Cons: Убираются хорошо. Забрали использованные полотенца. Забыли положить новые. Позвонил на рецепшн и попросил принести новые полотенца.Прошел час. Позвонил опять и предложил что сам подойду, чтобы их забрать. Персонал вежливо реагирует и играет заинтересованность. Но потом ничего не делает. Я вообще не могу понять как из трех действий -протереть пол, застелить кровать, поменять полотенца - можно забыть об об одном.

Right off a main road so it was easy to catch a taxi. The location was decent and very accessible and the room looked as advertised. Breakfast was solid and there was a good variety of pastries and bread as well as beverages.
Cons: The staff at the front desk during check in was okay but did not inform us of information such as how to connect to the Internet or what time breakfast was. We had to call or go down to the front desk to get this information on our own. The kettle did not work but we were only there for one night so it was not a huge problem but for longer stays could be an issue. Lighting over the full length mirror was not great so it was difficult to see a proper reflection.

The lobby reception was friendly :) and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The bed was clean and cozy, and the room looked exactly like the pictures on Booking.com. TV was working with some English channels. However, the shower area lighting was quite dim and made the space feel a little dingy, and there was a slight sewage smell from the toilet bowl — not too strong, but noticeable. I also wish the hotel provided hotel slippers and more complete toiletries. If you’re staying here, I’d recommend bringing your own. The location isn’t the most convenient for sightseeing, as tourist attractions are quite a distance away. That said, there’s a small convenience store right next door where you can easily buy water. Just behind the hotel are two coffee cafés, and my favorite was Artisan Boulanger Pâtissier, about two blocks away — they serve a delicious breakfast for around 40–60 DH, and their pastries and desserts are very affordable. I ended up going there every morning during my stay! If you plan to explore, the tram station is about a 5–10 minute walk away, or you can take a taxi for convenience. Do note there’s a tourist tax payable after your stay. i paid 40DH for 2 nights. Overall, a decent and clean place to stay if you don’t mind being a bit farther from the main attractions.
Cons: I understand that the hotel uses energy-saving lighting, but the lift lobbies and hallways are completely dark until the motion sensors activate. It can be quite daunting when you first step out of your room, as it’s pitch black — you literally can’t even see your hand in front of you. The same goes for the stairway area, which stays dark until movement triggers the lights. The lights do come on within 3–5 seconds, but if you’re afraid of the dark, just be prepared to tolerate a few moments of total darkness.

This hotel is excellent!!! The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. they always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Even during check-out, the person at the front desk generously gave me money for a taxi to the airport because I hadn’t exchanged any local currency yet. Truly outstanding service and hospitality. Highly recommended

Cons: Lights in the room were very strange all linked to different switches. Nowhere to sit and relax outside of room. There is a bar area and restaurant in the hotel but we were informed bar closed. This looks to be permanent as no fridges on. Not allowed to use the seating in this area. We were also told the same about the restaurant but on further enquiry found out it opened at 8pm. Very unwelcoming.

Cons: This place was not only dated—which can sometimes be forgiven—but shockingly dirty. The shower floor was a dark color, likely to hide grime, but the slimy, slippery feeling underfoot had me gagging. The trash bin had dried splashes of some unknown liquid, and the balcony was unkempt. The restaurant had no food available, so be prepared to walk a street over for anything—coffee, meals, everything. As for the staff, they were on their phones, visibly annoyed by my presence, and generally acted like I was interrupting their downtime. Completely unprofessional.

Cons: Inadmissible : si on rentre vers minuit l’hôtel est plongé dans le noir absolu, pas une lumière dans le lobby. Pour le moins curieux dans une chaîne Best western, c’est très désagréable. Le premier soir, on a cru que c’était une panne technique mais cela a été identique les suivants…problème d’éclairage également dans la chambre, impossible de n’allumer que la salle de bain sans la lumière centrale dans toute la chambre. Idem pour les luminaires de chevet. Impossible de se maquiller tellement c’est sombre dans la salle de bain, un miroir grossissant serait indispensable avec un éclairage pareil…

J’ai séjourné une nuit au BEST WESTERN PLUS , et tout était impeccable du début à la fin. La chambre était exactement comme sur les photos du booking, propre, confortable et avec une vue magnifique , comme je le souhaitais. Un grand merci à Mr Mohamed de l’accueil, qui a été au top ! Il nous a reçus avec beaucoup de professionnalisme , a pris en compte toutes nos demandes et a fait en sorte que notre expérience soit parfaite. Un service client vraiment à la hauteur ! 👏

Cons: Everything else. Checked in and only received 1 key for 2 people. They didn’t have extra keys, which in my lifetime never heard of. Room was dirty. Mirrors with dirt spots, floors dirty. Glad it was just for 1 night!!

o pessoal do hotel é gentilíssimo, me ajudaram com tudo o que pedi sempre. só não recebi a nota fiscal da estadia. o hotel tem uma localização longe para ir para a maior parte dos lugares, mas é próximo do bonde. as janelas silenciam o barulho externo, mas algumas noites houve uma bateção de porta no corredor insuportável. o ar condicionado era com controle individual correto.
Cons: tentei pedir room service, mas ninguém atendia, o telefone era velho e não sei se era real o número. desisti, acho que foi até bom, pq o restaurante perto era mais barato. o lençol, acho, não foi trocado nem um dia durante minha estada de 7 noites, até torço por isso, pq um dia tinha cabelos na fronha. as toalhas já viram dias melhores, certamente. estavam bem encardidas. e o lençol com bolinhas. o hotel já deve ter tido seus bons dias. lamentável aparecer assim.

Just the location of the hotel
Cons: Staff needs training on customer response and handling a situation. The staff threw my packed food which was kept on the table during cleaning and when asked said its their policy to throw food stuff kept on table. The bathroom was not clean. The request was a double bed and two beds were placed together. Breakfast was mediocre. Location was noisy around too

Cons: Dans la douche, quasiment pas de lumière donc on se douche presque dans la pénombre. Couloirs de l'hôtel qui mériteraient d'être rafraîchis par des couleurs plus chaleureuses car moquette vieillissante et couloirs sombres.

La habitación muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Tuvimos que salir corriendo de otro hotel por las condiciones asquerosas y pésimo desayuno, y este hotel el mismo día nos aceptaron para alojarnos en 3 habitaciones para 5 personas.
Cons: Aunque la mayoría del personal fue amable, tuvimos un problema con el pago desde booking y la chica de recepción entró en negación y no nos quería aceptar ni la tarjeta con la que se hizo la reserva ni otra tarjeta distinta, lo querían todo en efectivo y no aceptaban otra solución, y todo con arrogancia. Al final conseguimos que nos aceptaran el pago con la tarjeta que se hizo la reserva, lo que nos hizo pasar un mal rato.

J’ai séjourné à l’hôtel Best Western Plus Casablanca City Center et j’ai vraiment beaucoup aimé mon séjour. L’emplacement est parfait, central et pratique pour explorer la ville. Je souhaite aussi remercier tout particulièrement le restaurant et le bar juste à côté de l’hôtel – ce sont des voisins formidables ! L’accueil y est chaleureux, le service excellent et l’ambiance très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, et je reviendrai avec plaisir

The hotel was clean and comfortable by Moroccan standards. However, the staff was unpleasant. We had booked the option with breakfast, but it wasn’t worth a penny. We were told breakfast starts at 7:00, and since we had a morning flight, we went right at that time. Only one waiter was beginning to set things up, and the food that was available was neither fresh nor tasty, with very limited options.

Breakfast was ok for the amount that we paid for but definitely can use a bit more variety. Problem is that it doesn’t seem like they have space for it.
Cons: Small cramped rooms. Nothing was provided as in toiletries besides soap and shampoo. Floor was very cold, slippers were definitely needed no facial tissue provided. Room felt like a prison. No hand bidet in the bathroom, they use a built in bidet which is highly unsanitary. Dark halls and very slow elevator that requires you to climb up steps. Also the location is horrible not much around the area or stores besides the one downstairs
