Super chic hotel with a calm, relaxing vibe. Everything was spotless and the room was spacious with a great balcony. Location is a win - connected to the mall, tons of restaurants and shops nearby, and even walkable to the beach. Didn’t know much about this place before booking but so glad we did. We are here for the yacht show & choose to stay here due to great location for food, shopping & nightlife. Rooms are big, clean & modern. The breakfast is incredible with good range of choices and Chef Bright was very helpful with our request for noodles, wheatgrass juice! The banana bake he recommended was so good that we had several helpings in one seating. I’ll come back again!

Отличный дизайн, номер с видом во внутреннее пространство с бассейном создает впечатление, что ты не в центре кипящего Патонга. Это отличный отель с прекрасными завтраками на любой вкус. Отдельная любовь свежевыжатым сокам. Персонал приветлив и отзывчив. Есть хороший спортзал с необходимым минимумом. Лобби великолепное - после завтрака можно найти свой уголок и посидеть среди живой растительности, в уютных креслах. Отель находится в непосредственной близости с ТЦ - очень удобно.

Cons: Кружки в номере металлические эмалированные - просто не соответствуют уровню и дизайну отеля. Пожалуйста, замените их.

We had a wonderful stay at M Social Hotel Phuket last week. The hotel is beautifully maintained, very comfortable, and perfectly located next to Jungceylon, making it extremely convenient. A special mention goes to Snooker, who truly made our stay exceptional. She was professional, friendly, warm, and incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond to assist us. Snooker is a real asset to the hotel and played a huge part in making our Phuket stay so memorable. I truly hope she receives the recognition she deserves. We will definitely return! Cons: The view from the rooms was roof and a lot of machinery. Putting plans or trees would make the area feel a lot nicer. Also a warmer pool.

Amazing Stay at M Social from the moment we arrived we felt at home. The reception staff were so kind and helpful and big shout out to the lady at the help desk for organising our elephant sanctuary visit ( Kem) We loved using the pool and Also to Moss at the fitness centre very kind and great instructor. The location is also perfect as you are far enough away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk. Overall an excellent time at M social. Nothing to fault. 10/10 :) :)

The hotel is clean and the location is excellent, but there were a few things I didn't like. The noise from the outdoor pool and the flowing water created a disturbance in my room, the bed was uncomfortable, and I couldn't control the air conditioning. Upon check-in, the receptionist told me she wouldn't give me my room for an hour, but if I became a member, she would give it to me now! Finally, upon check-out, the receptionist insisted I review the hotel, asking for my phone so she could write my review. I told her about the things that bothered me, but I was surprised to find she wrote a review praising herself!

I would like to report that during my stay at the hotel, I experienced several issues that affected my comfort, as outlined below: 1. Disturbance inside the room due to poor window quality and inadequate sound insulation from external noise, which negatively affected comfort and sleep quality. 2. Lack of control over the air conditioning system in the room, as it was not possible to adjust the temperature according to personal needs. 3. The door providing direct access to the hotel is closed before the mall’s closing time, which forces guests to take a longer route to reach the main hotel entrance, causing inconvenience, especially during late hours. I kindly request that these observations be taken into consideration and addressed in order to improve guest comfort and the overall quality of stay. Yours sincerely,

My stay was incredible - the room was just exactly like the picture, clean, pool was amazing! I recommend the sunkissed building though, cuz its a bit noisier on the other building which is right next to the entrance of Banglaroad. The staff was amazing too, special thanks to Snooker, always welcoming us with a beautiful smile, Bat was so helpful and friendly, and Jimmy always caring and friendly, and letting us know about all the free or complimentary coupons! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. Housekeeping was consistent and professional, which made our stay even more pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Breakfast buffet was one of the highlights. There was a wide variety of options to suit all tastes: fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, hot dishes, cereals, juices, and good coffee. Everything was fresh, well presented, and constantly refilled. The quality and variety were impressive, especially for families and longer stays. And i would like to thank the chef Mr Bright for the outstanding job.

My second time staying here and will always be my first choice in Patong. You cannot beat the location if you want to be close to Jungceylon mall, Bangla road and the beach (Bangla road leads up to the beach). The hotel offers two wings - the Afterglow rooms are the ones that are closer to Bangla road and the Sunkissed rooms are in the wing that is quieter and at the back. It is a 5 minute walk between the wings and the hotel offers a buggy for anyone wanting to go from one wing to the other. I personally prefer the Sunkissed rooms/wing. Both wings are connected to the mall and there are plenty of options to eat and drink in the mall and the surrounding areas. Having convenient access to the mall in the hustle bustle of Patong is an added bonus you don't value till you experience it. Convenience stores / supermarkets are also within a couple of minutes walk. The hotel itself is chic and trendy with a fantastic pool in the Sunkissed wing. Great breakfast spread and friendly smiling happy staff.

The location was excellent — the hotel is practically connected to the mall and just steps away from restaurants, currency exchange, 7-Eleven, pharmacies, and Bangla Road. The building feels new, and the staff were genuinely professional and hospitable. Breakfast offered plenty of delicious options, and the reception team was always helpful. When I got sick, they immediately contacted a nearby clinic for me and even arranged the option for a doctor to visit the hotel. The hotel has two buildings with convenient transportation between them, only about 100 meters apart. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. Overall, a great stay

كان هدفي من الاقامة التسوق. والفندق مكانه جدا جميل داخل المول بالضبط. فيه بوابة تفتح على نص جونغسيلون. تقفل البوابة اخر الليل على ١١ ويصير نطلع من بوابة المول خطوتين واحنا بالفندق. لهم فرع ثاني مقابل هذا الفرع تروح له بالبقي ولو ضعت داخل المول وصرت عند الفرع الثاني اللي بعد له بوابة هم يودونك بالبقي للفرع هذا. الغرفة تظيفة جدا. السراير والمخدات مريحة فيه بلكونه فيها كرسيين بس مافي ذاك الاطلالة. الشاور واسع والمرايا وحدة كبيرة بالحمام ووحدة طويلة بالغرفة. الباب فيه أمان وسلسلة ويفتح بالبطاقة. المصعد مايشغل الا ببطاقة الفندق يعني تضمم أمان. تنظيف الغرفة كل يوم بس لاحظت مايجيبون فرش الاسنان والمعجون كل مرة بس اكيد اذا طلبتهم يجيبونها. الموية كل يوم يجيبونها احنا ٢ ويجيبون لنا ٤ قزازات كبار. المناشف والارواب نظيفة. وواضح الغرفة جديدة بس طان فيه مشكلة الباب ثقيل ولازم ضغط عشان يتقفل زين. العزل بالغرف ضعيف بس من الشارع قوي. ولان تصميم الفندق فيه زي الساحة بالنص )الغرف متقابلة على السور والمساحة كبيرة( يصير أصوات اللي بالمطعم واللوبي توصل لنا فوق. كنا بالدور الخامس واذا اطفال يلعبون او شباب تحت يوصلنا ازعاجهم. واصوات الفطور الصباح توصلنا. ويوم الثلاثاء كات في اغاني بالمطعم لايف الى الساعة ١٢ تقريبا والصوت يصير واصل للغرفة كأنهم عندنا. بس بعد ال١٢ مافي ازعاج الفندق هدوء. ولا اثر الازعاج على اقامتنا. المطعم تحت ياباني جربت اتعشى فيه يستقبلون الطلبات لين ١٠ ونص. الاكل حليو السلطات لذيذة جدا بس يمكن عشان جيناهم قبل يقفل لخبطو بالطلب ويوم صححوه جابو لنا اللحم بارد من داخل بس رجعوا اطبخوه شوي. الفندق مناسب جدا للي جاي يتسوق وحوله كله كافيهات ومطاعم وقريب من الشاطيء مشي ١٠ دقايق تقريبا. عندهم مطتب حق رحلات تحت باللوبي. ويعطونا مدلة وقت المطر نرجعها باخر اليوم. يسمحون يتخزين الشنط وقت الطلعة ويجهزونها اول ماترجع يساعدونك فيها ماتحتاج تشيل بالسيارة وتحط. الموظفين خذومين ولطيفين.

Cons: كان فيه نمل صغير جدا مايؤذي بالحمام وعلى طاولة الشاي مع ان المكان جدا نظيف بس أتوقع يمكن البلاط جديد او السيلكون مجددينه. العزل بالغرف ضعيف بس المقيمين هادين الحمدلله ماواجهنا مشاكل.

The hotel is located inside the Jungceylon Shopping Mall in Patong, which made the location extremely convenient. Unfortunately, it rained throughout our stay in Phuket, so we couldn’t do much sightseeing. However, being able to shop and dine right inside the mall was very convenient for us. Patong Beach was also only about a 10-minute walk away, making the location even better. What we especially loved was how friendly, lively, and cheerful the staff were — they made us feel good every time we met them. The breakfast was excellent, and the pool looked great as well, though it was a shame that we couldn’t use it due to the rain. ** I especially loved the impressive large tropical plants decorating the hotel.

I have stayed at MSocial Hotel Phuket with my friends and we had an amazing stay. The Hotel has been recentrly refurbished and has pelnty of facilities to relax and enjoy. The team in every department and outlet was super professional and welcoming. Unfortunately I do not have all the names but the ones I can remember are Kate at the front desk, Don and Auan part of the concierge team and all the waiters in both restaurants, bars and Sunkissed Bar by the pool all went the extra mile. There is a girl in particular who has served us for dinner in both restaurants on different days who I would like to mention but I cannot remember her name. Fang in reservation, Simya Duty Manager and every one working that week. We really had the best time and enjoyed every moment.  We stayed from the 4th to the 11th November 2025. Thank you!

But honestly, the standout was JomJam at reception – she's incredibly sweet, always jumping in to help with tips, bookings, or whatever, and genuinely goes out of her way to make sure everyone's having a great time. Made me feel right at home! Overall, I'm super satisfied, though it'd be even better if the smart TV came pre-loaded with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and the like. Can't recommend this spot enough!

M Social Hotel Phuket is now our go to hotel in Patong. We had the best experience ever in Thailand, and we smiled every day. From the seamless check-in experience, with professional and respectful staff like Snooker, to the excellent pool access room in the Sunkissed wing, we were always impressed. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the pool area in the sunkissed wing is clean and inviting. Our room had great hot water for our showers, excellent internet, good TV channel choices, and a wonderful bed (mattress and pillows). Breakfast had a variety of choices, and it tasted great. We used the in-room dining on 3 occasions for dinner as it was super tasty and very reasonably priced. My wife loved the fact that we could walk into Jungceylon within a few minutes, and everything we wanted was within a short walking distance. Thank you M Social Hotel Phuket - we will certainly be back.

Good hotel, great location. Clean spacious rooms. A/C is a big problem. After complaining about the AC being too cold and not controlled by the dial, over 4 times, each time there was some act of repairing it, not fixing the root cause. The Maintainence person tells us if too cold just get up and press power button to switch off whenever you want. Then turn on when you want in middle of the night. That was unnecessary and unacceptable. Last 2 days, they just cut off the compressor/gas to the AC, And that room was very hot. None of the 5 rooms we had, had proper AC control. 2 rooms had uncotrolled COLD rooms irrespective of temperature set on dial. Our room AC would switch off by itself middle of the night. The staff otherwise was very polite and smiling. Definitely worth staying if they fix the AC issues.

Meen and the team in the restaurant are lovely and the breakfast is unbeatable with all the choices to suit everyone from any country. I stayed at this hotel from October 5 to October 7 and had a very disappointing experience. The in-dining food was terrible ( I ordered Dal makhani and Nan during dinner at restaurant), I was told no Indian Chef is here (do not know who made our dish) — both my kids fell sick after eating here, which completely ruined our stay. To make things worse, I had received a $20 promo code after signing up for the Millennium membership, but when I tried to redeem it, I was told I can’t do this. No one made any effort to help or even explain why it was denied. During checkout, I asked several times to speak to the manager regarding these issues. I went to the reception three different times since 7 a.m., but every time I was told the manager was “in a meeting.” No follow-up, no apology, nothing. No room cleaning was done on October 6th, I asked 2-3 times. For a hotel of this level, I expected far better service and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose trust in the Millennium brand. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to families.

A smile ! Especially here in Thailand, the famous "Land of smiles" ! However, do they really always smiling our Thaï friends ? I was checking out another hotel at 11am with "no smile, and no where to go". They wanted to charge ne 2000THB for a late Check-out. My next booking was at M Social but the Check-in is planned later in the afternoon (3pm I think). However, why not showing up, and ask if I can Check-in or at least keep my luggage for free. I've been welcomed by a magnificent and amazing PIM ! She offered me to keep my luggage while waiting for the room to be cleaned, and that it was possible to Check-in ! She also took the time to share relevant information about my stay to make sure I'll enjoy at best. All the process was free of charge, no hassle, no reading of small prints, no harassment or threats about money. She's the perfect example of what all the businesses want about customers relationships management! I'm sure one day she'll be managing a business. Later I met the polygamous and attentive JOAQUIN. Internationally oriented, he also took the time to share the information I needed, and he even talked to me in my own language (French) ; believe it or not ! Since I often had to work from the room, the environment was clean and quiet. Also Big pool, simple but efficient fitness room, and a 7-Eleven 2 minutes away. Transportation and walking is easy -- 8 minutes from the beach. This is what makes the difference in every aspects of my customer experience. Thank you Pim, Joaquin and all the staff. My stay was unforgettable !

Room is really clean and location is great. I really enjoyed the stretching class with Moss. He was very friendly and the explanations were extremely clear and detailed. The high quality of the lesson came from the way he checked on everyone individually, almost like a private class. I would absolutely love to take this class again on my next trip to Phuket.

Cons: I chose M Social Phuket for a relaxing vacation, but unfortunately, the experience was far below what I had anticipated. From the management of the hotel to the accommodation conditions, everything left much to be desired. One of the most surprising and unpleasant aspects was the overall management of the hotel. It’s clear that this hotel lacks a well-organized system. The services were inconsistent, and the staff didn’t seem properly trained or to follow clear procedures. On several occasions, I felt that there was no real oversight of the hotel's operations, and this negatively affected the entire experience. Services -extremely poor. We encountered significant delays at check-in, and our rooms weren’t properly prepared upon arrival. The reception staff seemed disinterested and didn’t have quick solutions to problems. Additionally, the housekeeping service was inconsistent, and the rooms were often not cleaned to the standards expected from a 4-star hotel. The rooms were far from comfortable. There was no soundproofing, which made noise from other guests extremely disturbing, especially if you have noisy neighbors. The walls were thin, and we lacked any privacy. Furthermore, the facilities were outdated, and the furniture looked worn and old. On top of that, there was inadequate ventilation, which made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable. M Social Phuket does not deserve the 4-star rating it claims. It is clear that the hotel's management needs to make significant improvements in all areas, from services and procedures to the overall accommodation conditions. Currently, this hotel does not provide a comfortable and relaxing vacation experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful and quality stay.

Cons: الغرف يحتاج لها تجديد بالاثاث والرش من الحشرات الصغيرة وتوفير كافة احتياجات الغرف والاستحمام من روب السباحة وغيرهم على حسب عدد نزلاء الغرف وكذلك وسائل الاتصال بخدمات الفندق معقد بسبب تحكم السبيكر وكنترول التحكم بالغرفة وليس الكل يعرف كيف يتم استخدامة من الاطفال وكبار السن وحتى الغير الناطقين باللغة الانكليزية واخيرا تنوع البوفية لا ينفع للعرب والمسلمين خاصة بسبب عدم وجود لحوم حلال واكل حلال على الطريقة الاسلامية وهذي مشكلة قديمة في الفندق وهذا ليس تحيز او تمايز او عنصرية ولكن هي ثقافة دينية حالها حال جميع الاديان والاعتقادات يجب ان يتم تقديرها وخصوصاً ان اكثر النزلاء بمواسم معينة من السنة النشطة تكون من العرب والمسلمين وخصوصا دول الخليج العربي ال6 باسرهم ومواطنينهم وهم قوة اقتصادية قوية من النزلاء يدفعون للفنادق والمواقع الممتازة والافضل ويحركون الاقتصاد والبرامج السياحية في الجزيزة والعاصمة وشكرا لاخذ اراءنا المتواضعة

Can't think of any. If I have to name one ,may be it is the convenience to nearby shopping mall.

Cons: Poor reception manner, Took me one and a half hour waiting before I can get my room. After I entered my room, I Found dirty slippers which seemed to have been worn by previous customers, then I took a shower but found that the drain hole was blocked. I went down to the front desk but encountered a stone face who has no smile and didn't even say sorry after I complained. The cooridor outside my room was marked with dirty stained. I booked this hotel thinking that a hotel of this price which was about 60 % higher than other resort hotel neaby should give me something better. Booking this hotel is the most regrettable thing in Phuket.

It was a great and pleasant stay. The hospitality given was great. The location is strategically located in vicinity to central Patong and the hotel is connected to Jungceylon Mall and Big C. Very convenient to tourists. The hotel staff even granted us for early check-in and late check-out upon request without any extra charges. Very much appreciate their kind gesture. Adding to that, I would like to give special shoutout to Ms Catherine whom went extra mile to write a birthday card and prepare a mini cake for me. The gesture touched my heart. Good luck to her.

We had such a wonderful stay at M Social Phuket! The hotel went above and beyond to fulfill my request for a wedding anniversary decoration, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable, making our stay so relaxing. One of the highlights was the live music every night, my daughter especially loved it, and she even got the chance to sing along, which made it extra special for us. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would definitely love to come back again!

It's quite a modern touch to have an AI Assistant you can talk to in the room, asking to turn on/off the lights, television, etc. Chaw was particularly helpful with organising an airport shuttle for our day of departure. I recently stayed at M Social Hotel, and overall it was a pretty solid experience. The Good: • The location is excellent — close to plenty of restaurants, cafés, and nightlife, so you don’t feel stuck at the hotel. • The vibe is modern and youthful, with a nice buzz in the lobby and common areas. Definitely not your typical “stiff” hotel atmosphere. • Rooms are on the smaller side, but well-designed with clever use of space. The bed was super comfortable, and the blackout curtains actually worked (a big plus for good sleep). • Staff were friendly and quick to help with small requests — extra towels, directions, and local tips. The Not-So-Great: • The pool is more of a “dip pool” than a place to actually swim. Don’t expect resort vibes. • Breakfast was decent but nothing special — more variety would’ve been nice. • If you’re a light sleeper, ask for a higher floor. Street noise can creep in, especially on weekends. Tips & Recs: • Book a room with a balcony if you can — makes a huge difference in space and feel. • Skip the hotel breakfast and explore nearby cafés; there are great options just a short walk away. • Perfect spot if you’re in town for a couple of days and want to be in the middle of the action.

The hotel is clean with everything you need, it backs onto the shopping centre and across the road is the entertainment destination for Phuket. This hotel is perfect! From the staff, amenities and location you cannot go wrong! We initially were looking for accommodation out of Patong to avoid the rat race but we are ecstatic that we chose m social. Stayed in pool access room which was amazing, we had our own smaller private pool that connects to the main pool - we stayed 9 nights and not once was the main pool crowded. The hotel has a private entrance to the main shopping mall that is open 11am-10pm & 2min walk to Bangla Rd - so convenient to pop back to the room for a break without having to wait for transportation. Had no issues with outside noise from the room. Will definitely be returning to this hotel!!

Absolutely magnificent property, extremely clean, brilliantly reliable lifts, superb rooms, beautiful restaurant, pool is very enjoyable with adjacent lounges very comfortable along with endless towels. Our family had a wonderful experience at this beautiful and centrally located hotel. Its high standards makes it truly worthy of its star rating. Everything is provided. A fantastic pool with a bar and happy hours, spa facilities (discount with hotel vouchers), a very extensive and deliciously varied breakfast buffet, taxi service, free and secured parking at the hotel and very spacious rooms with all amenities. If you want to go shopping, you don't have to go far. From the hotel, you can immediately enter the pleasantly cool shopping center. There was nothing we lacked. REALLY worth his price. In addition, there's the very friendly and helpful staff who spare no effort to meet all our needs. The very friendly Mrs. Snooker regularly asked if she needed to arrange anything for us and also gave us advice on things to do and see in Phuket. This gem is highly recommended for a stay with your family or as a couple if you're visiting Phuket. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. If you visit the hotel website you will see the photos how beautifull this hotel is.

am returning guest with my family for the 3rd consecutive year, I love the hotel specially the fantstic location coupled with the welcoming and hospitable reception crew.

Cons: my reservation included 3 bedrooms in the ( signature pool view room) which were not vewing a pool instead was facing a wall!!!! unfortunately. at the time of reservation the photos were not reflecting reality showing pool view. if i had known that we will be facing a wall i would not have gone with the signature pool view room and opted for a cheaper potions.

Cons: عدد طاقم الاستقبال قليل جدا..وتاخير في الاستقبال ولايوجد حلول في الأسعار المبالغ فيها.. ارجو النظر في ذالك ليتمكن النزلاء من تجدد وتمديد الاقامه في الفندق ارجو تقبل النقد البناء لمصلحة الجميع.

The stay was wonderful and the staff were friendly, good and helpful. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the resort management for their good treatment, and I would like to mention in particular: Senses regards, Thanchanok Pramkull For the quick response, good cooperation and provision of distinguished services, thank you to those in charge of this edifice.
