nicely presented. The evening offerings at Salammbo were just as good, with a two-course menu featuring plenty of choices at reasonable prices. The chef is very accomplished, and the wine list includes a mix of French and Moroccan wines, all at good prices. We were pleasantly surprised by the Yoshi bar, where we had a wonderful supper. The staff were exceptional. After a few days, we started to recognise them at breakfast, and they always greeted us warmly. Although they didn't have name badges (perhaps something the hotel could consider?), they were all courteous, helpful, and very professional. Some posts mention families with children, and the hotel is indeed family-friendly. If you prefer a holiday with only pre-school children around the pool, do your homework before booking and avoid British and French school holidays, half terms, and bank holidays. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. We are currently looking at booking flights for a winter break, and our hotel will definitely be Les Deux Tours. Thank you to the wonderful team for a truly restful and superb trip. See you in January! Catherine and John Walker

A Disappointing Experience That Falls Far Short of Five Stars We booked Leda To Hotel in Marrakesh with high hopes, expecting a luxurious five-star experience based on the glowing photos and reviews. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was advertised. From the moment we arrived, the service was underwhelming. A staff member greeted us at the entrance, but instead of helping with our luggage or guiding us to reception, he simply pointed up a pathway, leaving us to lug our suitcases ourselves. Not the warm welcome one expects from a supposedly five-star resort. While the gardens were undeniably beautiful, nearly every other aspect of the hotel was mediocre or worse. The food was average at best. Breakfast was exactly the same every single day with no variation. The evening meals looked promising on the menu but were poorly executed — the meat was consistently overcooked. We ended up dining at nearby restaurants every other night, which were exceptional and made the hotel’s offerings look even more disappointing by comparison. We were also surprised (and frustrated) to find bottled water in the room came with a charge — something not made clear until we received the final bill. In a country where drinking tap water is a health risk for tourists, this felt more like a cash grab than a premium service. The spa was another letdown. It felt basic and not particularly clean. During my full-body massage, I wasn’t even offered a robe or a drink, and the therapist spent the entire 50-minute treatment yawning, making it impossible to relax. Requests at reception were met with apathy. We asked to change some cash, book a late checkout, arrange a taxi to the airport, and reserve access to a first-class lounge — none of which were fulfilled. The response felt like “computer says no” every time. In summary, this hotel is nowhere near five-star quality. Don’t be fooled by the polished photos and selectively positive reviews. We made the mistake of dismissing the few negative reviews we saw before booking — a mistake we won’t repeat. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

We spent a wonderful time in this beautiful hotel: the gardens, the rooms, the food , the staff, everything’s just perfect, exactly what you expect for a relaxing stay! The only problem being you would have stay longer and it is very hard to get out to visit the region…

The main points from my longer review (written before my food poisoning!) below: - Beautiful rooms and landscaping make for a relaxing setting generally - Pool was gorgeous but full to the brim up with (up to 20) children screaming jumping and divebombing which staff do not police, meaning it's impossible to relax - Showers in the room (junior suites) took 10 mins to heat up - Service is slow, but many of the staff are friendly and helpful - Food over all was pretty good at breakfast, lunch and dinner (including the sushi bar) apart from: - We ate all four days in the hotel (and nowhere else). I received a very severe case of food poisoning on the last night before we checked out, being violently ill for over 24h. I've only just recovered in the UK now three days later - travelling home was hell. This also effectively took away a day from of our short break as we weren't due to leave to the airport the day after until the evening. . The manager did remove my food bill for that day as an apology and offered me a room to rest in, but ultimately refused to take responsibility for it. He suggested that my illness was just due to a change in diet or perhaps even the sharp orange juice at breakfast! This was the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had, so that was insulting and bordering on gaslighting. The hotel needs to do a thorough investigation into this. ------ The sun is beating down. The rays are reflected playfully in warm terracotta tiles which guide you a pristine white suite dressed in classic mosaics and stain glass windows. Dry heat fills the air with a heady scent, part-smoky part-herbal, thanks to the abundance of trees and blossoms which populate the grounds. Whistling away lazily in the wind, there’s a beautiful natural symphony created which combines with birdsong and the cries of the hotel’s resident peacocks to magical effect. Only twenty minutes away from the centre of Marrakesh, the hussle and bussle of the busy medina is a distant memory. You sit down to enjoy your first lunch: a perfectly cooked sole and cool glass of Chablis (one is immediately grateful for the French clientele here) overlooking the long pool. These are all things one hopes to find from browsing the hotel’s website. The perfect ingredients for a much-needed break from one’s hectic work schedule. This should be a relief. And yet it isn’t. Why? There’s a central aspect of the culture at les deux tours which is at odds with the website’s marketing depictions of sweet serenity found amongst artfully manicured jardin's: that this is predominantly a family oriented hotel. Would -be tourers should be made aware that the single peaceful pool on offer - if you’re lucky to bag a sun bed that is - will be populated from dawn till dusk by no less than 20 children at a time, playing, running and screaming . What one might hope is a pool littered with spritz and Moroccan teas - perfect surroundings to wile away the days with a good book - is instead littered with barbie dolls and arm bands. Any attempt at a peaceful swim will be interrupted by splashing, dive bombing or the chanting of nursery songs. Similar attempts to be absorbed in a book you'd been dying to read are also made in vain. In short: Those who pick the hotel for the promise of a peaceful retreat outside city walls will be sorely disappointed. (Unless of course you usually find frequenting a public swimming bath during the school holidays peaceful, in which case I take it back). The bottom line is that the hotel does not attempt to cater equally to all of its clientele. If les deux tours is serious about retaining its status as a higher end getaway for all, an adults only pool somewhere in its large grounds isn’t merely desirable but essential. Then there are smaller things which hint at slightly lacklustre hospitality; things which make it stand out unfavourably next to other hotels with similar high end aspirations: expect to wait a long time (upwards of 20 minutes) for a drink by the pool, expect that several dishes and the best wines on the menu are going to be unavailable, don’t worry when the service at breakfast, lunch and dinner is consistently on the slow side and be prepared to wait for 10 minutes while you wait for your shower to heat up. Make use of the spa, but don’t be alarmed when the masseuse is sniffing and sneezing the whole time. (Deep tissue with a side of Covid? Well at least she apologised). The thing that prospective tourers need to made aware of is that, if our stay is anything to go by, children and family time are the primary focus of one’s experience at this hotel. The reality is that they’re not what everyone wants as the focus of their holiday. More crèche than calm and charming, holiday goers who fall into the later camp would do well to avoid it.

What an amazing retreat outside the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Located about 20 mins (by car) from the Medina in Marrakech, Les Deux Tours is a charming, understated resort in La Palmeraie. Everything is exactly as you’d want it and as good or better than it appears in pictures on the website. The grounds are stunning. The food is great. Everyone that works there goes the extra mile to make your stay special. A specific call out to Zouhir, the mixologist in the bar. He mixes great drinks and always has a suggestion or some interesting information to enhance your stay in Morocco. We stayed 2 nights at Les Deux Tours and 3 nights in the Medina and it was a great way to vary our experience in Marrakech. You can hire a car to get into Marrakech whenever you want to for not much at all. Highly recommend!

Me & my wife had the most amazing honeymoon at this beautiful hotel! To say we were spoilt would be an understatement, we just loved every detail. The hotel decor & grounds are simply stunning, so tranquil & relaxing with amazing wildlife. Our Suite room was beautiful with unique decor & a lovely relaxing garden. A complimentary bottle of champagne was waiting for us too. The Staff were amazing and so thoughtful in everything they did. Presentation for food & drinks was spot on. We had a traditional Hamman at the Spa which was amazing too! Hotel was about 20 mins from central Marrakesh so perfect location to go in to the city as required. Honestly one of the very best hotels we’ve had the pleasure to stay in. We will certainly be back in the future. Thank you, Jake & Sioned x

This hotel is incredible!!! We stayed for only two nights after a few nights in the medina, and we wished we spent the whole trip here. We were surprised on arrival to be upgraded to a beautiful suite with our own private garden and hot tub, full of shady spots to sit and read quietly. Even if we hadn’t had the fantastic upgrade it would still have been heaven. The staff were all fantastic, and catered well for a coeliac. The grounds are beautiful, it’s a relaxing oasis. We can’t wait to return!!!

First time in Marrakech and had a 5 day stay at Les Deux Tours as part of a longer trip which had taken in the Medina and a stay in a Riad. Fantastic hotel ! We've stayed in a lot of hotels on our travels over the years of various styles and categories and this has to be up there in our top ten. Facilities , restaurant, pool ,gardens etc. were excellent. Great room ( which was heated , an essential given the cold nights in February ) Service around the hotel was first class with all the staff providing a professional and friendly approach and clearly had been well trained . Hejjaj Mohamed and his team should be congratulated for making our stay so memorable . We are already planning a return next year .

The hotel very much has a Shoreditch/Soho House type of vibe in terms of comfort and decoration. Bed was very comfortable and showed excellent. Great bar and pool areas and loved that there were lit fires everywhere. I had dinner in the main restaurant one evening and lunch at the pool. The food could be improved in terms of quality (found veg was overcooked and local dishes such as tagine just ok) especially given the price. They also need to learn how to make a martini as the one I had was not good. However the breakfast is outstanding especially the pastry basket, local bread selection and freshly squeezed orange juice. Appreciated that it wasn’t a buffet and that you could order extra if needed and they were always very generous. The only thing that would improve it would be if they had a sausage/bacon option. I also booked a session at the spa for my mum and I. I took a package option and my mum only had a hamman. I would definitely recommend taking a package as the hamman on its own is not worth the price (it was just a scrub and while the description notes that it includes a facial, it really isn’t a proper one but just the scrub being used on your face in the process so felt this was a bit misleading) but the package was definitely good value for money and the massage was heavenly. Just remember yo bring cash to tip as you can’t add it on and the staff are a bit aggressive in asking for it but my treatment warranted giving it so I was happy to do so.

Les Deux Tours is an oasis of calm, luxury and tranquility away from the business of Marrakech. My classic double room including patio was stunning and the perfect place to relax to after a busy day in Marrakech. The free shuttle bus was perfect for me getting in and out of Marrakech and very reliable in terms of timings. The pool (heated to 28 degrees in January) was gorgeous and I enjoyed wandering through the extensive gardens taking in the smells of nature, the sounds of the birds and watching the tortoises in the large pond. The gardens are just glorious. Breakfasts and dinners in the stunning restaurant were delicious. (Breakfast is table service.) I cannot commend the staff enough in terms of their friendliness and hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble. The greatest compliment I can give is to say that I will definitely return. This is one of my most favourite solo trips. Thank you to previous guests who gave glowing reviews to Les Deux Tours and helped me with my decision to stay here.

I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could. We made our second visit to this over New Year and were once again thrilled. The welcome, ambiance, facilities and service were impeccable. Nothing is a problem in this oasis, just 10 mins by inexpensive taxi from the Medina. The New Year’s Eve banquet was amazing and the variety and quality of food across the various restaurants and bars is excellent. This hotel is truly a gem. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Having visited Marrakech in summer previously, this was our first winter time sejour - and it exceeded out expectations. Not only we got a pleasant respite from the cold winter (sunny weather with up to 24 degrees mid-day), but the hotel was a perfect place for vacation. Splendid apartments, heated outdoor pool, luxurious garden, very good service - and a short taxi ride from the souks of Medina and Djena el Fna. When we realised the apartment booked on website was not exactly what we wanted for our family, the management was quick to accomodate our request and upgrade us for the rest of the stay, despite the hotel being almost fully booked.

Blend of architectural interest and an abundance of flora and nature. Our favourite hotel in marrakesh and possibly the world as we rarely visit the same place more than once.

Outstanding. We stayed in a junior suite 28 April to 1st May and loved every minute. Professional and friendly staff, superb food and amazing wine. The Moroccan wine list is excellent. Many thanks to Ismail who served us every night at dinner, great humour and a fabulous personality. Keep up the running! The MDS awaits. The staff at reception are just so good and make you feel welcome and at home. Finally Kudos to the Hotel Manager, often visible, talking with the guests, making sure everything is okay in a low key, confident manner. He should be confident, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are lovely (we had a 2.5m wide bed!) and everywhere you walk is filled with birdsong and beauty. It’s a really special place. It was so good we booked another stay in October!

The staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was spotless and provided a cosy and inviting atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Additionally, the location was perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city and finding some much-needed peace and quiet.

3-night stay, following time in Marrakesh’s medina and the Atlas Mountains. Total escape. Very relaxing and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Extremely happy with our room, well-measured service - unobtrusive, very friendly, always there when needed but not OTT. Beautiful shared spaces, thoughtfully arranged. One thing to remember if you are travelling without children - this is not an adult’s only hotel and the pool is for everyone, so of course sometimes children will play with some noise. But plenty of other spaces around the grounds if you are looking for total silence. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend if you are weighing up where to choose. All the conveniences of a larger hotel but with the individual care and attention of a smaller boutique property.

The hotel is beautiful. We spent four days and still had parts we had not explored. Loved that every room is different. The staff at Salammbo for breakfast is lovely and they treated us like family. The evening service was a bit slow but the food amazing and always on point. We loved the overall stay. Beautiful property! The rooms are very clean and well maintained and we had a beautiful view from the room and balcony. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay away from the busy Medina, this place is very peaceful. They have a great pool. I asked for a blowdry from the spa and that would be my only negative feedback. For the price I paid it was a very basic blow dry and I was not at all happy with my hair. I told the spa services but they didn’t do anything about it.

A most beautiful property with unique ideas all around the grounds. The gardens were so well kept and the gardener explained what they were doing with their plants and trees. Totally relaxing and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. The only point to note is that you have to take a 20mintaxi/Shuttle to get into the Medina or Guilez if you wish to go our of the hotel grounds. Easily arranged for about eur12 each way.

Great hotel to stay however if you have cat allergy or scared of cats please refrain from staying at this hotel. They have 4-5 cats. The cats would crawl under the table while we were having breakfast and they would run along the restaurant, was near the pool basically everywhere there were cats. Had I known they had so many cats I would not have chosen to stay at this hotel. On the hotel information they stated pets not allowed but yet they have cats in the bar, in the restaurants, the area near the pool, garden and even in the reception area. So appalling and scary experience.

I really wish I could give this place 5 stars. The property is really lovely. The suite was private and beautiful and the service was attentive but not overly so. The food was also pretty good by Moroccan standards. Unfortunately the very first morning, we left for breakfast and when we came back, the room was cleaned and bed was made etc but $200 had been taken from our bags. Not a huge sum of money and frankly the person could have taken a lot more. But the cash was deep in some bags and it's just really upsetting and creepy that someone had gone through all of our stuff. Plus for a fairly high end and expensive property, I really didn't think theft by staff would be such a problem. We informed the administration and they told us they conducted an investigation and searched their staff but didn't find anything. I understand that, I didn't expect it to be recovered anyway but it's just very upsetting that it happened and I have no choice but to give 2 stars. Just left a bad taste in the mouth. I looked through other reviews and this does not seem to have happened to anyone else either, guess we were just very unlucky

Everyone was really lovely and friendly. Very good service. They even surprised me with a delicious cake as it was birthday! Thank you all for a very lovely stay. we will come again

Thus property is in an area north of Marrakech center requiring transportation to get to the main square & Koutoubia Mosque . The grounds are beautiful with pool area to relax by. The dining facilities are stunning and the food incredible. If you are wanting to return to an oasis surrounded by palms after a day of sightseeing this is the place for you !

Absolutely amazing hotel, located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet only a 10minute drive away. Our suite was spacious and homely. Lots of character throughout the whole hotel and some beautifully considered interior design. The staff were all really friendly and it was nice to get to know them during our stay, excellent service all round. The grounds are beautifully maintained with nice touches having daybeds and loungers dotted around. Loved the kitchen garden too, providing produce for the restaurant and nice having the animals such as peacocks and goats on the property. Amazing pool heated to a nice temprature. Would definitely want to come back to this hotel, absolute paradise. Thanks for having us.

My second stay at Les Deux Tours, and just as lovely as the first. The property is beautifully decorated, elegant, "modern Moroccan" with lots of authentic touches and atmosphere, and not the overdone Moroccopalooza that you find elsewhere in Marrakesh. The staff is kind and responsive, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced for its quality. A really wonderful retreat!

Beautiful property - very peaceful only a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Food was good. Served quickly. Felt clean & healthy with the use of lots of herbs. Lovely architecture around the hotel. Amazingly high ceiling, beautiful chandeliers added grandeur, the bar has a pool table & chess boards dotted around, they had a projector screen to allow you to watch the World Cup games (my husband was v pleased with that!). There was a lovely atmosphere, peacocks & cats wondering around. Deceptively large swimming pool to lounge around beside. Great service. When I called up for a yoga matt within minutes staff dropped it off. As was the case when it came to lighting the fireplace in the bedroom in the evening. Thank you! The only improvement I’d recommend is perhaps having a few activities which guests can attend, a 1 hour bike ride around the local area visiting a local village, and hour of yoga in the beautiful gardens, or stargazing in a local spot where they light a fire and tell some stories about the country’s history// cinema under the stars. We’ve stayed at a few places which put these sorts of activities on and it really makes a difference. The only negative is the rooms have single glazing. It didn’t bother us, but if you’re a light sleeper, you maybe woken up by others talking / going to and from the rooms.

Absolutely gorgeous property located in peaceful La Palmerie on the outskirts of Marrakech. One of the most charming hotels I’ve been to - with lot’s of character and excellent service - discreet and friendly. The gardens are beautifully maintained and full of tropical plants and calming water features. The hotel provides a perfect blend of boutique and bucolic ambience and it’s only a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of the famous Medina of Marrakech. I’m already considering a come back :)

Place is overall lovely particularly the pool and garden, but the service was mediocre, particularly at the restaurant and bar. At one point I asked to order a drink and waited 30 minutes for the bar tender to come by - I’d walked off by the time he started to come back and it was hardly busy. After paying hundreds for the night, it was an utter disappointment that I could hardly sleep. Dogs barked until early hours of the morning at nearby villas and the hotel could not do anything about it. A total shame.

We had a wonderful stay as a couple at les deux tours, in a junior suite with a private snug and open fire - lovely in the chillier months. I would recommend the dinner by 1000 lights too, it was so romantic and private. Every single member of staff is welcoming and the place is 5 star, but also rustic so it feels relaxing and charming. Mostly French clientele who we found to be pleasant and respectful

It is an outstandingly situated property almost like a small tropical paradise village everything is positioned and designed to give you and all your travelling companions space to wonder around the self sufficient grounds where they grow all their own vegetables they keep goats, peacocks are strolling past you as you take breakfast on the terrace. The heated out door pool is exceptional the apartments are as stylish as all the main interior details of the bar reception and spa. Truly breathtaking we shall return

We stayed in room 2 with a pool. The room was clean, but the pool was a little dirty with a little too much floating in it. Our shower also didn't drain properly. Beautiful otherwise with a massive bed. Would have been great but for the baby and family next door - the walls turned out to be super thin and we could literally hear everything very loudly. Staff are friendly, but service could be brushed up (the management is excellent though). At check in, our bags took so long to be delivered that we went back to get them ourselves. We were told we would be shown around the hotel but then was taken straight to our room and left there. We had to go back to ask where everything was. Housekeeping also ignored the do not disturb sign 3 times. We had a big issue with the spa including appointments they cancelled randomly and the therapist turning up to the premises 15 minutes late, but the manager sorted this out for us and was great at dealing with this. At two meals, my drinks arrived after my food which was annoying. Their airport transfers are very reasonably priced compared to other hotels, so do use this. Food is average and not hugely vast, but the drinks selection is fantastic (including non-alcoholic). If you can spare some money, definitely try the private dinner for two. It was the most romantic thing we had ever experienced.

Les Deux Tours is simply fantastic in every way. The service is second to none. If you want a stunning hotel which is beautiful but is unique rather than looking like any other 5 star hotel, look no further! The grounds and gardens are beautiful and it feels like a Moroccan Palace. The food is excellent but the most wonderful bit is the pool. It is a peaceful hotel, not suitable for large noisy groups. They provide a free shuttle bus, three times a day into Marrakesh which is really helpful. We loved looking at the little terrapins in the many pretty pools, sunbathing. The directer general, Eros Abraile, was so welcoming and would make any adjustments to make your stay even more comfortable. We needed help at the last minute and nothing was too much trouble. We will certainly return to Marrakesh and would only stay at this hotel - you can't beat it!

An excellent venue with exceptional service from the staff. We were warmly greeted by Chantelle - who showed us to our pool suite. The hotel is located about 20 minutes taxi drive from the old city - Medina (roughly DH 100-150). There is a hotel shuttle to the new city area (called Gueliz) where you can go shopping and then take a taxi to the old city (DH 50) or about 20 minutes walk. Overall, the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle from the old city (Jemma El Fna).

I loved, loved, loved this fabulous boutique hotel in Marrakesh - it's my idea of heaven: away from any noise with gentle flowing water, nature and various birds tweeting. The staff and management care about their clientele and will do all they can to resolve any issues. Buffet breakfast was so peaceful and I very much enjoyed the fresh baguettes baked daily. The only things they could change is: 1) Have shuttles going to the Souk and back every 4 hours from 9am to 9pm. 2) In the rooms please attach towel hooks as there was nowhere to hang a towel once used. 3) Stop people smoking where others are eating, us non Smokers hate the smell of cigarette smoke

This resort was gorgeous! We had a pool suite and it was well worth the extra money. Just a heads up, the private pools are not heated, but you may request them to be (WELL WORTH IT) for about $55 USD. Mohsen, who was the staff member who checked us in actually provided a heated pool service for free during our stay to help us feel a little better after our luggage was delayed for a day. I would say two things I wish were better: The food options (if you're vegetarian and/or don't like french foods) are extremely limited. We had an OK penne pasta twice for dinner while we were there. You're about 20 minutes away from the city center so it's not practical to expect yourself to be able to get food whenever you want and therefore the overpriced hotel options are all you have access to. Secondly, it was a good thing that we really wanted to relax by the pool when we were on this trip because there's nothing near the hotel for you to wander to at night and there's nothing organized to do at the hotel either. There are three shuttles that run throughout the day into the city center. One at 10AM, one at 330PM, and one at 7PM, with only two returning times back to the hotel, 4PM & 730PM. If you want to go out into the city after 7PM, expect to take a taxi back for $15 USD. The hotel is really good about organizing cabs into the city though so just request them to set things up if you're not planning on hanging in the city center (it's about a 30 minute walk from Jemaa el fnaa).

Went for quick “fly & flop” break. Hotel lovely with quirky rooms, nice public areas and great restaurants and very good staff. Access to pool was tricky as no conventional steps or ladder just very large 1.5 ft steps forming a series of graduations into the water. Not ideal for everyone. Transfers from airport Ian’s into town available (at a cost) and free shuttle bus 3 times a day.
