Cons: 1. Staff can’t speak English at all. Some of them can, but very poorly. Some real can not. 2. Unhelpful staff. The hair dryer was broken. I arrived and I needed to have a shower and dry my hair quickly. I asked them to fix or change it. They said “okay”, but then I returned from the shop after 30 minutes they did nothing! I asked them again to do something about it! And they were like “ah, you want it NOW?” What a stupid question! When do you think I want it?!!?? After a week!?? 3. They NEVER ANSWER your calls! I called reception several times during some days and they NEVER ANSWERED! Never! They just do some their stuff at the reception desk, so they are there at the work place, but they see the call and DO NOT ANSWER! 4. They do not provide even a small cheap bottle of water. NOTHING. So weird. And when I asked them a glass of water they promised to bring it to my room and then NEVER BROUGHT! So, why!? Just do not promise to do it if you don’t want to. Just say that I must come and take it myself and I will. But what a disrespectful behaviour! I just sot and wait for the water which is not going to cone to me! I would better go and take it myself if I knew that you would not have brought it! For the same price I strongly recommend the other hotels nearby, because this one has the poorest quality of all hotels I have ever seen in my life!

Cons: I booked a room with the Ibis Casablanca because I had a 20 hour layover in Casablanca and wanted to use the room during the day. 3 Days before my arrival I wrote them on booking, asking whether an early check in would be possible. No answer. Also, no answer to 6 further messages on booking, 2 mails and 2 phone calls. So I assumed I would arrange things once on site. When I got there, conversation with the extremely unfriendly receptionist went like this: Me: Hello, I reserved a room and hoped early check in would be possible. Him: We don't have any rooms ready. Me: I tried to contact you repeatedly about an early check-in and didn't get any answer. Him: Aha Me: So, how long will it take until something is ready. Him: I don't know. Me: How you mean, you don't know? Him: The cleaning staff is currently cleaning the rooms. I'm not part of the cleaning staff. Just sit down somewhere and wait. No discussion. They got me a room about an hour later after me sitting in the lobby, wasting my time. No communication or interest in my wellbeing as a guest. Total disinterest in providing me customer service. All further communications with the staff was similar. I would recommend everyone who has only a very slight interest in customer service to avoid this place.

The property is located next to Casa Port which is convenient! The staff were kind and the room was clean. However we had an issue multiple times with the bed it kept getting broken while sitting on it we reported it and pretty sure it is something to be fixed easily. Still recommend this hotel for its location!!

Literally across the road from Casa Port, so very convenient. Pretty no frills rooms, what you see is what you get. Surprisingly quiet considering it backs onto a pretty busy road. Nice common spaces in the lobby with plenty of seating. Great spot for a short stay.

Can you imagine, and when I went to report to the reception in the first place they tried to solve the situation individualising the women who did then I asked to talk with the general manager but they played with me like a was a dumb and then they said “we asked to the housekeeping but she said that she didn’t took anything “ . La posizione è ottima, vicino alla stazione e comoda per arrivare dall'aeroporto. Il quartiere è tranquillo. Lo staff della sala colazioni è molto gentile e attento, la scelta del buffet è abbastanza varia. Le camere non sono molto grandi, ma sono pulite e ordinate.
Cons: Putroppo alcuni membri dello staff della reception non sono molto cortesi, per cui se si è sfortunati e si trova in turno una persona che ha dei modi un po' bruschi non è proprio il massimo e ci si può sentire poco supportati.

Os dois funcionários da recepção nem olharam pra cima, e um deles colocou o formulário pra ser preenchido em.cima do balcão, de maneira bem grossa, sem nem responder, e nem direcionar o que fazer. Wi-fi dentro do quarto simplesmente não funcionava. Ficava com sinal mínimo, ou nem conectava, de tão fraco. Desci na recepção pra pedir ajuda, o funcionário ainda foi sarcástico me mostrando que ali, na recepção, o sinal era forte. À noite liguei para dizer novamente que precisava do wi-fi para consultar coisas importantes, ele disse que algum técnico subiria até o quarto, fiquei horas esperando, e ninguém subiu. Ar condicionado não funcionou em nenhum momento durante a estadia. Também liguei na recepção, nem se deram ao trabalho de fazer nada. Durante a madrugada tive que abrir parcialmente a janela para entrar algum ar fresco da rua, que por sinal era bem barulhenta. Me arrependi de ter escolhido o hotel, e não recomendo. Para o padrão de serviço que oferecem, a estadia é inclusive bem cara. Havia outros hotéis até mais baratos, mas dei preferência para o Ibis, que já teve um bom padrão, mas já não tem mais. Experiência péssima.

La posizione è davvero ottima, davanti alla stazione e a 15 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni. Ovviamente l’hotel è molto bello e ben curato. La colazione è ottima e lo staff che la serve è davvero gentilissimo, consigliando anche come fare la tipica colazione marocchina. Letti molto comodi e stanza pulita! Abbiamo chiesto assistenza per la tv e ci hanno subito aiutato.
Cons: La comunicazione con è sempre stata delle migliori. Appena entrate in camera abbiamo notato solamente 2 asciugamani e abbiamo chiesto se potessero darcene un altro e hanno detto che non è previsto. Mancava il tappetino per la doccia (che ci hanno dato una volta richiesto), un solo sapone nella doccia, e la camera un po’ piccola. Per il prezzo comunque va anche bene.

Cons: My recent experience at the Ibis Casablanca City Center was extremely unsatisfactory, a stay I would strongly caution others against. From the moment of arrival to the shock of post-stay charges, this hotel proved to be a thoroughly unwelcome environment. The problems began immediately at check-in. The front desk staff's attitude was unwelcoming and seemed indifferent to guest service. This poor treatment set a negative tone that permeated the entire stay. The issues continued in the room, which was neither comfortable nor well-maintained. The room cleanliness was subpar, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel. Furthermore, basic amenities were severely lacking: we were provided with only one towel per guest and inadequate toiletries. This forces guests to repeatedly contact the front desk for necessities, adding unnecessary frustration. However, the most egregious issue occurred after my departure, involving the hotel's restaurant. I only visited the restaurant once for a single bottle of beer. Yet, I later discovered a fraudulent charge on my card from their restaurant totaling $180. This is a massive and completely unjustifiable discrepancy that raises serious concerns about their billing practices and security.

Onestamente sono stati molto più accoglienti in alcuni riad e dar in cui siamo stati che in questo hotel. Gli asciugamani era puliti ma non profumavano di pulito, come in altri posti. La posizione è comoda perché vicino alla stazione. Tutto sommato penso che, essendo una catena, non ci sia molta cura del cliente.
Cons: La comunicazione prima dell’arrivo è stata pessima: unica struttura con la quale non siamo riusciti ad entrare in contatto prima dell’arrivo.

The location was excellent for us, across the road from the main station, surrounded by shops and cafes and walking distance to all we wanted to see. The room although basic was clean and comfortable. The staff kindly gave us a late check out which was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful.

Cons: الفندق يحتاج لتغيير المناشف وذكرته اكثر من مره قديمة جدا كذلك عند التجديد تستخدم نوع من الصباغة ذات رايحة قوية مزعجة رغم وجود نوع ليس له رايحة ثانيا الصيانة جيدة ولكن ليس على مستوى عالي ثالثا شاشات التلفاز قديمة وصغير تتعب النظر لو بدلن بنوع احدث وأكبر ملاحظة كتبت قبل هذه الملاحظات سابقا ولم ارى حلول لذا لم أعطى درجة كاملة ولو بقيت سوف أعطي تقييم غير مرضي ويوضح ذالك ان الفندق فقط يرسل استبانة الهدف منها ليس تعديل

C’est une pratique peu professionnelle et qui ne met pas en confiance les clients. Pour un hôtel de ce niveau, on s’attend à plus de sérieux et de transparence dans le service. »
