I recently stayed at M Social Phuket and overall I’d rate it 7/10. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and in an excellent location. It’s literally right next to Jungceylon Mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, restaurants, and getting around Patong. There were a couple of downsides. The shower area could have been cleaner, as there was hair left in the sink when I arrived, which wasn’t a great first impression. The breakfast buffet was also fairly average—there was enough variety, but the food wasn’t particularly memorable. For around $250 AUD per night, I personally don’t think it offers the best value for money. While the location is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and a better breakfast experience at that price. Overall, if location is your priority, M Social is a good option. However, if you’re looking for luxury and great value, there may be better hotels available in the same price range.

This hotel is inside a shopping mall, so the location is very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. All the staff were kind, friendly, and made me feel welcome. I had high expectations for M Social Hotel, but unfortunately, the room quality was incredibly disappointing and felt more like a 3-star hotel. Here are the major issues I encountered during my stay: TV Connection: The television kept cutting out and frequently had no signal. Bathroom Design & Safety: The shower area has no door or curtain. As a result, water continuously floods the floor outside the shower stall, creating a very dangerous and slippery hazard. Furthermore, the water pressure was weak, and the storage shelf inside the shower is installed in a very awkward position—it gets in the way of washing and I actually scratched my arm on it. Severe Lack of Soundproofing: The main room door offers zero sound insulation. I could clearly hear every single sound from the hallway—people walking past, talking, and other rooms opening and closing their doors. How can a brand-new, supposedly 5-star hotel have such poor room quality? Aside from its stylish, modern design and the convenience of being directly connected to the shopping mall, the actual stay experience was deeply substandard. For your reference, I spent the first two nights of my Phuket trip at a 5-star pool villa, so I know exactly what 5-star standards should be. M Social completely failed to meet those standards. I will definitely not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

This was my third stay at the M Social Hotel Phuket, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. My most recent visit, from 3 June to 8 June, was just as enjoyable as my previous stays. I was especially impressed by the friendly, attentive, and helpful staff, who always went out of their way to assist whenever needed. A special thank you to Mr. Auan for his outstanding support, warm personality, and exceptional hospitality. I would also like to thank Mr. Pingpong from the restaurant for his excellent service and professionalism. Every member of the team deserves recognition for making guests feel genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and valued throughout their stay. Their dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service truly set this hotel apart. I look forward to returning soon and would not hesitate to stay at M Social Hotel Phuket again. This was the BEST hotel I've been in Phuket so far, M Social. Room was very clean and nice with all ammendities supplied. Near to the mall with access thru the lobby. Bangla road was just across the hotel. Pool, u can just hang out there whole day. Breakfast menu changed everyday. Stayed there for 6 days, and unfortunately my SQ flight was cancelled to the next day. INSTEAD we decide to come back to M Social and extend 5 more days there. A total of 11 days!! Worth it Special thanks and great service to these amazing staffs *Chaw / Mercedes / Candy - Best receptionist *Adam /Bat /Boat / Hon/ Abbo - The one who always help us thru out the stay Thank U sooo much. We really enjoy the 11 days stay here.

Cons: For smokers it is a little bit hard to stay in this hotel , so you have to think twice before booking this hotel , smoking on the balcony even is not allowed , there is only one small area in the pool that you will be allowed to smoke there one meter in one meter only !

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which is very convenient and close to everything.
Cons: Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The cleanliness was far below expectations, and the room did not feel properly maintained. In addition, the reception staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the stay even less pleasant. I would not choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made to both housekeeping standards and customer service.

We spent good time here in M-Social. It’s a good place to stay. Location is good, atmosphere is fantastic. Most of the services are really good like, Rooms luxury, Room Hygiene. I joined the morning exercises for 2days with trainer Mr.Moss at the gym. He is really kind and friendly. I took a stretch class and a mat pilates class. Both classes were worth it so I could start my day well. I definitely come back here on my next trip to Phuket!

I just spent 13 nights at M Social Hotel Phuket, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I’ve stayed in many places, but the service and atmosphere here are truly special. The Welcome & The Room The stay began with a very warm welcome. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly polite. My room was beautiful and very spacious. I especially appreciated how quiet my building was—it provided a perfect, right of shopping mall Jungcylon phuket.peaceful atmosphere for a long stay. Five-Star Dining & Special Thanks to Chef Noom and beakfast Team. The breakfast buffet is a massive international spread, and the staff there are so friendly and helpful. However, the culinary highlight was the personal touch from the kitchen. Chef Noom (Thai Chef): I want to give a huge thank you to Chef Noom. He surprised me with Kanom Jeen Namya Poo (Crab Curry Noodle) and Somtum Plara. They were absolutely delicious and authentic! The Hotel Garden: I was so impressed to learn they use fresh Thai herbs grown right in the hotel's own garden. You can really taste the difference in the freshness of the food! I’d 100% recommend M Social Hotel Phuket to any families with young children travelling to Phuket! This was our second time staying there and the staffs and service rendered to us were really consistent as per our last visit in July 2025. Staffs offered to help us with the bags, we were also offered a welcome ice-cream and cold towels during check-in and everything was seamless! They even helped us with our stroller and offered us a baby cot for our 3-month-old. We loved the fact that it is seamlessly connected to Jungceylon and the Big C supermarket is literally just 2 mins away. Perfect for us! I’d like to commend on the staffs working at the Beast and Butterflies during the breakfast shift (7-9 May). They were sooooo patient and welcoming, one staff (i did not get her name!) even offered me a cup of coffee. That was really sweet of her. They were also very professional and calm despite having to handle annoyingly loud and entitled tourists from India (they are the WORST!) Auan, the staff during check-out was also very warm and friendly. He bid us farewell and told us to come again. We will definitely be back again next year because we already missed Phuket, Auan, the yummy breakfast at M Social & the overall experience in M Social!

Lovely clean rooms, great experience staying here and very vibrant colours all around giving a lovely vibe. The pool access from the rooms was also very lovely and private. And the best part was the location very central to everything and all though you’re in the middle of it all it’s still very peaceful and quite when need be. Ssnooker was a lovely receptionist who helped us and gave us a lovely gift as a gesture while leaving.

It was our anniversary and they prepared a cake and wrote a special note on the mirror, which was very thoughtful. The property is quiet and yet so close to Bangla road and all the action. Room with pool access was great !! Breakfast needs a bit of improvement staff needs a bit of training I thought the servers at the breakfast restaurant were quite rude and unwelcoming!!

I booked a 14 days stay at M Social Phuket. My family also stayed at this hotel and booked multiple rooms. Much of the communal area needs updating such as the pool tiles and bathroom. Our rooms had ants when we arrived and we were quickly accommodated, however the second room had the same issue and on a lower floor than we initially had. My aunts room had a plumbing leak in her room. My sisters room had issues with the drywall cracking and creating debri on the floor. This hotel is central to all things Phuket and the customer service was as expected, however, not worth the money. The hotel needs updating and their are plenty other hotels nearby that would be just as satisfactory. Not the worst stay, but I would stay elsewhere next time.

Cons: 1. Ужасно тонкие стены. В соседний номер от нас заселили Китайцев, которые орали и смеялись всю ночь. Спать было невозможно 2. В номере было ужасно влажно. Все вещи, чеки и бумажные пакеты тоже были влажные из-за этого. 3. Сложно было дышать, чувствовался запах плесени 4. Много каких-то насекомых в номере. Появлялись комары, хотя мы не открывали окна 5. В ванной черная плесень, было не очень приятно вещать свои полотенца к этой стене 6. Раковина в ванной тоже была грязная, зеленая. Вода плохо сливалась

We took our two little boys (9 & 11) to M Social. We had 2 pool access rooms and we stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are very beautiful and kept very well. It was a great atmosphere as it fell on SongKran Water Festival. We stayed at this hotel for the first time and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. We loved everything from the amazing friendly helpful hotel staff, to all the facilities. We spent hours in the beautiful pool. Our buffet breakfast was amazing, they had a great spread. It's located right next to the Jungceylon mall and is very convenient for food and shopping. Special thanks to the lobby staff Win, Candy, Tulip & Snooker. We will definitely be back!

Loved our swim out room. Huge pool, nice poolside bar and dj playing chill tunes was a nice touch. The lady at the front desk (Snooker) was amazing during our stay! She helped resolve an AC issue and took care of us by including by some nice extras and following up to ensure all fine. Excellent service !
Cons: Breakfast had a huge variety, we had it for the 6 days but it suffered on quality (eg stale falafels consistently, stale pita bread, pork belly dish was 90% fatty bits? etc). On the positive side: Noodles were done well as was the sushi, spring rolls & omelettes.

If you love staying in patong, but don't want to be amongst the crowd, M social hotel is the best hotel to stay in, its connected to Jungceyln mall, perfect location. Rooms are very clean, staff are super friendly, made check in and check out easy, they were very accommodating. The only down fall is the lifts had no aircon, other than that, its the perfect hotel and budget friendly.

the location is fantastic. Walking distance from all the tourist spots- bangla road, jungceylon, central, beachfront restaurants. It’s luxurious, clean and huge!! the pool is lovely. Has a DJ every sunset.. great vibe. And it houses a terrific spa called LETS RELAX which is exquisite.

We had a great experience at M Social Hotel in Patong, Phuket. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was very rich and varied, with plenty of fresh products, which we really enjoyed. Both the room and the hotel were very clean and beautifully designed. A nice touch was that the hotel has two nearby reception areas, and the staff kindly transported us between them using a golf cart. Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 out of the 5 nights we had originally planned due to our initial flight being canceled, so we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool, which looked very nice. Highly recommended!

Well this is going to be a detailed review! We checked in with Chaw who was so sweet and helpful. Thank you for our beautiful room and for the decoration, fruit and cake for our anniversary, you really made our anniversary memorable❤️ The room was spacious, clean and had everything needed. Nice bathroom, big comfy bed, great balcony tea coffee water all supplied. Thank you to housekeeping who kept our room spotless for 3 weeks👏 We stayed in the Sunkissed wing which had a great swimming pool and the team that ran it were just simply Amazing. I have got to mention the staff, Moss,Aym,Q,Lloon,Yoyo,Bryce, Rondon Dean,Bank and Thaph. Thaph was a star all through our stay, he works so hard, well done team❤️👏 Next the Breakfast. Firstly Auan spoke to us every morning with a smile👏Then the breakfast team each one of you greeted us with smiles! Meen, Njoy Yoyo and Rondon were the only names I remember but you all made our breakfast so special. A big mention to the tall egg station guy, the best eggs benedict ever! Breakfast had so much choice and all beautifully presented👏👏❤️ Next the lobby bar, we loved this place in the company of the lovely duo, playing while we had a cold drink, big shout out to Lloone, Juhn and Jackie.👏❤️ If I have missed anyone I apologise all you staff are superstars, you made our stay so special. An amazing stay with family having room with pool view (sunkissed wing). The hotel has two wings connected by a mall. Free buggy service available between the buildings. Staff at reception, bell boys, club car drivers, room service, restaurant, pool are amazing and always ready to help with a smile. Located in the very center of Patong, it is an ideal place for anyone who does not like long trips around the city. Within a few minutes of the hotel you will find a restaurant, a bar, a massage salon, a market, a boxing stadium and many other tourist attractions. Although the hotel rooms are very well isolated from the noise of the street, due to the location I do not recommend this place to people looking for peace.

We spent 4 nights here and had a wonderful experience. We booked the pool-access rooms, which I highly recommend. My parents-in-law absolutely loved the private jacuzzi attached to the room—it was such a treat to soak there before stepping right out into the main pool. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. My kids were thrilled that they could rent underwater scooters, which kept them entertained for hours! The staff were consistently polite and professional throughout our stay. Another huge plus was the massage center located right next to the pool—very convenient and high quality. A truly enjoyable and relaxing stay for the whole family!

We had a fabulous time at M Social Phuket during our week-long getaway. We chose this hotel because we’re not beach-resort people - we prefer to be in the thick of the action, and the location could not have been better. The hotel is attached to Jungceylon Mall, a large complex with a wide range of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore without going far. Location and vibe: Right in Patong’s core, so you can step out and find plenty of dining, nightlife, shopping, and entertainment options. The hotel itself has a cool, contemporary vibe that fits the energy of the area. Rooms and comfort: We stayed in the Social Cosy room, which was perfect for our needs - comfortable bed, clean, stylish, and well laid out. While we didn’t spend much time in the room beyond sleeping, it met and exceeded our expectations for a city-center stay. Dining and facilities: Breakfast was great with a good variety to start the day. We didn’t use the gym or pool, but there were no concerns when we checked them out. We are here for the yacht show & choose to stay here due to great location for food, shopping & nightlife. Rooms are big, clean & modern. The breakfast is incredible with good range of choices and Chef Bright was very helpful with our request for noodles, wheatgrass juice! The banana bake he recommended was so good that we had several helpings in one seating. I’ll come back again!

Отдельная любовь свежевыжатым сокам. Персонал приветлив и отзывчив. Есть хороший спортзал с необходимым минимумом. Лобби великолепное - после завтрака можно найти свой уголок и посидеть среди живой растительности, в уютных креслах. Отель находится в непосредственной близости с ТЦ - очень удобно.
Cons: Кружки в номере металлические эмалированные - просто не соответствуют уровню и дизайну отеля. Пожалуйста, замените их.

We had a wonderful stay at M Social Hotel Phuket last week. The hotel is beautifully maintained, very comfortable, and perfectly located next to Jungceylon, making it extremely convenient. A special mention goes to Snooker, who truly made our stay exceptional. She was professional, friendly, warm, and incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond to assist us. Snooker is a real asset to the hotel and played a huge part in making our Phuket stay so memorable. I truly hope she receives the recognition she deserves. We will definitely return! I would also like to thank the chambermaid for the creative and charming towel animals made each day. They were absolutely delightful and added a lovely personal touch to our stay.

The hotel is nicely integrated into the pool, close to Bangla road and restaurants. The pool is very nice. The room comes with an AI butler which is able to sort most things out for you. Overall a pleasant stay.
Cons: The view from the rooms was roof and a lot of machinery. Putting plans or trees would make the area feel a lot nicer. Also a warmer pool.

Amazing Stay at M Social from the moment we arrived we felt at home. The reception staff were so kind and helpful and big shout out to the lady at the help desk for organising our elephant sanctuary visit ( Kem) We loved using the pool and Also to Moss at the fitness centre very kind and great instructor. The location is also perfect as you are far enough away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk. Overall an excellent time at M social. Nothing to fault. 10/10 :) :)

Moss was excellent to work with at my stay here in the M social hotel. This was my first time doing the Pilates and the full body stretching. Moss took me through step by step how to do each stretch. I would really recommend going to his classes.

The hotel is clean and the location is excellent, but there were a few things I didn't like. The noise from the outdoor pool and the flowing water created a disturbance in my room, the bed was uncomfortable, and I couldn't control the air conditioning. Upon check-in, the receptionist told me she wouldn't give me my room for an hour, but if I became a member, she would give it to me now! Finally, upon check-out, the receptionist insisted I review the hotel, asking for my phone so she could write my review. I told her about the things that bothered me, but I was surprised to find she wrote a review praising herself!

I would like to report that during my stay at the hotel, I experienced several issues that affected my comfort, as outlined below: 1. Disturbance inside the room due to poor window quality and inadequate sound insulation from external noise, which negatively affected comfort and sleep quality. 2. Lack of control over the air conditioning system in the room, as it was not possible to adjust the temperature according to personal needs. 3. The door providing direct access to the hotel is closed before the mall’s closing time, which forces guests to take a longer route to reach the main hotel entrance, causing inconvenience, especially during late hours. I kindly request that these observations be taken into consideration and addressed in order to improve guest comfort and the overall quality of stay. Yours sincerely,

My stay was incredible - the room was just exactly like the picture, clean, pool was amazing! I recommend the sunkissed building though, cuz its a bit noisier on the other building which is right next to the entrance of Banglaroad. The staff was amazing too, special thanks to Snooker, always welcoming us with a beautiful smile, Bat was so helpful and friendly, and Jimmy always caring and friendly, and letting us know about all the free or complimentary coupons! I am definitely coming back.
