Loved our swim out room. Huge pool, nice poolside bar and dj playing chill tunes was a nice touch. The lady at the front desk (Snooker) was amazing during our stay! She helped resolve an AC issue and took care of us by including by some nice extras and following up to ensure all fine. Excellent service !
Cons: Breakfast had a huge variety, we had it for the 6 days but it suffered on quality (eg stale falafels consistently, stale pita bread, pork belly dish was 90% fatty bits? etc). On the positive side: Noodles were done well as was the sushi, spring rolls & omelettes.

If you love staying in patong, but don't want to be amongst the crowd, M social hotel is the best hotel to stay in, its connected to Jungceyln mall, perfect location. Rooms are very clean, staff are super friendly, made check in and check out easy, they were very accommodating. The only down fall is the lifts had no aircon, other than that, its the perfect hotel and budget friendly.

We had a great experience at M Social Hotel in Patong, Phuket. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was very rich and varied, with plenty of fresh products, which we really enjoyed. Both the room and the hotel were very clean and beautifully designed. A nice touch was that the hotel has two nearby reception areas, and the staff kindly transported us between them using a golf cart. Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 out of the 5 nights we had originally planned due to our initial flight being canceled, so we didnโt get the chance to enjoy the pool, which looked very nice. Highly recommended!

Thank you for our beautiful room and for the decoration, fruit and cake for our anniversary, you really made our anniversary memorableโค๏ธ The room was spacious, clean and had everything needed. Nice bathroom, big comfy bed, great balcony tea coffee water all supplied. Thank you to housekeeping who kept our room spotless for 3 weeks๐ We stayed in the Sunkissed wing which had a great swimming pool and the team that ran it were just simply Amazing. I have got to mention the staff, Moss,Aym,Q,Lloon,Yoyo,Bryce, Rondon Dean,Bank and Thaph. Thaph was a star all through our stay, he works so hard, well done teamโค๏ธ๐ Next the Breakfast. Firstly Auan spoke to us every morning with a smile๐Then the breakfast team each one of you greeted us with smiles! Meen, Njoy Yoyo and Rondon were the only names I remember but you all made our breakfast so special. A big mention to the tall egg station guy, the best eggs benedict ever! An amazing stay with family having room with pool view (sunkissed wing). The hotel has two wings connected by a mall. Free buggy service available between the buildings. Staff at reception, bell boys, club car drivers, room service, restaurant, pool are amazing and always ready to help with a smile. Located in the very center of Patong, it is an ideal place for anyone who does not like long trips around the city. Within a few minutes of the hotel you will find a restaurant, a bar, a massage salon, a market, a boxing stadium and many other tourist attractions. Although the hotel rooms are very well isolated from the noise of the street, due to the location I do not recommend this place to people looking for peace.

We spent 4 nights here and had a wonderful experience. We booked the pool-access rooms, which I highly recommend. My parents-in-law absolutely loved the private jacuzzi attached to the roomโit was such a treat to soak there before stepping right out into the main pool. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. My kids were thrilled that they could rent underwater scooters, which kept them entertained for hours! The staff were consistently polite and professional throughout our stay. Another huge plus was the massage center located right next to the poolโvery convenient and high quality. A truly enjoyable and relaxing stay for the whole family!

The hotel is attached to Jungceylon Mall, a large complex with a wide range of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore without going far. Location and vibe: Right in Patongโs core, so you can step out and find plenty of dining, nightlife, shopping, and entertainment options. The hotel itself has a cool, contemporary vibe that fits the energy of the area. Rooms and comfort: We stayed in the Social Cosy room, which was perfect for our needs - comfortable bed, clean, stylish, and well laid out. While we didnโt spend much time in the room beyond sleeping, it met and exceeded our expectations for a city-center stay. Dining and facilities: Breakfast was great with a good variety to start the day. We didnโt use the gym or pool, but there were no concerns when we checked them out. We had a wonderful stay at M Social Hotel Phuket last week. The hotel is beautifully maintained, very comfortable, and perfectly located next to Jungceylon, making it extremely convenient. A special mention goes to Snooker, who truly made our stay exceptional. She was professional, friendly, warm, and incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond to assist us. Snooker is a real asset to the hotel and played a huge part in making our Phuket stay so memorable. I truly hope she receives the recognition she deserves. We will definitely return! The hotel is nicely integrated into the pool, close to Bangla road and restaurants. The pool is very nice. The room comes with an AI butler which is able to sort most things out for you. Overall a pleasant stay.
Cons: The view from the rooms was roof and a lot of machinery. Putting plans or trees would make the area feel a lot nicer. Also a warmer pool.

The reception staff were so kind and helpful and big shout out to the lady at the help desk for organising our elephant sanctuary visit ( Kem) We loved using the pool and Also to Moss at the fitness centre very kind and great instructor. The hotel is clean and the location is excellent, but there were a few things I didn't like. The noise from the outdoor pool and the flowing water created a disturbance in my room, the bed was uncomfortable, and I couldn't control the air conditioning. Upon check-in, the receptionist told me she wouldn't give me my room for an hour, but if I became a member, she would give it to me now! Finally, upon check-out, the receptionist insisted I review the hotel, asking for my phone so she could write my review. I told her about the things that bothered me, but I was surprised to find she wrote a review praising herself!

I would like to report that during my stay at the hotel, I experienced several issues that affected my comfort, as outlined below: 1. Disturbance inside the room due to poor window quality and inadequate sound insulation from external noise, which negatively affected comfort and sleep quality. 2. Lack of control over the air conditioning system in the room, as it was not possible to adjust the temperature according to personal needs. 3. The door providing direct access to the hotel is closed before the mallโs closing time, which forces guests to take a longer route to reach the main hotel entrance, causing inconvenience, especially during late hours. My stay was incredible - the room was just exactly like the picture, clean, pool was amazing! I recommend the sunkissed building though, cuz its a bit noisier on the other building which is right next to the entrance of Banglaroad. The staff was amazing too, special thanks to Snooker, always welcoming us with a beautiful smile, Bat was so helpful and friendly, and Jimmy always caring and friendly, and letting us know about all the free or complimentary coupons! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. Housekeeping was consistent and professional, which made our stay even more pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Breakfast buffet was one of the highlights. There was a wide variety of options to suit all tastes: fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, hot dishes, cereals, juices, and good coffee. Everything was fresh, well presented, and constantly refilled. The quality and variety were impressive, especially for families and longer stays. And i would like to thank the chef Mr Bright for the outstanding job.

My second time staying here and will always be my first choice in Patong. You cannot beat the location if you want to be close to Jungceylon mall, Bangla road and the beach (Bangla road leads up to the beach). The hotel offers two wings - the Afterglow rooms are the ones that are closer to Bangla road and the Sunkissed rooms are in the wing that is quieter and at the back. It is a 5 minute walk between the wings and the hotel offers a buggy for anyone wanting to go from one wing to the other. I personally prefer the Sunkissed rooms/wing. Both wings are connected to the mall and there are plenty of options to eat and drink in the mall and the surrounding areas. Having convenient access to the mall in the hustle bustle of Patong is an added bonus you don't value till you experience it. Convenience stores / supermarkets are also within a couple of minutes walk. The hotel itself is chic and trendy with a fantastic pool in the Sunkissed wing. Great breakfast spread and friendly smiling happy staff.

The location was excellent โ the hotel is practically connected to the mall and just steps away from restaurants, currency exchange, 7-Eleven, pharmacies, and Bangla Road. The building feels new, and the staff were genuinely professional and hospitable. Breakfast offered plenty of delicious options, and the reception team was always helpful. When I got sick, they immediately contacted a nearby clinic for me and even arranged the option for a doctor to visit the hotel. The hotel has two buildings with convenient transportation between them, only about 100 meters apart. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. Overall, a great stay

The hotel is located inside the Jungceylon Shopping Mall in Patong, which made the location extremely convenient. Unfortunately, it rained throughout our stay in Phuket, so we couldnโt do much sightseeing. However, being able to shop and dine right inside the mall was very convenient for us. Patong Beach was also only about a 10-minute walk away, making the location even better. What we especially loved was how friendly, lively, and cheerful the staff were โ they made us feel good every time we met them. The breakfast was excellent, and the pool looked great as well, though it was a shame that we couldnโt use it due to the rain. ** I especially loved the impressive large tropical plants decorating the hotel.

I have stayed at MSocial Hotel Phuket with my friends and we had an amazing stay. The Hotel has been recentrly refurbished and has pelnty of facilities to relax and enjoy. The team in every department and outlet was super professional and welcoming. Unfortunately I do not have all the names but the ones I can remember are Kate at the front desk, Don and Auan part of the concierge team and all the waiters in both restaurants, bars and Sunkissed Bar by the pool all went the extra mile. There is a girl in particular who has served us for dinner in both restaurants on different days who I would like to mention but I cannot remember her name. Fang in reservation, Simya Duty Manager and every one working that week. We really had the best time and enjoyed every moment.ย ย We stayed from the 4th to the 11th November 2025. Thank you!

I had such a fantastic stay at the M Social Phuket in the Afterglow Building โ right in the heart of Patong, steps from Jungceylon Mall and a quick walk to the beach and Bangla Road. The room was modern and comfy, with that cool, playful vibe the hotel's known for, plus the rooftop pool was perfect for chilling after a day out. But honestly, the standout was JomJam at reception โ she's incredibly sweet, always jumping in to help with tips, bookings, or whatever, and genuinely goes out of her way to make sure everyone's having a great time. Made me feel right at home! Overall, I'm super satisfied, though it'd be even better if the smart TV came pre-loaded with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and the like. Can't recommend this spot enough!

M Social Hotel Phuket is now our go to hotel in Patong. We had the best experience ever in Thailand, and we smiled every day. From the seamless check-in experience, with professional and respectful staff like Snooker, to the excellent pool access room in the Sunkissed wing, we were always impressed. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the pool area in the sunkissed wing is clean and inviting. Our room had great hot water for our showers, excellent internet, good TV channel choices, and a wonderful bed (mattress and pillows). Breakfast had a variety of choices, and it tasted great. We used the in-room dining on 3 occasions for dinner as it was super tasty and very reasonably priced. My wife loved the fact that we could walk into Jungceylon within a few minutes, and everything we wanted was within a short walking distance. Thank you M Social Hotel Phuket - we will certainly be back.

Location was brilliant only a 10/15 minute walk to bangla road and patong beach. Breakfast was very nice with a wide choice. The room was very big and clean and nice view overlooking the pool area. Would definitelt stay here again.

Good hotel, great location. Clean spacious rooms. A/C is a big problem. After complaining about the AC being too cold and not controlled by the dial, over 4 times, each time there was some act of repairing it, not fixing the root cause. The Maintainence person tells us if too cold just get up and press power button to switch off whenever you want. Then turn on when you want in middle of the night. That was unnecessary and unacceptable. Last 2 days, they just cut off the compressor/gas to the AC, And that room was very hot. None of the 5 rooms we had, had proper AC control. 2 rooms had uncotrolled COLD rooms irrespective of temperature set on dial. Our room AC would switch off by itself middle of the night. The staff otherwise was very polite and smiling. Definitely worth staying if they fix the AC issues.

This was my third stay at M Social Hotel Phuket, and once again it was an exceptional experience! Every visit feels welcoming and comfortable, thanks to the wonderful team โ especially Katy, who has assisted us during each of our stays. Katy consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. She greeted us warmly, helped with all our requests, and even arranged a late checkout for us since we had a late flight. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests truly make a difference. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and vibrant, with great facilities and an excellent location. Cons: Breakfast is until 10:30 only. Most of my 8 days is missed. I have requested a late check out. They charged me 50% of the daily charge. But say said itโs until 7 and i wanted stay until 8:30. They insisted that i have to pay more ๐ even their manager couldnโt approve it. Also the hospitality is not 5 star hotel. Also you to get into buggy to go the other side. For these reasons, i donโt recommend it.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff โ especially Dang and Bat. From the moment you set foot in the large modern foyer, you know you have made a good choice. Staff are welcoming and always smiling. Nothing is too much trouble. Meen and the team in the restaurant are lovely and the breakfast is unbeatable with all the choices to suit everyone from any country. Our room is large with pool access and private jacuzzi and we must give special thanks to the beautiful Zani who has looked after our room. She is beautiful with her nature and smile. We are here for 19 days so have really watched how this hotel operates and it is an 11 out of 10 for us. Thankyou M Social Phuket.

I was told everything is OK now. 2 days later they told me they want cash. So my friend had to contact her sister in Thailand to send a money transfer. Our money was refunded but such a hassle.

I stayed at this hotel from October 5 to October 7 and had a very disappointing experience. The in-dining food was terrible ( I ordered Dal makhani and Nan during dinner at restaurant), I was told no Indian Chef is here (do not know who made our dish) โ both my kids fell sick after eating here, which completely ruined our stay. To make things worse, I had received a $20 promo code after signing up for the Millennium membership, but when I tried to redeem it, I was told I canโt do this. No one made any effort to help or even explain why it was denied. During checkout, I asked several times to speak to the manager regarding these issues. I went to the reception three different times since 7 a.m., but every time I was told the manager was โin a meeting.โ No follow-up, no apology, nothing. No room cleaning was done on October 6th, I asked 2-3 times. For a hotel of this level, I expected far better service and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose trust in the Millennium brand. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to families.

Stayed for 6 nights with a friend that required mobility assistance. ALL staff were extremely helpful, friendly, kind and the service, food, drinks and amenities were above 5 star. We stayed in a pool access room, which was incredibly beautiful. We donโt want to leave. Highly recommend this hotel, thanks to all staff that made us feel like this was our home away from home! A smile ! Especially here in Thailand, the famous "Land of smiles" ! However, do they really always smiling our Thaรฏ friends ? I was checking out another hotel at 11am with "no smile, and no where to go". They wanted to charge ne 2000THB for a late Check-out. My next booking was at M Social but the Check-in is planned later in the afternoon (3pm I think). However, why not showing up, and ask if I can Check-in or at least keep my luggage for free. I've been welcomed by a magnificent and amazing PIM ! She offered me to keep my luggage while waiting for the room to be cleaned, and that it was possible to Check-in ! She also took the time to share relevant information about my stay to make sure I'll enjoy at best. All the process was free of charge, no hassle, no reading of small prints, no harassment or threats about money. She's the perfect example of what all the businesses want about customers relationships management! I'm sure one day she'll be managing a business. Later I met the polygamous and attentive JOAQUIN. Internationally oriented, he also took the time to share the information I needed, and he even talked to me in my own language (French) ; believe it or not ! Since I often had to work from the room, the environment was clean and quiet. Also Big pool, simple but efficient fitness room, and a 7-Eleven 2 minutes away. Transportation and walking is easy -- 8 minutes from the beach. This is what makes the difference in every aspects of my customer experience. Thank you Pim, Joaquin and all the staff. My stay was unforgettable !

Room is really clean and location is great. I really enjoyed the stretching class with Moss. He was very friendly and the explanations were extremely clear and detailed. The high quality of the lesson came from the way he checked on everyone individually, almost like a private class. I would absolutely love to take this class again on my next trip to Phuket.

Cons: I chose M Social Phuket for a relaxing vacation, but unfortunately, the experience was far below what I had anticipated. From the management of the hotel to the accommodation conditions, everything left much to be desired. One of the most surprising and unpleasant aspects was the overall management of the hotel. Itโs clear that this hotel lacks a well-organized system. The services were inconsistent, and the staff didnโt seem properly trained or to follow clear procedures. On several occasions, I felt that there was no real oversight of the hotel's operations, and this negatively affected the entire experience. Services -extremely poor. We encountered significant delays at check-in, and our rooms werenโt properly prepared upon arrival. The reception staff seemed disinterested and didnโt have quick solutions to problems. Additionally, the housekeeping service was inconsistent, and the rooms were often not cleaned to the standards expected from a 4-star hotel. The rooms were far from comfortable. There was no soundproofing, which made noise from other guests extremely disturbing, especially if you have noisy neighbors. The walls were thin, and we lacked any privacy. Furthermore, the facilities were outdated, and the furniture looked worn and old. On top of that, there was inadequate ventilation, which made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable. M Social Phuket does not deserve the 4-star rating it claims. It is clear that the hotel's management needs to make significant improvements in all areas, from services and procedures to the overall accommodation conditions. Currently, this hotel does not provide a comfortable and relaxing vacation experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful and quality stay.
