Der Garten ist sehr schön und voller zwitschernder Vögel. Es gibt ein Shuttle in die Altstadt. Leider hat die Abholung zurück nicht funktioniert und wir mussten ein Taxi bezahlen.
Cons: Betten sind steinhart, wir sind beide mit Schulter- und Nackenschmerzen aufgewacht. Das Design vom Zimmer sah leider nicht wie auf den Buchungsfotos orientalisch aus, sondern sehr westlich mit grauen Wänden.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, perfect for a peaceful getaway. We were lucky enough to receive a free upgrade to a deluxe double room with a balcony, and it was fantastic! The room was spacious, with a super comfy bed and a huge walk-in shower. The only minor downside was the non existent English channels on the TV, but honestly, it wasn’t an issue since we didn’t spend much time in the room. There aren’t any shops or activities nearby, and while the food and drinks can add up, the prices are pretty much on par with what you'd pay at local restaurants and bars. Just be sure to keep track of everything you eat and drink, as we had a few random items mistakenly added to our bill. The hotel offers a shuttle service, which is much cheaper than taking a taxi, so I’d definitely recommend booking through them. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. The only downside was that some of the other staff seemed a bit on the grumpy side, although one lovely lady from the waiting staff stood out as being especially friendly and attentive.

We stayed in 2 rooms, a deluxe double and a suite. Our party was made up of 3 adults and one teenager. The hotel is clean and has good facilities. I would say the double deluxe was more luxurious than the suite despite it costing less..our teenager slept on a converted couch and the balcony was tiny compared to our adult son's huge double deluxe room and large balcony. Breakfast was excellent - with a wide range of choice which was very fresh and regularly replenished. The pool was also lovely and clean. The staff were very few and far between - maybe because it was end of season? Housekeeping staff were lovely and did an amazing job at servicing our room daily - thank you. They were also very polite and professional. Some of the waiters and reception staff were slightly aloof and did not appear to enjoy their job - one never smiled the whole time we were there. We are in the restaurant every night as the hotel - town shuttle stops at 8pm and the food in the hotel was always good - but obviously more expensive than in town. The pool drinks were expensive, but again we paid for convenience. When checking out on the final day, Mustafa was extremely rude to me. Basically said they wanted us off the premises after lunch, despite our pick up being at 6.20pm he said I was 'no longer his problem'. There is literally nothing to do around the area where the hotel is. It's remote and rundown and with the baking hea let it would not be appropriate for me to drag my daughter around for 6 hours. Mustafa was very disrespectful towards me and said they were booked out for a wedding and he didn't want to see me or the family waiting for our collection. I went to get my husband and Mustafa changed his attitude (probably because I am female). I have travelled all over the world and have never been spoken to by a hotel staff member in this way - and for that reason I would never go back. I said I had paid my money - we didn't want to use our room as totally understand they had to prepare it for other guests - as is expected when you check out - but I did not expect to be told that I was no longer welcome in the premises in such a rude and offensive way! The other colleagues were fine and allowed us to wait in reception, but Mustafa needs to learn some customer service instead of just thinking about the money - we were paid guests until we got collected..rude, rude man. Other than that it was a lovely holiday and I would not let that ruin the memories I made with my family. Would definitely return to Marrakech as the place is beautiful, the people are generally kind and the culture is fascinating. Won't be going back to the hotel as there were very few smiles from some of the team there - we actually found their reluctance to be friendly quite amusing after a while !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la maison des oliviers , le domaine est superbe et très bien entretenu. Un havre de paix pour s’y reposer . Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable. Un peu en dehors de Marrakech tout ce que je recherchais pour éviter le brouha .
Cons: Nous n’avons pas eu de chance , nous sommes tombé sur une chambre au dessus de la nôtre , des jeunes qui y faisaient la fête donc très bruyant , l’hôtel eux n’y peuvent rien malgré leurs recommandations à plusieurs reprises concernant ces jeunes . Un petit conseil essayer de regrouper les jeunes au même endroit dans l’hôtel et les familles dans l’autre parti de l’hôtel, dans la mesure du possible. Dommage que ça soit sale autour d’un aussi beau endroit comme le vôtre .

This gorgeous little hotel is a sensational find. You feel like you’re in some Instagram influences video it’s pretty as a picture. Rooms are a good size pool area is secluded quiet pretty and lovely. Staff are extremely attentive and helpful. You get the sense about the complex was probably once out in the countryside, but the suburbs have gradually caught up with it. The area seems unpromising when you arrive, like much of the new city of Marrakesh where is litter lining the street and combination of predevelopment wasteland and new concrete apartments. The hotel itself is a little oasis sitting within this area, and once inside you would not believe the city was encroaching. It’s quiet, tranquil and absolutely beautiful. We tried the Moroccan specialities at the restaurant and were slightly disappointed, however lunch by the poolside was very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. We visit . On our first night the air-conditioning in our room was not working properly, we were immediately switched into a new room with amazingly efficient air-conditioning, nothing here seems to be too much trouble for the staff. As the hotel is a few kilometres outside central Marrakesh taxis are required, it’s about £10 for a family of four to get to the city more if you’re coming back late at night Overall, we cannot fault or stay here. If this hotel was in Tuscany or the south of France, you’d be paying three or four times the price we paid. It’s incredibly reasonable - perfect if you want a quiet break as a couple or family.

We zijn hier nu voor de 3de keer geweest ! Het blijft een heerlijk fijn hotel . Het personeel is zo lief en beleefd , er is geen enkele moeite voor hun. Zo is mijn man allergisch voor gluten/tarwe en met het ontbijt werd er voor hem cake en brood vers gemaakt zonder gluten/tarwe . Jullie zijn toppers ! Bedankt voor de fijne dagen , jullie zien ons weer terug !

Fabulous, peaceful hotel with friendly staff & comfortable rooms. The pool was gorgeous & there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere with delicious lunch menu. Dinner in the restaurant was also extremely good. We had a 20min back massage too which was professional & relaxing. We’ll definitely be returning!

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind—stay far away from this place. Booking.com needs to seriously investigate this behavior.

I stayed with a group of 10 friends for 3 nights in April 2025. I had the best holiday in years. it just was stress free. I asked the hotel to arrange for a taxi to collect me from the airport which took the pressure off when I landed in the eve. i had two rooms during my stay due to a mix up - a huge luxury double room and a standard room. Both clean, airy and comfy. Love the swan towels and rose petals every morning. staff are very chilled and helpful - especially house keeping and reception. the grounds are VAST and pristine. if you need it - you'll find space to chill on your own if you want peace and quiet. i swan every day - i loved the pool - it's got a ledge and good for pool games with friends. I like their breakfast selection. Make sure you get the omelette, made to order, and make sure you try ALL the pastries and merguez sausages. i am glad we didn't stayed centrally because it was a bit too hectic for me! plus taxis into the centre is cheap especially if you're sharing the cost . Look out for the onsite shoesmith, bagsmith. sweet quiet guy. he fixed my fav but very old pair of sandals I had - and gave them a new lease of life for the equivalent of a fiver

The grounds are amazing the pool is very nice. There’s big gardens and it has a really laid back almost beach style vibe to the place. Plenty of space to roam and find a quiet spot or sit by the huge pool.

Cons: Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations. Bottled water was charged for and only available between 07:30 and 18:00 outside these hours we found it impossible to get any food or drink! The hotel was located in a very rough looking area miles from any shops. While the property was clean, there were several issues that made our stay less than enjoyable. The staff, for one, were unhelpful and rather dismissive. It felt like any request or question was a burden, which made us uncomfortable throughout our visit. We had booked a suite based on specific amenities listed, including a desk and soundproofing—neither of which were present. The lack of soundproofing especially made it difficult to sleep, as outside noise was an issue. Additionally, although the listing mentioned a garden, we had to request twice for furniture. Overall, it felt like the hotel cared more about appearances online than providing an experience that matched in real life. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, service, or a stay that matches what you paid for.

Le domaine est extrêmement bien entretenu, au calme, ce que nous recherchons. Piscine chauffée, très agréable. Le restaurant est bon, merci au chef. Bravo aux femmes de ménage qui sont discrètes et très efficaces, et d'une grande gentillesse. Service navette pratique : 3 euros/personne par trajet en journée. 5 euros le soir. Ça nous évite la galère d'un taxi .
Cons: Dommage qu'il y ait cette décharge près de l'hôtel. Mais dès que vous arrivez à la maison des Oliviers, le charme opère.

We were really glad to stay here after staying in the medina. The place is lovely. They organised all our taxis. They don’t take card, only cash or else they put it all on a tab and you pay when you are checking out. Dinner didn’t have a lot of options. Breakfast was good besides the fact all the flys landing on the bread. Air con wasn’t great. Room was superb tho. Not very soundproof. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Le domaine est bien entretenu et très spacieux. Les chambres sont confortables et bien décorées. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans la suite ambassadeur avec piscine privée. C’était génial. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et bon.
Cons: Je recommanderais de rendre le petit déjeuner plus accueillant. Les tables ne sont pas équipées de sets de tables ni de sel ni de petite décoration. J’ai trouvé ça assez impersonnel et dommage au vu du cadre de l’établissement.

L'ensemble de l'hôtel est vraiment magnifique, on se croirait dans un palais. A notre arrivée nous avons été surclassé dans une suite comme celle-ci était disponible ce qui a été fortement apprécié, la chambre était grandiose ! Une salle de bain comme vous en verrez nul par ailleurs. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les petits déjeuner sans gluten fait maison avec 2 pains différents, un muffin, des crêpes milles trous et des mesmen. La piscine était réellement chauffée à env. 28-30 degrés je dirais, c'était très agréable. Des linges propres étaient fourni au bar de la piscine. L'environnement calme permettait de se resourcer après un tour dans la médina si vivante. L'accueil était impeccable et le service de navette au top ! Nous pouvions demander une navette pour la ville 20-30 min en avance (temps de trajet env. 15min) et pour le retour nous nous arrangions avec les chauffeurs. La simple course était entre 3 et 5 € par personne. C'était très appréciable d'avoir des chauffeurs en qui nous pouvions avoir confiance. Concernant l'emplacement, c'est un bon compromis si vous souhaitez faire quelques visites mais également avoir des moments de calme et surtout une piscine chauffée entourée d'espace vert. Un grand merci aux femmes de ménage qui ont su garder propre et rangée notre chambre, à la cuisine et au service pour les petits-déjeuners très appréciés, au personnel de la réception pour leur accueil et leurs services ainsi qu'aux chauffeurs pour leur gentillesse et leur flexibilité.
Cons: Le seul point sur lequel l'hôtel pourrait s'améliorer c'est sur le restaurant. Nous y avons dîner deux soirs, à notre arrivée et un soir où nous n'avions plus du tout le courage de ressortir. La nourriture est bonne mais pas exceptionnelle. En tant que grande amoureuse de la cuisine marocaine, je n'y aurais pas mangé tous les soirs.

Der Taxiservice ist günstig, Die Kommunikation unfreundlich (die der Vermittlung). Keine Antwort auf WhatsApp und Telefon aufgehängt, als ich den genauen Treffpunkt wissen wollte. Das Frühstück war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel langweilig präsentiert, nicht wie auf dem Photo. Das Angebot war vielfältig aber langweilig. Ansonsten kann ich sagen, die Anlage ist großzügig, der Pool ist ganz ok, allerdings kleiner als auf dem Photo. Bei allen anderen Hotels und kleinen Unterkünften habe ich mehr Charme und Freundlichkeit als hier erlebt. Das Reinigungspersonal war super sweet.

Lunches by the pool were delicious and great value, and evening meals in the restaurant were serviceable on the days we didn't want to bother to get the excellent, cheap, reliable shuttle bus into town. Best meal we had was at al fassia aguedal, a short ride away and run by a women only team. Only taking a star off because we booked accommodation for 3, but on of us had to sleep on a sofa bed.

Lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, the gardens and the pool very nice. Great staff and helpful receptionist, he was very kind and helpful we were upgraded to better room with it own garden. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service. we had breakfast, the food was good, freshly prepared, and tasty. The room itself was large and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Cons: Speciaal geboekt voor het verwarmde zwembad, maar in januari echt te koud om te zwemmen met de peuter. Complex zelf is best mooi, maar de buurt is een vuilnisbelt. Je kunt alleen met de auto weg want lopend niet te doen. Restaurant is vrij hoog qua prijs en matig van kwaliteit. We hebben veel beter en goedkoper gegeten bij het restaurant om de hoek (naast de benzinepomp). Kamer is heel donker. Dat is in de zomer vast fijn maar in de winter minder.

Внимание, на maps.me координаты отеля не правильные, там в реальности стоит полицейский участок, и у нас не получилось туда заселиться :)))

Cons: We were not told when we arrived that we could use the ac as a heater so we spent the first four nights very cold! More information about what was available would have been great, for example at breakfast we found out on the last day we could order hot food!

The architecture of the complex is stunning, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated in Moroccan style, and cleaned daily. The pool was perfect size for a good swim and slightly heated, which was essential in late November (not all hotels in Marrakesh offer this by default). Breakfast was really good. Despite some previous reviews mentioning the lack of cooked options, this was not an issue during our stay - they prepared omelettes or eggs on demand. The coffee machine and juices were excellent. Overall, everything was perfect for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend!
Cons: A few cons: The hotel is located in a relatively poor neighborhood that is currently undergoing reconstruction, so it may improve in the future. There isn’t much within walking distance, but we did find a good local restaurant and café less than a 10-minute walk away. Entertainment options inside the hotel are minimal, so it will only suit someone looking for some quiet downtime. As for the bedding, proper duvet covers would be a welcome improvement over the current sheets. Access to the hammam was only available as part of a paid treatment package, which felt unusual since hammams are often offered as a standard amenity. Having said that, these are minor issues, and they didn’t take away from our overall wonderful experience.

Such a beautiful and unexpected oasis of friendly tranquility with authentic but modern Moroccan hospitality and decor. The room was spacious and immaculately kept, with lovely personal touches in the styling and scented flowers left by the room attendants every day. The water was hot and reliable, the beds comfortable. In the public spaces, the gardens were exceptionally maintained with lovely architecture so it felt like being in a little personal Morroccan village. The restaurant served excellent food from a beautiful terrace by friendly, helpful staff. In the daytime the very clean pool was peaceful but friendly with comfortable loungers. The bar isn't overly stocked, but everything you need and ice cold beers and the lunch terrace served great food. It is a hotel we'd love to visit again, if only it were in a slightly different location.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike about this property. Even turning up very late after a delayed flight was no trouble and we were looked after very well. The only sad thing for us was that although you could get a taxi ride quite efficiently into the centre of Marrakech, after visiting there for an expected long, hot, dusty day, we didn't really want to spend more time in the main centre. Unfortunately this hotel does not have anything else in the local area at all. There is nothing but a dusty wasteland outside the very beautiful gated compound. You can't opt for a change of scenery by going for a walk, using a close by restaurant or bar or just taking a stroll. If you are happy to stay inside the hotel grounds to do nothing but chill by the pool for several days, it is perfect, but although we visit Morocco frequently, we are unlikely to revisit Marrakech, so we wouldn't select to go back to this location. If this hotel were to replicate itself somewhere near the sea or in a small town location, it would be absolutely superb.

He is definitely moving mountains If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, in a “traditional Moroccan architecture” aesthetic and far from the hustle and bustle of the vibrant Marrakech Medina this is your place. We picked this hotel on the second part of our week in Marrakech after our 3 day trip in the desert and we are very happy with our pick. Don’t let the distance from the Medina fool you. On the positives: Very clean rooms, beautiful aesthetic of the hotel, very kind and helpful staff (Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping) that always assisted with everything we requested, shuttle service (with reasonable charges). Things can be improved: 1) Prices of Restaurant - In my opinion, Food was good enough , but the prices (mainly of the main dishes) were quite high by the point of quality. I repeat this is my personal opinion, based on my taste. 2) The breakfast buffet options and quality were at a satisfactory level. I think some hot surfaces (for the hot dishes, ex. Pancakes) would be very good to keep the food hot instead of having a microwave for the guests to reheat. Also tongs instead of forks, would be more efficient to use. 3) Slippers should be offered in the rooms On conclusion, it was a very nice stay and we would definitely come back. Très bel hôtel, au calme. Les chambres sont confortables, le personnel gentil et efficace. La formule demi pension est très bien car menu à la carte avec choix d’entrée, de plats locaux (tagine, couscous) ou des plats type poulet, saumon, brochette avec un choix d’accompagnement (pomme de terre, légume, riz..) ce qui permet de manger varié et le service à table est top. Les prix des boissons sont corrects. Les massages sont bien aussi. La piscine est belle et bien équipée (transat, table, chaise, serviette de piscine). Les espaces verts sont bien entretenus et propres, le parking est grand et sécurisé. Les alentours peuvent surprendre mais il ne faut pas s’y fier car on se sent comme dans une bulle une fois le portail franchit. Le petit déjeuner est correct, avec du choix, des fruits frais et des jus de fruits frais, ainsi que du vrai café nespresso. Le wifi a très bien fonctionné toute la semaine. Le canapé lit était confortable (même si cela serait bien de pouvoir bénéficier d’un vrai 3eme lit, en étant vraiment pointilleuse). L’ensemble est très harmonieux, à taille humaine.

Mucho ruido en general por todas partes. La comida del desayuno y del restaurante no vale nada, y muy cara, y los camareros, un desastre. El aseo y la ducha están en mitad de la habitación , cosa bastante incómoda y molesta. Aparecieron cucarachas . La ubicación no es cómoda para nada. Es mejor no salir. TENLO EN CUENTA

Cons: Der Service hatte echte Schwächen. Die Poolbar sollte ab 10:00 geöffnet sein, war aber oft erst um 11:30 besetzt und oft unbesetzt, sodass man keine Getränke bekam. Außerdem gab es zwei Speisekarten, wobei man oft nicht bekam, was man gerne gegessen hatte, denn man wusste nie, wann was da war. Auch abends ging es oft statt um 19:00 erst um 20:00 im Restaurant los.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel abseits von Marrakesch City. Hinter dem großen Holztor verbirgt sich eine wirklich schöne Oase der Ruhe. Der Empfang sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sauber und jeden Tag sehr gründlich gereinigt. Das Restaurant ist für ein Dinner wirklich zu empfehlen!! Das Hotel hat mit diesem Personal definitiv 10 Punkte verdient.
Cons: Man ist wirklich immer auf einen Transfer angewiesen. Aber man gewöhnt sich dran.

Cons: Kellner konnten kein englisch und waren sehr Unaufmerksam. Beim Frühstück wurden wir nicht einmal gefragt ob man uns etwas bringen kann. Haben erst am letzten Tag bemerkt, dass man sich Rührei holen konnte wenn man gefragt hat. Frühstück ist allgemein sehr schlecht. Es gibt anscheinend nur 2 Müslischüsseln im hotel und wenn keine da sind muss man schon zweimal fragen. Beim Honig sind Bienen und wenn etwas leer ist dauert es länger bis es wieder gefüllt wird. Es waren mehrmals über 5+ Minuten keine Teller/tassen/Löffel/Brot da bis die Kellner oft auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt haben

The hotel is conveniently located 15minuets by car to the Medina. The hotel is really quiet you wouldn't know your near the centre of Marrakesh. The pool was perfect size with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were adequate. The staff are incredible helpful with booking activates and transport.
Cons: The hotel does have an issue with bees at breakfast . Don't know how that could be resolved. Lunch time food service could be a little slow but when arrived was nice.

Everything else! Was perfect location for a bit of peace and quiet. The restaurant food was outstanding, the staff all very friendly and welcoming. We got a free upgrade on arrival and the room was huge with great facilities and aircon. I have recommended the hotel to many people since returning!
Cons: Everything was great however one minor criticism is that we would have liked a little more hot food options at breakfast as the photos showed that omelette were available but we found this not to be the case.

We were staying in a lovely hotel for 2 weeks in Marrakech and thought we would treat ourselves for just 2 nights away (25 minutes taxi away from medina) in this so called beautiful looking riad we found on booking.com before we arrived. Upon arrival we went to reception where the gentleman was watching tv and made us feel like we were interrupting him. We said hello and that we were here to check in. With a nod and a grunt he said ok and gave our cases to the young lad who had just appeared. He did not tell us anything regarding where the restaurant was, the shop on site or anything really. We had reserved the best most expensive suite they had which came with our own pool, minibar, satellite tv (all stated by booking.com). The lad led us to our room, took my tip, and just left. The suite was very spacious I think, as it was so dark in there is was unbelievable ha. I know riads are quite dimly lit but this was crazy. We had good air conditioning but would of been nice if it was on when we arrived as they knew exactly what time we were arriving.. The fridge which was tiny was useless and as for the minibar, bottle of cold water on arrival or any sort of fruit or flowers were a NO-GO! Outside we had our own huge garden with our own pool. The pool hadn't been cleaned as was filthy dirty. When I asked at reception the man said he will get it cleaned. Would've been nice if it was all done before arrival. While waiting for our pool to be cleaned we went to the communal pool which was gorgeous, apart from a French lady who was there, washing her dog in the pool. The staff at the bar knew we had just arrived but didn't say one word to us. They just looked through us as if we were invisible. The same lady with the dog approached the bar behind us and got served immediately! I ordered 2 drinks and got a nod as a response, AGAIN. An English couple with their daughter who were staying for 1 week said hello and then told us that the food was absolutely DISGUSTING apart from the burgers. We should of listened but....... After a long hard afternoon we went back and showered ready to eat dinner. The waiters and evening staff were no different to the day staff with ignoring us and maybe a quick nod, here and there. THE FOOD WAS INEDIBLE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. We couldn't eat this slop and just left it on the table and walked out. Not one waiter questioned this. We went back to the room, packed our bags, went to the reception which dragged on too long and eventually left without paying. STAY CLEAR OF THIS AWFUL PROPERTY. THERE ARE MANY OTHERS MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN THIS DATED RUDE RIAD.

Endroit calme, piscine très sympa. La chambre était grande et le lit confortable. On a très bien dormi. Chaque jour, il y avait une déco sur le lit avec le linge, avec des fleurs. Très joli! Tout était très agréable, les soins au spa étaient top et les dames du spa étaient très gentilles, douces et souriantes. Les serveurs, le personnel sont très accueillants et souriants. Les chauffeurs de taxi très très gentils et toujours à l’heure au moment de venir nous chercher. Bravo!
Cons: Un petit bémol sur le petit déjeûner. Pour l’endroit idyllique, j’aurais mis les salades, les fruits et les aliments périssables à un endroit réfrigéré. Ils étaient juste posés sur la table.

Cons: The receptionist was the rudest and most unfriendly person I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The place wasn’t clean. Was full of cockroaches and bugs. I love cats, but I understand some people doesn’t, and it isn’t hygienic having a cat sitting in the restaurant. It’s a shame I can only add 4 pictures because I have hundreds of pics of all the insects in the dinning area. The buffet is set up poorly and the food isn’t good enough for the price. Also the food is exposed for hours and gets full of flies, wasps and even birds picking from it (please see screenshot from a video I took). My partner split his chin open in the swimming pool and we were given 1 plaster and that was all their first aid kit appliances they had. Seen many comments complaining about the decoration . I wasn’t too bothered about the it, is ugly and just depressing, but I don’t think is such an issue as the infestation of bugs and lack of first aid kit. That is serious! Animals and insects around the food is not hygienic and can transmit diseases!

Toen we het tapijt omhoog haalde vonden we een ontzettend vieze vloer met echt heel veel viezigheid wat ons vertelde dat daar lang niet is schoongemaakt. Restaurant voor diner alleen traditionele gerechten. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Er zijn wel veel wespen.

Le cadre verdoyant,les fleurs, La nature, le calme et le chant des oiseaux, un havre de paix! On se croirait dans une bulle, loin du bruit du centre de Marrakech, tout le monde est souriant, tout le monde se dit bonjour, même entre vacanciers ! Le personnel est tellement gentil, souriant, arrangeant ! Il y a tout sur place pour passer un bon séjour…spa, Restaurant le midi près de la piscine, Petit déjeuner et repas du soir au restaurant restaurant principal. J’ai été agréablement surprise par la carte, les prix, Et les plats qui étaient délicieux !!! Niveau rapport qualité prix c’est extra !!! Une bouteille d’eau d’1.5L offert dans un frigo dans la chambre à notre arrivée !!! Ce n’est pas partout qu’on voit ça… J’ai tellement aimé mon séjour. Je reviendrai, c’est sûr in sha الله. 🇲🇦

We only stayed here for 2 nights, originally had booked for 7. The rooms were OK, however the staff were very rude and arrogant. Service was very very slow. The guy on reception was the only member of staff that was actually OK and helpful. Breakfast choices were limited and there were flys and bees all over the food. If you want somewhere that you can walk outside of the hotel for shops, restaurants etc do not go here! Felt very unsafe walking outside. It is in the outskirts and nowhere near walking distance of the medina and main centre of marrakech. Not worthy of 4 star rating.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, el personal muy amable y atento. La comida poco variada pero riquísima. Todo muy fiel al estilo del País. Nos dieron una habitación mejor porque había libres. Pudimos entrar antes de la hora del check in y salir más tarde. Tienen un taxi a disposición para ir a la medina por 3€ por persona, ya que está algo alejado. En general todo muy bien.

Chegar á Maison des Oliviers é como chegar a um oasis, jardins bem cuidados, arquitectura tipica marroquina, piscina muito agradável, staff muito atenciosos, quer da recepção, bar da piscina e do restaurante. Destacou se o Sr Mustapha que nos fez o check-in e nos ofereceu um up grade do quarto, permitindo ter uma estadia mais confortável e soberba. Houve pequenos pormenores que acrescentou, como a possibilidade de ter um almoço fora de horas na piscina, e no dia do check out uma vez que saimos muito cedo concederam a nosso pedido fruta e iogurtes. Quando os hóspedes pertendem se deslocar a recepção chama o taxi de confiança, com preço ajustado( 3euro/ pessoa para o centro). Muito sossegado e ambiente muito calmo.
Cons: A comida do restaurante podia ser melhor, mas o pequeno almoço é otimo.

La piscine et les extérieurs fleuris et bien aménagés. Le fait de pouvoir manger le midi à côté de la piscine et le soir de pouvoir soir manger au restaurant ou dans nos chambres. L’adaptation du personnel aux demandes (diffusion des matchs de l’euro à notre demande). Les femmes de ménages très sympathiques et souriantes.
Cons: Le sol avait été teint en rouge à la demande de clients pour un mariage à venir et ça n’était vraiment pas pratique avec un enfant en bas âge et plusieurs de nos vêtements ont été taché. Les serveurs pourraient prendre exemple sur les femmes de ménages et être un peu plus souriants.

Nous l'avons prise pour la patronne. Elle gagne à être connue. Merci pour tout ! Merci également à Abdil, pour son sourire et son professionnalisme. Il est toujours très élégant et soucieux du bien être de ses clients. Merci à Mohammed pour sa gentillesse. Il nous a vraiment touché. Nous avons apprécié converser avec lui. Cela fait à peine 3 semaines qu'il travaille à l'hôtel et il noue déjà des liens avec les clients. C'est important car ce sera grâce à vous tous que nous reviendrons. L'humain est trop mit de côté aujourd'hui. Vous avez compris ce qui fonctionne, bravo ! Le lieu est incroyable, c'est le dépaysement assuré ! Ça nous a fait vraiment du bien. La nourriture est vraiment bonne car tout peut être commandé à la carte. Ayant prit un All Inclusive nous avons été surpris de la qualité de la nourriture étant donné que nous sommes davantage habitués à d'autres hôtels où les buffets à volonté sont privilégiés. L'hotel est propre . J'ai eu l'occasion de faire un tour au Hammam. Le massage était à tomber par terre je le recommande ! Ah et point bonus nous avons été surclassés en suite senior. Une belle surprise car nous avons eu l'impression d'être de vrais rois. Merci !

Très bel établissement dans un lieu calme et reposant. Le personnel est souriant, à l'écoute et d'une grande gentillesse.
Cons: L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre, il faut compter 20 minutes pour le rejoindre, mais très bien desservi par la navette ou les taxis.

Mooi en ruim balkon aan de kamer. Rustige omgeving. De poetsvrouwen waren heel vriendelijk.
Cons: Meer dan anderhalf uur gewacht om de kamer te kunnen betreden. De douche liep niet door. Hardnekkige vlekken op het toilet. Tijdens reclamatie reageerde de verantwoordelijke allesbehalve professioneel en deed zelfs bot. Hield ons aan het lijntje al zeggende dat de kamer klaar was maar dan bleek het niet zo te zijn. Gebeurde meermaals in dat anderhalf uur. Dit omdat we een “upgrade” kregen. Was duidelijk een downgrade.. We werden niet bediend gedurende ons verblijf. Noch bij de bagage, noch bij de bar aan het zwembad,… Alles bleek te veel gevraagd. Helemaal geen warm en gastvriendelijke manier van doen. Iets wat niemand gewoon is van Marokko! Zwembad sluit om 19u!

large rooms with comfy beds and a balcony Pool restaurant and bar was nice, tasty food and cocktails. Pool area was quiet and plenty of sunbeds, although not sure what it would be like in season. Beds were comfortable. We had dinner included and the food was very nice. Alcoholic drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel. Restaurant staff were friendly Unfortunately we had to rush breakfast as we had an early flight so we were waiting for the restaurant to open and not everything was available, but as we were leaving, the majority of the dishes were available and it did look good. The location is a fair way from the centre so it depends what you are looking for. If I had a week and wanted a mixture of city and chill, I would definitely come here again. We only stayed one night as we were travelling around and it was our last stay before going home.
Cons: Check in staff were not super friendly, no smiley faces here! No water in the room The spa facility was okay, been to much better Hammams in Morocco. No tea or water offered after which is unusual.

Nous avons été surclassés donc chambre spacieuse et suffisamment équipée. Bel espace extérieur, il y a suffisamment de transats autour de la piscine et d’espace vert pour l’hôtel. Le cadre est agréable.
Cons: Le personnel est réellement désagréable !! Après avoir passé 1 semaine dans l’Atlas et désert avec locaux accueillants, sociables, curieux, généreux c’est un choc de séjourner dans cet hôtel dans lequel nous sommes considérés comme du bétail ou des cash machine. Pas de bonjour, merci, au revoir. Le Check in et Check out étaient glaciales ( remise de clef et paiement sans même vous demandez si vous avez passé un bon séjour !). Le personnel du restaurant s’en tient à vous donner le carte et prendre votre commande en oubliant la politesse de base. Les plats sont sans saveurs ( j’ai mangé un meilleur couscous dans un petit restaurant à la gare de Bercy !). Bref, l’accueil et le service ne sont vraiment pas la hauteur du standing que veut se donner cet hôtel. Ne comptez pas sur un accueil 4*** et encore moins sur le fameux thé d’accueil marocains, il n’existe pas dans cet établissement ! Ne pas se fier aux commentaires qui évoquent un personnel accueillant parce que ce n’est pas l’expérience que nous avons vécu et je pense que c’est surévalué ou alors commenté par des personnes qui ne connaissent par le Maroc. Bien dommage de terminer notre incroyable séjour par cet hôtel qui laisse un goût de déception, d’autant que c’est l’hôtel le plus cher dans lequel nous avons séjourné au Maroc !!

Cons: Although the hotel was really nice and clean, we didn't manage to relax. Hotel was full of tourists from agencies and a party with drunk customers was made till 2 in the morning which didn't let us sleep. Also the receptionists were really rude. They don't even welcome us and just told us to give them our passports.

Endroit très calme et paisible. Nous avons eu un surclassement, immense chambre et salle de bain,vraiment très propre. Restaurant correct mais sans plus. Grande piscine( non chauffée) qui est très agréable, avec un snack pour déjeuner sur place. L'endroit est magnifique.
Cons: 14 ans que nous venons au Maroc, et c'est la 1ere fois que nous ne sommes pas accueilli avec un thé. Il aurait été appréciable. Service navette pas au point. Très fouilli en organisation. Ils ont tout simplement oublié de venir nous chercher au centre de Marrakech, et ils étaient injoignables par téléphone.

Une majeure partie du personnel était très agréable hormis à la réception.
Cons: Manque cruel d'insonorisation dans les chambres, on entend les voisins ronfler, parler, uriner dans leur toilettes, j'en passe et des meilleurs. Linge de lit : Je conseille à la direction d'installer des housses de couette plutôt que des couvertures déjà utilisé protégé d'un drap, car le risque d'être en contact avec ces couvertures que d'autres clients auraient pu toucher est grand. Attention 2,3 cafards dans notre chambre. C'est à peine si la personne a la réception le 2ème jour à voulu nous écouter (de toute façon vous avez été surclassé), alors que les différentes problématiques transmises nécessitait un retour et un geste commercial bien plus fort que celui-là qui, pour rappel a la direction, avait été fait à l'arrivée car l'établissement n'était pas plein. De gros problèmes d'humidité : des traces très importantes à certains endroits Établissement qui veillit mal, attention au(x) propriétaire(s), il est encore temps de...., sinon, plus tard, les choses risquent d'être irrémédiable. Il n'y a pas que les apparences qui comptent, ce sont tout les petits détails qui comptent

The hotel is a contemporary kasbah in the style of the Marrakesh kasbah. It is very spacious and a lovely retreat from the city. The place is beautifully lit at night. There is an efficient taxi shuttle service which takes guests to and from the city.
Cons: Although there is a large swimming pool the piped music is awful. Because the area is built around an olive grove the birdsong is beautiful and it would be much nicer and more relaxing to listen to the incredible variety of birds than the background music on a loop. The area around the hotel is very off-putting - acres of building site under development, so not an area to walk around.

We visited this beautiful Riad as part of a birthday celebration for a group of girlfriends. We loved everything. The food was great and service warm and friendly. In the morning the birds sang us awake with the most incredible dawn chorus I have ever heard. Our suite was magnificent with a beautiful garden and small pool. As the name suggests everywhere there are huge gorgeous olive trees, some must be truly ancient. The pool, adjacent bar and restaurant were lovely and the main evening restaurant also beautiful. The Riad is spread out, no more than two storeys high at most. And lots of garden space and private terraces that make you feel as if you are not sharing the space with anyone else at all. We all loved it and will be back.
