I had a very good experience at JM Suites. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The hotel was nice and we loved the room. The hotel was in approximately 30 minutes walking distance from the Hassan II mosque and it was easy to reach the main sites from the hotel.
Cons: The breakfast was a bit expensive, 175 MAD per person, which I found too much for the quality served. The door- and elevator card did not work 4 times in the 2 days we spent there.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The spa was relaxing and professional — a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. I also loved the rooftop, which has an amazing view of Casablanca and a great atmosphere for an evening drink. The food was incredible, both at breakfast and in the restaurants — full of flavor and beautifully presented. The rooftop is truly magical, especially at sunset. The hotel was within okay walking distance to a few things. It was clean except for extreme cigarette smoke in rooftop restaurant. We could check in on time.
Cons: Our room was extremely hot--AC not working properly. Staff said they'd look into it and did not. Phone was not working and they said they'd fix it, they did not. Room was cleaned but no clean towels left. (So--no towels.) There are no towel racks or hooks at all. Room was an upgrade with a "balcony" which was 1 meter square with no furniture and looked into a dirty alley. Breakfast was NOT ready at 7am as advertised. All the food was not out until at least 7:30am. We asked to get something early the morning we flew out--just some pastries or bread--and were told no, they make everything the day of, impossible. We pushed a bit saying what about pastries or bread and they grudgingly said they could give us cake, and would bring it the night before. That never happened. Nothing we requested was done, and our requests were not unreasonable (working phone and AC). The rooftop restaurant was so choked with cigarette smoke--despite being open to the weather--that we found it impossible to use. We were very disappointed and would never stay here again or recommend it.

The rooms are stylish, quiet and comfortable if you are on a floor that is not just below the rooftop restaurant. There are black out curtains and down feather pillows. Both restaurants are fantastic as well. The Portuguese restaurant has excellent food. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is near a lot of great stuff.
Cons: I've stayed here twice. The king bed seemed to be way more comfortable while the queen bed was stiffer. Also, it would be great if they could provide room shoes. You can hear the DJ's music if you are staying on the 5th floor.

J’avais demandé une chambre au calme, car j’avais lu dans les commentaires que le bar du rooftop pouvait être bruyant le week-end; on nous a donné une belle grande chambre confortable et tranquille…
Cons: Les choses se sont malheureusement gâtées. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Et au matin, à l’heure de se doucher avant de partir pour l’aéroport, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude…

The water pressure in the shower was the best I encountered in the several hotels in which I stayed over the course of my three-week trip.
Cons: The light switches in the room were confusing, and the mini-refrigerator did not keep things cold. Very small nitpicks - the hotel was exceptional overall!

Tout d’abord, un grand merci au personnel pour leur accueil et leur hospitalité typiquement marocaine. Une mention spéciale à Fatema Zahra du hammam : d’un grand professionnalisme, elle m’a offert un soin incroyable, ma peau est douce comme celle d’un bébé 😉. Ne changez rien ! La chambre était très confortable et le rooftop, avec sa belle vue, particulièrement agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement bien situé et à casa il est facile de circuler que ce soit taxi, tram ou bus.

Everything was exceptional. The location is perfect, with easy access to the attractions (Arab league square, Gautier neighborhood, Cathedral Sacré Coeur) and a lovely neighborhood to explore. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the master suite, which offered a spacious layout, a balcony, and beautiful views. The room was spotless, the bed and sheets were incredibly soft, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay very comfortable in the heat of Casablanca. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, both European and Moroccan. The hotel also has impressive amenities: a rooftop restaurant and bar with stunning views, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing spa. Everything was to a very high standard. Above all, the staff were consistently professional, kind, and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed (including keeping our luggage while we explored the country). This combination of comfort, amenities, and outstanding service made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!

The room was far from comfortable, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, making the stay quite unpleasant. Even worse, I found cockroaches in the shower and there was a constant sewage smell coming from the toilet, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this category. The service at the rooftop was also terrible. Because there were groups present, I was completely ignored by the staff. The space itself is very cramped and uncomfortable. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. It does not deserve its rating or its prices.

The best part is the excellent location, close to key landmarks and convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was great. I also appreciated that they provided a shataf in the toilet upon request, which made the stay more comfortable. A good choice for a short stay in Casablanca.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! From the moment I arrived at the hotel they were welcoming. They accommodated my late check-in time (flight got in late) and were very kind and helpful at check-in. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and great pillows. There was a convenient work station and a charming view of downtown Casablanca. Though the hotel is centrally located and looks onto a main street the room was quiet and easy to rest inside of. The breakfast in the morning was great-- it featured a buffet with morrocan and European options, and a wide variety of freshly squeezed juices. Check-out was smooth.
Cons: I very much appreciate the centrality of environmentalism however at times walking out into the hallway, which remains dark until the sensor responds to your presence, feels a bit funny.

Well located with plenty of places to eat in the vicinity and it was easy to walk or taxi to places of interest in the city. The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly - especially in organising taxis and letting us know how much we should be paying vs. what we had been paying! Arrived early so went to the rooftop bar for some lunch before check in - food was nice enough and the location was lovely. The rooms were very large, clean and with good facilities.
Cons: The hotel has a roof top bar that plays loud music on Friday and Saturday nights. I was on the 4th floor and could hear the music, people talking and the clearing up afterwards very loudly. It was such a lovely hotel, it was a real shame that I didn't get the sleep I was hoping for. Perhaps some complementary earplugs from the hotel would help - I couldn't get hold of them when I looked around the city.

I did not arrive until 2am and was given the room directly across from the breakfast room. At 6am the staff shouting at each other and rattling stacks of dishes made it impossible to sleep. 4 hours sleep. They should not make anyone sleep in that room without agreement on the early wake up time

The reception staff were wonderful! They gave me directions to where I needed to go. They made two excellent recommendations. I bought something from the pharmacy but the directions were in French and Arabic so they translated for me. All these things were done cheerfully. They seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort. I will gladly stay here again!

It could get boring after a day. The location is at 3 minutes walk from the sacred heart church and a park.

The breakfast was excellent but you had to pay extra. There was plenty of variety of fruit, grains, cereal, dried fruit and nuts, juices, Moroccan and western. The staff was extremely helpful with directions. It was Ramadan so the restaurants inside were closed but they had a nice room service. The bed and shower were wonderful with a white robe hanging for use after the shower! They even accommodated me 2 hours earlier than check-in time. Thank you!

We were dropped off by our driver and kindly welcomed inside. We were then brought to our room by a staff member. We expressed to the front desk how we wanted a driver to take us around the highlights within Casablanca. This was arranged for us. We went around to all the major highlights and were brought back to the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety of fruits, breads, coffees, meats, and cheeses as well as another staff member who cooked omelets. Overall, this was a wonderful stay with very pleasant staff. He was professional, friendly and went beyond his role to be of assistance to us whenever we had questions about the hotel or about Casablanca. He truly is an exceptional staff member. The pillows were so very comfortable - some of the best ever!! Love how dark the rooms are too for sleeping in.
Cons: The virtual butler is annoying to use for basic information - maybe just have a printed sheet in the room - it would save a LOT of time and effort for time poor travellers. It would be helpful if the menus also had an English translation for non-French speaking travellers.

The location was good. Centrally located. Hygienic and quite large room (junior suite). Quite expensive for what you get.
Cons: The rooftop bar on the 6th floor is transformed into a local "nightclub" from Thursday to Sunday with DJs and very loud music. From 9 p.m. on, the noise was really excessive. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the beats echoed throughout the hotel via the elevators and stairwell. Terrible! After several complaints at the reception and with the manager, we were told to be patient until the music would stop.The bar closed after midnight, it became quiet at 00:15 a.m. The next day we received 50% refund and apology. The next night was the same again. No sleep until closing time. Conclusion: the manager is aware of the noise. Most likely the bar is too profitable to adapt the concept, leaving hotel guests to suffer the inconvenience. The combination of hotel and nightclub does not suit a stay in this price range. If you want a quiet evening and night, you will surely find better addresses in Casablanca. If you want a night out, you'll probably find better places in town, too.

Everything was exceptionally good from the staff to the location. Customer service was outstanding and our room was very clean. We particularly liked the sweet treats they distribute to the rooms at the end of the day, nice touch.
Cons: If you value your sleep, this not the place for you. They rent their roof top space to private parties and the loud music goes on all night. We requested a room change to a lower level but didn’t matter, the whole hotel was shaking from the noise coming from up above. The experience was almost torture like and we will not revisit.

My advise: don't drink anything in this hotel.

The room also had a wonderful work bench to work from while sitting in front of a large window overlooking the neighborhood. Also contained comfortable chairs, small bedside table and a large wardrobe to ensure there was no issues with storage. En-suite bathroom was large and contained an exceptional high water pressure shower. Both handheld and overhead. Excellent free Wi-fi, although this is not secured so, care needs to be taken with any personal information provided over the internet. English is not a common language in Morocco, but the staff here were very good (most of the time) understanding our requirements and meeting our needs. It also provides a wonderful breakfast (at additional cost) and has two on-site restaurants, both of which appear to be very popular, so reservations are recommended.

The location and facilities were very convenient. I went to the spa and found the prices and experience great - the bonus was that you didn't have to book ahead. The rooftop restaurant was relaxing, and the food was good.
Cons: The only challenge I found was the front desk staff was plentiful but didn't seem eager to help or communicate with each other regarding suggestions/offers to help they had made. I had called down about getting help with a taxi to the airport and the cost, and the next day, I was not offered help and was given a different price. It all worked out, but I would say give yourself extra time to sort out arrangements if it's with different staff members.

Our room was large and very comfortable. A big plus are the staff, so friendly, helpful, they go the extra to make the stay perfect, can’t thank them enough for how they treated us. The location for us was perfect, lots of bars cafes restaurants within minutes walking distance. Although it is on a main road, with lots of traffic, this makes it way to get taxis day or night, the double glazing keeps the noise out at night.

The room was a good size with a very comfortable and large bed. We really appreciated being able to have breakfast in the room. Definitely recommend a room higher up and away from the main street to avoid the noise of traffic. The location of the hotel was great - it was an easy walk to downtown.
Cons: The room did have quite a few set backs. Firstly, the bathroom lacked many amenities and had basically no storage space. There was no rail to hang the hand towel by the sink, and we were only provided one bathrobe despite being two guests. The toilet also had no bidet. Despite the room being large, there was no table to sit and eat from comfortably. The desk in the room is placed right at the window and, due to the design of the room we were given, the curtains close behind the chair rather than at the window, which means you have no privacy or shade if sitting at the desk. I don't think every room has this issue however. The biggest issue with our stay, however, was the fact that we were not informed about works taking place in the hallway outside our room for nearly the entire time of our stay - our door was even opened by someone by accident which felt extremely unsafe. The disturbance was not acknowledged by the staff at all until the last night of our stay. We would have much rather have been warned ahead of time and offered a room on a different floor with no works. Finally, while the hotel seemed clean, we did find a cockroach in our room on our last night.

L'hôtel en lui même est juste super. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, les chambres sont parfaites, l'emplacement est parfait et le service est parfait. Mais le problème c'est qu'ils ont décidé d'y mettre un bar sur le toit où ils mettent la musique à fond jusqu'à minuit. Au 5 ème étage impossible de dormir avant cette heure là. J'étais au départ au second étage où on entend quasiment pas le bar... sauf que les joints des portes donnant sur les balcons sont inexistants. Sans exagérer on a l'impression de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Etant donné qu'il se situe au croisement d'un boulevard ce problème devrait être traité en priorité. C'est dommage je ne reviendrai pas pourtant l'hôtel en soit était parfait. Je ne le conseillerais qu'à des vacanciers qui ont prévu de se coucher tard tous les soirs

But obviously, it doesn't. Then around 11:30PM, they offer us to change room, because the room we had is very noisy, bar upstairs and the street. At 12:00PM, we changed room, they ask us to check out the old room return their keys! It's absurd at midnight, we need to move all stuff from one room to another room! And at that time I was sick, so my partner had to do it alone!

We stayed in the junior suite on the third floor. Very comfortable. Excellent bathroom and shower. Had a coffee machine. Breakfast was really good…liked the ‘eggs station’. Hotel Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were two guys and I booked a double bed…no questions asked but we were offered a change of room to a twin when we arrived.
Cons: No view from the balcony and the door to it didn’t shut properly so could hear the noise from outside but it wasn’t a busy street luckily. Not overlooked but only because offices opposite were empty. Rooftop bar had loud music in the evenings and the staff there weren’t particularly pleasant.

The location is perfect, central, safe and close to the new city centre as well as many restaurants and cafes. They also have a rooftop serving Spanish and Mexican food. We didn’t want to have breakfast as we had to leave early, but we found in our room maroccan sweets and cookies, and everything you need to make coffee or tea. Just amazing!

I arrived an hour early and the staff had no issues finding me a room that was ready. They also offered to arrange a taxi pick up since I had to leave quite early for the airport. Finally, I went to both the Portuguese restaurant and rooftop resto bar and both pleasantly surprised me with food quality/portions/price.

We had a dinner at rooftop bar, but unfortunately, the roof zenith was leaked a bucket water which my friends are just seating under the ceiling canvas cover who were wet in whole body. The manger and staff did not say sorry to us and only said that this was the first time accident occurred in there, and ask us continue to eat at there. It is impossible. They needed to sorry immediately and gave cloth to us to wipe away water immediately but they did nothing, they only busy to remove the sofa and chairs.

This is an excellent hotel in the city in a very calm neighbourhood. The room was quite big, spacious, and clean. Very good value for money. The breakfast is amazing. Very neatly laid out with lots of choices. Plenty of restaurant options around, and the Spanish restaurant in the hotel on the ground floor is really nice and offers great food choices. Great selection of beverages as well. On the 6th floor there is a sports bar which is also quite vibrant and offers multiple food choices. The lobby is a bit drab and could do with some livening up.

JMSH was a great find for us after spending a few days trekking. Rooms are large, very comfortable and with the amenities you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The location is absolutely second to none near some of the large tourist attractions (with a fab view of the church if you have a balcony). It's a 30min walk from the Mosque/Corniche. Also really close to buses and trams if you need to go further afield. The bar (Jame's Rooftop) was a busy spot and excellent to hang out after a long day of sightseeing.
Cons: More of an observation but a second internal elevator would be beneficial as it only holds 2-3 people comfortably and at busy times you could be waiting a few minutes to get up or down.

A Portuguese restaurant and a Rooftop Spanish restaurant and bar that closes late. We really enjoyed our interactions with the staff they were incredibly accommodating and nice and the hotel was possibly the best most comfortable property we stayed at during our trip. The breakfast was amazing featuring the continental breakfast favorites and awesome French and Morrocan breakfast dishes. Truly were happy about that. We stayed in the junior suite and it was incredibly comfortable

the view from my room is not ok, nothing to see just next building. except that, I think the hotel is good for couples/business travelers or solo. the breakfast is ok, the top roof is not ok as many people smoke there,

Very clean and modern hotel, it has a lovely breakfast full of local&international choices, plus a very nice rooftop bar. The king room where we stayed was quite minimal, missing a few minor things such a towel hanger by the sink. Big plus, the bottles of water as a welcome present!
Cons: We weren't very impressed by the staff, who was quite uninterested overall (except for the breakfast egg lady, she was amazing!). Also - while the location is pretty central, it can sound a bit hectic at times.

The property is located in a nice area, the rooms we booked was spacious. The receptionist during the day was nice.
Cons: The rooftop bar gets louder and Louder at night and at 11:30pm the music was still very Loud, after calling the reception (a male worker) to ask them to please turn the volume lower, he just ignored us and not even picking up the phone, and my husband had to walked down and talked to him twice.

I’d traveled right through Morocco for an entire week and I can safely say that this was my worst hotel experience. The two adjacent rooms we were offered could not have their windows closed tight. Since they were on the first floor, the noise was insane. But equally troubling was the fact that this led to the AC unit being shut down. When I complained about this, the receptionist eventually (after an hour or more) called in a gentleman to help close the windows as best he could and eventually got the AC to work. The temperature in the room was well above that of the hallway and would take time to cool since the AC unit was not very powerful. I must acknowledge that the gentleman who came to help us was a true gentleman and, although didn’t seem to spreak much English, was responsive and did the best he could. But… there was no way to completely close the windows nonetheless. When I spoke to the receptionist about this once again and asked her to be moved to another room, she said the hotel was full and sold out. I then went back to the room and found another hotel within a 10 min walk (Casa Diamond) for the same $$$ I spent on this terrible venue. When I left the hotel, the receptionist asked me to hold off on leaving and would try to find me another room. Ah, thanks but no thanks. I don’t write many reviews, so when I do, you know it’s either really bad or very good.

Design of this new hotel was very pretty. The streets in the neighborhood were clean and filled with different kinds of restaurants. The hotel had a spa in the basement with excellent staff! There were also 2 restaurants one on the ground floor attached to the hotel and the other a very lovely rooftop. Both were well designed. Picture worthy! The hotel is also an easy walk to the souk. Staff very helpful rooms unusually large. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices — crepes, eggs, omelets, cereals, fruits, fresh juices, pastries, breads etc. Everything great!
Cons: Nothing. It was really a good place to stay.

Cons: They charge us extra fee at the check in desk, some kind of tax although that wasn’t mentioned in the app Also it would be nice to have a microwave at the room .

The receptionist at the front desk was exceptionllyfriendly and helpful. I had an issue outside the hotel and she helped me to get it resolved. Really appreciated, The location was excellent and convenient to most of the Casablanca attractionss I wanted to see.
Cons: My room was on the second floor and the windows were not well sound proofed. The street was just outside the room and the street oises late at night and early in the morning were annoying.

The location is very good - 30 min from the airport and not too far from the ocean beach. Perfect restaurant on the roof top makes it even better)). Personnel is helpful and friendly, dealing with the luggage and providing any kind of support.
Cons: Breakfast is very modest. Supposedly it starts at 7a.m., but when we came at 7:30, the personnel was not prepared and the stands were empty. Omelets and pancakes are being prepared in the same room where the guests are sitting, so the smell of burnt oil is all yours. Bathroom leaves a lot to desire, with poor drainage from shower, so that you have to step in the same pool of dirty water in the morning after your evening shower. No cosmetic items at all, which was a negative surprise for us.

room with a window that is almost impossible to open, when u open it, its right over the kitchen smells. terrible room i got. they offered to change it, but it was too late (i was there for short stay...) staff are amazing everywhere in Morocco, but the hotel was a disappointed in term of the room i got.

Great location easy to point out to taxi drivers on booking .com with photo.
Cons: Roof top garden was nice but loud music- DJ was unexpected after 2 weeks of quiet. Still a lovely spot.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
Cons: First of all, the room was not ready when we arrived, and the staff were not aware of that. They gave us another room and still it was not properly cleaned and done. The bathroom had a terrible smell!! The shower was not good as the water used to sink from it. The staff are liars!! They called me saying that I have said that I want to stay for another night which I never did!!! And they also don’t listen all my complains we’re not heard! I do not recommend this hotel at all!!!! And for me this hotel should be given 2 stars not 4!

Everything was super. The location is perfect to easily move around to everywhere. Breakfast is super, nearby too many other shops are available.
Cons: For us everything was perfect except one day we wanted to start 630AM, the breakfast starts at 7AM we requested if we can pack some pastries which they did no agree. there are several other hotels who give you some bakery items if you want to start your trip early, there are hotels who give you something at 5AM even if the scheduled breakfast is at 7AM. we had only 30 minutes difference and they could not meet our request.
