Amazing property, grounds, food, views, pools, staff and wildlife. Cats and dog on property but they only come to you if you call them over and they’re all tame and sweet. Friendly staff were always smiling, easy to locate and happy to help.
Cons: Pool was cold due to the season and not being heated but still useable in the heat

Cons: Zoals hierboven beschreven..

Maroccan staff was super friendly We loved the garden , the swimming pool, the food, the fruit trees , the cats , the coffee !!
Cons: French manager very very rude for the 5 minutes he talked to me , rude and not helpful at all !! I avoided him like the plague!! Two dogs , a puppy and a very protective mother , roaming the grounds , a bit intimidating if you are not comfortable with dogs! Not sure why they would leave them unsupervised, suspecting they belonged to the rude French manager.

After the hustle & bustle of the Medina, we checked into l’Oliveraie de l’Atlas. From the moment we arrived, we wished we had chosen to stay here for our entire time in Marrakech! The property is stunning, but what truly stood out was the warm and impeccable welcome from Nicolas and his team. One of the first things they told us was, “Consider this place your home.” And it really did feel that way. Although the estate features several villas and riads, it never once felt crowded. The grounds are vast, with breathtaking gardens and three beautiful pools, creating an atmosphere of pure relaxation. Everywhere you look, the attention to detail is evident. Whether you prefer lounging in the sun, resting in the shade, unwinding by the pool, strolling through the gardens, or enjoying the view of endless olive groves from your balcony, you’ll easily find your own corner of paradise. The riads and rooms are striking, showcasing charming traditional architecture. Nicolas, the owner, is truly exceptional—his care and dedication made us feel like cherished friends rather than guests. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every experience, from excursions to special requests, is arranged with trusted providers so you can simply enjoy. And there’s still so much more to mention: the food was delicious, the spa treatments were heavenly, and the staff couldn’t have been more professional and kind. We’ll definitely be returning—if for no other reason than to visit Lisa, Nicolas’ delightful dog, whom we already miss!

The overall premises are very well incorporated in the landscape. The swimming pools provide a nice added value. The lamp served for the dinner was very tasty. The beef was low quality. One sever at the restaurant was very nice (the former photographer).
Cons: The management is not pleasant what is creating a very awkward atmosphere contaminating most of the staff at the restaurant. If you need nothing, then you might enjoy, otherwise good luck.

Lovely hotel spread out on a large plot but with a relatively low number if guests. The vibe of the hotel was friendly, personable and fairly luxurious, but very quiet, so avoid if you want to be noisy as this would not go down well at all. The main pool area was superb, with crystal clear water. We were only staying one night after spending time in the old city, and opted for the all inclusive package. The standard of food and drink was very good with lunch a particular highlight. The smoked salmon starter followed by the beef tagine with caramelised onions were superb. Ive dropped from a 5 to a 4 rating purely because there were 3 cockroaches in one of the bathrooms. The suite we were in and the entire riad were spotlessly clean (and huge), so perhaps the remote/farmland environment means this cannot be avoided?

Don't book this hotel!! Just don't. It's dirty, messy, rooms have dreadful plumbing and leak all over the place. They pretend to have high speed internet but it drops out, is slow, utterly unreliable. Supposedly quiet but crying babies everywhere, staff were slow, food was average at best and if you think "all inclusive", it's not. Breakfast is trash, lunch is from a basic menu and dinner is off a menu which takes ages to order and receive. No snack options through the day and the drinks are CHARGEABLE. The positive reviews are either fake or by people who have never been to actual decent hotels. AVOID.

Cons: Unfortunately, my stay was negatively affected by recurring water outages in the bathroom, which made the experience both disappointing and unpleasant. Additionally, when water was available, the hot water took an unusually long time to arrive, resulting in considerable water wastage. I also noticed that water frequently overflowed from the bathtub onto the bathroom floor due to what appears to be a design flaw in the tub itself. I hope you will take these comments into consideration to improve the quality of your services for future guests.

Food in the restaurant was the worst I’ve had in Morocco or any hotel. Salads at lunch inedible. Breakfasts - terrible choice - hot foods served cold so there was just a microwave there for everyone to share to heat their food up. Next to this for the entire hotel to share was one 2 slice toaster with the handle broken off so you had to use the metal screw to push it down to toast the bread. Drinks were ok when they had stock in, mint tea lovely when ordered outside of breakfast time. Cocktails to be avoided. Suites were beautiful and massive. We had a family suite and it had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge lounge area. A little dated which we expected from other reviews but the cleaners did an amazing job every day. Bathrooms past point of acceptable and in dire need of investment. Toilets run all night and showers not useable other than as a hand shower. We’d booked 4 days here with the plan to go to the spa 2 of days but when I went to book I was told it was closed for the next 2 days. I therefore booked my family and myself day passes to Oaseria instead. When I mentioned this to the manager the following day he was confused as he hadn’t known the spa was closed. When we asked the front desk for anything, unless the manager was there they said they couldn’t help. Minimal view of Atlas Mountains. Not a safe area to walk outside the hotel grounds. Dog on site friendly but occasionally nips when licking hand Honestly we were shocked as the reviews had been so good.

It’s an amazingly beautiful property, BUT the service was terrible. The shower had no water pressure so it was impossible to take a shower. After complaining they did something and got better for a bit and then water pressure became non existent after 5 mins. Asked for some tea and took them an hour. At the checkout they try to charge more than what I was owed! Such a shame that they have a such a beautiful property and they can’t take care of the guests with basic needs.

I chose L' Oliveraie de atlas due to the location of the hotel being outside of Marrakesh ( 30 mins outside of Marrakesh by car ). Located among olive and orange trees and amazing gardens, L' Oliveraie de atlas consists of one main building with the restaurant with a handful of rooms. Within the grounds there are three amazing riads that house bedrooms and suites with various pools . Due to travelling around Morocco, I ended up staying in four different rooms, all absolutely stunning with no issues. I found this a very quiet and relaxing environment to be in . The hotel was ideal to also come back to after several days away touring in Morocco. The food was outstanding, the breakfast buffet was typical continental moroccan, better than what I had while I was away in other hotels across Morocco. The coffee is Nespresso , so not bad coffee at all for a serious coffee drinker! They supply a taxi service to and from the centre of Marrakesh twice a day should you need it , however I did not need this at the time. The hotel also provides taxis to the city centre or the airport at discount. Having got a quote for £ 60.00 from the airport to L'Oliveraie de atlas , they provided a taxi for €25.00 The hotel provides a spa which I took advantage of, this I fully recommend, one of the best massage for several years. ( If you do have spa , this is located in Riad jardin). The staff were friendly and could not do enough to help you. It was very friendly , family atmosphere and i'm looking forward to going back soon .
Cons: Moaning from other tourists because they haven't read the hotel descriptions!!!!!!!

It’s not all inclusive, they only have food at certain times and the food isn’t good. They ran out of mint so couldn’t make mojitos but there’s about 100 mint trees on the property. The hotel and the surroundings are beautiful but it’s too far outside the centre for the food to be bad, we spent double what we intended because we couldn’t eat there so had to get taxis and go out every night.

Our stay has been absolutely amazing! We were well-looked after by the staff throughout our stay! Although it was a 30-minute drive from the Medina, it was still worth the stay as it provides the peace and quiet that we need after hours of exploring the old town and the desert. The Riads were beautiful, peaceful and relaxing as it’s surrounded by well-maintained garden of olives and orange trees. The rooms were spacious and the pools were very clean. It felt like a home away from home! The taxi drivers arranged by the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Every single hotel staff we met were also very hospitable! They were very responsive on the expedia app especially when we had to change the time for our taxi pick-up. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back if I were to return to Marrakech. Thank you for accommodating our family of 5 on our 3-night stay!

Hotel is good beautiful and very clean but too far from the main city .It’s in the out skirts of the city . Hotel provides transportation twice a day but very odd timings u have to back at 4:30 or 6:30 pm and leave early morning 9:30 or 10:30 am. The breakfast options were not that good mostly cold subs dinning cold patties cold bread cold cupcakes cold beef products and cold hard boiled eggs same thing for every day …. Dinning option prices were expensive too .

Relaxed Very beautiful Delicious food
Cons: We booked the ‘all inclusive’ option but then were told we could only eat at set times - dinner that night and breakfast and lunch the next day, but we had arrived not having had lunch that day, and there was no option to have a light snack. It resulted in a discussion about the difference between full board and all inclusive. I was made to feel like I was being difficult. I think the hotel needs to decide if it can offer ‘all inclusive’ as having stayed in all inclusive hotels before this place did not feel like it was set up for it. Other than this incident at the beginning of our stay, we had a lovely stay in the hotel.

The grounds, swimming pool and gardens are beautiful, but the rooms are in dire need of attention. All fabrics (couch, chairs, carpets and even towels) were old and worn. Cleanliness of sheets and housekeeping was okay, but especially the bathroom was bad. Wobbly toilet seats and yellow and chipped joints all around. The staff was friendly, but opening hours for breakfast and diner were very limited and there was no food or drinks te be found at night. As the city is a 30 min taxi drive away, it does feel rather remote.

That's very authentic hotel. My room, all buildings and everything around are very unique and beautiful! I was enjoying every day being in hotel and having trips to Marrakesh and Casablanca. The hotel provides a free shuttle to go to city and back. When I come back to Marrakesh again I will be staying in the same hotel!

The hotel is old and musty. There was no hot water in my room for the full stay. One morning the staff was about 30 mins late in arriving to serve breakfast. The grounds are nice. However the place is old and the sofas, cushions, etc seem and feels dirty and old. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I left a day early despite it already being paid for.

Lovely setting and grounds , nice pool area . Ideal for R&R. Breakfast quality poor, food uncovered and not chilled one poor staff member running around trying hard to do everything and same at lunch service . Good quality food and lunch and dinner including good quality beverages . What is the most disappointing is the very poor quality and standard of rooms and bathrooms, certainly not suite standard. Broken toilets, shower that floods bathroom and when reported told to put towels on floor by maintenance . Floor unclean when had to mop up ended up with black towels. Ripped, worn and torn furniture . Such a shame as some attention to detail and upgrading would make this a great retreat .

We spent 10 days in this wonderful green riad, authentic, quiet, clean and with all the quality services. We lacked nothing, the staff is very attentive and a daily shuttle is even provided free of charge to go and return from the center of the medina. We stayed for 3 nights, we took the all inclusive option and mostly stayed at the hotel. We enjoyed the tranquility and the food options were fine but would be have been limited had we stayed longer. The service was good but for lunch the waiting time was a bit long due to being understaffed, during diner food came way too quickly. Overall we had a great stay at a clean and beautiful place with easy access to the city if needed.

The resort was clean and well maintained. It had 3 swimming pools, therefore it never got crowded, at one time we had the pool to ourselves. One of the pool is small it’s good for the little ones. The food menu was a good variety (salmon fish was delicious) if you don’t like some of the ingredients in the dish they happily replace with another item. Breakfast was same everyday, however wide range of selection, therefore you have different things every day. The rooms are big with balcony. The staff are friendly and they don’t be on your face, only if you request something. So peaceful connected with nature. I would definitely recommend half board as there is no shops nearby only land surrounding area. They provide a free taxi that goes to the town everyday 9.30am and 10.30am 30mins and picks you up 16.30 and 18.30 in the evening from cyber park which has free internet service which was very helpful if you have no access to data. The driver are on time. Separate towels are provided for swimming. Good internet service at the resort. We stayed 6 days and that was just right for our budget and chill out away from the city. after that we booked 4 days to stay in the centre To meet our budget.
Cons: I liked everything about the property. Just few recommendations. There was no pray mat for Muslim guest ( good thing I carry a pocket one) Free taxi maybe late afternoon. Chips were under cooked every time No kettle in the bedroom

Staff is amazing, very helpful and always professional. They really went out of their way to help and always had a smile on their face. I booked a family suite, I got a regular suite (the family suite has 2 bedrooms living room 2 full baths terrace. I got 1 bedroom, 1 bed in the living room, 1 1/2 bath, no terrace). I talked to the manager, who denied it saying all rooms are different. Hotel needs a bit of maintenance (tiles around the bath tub were loose, shower is old, water infiltration in room). The property is stunning, clean and very quiet.

Lunch and dinner food , location, views , service . We had a heatwave so extra bonus . The pools although cold but it is March one was dirty . Gardens are beautiful, waitors are so good but seem to work long hours and run off there feet . Jacuzzi outside wasn't on but there is a drought! Small fridge in room , bonus . We were in Z9 . They sell alcohol even in Ramadan but alot cheaper in Marrakesh. Carfour didn't sell alcohol but Champion market had large selection and lovely whites for under £5 . We like the bottle La Cuvee du Terroir . You must show him your passport and you can buy as much as you want . Car is essential, once you are out of Marrakesh it's a doddle but not for the faint hearted in Marrakesh. Jezzz . !!
Cons: Breakfast buffet could be better . Usual Continental which no good for people on keto / carnivore. Flys on the breakfast . No smart TV . Wifi kept dropping out . No dressing gowns and towels were like cardboard. Room smelt funny and very dark as us girls love light to get ready in . The riad area we stayed in was quite until prayers around 5 am then cockerels start , then sparrows start and I mean 20 or more inside the riad so very noisy.

Beautiful hotel, excellent rooms, clean and comfortable
Cons: It was too far from the city centre and the shuttle service was extremely limited. Therefore, we had to pay for taxis all the time which cost a lot, and many drivers were not even familiar with the place. Also, two of the three mornings we had to get up early to be picked up from buses for excursions, and, despite noticing the receptionists, there was nothing / nobody available for us for breakfast. This is unacceptable for a 4* hotel and the price we paid for it.

This Hotel has so much potential to be amazing but I have a couple of comments to make. 1. The Hotel is run by very few staff. The few staff that run is are AMAZING but I can't help but feel they are over worked and they're there 24/7. I cannot fault them particularly the guys who are there from breakfast till the bar closes. Hats off to you for being polite, professional and so accommodating despite clearly there not being enough staff. Management I do feel this needs to be addressed. 2. Cleaning staff are amazing. Our room was spotless. Clean towels and bedding every day, so thank you too! Pool was looked after very morning. 3. The hotel grounds are stunning. It's like a little paradise and again spotless. 4. Food. They have the same menu every single day. I suspect due to lack of staff. It gets boring although very nice food, there needs to be some kind of rotation. We paid for all inclusive and had to spend more money to eat out as we needed a change! 5. We had a 2 bedroom family apartment which was huge, beautifully furnished and overlooking the pool. Cannot fault it. 6. Breakfast was disappointing out of all the meals. Very limited and like someone else has said a lot of flies. We ended up not bothering which again was annoying as we had committed to the all inclusive option. Overall this hotel is really lovely and definitely worth a visit and if the staff and menu issues were addressed I would happily give it a 5* review.

Loved the room, riad looked really nice. Shame we didn’t booked a room there. Staff are lovely, very helpful and very clean room, 3 pools, which was a bonus. Location is beautiful, you can have walks around the garden. Place is huge!
Cons: It was located quite far away from everything, if you want to do trips is taking 1 h to get anywhere at least. For us was hard as we have a 3 y old. Food is overpriced and didn’t find it very tasty, we had better food when we went out in trips. Pools could’ve been a bit more clean. They charge for the water 2,5 euro which I found it quite annoying

Really nice hotel, although somewhat warn down. Clean, pleasant staff, spaceous rooms and good lunch and dinner. Two big pools where you can soak up sun. Breakfast was the only drawback - a simple buffet, which was okay, but it attracted quite a few flies - would be nice if the dishes were covered by lids.

Lovely gardens and very tranquil place, staff are very friendly. Room was large and so was the outside terrace
Cons: Breakfast food was uncovered and exposed to flies and wasps with no fans keeping them away. Water in main pool was not clear and rather murky, the other large pool was better but still not crystal clear. Shower head needed replacing as shooting off at different directions and onto the floor, walls. Could have done with more staff for the evening meals as they appeared short staffed and meals sometimes took a while to appear.

The main property and outside areas were pleasant, however the rooms left a lot to be desired. Other travellers have described them as ‘dated’, however in our opinion they were beyond dated and are in desperate need of updating. We were due to stay for four nights, but due to the condition of the room we only stayed one night and were forced to re-book another hotel for the remainder of our stay - not the best start to out holiday!

Great hotel where you have everything you need. Excellent atmosphere, great staff and the rooms are huge. The gardens are beautiful and the swimming pools are great, it feels like an oasis in the desert. They also offer a free shuttle to Marrakech city which is very handy.
Cons: The restaurant prices are a bit overpriced, but the food is ok.

Beautiful grounds, Friendly staff that couldn't do enough for you, Quiet location, away for the noise of the city. Very peaceful and romantic. Food was ecellent. Very Moroccan.
Cons: Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been nice (if I was being really picky).

Beautiful gardens and setting. 2 members of staff at reception were helpful in arranging night guide and taxi.
Cons: Room is a bit run down and bathroom smells of urine. Staff are not very attentive to the small things like pool towels and drinks/food etc around the pool, refilling soap for the shower. Breakfast is average.

Really beautiful and calm place .
Cons: The restaurant was over priced and the food was cold. There were no apologies when we mentioned problems. I understand it is hard for staff to work during Ramadan. it was very slow service and none of the staff seemed interested in customer satisfaction.

This is an absolutely beautiful property not too far away from the hustle & bustle of Marrakech. Food, grounds, rooms, staff and pools are stellar. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and was so pleased that I decided to book here. I will always remember this visit with fondness, and I would also recommend the spa treatments (amazing hammam), and dining there was lovely also. Great food choices and reasonable priced. Impressed with this little piece of paradise & would definitely return.

The quietness and the wonderful sun terrace. The room decor was Marocain style which was lovely. The all inclusive is great - you can choose from the à la carte menu. The best dishes were the Marocain ones - which were very tasty. The European dishes were not so good but OK. The breakfasts were Morocain style continental and we were very happy - there was so much to eat and plenty of choice. The grounds were beautiful - although being January, it was too cold to use the pools, they were still lovely to sit and look at.
Cons: The bathroom was fine for us, but anyone with reduced mobility would struggle - as there is a fixed shower screen on the bath, so it makes it difficult to get in for a shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly - but the service was sometimes a bit amateurish.

If you are looking for a place out of the city where you can relax and enjoy the nature, this is a hotel I totally recommend. It’s just 15 min away from the city center of Marrakech and there is a shuttle that brings you there. Furthermore the staff were friendly and nice to us. We also appreciated the flexibility. We travelled with a baby and the hotel staff provided us dinner at 5:30 instead of 8 pm which is the normal time. Overal good experience!
Cons: Everything was great, only 1 minor thing is the unleashed dogs of other guests, hotel staff tried to help with this issue

The room was big and had great views of the pool. The bathroom was also spacious and had a bath tub. You need to let the water run for some time to get warm but then it works great. The breakfast had good choice of different breads and pancakes, fruit and cereal, some olives and eggs. Some yogurts would be nice as a healthier option. Coffee machine was also very appreciated. The staff was very nice and I think this is what made our stay. Everyone was nice and willing to help. They were arranging taxis for us daily and helped us with things we needed. The pools were nice to look at but quite cold to swim in and the jacuzzi is also a cold water jacuzzi. We didn't try the spa offered at the hotel, partially because we didn't have time but also because the prices are very similar to those in the UK so it did not feel as if we were missing out. The location is great if you are looking to be out of town, the hotel also offers free shuttles to town in the morning. Taxis to town cost 150 dir or roughly 15 euros one way. We didn't mind paying for taxis, but we had an issue with one of the tours we had booked to do, they wouldn't pick us up because of how far the place was. However, another tour did so I guess depends on the activity. Might be worth checking that out before.
Cons: We didn't sleep well 2 nights because of other guests making noise late at night in the riad we stayed. I think the hotel needs to have a stricter policy around noise and what is acceptable and to inform the customers about it or to have some signs at least. It was not pleasant being kept up when on holiday especially as we chose to stay out of town to have quietness and calm.

Beautiful grounds, spacious rooms, friendly and very helpful staff
Cons: The shuttle into city only in the mornings and last shuttle out was 630pm so meant dinner needed to be in hotel unless you paid about £10 each way for a cab into town. The menu was not that we wanted to eat there every night.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The pictures do not do this place justice - it is absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The gardens and pools are beautifully maintained. Food and drinks were fantastic and authentic. We cannot thank the staff enough for organising an unforgettable day trip for us to the Ourika valley and we also had a hammam at the hotel on the last day. Perfect place to relax and unwind - thank you so much!

We were a family party of 10 with all different arrival times and length of stay. The hotel staff organised all the transport from the airport and accommodated all my requests. The grounds and pool area were delightful and we were lucky enough to have one pool to ourselves. We had a lovely meal in the grounds. We only stayed 1-2 nights as we were doing a 3 day desert tour and they allowed us to leave our vehicles in the carpark. We wished we had stayed longer
Cons: Only thing was they had run out of cash in MAD so we couldn't change our money, but that was only something minor.
