Schade!!! Die Villa war sauber, die Fenster verschmiert und schmutzig. Hier wäre verbesserungs potenzial.

Rooms are old. Needs to be refurbished.
Cons: I clearly asked at the reception at checkin for a QUIET ROOM and they put me in building no2 which is OLD, and very noisy as it is very close to the road nearby. Kids club is also problematic (v small room, v old, no space for the kids to play). Also it's in the other hotel, ES SAADI PALACE does NOT have a kids club.

The breakfast was nice, with nice celection
Cons: There was a small cake left in our room as a welcome treat. When I went to cut it, hundreds of tiny spiders, very small ants crawled away from it. They were awful. These insects also ran all along the rugs at the door onto the patio.

The swimming pool is lovely and spacious. Staff at pool side is very attentive and friendly. Staff at poolside and buffet restaurants are equally attentive.
Cons: Hotel charges large amount of prepayment. Reception has an attitude that is significantly unproportional to the luxurious touch of the hotel. Such a shame since the rest of my Marrakech experience has been so great.

Wonderful place to stay - chose it as it was close to Medina while offering an oasis of calm in a lush environment. And it didn’t disappoint! We chose a Ksar to experience the closest authentic vibes and it was amazing. The few photos on Booking don’t come close to reality: large spaces, well maintained, spotless, fresh flowers, spacious terraces, comfy beds, everything was close to perfection. The free mini bar was great, and always promptly refilled. The staff was amazing, kind & prompt with everything we could ask for. The breakfast was diverse & the msemen is ablosutely wow, best we had in Marrakech. The pool & spa are also top noch. And the sound of he birds is the perfect relaxing background!
Cons: Things that can be improved: The Ksars are promoted as being soundproof. The one we had was not - you can hear every move from the bedrooms, from cars passing to people talking & nature sounds. At first we had the impression we didn’t close the window. Pool service is very slow, if you want something fast, best go to the pool bar.

On arrival we were unexpectedly given a free room upgrade and an early check in, thank you so much Ayab! Breakfast was amazing…beautiful grounds…spacious rooms…All staff were always super friendly… We will miss Noman (reception) …his smile, friendly chats as well as offering delicious Moroccan tea and snacks. Hayat in housekeeping ensured we had everything needed for a comfortable nights sleep. We will definitely return 😀

Good location with spacious shared area. Rooms were spacious and nicely equipped. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Quality of food at breakfast and pool side
Cons: Spa experience was poor. Facilities were half working and the masseuses were hit and miss. Too expensive for the value. Breakfast area was too large and was taking a lot of time to be served. Pool area service and experience too slow. Only one of the two pools heated forcing guests to either swim all in the small pool with the babies or get cold in the larger one

We’ve had the most wonderful short break at Es Saadi Palace, wishing we could stay for longer. Every part has been 5*: breakfast has every hot & cold option possible; delightful rooms & we appreciated an upgrade to a stunning suite with multiple indoor / outdoor places to relax. Though end January, great weather allowed relaxing in the sun by outdoor heated pool during the day & evenings using hotel’s spa, both welcome antidotes to the bustle of the souks which are a leisurely 25min stroll away. But what makes a Hotel is the staff, at Es Saadi Palace they are the friendliest and most helpful we could’ve wished for, every request, in every part of the hotel, was met with a warm & positive response. No hesitation in giving 5* review with a hope to return.

Excellent hotel with great gardens, huge pool area and extremely friendly and supportive staff. We have been staying in one of the villas which even had a private heated pool (28°C). Everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Overall, the hotel is very nicely decorated. We didn’t experience any bad influence from the casino which is at the same property. Location is OK, with about a 30 minutes walk to the Souk. Some other nice hotels are nearby. Finally, again the outstanding staff has to be mentioned - everyone has been very charming and we felt very welcome.

The hotel and gardens were beautiful, the staff were professional, very helpful and friendly. The hotel offered a relaxing retreat from the hectic vibrant town center
Cons: We asked for our bedroom light to be fixed and our tv froze or appeared to disconnect from the Wi-Fi, we reported this but alas nobody came to fix them. We went half board, there are 4 restaurants which gave you a set menu of 3 options of a starter, main and deserts these menus did not change during our stay so we were struggling to make choices we were going to enjoy without repeating our meals. So I would not recommend half board. The large pool was too cold to get into in November but they do have a lovely smaller heated pool and an amazing spa

I always stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded expectations! This time, we stayed at the Kasr, a private duplex with a terrace upstairs and a garden with direct access to the pool. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable—truly felt like home. We had two Kasrs with connecting rooms, which made it perfect for our group. The staff were exceptional, from the front desk to the pool team, housekeeping, and in-room dining—every interaction was warm and professional. The pools are massive and absolutely stunning, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—it’s a true gem, and I’ll definitely be back ♥️

"Spacious rooms, with equally spacious bathrooms. Overall, the staff is very friendly, with a few exceptions. Pool is spacious, breakfast is fine, location can be busy in the evening/night due to the casino, club, and restaurant, which meant taxis couldn't get through if you were returning from another restaurant. Spa center is beautiful, treatments are pricey and the quality was okay."
Cons: : "Room cleaning could be better, hairdresser in the hotel was not available for three days, and the replenishment of coffee and tea could be improved."

The hotel is amazing, the rooms, the pool area, the spa, the gym. All fantastic. I can’t overstate this enough, just fantastic. Probably the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels all over the world.
Cons: Proximity of the hotel to a main road meant that we could hear road traffic in our room. Better soundproofing of the windows would make the room perfect. This does seem a common problem for most hotels in Marrakech though due to the busy nature of the place and the way the road system is laid out.

Very welcoming and attentionate personel. They will absolutely take care of all your needs and even protect you from shady transactions (ensure you get the best driver, don't fall into tourist traps, etc..) make sure to compensate them accordingly! The room, the charm of the amenities, the food and especially the spa services were top notch. And by that I mean vlearly above the local average. You feel left in peace all the time yet there's always someone around to be found and assist you if needed, which is agreeable. This will be our new base camp everytime we're in Marrakech!

I liked the location and a great spot to relax after driving for a week with my kids. They loved the pool. It doesn’t have the best kids amenities. The kids club is MEH, my kids didn’t want to go and only briefly glanced at it (5/7/9). The rooms are a bit dated and dark. The pool menu is ridiculously expensive ($25/cheeseburger). The massage I had was pretty terrible but that’s a personal preference. The staff was awesome and were really good to my kids. Breastfast was amazing.

Beautiful gardens and design, convenient location. The front of hotel doormen were exemplary and very, very good. Our waiters at breakfast and lunch were also very good. We had some very good lunches in the restaurant by the pool. The salads were excellent, fresh and memorable. I loved the fact that some produce was grown on the owners organic farm. The food was unfailingly fresh and enjoyable. we had two extremely good dinners - the Ramadan buffet in the Palace and the French restaurant in the hotel. Our family of four (with two fussy teenagers who were overflowing with praise - and that is unusual!) really enjoyed eating with the hotel.
Cons: Some staff (the spa and gym in particular) could improve their customer service. They could be abrupt, we had to ask for towels at the spa, tea and water was not replenished - small things. The front of hotel doormen were exemplary and very, very good.

Great showers, seating and complimentary fruit/sweets. The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was amazing. It was a calm atmosphere in the hotel and nice grounds. About 15 min walk to the edge of town so just outside the hustle and bustle but near enough to be part of the action and not rely on taxis
Cons: There were a couple of minor niggles with the room. A loud heater for example and a couple of lights not working (the latter they fixed really quickly).

Cons: I was really looking for ward to my holiday in Marrakesh as I’ve never been before having looked at the booking com reviews I thought this must be one of the best. But disaster just struck from the start. I booked the Ksar villa for 6 nights for me and my baby who is 8 months old it was pricy £3000 but I just wanted her to have a memorable experience . Upon arrival security not friendly paid for the room straight away . Our villa has crawling ants and insects all over the floor so I couldn’t leave the baby on the floor ok the play mat . Also the screen mirroring didn’t work on the tv so she couldn’t listen and watch her favourite programs I had to buy a tv just for her. This was the final straw when they wouldn’t let me and her in the indoor pool it was too hot outside for a baby and she wouldn’t let us go swimming there . I left the hotel and they argued with us saying we had not paid basically calling me a liar I told them check the cameras we never even got an apology just stuck up attitude. We left the hotel after just 2 days I didn’t get a refund but that was how bad it was that I had to leave I would never recommend this place . Having stayed at many hotels this was the worst 5 star ever

All facilities were outstanding, the pool was glorious, the staff attentive and charming. Food was delicious.
Cons: We were staying under the roof top restaurant and the chairs scraped heavily on the floors (iron chairs and tiled floor) causing a lot of noise in our room. I asked the restaurant if they could try lifting the chairs to move them but sadly it was the same every evening. Thank heavens they did not serve breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and kind. Large pool area but only a small section is heated during the spring.

The palace resort is in an excellent neighborhood close to the center of Marrakesh. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were polite in general. There are 4 restaurants, one serving only adults. The exterior is beautiful and there is a heated swimming pool. The breakfast is very nice
Cons: The menu in room service is quite limited and the food average or even below. The staff serving food sometimes you get the feeling they don’t quite like what they do but I guess it’s because we were there during ramadan. The food prices are extremely high for the food served.

Fantastic pool, one of the biggest we've seen. Main lobby is awesome. Shot many pictures, really fantastic. Very nice breakfast (great service; we were even asked if we had slept well, ha ha)
Cons: We spend 500 bucks a night on the villa. Not worth it. Quality wise good but the vibe was below expectations. Didn't feel like going back to the villa most of the time. Straight access (from the villa's small garden) to the pool didn't really appeal that much to us One bedroom upstairs (where our kids slept) just didn't feel right. Living room not inviting Too dark If we'd go to this hotel again we'd take a family room and spend the extra cash on food

Lovely hotel with relaxing pool area and thermae spa. Pool snacks expensive but Moroccon buffet reasonable value. No welcome drink on arrival which was very unusual as this was the only place we weren’t offered one in the whole of our holiday. Also one cake in room, delicious but couldn’t understand why they couldn’t have provided one each! Fizzy yoghurts on the breakfast buffet and only place we ended up with upset stomachs! Service in hotel was the worst we experienced and we stayed in a selection of raids, kasbah, desert camps.

We stayed in Ksar 1 Duplex. Season was quiet so not crowded yet staff were a Property feeling but well equipped and not too small. The villa has a butler service which was 100%. ttentive and friendly. Boutique Property feeling but larger enough and well equipped for most people. Restaurants are unique at least each worth one visit. Pools and pool Services very good. Room Service/pool menu is OK. Gym is OK. We did not use the Spa Services. Everything is massively expensive at this place so it really must provid an excellent experience. It was.

In a convenient location. All the comforts you can think of. Great pool and spa with an attentive staff. The food was very good for breakfast and snacks. A couple of the restaurants were really outstanding. Great relaxing setting. Choice of where you stay - the Hotel, the Palace, or a Villa - worthwhile splurging. The gardens in the compound are nice to wander about - the big surprise is the art work all over the facility.

After reading negative reviews about staff there we were pleased to find that everyone was courteous and helpful and smiling including the cook who we had a good laugh with one morning held my lids open open so I didn’t burn myself every morning with a smile. The street noise is minimal the birds chirping probably made more noise. The rooms are huge with a large balcony looking onto what could pass for a botanical garden. A massive pool we enjoyed the heated pool. It was so beautiful we spend a whole day of our holiday beside the pool which I have never done before. We stayed at the Palace I don’t think we would have enjoyed the resort as much. We thoroughly enjoyed our twentieth wedding anniversary here. It was perfect and look forward to coming back as soon as we can.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks with our 3 month old. This resort should be a 4* not 5*. Pros - Beautiful room, very spacious. We booked a suite as we were staying for two weeks with a baby and needed the extra space. House keeping were excellent. - Great pool options incl a heated pool and beds/cabanas for lounging. - Resort staff esp pool staff were friendly and helpful. Cons - Pool food options are limited and rubbish for vegetarians. - Bedroom towels and pillows are terrible quality for a 5* resort. - On one occasion a pool staff denied me a third towel because they had a lot of guests they needed to service?! For a 5* resort they should always have unlimited towels! - Reception staff (two females) very rude. Our AC stopped working for two days and we were informed that the hotel turned it off completely - again it's a 5* resort! - Concierge; unfriendly and pretty useless. - The resort does not provide irons or kettles for tea/coffee (strange) in rooms. In the middle - Restaurants were good but not excellent. - Room service food options are limited esp for vegetarians (but we were staying for two weeks so for a week it's unlikely to be an issue) - I emailed the resort prior to arriving regarding sterilizing baby bottles. I was told they had sterilizing machine. On arrival I was told it was broken and arranging alternative sterilizing was a big struggle. In the end, Farah did arrange for us to use their microwave once a day to do all our baby bottles - thank you!

From being picked up from the airport the Es Saadi Palace staff could not do enough for us. It is a very calm peaceful hotel away from the madness of the hub of Marrakesh....only a 10 minute taxi ride £4 although our first night £10 (think we must have been tired!) Food is excellent although a little pricey. Towels changed daily & sometimes twice (a little much) fresh roses in our room. A beautiful cake & candles were in our room on our birthday total surprise as we had told no one!! The concierge were so professional and went above and beyond especially Mhiaoui simo We would not hesitate to stay at Es Saadi again and would totally recommend it.

We - a family of three persons - stayed at the Es Saadi Palace for one week. All in all it was an exceptional and extraordinary good experience. The facility is of a very high quality, very well maintained and unique in its style and atmosphere. The staff is very professional - starting with a friendly welcome upon arrival. In general, all is to a high standard from the standard of the room - in our case an executive suite, to the garden, pool and spa area, to the breakfast service, etc - it was beyond what we expected. In addition, my wife got ill during the stay - and the hotel quickly arranged for medical support, including fetching medicine etc to make it convenient to us. The palace is in walking distance from all major places in Marrakech. We will definitely return.

We were looking forward to staying at this hotel, after reading the latest reviews. However after arriving at the property I was rather disappointed. Firstly for a 5 star hotel/Palace I thought the place looked unkept. The service was not 5 star. We were not received in a welcoming manner. No refreshments offered on arrival, considering the heat of the day was around 35C. The room was a good size, but furnishings in need a of a desperate update. Bathroom was great. I had to call for turndown service!!!! However when they arrived they met all requirements. Thank you for that. The grounds were not kept well. We looked at the oriental spa, nothing special. The outdoor toilets there were truly appalling. Pool boys were not welcoming and the pool closes at 7:00pm. The gym also shuts too early at 9 pm. The Teatro club is extremely dated: did not understand why people went there??? The casino was something you might find in Great Yarmouth. Definitely not Casino Royale. All in all, this looks that it was a great place 10 years ago but now in desperate need of upgrade.

I stayed at the Palace with my family for a few days and couldn't be happier. From the staff to the facilities everything was pretty amazing. The pools were clean and well maintained. The rooms gorgeous and well appointed. We found food at the restaurants very good with a decent selection. The room service menu leaves a little to be desired but if your not feeling up to venturing out to take in the local cuisine it'll suffice. Over all a very lovely hotel and we will love to stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Upon entering the El Saadi Gardens and Resort, you feel special. The lobby is huge, gleaming white and beautifully appointed. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Even the door to our room was decorative. Rose petals were strewn all over our room, on the bed, in the sinks, in the tub and in the shower. Our room overlooked the pool area but, it was never noisy despite a lot of people. Buffet breakfast was very nice and was included with the room. My sister and I would definitely return.

I stayed with my wife in the resort for 6 nights and we have had a great stay at Es Saddi Resort , quite, romantic , good staff and they showed us the real Moroccan Arab hospitality. What also made our stay a great memorable event is the management and I'd like to appreciate the special treatment and facilitation we got from Ms. Karma (super lady) who support us in all aspect and exceeded our expectation and satisfaction, also , Ms. Fatema El Zahra at front desk who resolved some issue during my first night and I really praise her professional positive interface that other front desk failed to accommodate but she is very well trained to deal with hotel guest .

After an impressive check in and wonderful reception whene arrived at the hotel we were disappointed with a couple of things in the room, firstly the toilet flush in the bathroom did not work properly and the TV reception for all channels was poor. We asked reception twice within one hour to send somebody up to fix the issues. We appreciated the fact that this was a busy time during the check in time. Not only did they fix the problems but the staff were extremely appologetic and offered us a free room upgrade. Since that point the service and overall experience could not have been any better. I stayed at the Palace at the end of February and was impressed by this hotel: everything - from the interior to the fact that there is an art gallery floor was great. The staff were very professional, polite and always helpful. Rose petals in the bathroom as well as candles everywhere around the corridors in the night were something that provided that special touch. The hotel has a huge lagoon swimming pool (not heated) and a heated smaller (round) swimming pool. The gardens are lovely and a pleasure to walk around.Overall I went away with an excellent impression of this hotel!

This hotel is superb in every respect. We were due to stay in an executive suite in the Palace and were upgraded to one of the Ksar villas in the hotel grounds. Everything about the villa was luxurious and the hotel grounds are amazing. The pool is spectacular and includes a part that is heated in the winter season. Breakfast offered huge choice of excellent quality food and the on site spa was also exceptional. Every single member of staff - and there seem to be plenty of them - could not be faulted. Without exception they were welcoming, friendly and helpful and added to the enjoyment of our stay.

We booked the Palace Es Saadi not knowing what to expect as we had never been to Marrakech before. It was truly beautiful. The hotel was amazing! We booked a superior suite on the ground floor which was on 2 levels which was great as we had our 10 year old son with us. It was SO spacious and lovely. Everything worked well and was cleaned everyday really well and also a quick tidy up was carried out in the evening. Lovely smelling products in the shower to use too! The swimming pool area was very large so we always had lovely comfy sun loungers and the guys at the pool bar are hard working lovely guys. The breakfast on the terrace was close to our suite and was so lovely to start the day sitting outside with a lovely breakfast and a choice of teas. It was never crowded or manic - just so lovely and peaceful. We had dinner at the restaurant on the first night which was delicious but we ate out the rest of the time to try out other places. Will definitely be going back and hopefully soon!

Es Saadi palace was located in a perfect location. Approx 15mins walk from the main square or a 5mins taxi journey. The hotel complex is very peaceful and quiet hosting beautiful and clean spa facilities. Staff very friendly and attentive. I stated at the junior suite which was splendid and overlooked the gardens below.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights in mid-July......we were checked in very smoothly (after a delayed and stressful plane ride) and we were only Interested in a meal, drink and sleep. The pool bar was the nearest and we ordered 2 club sandwiches which were HUGE but tasty. The hotel in general was very quiet - just a handful of guests. Most of the beautiful pool are had been sectioned off for maintenance which was a shame as it would have been lovely to experience it all. Our room (Junior Suite) was lovely and very clean. Breakfast was gorgeous....yummy Morrocan pancakes, mint tea, fresh fruit, anything you wanted to be cooked to order.... We struggled to find places to eat apart from Le Comptoir and Cafe Extrablatt just outside the hotel......a few drinks in the hotel bar would have been nice too but there was no other guests in there. We enjoyed our stay overall but I was upset on check out when the hotel staff tried to charge us again for our per-paid package! After a long negotiation...they seemed to accept it. Even though they had a print out of our booking which quoted "Expedia collect payment"!! It seemed to be a language barrier issue. We also had a complimentary car to the airport which was a relief after the 'taxi' ride to the hotel!

Beautiful hotel, great staff, amazing pool area and gardens. The rooms are not as quiet as one would have hoped, they don't seem to be sound proofed but this did not ruin a wonderful stay. Being able to use the spa facilities was a real perk, especially as we seemed to be the only people to know about this! We will be retuning.

The word Palace should be taken off from the name of this hotel. It is far from a Palace. It is no more then a 3 star hotel and no star for food quality. The breakfast is terrible with birds flying and eating the food freely even though it is inside. The swimming pool is super dirty.

Lovely hotel, shame the service was not the same. Breakfast was a poor 2, Not enough sun beds people leaving towels on beds at 8am to reserve and than not coming back to after lunch. You need to go out or to the casino at night as hotel bar was lifeless as was the 2 restaurants. On the plus Hotel spa is great and the room and grounds.

The as Saadi hotel, palace and villas are in an oasis just 15 min walk to the chaotic marakesh old medina souk and famous jamaa al fna. Best service, huge suites, comfortable bed, huge bathrooms and highest quality outdoor and in door swimming pool. We stayed there for 3 nights and paid for 2 as part of hotel.com promotion. Go for it
